Ahhhh… FrankieThaLuckyDog here wit tha 3rd review I'm doin' today. I'm non-stop grindin', ya dig! It iz a request from DJ Scream. He told me to check this one out while I showed him my review for his mixtape wit Playaz Circle, "The Campaign". I'm about to check it out and give feedback on it for free (I charge $11 for requested reviews but Scream gets it free since he's pretty big on tha mixtape scene). Here goes my review for DJ Scream & J Money "Trapper Of Da Year"! Once again, happy birthday to an old friend of mine, Renee!! Zeal…The Palad…Mordor!! 01. Intro
Let's see how he handles thingz on tha solo tip. I'm expectin' good so let's see watz good! >>> I thought his voice was gonna be deeper. I still like all that space between tha words. That was cool wit what was said. Real nice beat in tha background! My Rating: N/A


02. "First Name, Last Name"
Looks interesting for tha 1st joint on here. If that beat from tha background of tha intro iz on this, then I have a high anticipation level for this! >>> That's an interesting hook wit tha "first name, last name" parts. I like that "like I hit da lotto" line and I'm glad you (DJ Scream) brought it back so it could say it again. Pretty good… Kinda have to get into his voice and rhymes right now. Catchy song right here. My Rating: 3.8


03. "Swaver" Feat. Young Bok
Who's this Young Bok dude…? Let's see how this joint gon sound… >>> Not bad so far… This beat could be better than tha last joint but not really sure… I might like them tha same. Okay so far but I'm still gonna need some time to get into him. Yeah, I don't really have much to say. I'm kinda gettin' annoyed from that hook. I'm guessin' "swaver" = "swagger"? My Rating: 3.1


04. Countin' Money
Let's see how this one gon sound. If this ain't good, then this mixtape iz gonna be in bad shape! >>> Only 55 seconds long? Not really a song (it was like a mix wit a skit) but nice beat. My Rating: N/A


05. "Big Dawg" Feat. Yung LA & Parlae
Shit, I thought that was Lil' LA from Trillville for a sec… Of course, it's a title I really like but can it live up to a good rating from me? Once again, since this a song, if this ain't good for me, then this mixtape iz gonna be in bad shape! >>> Okay, maybe this iz a lil' better. I don't understand how he's "Trapper Of Da Year" though. There are a lot better trappers out there… Okay, pretty decent verse. I couldn't think of who Parlae was for a sec but it's a DFB dude. I think his part iz actually better than J Money's, lol. I didn't expect J Money to be on tha 3rd verse but I'm gettin' annoyed again. Sorry, but that hook ain't doin' it for me. I'm prolly just gettin' sick of his voice and shit. My Rating: 3.4


06. "Trapper Of The Year" Feat. Shawty Lo
This has to be good…! >>> Pretty good intro from Shawty Lo. This iz a not bad beat. Aight J Money, you're gonna have to stop jackin' yourself wit that "first name, last name" shit 'cause when rappers jack their own selves by repeatin' shit from their previous songs, it's bad and it gets annoying. I almost think he sounds like OJ Da Juiceman but I like OJ a lot better. Shawty Lo makes this a lil' better than what it would be without him. My Rating: 3.7


07. Never Change, Never Switch
Another double-sided title (meanin' it's 4 words wit tha same word repeated once). It's prolly a duplicate of tha "First Name, Last Name" shit. >>> Not even a song, lol. He sounds like Rocko a lil' on this skit. I actually liked this skit. My Rating: N/A


08. "Wake Up"
Will this mixtape "wake up" for me? >>> He sounds a lil' different on this… A better beat wit a better hook. LOL @ that "masturbating" line. 2nd verse sounds a lil' better, especially wit him doin' this "for tha gangstas/thugs/g's/lil' kids wit no food to eat/old man on tha block wit no place to sleep." Now that set of shit was nice. Nothin' annoying about this song! My Rating: 4.0


