Review #1,423: Kevin Gates "Luca Brasi 2: A Gangsta Grillz Special Edition"

Reviewed on 12.19.2014 (Review #1,423)

Time for ya boy, FrankieThaLuckyDog ta do anotha review… Here, we have a new CD from Kevin Gates: Luca Brasi 2: A Gangsta Grillz Special Edition; Bread Winners Association & Atlantic Records, stand up! Even though Kevin Gates claims to not “get tired,” I have to admit that I’m “tired,” right now. When this CD dropped earlier on Monday, I was on Long Island, NY. On Tuesday, I only got two hours of sleep from tha previous night and mainly napped. On Wednesday, I had a seven-hour nap & yesterday, I worked 13 hours (double shift). My work ethic may not “get tired,” but after all these dayz, a cramp in my foot’s muscle, a sore throat, a runny nose, showerin’, and bustin’ my ass at work, I guess it all added up; I can just about breathe and move… But, before I rest, lemme review this and see what Gates has to offer! Start Time: 9:13 PM | End Time: 10:22 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it! After I was robbed by two artists who claimed their “money [was] long,” hearin’ about how much you “got money” and anything “money” really bothers me. If you have not done business wit me before, I won’t tolerate “money” talk in tha music!!

01. “Luca Brasi Intro”
Lookin’ forward to hearin’! Big Hurt Tracks iz who produced this… >>> Diggin’ tha aggression in tha beginning of this “intro!” Beat sounds nice and pure, includin’ what you’re spittin’ on tha verse! Great delivery and once again, tha aggression in tha way you’re rappin’ these lyrics’ off tha hook! My Rating: 4.6

02. “I Don’t Get Tired (#IDGT)” Feat. August Alsina
I’m lookin’ forward ta hearin’ this collaboration!! Nic Nac & Mark Kragen on tha production (small print on tha back cover, so it’s kinda hard to read, at times)! >>> This sounds nice wit tha production, and tha hook’s pretty catchy between that raw “#IDGT” delivery vs. tha singin’! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s pretty hot; glad you “got six jobs!” I luv how at work, no matter tha pressure, I can handle everything while my manager struggles with patience and stress. LOL @ throwin’ “good grief” at me, earlier today! Like, I know my #’s and details! Anyway, tha 2nd verse sounds great from you, too! Lookin’ forward ta this joint gettin’ buku airplay and some MTV Jams luv! Here we go wit August on tha 3rd verse, comin’ through wit his rap-singin’ flow; sounds pretty nice, as always! Glad he on an “I-don’t-get-tired” level! My Rating: 4.6

03. “John Gotti”
Red On Da Track & Capo Red on tha production, here; leggo!! >>> Really diggin’ tha beat start and how you’re deliverin’ this beginning!! Soundin’ even catchier at :16 wit tha “scriiiiirt” (sp?—car sound), kinda like how Migos do in their new joint, “Hit ‘Em”! Tha hook’s pretty nice; diggin’ tha title part and what you’re spittin’ about! LOL, at :46, when you’re startin’ tha 1st verse off, your voice sounds all froggy like you have a sore throat like me. Honestly, I think it sounds catchy; sounds like you’ve been up for so long on late-night adventures like me! Definitely somethin’ hot, right chea! Seems like you’re just gettin’ betta and betta wit these CDs!! Now, you have a normal voice on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit catchy lyrics, once again! Damn, you luv carz, lol! I have to admit: I luv driving! Can’t believe I drove 5,000 miles within these past three months! Finally, I’m gettin’ out there more, instead of promoting that DJ B-Real dude, drivin’ only 50 miles within three months (LMAO @ 100x less!! What a faggot I was!!)! My Rating: 4.4

04. “Perfect Imperfection”
Looks like a nice title! Though I’m not “perfect,” thanx to peeps like DJ B-Real disrespectin’ my value, I do have to admit that I make good attempts at it! Like, 105x in a row I clocked in exactly five minutes early at work! Like, 105x!! Anyway, Red On Da Track & Touchdown on tha production! >>> Beat sounds nice; I’m definitely diggin’ this! Just okay lyrics, so far, on tha 1st verse… This an okay track, but tha beat makes me like it more… Tha hook sounds okay, here… I dunno why, but I’m not that crazy with how you say tha title; kinda sounds cheesy, like, randomly-chosen words… Tha 2nd verse sounds like it has a better attempt at tha lyrics/topic; hmm, not bad… My Rating: 3.8

05. “Plug Daughter”
Okay, let’s see how this catchy title’ll do; it’ll prolly do way better for my rating… We got Beat Zombie on tha beat, here; let’s see…! >>> A nice, 30-second beat intro, here… Tha hook sounds catchier, this time; I’m likin’ this title and that you’re “fuckin’ with tha plug daughter!” It’s kinda like me, how I get high wit this 47-year-old I work with! I mean, a hit every 15 seconds!! You sound pretty good on tha verse, here; gotta luv how you change your voice up, still! My Rating: 4.2

06. “Out The Mud”
The Runners & The Monarch on tha beat, here; neva knew who it was, especially thinkin’ that The Runners would be a part of this beat… Anyway, shout out to MTV Jams for gettin’ this outta nowhere! November 23, I saw it on there; how’d four weeks pass so fast? Startin’ ta get addicted to that hook wit tha, “24 hours, nigga, 7 dayz a week. Me, I don’t get tired…,” line!! Great content and, as always, keep gettin’ “it out tha mud!” Was bumpin’ this when I was high last week, and it sounded immortal, or somethin’, like I was thankful that you blew up, Gates! Nice job wit tha 1st verse with all these lyrics, delivered quickly! Tha 2nd verse’s great wit all this fastness, but really, why so fast? But, gotta luv it!! “I get it out tha mud;” exactly what I did! Now, I have a job, a record label, am tha president of a business, and more!! My Current Rating: 4.7

