Review #1,988: DJ Jubilee Presents The Bounce Squad "Bouncin' All Over The World"

Reviewed on 6.05.2021 (Review #1,988)

Slowly tryna progress through these reviewz till I reach my 2,000th! Right about now, DJ Jubilee Presents The Bounce Squad Bouncin’ All Over The World iz my 1,988th review, released in 2000 on Take Fo Records! Start Tyme: 5:30 PM | End Tyme: 6:35 PM

Disclaimer:
I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. Intro Number
>>> Sounds like a good lil’ intro, courtesy of this N’awlinzness…! “I can dig that, like a shovel”; deep…………………………………………………………………………………………………, lol! My Rating: N/A

02. “Who They Want?”
>>> Feelin’ tha energy on tha hook & beat, here; definitely luv how you keep tha “bounce” in your genes, Jubilee! Props fa bringin’ this Bounce Squad in tha buildin’; S/O to Bigg Ramp on tha hook! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & this must be a “Lil’ Shaggy” dude from The Bounce Squad (Kooly); definitely feelin’ their shit! They sound a lil’ like a N’awlinz version of Boosie; keep dat energy up!! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it sounds pretty nice, courtesy of tha consistent shit fa tha N’awlinz clubz, streetz & everywhere else! Twerker! Keepin’ this movin’ with a “Lil’ Will” dude on tha 3rd verse, here (Willie Puckett); just luv tha N’awlinz dialect & lifestyle! A lil’ outro at tha end almost made me think it was a 4th verse, with how they emerged into tha track; it’s cool, tho, as Anky just made an appearance. My Rating: 4.5

03. “Get Jiggy”
>>> Sounds great with how y’all want err-body ta “Get Jiggy” wit it; so glad y’all have unstoppable energy! Tha energy neva dies when you keep contributin’ it right! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s pretty nice with tha “ah, #1! Ah, #1!” Now, “ah, show dat world! Ah, show dat world!” Oh boy, iz this tha sequel to “Jubilee All (Stop Pause)”? This can go on fa 237402847248704893482043204928049840932943 seconds & I’d be zoned into every second of it! Media neva shuts off, in my ears or mind!! Music been playin’ in my head fa 21 years straight! That’s 662,688,000 seconds (tha leap year of 2000 doesn’t count as an extra day, due to it started in tha spring of 2000 fa me)! My brain hittin’ a BILLION, one day! Anyway, this shit iz unstoppable!! Lmao @ “I luv your man! I luv your man!” What a dance! This tha 2000 “Jubilee All”! My Rating: 4.6

04. “Tatted Up, Slugged Up, Thugged Out”
>>> What a grimy, clubby, hood hook!! Lol, I luv tha group doin’ tha voice to tha hook’s chant, dedicated ta those in this title! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s soundin’ dope with how this energy & “tatted-up” lifestyle gets tha people movin’! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & this street/club shit iz unstoppable! Such a dope vibe fa these streetz; there’s energy! Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & it’s pretty dope with how this southern lifestyle continues! Gotta keep it movin’! Also, a nice lil’ outro ta end this shit, too; good shit! My Rating: 4.7

05. “Show The Globe”
>>> Sounds like anotha good bounce vibe; lol @ tha “globe” as a topic, here…! Then again, just realized, this “globe” iz an ass! Think: its shape! As tha rest of this continues, tha energy & call-to-action orders don’t stop! Nothin’ but pureness, courtesy of tha Jiggy-Jiggy-Jubilee! My Rating: 4.3

06. “Cash Cash, Mo Money”
>>> S/O to tha U.N.L.V. boyz, “Tec-9, Lil’ Ya & (R.I.P.) Yella Boy”; good intro… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds like a dope voice fa tha hood; literally, it sounds like tha N.O.’s hood leader! It’s like a Juvenile bred was born! Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds like a weird-soundin’ low quality but it’s cool; tha hood iz in tha buildin’! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s soundin’ good with tha regular-soundin’ rhymes, delivered with energy; props… Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & it ain’t too bad, as well; still diggin’ tha N’awlinz flow/voice, despite some of it seemin’ like regular rappin’… As far as tha rest of this shit, it seems like it’s gettin’ long. I know tha “Get Jiggy” shit was two minutes longer but with tha way there’s so much call-to-action & dancin’ shit, length wasn’t an issue fa me, there. With this regular-soundin’ flows & rap joint, havin’ a certain length keeps me in-tune for a certain period of tyme, ya feel me? My Rating: 3.6