09. "Secret Agent"
Can tha ratings increase for me? Title looks interesting… >>> Okay, definitely likin' tha beat intro! PLEASE no more "first name, last name" shit! Okay good, an actual trap anthem. I like tha "work," "secret agent" and tha "007" parts in tha hook! Pretty nice 1st verse. Really likin' this beat and that hook! Nice 2nd verse too… I'm impressed! My Rating: 4.3


10. "Smashin'" Feat. Scooter & Future (BMG)
Not sure of tha featured artists… Not sure what this joint'll sound like also. >>> Oh no, I heard tha "FN,LN" (first name, last name) shit again in tha beginning. It sounds like it's back to soundin' decent again… Tha hook ain't really nothin' to me. Tha 2nd verse iz way too repetitive wit tha title. 3rd verse wasn't really that much to me either. It was slightly better than tha 2nd verse. My Rating: 2.9


11. "Do It Big" Feat. Meanie (Shop Boyz)
Not really likin' these features (seems too mainstreamish for me). I have a HUGE strength for Louisiana music so this iz prolly why I'm a lil' weaker wit tha ratings… Low anticipation level here… >>> Okay hook from Meanie… Just an okay verse from J Money on tha 1st verse. Meanie iz on tha 2nd verse… Maybe cool voice but just decent; that's all. Just an okay 3rd verse too and that FUCKIN' "FN,LN" shit again at tha end. I'm gonna start deducting from my rating everytime I hear that shit! My Rating: 3.2


12. Who The Hell Are You Interlude
What to expect… >>> 1:25 on tha length… I think I might be interested. He sounds high but he sounds cool on this interlude. I like this interlude so thumbs up. My Rating: N/A


½time: 47 minutes in and this ain't really up my alley this CD. I don't really like it too much… I'm not even feelin' that good right now (I guess 'cause I've been reviewin' all day). Dude needs some work on his rappin' and his voice. He also needs to not repeat himself from time to time.


13. "Who The Hell Are You"
Okay, it took an interlude to get into it so let's see what it's about… >>> It's only 1:14 so he better be lucky! Hook iz just okay but when it gets to tha "who the hell are you" parts, it sounds better. This iz jammin' so I won't be so mean on it. Not bad on tha verse also. My Rating: 3.7


14. "Freeze" Feat. Yung LA
Anotha feature and anotha "Freeze" song… >>> Anotha boring hook… Anotha boring 1st verse… Yung LA's verse was better. Tha 3rd verse from J Money sounded better. My Rating: 3.3


15. "Shake N Bake"
Huh?? >>> I can just imagine what he's gonna do to a club banger… *gulp* Just hearin' tha title, I wanna tune out. Not good at all. Sorry, but IMO, if you're a
"trapper", you should NOT do a dance song! Will this end? It's almost over… THAT FUCKIN' "FN,LN" shit again!! My Rating: 1.1

No. 16 and it's not even a song? SMH… >>> He "swears to God on err-thang he loves that he had 8 whips before he turned 16?" Can I have pics or video clips please? Sorry, but this ain't true until I see proof! DJ Scream, can I have some proof since you cool wit him? A1 (Nu$$ie's manager) told me to expose people out when they said somethin' (and I thought it was odd) so there's my exposing! Now show me tha truth! Not likin' this skit! My Rating: N/A


17. "I Got 'Em"
A trap song? If not, goodbye to this song! >>> Beat sounds like a mix of Rocko "This Morning" and Lil' Weavah "My Rims". I'm feelin' tha beat and I can't say that I don't like it right now. I like this better than a bunch of his other songs. A pretty good song here. My Rating: 3.9


18. "Campaign"
Speaking of this title, I just reviewed your mixtape wit Playaz Circle yesterday Scream and this iz how I'm here right now reviewin' this mixtape. Hope this dude didn't fuck up this joint… >>> He got "a mil from rappin'?" I think that's too much. I deserve "a mil" for what I do! Back to tha boring shit again (thanx for fuckin' it up from Playaz Circle's mixtape name). I don't like that he said what T.I. said last year wit tha "big shit poppin', lil' shit stoppin'." Oh, tha song's over already? Okay, then no chance of me likin' it more. My Rating: 2.4


