R.I.P. Video #73: G3 Lotto (Donkey Boys/Too Exclusive Mob)

Broadcasting from tha Bunkers of Alvira, here in Allenwood, PA, it's ya boy, FrankieThaLuckyDog here, sadly reportin' anotha tragic loss in tha Louisiana rap community.

Gary Fieldings, known by his stage name, G3 Lotto (or G3 for short), was shot & killed on Monday, June 22, 2020, at 3:30 PM, on tha 2800 block of Fairfields Avenue off Plank Road. BRPD arrested 23-year-old Trenton Taplin for tha killing of Fieldings, as well as injuring a 21-year-old woman. While Fieldings died on tha scene, tha woman was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Taplin later attempted to flee tha scene; he was later arrested & booked into tha East Baton Rouge Parish Prison for first-degree murder & attempted first-degree murder.

Fieldings was born in Baton Rouge, LA on April 16, 1991. As a teenager, Fieldings was signed with tha late Big Fancy's King Fancy Entertainment label. During his time with King Fancy Entertainment, Fieldings was a part of tha Baton Rouge rap group, Donkey Boys (not to be confused with Marrero, LA rap group, "Donkey Boyz", with a "Z", though sometimes, tha Donkey Boys have spelt their name with a "Z"). Tha Donkey Boys consisted of Flush, Ked, L-Boy, Li' Louis, Yung Slim & G3, himself. Though no albums were released, tha Donkey Boys were featured on all four of King Fancy's I-10 By 10 (Tha Compilation) compilations, in 2010. Later on throughout tha 2010's, Fieldings would be a part of tha Too Exclusive Mob, featuring his brother, D-Ray Exclusive & members Phatt Beezy, Roc Da Don, SD & Tabby. Fieldings kept tha ack-a-donkey lifestyle going till June 22, 2020, where he was murdered in Baton Rouge, LA, off Plank Road; he was only 29 years-old.

Hearin’ tha hook and it’s a simple, “Y’all niggaz can’t fuck wit me”-type hook; nice ta transition with! No features are listed on my tracklist, so I dunno what to expect… Either way, tha 2^nd verse’s soundin’ like it combines nicely wit tha aggressive 1^st verse; streetz on lock, here…! Tha 3^rd verse’s nicely delivered; gotta feel what y’all bringin’! Got a 2^nd ½ of tha 3^rd verse, here, from anotha dude, soundin’ nice, as well… My Rating: 4.5

>>> Feelin’ this gangsta-soundin’ beat but it also can be made for tha clubz, too…! Hook sounds pretty nice and catchy; gotta let them hoes shake it! Sounds like a rich lifestyle wit tha 1^st verse, here; good shit! A “$300,000 studio,” huh? Goes great wit tha “$100,000” that’s “in [yo] teeth!” Tha 2^nd verse’s pretty nice and amped-up; keep this shit goin’, playboy! Hearin’ tha 3^rd verse and it’s pretty hyped-up, as well; great, energetic shit! My Rating: 4.4

>>> Beat’s pretty anthemic, here; tha hook’s pretty nice ta hear, as well! All about dem “big bodies!” Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds good wit what you’re bringin’, here… Well, I know Juvenile’s on tha 2^nd verse, here, comin’ through wit some great shit fa dem “big bodies,” if you know what I mean, lol…! Sounds like an alternatin’ verse fa tha 3^rd verse, here; good shit! Tha outro sounds nice, strictly fa “tha BRC!” My Rating: 4.3

>>> Aggressive-soundin’ hook, as well as a street-soundin’ beat, here; nice! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s soundin’ good, of course… “Every hustle be yo cream when you floss on top;” delicious? Of course…! Got tha 2^nd verse goin’ on, here, soundin’ nice ta hear, as well… Tha 3^rd verse’s soundin’ nice ta hear, as well; dark shit! “Ridin’ thru tha cemetery, readin’ obituaries;” good/deep shit…! My Rating: 4.3