07. “Hustlin’ In The Street”
>>> Sounds like a dope bounce track that emerged from “tha street”; definitely nice & hype with tha energy! As this continues, it’s nothin’ but ward-callin’ & hood-reppin’, here; unstoppable!! Lol @ “To Papa Reu”; good-ole “papa”! Just luv how this seems like it’s impossible to end!! My Rating: 4.4

08. “Hey Lil’ Soldier”
>>> Sounds like a youngin-type of joint, here; an okay hook but I’ono how much I can dig this youngin… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds okay; not much ta say, except that tha energy’s good. Keepin’ this thang movin’ with tha 2nd verse & this young voice iz startin’ ta make me seem like it’s a young female on tha mic; not too excitin’ fa me… Hearin’ what we got after tha two verses & it sounds more like a grown dude, soundin’ decent. It sounds more like talkin’ than rappin’; not tha greatest, overall… My Rating: 2.5

½tyme: Other than tha youngin joint b4 tha ½tyme, I’ve been feelin’ tha consistent, non-stop energy applied to tha tracks, here; Jubilee’s unstoppable! Either way, 4.1 iz tha average score, currently; let’s see if tha rating’ll do betta, in tha end!

09. “Get Ignorant”
>>> Sounds like a nice lil’ hyped-up track, here; good beat & good lil’ hook with what y’all applyin’ to tha streetz! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds good with that Juvie-like flow; that 5-0-4—that rhymed (with “fo” as “4”)! Tha rest of what’s goin’ on with this track keeps tha energy up; can’t deny tha energy y’all puttin’ out fa tha streetz! My Rating: 4.2

10. “Get Jiggy With Al & Tee”
>>> Beat ain’t bad, here; I have a feelin’ I gon like tha just “Get Jiggy” betta than this… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds good with tha energy y’all apply to gettin’ err-body to jigg; good shit… Hearin’ tha hook & it’s all about tha “Al & Tee”, basically? A lot less repetitive than “Get Jiggy” but it’s still aight. Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s all about tha “Take Fo” lifestyle & representation, here; gotta feel what’s goin’ on, here… Afta two verses, this “breakdown” may seem like a long outro? Neva mind, a 3rd verse iz here & y’all keepin’ it movin’, here; good shit… Now, I hear tha outro fa almost tha whole final minute of tha track & it’s cool; tha club don’t stop! My Rating: 4.1

11. “Ghetto Stories”
>>> That young chick, again? Hearin’ tha hook & it’s ehh…; coulda heard somethin’ betta? Glad there’s energy in this beat, at least…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds like good content in tha street; I can’t complain too-too much. I think I’ve been so adjusted to that non-stop, male-vocal bounce vibe that this type of shit throws me for a lil’ curve. Props fa this chick fa deliverin’ consistent rhymes fa tha hood, at least; glad her not-really-for-me shit has quality in it… Endin’ this track with singin’? Doesn’t even match tha quality content I heard in this. Props for tryna push a “change” but tha way it’s sung sounds too depressin’… My Rating: 3.1

12. “All About A Hot Boy”
>>> Sounds good on tha hook & beat, here; always be a “hot boy”—a bounced-out one! Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 1st verse, comin’ through with that Hot Boy$-type shit, as if it was an undaground hood of New Orleans; good shit! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & what a deeper voice ta continue, here! Feelin’ their flow fa New Orleans, at least; keep it up with this hood content! Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 3rd verse & I’m still diggin’ this N’awlinz-like flow; strictly from tha 504, here! My Rating: 4.2

13. Interlude
>>> Sounds like a hyped-up interlude, here; keep tha energy goin’! Energy’s off tha chain fa tha crowd, here; not really a beat but mixin’ to get tha crowd up, up, up! My Rating: N/A