19. "Man In Between The Man"
What's this "man" shit? >>> Odd song… Tight beat though! Tha 2nd verse sounds pretty good for me. This shit was jammin' but I still don't get it wit that title and what's tha complete definiton over it… I liked that Shawty Lo quote though, about tha "these bitches, I done fucked dem all." My Rating: 3.8


20. Super Street Outro

21. "Futuristic Party"
I'm surprised no jacked beat songs. I would prolly expected some from someone like this dude. What will this be like? >>> LOL @ tha positive soundin' beat. It's just an okay party song. WHAT THA FUCK was that FUCKIN' AUTO-TONED "FN,LN" shit before tha 2nd verse?!? How GAY!! FUCK, right before tha 2nd verse ended too he said it! I know you just said it at tha end… Ya know what? That should've been tha name of this mixtape since he says it so fuckin' much. My Rating: 3.5


22. "I'm A G" Feat. Baby Boy
Iz that Baby Boy Da Prince? Don't tell me there's Louisiana shit on this mixtape. I'll be surprised!! >>> Nope… Sounds like a 16 year old that sounds like a young Lloyd. How disappointing! I thought there was a chance here… Why did that Baby Boy dude on here steal Baby Boy Da Prince's original rap name??? Maybe call this dude "Baby Boy Da Singer". Anyway, aren't "I'm A G" type of songs gutta? This iz soft. What's wit that Baby Boy dude soundin' like he's older wit those lyrics? Weird… But not really my type of song here. My Rating: 2.6


23. "Myspace"
Oh no… *thinks some "FN,LN" shit gon come out of this song* >>> SMH @ tha "erasing comments" shit. Sorry, but this iz an EASILY low rating 'cause of it bein' about "Myspace". Ugh, tha usual shit about "Myspace"; I don't wanna hear it! LOL @ tha "dub-a dub-a this, dub-a dub-a that." Who cares if you got Soulja Boy Tell'em as a friend… Like P!nk said, "so what!" Sorry, I don't know how this dude has "5 million views on Youtube" or w/e it said. This izn't Rap, it's talkin' about a trend! My Rating: 1.0


24. "Go Wild" Feat. Meanie (Shop Boyz)
Again wit tha collab… >>> What's wit those "chop, chop"s in tha beat (like wit Youngbloodz "Chop Chop")? There's that fuckin' "FN,LN" shit (thought it would be in tha "Myspace" song). He's "got tha club goin' fruity?" Ain't that gay? Not feelin' tha typical "make it rain" lyrics in tha hook. Ugh, tha FUCKIN' "FN,LN" shit!! Again that FUCKIN' "FN,LN" shit in tha 2nd verse! Why say "shake n bake" in this song? I only rated that song a 1.1/5.0! This iz like a wasted beat… Should've been someone else's 'cause it's tha only good thing for this song. My Rating: 1.8


Overall: End Time: 10:05 PM. Well, 1.5 hours exactly of stress for me. I'm sorry, but J Money (without tha dash in between his name; tha dash goes to J-Money from Cadillac Don & J-Money) izn't tha J Money I thought he was (which I thought he was tha dude from Cadillac Don & J-Money). That's why I had a lil' anticipation in tha first place. This dude needs a lot of work and if he claims to be a "trapper," how come there were BARELY any songs about tha trap and shit? Just too much "FN,LN" shit that I got annoyed from. Sorry Scream, but this was my opinion on this shit. I gots lots of luv for your mixtapes but this was prolly tha 1st one I didn't like from you. If J Money requested a review for this, I prolly would've charged him $11 for it. You're lucky you got this for free 'cause I wasn't really feelin' it. But Scream, keep doin' tha damn thang like you always do and put BETTER artists on your mixtapes!
