Review #1,544: La Cosa Nosta "Hidden Properties Of Matter"

Reviewed on 9.26.2016 (Review #1,544)

Since I’m in tha mood ta play Quest 64, I’m gonna keep these reviewz goin’… Up next, I have La Cosa Nosta Hidden Properties Of Matter, released in 1995 on Epedemic Records! Start Time: 4:48 PM | End Time: 5:18 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> “ iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> “ iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. “Intro (D.S.P.)”
>>> Beat sounds nice and anthemic, like you’re ready fa some shit ta pop off! I’m ready!! We got rappin’ on tha verse, here; really energetic and on fire!! Insanity!! Consistent rappin’!! My Rating: 4.6

02. “Unorthodox”
>>> Sounds like a nice intro, here… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s straight; lots ta rap about, here… Tha beat’s pretty nice! Anotha one that makes me feel like I’m ready fa somethin’ ta pop off! Tha hook’s pretty nice; sounds like it’s remakin’ somethin’! Definitely catchy fa tha hood—undaground hood, here! Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ nice, too; can’t deny y’all! Great shit comin’ outta tha 3rd verse, too; y’all focused, focused, focused!! “And, let this life take you to another level of time;” nice on tha hook! My Rating: 4.5

03. Pull Off
Let’s hear it! >>> Sounds like a skit… Great job creatin’ paranoia wit this cop-sirened skit! Y’all “on parole;” y’all want him ta “go” away! My Rating: N/A

04. “Where We Ball”
>>> Sounds nice fa a start; feelin’ tha undaground beat! Tha hook sounds nice, here; can’t deny tha energy/street content! Tha 1st verse’s soundin’ great ta hear, here… Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ nice ta hear, too; great rhymes fa tha streetz! Hearin’ tha 3rd verse and dude sound deep wit tha voice, here… Good job wit bringin’ this street shit; can’t deny it! And, we got anotha member of LCN on tha 3rd verse, here, comin’ through wit some rhymes…; can’t complain… My Rating: 4.2

½time: Sounds like a tight CD; can’t deny it! Great job wit tha rhymes and tha undaground beats, as always! A 4.4-rated CD, currently; let’s keep it goin’!!

05. “The Enterprise”
>>> Great G-Funk sound ta kick this thang off! Great job wit tha 1st verse! Feelin’ tha rappin’ and tha street shit y’all bringin’ to tha table! Tha hook sounds catchy with tha singin’, as well as tha dude in tha background wit tha gangsta voice! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s definitely catchy! Feelin’ tha rhymes and how this shit’s delivered; A+! Feelin’ tha 3rd verse, of course; definitely nice! Likin’ tha “Beware” quote/shout from Mystikal, as you referenced! My Rating: 4.4

06. “Lyrical Buckshotz”
>>> Definitely a nice, dark beat start/intro, here!! I know this gon be excellent!! Feelin’ tha 1st verse! Has that Mystikal aggression, since we just mentioned him in tha previous track! Lovin’ tha gangsta shit; err-thang rhymin’ nicely!! Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ nice ta hear; consistent, kick-ass rappin’ at its finest!! Tha 3rd verse’s pretty energetic; definitely feelin’ it!! Such an excellent gangsta track, here!! My Rating: 4.7

07. “Armageddon”
Yeah! >>> Beat’s nice and pure fa tha undaground, of course! Tha hook’s nice; gotta luv this gangsta shit! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s soundin’ jammin’, but fulla dat gangsta vibe! Consistent rhymin’; can’t deny it! Definitely feelin’ tha 2nd verse with tha “tha truth hurts,” and that shit about “Earth!” Nice rhymes; nice voice! Keepin’ this shit goin’ wit tha 3rd verse, here, comin’ through wit dat shit ya gotta love, as a gangsta! A really-quick verse, but it was worth it! My Rating: 4.3

08. ’99 Shout
>>> Feelin’ tha singin’; where’d “‘99” come from, tho? This from ’95, right? That’s what I’ve seen… Still, nice! My Rating: N/A