14. “I’m On Fire”
>>> Tha chick’s back! Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds catchy with this “fire” & beat/its sounds; tha best one from tha chick…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds good fa tha hood; can’t deny her perspective, here… Keepin’ this thang movin’ with tha 2nd verse & it’s soundin’ like a nice lil’ verse, as well; props fa tha proper energy fa tha streetz, here…! Tha rest of this shit sounds okay ta hear, as well; it’s anotha way of sayin’ tha energy neva dies! My Rating: 4.0

15. “One In The Chamber”
>>> Feelin’ tha energy in tha beat & claps, here; let’s get it! Hearin’ tha hook & it’s pretty dope with how you have anotha bounce creation: “One In The Chamber”! It’s like, just keep tha same bounce energy, except change each title, lol. Keepin’ it goin’ with tha 1st verse, here & you can’t deny tha energy! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & there’s more crazy-soundin’ energy, here; luv how it can’t die!! As this shit continues with tha 3rd verse, it’s like a bunch of energy in a can—a song can, that iz! My Rating: 4.3

16. “Freeze The Beef”
>>> Sounds like anotha nicely-dialected 504 track, here; tha content & beat’s pretty nice fa tha hood, here…! Hook sounds nice ta express tha tension in tha hood; gotta put tha “beef” on “freeze”! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds like a cool lil’ soulja, just tryna make way; great job on this beat… Keepin’ this shit movin’ with tha 2nd verse & y’all got mo cool shit goin’ on fa tha hood, here; all about expressin’ with a flow! Keepin’ this shit movin’ with tha 3rd verse & it’s soundin’ like a young Juvie, once again, comin’ through, supplyin’ tha hood; huh bruh…! My Rating: 4.4

Overall: This was a dope set of tracks; props fa all tha energy, Jubilee & Bounce Squad! Just didn’t really dig too-too much of tha chick but at least mostly all of this release was on-n-poppin’! Keep up tha energy & keep drillin’ it in peoples’ minds, bodies & anything in between!

Only did two reviewz yesterday, due to I had to get some details on my videos case, as well as I had a runny nose. Now, I’m fresh off of work, nice & early, reviewin’ my next one: Lil’ Ya Another Massacre, released in 1999 on Hard Times Records—ironic name! FYI: Lil’ Ya iz from U.N.L.V., in case y’all under a rizz-ock! Start Time: 5:40 AM | End Time: 6:53 AM

01. Intro
Producer: Ricé & T-Bone
>>> Sounds nice wit this beat, as well as you; you sound like Big Tigger…! My Rating: N/A

02. “Stop Playin’” feat. Mr. Cisco
Producer: T-Bone
>>> Sounds nice; like that it sounded like Baby in tha beginning? Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s dope; consistent rhymin’! Hearin’ tha hook and it’s cool; gotta counterattack their “playin’!” Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s cool; gotta digz you…! Got tha 3rd verse goin’ on and you know what it iz! I don’t even have ta say anything about how you bring it! My Rating: 4.2

03. “Yo So”
Producer: T-Bone
>>> Anotha nice beat, here; feelin’ what you got goin’ on, durin’ tha hook… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice; you got this on lock…! Keepin’ it goin’ wit tha 2nd verse & you tha streetz of New Orleans’ dose! Good shit! Tha rest of this goes off, as well; good shit! My Rating: 4.2

04. “I Don’t Give A Fuck” feat. Lil’ C & Hardy
Producer: Vernon
>>> Beat’s definitely nice fa tha undaground, here; y’all got a good 1st verse goin’ on, as well! Hearin’ tha hook and I’m feelin’ tha attitude! Keep not givin’ that “F!” Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and you sound pretty nice on this, of course; do you! Tha 3rd verse’s pretty dope, between you & Lil’ Chris; good shit! A nice lil’ outro, as well; go, Hardy! My Rating: 4.3

05. “Another Massacre”
Producer: Ricé
>>> Good lil’ beat; this sounds nice wit you on tha 1st verse, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s pretty simple wit your repetitive-ass (in a good way), lol; good shit… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & you keepin’ this shit up; can’t say nothin’ negative! Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 3rd verse & you a gangsta, fo’real! You know what it be! You were “out” quickly, on tha end—oh wait, not an outro but “another” hook! Fooled me! My Rating: 4.3

