I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. >>> Sounds like a good beat start, as well as you on tha intro… Glad you put in all this “work,” Tremon! I would luv ta have two jobs, at this “time!” Likin’ all these timez on tha hook; you know how my autistic-ass iz wit numbaz! Started this review at 5:33 but Louisiana “time,” it’s 4:33; you know! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds great, as always; can’t deny Spit! Chargin’ $4,500 fa a verse; you know he official wit it! Tha 2^nd verse go off; I luv tha line, “I hate 12; tha new time iz 1:00!” I agree; fuck “12” ‘cause it all about bein’ #“1!” My Rating: 4.5

02. WNC Whop Bezzy “Wig Off”

>>> Feelin’ tha energy; definitely nice! Why tha 1^st verse seem like it off-beat? Great beat and energetic vibe but it feels off-beat ta me… Lol, tha hook seems hilarious but then again, they gotta show they organic-asses! Tha 2^nd verse’s soundin’ str8, too; still a lil’ all over tha place, sometimes… My Rating: 4.0

03. Fredo Bang feat. Moneybagg Yo “Story To Tell (Remix)”

Felt tha Kevin Gates remix a lot but I’ono if he can do a non-Louisiana-featured remix? >>> Sounds good, as always; always dig Fredo’s flow, on tha 1^st verse & hook. I’ll give Moneybagg his props fa collabin’ wit Fredo, on tha 2^nd verse. I’m diggin’ tha flow, as well as how he said, “Hot like Louisiana.” Usually, I get a guilty pleasure wit Moneybagg, as he reminds me of that rapper I said in two reviewz ago that turned on me… Luv that Fredo ain’t too big to offer “da shmoke,” lol! My Rating: 4.4

04. Max Minelli feat. Meter Gang “Spend A Ben”

Austin doin’ tha production, here. Also, why did Max give it up, recently? Only at age 40; ain’t C-Loc, like, a decade older than him, almost? Gotta ask him ‘cause sometimes, I be at a crossroads, too… >>> Sounds like an undaground Internet quality, here; not bad wit tha hook… Hearin’ this 1^st verse and it str8; nothin’ really ta say, I guess? Max on tha 2^nd verse and it a cool lil’ verse; can’t complain… My Rating: 3.7

05. Kocaine “Cocaine Cookin’”

>>> Likin’ this beat sound; good lil’ hook, too…! “Smell tha aroma!” Hearin’ tha verse and it sounds good wit tha calculatin’… My Rating: 4.1

06. Young B “I’m From Baton Rouge”
>>> Feelin’ his perspective in tha streetz of “Baton Rouge,” on this hook… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse, as well as how he flow on tha beat & it nice… “No reset button, nigga, I go dumb-dumb!” Definitely! “Shmoke you like a blunt-blunt;” gotta luv how he double his wordz-wordz, lol! Keepin’ it goin’ wit tha 2^nd verse and it’s soundin’ nice, as well; “keep it str8 ‘G’!” My Rating: 4.3

07. WNC Whop Bezzy “Who Raised You”
>>> Feelin’ tha same about tha otha song of his on here… Good energy, slightly off-beat & good aggression… One quick hook & a verse ta supply err-body… My Rating: 4.0

08. Lil’ K feat. Spitta “Budget”

>>> Likin’ tha beat & these anti-“Budget” rules but if that tha case, wouldn’t gettin’ promotion by me be cheap as fuck? Hopefully from me, one day…? Hearin’ tha 1^st verse from K & it sounds good wit what he bringin’ to these streetz… “Mo traffic than Publix,” huh? Go getta gettin’ it, lol…! Keepin’ it movin’ wit Spit on tha 2^nd verse, comin’ thru wit his “social studies,” here; good shit. Of course, as always, feelin’ what he cookin’ up: “blueberry muffins,” lol! My Rating: 4.3

09. L. Franchise “Zones”

>>> Sounds like somethin’ you’d be high too—oh, hearin’ him say, “High,” here, on tha hook; good shit. Beat dry like bud and tha hook somethin’ to zone out to… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds good; keep it goin’… Goin’ tha Wayne/Future/Drake 2013 route wit tha “Love Me” hook-opening fa tha 2^nd verse opening; nice… Tha rest of this verse sounds good, too; good shit… My Rating: 3.9

10. Rocky Mountainz “Fire”

>>> Anotha dry beat; sounds like a catchy hook but this iz lackin’ energy… Sounds like a repetitive flow; I’m not gonna bash it too much ‘cause it at least put an effort in, throughout tha verse/track… My Rating: 3.6

11. Young Gage “Best Of Them”
>>> Think I’ve heard betta from him, back in tha decade… Not sure if I can feel this sellout-soundin’ hook… Okay, hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s a lil’ betta; guess it fits your set vibe betta than my review? Some good rhymes, here, while some boredism rhymes fa tha song, at times… Tha 2^nd verse aight; not 100% my taste but it ain’t bad… My Rating: 2.9

