Furious Demond Roddy, known by his stage name, Fizz, passed away from shooting himself on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 in Houston, TX; he was only 23 years-old. Roddy was born in Baton Rouge, LA on July 27, 1992 and would stay in Baton Rouge, but in Houston, at times. Roddy founded tha label, Record Section Entertainment, and would start rappin' in tha late 2000s. During 2010, multiple CDs were released on Record Section Entertainment: Just Da Beginning, Party Mix & Months Later Before The Mixtapes, with D.C., Black & Rand. Tha label also released Money, Power, Respect Vol. 1 by Roddy's close friend and recording artist, Plex. On February 26, 2016, Roddy suffered from having two seizures. Luckily, tha following day, Roddy had said he was quickly recovering. On March 2, 2016, it was announced that Roddy had passed away from shooting himself.