06. “All My Rounds” feat. The Chubby Hustler
Producer: T-Bone
>>> Sounds like a hyped-up hook; feelin’ y’all energy! Hearin’ tha 1st verse from you & it’s dope; good shit, G-shit, gangsta shiit! Got tha 2nd verse goin’ on & it’s pretty nice; keep tha energy goin’!! This big, Chubby Hustler on tha 3rd verse, comin’ through wit his dope vibes to tha undaground; definitely feelin’ this “fat” track—“phat,” too! My Rating: 4.4

07. “Hustler” feat. D-H & Tanisha
Producer: T-Bone
>>> Chick in tha beginning…; not bad for a start, tho a good beat… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s soundin’ nice; feelin’ ya, Ya, lol… Got tha hook goin’ on and yeah, all about bein’ dat “Hustler!” Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through wit some nice shit, as well; can’t be “sober!” If that’s tha case, shit be borrrrrrrrrringggg!! Pretty consistent wit D-H on tha 3rd verse, here; nice job! Really feelin’ this consistency; who can’t?! “Maintain my mind frame, in this rhyme game;” yeah! “Lyrical shots” iz right!! Likin’ how tha Tanisha chick sounds, toward tha end, compared to tha beginning. She adds a lil’ bit of eerieness to tha ending! My Rating: 4.3

08. “I Miss You” feat. Keedy & Mr. Cisco
Producer: T-Bone
>>> Here’s a sad one; decent hook wit Mr. Cisco & how you always say tha title… Hearin’ “17”-year-old Keedy on tha 1st verse, here, soundin’ okay… Feelin’ what you got on tha 2nd verse, here, as a “gator [that drinks] muddy water!” Dope! Sounds like it gon be a long outro, here… My Rating: 3.8

09. “I Wanna Have Sex With You” feat. Mr. Cisco & Nisa
Producer: T-Bone
>>> A regular-soundin’ track, here, wit a regular pace… Hearin’ tha 1st verse from you & it str8… Glad you got “Girbauds” & you also got this Nisa chick on here, at times; not bad… Hearin’ tha hook from Cisco & I’m likin’ this fuckery of a hook more than tha sadness of tha last one; nice slow one (track, that iz, lol)! Back to tha Nisa chick on tha 2nd verse, spittin’ an okay verse; she horny, here… Imagine if she had more of a horny flow? Got you on tha 3rd verse, here, soundin’ nice; keep spittin’… Oh, mo shit from Nisa, as well; glad she makes you feel good…! My Rating: 4.0

½time: You got a 4.2 fa this CD, so far; great job! Undaground heat fa tha N.O., here; U.N.L.V. always had consistency! Glad you got it fa a solo one!

10. “I Be The Nigga” feat. The Chubby Hustler
Producer: T-Bone
>>> Upbeat & fulla gangsta sounds, in tha beat; gotta luv it! Tha hook’s pretty dope & it transitions to tha continuous-soundin’ 1st verse; nice! Got tha Chubby one on tha 2nd verse, here, doin’ tha damn thang, of course! “Don’t take my shit seriously,” huh? I know that’s Chubby’s message to tha haterz ‘cause he definitely knows what this undaground heat be! Got tha 3rd verse goin’ on, right nah & tha both of y’all doin’ a dope job, here! My Rating: 4.5

11. “Bigg Chieffin’” feat. D-H & Grim Reaper
Producer: Ricé
>>> Beat’s nice and dark-deep fa tha ‘90s, here; gotta luv tha undaground! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s nice! “We shmoke blunts round my way;” you know what it iz! No wonder why I love Louisiana! Nice lil’ hook that’s fulla “reefa;” you know what’s hot! Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse & this a nice, laidback-type of rap vibe fa dem shmokers… Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & it’s pretty dope; “guard me like a shield,” in tha perspective of a 5-0-4’er! “I plans ta die high;” whoa! Ain’t that tha way, right?! Sign me up! “Lemme hit that muthafucka, dawg!” As this track’s almost five minutes in, we got a 4th verse, here, continuin’ ta want dat “chieffa!” My Rating: 4.1

