Keepin’ it goin’ wit my 6th review for today! Pretty anticipated fa dis one: Rob Walad “The Last Time”!! What’ll it sound like?!? This iz my boy (known him first as Young Rob) that gave me a good amount of information for my R.I.P. Big Markee video; thumbs up ta him! I didn’t know he was music-business-affiliated, so let’s see what’s good wit him!! Hopefully, all tha tracks are original beats so I can get ‘em on my radio show!! Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. “The Last Time”
Startin’ it off wit tha title track; let’s see what’s good! >>> Sounds hot for a start; what will you sound like, lol? Wouldn’t’ve guessed you sounded like this! For some reason, I was thinkin’ you was gonna sound like some 30 year-old or somethin’, lol! Tha hook sounds pretty cool here wit tha beat! Do you do your own beats too? REAL GLAD ta have new music ta put on my radio show!! Tha 1st verse sounds good; nice job wit deliverin’ some listenable rhymes! LOL, enjoyin’ tha “da-da-da-da-da” shit in tha hook too! Nice job wit keepin’ it Louisiana-bound on tha 2nd verse too! My Rating: 4.5


02. “Yesterday”
What’ll come outta this? >>> Anotha anticipatin’ beat start; I think you gon surprise me at times! Sounds nice on tha start here! “It be greasy…;” dumb shit! Nice job on tha 1st verse and lol, you sound like you ballin’—cocky-style—on tha hook! This can be pretty damn catchy!! Sounds like pretty good rhymes in tha 2nd verse; ROFL @ that hook!! My Rating: 4.4


03. “Rock With Me”
Let’s keep it goin’! >>> LOL, tha last beat’s outro fused into this beat’s start? That’s different (although, this iz a “mixtape” so I can see why). Sounds like a sad start wit your “dad” or somethin’ in tha beginnin’ of tha hook? Then again, not too sad on tha 2nd ½ of tha hook wit how we should “rock wit you.” Tha 1st verse’s pretty good; you got your street shit goin’ on here. Tha 2nd verse sounds like you’re gettin’ dat continuous reputation as well as survivin’ in tha streetz; good shit! I can relate to tha “my dad was neva there” in tha hook. I was in a minor car accident wit my mom last month and when he called afta it, he asked, “Why’d you delete my wife off Facebook?” All this bullshit and I haven’t heard from him since; goin’ on a month. It’s his birthday next week so I gotta be guilty ta hit him up (I’ll just simply text). It’s hard goin’ through a divorce but if he tryna be racist wit my Louisiana connection (future connection in person) and black people, then, fuck it. If we don’t talk, we don’t talk; I stay motivated! My Rating: 4.0


04. “Want It”
LOL, short title so let’s see… >>> This sounds almost like a mainstream song, lol; catchy hook once again! Tha 1st verse sounds like you’re gettin’ down fa tha ladies here; lol! Very versatile wit tha subjects here on these songs! I bet a pill song gon come up next, lol! Tha 2nd verse iz even on some fuckin’-type shit, lol! Tha 3rd verse even sounds good on this beat too; nice job here! My Rating: 4.2


05. “Can’t Let Go”
Looks like a strong-subject title… >>> Sounds like some good Baton Rouge-type shit for tha beat here (like a Max Minelli or somethin’). Tha beginning iz good; I don’t know what ta say yet… I guess this iz anotha song fa tha ladies? LOL @ tha “now, she smokin’ weed” shit; nice and random. You even mentioned it a 2nd time wit “steady smokin’ trees;” this sounds interestin’… Okay, I’m hearin’ tha hook and once again, you’re makin’ this shit sound catchy! This iz VERY interestin’ when it comes ta what this lady iz goin’ through! Catchy flowww on tha 2nd verse here; glad you have a style! My Rating: 4.1


½time: I’m DEFINITELY glad I’m gettin’ some fresh, new music!! I luv when it’s exclusively e-mailed to me too! I didn’t even know you came out wit somethin’ and it’s soundin’ GR8! So far, tha average CD rating’s at 4.2; let’s get it!!