07. “Thugged Out” Feat. Boobie Black
Neva heard of this featured dude; hope they don’t suck… Rico Love doin’ some production, here, as well as Diego Ave.; let’s see, here… >>> Sounds like it gon be a song fa tha females, like, a slow jam? I dunno, but I’m feelin’ this beat with these sounds, soundin’ like a space jam for tha ladies… LOL @ “I-N-D-E-P-E…” and how you ain’t “have time” to spell it! Okay, nice 1st verse but tha hook’s much catchier; really diggin’ how you deliver that title part, singin’ it!! Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ good, too; almost surprised at how quickly these verses are ending! It’s like, no room fa filler, here! Here comes that newbie, Boobie Black, on tha 3rd verse… Soundin’ like a much-younger version of David Banner with tha voice, here. Don’t see much about this dude online, though I know you’ve IG’d about him, before… Anyway, that wasn’t bad for a verse; keep it goin’ for tha future, Mr. Boob, lol! My Rating: 4.3

08. “Sit Down”
A Bobby Johnson beat—oh, tha “OG Bobby Johnson” people; makes sense… Nice that it has 4:20 on tha length! >>> Yeah, this beat sounds a lot like tha “OG Bobby Johnson” format, which gets me excited! Nice track; definitely diggin’ it! Like how you said, “I don’t get tired,” before you started tha 1st verse off! Nice rhymes; lots of continuous lyrics!! You don’t stop; tons of lyrics!! Almost didn’t seem like a transition to tha hook, but tha hook sounds nice, just like tha 1st verse… Tha 2nd verse sounds good, too. Not nearly as catchy as tha 1st verse, but it’s still nice to hear you continuously deliver tha rhymes! My Rating: 4.4

09. “Complaining” Feat. Rico Love
Wasn’t really diggin’ tha previous Rico Love feature from your By Any Means CD. I hope this ain’t a fuck-up… Got him on tha beat, as well as DWayne “D-Town” Nesmith… >>> Sounds like a good start; I’m likin’ your old “I’m A Grinder” / 2009 flow (like, how you said, “Rider”). A decent 1st verse from you, but once again, I’m not diggin’ Rico Love and his voice/lyrics/flow… Of course, he has to throw, “Money,” in tha hook, smfh! Or, as my manager says, “Good grief!!” Makes me wonder, like, “Born in 1982?” I’m six years younger than Rico and I seem smarter with how I’d deliver tha track? I mean, I don’t sing, but I wouldn’t wanna fuck around with my voice… Anyway, tha hook recovered a lil’ when you hopped on it… Hearin’ you on tha 2nd verse and it sounds pretty good. This tha kinda joint where I’d think tha verses would be 16 bars, all boring and everything. However, there’s not many bars like tha other songs… Ooh @ tha beat @ 2:46! Startin’ tha 3rd verse off with an intense, bridge-soundin’ part of tha beat! Really diggin’ it, includin’ tha rest of what you’re spittin’ on tha 3rd verse… Hearin’ tha hook one more time and even though tha lyrics ain’t for me with tha “paper” obsession, it’s not horrible to hear, after all… My Rating: 3.7

½time: Well, guess I ain’t that “tired,” since I made it through half of this CD… So far, pretty hot! An excellent start!! Gates, you’re really providin’ that heat, here!! And, you don’t have to have all these sellout producers/features to make somethin’ hot! I’m glad I don’t know many of tha producers on this CD ‘cause they’re comin’ through with somethin’ different for my ears! At this moment, this CD’s up to a 4.3 for tha CD rating! That’s nice for a Gates record! How will it continue?

10. “Talk On Phones”
A B.o.B. beat? Despite me sayin’, “No sellout producers,” at least it’s people I’m not used to producin’! Let’s see what we got, here… >>> Very catchy between tha beat and hook, even though I disagree with this shit! “I don’t talk on phones?” Really, are you autistic, Gates? I’m autistic and I luv to “talk on phones;” how’s that? I thought us autistic people have trouble speakin’, Gates? Nice job wit tha 1st verse, too, Gates! Sounds like anotha potential single! Hope a bunch of these jointz get out there like tha By Any Means jointz! “Amnesia”, “Bet I’m On It”, “Don’t Know”, “Wish I Had It” & “‘Posed To Be In Love”—wow, five jointz made it on my outlets this year from By Any Means! That’s what’s up!! Gotta luv that there’s not that many bars in tha verses, once again!! My Rating: 4.7

11. “Wassup With It”
Kane Beatz, Jmike & Today For The Building Productions on tha beat; what a mouthful, lol! Lookin’ forward ta hearin’ this! >>> Ehh, kinda sounds like one of those Jeezy/southern jointz that sounds kinda mainstream, with tha singin’ on tha hook and tha beat; nothing special… Tha 1st verse’s aight fa me; nothin’ really fa me ta say… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it sounds pretty good, this time. I’m likin’ how tha beat loses some of its sounds, makin’ it sound like somethin’ finna end and somethin’ finna start! A 3rd verse, here… It sounds pretty good wit tha “I ain’t neva changin’;” that’s what I’m “neva” doin’! A lady gave me a Christmas card last month and I told her, “I clocked in x amount of dayz in a row five minutes early,” and she was like, “Never change!” My Rating: 3.8

12. “Don’t Panic”
What do we got here? Almost thought it had to do wit French Montana, lol… Earl & Diego Ave. on tha beat, here… >>> Wow, rawer than I expected wit this flow! Nice delivery on tha 1st verse—nice and hyped-up, Gates!! Tha hook’s pretty fiya, too!! “Wahh, wassam!!” Yeah, “Fuck bein’ friendly, nigga, say what’s on ya mind!” My manager shared a pic yesterday that had ta do wit that! And, I must agree: It’s all about talkin’ outta ya ass! I know DJ B-Real’s very vulnerable to anyone talkin’ outta they ass ‘cause most people that I deal with have to ‘hide’ somethin’. Meanwhile, I let everythang show!! Tha 3rd verse sounds nice, too; still luvin’ these eight-bar verses!! My Rating: 4.3

13. “Break The Bitch Down” Feat. K Camp
The Freshm3n III & Go Grizzly on tha beat! Lookin’ forward ta hearin’ this potential hit!! >>> Yeah, nice start wit tha beat and K Camp holdin’ down tha hooks! He’s like a master on today’s southern hooks; gotta luv him! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it sounds nice; great-soundin’ club joint wit a lil’ bit of a mainstream vibe that I like! Diggin’ when tha beat gets fast on tha final four bars of tha verse! Tha 2nd verse sounds pretty good; nice job once again, Gates! Got you on tha 3rd verse, too, Gates, bringin’ up an “iguana,” too, at 2:18, lol! Great job wit tha delivery of tha verse once again, Gates!! My Rating: 4.4