09. “19’ Knuckle ‘9”
And, here we are, again, lol! >>> Feelin’ how tha beat reminds me of Lil’ Wayne’s “Tha Block Is Hot”, even tho this was years before! Feelin’ how tha 1st verse’s soundin’; definitely jammin’! Y’all got this undaground shit on lock! Energetic, anthemic, aggressive hook; chantin’ at its finest!! Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ nice and gutta, too!! Tha 3rd verse pretty tight, too; undeniable!! Did y’all mention tha “Twin Towers,” here? Crazy ‘cause they were actually up, at this time! More shit comin’ from tha 3rd verse, here, with anotha Nosta dude, lol…; nice job! Sounds like y’all sayin’, “Shit yeah!!,” at tha end; nice!! My Rating: 4.6

Overall: What an excellent release, once again!! Y’all had tha beats on lock and y’all such a great group outta dat 5-0-4—Kenner, ta be exact! Definitely felt y’all energy, y’all aggression, y’all content, y’all lyrics, y’all beats, y’all songs, y’all CD, y’all in general, lol!!

Keepin’ it goin’, I got my 11th review up next: 2ooley (iz that how you spell it/stylize it or iz it “2OOLEY”?) “Life After The Bullshit”! Start Time: 8:35 PM | End Time: 9:15 PM

Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! 01. “Mz. Popular”
Played it on my radio show and we had a long conversation on tha phone after; you had a lot of real shit ta say, too! Lemme give it a review and see what happens. >>> LOL @ your “2OOLEY!! 2OOLEY” part. I like tha energy in dis and how you come through wit it. Good shit, overall; you know what it iz. My Current Rating: 4.3

02. “Fashion Show” Feat. C-Dash
Now, I’m hearin’ more of what you got. >>> Sounds like a catchy song; I’m feelin’ dis… Thumbs up ta Dash helpin’ you out wit dis, too. My Rating: 3.9

03. “Hercules” Feat. Lil’ One & C-Dash
>>> A beat tag? Does everyone have ta have one? This sounds catchy and iz betta than tha “Fashion Show” song. Iz dis Lil’ One Da Ryder on tha feature? Nice job wit tha collaboration; mega-catchy wit dat hook and tha “Hercules,” lol! My Rating: 4.4

04. “Like A Drumma” Feat. Tawn P
>>> This iz anotha catchy song wit tha content and err-thang. Nice job wit tha collaboration, here; nothin’ but catchiness! My Rating: 4.3

05. “It’s Whateva Then” Feat. Money Bags
Bad Azz Entertainment in tha buildin’? >>> Not sure of tha beat but you create catchy music at all times; thumbs up ta tha 1st verse!! Dat’s Money Bagz on tha 2nd verse? No, it ain’t…; maybe it’s Money Bags (wit tha “s” that you listed); don’t picture him sayin’, “swag,” smh. Tha non-Bad Azz Money Bags screwed up my rating a lil’… My Rating: 4.0

06. “Get This Money”
>>> *Annoyed sound* Not these Fedarro hooks again… This iz kinda short but you sound good, minus tha stupid “swag” shit. My Rating: 3.5

07. “One Night Stand” Feat. Tazz
>>> My Rating: 1.0

08. “Yummi” Feat. Rarri
How many “R”s iz dat? >>> A lil’ on tha smooth type. Tha hook iz pretty good but why tha shout out ta tha “Juliano” dude? It’s not like he produced dis for you… Interestin’ lyrics, lol. My Rating: 3.8

09. “Girl’s Best Friend”
>>> Lil’ Tez on tha beat? Interestin’ dat you switchin’ it up to a real producer! Not tha most anticipatin’ kinda song but thumbs up ta tha production! Tha rhymes are kinda under-18, at times, but it’s aight… My Rating: 3.6

10. “Lights, Camera, Action” Feat. Rson Jones
>>> Not sure if I heard dis beat once before but it sounds pretty-good. Oh, it’s Vybe; must’ve heard dis beat… Didn’t realize tha featured artist was a female; pretty-catchy hook… Sounds like a song dat’s bound ta be hot… At least this iz over-18! Ooh, “she lookin’ like she ‘Tomb Raider’ tha way she got dem shorts on;” nice line! Gotta luv Lara Croft! My Rating: 4.1

11. “I Got Pull” Feat. Corner Boy & T.S.
Just Corner Boy and not Corner Boy P? Guess so, since Money Bags wasn’t Money Bagz. >>> Decent; what’s wit tha near-gay-soundin’ background vocals in tha hook? I had ta be alert… I’m feelin’ tha energy you have, here. Tha remainin’ verses from tha featured dudes are aight… LOL, T.S. goin’ nuts; hope ta hear him on a different song, too! My Rating: 4.0

½time: A 3.7-rated CD, so far; can you keep it up?