12. “Get Into It”
Producer: Ricé
>>> Nice distortion in tha beginning, here… It transitions into a nice lil’ bounce beat, as well as what you got goin’ on, durin’ tha 1st verse…; G-shit! Hearin’ tha hook and it’s str8; flows/transitions nicely wit tha verses, ta me… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and yeah, sounds like a paranoia case of tha “po-pos,” of course…! Right before tha final hook plays, I’m feelin’ how you speed up your delivery; good shit! My Rating: 4.0

13. “A Tribute To Bad-Ass Yella Boyee”
Producer: Ricé
Speakin’ of this title, I made my tribute video & I did it on such a dope night!
>>> Beat’s nice and laidback; not too sure if I’m into this sad track, tho… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and yeah, I agree wit how “Yella” gon always be remembered in tha undaground… Only one verse, here; decent lil’ tribute track… Dope ending! “You blow dat gar left in yo casket?” Nice way ta end an end!! My Rating: 3.5

14. “Lay It Down”
Producer: Ricé
>>> Great follow-up to your “gar” question to Yella Boy, as you’re all about tha “gar” on this hook, here; nice! Tha beat sounds good, as you deliver this nice 1st verse… Got tha 2nd verse goin’ on, here, as you keep tha good rhymes goin’; nice… Tha rest of this sounds good ta hear, as it ends… My Rating: 3.9

15. “Wicket World” feat. D-H & Pennie Da Pusher
Producer: T-Bone
>>> Sounds like a good lil’ hook from you, as well as tha lil’ background singin’…; beat on point, too! Got good shit goin’ on throughout tha 1st verse, here; nice from you… Got one of your features on tha 2nd part of tha 1st verse, comin’ through as a rap politician; nice… Damn, a lack of a hook? Not-good transitioning… Got tha 3rd part of tha 1st verse & it’s aight; kinda startin’ ta bore me… Finally! Afta over three minutes in, only tha 2nd hook plays…! My Rating: 3.6

16. “If You Fuck Like U Dance” feat. D-H & Grim Reaper
Producer: T-Bone
>>> What could tha fanfare bring us to…? A bounce beat; sounds like it gon be hype… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s nice; you know what it iz! Tha hook str8; blends in mysteriously with tha verses, I think… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it sounds good; can’t deny this… Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 3rd verse & this faster verse’s pretty dope; nice…! My Rating: 4.0

17. “Sprung” feat. Lil’ C & Jerry
Producer: T-Bone
>>> Beat str8, here; hook str8, as well… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & you doin’ an okay job, here… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & this str8; not too catchy fa me ta leave lots of feedback, tho… Got C on tha 3rd verse, here, comin’ through wit some good gangsta shit; keep tha hustle up! My Rating: 3.7

18. “Hard Times Hustler” feat. The Hard Times Family
Producer: Ricé
>>> Beat str8, once again… Hearin’ what y’all got on tha 1st verse & it’s str8. Feelin’ tha energy y’all bringin’, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it str8; keep tha hustle up, once again… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s good; y’all know what it iz… Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & all y’all got a good verse, once again. R.I.P. Video #60: Yella Boy (U.N.L.V.)

Broadcasting from Concrete City, here in Nanticoke, PA, it's ya boy, FrankieThaLuckyDog, here, sadly reporting anotha tragic loss in tha Louisiana rap community. A special edition, today, April 5, 2018.