14. “In My Feelings”
P-Lo of The Invasion & Mark Milan, Jr. on tha beat, here; what do we got here? >>> A lil’ slower… Sounds like some real content, here, though more than eight bars on tha 1st verse! Not really intended for this joint vs. all tha otha ones… Ahh, 16 bars? Don’t bore me, now, lol… Singin’ on tha hook… Almost was gonna junk this, but I think this iz nice and seductive; great for tha R&B outlets and tha beds, lol? Funny ‘cause it’s now tha 10:00 PM hour and I’d always think of tha slow jamz comin’ on tha radio at 10, back when I’d listen to tha radio in 2002. Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it sounds pretty good, too; likin’ it betta than tha 1st verse, and I’m diggin’ how tha beat stresses out with more of an intense sound, for a few bars! Nice warped-soundin’ beat outro, too! My Rating: 3.9

15. “Pourin’ The Syrup”
Yes, a song about gettin’ fucked up!! Jaque Beats doin’ tha beat, here! >>> Beat intro sounds anticipatin’! Nice rhymes on tha 1st verse, Gates; can’t complain! Ooh @ tha beat gettin’ more intense @ :49! Sounds good for a spooky film with this beat, between :49 – 1:04? Tha hook sounds nice, includin’ those sound effects of “pourin’,” lol! Tha 2nd verse sounds nice; keep these rhymes comin’ fa tha streetz! And, you just keep goin’, and goin’, and goin’, and goin’…, and goin’…, and…goin’…, and goin’, and goin’, and goin’, and goin’!! LOL! Overall, this was pretty nice for a song about gettin’ fucked up! My Rating: 4.2

16. “Wild Ride”
Deezy & Prezident Jeff on tha beat, here… >>> Startin’ off wit a hook-singin’ Gates, here; you soundin’ either really fucked up, or tryna pull an act or somethin’, with how you’re stressin’ some of tha singin’ out, lol… I have to say, tha hook’s a lil’ weird, but it ain’t bad… Tha 1st verse sounds regular; diggin’ your street content. Nice how you randomly described your “balls” and shit, here, lettin’ ‘em know how deep you be makin’ ‘em go, lol… Tha 2nd verse sounds like this story’s continuin’ nicely, lol! You really depictin’ this sex scene, Gates, lol! My Rating: 3.6

17. “Word Around Town” Feat. Rich Homie Quan
A jackpot feature, here!! Produced by The Featherstones, I’m lookin’ forward ta hearin’ this one, most definitely!! >>> Feelin’ tha beat start and how Quan does his thang on tha hook! Back last year, I thought Quan sounded like you and now, finally, y’all collaboratin’!! A dream come true!! Beat’s pretty nice, overall, and you’re doin’ a nice job on tha 1st verse! Yeah, Gates, get ‘em! Let ‘em know how tha streets really roll! Once again, gotta luv Quan’s delivery on tha hook, as always! He neva disappoints and you gotta fiend fa dat fuckin’ voice!!! Tha 2nd verse from you’s soundin’ good, too! Nice job, overall, Gates! Quick and addicting; gotta luv your 180-seconds-or-less jointz! My Rating: 4.5

18. “Makin’ Love”
Beat Zombie endin’ this production off; let’s see if this gon be a good ending song…? >>> Wow @ tha beat start; luvin’ tha beat sounds, but I dunno if this gon keep my interest up, with this content! Let’s see… Sounds like you’re garglin’ in tha beginning of tha 1st verse with your voice, again… I dunno if I can take this delivery too serious; sounds like it’s all ova tha place… Tha hook sounds okay; didn’t quite catch tha transition to it, but let’s move on… Tha 2nd verse sounds good; sounds like Beat Zombie’s makin’ a nice effort with tha beat, still… Fast rhymes on tha 2nd verse, soundin’ a lil’ random. Gotta lol for a quick second at 2:17, where you talk about your “son,” whose name’s “Tyler;” iz it really? I had a friend that was “Tyler” from earlier this year, and he randomly ditched me. Like, it still bothers me to this day… It’s bad enough that 10:14 PM just passed (his birthday’s 10/14). Anyway, this turned out to be pretty good, overall… LOL @ tha lil’ outro, too; “skiiirt!” My Rating: 4.0

Overall: For startin’ off tired and fucked up, this CD definitely kept me up!! Really diggin’ that you had most tracks with eight-bar verses, Gates! Lots of good shit on here; your chemistry on creatin’ such catchy tracks, between street-driven lyrics, ear-catchin’ production, and kick-ass features, for tha most part!! Definitely a nice effort; hope you continue and always remember: #DGT!! I throw your saying out there at work and people laugh, in a good way; they luv my consistency and immortal energy!!

Review #1,422: Lil' Cali "Work Call"

Reviewed on 12.01.2014 (Review #1,422)

Here comes FrankieThaLuckyDog again with anotha review… Off tha Travis James Entertainment & UTP Records labels, here’s my review for Lil’ Cali Work Call. Normally, on a typical day today, where I’m workin’ all week, I prolly would’ve never gotten this mixtape on time. Rarely does anybody in tha music business fuck wit me serious, anymore. However, thanx to peeps like Mass Appeal bein’ behind me, encouragin’ me to “go to them, rather than them comin’ to you,” that’s one main reason why I decided to go out and search for this CD. And so, I’m puttin’ in that effort on my day off! Let’s hope this goes over well and iz appreciated by Cali and his peeps! Start Time: 5:39 PM | End Time: 7:19 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! 01. “Intro”
Production from BaseHedz Musik, here… >>> Really diggin’ tha beginning music of tha beat, here… Nice rhymes startin’ tha 1st verse off, and I agree about those ‘other people’ bein’ on dat “Boosie & Webbie.” You already know that tha Lucky Dog’s “been on” anyone underrated that no one really knows! Since age 11 & now at 26, I’m still like that! Tha hook sounds nice, too, with tha “pyrex” and shit like that; really diggin’ this beat, too! Diggin’ how tha 2nd verse sounds with you bein’ on “dat lean” and shit like dat. I’ve been increasin’ my chances of gettin’ fucked-up, as of lately. Like, there hasn’t been one month of age 26 that I’ve had my piss clean; it’s about time I’m enjoyin’ myself, ya know? Nice job wit tha 2nd verse, as you keepin’ this addictive shit on-n-poppin’! My Rating: 4.4