12. “I’m A Legend” Feat. Nino Burl & Prospect
More features… >>> Sounds like a good joint; feelin’ tha beginning of tha 1st verse wit this flow although a lil’ Young Dro-jacked style. Nice job wit gettin’ some tight features, once again! My Rating: 3.9

13. “Getting Right” Feat. SKS
Ses or SKS? I’m confused… >>> Sounds like a mainstream-kinda song… What if you didn’t have dat “bitch;” would you die? How do you have all these drugs? Curious… What do your parents think of dis? Tha featured dude sounds pretty nice; glad you have a clique fulla good features! My Rating: 3.8

14. “Chargers & Durangos” Feat. Renzo Loco
Let’s hear dis! >>> Ooh, finally, a song where both artists are sayin’ tha title back ‘n’ forth; glad ta hear one of these songs again!! Definitely hella catchy and you got tha rhymes on lock, too! Renzo sounds pretty tight wit tha “cops” content; definitely some tightness, here!! Thumbs up ta anotha tight feature!!! My Rating: 4.5

15. “Still Ackin’” Feat. 2 Slugz
Wit a “z”; interestin’ feature! >>> Might be his song featurin’ you? I’m not sure but for this mixtape, you’re tha main artist. Tha hook’s definitely nice; sounds like a hot single! Good job wit tha both of y’all doin’ tha damn thang on tha hook!! Funny lyrics; how you make all dis shit happen? Tell me. Let’s hear 2 Slugz on tha 2nd verse… ROFL @ randomly mentionin’ “tha Saints” and then, some “ass,” lol. Definitely some tight shit wit his energy!! My Rating: 4.4

16. “Marlo Mike”
As much as tha dude was an idiot, I thought it was unnecessary ta call his name out. Really, he should neva be brought up! >>> Even though this shit iz hella catchy and good fa tha gangstas, I automatically didn’t play it on my radio show ‘cause of this dude’s name bein’ used. But now dat I’m hearin’ this mixtape of yours, there’s a bunch more hot jointz you got here! LOL @ tha longness on here, too! My Rating: 4.4

17. “It’s So Cold”
Short joint… >>> Tha lady in tha beginning actually sounds pretty-good wit tha quiet beat, too. LOL @ “Walt Disney on tha weed: Goofy” line; good shit!! Very consistent wit tha rhymes; damn!!! My Rating: 4.3

18. “Use To That” Feat. Nutt Kaze
No one eva gets it right; it’s really “used”. >>> LOL, how you spell, “O’s,” then? Whateva; it’s still a good joint, especially havin’ a collaborator wit you! Tha rhymes are interestin’ to tha fullest; glad y’all are real interestin’ at times!! Oh, was dat you on tha 1st verse? ‘Cause it sounds like a Young Jeezy on tha 2nd verse, lol; definitely nice for tha feature, regardless, once again!! My Rating: 4.3

19. “Keep Counting”
>>> Tha beat sounds a lil’ familiar wit tha sounds used and whateva. But, I’m likin’ dis catchy hook wit tha breathin’ and err-thang ta describe tha “block” when “it’s hot!” Good rhymes, here, in tha verses, regardless if you actually have ta ‘throw money’. My Rating: 4.0

20. “Ta Ta Ta 2ooley”
I guess it’s not capitalized… >>> Of course, catchy; what else can I say? BTW, what happened to #21 & #22 on tha back cover? Very catchy wit tha flow and you already know how people represent fa you! My Rating: 4.2

21. “Bonus Track 1”
No title? >>> Prolly should’ve left dis out; gay hook. Tha rappin’ iz pretty good ta describe some of your personal life. But, wit it bein’ left off tha back cover, I think it could’ve been left outta dis review, in a way; doesn’t really fit wit this mixtape. My Rating: 2.7

22. “Candy Shop”
Not an actual file dat opens? Just resaved it and it opened. >>> Doesn’t sound like a song of yours, at first. Iz dis called “Candy Shop”? Instead of “Lagniappe”, I’ll call dis “Candy Shop”; an okay song but nothin’ special ta fit wit dis mixtape, either. Tha “suck (you)” part sounded pretty catchy fa tha sexualness for tha ladies, though. My Rating: 3.1

Overall: It looks like you had a halfway-decent mixtape, here; good job and keep it up! Shout out ta my dawg 2 Slugz; I fucks wit him heavy, too!