Today, April 5, 2018, marks 21 years since tha murder of New Orleans, LA rapper, Yella Boy. Yella Boy was born Albert Thomas in 1975. During the early '90s, Thomas joined tha rap group, U.N.L.V., which consisted of Tec-9, Lil' Ya & Yella Boy, himself. U.N.L.V. was one of tha 1st acts signed with Cash Money Records during tha early '90s. U.N.L.V. released their debut album, 6th & Baronne, in 1993. In 1994, they released their 2nd album, Straight Out Tha Gutta. In 1995, their 3rd album, Mac Melph Calio, was released, as well as Scrap Up!!. Their 4th album, Uptown 4 Life, was released in 1996. During 1996, life drew a hint of darkness for Thomas, as Thomas and Cash Money rep, Baby a.k.a. Birdman, started gettin' into it. U.N.L.V. was rumored to be dropped from Cash Money Records and Thomas pistol-whipped Baby. In a form of retaliation, many believe Baby killed Thomas. On April 5, 1997, Thomas was shot in tha head and killed in a dangerous drug deal at only 22 years-old. After Thomas' death, U.N.L.V. released their Greatest Hits compilation in 1997. After a four-year hiatus, U.N.L.V. returned in 2001 with their 5th album, The Return of U.N.L.V.: Trend Setters, on Blazin' South Records. In 2003, U.N.L.V. hit tha streets with their 6th album, Keep It Gutta, courtesy of B Real Entertainment. In 2004, U.N.L.V.'s 7th album, Gutta 4 Life, was also released on B Real Entertainment.

Review #1,333: Lil' Ya "Hoodmac Mentality"

Reviewed on 10.30.2013 (Review #1,333)

Time to get some reviewz goin’, despite bein’ in tha mist of editing/making seven video countdowns! This review iz for U.N.L.V. member, Lil’ Ya, and it’s from last year: Hoodmac Mentality! Start Time: 12:05 PM | End Time: 12:41 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it! After I was robbed by an artist who claimed they “get money,” hearin’ about how much you “got money” and anything “money” really bothers me. If you have not done business wit me before, I won’t tolerate “money” talk in tha music!!

© 2013 CD Review (Review #1,333) reviewed on 10.30.2013 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. “Interlude”
>>> Wish you would consider this an album than “mixtape.” It’s like, you was around durin’ tha album dayz! Tha start, here, sounds like an album, but wit that “La Musica de Harry Fraud” tag, I guess you can consider it a “mixtape.” You sound good, here, wit tha rhymes. Seems like you still got dat cool voice and N.O. sound! My Rating: 4.0

02. “The Game Needs Me”
>>> Yuck @ a Jay-Z sample for tha hook, but I think this gon sound good… Okay, I’m feelin’ tha beat you got goin’ on, here… Sounds like a good hook; I can’t complain too much… Here you are on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit good rhymes, always showin’ luv ta “Yella.” Tha 2nd verse sounds like you’ve been all grown up… And, tha 3rd verse ain’t too bad, either… My Rating: 3.7

03. “4 In The Morning”
>>> How gay wit tha beat choice: “Pop Champagne”? SMH… At least pick online beats! At least tha rhymes have that ‘90s N.O. sound to ‘em. But, because of this beat, my interest iz lost… Maybe, I can produce for you ($100 a beat), and these jacked beats can go away! Seems so long fa 3:41… My Rating: 3.2

04. “Ya Heard Me Like Me”
>>> Not again (“That’s Gangsta”)! No offense, but it sounds like you’re broke, based off of all jacked beats… Peeps like you don’t need “mixtapes;” just stick ta albums! That’s why, it’s like tha pet population: There’s too many “mixtapes” out there! Sounds okay wit your rhymes, but N.O. and non-Louisiana jacked beatz don’t mix! That’s what Lil’ Wayne tries ta do! My Rating: 2.4

05. “The One I Trusted”
>>> Sounds catchy wit tha “spread like mustard” shit. My Rating: 3.6

06. “Lil’ Boochie”
>>> Sounds like an okay song, but a better story about this “Boochie” dude. My Rating: 3.5

½time: Not too great for me, so far… Really not feelin’ how there’s OAF jacked beats on here, for an artist that’s had success without havin’ ta put out “mixtapes.” 3.4 CD rating, currently.