02. “Da Plug” Feat. Young Dolph & Mouse On Tha Track
This looks like it gon be fiya! Prolly one of tha highlights of this mixtape, just like how tha “Intro” sounded to me! With Mouse on tha beat, here, I’m pretty much anticipated to see how all three of y’all ran it, here!! >>> Anotha catchy beat start, and I’m diggin’ Mouse teasin’ me wit tha “Dat…,” as it echoes, lol! Nice lil’ hook from Mouse; likin’ his catchy voice, as always! Sounds nice and laidback wit how he delivers this ‘cause of tha relaxin’, southern beat, lol… And, here you are on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit greater success than tha past. I like your “-go”-soundin’ rhymes at tha end of tha 1st verse; nice and consistent! And, here comes tha 2nd verse from Dolph; whoo! Sounds good wit his “plug” and non-stop grindin’, as always! Likin’ all tha background talkin’, like at 2:27 with tha, “Bruh,” and all dat; gotta luv tha south! Glad y’all hooked up; interestin’ collab! Hope y’all do more in tha future! Should be on MTV Jams, even though it’s hard for me to keep up wit that shit, these dayz… My Rating: 4.5

03. “Cut Up” Feat. Kevin Gates & Nunu James
Keepin’ tha anticipatin’ southern features comin’ along, with Mouse doin’ anotha beat! Gotta give Gates lifetime props for changin’ my music life, since I got discovered off of music-leading his music! Even you were payin’ attention to my music-leading of Gates, too, Cali! And, I shall continue! >>> When I think of “Travis James Entertainment,” that name alone reminds me of Dead Game Records’ “Travis,” but I know they’re different… Anyway, nice beginning and 1st verse from Gates, here, ova this nice-soundin’ Mouse beat! LOL @ him with this “rubber” and their “mother,” lol… Diggin’ tha hook from Cali, here, on tha hook; Nunu sounds pretty good, too… Here’s tha 2nd verse from that Nunu James dude, comin’ through nicely; can’t complain with this consistent rhymin’ ova this Mouse beat… And, keepin’ yourself for tha final verse on here, Cali, comin’ through wit this gangsta shit. Hmm, “Seven years, I’ve been hot;” surprised it’s been that long since “Out My Pocket” and all dat… Then again, it’s been a full decade since dat Long Live Tha Game came out, back in’ 04! We’ve been here for a while now, Cali! My Rating: 4.2

04. “Fuckable” Feat. Juvenile
LOL, looks like tha way I talk, with my “–licious,” “–tacular,” “–ness,” “–less,” etc.! With that bein’ said, I’m lookin’ forward ta hearin’ this! And, we’ve got Mike Maven on tha beat, here… >>> Anotha anticipatin’ beat, here; glad this has an undaground sound! Ooh, diggin’ tha Juve hook!! “You lookin’ fuckable;” how addictive, lol!! And, Juve on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit a classic, faster-soundin’ flow; luvin’ this!! Really diggin’ tha “fuckable, fuckable, fuck—” shit at 1:25!! Great lil’ breakdown before tha 2nd verse!! And, Cali’s on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit catchiness, too; gotta dig these “fuckable” rhymes, lol! My Rating: 4.7

05. “Hate That Bitch” Feat. Level
*Blushes with embarrassment…* It’s Fall 2014 & both these people still exist? Level & B-Real? Pretty sad how you fuck with them still and not me, Cali; do I have to piss in front of you or “fuck” a girl? Too bad these ‘random people’ like B-Real will prolly neva get tha proper exposure from me, due to there’s no way to book, get a hold of, or hear from them! Doesn’t he realize that in order to do business, like, you need a number to get a hold of you?! Like, y’all need to realize that I have a record label behind me, now! Thought y’all’d be on my dick, but still, nowhere to be found! Only those with true value shall be granted with my dedicated talent! Oh, thank God I’ve fallen off! Anyway, with that bein’ said, as much as I’m anticipated to hear this, just know that I have work tomorrow, so this gon go in one ear and out tha other, kinda like how I’m treated! *Stares at girls I work with while this plays…* >>> Even a new beat tag; too much time has went on, but I don’t regret any of it… Anyway, sounds pretty nice and nice lil’ repeatin’ hook… Nice 1st verse from you, Cali, even though you’re comin’ through wit an anti-social perspective… At least it’s for tha bitches, but still, you’ll still chase ‘em more than make me a priority, smfh! Good flow and delivery from Level on tha 2nd verse, but that’s about it; forget about tha lyrics! Anotha lacking-priority ‘person’ for me; that’s why, I have a job now and do what tha fuck I want! My Rating: 4.0

06. “Kitchen” Feat. Skip & B-Real
No, not again wit tha B-Real on tha track!! I was able to manage dealin’ with one track, but don’t make this a habit!! >>> Sounds a lil’ betta than tha previous song; nice lil’ intro from you, Cali. Hearin’ tha hook from Skip and it’s definitely soundin’ like that classic-soundin’, ’06 Pyrex Radio shit I grew up to! Too bad I can’t go back to those dayz ‘cause of how many bitch-made artists turned bitches! *Hears B-Real’s voice on tha 2nd ½ of tha hook and blushes like Frankie’s got a rash…!* Wow, and still, B-Real doesn’t get credited as an extra on tha hook… And see, your “bitch-asshole” Frankie still pulls through and gives you credit, B-Real! How ‘bout dat? Whatever! I just know that there’s extra hours at work waitin’ for me, as well as me just starin’ at them chicks from my job to ooze my pain! Anyway, after all that braggin’, B-Real sounds excellent and classic on tha hook, here! At least it’s not about braggin’ about “money!” I betta not eva hear that come outta his mouth, these dayz!! Cali’s on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit dat hot-soundin’ “pyrex”-related rhymes; gotta luv ‘em! And, Skip’s pretty nice on tha 2nd verse; feelin’ his gritty attitude and rhymes on this! Oh, if only tha Louisiana music world was normal again, I’d be able to bump this and enjoy it, especially that I have hot chicks behind me. However, B-Real still has me blocked on both Facebook & Instagram, as well as me not havin’ an updated number, so with that bein’ said, no entrance for Louisiana music! Other than mainstream shit, I haven’t added anything underground to my playlist since before B-Real blocked me, which was back in January! Oh, what a way to ruin it for tha underdogs!! I do have to give B-Real credit for at least subscribin’ to me on YouTube, but still, how about some reconnectin’? I’m gettin’ actual money now, and have a better view on things! But, no one wants to listen, so I won’t pay attention! Oh yeah, like I said before, “In one ear and out tha other!” Can’t wait to go to work tomorrow!! Wish it was 13 hours!! My Rating: 4.6