Rankings:

22. “One Night Stand” Feat. Tazz 1.0

Review #716: Joey Queans "Summer Sunshades (The Mixtape)"

Reviewed on 12.20.2010 (Review #716)

Anotha review!!! Dis my 8th one for today and it’s only tha 5 PM hour!!! Here goes my review for Joey Queans “Summer Sunshades (The Mixtape)”! Too bad Winter’s tomorrow, smh. Start Time: 5:50 PM | End Time: 6:43 PM

Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! 01. “Welcome To Kenner City”
Shit yea! Let’s begin! >>> I heard dis beat before; how will you handle it? This sounds REAL NICE wit you just goin’ off on it!! CRAZY 1st verse here; REALLY goin’ off!!! Tha 2nd verse iz also REAL NICE!!! My Rating: 4.6

02. “Super Star” (Gunz Feat. Joey Queans)
LOL, you’re on tha feature? >>> Ooh, tha Robert Miles “Children” rhythm beat!! You sound pretty good on dis shit! Gunz (whoeva dat iz) creatin’ a catchy song here… Dis must be you on tha 2nd verse ‘cause of your guttaness! Good collab right chea! My Rating: 4.2

03. “Wuzzam” Feat. Tyger
>>> LOL, jammin’ beat here! Tha hook’s pretty tight wit tha “holla at a nigga, bitch” shit! Oh, it sounds even betta wit tha title part! Good shit on tha 1st verse; keepin’ dis thang consistent!! Tha 2nd verse iz also very consistent; these rhymes are DEFINITELY what’s up!!! My Rating: 4.5

04. “The Things You Do”
Alternative title called “Ruff About You” on tha mp3 info. I dunno what dis gon sound like… >>> This sounds nothin’ like anything I’d get excited about. I must say dat your rhymes are pretty interestin’—on a 21+ year-old level, which iz good. Too bad dis iz close ta four minutes long; a lil’ too long for a slow song? My Rating: 3.1

05. “Switch” (Tyger)
How will Tyger do solo? >>> Sounds like it gon be pretty hot. This iz a gurl, roarin’ like a tiger, lol! Cool wit tha consistency but tha flow sounds like Wayne so dat’s a lil’ bit of a minus… Did I hear a shout out ta “DJ Jubilee”? I hear somethin’-jubilee, lol. Regardless of it jackin’ any flow, it’s good fa what it iz; a jam iz a jam. My Rating: 3.7

06. “Let’s Go To Work” Feat. Tyger
Now, it’s a collaboration, lol… >>> Sounds pretty good; sounds like a trap anthem wit tha beat. Ooh, you’re soundin’ pretty nice wit tha “bag” shit in tha beginning of tha 1st verse! LOL, she’s keepin’ tha “trap” theme goin’ wit tha 2nd verse; good shit, Tyger! Back to you on tha 3rd verse, keepin’ tha flow catchy and tha rhymes goin’! My Rating: 4.0

07. “Baaaang” Feat. T-Man
LOL! >>> Tha beat iz cool here; you got a good ear fa beats, too! Tha hook sounds, like, a Chopper City-type hook; dumb shit! Tha hook’s DEFINITELY on a gangsta tip; gotta feel it! REALLY feelin’ tha attitude in tha 1st verse!! It’s all about showin’ dat TOUGH side!!! Tha 2nd verse also doin’ tha damn thang on dis shit right chea! ROFL @ all tha “fucks” in tha beginning of tha 3rd verse! This DEFINITELY iz official!! My Rating: 4.5

½time: GR8, 4.1-rated CD so far!! Let’s keep dis shit on ‘n’ poppin’ ‘cause you DEFINITELY got shit on lock!!

08. “Can’t Get Enuff” Feat. B.Streezy
>>> What’s this shit? Weird-ass-soundin’ hook… I don’t really have interest in this kinda shit. Tha “fall in love” part sounds like Brooke Hogan’s “Falling” song, which iz prolly tha only somewhat-interestin’ thing that caught my attention. My Rating: 2.4

09. “Whole Wad Of Cash”
Tha “W” iz missin’ in “hole”, lol… You really don’t want a “hole” in your “wad of cash”, lol? >>> This iz decent; back to tha good street anthems… Tha hook sounds cool; good shit… Nice job on tha verses, as you have a cool flow on dis shit. My Rating: 3.9