12. 70^th Street Carlos feat. Sauce Walka “Drip On 70^th Street”

Anotha non-Louisiana feature? Let’s see how it goes… >>> Had a feelin’ I’d like it when I seen it was Carlos on tha feature… Sounds like a good 1^st verse; beat on point & Carlos’ focus on point, as well! Short lil’ part from Sauce, toward tha end; feelin’ his energy, as well! My Rating: 4.3

>>> Good energy on tha hook, here & tha beat str8…! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds like a Sam I Am vs. Mystikal breed; diggin’ tha energy! Keepin’ it goin’ wit tha 2^nd verse, here, str8 outta tha “Rouge;” gotta luv it! Glad you be findin’ all these peeps, Tremon! I used to find a bunch of ‘em, back a decade ago. Now, you’re tha leader of dat shit… My Rating: 4.2

15. Tygee Ramon “Son Uh Da Don”

Likin’ this title/ID… >>> Sounds good wit this Baton Rouge-soundin’ production, as well as this hook; great undaground shit…! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s soundin’ factual; facts! Good shit; gotta keep it movin’! Sounds like a grimy vocal, when it comes to this undaground rap shit, on tha 2^nd verse; dope shit! My Rating: 4.1

½time: Best ½time fa Tremon, so far, wit a 4.0-rated CD! Only thang iz, no songs in tha 4.6+ range… Either way, only one track I ain’t rate above average but I’m diggin’ this consistent, upbeat vibe! Let’s keep it goin’!

16. Jess A. Hustla “Regular”
>>> “I can’t hit tha weed if it’s regular;” catchy lil’ hook, here! Dude wants tha above-average; I feel him! I definitely feel him afta all this shit goin’ on wit me! As soon as I shake back, it’s to da max!! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds good; I’ll give him props fa how he throws it down…! Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and it’s good, as well; keep da consistency up! My Rating: 4.1

17. Mack Tony “Bitch Please”

Only gave it a 3.1 on Vol. 4 but it sounds slightly betta… My Current Rating: 3.5

18. JayGee x GH Dre “The Wave”

>>> Sounds like a YFN Lucci on tha hook, here… Beat only aight but I’m diggin’ tha title part; he got a lil’ bit of style, here… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and he “ain’t new ta this,” huh? Good shit, I guess? Scary-soundin’ introduction to tha 2^nd verse wit tha long-ass harmonizin’, lol? Had to google it to see if it was one artist or two; it’s two. Didn’t realize they were “from tha Boot;” might have to grow after multiple listens… My Rating: 3.1

19. Arthentic “No Games”

>>> Anotha good one from Arthentic, here, based off tha hook; seems like tha only singin’ that can pass tha test of my reviewz… Kickin’ off tha 1^st verse as if they’re Lauryn Hill & The Fugees’ “Ready Or Not”. Keepin’ it movin’ and it’s soundin’ str8; can’t complain… My Rating: 3.2

20. Ashley Denay “TBYL”
>>> “Thinkin’ ‘Bout You Lately,” here, soundin’ like an okay singin’ track wit this beat. I like how it transitions from tha previous singin’ track on here; good thinkin’, Tremon. Not just 100% singin’ but rappin’ on tha verse, here; good blend. It sounds like that undaground singin’ vibe I’d like ta hear, so I’ll give it its props… My Rating: 3.8

21. Kaelz “Vision”

>>> Goin’ fa three singin’ tracks in a row? Let’s see if it’s worth it… Likin’ how she starts off by shmokin’ “a blunt” as an option; nice…! Went tha rappin’ route just like Ashley did, huh? Sounds like good lil’ trip-hop-type rappin’, so I’ll give this some props. Beat’s a lil’ dry/boring; I like tha Ashley one betta. Still, I give this props fa blendin’ wit tha otha singin’ tracks… Tha 2^nd verse sounds like she fittin’ in tha “trill” perspective, based off her rhymes; good shit… My Rating: 3.4

22. Lil’ One The Champ “Girlfriend”

E.P. still doin’ good wit tha productions, huh? Looks good that he continues…! >>> Sounds like a good conversation-like rap, on tha verse; I’ll give him props. Tha hook ain’t too bad; a lil’ repetitive but it goes wit this mixtape’s vibe… Hearin’ whateva remains toward tha end (tha 2^nd verse) and it’s aight… My Rating: 3.6

23. Mista Cain feat. OTB Fastlane “Thumbin’”

>>> Sounds a lil’ cool, on tha hook, even tho it sounds like some Lucci whinnin’, in tha background… Hearin’ Cain on tha 1^st verse and his thumbz workin’ tha money, I guess? Not really my cup of tea ta rap about it and then, he switches to mo shit… He was interested in me in 2010; what would bring out tha interest in him to me, now? I’ono but I feel like I can’t achieve it… Hearin’ tha dude on tha 2^nd verse and I almost thought he was Kevin-bitin’ wit tha “grinder” shit, in tha beginning… Either way, good lil’ vibe about grindin’—bein’ on da grind… My Rating: 3.6