07. “Shooter” Feat. Racked-Up Ready & Zoe Realla
LiveMixtapes got it right with “Racked-Up Ready” but, lol, tha back cover’s thinkin’ of tha nice past by puttin’ it as “Young Ready,” lol… Anyway, anotha interestin’ collaboration with Red On Tha Track doin’ tha beat, here…! Thought he was more of an R&B cat with tha beats, but with this collaboration, it should be more of that serious, street shit! >>> Nice beginning… Takin’ a risk with tha voice effect on tha hook, Cali? This one, I can let pass tha test; it’s not annoying or gay sounding! Tha 1st verse from you sounds pretty nice; feelin’ how you talkin’ ‘bout this “shooter.” You already know how them grimy shooters come through! Got Ready on tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through wit a nice verse. However, a lil’ too much about braggin’ about “money!” Like, why does it have to start almost every line off? Zoe comin’ through on tha 3rd verse nicely; diggin’ his slammin’ deliveries on this beat! Gotta feel him tha best, outta here! No braggin’ all tha time about “money,” but more on how he always comin’ through fa tha streetz! My Rating: 4.1

08. “Jugg”
Okay, back to tha no-feature songs, with tha unknown, here! Nice and simple, here: Niyo on tha beat; how will it go? >>> Almost reminded me of tha “Catchin’ Sales” song from ’09 with Mouse, with tha hook, at first… However, this sounds good as its own song, five years from that song; catchy hook, Cali! Tha 1st verse sounds great; feelin’ how you keepin’ those “sales on [your] iPhone” continuously grow! Tha 2nd verse’s nice, too; keep dat grind goin’, Cali! My Rating: 4.2

09. “Findaway” Feat. Wale & Juvenile
Almost looks like Kiesza’s “Hideaway” on tha title, here. Anyway, tha producer, Elvin Presley’s now goin’ by his full name? Formerly was known as E.P., back in tha ’09 dayz that I was just talkin’ about. But, I dunno if I’m anticipatin’ this mainstream list of features… >>> Feelin’ tha beat, so far; doesn’t hint any mainstream bullshit feelings, at least… Got you on tha 1st verse, Cali, comin’ through nicely; not bad, so far… Tha hook sounds like Max Minelli, almost; a lil’ on tha catchy side, at least… I almost thought this joint was gonna be depressing or on some mainstream bullshit… And, we got Wale on tha 2nd verse, and even he sounds pretty nice; I’ll give it my own props. He sounds catchy wit how he delivers tha rhymes; good shit. Juve has a nice start to tha 3rd verse: “Open up tha vault, it’s an aerial assault;” nice!! These rhymes are nice; gotta dig ‘em! My Rating: 4.2

½time: For some unanticipatin’ comments on LiveMixtape’s comment section, I have to say, this tape’s doin’ pretty well with my ears, so far! Even with tha two uncomfortable tracks, statistically, they came through and delivered tha addictive goods! And, tha average CD rating for tha ½time’s a 4.3; that’s a good look! However, I dunno if you still pay attention to this shit, anymore… Like, you follow me on Twitter & Instagram and I neva even get likes or retweets; boring? We already know who’s tha busiest person on Earth: ME!

10. “Had A Million”
“Boss On The Track” or “Tha Track”? Back cover says, “Tha,” while mp3 info says, “The.” I’ll go with tha “Tha,” here… Anyway, I dunno if I gon fuck wit this ‘money-obsessed’ title! >>> Tha producer sounds like he’s hinting some B-Real sounds in tha beat; am I music-leading when I say that? I’ve already predicted B-Real’s future plenty of times before! Anyway, anotha funny-soundin’ voice of yours on tha hook, but it sounds good; I can fuck wit it, even though ‘money’ songs go in one ear and out tha otha, for me, in this brainwashed, one-dimensional rap world! Tha 1st verse sounds good; not bad wit how you come through wit tha rhymes… In tha hook, you say, “Make sure my niggaz straight.” I hope you loyal like that ‘cause 99% of tha music world claims to care about others. Meanwhile, they turn on you and become pussy, bein’ like, “That’s between y’all two; I ain’t gettin’ involved!” SMH, I block people that be like that! No such thing as “friendship,” there! And, I don’t regret my moves! I risk-take all tha time and that’s why, I have tha reputation I have! Anyway, good job wit tha 2nd verse, Cali; feelin’ this B-Real-influenced track… My Rating: 4.3

11. “Can’t Fuck Wit Y’all” Feat. Lady Kym
Wonder how much I gon like/dislike this one? A Nunu James-produced track… >>> Stupid beat tag; when will they go away? You’re on tha 1st verse and it sounds like a nice grind; I dig it, even with this calm, southern beat soundin’ good… Hearin’ tha hook from Lady Kym and it sounds good; nice voice and singin’, here! Thought it was gon be some stupid love song, but you keep provin’ my low expectations wrong, Cali… Here you are on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit somethin’ I go through: “Sendin’ ‘em letters in tha pen; they ain’t write back!” Well, when you ignored me those last few times I tried writin’ you, how you think I feel, Cali? Don’t contradict yourself, now! Even though I like this, at least it’s nice and short with only two verses; didn’t drag at any point! My Rating: 4.1

12. “Fuck U” Feat. B-Real
*That moment where you say some hot chick that lacks makin’ you a priority at work’s name, and B-Real appears on tha production…* I still can’t believe how B-Real’s tha reason why I’m constantly cheerful at work! Like, a lady came in a few dayz ago and handed me a Christmas card with a $10 gas card in it ‘cause of how passionate I am!! Do these people really know where my motivation and counter-happiness came from?! >>> Really likin’ tha beat start, but gotta remember: Once this review ends, it goes out my ear! I had a feelin’ that B-Real would be uncredited on this song, somewhere; didn’t think it would go as just you on tha track, Cali… Anyway, it sounds real nice with one of tha best voices on tha hook, but still, puttin’ girls before makin’ me help your career out, B-Real? Not cool! Sucks that you had your chance with me, until donuts took my priorities away from tha music business! But, Cali, you got tha 1st verse on lock, here; can’t deny how you treat ‘em! Still, I wish I was more important than these hoes! Feelin’ just as good about tha 2nd verse with how I felt about tha 1st verse: Nice with how you comin’ through on this beat… My Rating: 4.3