10. “Super Models”
How will dis one go? >>> Thought this would be a lil’ faster like 9th Ward’s “Supermodel” song from a few years ago. However, this shit sounds pretty good; it’s all about tha catchiness. I feel like dis could be a mainstream single or somethin’… My Rating: 3.8

11. “Good Love Hotline”
>>> My mind went to Sheek Louch “Good Love” but I didn’t wanna focus on jacked beats; it sounds worse wit this Trey Songz-soundin’ song… Clean version? I’m likin’ some of tha lyrics here, though… My Rating: 2.8

12. “Haters I’m Hea”
LOL @ tha “Hea”. If there was an “R” at tha end, it would be wrong so good thing it’s slang/cut-off! >>> What a beat start! Tha hook’s kinda stale fa me; not likin’ these pre-made hooks… Tha rhymes are pretty good… Some of it iz kinda typical but I guess that’s what happens when there are “haters” around, lol. I like dat “erase dat, we be deletin’” part. My Rating: 3.6

13. “Twit Pic” Feat. Tyger & J.C.
This looks hella gay; let’s see if I’m right. >>> Yea, pretty bad intro. Why tha anthematic, “My Hood”-rhythmic-type beat? This iz nothin’ ta be happy about! My Rating: 1.3

14. “I’ma Be The Man”
>>> Sounds pretty good for an ending song. Okay, tha hook’s soundin’ pretty cool now dat I’m hearin’ it fa tha 2nd time. Tha verses are pretty good, too… Sounds like, what was, a good, end-of-Summer-type song. My Rating: 4.0

Overall: You did a GR8 job in tha beginning. However, mostly all tha 2nd ½ was either decent or garbage for me. Anyway, keep dat gutta, street shit comin’!!

Rankings:

14. “Twit Pic” Feat. Tyger & J.C. 1.3
13. “Can’t Get Enuff” Feat. B.Streezy 2.4
12. “Good Love Hotline” 2.8
11. “The Things You Do” 3.1

Review #366: Joey Queans "Rubberband Rehab (Hosted by DJ Raj Smoove)"

Reviewed on 12.24.2009 (Review #366)

Finally back again wit anotha review! FrankieThaLuckyDog here… only got a few left ‘til tha year and decade ends!! This next one looks like a compilation? I’m not exactly sure but I saw a lotta different New Orleans artists on it… Anyway, lemme just get into it! Here goes my review fa Joey Queans Rubberband Rehab (Hosted by DJ Raj Smoove)! Start Time: 11:48 AM | End Time: 1:23 PM

Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. 01. Intro
To start off an unknown mixtape, let’s see what we got! >>> Tha beat sounds good. Raj Smoove has a nice lil’ intro here introducin’ what’s gon be on this mixtape! Thanx for sayin’ who gon be on here! My Rating: N/A

02. “Comeback Music”
More like a “start” here, lol. Let’s see what you got… >>> Somewhat doesn’t sound like Louisiana “music” in tha hook for a start… Neva mind, once tha 1st verse started, I heard Vybe’s beat tag, so he on tha beat! Tha hook was decent/good and you sound good on tha 1st verse wit tha shit you’re deliverin’. I like how tha start to tha 2nd verse keeps repeatin’, ESPECIALLY since I can hear tha “Vybe” tag each time! Pretty good 2nd verse too… Hope there’s more ta come wit this mixtape… My Rating: 3.9

03. “Outta Orbit” Feat. Dizzy a.k.a. Raw D.I. & Mugsy
Looks like a tight collaboration wit a tight title! Lookin’ forward ta hearin’ this one! >>> Sounded like it came in too quick wit no intro… Okay, there’s a start when it’s rewound back at :20. Tha hook was pretty good; more on a betta mainstream level. Tha 1st verse sounded pretty good fa what it was. Let’s hear this Dizzy verse up next… It was pretty good fa hearin’ him once again. I guess this iz more of your CD wit a bunch of different features on it. Tha 3rd verse must be Mugsy; he sounds tha best on this shit. Definitely liked his flow and he sounded cool on this shit. :tu My Rating: 4.1

