Up to my 5th review for today; three more afta this!!! Here’s Legend Man “Pressure & Pain”! Start Time: 10:42 AM | End Time: 11:10 AM


Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. “Thug With Me”
Fa sho, lol! >>> Almost sounds like 50 Cent in tha beginning, lol; really likin’ “fear”? Sounds pretty serious… Tha beat sounds like some hot shit…; ooh, a G-Funk sound on tha hook wit a gurl singin’! Sounds like some tight rappin’, as you start off wit “as tha odds against me!” This iz a jam fa tha gangstas and prolly would’ve sounded like a good mainstream song, too! My Rating: 4.4


02. “It’s All In The Game”
Fa sho, too, lol! >>> Good intro; “I’m on a mission for cream” ta kick off tha 1st verse! Sounds like you livin’ a paranoid life; crazy shit! Tha rhymes are great and you sound a lil’ like Tupac, at times; tha hook’s definitely nice wit tha “we smoke weed…!!” Tha outro sounds nice; sounds like a fast-ass verse, lol! “Death Row;” guess you are affiliated wit Pac? My Rating: 4.3


03. “Hard To Trust Ya”
>>> Beat sounds like it gon be good… Tha beat sounds nice wit your kick-ass rhymes ova it, ya dig? “Crazy told me…;” you mess wit “Crazy”? Seems like you fuck wit tha big dawgs! Good job wit tha rhymes and tha hook sounds nice wit this singin’; nothin’ but consistent rhymes comin’ from you at all times!! My Rating: 4.3


04. “Means Of Survival”
This should be good! >>> Tha beat sounds nice; feelin’ tha vibe and tha rhymes should make this a classic!! Definitely feelin’ tha Tupac-soundin’ rhymes, here, wit gangsta shit ta fill a room fulla G’s!!! Sounds like a featured dude on this that’s not sourced? Either way, thumbs up fa tha consistency and kick-assness!!! My Rating: 4.7


05. “Heaven For A G”
Looks like it gon be a sad song… >>> Sounds like Hannibal’s excitin’ “ooh” in tha beginning, lol! However, I think this iz more on tha sad tip; I’m feelin’ tha G-soundin’ singin’ on tha hook, ya feel me? Tha rhymes are good fa tha gangstaz; always a continuous, motivational mission! My Rating: 4.1


06. “Me & My Dogs”
Just like my big “dawg” Murdafeen!! >>> Tha beat sounds good and it has a slightly different vibe than Murdafeen’s; good shit, here! Sounds good wit this collaboration of who this iz wit you; consistent rhymes fa a motivational mission, once again!! My Rating: 4.3


07. “Pressure & Pain (Singing Version)”
LOL, a singing version, vs. a short length? >>> A female, here; let’s see how she does… Almost sounds like a skit fa me but it’s good… My Rating: 3.8

08. “Misery & Suffering”
>>> Sounds like tha same female from tha previous song; pretty good-soundin’ song, here… Tha rhymes are fast and consistent; thumbs up fa keepin’ tha consistency alive!! My Rating: 4.0


09. “I Hold My Own” Feat. Crazy
Shit yea! >>> I like how it sounds like you’re waking up in tha beginning; thumbs up fa tha 504 dialect! Still likin’ how you still sound like Tupac; “it’s funny,” like you just said, lol! Tha 2nd verse sounds like a tight dude; sounds like someone different? Definitely some nice rhymes and content, here!! “Got me dressed like a soldja!” “Crazy as tha kingpin;” iz dat him on tha feature? Yea, I heard you talk ta him on tha 3rd verse; good-ass shit!! My Rating: 4.5


10. “Eastside Till I Am Finished”
Let’s see what dis iz about. >>> Sounds a lil’ like a Master P-soundin’ song (or C-Murder) on this hook; good, interestin’ shit, here! Even addin’ a female on tha hook; lol, feelin’ her English singin’ of tha word “Eastside,” lol! Tha rappin’ sounds good; you got shit on lock when it comes ta handlin’ people, ya feel me? My Rating: 4.4


11. “Thy Heavenly Father”
Not really a fan of a title like dis… >>> Tha beat sounds good and your Tupac-delivery sounds great, here; such a gangsta-ass vibe fa tha gangstas!! “Money’s my weakness;” glad it’s not a “weakness” fa me! Ooh, tha hook sounds good wit tha delivery, at least; this ain’t even close to a disappointment!! I like how tha hook was a prayer, delivered like a kick-ass verse!! This has ta be tha best prayer-delivered song of all time, ya heard me? My Rating: 4.5