06. “Ride With Me”
Ooh, looks good… >>> Yea, I’m really likin’ this beat! Nice and “rideable,” lol! I thought this would be more catchy on tha hook but it’s hot fa what it iz! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it sounds like some “goin’-through-jail”-type shit when it comes ta your boyz. If it’s not even Louisiana related, I don’t wanna think about it! Had a situation few weeks ago where I saw this dude from my 1st college. Then, when he got out, he wanted $20 for a ride. I told him, “No. I rather hang out wit you;” he didn’t hang wit me and he got home somehow. His mom then pulled bullshit on me too as she originally wanted me to give him $20. I didn’t (once again) and she deleted all my posts I posted her on Facebook and even deleted me; cunt! I just gon stick to my boyz in Louisiana!! FREE Yung Yola, K.O., Nookie, D.$.G., Uncle T & Erk!!!!! Tha 2nd verse iz also dedicated to your boyz; you are dedicated on this “ridin’” song, lol! My Rating: 4.3


07. “Get It Girl”
Uh oh, looks like it gon be an anthem! >>> Feelin’ tha blendin’ between tha tracks wit no silence; they sound like they connect gr8! Well, tha beat sounds kinda hot; I don’t know what ta say about tha hook though; kinda plain. Tha 1st verse iz aight here…; not much fa me ta say. Tha 2nd verse iz also a lil’ on tha aight side fa me… You sound a lil’ funny here on tha hook… My Rating: 3.6


08. “Hustle All Day” Feat. Big Head
Uh oh, a collab!! Lookin’ forward ta hearin’!! >>> Ooh, tha beat’s pretty hot here!! This sounds like it’s tha #1 beat on your mixtape so far! I like how you said tha name I originally knew you by in tha beginning (“Young Rob”)! Okay, tha hook’s hot; DEFINITE plus here!! Tha 1st verse iz you and I’m likin’ how you comin’ through wit tha heat on this HOT beat! You KNOW I luv playin’ exclusive collabs like dis on my radio show!! Speakin’ of tha collab, Big Head’s on tha 2nd verse and he comin’ through wit his greatness (as always)! Real glad you have tha potential to collab wit people too!! You’re back on tha 3rd verse here, spittin’ dat heat on this beat once again! I like tha “where-ta-find-me”-type shit too! My Rating: 4.6


09. “Why Would I Lie” Feat. Nu$$ie
>>> I heard tha beat before I was able to type anything first and it’s soundin’ REAL NICE once again!! LOL, tha feature gave me a lil’ bit of a chill when I saw it just now! You KNOW I look forward ta hearin’ dis too!! Tha hook’s REAL NICE wit how you come through wit tha flow!! Thumbs up on dis shit right chea! Ooh, you have a NICE, HOT set of rappin’ goin’ on here in tha 1st verse!! For some reason, when I hear tha Nu$$ie verse, I think somethin’ REAL SPECIAL gon come outta it; I dunno why my luck iz respondin’ like dat! REAL NICE job wit how you came through on tha 1st verse!! No wonder why you gave me those Big Markee facts; Nu$$ie!! Speakin’ of Nu$$, he’s on tha 2nd verse; feelin’ dis hood shit! “Loratabs, xanabars;” good shit! He’s even rappin’ faster so that’s a plus! I thought tha supa-special shout out ta me would appear in tha verse but it wasn’t here. There’s a mysterious song (I believe it’s a song—according to Quikkdraw—and not tha shout out on “Gangsta Gumbo Vol. 2: Ghetto Pass”) where Nu$$ie shouts me out; DYIN’ ta know where it iz!! You’re back on tha 3rd verse here, doin’ tha damn thang!! REALLY givin’ you a THUMBS UP here!! Glad you have a anti-fake song!! My Rating: 4.8


10. “Keep It Real”
Still “keepin’ it real,” lol! >>> Started off immediately and tha beat sounds pretty good wit you deliverin’ tha “real” hook! Tha 1st verse iz tha good shit you be spittin’ fa tha “real” dudes; it’s all “real,” ya heard me? Hearin’ tha hook betta and yea, who REALLY’LL “ride fa us”? Who iz really there? I’m likin’ tha flow on tha 2nd verse here; lol @ tha “I got you hooked like a nigga practiced voodoo” line towards tha end of tha verse! I thought a 3rd verse would fit but it’s cool ta hear just tha beat wit those random vocals too! My Rating: 4.3


11. You’ve Been Robbed
Can’t believe it’s ova already! Rather hear 35:06 x2 from you than tha bullshit I review here and there that’s like 1:00:00 – 1:19:58 long! Well, let’s see what we got here! >>> LOL, iz this really a song? Sounds like Biggie or somethin’; why? It’s catchy but I won’t consider it a “song” since there was really no rappin’. Nice lil’ outro, lol! My Rating: N/A


Overall: You KNOW this shit was official!! GLAD I finally got ta review it! Hate ta say dat I’ve had it since July 23 (tha day you sent it to my e-mail) and it took this long to get to… But, it didn’t surpass September 18’s date so you KNOW I got you on tha radio! Hope you do a drop fa me too! Keep makin’ dis REAL HOT music, collaboratin’ wit people, doin’ tha damn thang and holdin’ me down, lol!