04. “Body Bags” Feat. Gunz & Fly Boy Baron
Tha title (since it has “body,” which nearly rhymes wit “Vybe”) makes me predict this gon be a Vybe beat again. Once again, you got an interestin’ lineup for tha song so it should definitely be tight!! >>> Pretty cool hook wit tha combination of tha singin’ and gangsta lyrics; I like how this one came wit no intro! It flowed through nice and I was surprisingly correct, it’s DEFINITELY anotha Vybe beat; this one iz BETTA than “Comeback Music”’s!! Tha 1st verse sounded good on this shit; deliverin’ street shit here! What will happen on tha 2nd verse? Let’s see… It’s Gunz and it sounds like he pretty gutta on his verse too! Now that we had two gr8 verses, let’s see what tha 3rd verse gon be… You KNOW it’s pretty strong for a start wit tha attitude and words are like, “I don’t give a fuck,” in tha 1st line! Anotha gr8 verse comin’ through gutta on tha track! My Rating: 4.4

05. “Assembly Line” Feat. Gunz
Anotha Gunz collaboration here! Will it be anotha Vybe production too? I don’t know how tha odds can consistently go so let’s see what happens! >>> GR8 ODDS TO THA FULLEST!!! I predict right again wit tha Vybe production!! Anotha tight beat from him and tha hook sounds catchy like tha last song; anotha street anthem! Tha 1st verse iz str8 delivery on tha basics of tha topic of this song and its title; good shit! Tha 2nd verse iz really ‘bout all tha money and all dat; it fits good fa this song too! My Rating: 4.2

06. “You Can Be A Model” Feat. Jay Lyriq & Total Kaos
Anotha set of newbies wit catchy names/spellings too! :tu How will I feel about this song? >>> It’s 3x a charm here wit Vybe on tha beat again!! Tha hook iz kinda different fa me but tha beat iz crazy on it!! Tha REAL TIGHT beat makes it sound like a gr8 hook automatically! Tha flow on tha 1st verse fit REAL NICE wit this beat and it was pretty good fa a verse! We have some singin’ on tha 2nd verse… Not sure how much it fits for a mixtape… Tha 3rd verse sounds much betta ‘cause it’s rappin’ and it does fit a mixtape! My Rating: 4.3

07. “Trap Is Mine” Feat. Gunz & J-Dotta
Gr8 topic here! I can predict a Vybe production EASILY!! Glad you got Gunz on this again and anotha newbie for tha feature! Let’s check this shit out, ya heard me! >>> Nope, not a Vybe production; I think it said, “Epic Production?” I feel like I keep hearin’ tha title? Why was it rewound so much? Okay hook although catchy either way… Tha 1st verse iz here and it has a good flow! Gr8 street lyrics on this shit, doin’ tha damn thang! I hear tha hook past tha title now and it sounds much betta for tha streetz! Tha 2nd verse iz DEFINITELY raw right here!! Talk about grimy and gutta on tha flow, lyrics and RHYMES!!! :tu Tha 3rd verse must be J-Dotta ‘cause it’s a new voice fa this mixtape and I. Pretty good start; he made a mega-catchy introduction ta who he iz wit tha rhymes! I like tha “symphony/send fa me” (I think that was tha 2nd part) part; REAL nice combo!! My Rating: 4.3

08. “Talkin’” Feat. 6 Shot & Mack Maine
Looks like anotha street anthem? >>> This one sounds like it’s for tha streetz; very Philly Rap influenced on tha sound here. It reminds me of Beanie Sigel in tha beginning wit tha style; it sounds good fa this mixtape though! Nice job on tha 1st verse and tha hook iz definitely catchy; gotta like tha title part! Glad y’all got anotha gutta hook here! Sounded like a pill-poppin’ start to tha 2nd verse? That’s good ta get tha energy up fa this Rap shit! Pretty good job deliverin’ tha 2nd verse; it fit fa what it was! Nice job from Mack Maine on tha 3rd verse too; gr8 street shit! My Rating: 4.3

09. “Me And My Louie” Feat. Ice Da Blusa
I thought there was a gurl on tha feature but it could be a cool dude… My anticipation fa some reason was low fa this one (‘cause I thought tha “Louie” part was “Love” when I first saw it and thinkin’ tha featured artist was a gurl)… >>> Definitely no low anticipation now that I hear that this iz a Vybe production!! Anotha REAL NICE beat here and tha hook iz definitely catchy again!! I smell a 4th 4.3 rating in a row, lol? Tha 1st verse has a NICE flow here from you and you DEFINITELY comin’ through wit tha street shit here to tha fullest!! Iz dat tha Ice dude on tha 2nd verse? Sounds like a newbie… Kinda decent for a start wit tha raps and shit; really on a mainstream mixtape level… Here’s tha 3rd verse and it has ta be you ‘cause it sounds betta! Tha shit spit on this verse sounds tight; gotta feel this gutta shit! Pretty good song once again but fell a 10th of a point shy of tha 4.3 rating, lol. My Rating: 4.2