12. “N.O.L.A.”
504-representin’!! >>> Startin’ off wit a funky sound, here; laidback wit a singin’ hook… Tha rhymes are good, here; sounds like a mix between West Coast and tha South, here. My Rating: 4.2


13. “I’m So Confused”
A song only 2:41 on tha length? >>> I like tha intro; finna get loaded, lol? More on tha “drink” tip; sounds like a good start… Good rhymes and I’m feelin’ tha gurl on tha hook dat almost sounds like Brandy! “In a few years, where would I be;” I hope you’re still alive, despite tha Pac relations! My Rating: 4.2


14. “Ruff Era Compilation” Feat. Ruff Era Records
LOL, a “compilation” on tha title? >>> Oh yea, you’re wit Ruff Era Records; no wonder! Ooh, a bunch of Ruff Era Records people on tha feature? This should be interestin’!! Yes, definitely feelin’ tha 1st verse wit tha kick-assness; thumbs up fa all these rhymes!! Tha 2nd verse sounds pretty gutta wit tha voice and tha gangsta lyrics! Tha 3rd verse iz soundin’ nice; all about a mission fa dem “presidents,” lol! “I’m 23;” I’m only 11 dayz ‘til “I’m 23!” Tha 4th verse sounds nice, too; great collaboration!! Tha ending iz definitely on some gutta shit, too; great job, all together!!! My Rating: 4.6


15. “Pressure & Pain (Rap Version)”
LOL, a Rap version of this? >>> Sounds similar in tha beginning… Tha rappin’ sounds aight; good ta have a different version… My Rating: 4.2


Overall: Thought this was anotha tight-soundin’ CD!! Nice job wit your consistentness and Pac-soundin’ deliveries; keep up tha great work!!

01. “All For The Money”
Let’s start dis thang off! >>> Pretty good beat; you know y’all holdin’ thangz down! Tha hook sounds cool wit tha singin’ of tha title… Tha 1st verse’s good wit tha rhymes; gangsta shit! I think your older shit sounded betta fa some reason… I dunno; it might’ve been more undaground soundin’? There’s a 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse here and it’s takin’ tha place of tha 1st verse, continuin’ tha gr8 rhymes. Tha 3rd verse’s soundin’ consistent; looks like it was a ¼ and then, a ½, lol? Good verse overall… My Rating: 4.2


02. “Survival” Feat. Crazy
Let’s see what’s good wit dis; hope it sounds good! >>> Not bad for a start on tha beat. Tha rhymes are cool but a bit of catchiness in tha flow iz missin’ here… Tha hook’s somewhat good too… Kinda quick so I can’t say much… Tha 2nd verse sounds betta on tha flow; this iz more like it! Tha 3rd verse has a pretty good delivery. Iz there shit in your mouth when you’re rappin’? Sounds like, “to cahhhhmitt anotha sin,” ROFL! It happened at least like 6x! My Rating: 3.8


03. “Face Forever”
A self-titled song? Let’s see what’s good wit dis ‘cause I know dis gon be betta!! >>> Oh, just a skit, ROFL? Sounds pretty good wit tha beat creepin’ up real slow! Oh, I thought this was a skit or somethin’ wit tha short-ass length, lol! Tha rappin’ came outta nowhere and iz REAL HOT!!! DEFINITELY likin’ tha fastness and these GR8 rhymes dat explore tha streetz!!! Tha 2nd ½ of tha verse’s soundin’ good here; MORE HOT shit to tha fullest!! I like how tha title was said at tha end! My Rating: 4.6


04. “Ridin’ Dirty”
Lookin’ good on tha ID!!! >>> Feelin’ this beat start; I have a feelin’ it gon lead inta somethin’ GR8!! VERY GR8 rhymes comin’ through here; it’s like tha last joint continued or somethin’, immediately!!! REAL GR8 job wit this rapid-fire shit!!! Tha hook’s even fast and it sounds REAL GOOD too!!! DEFINITELY on a gangsta tip too!!! Tha 2nd verse’s doin’ tha damn thang here too; str8 HOT shit to tha fullest!! Too bad this joint was only 3:16 ‘cause it was DEFINITELY HOT!! My Rating: 4.8


05. “Rollin’ In My Ride” Feat. Legend Man
Let’s see what dis sounds like… >>> Ooh, a lil’ smooth here wit some good male vocals singin’ on tha hook. Definitely sounds nice and relaxin’! It’s weird dat I like tha singin’ hook betta than tha 1st verse here… Tha 1st verse iz a lil’ dry fa me; not too much inta it. Tha 2nd verse sounds like it gon be on tha same level or somethin’… I’m hearin’ tha 3rd verse now and I’m not really inta it; sorry. My Rating: 2.6