13. “Fuck ‘Em & Duck ‘Em” Feat. Juvenile
Finally, takin’ a break from tha uncomfortable! Elvin Presley on tha beat, keepin’ these “Fuck” titles comin’ along, lol! >>> Nice beginning beat; that Louisiana sound I love! Tha 1st verse sounds nice wit you on it, Cali, with some Juve “Ha”-influenced deliveries; nice! Even still sounds nice with tha ’07 “I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T” quote; nice, Cali! And, Juve continues with tha excellent “fuckable” hook, here, lol! And, here you are on tha 2nd verse, Cali, comin’ through, on dat “weed;” you already know! SMH @ all those other times when I used to like Louisiana music; I was smokin’, like, every 363 dayz! What a faggot I was!!! I just sat in my room and reviewed, instead!! Huh? Random eight seconds of silence at tha end? Cold ending; brrr! My Rating: 4.4

14. “I Ain’t” Feat. Young Greatness
Red Rum on tha beat, here; lookin’ forward to anotha new feature! Glad that no matter what CD I review of yours, there’s always a newbie I’ve neva heard of, before! >>> Nice beat; almost thought it was Boosie on tha hook? I won’t say he’s jackin’ his voice; I’ll just say that he’s got that nice, undaground, grimy voice that I’ve always wanted to hear when reviewin’ newbies! Great job on tha hook; pure fiya, here!! Tha 1st verse iz you, Cali, comin’ through wit dat street “code;” gotta keep it movin’! Speakin’ of “movin’,” any news on eva meetin’ me? Like, I feel like I’m worth nothin’… I dunno, will it change wit a label behind me, now? This music world’s been awfully quiet, lately… Like, no one made noise from tha undaground, this year! Can’t even do awards anymore! Here’s tha 2nd verse; iz that tha same dude on tha hook? With this 2nd verse, tha voice almost reminds me of Future… Either way, I still feel excited; nice energy! My Rating: 4.4

15. “They Love Me” Feat. UTP
Keepin’ tha UTP affiliates comin’ along, here, with Mike Maven on tha beat! >>> Nice intro from Juve; yeah, gotta detect those mugs! Nobody likes me; I know! Nice job wit tha 1st verse, Juve; you know how I feel about makin’ it through these streetz! Tha 2nd verse’s nice; either Wacko or Skip, I still get them confused… An okay verse; this an okay track, overall… Here you are on tha 3rd verse, Cali, comin’ through wit some catchier rhymes; nice shit here, overall. However, will I ever be anyone’s “Day 1 nigga?” I dunno, err-body can’t handle my true feelings! My Rating: 3.9

16. “Luxury Car” Feat. Suge
Ooh, tha BaseHedz Musik producer’s back; lookin’ forward ta this one! >>> Anotha nicely-produced track; diggin’ how you talkin’ ‘bout your come up on tha 1st verse, Cali! Yeah, that’s right: “Money bring power;” though I’m not an outspoken person about “money,” I do have to say that it’s helped me. Too bad that no one in Louisiana fucks wit me anymore ‘cause I have “money.” Anyway, enough of dat! Suge sounds pretty good on tha hook; sounds like a nice-and-random feature to deliver tha hook, and you already know how I dig those random features! Nice shit on tha 2nd verse, too; can’t deny this… Wow, gotta luv tha haunting choir sound at tha end of tha beat!! My Rating: 4.2

17. “Smell Like Money” Feat. Kidd Kidd
Really? It took 17 songs to get to this…? Thought it was gonna be 3rd or somethin’… Anyway, as much as you wanted to “randomly” argue with me a while ago, see, look: Even on this CD, I wonder why there’s no producer listed, while all tha other tracks have producers listed…? Hmm…, hmm…, hmm…, hmm…, hmm… *Stares at hot gurlz!* Too bad this marked tha end of our business relationship, as I thought we could’ve taken it to another level? I should really rate this a 1.0 ‘cause of that, but I’ll let it just be for this review and then, go out my earz… As far as this song, like I’ve said before, nice, random hook from an unknown female. Also, nice job wit tha 1st verse wit how you comin’ through. Same thing wit tha 2nd verse, as you keepin’ this hot, and not like a regular “money” song… Though on MTV Jams on April 2, you tried gettin’ cocky with me, and I ain’t like that at all! You neva even answered me after, which caused me to try to find different priorities, as well. Like, I was workin’ at tha time this came out; could’ve played it a lot, but tha ignoring made me ignore it! Anyway, Kidd on tha 3rd verse, givin’ this a nice lil’ 504 feel… My Current Rating: 4.3 (generous rating, for this review only!)

18. “Dreams” Feat. Crizz Michaels
Endin’ it tha way we started: A BaseHedz Musik production; let’s see how we gon do, here… >>> Yes, that spooky vibe in tha beat ta start this off! Tha 1st verse sounds nice wit how you tryna hang in there… Sounds like a nice joint, but I’d rather you sing tha hook with that semi-risky voice effect, rather than a newbie… It’s okay on tha hook, here, but I guess it goes good for an ending song… Tha 2nd verse ain’t too bad, either; at least this ain’t that long… My Rating: 3.4

Overall: Hope you appreciate this review, as I took exactly 100 minutes outta my time to review this, when I have work tomorrow and a hectic schedule ahead of me! But, on a brighter note, this tape was pretty nice, tha whole way ‘round! Even with tha uncomfortable feelings, I was put in a great mood—kinda reminiscent of when I used to fuck wit Louisiana music! Too bad that now that this review’s over that I gon prolly forget about everything, in order for me to maintain my self-esteem. I mean, maybe, if you fly up to meet me or somethin’, shoot a video with me, etc., I can prolly restore some of my Louisiana interest. But, until then, I’ll just be “workin’,” like you’ve said before! Stay on ya grind; hope you still fuck wit me ‘cause if I took 100 minutes outta my time to review this, you already know I still fuck wit you!