24. Bezo Luciano feat. DJ B-Real “Cut Up Bad”

Lol, had a feelin’ this was gon appear somewhere along tha line. Thought it would be on tha 7^th edition but it’s here, on tha 6^th edition. I think this one of those golden, undaground classics from BR. It goes good wit tha “So Whopped”s & all tha tracks people luv, in BR. B-Real did a nice job wit this beat, makin’ it a timeless club banga, as well as his cool/undeniable catchiness, on tha hook. Bezo shows off pretty nicely durin’ tha 1^st verse; shout out ta “Strow[sama],” as he shouts out, on tha 1^st verse. He really feelin’ tha hype, especially durin’ tha end of tha verses! You really feel tha B-Real beats kickin’! Also, tha 2^nd verse pretty dope; dude know how ta hold it down! My Current Rating: 4.9 (still a guilty pleasure, at times…)

25. Cannon Da Assassin “Retarded”

>>> Sounds good and hyped-up on tha hook/beat, here… Hearin’ tha verse and it’s soundin’ good, as well. “Playz” in tha “DNA,” huh? Good shit…! Gotta put dat otha “S” in “Assasin”’s name, Tremon… Either way, props fa bein’ “Retarded!” My Rating: 4.2

26. Westside Chopa “Pussy”

And, maybe, anotha “P” in “Chopa”, here? >>> Sounds like a hyped-up vibe, on tha hook, based off this C-Murder-sampled beat… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds like dude got tha club/streetz on lock! Thumbs up ta this Westsider! Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and it’s good, as well; good facts about tha “Pussy” type! My Rating: 4.0

27. Pardee Boy “Still Ratchet”

>>> Sounds catchy, fa tha hook & beat. Speakin’ of samplin’ shit, here’s a sample of “All They Do Is Jigg” on tha lyrics. I dig tha energy, as well as tha “R-A-T-C-H-E-T” spellin’; good shit! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s soundin’ pretty nice; gotta keep it hyped-up! Keepin’ it goin’ wit tha 2^nd verse and it’s a “social media”-type dose of energy, here; good shit… My Rating: 4.2

Tha synths in tha beat sound like they sample somethin’ (“dinn-de-dinn; de-dinn, de-dinn”); good shit… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and dude got it goin’ on, even down ta tha Sip! Good lil’ hook, too; gotta keep tha energy goin’! Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and dude keepin’ it goin’, here; can’t deny it…! My Rating: 4.3

29. Geno “O.G.”

Anotha track from him; lookin’ forward…! >>> A slow start; kickin’ it off wit tha hook, keepin’ it “O.G.,” here… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and dude sounds like an undaground street dude, despite jiggin’ on tha previous song of his… “We livin’ dat Boot life.” I also agree wit him when he says, “I’m an asshole;” I feel dat way about myself, at times. It’s like, you gotta let tha inner-“asshole” outta yaself, at times! Tha 2^nd verse ain’t too bad, here; slightly-above-average fa me, even tho I liked his “Jig” song betta… My Rating: 3.6

30. Nicole Monionno “Finding Nemo”

Not sure if I’ll dig this, based off what it looks like… >>> Anotha one on here samplin’ “Give Me That”? “Bitch Please” was tha otha one… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds okay; at least tha energy’s here, in tha beat & vibe… Tha hook sounds good, even tho it’s anotha remake wit tha lyrics (“nobody move, nobody make a sound”). A lil’ bit of a mixed-review from me but I don’t think it’s trash. Lol @ when she says, “Finding Nemo,” outta nowhere, especially rhymin’ it wit “beast mode!” My Rating: 3.0

31. NBA YoungBoy feat. Plies & Lil’ Baby “Cross Me”

Throwback from ’16? >>> Damn, he made anotha “Cross Me”? I rememba tha otha one he made wit Whop Bezzy, produced by B-Real. It’s like, what iz this? Took 31 songs to find a shitty song, I guess? Repetitive, boring hook, unlike tha old “Cross Me”. Lol, uncredited 2^nd verse that sounds like fast-ass rappin’ (Plies)? *Checks* Yeah, why his fake-ass on here? People also put Baby b4 Plies in tha ID; wrong… Baby on tha 3^rd verse; why this fast-ass rappin’? Enough cryin’, YoungBoy (wit this hook)! Got 47 seconds left; let’s see an outro… *Waits…* *Waits…* Guess not? Why all tha silence at tha end? Rushed to get it out there? Prolly coulda just subtracted this track…! My Rating: 1.3

Overall: Looks like I enjoyed this one a lot; lots of good shit on here but not really many shockingly-good ones (no new ones). Only one that surpassed tha 4.6 was “Cut Up Bad” and no new ones. Either way, a lotta good, consistent tracks fulla energy & street vibes, so I’ll give it that!