05. “Swang Dem Raggs” feat. Thug Addict & Ms. Peaches
>>> Nice “soulja rag” anthem, here, on tha hook; anthemic beat, as well! Kinda sounds like it has that “How Ya Do That” beat sound in it, at times… Also, feelin’ how tha beat progresses, on tha 1^st verse; G-Shit at its finest! Got a female on tha 2^nd ½ of tha 1^st verse, here, comin’ through wit some nice shit; great job! Mystikal on tha 2^nd verse, here? Pretty dope collab! Wait, holy shit! “I’m tha T-to-tha-H-to-tha-U-G-A-DD-I-C-T;” Thug Addict on tha feature!! Had to google some of this; nice job! Great job wit tha rest of this, as well; dope shit! My Rating: 4.6

Not too sure of tha features on this one, as I couldn’t find ‘em… Either way, tha 2^nd verse’s soundin’ nice, wit this “Houston, TX” combo… Hearin’ you on tha 3^rd verse and it’s pretty dope, here, as you aggressively keep it goin’…! ½time: Consistent shit, of course; you know what it iz! You got tha features on lock, tha tight production & your aggressive, consistent rhymes! A 4.4-rated CD, so far; keep it goin’!

>>> Sounds like a hyped-up track, here…! Reminds me of a Juvenile/Cash Money-type track; definitely nice, wit tha hook! Tha “oh, we burnin’” part literally sheds Cash Money, here! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s pretty dope; luvin’ tha energetic flow! Tha 2^nd verse’s soundin’ nice ta hear, as well; keep this shit goin’! Re-hearin’ tha intro and it sounds like tha only names I was able to get outta it as Thug Addict & Casper… A 3^rd dude on tha 1^st verse, soundin’ nice ta hear; luv tha aggression! A 4^th dude on tha 1^st verse, soundin’ a lil’ mo laidback but still spittin’ dat G-Shit! Kinda lost track of where I was at, as far as who was where but pickin’ up at 3:04 and it sounds good wit that part… Hearin’ tha next part and it’s pretty hype, fa tha south…! Next one up, at 4:08, sounds pretty nice, “drippin’” tough… At 4:30, tha next one up sounds nice and hyped-up! “Damage!” My Rating: 4.5

Overall: Pure heat, at its finest, here! Of course, it’s Baton Rouge; what else can you expect? They always deliver!! Great job, Beelow; you had a consistent grind, durin’ your career. Plenty more to review of you, comin’ up in tha later years…! For now, keep up tha consistent production, energy, aggression, features & hype!!

Startin’ tha 1st verse off wit Bro-Bro here; sounds like how he came through on “I-10 Cowboy”! Gotta luv Bro-Bro; he’s REAL HOT wit tha flow and his attitude!! Black Panther on tha 2nd verse and it almost sounds like Puppy and sounds pretty good; glad ta hear him again! It’s ALWAYS family wit y’all, no matter tha situation and who’s alive or not!! Ugh, here comes tha bullshit, sampled hook! At least tha beat and what I’m expectin’ from tha verses’s good! Again, anotha incorrect order as Black Neno’s on tha 1st ½ of tha 2nd verse, doin’ a pretty good job… Oh, shit, my boy Money Boy on tha 2nd ½ of tha 2nd verse; feelin’ how he comin’ through fa this, nice and smooth… Yuck, had ta have more of a sample before tha 3rd verse? Tha whole 2nd verse kept this shit hot; DEFINITELY a TIGHT song right chea fa tha South!! LOL @ how Slim’s comin’ through on tha 3rd verse; VERY consistent from him!! My Rating: 4.7

Tight lineup wit a tight title too; let’s see what’s good! >>> Good-soundin’ Louisiana beat here. Sounds like Lil’ J on tha hook and this iz catchy; lol @ Money Boy bein’ before him in tha ID!