Review #1,420: YT Triz "Tales From Crime Hill"

Reviewed on 11.24.2014 (Review #1,420)

Got ya boy FrankieThaLuckyDog here, finna review somethin’ a lil’ different than usual! This next artist I finna review goes by YT Triz, and he hails from Orlando, FL! That’s right, tha big Florida!! I first discovered him a few months ago on Music Choice Rap wit tha song, “How Can I Lose,” featuring Bobby Shmurda. And yes, I’m all about dat Shmoney, ‘bout dat Shmoney, Shmoney squad!! Really diggin’ them at tha moment! So, with that bein’ said, I wanna see what this lil’ Florida dude be about… I also believe he just celebrated a 23rd birthday, a few weeks ago; HBD!! Diggin’ tha dreads and Florida grind, so here goes my review for YT Triz’s Tales From Crime Hill, released on Poe Boy Music Group! Start Time: 7:59 AM | End Time: 8:58 AM

01. “Crime Hill”
Oh, I’m so anticipated for this release, right now!! >>> Anticipatin’ intro by tha DJs, here; lots of luv ta you, “YT!” Ooh, hearin’ your grimy, gutta delivery on tha verse, here! Definitely feelin’ how you comin’ and tha choir behind tha beat sounds even more anticipatin’!! Feelin’ his “dark” theme, wit these lyrics! I luv hangin’ out after dark and all dat shit, ya dig? Wow, really consistent wit tha rhymes; you ain’t stoppin’ at all, bruh!! “And, youse a fuckin’ nobody;” gutta shit!! Raw shit!! Luv how you said, “Welcome to Crime Hill, muthafucka!!,” at tha end, as an excellent way ta introduce this mixtape! My Rating: 4.5

02. “Bad Vibes”
LOL, glad you speakin’ on ‘em! It’s all about darkness and how you comin’ through wit it!! >>> Gotta mention: Gotta luv your name: “YT Triz!” Feelin’ how you comin’ through on tha hook, here! That’s right, counterattack those “bad vibes!” There so many pussies out there; I feel like we just keep kickin’ ‘em like they soccer balls, or some shit! Feelin’ how you comin’ through on tha 1st verse, here, soundin’ like Ace Hood wit tha flow! Florida style to tha fullest! Beat’s definitely official—dat southern shit dat I luv! Still feelin’ how you comin’ through on this track, here, as tha 2nd verse’s just as hot! Whoo!! Gotta luv your rapid flow!! Tha 3rd verse’s tha shit, too! It’s true: Once you get “dollaz,” then, “they” be hatin’! Also, I luv how I have Mass Appeal behind me now, and niggaz be ignorin’ me worse than they eva have! It’s like, they dunno what ta say! Like, “How’d tha hell dat nigga [Frankie] get a label behind him?” I know they bitch-asses fuckin’ jealous of me havin’ a label behind me! But, I soldier on!! My Rating: 4.5

03. “How Can I Lose” Feat. Bobby Shmurda
Whooooo!! Shit-to-tha-fuckin’-yeah!!! This my anthem, as well as dat “Computers” (Rowdy Rebel & Bobby Shmurda)!! Gotta luv tha collab, from FL to NY! Tha hook’s true as fuck: “How can I lose when I came here wit nothin’?” I agree wit myself, as I neva initiate bullshit! Really feelin’ how you comin’ through on tha 1st verse, strictly enjoyin’ yourself as a newbie! Gotta luv tha winnin’ YT Triz!! I usually be listenin’ to this song on repeat… for, like, almost two hours in a row! What iz that, like, 20x in a row?! Gotta luv it!! And, Bobby’s on tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through wit some catchy-ass shit fa tha streetz! Luv those lil’ pause parts: “My niggaz say nothin’. ‘Whoo…Whoo…Whoo…’!” And, “I’m screamin’ out, ‘Fuck ‘em! Fuck ‘em, fuck ‘em, fuck ‘em’!” Oh, this joint neva gets old!! I wanna get back to dat Florida again and hopefully, get ta do business wit you and tha Shmurda / Shmoney gang, one day! Did I also forget to mention that this music video’s pretty nice, too! Great vibes in tha hot weather, outside! It makes me feel like a champion at work while it’s in my head! And, tha 3rd verse’s nice: “I finna blow, like it’s an O, I finna smoke;” consistent flow! Shout out ta Poe Boy and Music Choice Rap fa recognizin’!! My Current Rating: 5.0

04. “How Could You Relate”
LOL, from present tense to past tense, lol, back to back! Now, a “could!” Let’s see how much I can “relate” (usually, I never, but “relate” to diggin’ what you bringin’)! >>> Startin’ off wit a lil’ bit of a mainstream vibe wit tha “club” and how you sound, here… Almost thought it was gonna be shitty auto-tune on your voice, but you sound great, here, especially wit this beat! Oh, tight shit, here! Cut out tha “fake!” It’s all about bein’ real, just like yourself! Hearin’ tha 1st verse, and it ain’t that bad. If this was someone else, I’d prolly say that this sounds like a shitty mainstream rapper… Either way, it sounds like a potential single for tha future… Tha 2nd verse’s kinda soundin’ a lil’ shitty wit tha “racks” and “Bandz A Make Her Dance” quote, but I can’t front on you fa bein’ “on dem Xanz!” Overall, despite tha 2nd verse, I’m really diggin’ this! My Rating: 4.2

05. “I’m Ready” Feat. IceBerg
What do we got here? Hope it cold and goes hard! >>> Startin’ off wit a gangsta style, here, wit tha lyrics? Sounds like a good undaground song, here… Must be tha IceBerg dude on tha 1st verse… Sounds like some mo 305 / 954-like heat, just like you, Triz! Feelin’ tha gangsta shit, as always! Good job makin’ your debut wit me! And, tha 2nd verse’s nice, here! Almost am confused at who’s who, but y’all tearin’ this up! My Rating: 4.0