½time: This mixtape DEFINITELY makin’ me wake up and wanna do some reviewz today! REAL consistent wit REAL consistent ratings that just stay on a consistent level!! Gotta luv how I said, “consistent,” 3x within one sentence, lol! Tha average CD rating iz 4.2 currently and you KNOW you gon do tha damn thang wit tha 2nd ½ of this mixtape! Keep up tha gutta shit and collaborations!!

10. “Break Up To Make Up” Feat. Na’Tee
Now here’s a female but more on tha rappin’/HOTTER style!! Not sure about tha title so we’ll see what it do… >>> Sounds like a Drake hook? Not exactly into it that much wit tha way it sounded… I bet Na’Tee could’ve done betta singin’! It doesn’t exactly sound like you on tha 1st verse; sounds like someone else I reviewed not too long ago… LOL @ tha “lips on my ballsack” part! Sounds like Na’Tee gon be on tha 2nd verse… I actually prolly would’ve heard betta from her. She was good fa tha song although I’m not crazy about this song… Tha 3rd verse again was you and sounded different… My Rating: 3.2

11. “My Raps” Feat. Da Goonz
A year ago, I got ta talk to Da Goonz on a New Orleans college radio station. Although it was cool talkin’ ta them, they neva would answer me back on MySpace? I was confused ‘cause they’re undaground and all dat… I think I asked them ta send me music and they didn’t; weird… But, it should be good hearin’ them now on your mixtape! >>> Yes, I KNEW it was gon be a Vybe production ‘cause of tha tightness in tha ID!! :tu Gotta luv his beats ‘cause they keep soundin’ TIGHT on different street levels!! Sounds like you’re on tha 1st verse and it’s pretty good this time! I easily prefer tha street songs ova tha female songs! I’m assumin’ one of Da Goonz iz on tha 2nd verse? Haven’t heard them since October 2008 wit their “Swag” song I exclusively found on a message board… Somewhat catchy but definitely fits a street audience! Tha 3rd verse pretty good also; nicely mixed in! My Rating: 4.2

12. “Nike Shoe Box” Feat. Ice Da Blusa
You brought tha Ice dude back! Let’s see tha “coolness” level on this one! >>> I feel a Vybe intro for tha beginning of tha beat sound; will it be? I didn’t catch a beat tag yet but it still sounds gr8! Tha hook sounded gr8 and catchy for tha title itself! Tha 1st verse soundin’ pretty good on this beat right here! Nice job wit this shit and I think afta almost two minutes into tha song, I caught tha Vybe tag! It’s hard ta hear it wit this beat but it’s there! Tha 2nd verse iz now here and this shit-that-goes-hard-type shit sounds gr8 ta hear! Tha 3rd verse iz more catchy here! I like tha “what it say, nigga” question ad-lib at 3:26; gotta luv Urban-type shit! Good job on tha 3rd verse and you KNOW this song held it down once again fa this mixtape! My Rating: 4.2

13. “Nike Shoe Box (Remix)” Feat. Da Trap Gang
Oh no, lol! Y’all should’ve put this as tha last song, not right afta tha original, lol! But, at least I get ta hear my boy Vybe on tha beat ONCE again!!! >>> Different beat intro but Vybe on tha beat still! This beat sounds good but I think tha original had more of a betta beat. Tha 1st verse iz here and it has a slower flow wit more of a catchy twist. Back to a Philly sound here as it reminds me of tha Young Gunz (mainly Young Chris, ½ of them). Let’s see tha 2nd verse… Still soundin’ betta than average here. Tha 3rd verse now arrived and tha rhymes are a mix of catchy Rap shit and mainstream-type shit. Due to tha 5:30+ length, a 4th verse fit! It’s that Young Chris-type dude and he has “an orgasm for tha money” as he “humps for it;” ROFL!! :rofl My God, talk about an obsession!! It’s like obsession ova possession fa certain people I guess, lol! Either way, pretty good verse. My Rating: 4.1