06. “Product & Revenue”
This looks like it gon be good; I like tha title already!! >>> Ehh @ tha “Paid In Full”ish beat; didn’t wanna hear a beat like dis outta nowhere on a tape of yours… Y’all a lil’ more undaground than this… Anyway, tha beat’s switchin’ up a lil’ bit on tha hook here; tha hook does sound pretty good too… Tha 1st verse sounds pretty good wit tha two members on it; gr8 job teamin’ up! It’s all about keepin’ your status high! Tha 2nd verse has a shitload of catchy rhymes right before tha 3:00 mark; DEFINITELY good shit str8 through!! My Rating: 4.3


½time: Pretty good but once again, tha “R.A.W.” CD was much betta so far… Tha average CD rating’s at 4.1; keep tha undaground soundin’ shit up, ya dig!


07. “World Of Crime”
Lemme hear. >>> Okay start; tha beat’s a lil’ on tha G-Funk style… Good rhymes right here on tha 1st verse; feelin’ it along wit tha flow a lil’ bit… Tha 2nd verse iz pretty good wit tha scene goin’ on here wit tha “runnin’;” thumbs up fa creatin’ a “scene” “in your mind!” I’m startin’ ta like tha singin’ on tha hook; “but my muthaFUCKIN’ world…!!” My Rating: 4.2


08. “Face II Face”
I’m lookin’ at tha back cover and it looks like a skit (‘cause J.S.’s only on tha vocals)? Let’s see… >>> Dat short length again wit a pretty hot beat start. Tha verse’s pretty gutta here for tha streetz; good vibe here. It’s startin’ ta get catchy ‘round 1:36! My Rating: 4.1


09. (Skit) “Shed No Tears” Feat. Crazy, Legend Man & Stress
Now, it’s a skit, lol! Let’s see… >>> ROFL, 5:59 on tha length? Oh, it must be a skit and song together as one. Pretty intense for this start here… Tha start iz at :53 and tha singin’s only aight fa dis one wit a pretty good beat… Tha 1st verse’s pretty good wit tha rappin’ goin’ on; gutta shit! NICE job wit all tha lyrics and now, there’s a 2nd part to tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit full force!! “Resistance iz high!” Tha 3rd part sounds like this shit’s just comin’ through wit some hot, real shit!! There’s even a 4th part in this verse? LOL, just only tha hook in tha beginning? Sounds pretty good once again; y’all keep it comin’!! LOL, a 5th part? ROFL… Good again! My Rating: 4.3


10. “Time”
Lemme see what dis one sounds like… >>> Tha beat’s pretty cool; this iz on tha G-Funk style a lil’ bit. Tha 1st verse iz a lil’ above average here… Tha hook I’m not really crazy about; tha background singin’s used too much on dis CD… Tha 2nd verse fits aight wit dis song too… My Rating: 3.5


11. “Wicked Eyes”
Aight, what iz dis? >>> Okay, now, it sounds MUCH betta on tha production; REAL GR8 to tha dude on tha beat (Louis “Matrix” Connelly)!! Tha 1st verse has a GR8 amount of street shit goin’ on here!! Mega thumbs up on holdin’ this shit down; DEFINITELY feelin’ dis!!! I don’t know how much iz goin’ on in tha hook though but tha 2nd verse’s keepin’ it continuin’!! “I got tha M-O-N-E-Y in my P-O-C-K-E-T-S!” Thumbs up ta all this spellin’ shit! My Rating: 4.6


12. “Never Say Die”
Tha last joint; hope it goes hard! >>> DEFINITELY goin’ hard wit tha beat start here!! Tha hook’s DEFINITELY good too; gr8 job endin’ this CD!! Tha 1st verse’s off to a GR8 start!! I’m likin’ how y’all comin’ through for tha 1st verse; street shit at its finest once again!!! Ooh, a 2nd part to tha 1st verse and it’s just REAL CRAZY wit tha flow and lyrics!!! Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ HOT right chea wit tha quality of tha rappin’!! There’s even a 2nd part goin’ on here and includes a lil’ bit of some background additions from one of tha otha members! Y’all DEFINITELY work REAL GR8 as a team when it comes ta undaground, Louisiana Rap music!! My Rating: 4.8


Overall: Although a coupla jointz were ehh, tha CD DEFINITELY still turned out GR8, ya dig!! Keep up tha GR8 work! I already played you on my radio show tha last time I was on (May 15)!