06. “2nd Life”
Let’s hear it! >>> Didn’t expect dat to be you on tha 1st verse, here… Either way, sounds like it’s a good start… Startin’ ta catch onto it a lil’ more wit tha more you spit… Keep winnin’ ‘cause I know you ain’t gon “lose!” Glad you “don’t give a fuck!” That’s what’s up; you gotta! Pretty gutta hook wit tha, “I don’t give a fuck (give a fuck) right now,” shit that repeats! Tha 2nd verse’s pretty nice, too, and tha beat’s soundin’ a lil’ betta, fa me! Keep them rhymes comin’!! Tha 3rd verse iz nice, too! Yeah, fuck all they “talkin’” and bullshit! I know no one more consistent than me, and I know that I’m valuable! Fuck what they thinkin’! Glad you keepin’ this gutta shit continuin’!! My Rating: 4.3

07. “Vamonos”
Lookin’ forward ta this title… >>> Nice beat start; you’re anticipatin’ me right now! Diggin’ how you comin’ through on tha 1st verse, here, wit this nice beat! Oh, that undaground heat!! “Smoke ‘em like it’s marijuana;” shit yeah!! Lots of shit goin’ on here, wit tha 1st verse; nice job… Tha hook’s catchy wit sayin’, “Vamonos,” ta these bitch-niggaz; glad you put me in an anticipatin’, ‘notha rap zone! Nice job wit how you comin’ through wit tha 2nd verse, too…! My Rating: 4.2

½time: So far, I’m definitely diggin’ this Florida heat from you, here, Triz! You got tha streetz on lock wit your grimy, gutta dedication! Tha beats are nice, and you’re not boring wit your rhymes! Like, it ain’t all about “money,” thank God! So far, I’m ratin’ this CD a 4.4, but we shall see how this continues! Before I continue this review, I have ta go take a shit; shit! It’s cold up here in Northeast PA, at tha moment, so when tha cold touches my feet, tha shit in me brews, lol, ya dig? SMH… *Goes to shit at 8:27 AM…* *Returns from shittin’ at 8:31 AM…* Thank God, that was fast!

08. “In My Hood”
Yeah! Let’s hear this Orlando dose of livin’!! >>> Oh, maybe I should’ve waited ‘til this song to shit? Almost am thrown off by tha weird voice effect on tha hook… Can’t say I gon 100% knock this, so we’ll see how it progresses… For now, tha hook’s ehh; thought it would’ve went way harder!! Tha beat’s pretty nice, but damn, you got tha weird voice goin’ on in tha 1st verse, too? Naw… Rhymes are okay, but it ain’t too grimy… Well, at 1:21, you start to get that original, grimy delivery I started to know from you… Not really diggin’ tha start to tha 2nd verse wit tha repetitive flow… I think I can’t wait ‘til this ends, sadly… It also ruined tha chance at a five-star-rated CD from me (only qualifies when every song’s at least a 4.0-rated song, from me)! My Rating: 2.9

09. “Thought”
Let’s see how we can continue from dat… >>> An okay start wit tha hook… It doesn’t even remind me of you, at first, as it just sounds like a regular rapper… Tha 1st verse ain’t too bad, here, though between tha beat and how you sound, it sounds plain… Tha 2nd verse’s just okay for me; I’m startin’ ta get bored from this… My Rating: 3.1

10. “Preach”
Maybe, some more anticipation, here, since Young Dolph has a song wit this same title, which goes hard! >>> Beat’s just okay, once again, but tha hook a lil’ betta than tha previous track… Tha 1st verse ain’t too bad; regular rhymes, here, though nothin’ special… Tha 2nd verse a lil’ betta, here, though still a boring track, a lil’… My Rating: 3.3

11. “Breathe”
Keepin’ this goin’… >>> Not really feelin’ tha beat start; a lil’ poppy for me…? Your flow’s a lil’ more catchier, this time, so let’s see how you do, overall… Tha hook’s a lil’ more creative wit tha breathin’, but still, not like a lightning strike fa me, as far as catchiness… Tha 2nd verse aight, but I can’t really get inta this pop-rap beat… Even got a 3rd verse, here… Once again, it’s aight; beat’s startin’ ta become repetitive, too… My Rating: 2.6

12. “I Don’t Love These Hoes”
Next… >>> Okay, this way betta wit tha start, here, wit tha “pillz” and beat!! Soundin’ nice, on tha hook; a lil’ iffy wit tha weird voice on tha 2nd ½ of tha hook, but still, I’m a lil’ impressed, so far… Tha 1st verse sounds like you’re a pro, older than 22, here! You got dat mastermind perspective, here, and I respect it… Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ decent; feelin’ what you “love,” here… Not really diggin’ tha ending, here; enough wit tha gay-soundin’ voice! My Rating: 3.6

13. “Last Night”
Hmm… >>> A random intro, here; glad you luv ta “smoke weed!” Sounds like a completely different voice, here? Sounds like a lyrical rapper on tha 1st verse, and it’s decent, wit this beat… Tha hook ain’t too bad; it’s only aight fa me, wit tha sound and what you bringin’ to tha table… Tha 2nd verse’s aight, too; nice advice ta “keep” peeps in tha right lane… “Let’s smoke weed until our vision blurry;” you already know! My Rating: 3.5

14. “Thug Niggas”
Sad that this mixtape’s almost done… >>> Feelin’ tha ‘90s-like rap beat, here… Ooh, even got a female “la-la-la”in’ on tha hook! Iz that you on tha 1st verse? Sounds good, regardless… Tha 2nd verse’s nice, too; sounds like you’re rappin’ in tha ‘90s, despite bein’ an actual ‘90s baby! My Rating: 4.4

15. “Dead Homies”
“How” will we end this? >>> Pop start? Nope! Wasn’t sure what that first 13 seconds was, but I hear a true southern beat, here, as well as tha normal you! Whoo, diggin’ this track and hook! Scary about tha “dead homies numbers still in my phone;” I’ve had that happen to me wit Louisiana artists I was dealin’ wit! It’s crazy! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and this tha normal voice I’m used to, from you; grimy and gutta, tha way I luv it!! Wow, “You coulda least told me, ‘Bye,’ nigga;” powerful lyrics, here!! Tha 2nd verse’s nice, too; you stayin’ on topic and keepin’ this grimy shit comin’ fa tha streetz! My Rating: 4.5

Overall: I’m so glad I got ta take tha time out ta review this CD! I know most of tha 2nd ½ of tha CD was somewhat a disappointment ta me, ironically, after tha “shit” I took. However, for tha most part, you really impressed me wit your consistent bangerz! Keep stayin’ on tha grind! I gon keep supportin’ you! FWM!!