07. “Fresh”
>>> “2009”? Why a “So Fresh, So Clean” beat? Another turn-off fa me… Sounds like you’re good at spendin’ money. Hope some of it can come my way! My Rating: 2.1

08. “Tribute To Yella”
>>> At least this ain’t on none of dat gay, jacked-beat-soundin’ shit. Tha beat sounds nice for tha old times, includin’ that it’s a “tribute.” Rhymes are good, too… I like how it ended with “you blow dat gar I left in ya casket?” My Rating: 3.7

09. “Love”
>>> Just gonna skip this; no time for Nicki Minaj “Your Love”, wtf?! My Rating: 1.0

10. “Early In The Morning” Feat. Big Ramp, Naughty Da Wildboy & Fila Phil
Oldie? >>> Yea, it’s easily old ‘cause tha length’s 6:58! Well, maybe not that old since y’all know about “Beyoncé.” Anyway, this iz a great-soundin’, old-soundin’ bounce song. Tha 1st verse ain’t too bad, and tha singin’ on tha hook provides that classic bounce vibe! Tha 2nd verse sounds catchy fa this… LOL @ “ride dat dick like a cowgirl.” At around 5:00, it switches up to tha “Back That Ass Up” beat; now, that’s a jacked-beat switch-up! Not those boring songs from this CD! And, endin’ wit some bounce; pretty good! My Rating: 4.3

11. “Rest In Peace”
>>> Kinda sounds like Flesh & Blood’s “R.I.P.” song on tha hook, here… Beat sounds a lil’ smooth; goes good wit this… Tha 1st verse sounds good wit all these memories/bad moments. Tha rest of this sounds good. Can’t complain about tha 4:43 length, here… Even has a lil’ outro, too… My Rating: 4.2

12. “I Know”
>>> Whether it’s jacked or not, tha beat ain’t too bad, here… This sounds good wit how you “know” so many… I’m sure you must “know” ‘bout me, I think? Well, I ain’t review too much of U.N.L.V. or your music, yet… Been on a break, due to some thangz, but I’ll be back to reviewin’ old CDs, eventually… Ooh, @ 1:23, some drums and cymbals; nice! My Rating: 3.9

Overall: Well, kinda was a lil’ mixed for me… Really wasn’t into tha jacked beats, but there were a few songs that had some good vibes from you. Nothin’ outstanding, but some stuff was good… Next time, come through wit an album!!

01. Intro
I’m lookin’ forward ta seein’ what you got, my boy!! Let’s see how dis thang gon start off!! >>> Sounds like a REAL GOOD beat for this intro; tha lil’ speech sounds pretty tight on this beat too!! Tha mixin’s REAL nice too!! DEFINITELY anticipates me ta hear this CD!! Gangsta endin’!! My Rating: N/A

02. “Gone But Not Forgotten” (B.G. Feat. Yella Boy & Tec-9)
Different people for tha 1st song on here? Let’s see what’s up wit dis MEGA collab!! >>> Cool beat fa a song like dis; B.G.’s startin’ dis shit off! Soundin’ good fa tha 1st verse here; gotta feel what B.G. spits, ya dig! Tha 2nd verse from Yella sounds pretty good fa what it iz; can’t complain. Tha 3rd verse was transitioned right away to Tec-9, spittin’ some FIYA-ass street shit!! My Rating: 3.9

03. “Shake It Like A Dog”
It’s now you, Pimp Daddy! This looks like a WILD-ASS title!!! How will it sound?!? >>> I hear bombs in tha beginning… Good sound right chea! Sounds GR8 on a Bounce beat like dis; good hook! Sounds like you’re havin’ fun on dis shit right chea, gettin’ buku “dogs shakin’,” lol. Tha 2nd verse sounds just as good as tha 1st verse; I like all this consistency wit tha rappin’! Cool lil’ flow on tha 3rd verse; you got a lot ta say here, lol! My Rating: 4.3

04. “Pimp’n Ain’t E-Z” (B.G. Feat. Baby & Mannie Fresh)
Tha title track and you’re not on it? LOL… I look forward ta hearin’ these dudes though! >>> Sounds pretty good fa a start. B.G. holdin’ tha beginning down to tha fullest, ya dig. Baby sounds good on tha 2nd verse; him and his drug lyrics hold him down on these tracks, ya dig! I also like how Baby holds tha hook down right chea; good shit. Wit only a minute left, here’s Mannie; what does he got? LOL @ “gangstaest;” good creativeness in vocabulary! A pretty good verse from Mannie right chea… My Rating: 4.0