14. “Sexy As Hell” Feat. Na’Tee
Hope Na’Tee delivers this song “sexy as hell” vs. tha previous one she was on, ya dig! >>> Uh oh, a HUGE beat start here!! Can’t imagine how it gon turn out ta be!! This iz already MUCH BETTA than tha last Na’Tee feature song!! What was up wit tha beginning? A lil’ odd wit tha weird-ass Auto-Tune but it wasn’t tha worst. She’s on tha 1st verse and her rappin’ iz MUCH BETTA this time!! I see this bein’ real tight, regardless of anything comin’ in its path!! DEFINITELY a NICE 1st verse although to describe tha hook again, it can be catchy, but I almost feel like tha word “sexy” can be replaced wit “gay” in tha title for tha way I can describe how tha hook sounds wit tha Auto-Tune! Tha 2nd verse from you breezed by but was good fa tha pace and err-thang! This song was only 2:41 so it was real short; I wanted a 3rd verse or anotha Na’Tee verse! My Rating: 3.7

15. “I Gotta Hustle”
Like tha one dude on tha last song, you’re not gonna “hump for tha money” now, are you, lol? >>> Sounds a lil’ like tha “Body Bags” hook wit tha singin’ and sounds pretty good. Tha beat iz pretty catchy here too… Sounds like a bunch of Dizzy a.k.a. Raw D.I. references in tha 1st verse wit all tha “dizzy” parts and tha “I can’t sit still” part like his song from last year. Pretty catchy 1st verse, “dizzy” style, lol. Tha 2nd verse sounds like it fits tha flow wit tha 1st verse. Glad you still keepin’ it street for tha streetz here! My Rating: 4.0

16. “Always On Da Grind” Feat. Shawt
Almost looks like a cut-off featured artist name for tha feature but this should be a good song since it’s on its “grind!” >>> DEFINITELY has ta be a Vybe beat ‘cause tha beat start has such a NICE soundin’!! :tu Really feelin’ tha style and tha beginning sounds cool! Tha 1st verse DEFINITELY sounds like it gutta here wit tha grimy soundin’ in tha vocals and all dat gr8 shit! Great sequel from tha last song, ESPECIALLY since this one iz betta!! Sounds like tha featured artist gon come up on tha 2nd verse… Yup, it’s Shawt! I still can’t tell who did this beat (‘cause there’s no tag) but you KNOW it goes hard! This verse though iz aight. Tha lyrics are only okay and tha flow iz just average fa me; nothin’ extremely ear-catchin’. It’s back ta you on tha 3rd verse and you DEFINITELY sound betta once again!! Keepin’ it gutta to tha fullest and on a top-notch delivery! Although tha 2nd verse didn’t meet my expectations, it ties tha top rating on this CD of 4.4! My Rating: 4.4

17. “Starvin’”
Hope you do tha damn thang on this one too ‘cause usually, this title reminds me of a depressin’-ass topic/song! >>> Definitely not depressin’ wit tha beat start! Yea, tha return of Vybe too!!! Sounded like an addictin’ sound from :15 - :18!! Sounded like a real long intro; it went ta :46… But, now that tha hook came in, it REALLY goin’ off now!!! Will it take tha top spot? Sounds REAL GR8 & GUTTA!!! Here you come through on tha 1st verse and I can DEFINITELY tell you come from tha streetz wit this delivery!! Tha 2nd verse had a REAL NICE start ta it wit tha quiet beat from 2:30 – 2:32! You’re STILL goin’ off on this shit right here, doin’ tha damn thang to tha fullest!! I thought a 3rd verse would fit but tha hook repeated ‘til tha end. Either way, I’m glad it repeated! My Rating: 4.6

18. “Rehab Spaze Out Outro”
Could wonder how we gon end it… >>> Looks like we gon end wit a REAL TIGHT freestyle!! I thought Vybe would’ve produced a beat like this but it seems kinda faster fa him… It DEFINITELY sounds REAL CRAZY wit tha beat and you STILL keepin’ it street here wit tha rappin’!! Pretty much raw shit all tha way through!! I didn’t expect a 50ish second outro of DJ Raj Smoove but I’m glad he checked in once again! My Rating: 4.5

Overall: Well, you DEFINITELY get a plus from me right chea, ya heard me! You DEFINITELY did ya thang on this mixtape; damn near every joint went hard and you brought buku people ta be featured on tha CD wit you! Keep doin’ ya thang and keep tha posse on and poppin’!
