Review #1,722: "Go Tuff" Mixtape

Reviewed on 5.09.2017 (Review #1,722)

Been a lil’ minute since I did some reviewz… Got thrown off with Zoe Realla’s death, as I did a tribute video for him and then, just got caught up in tha 50-hour work week… But, here I am, finna review this mixtape I bought at Sundown. It’s a random compilation and I took a pic of tha tracklist… Here goes my review for tha Go Tuff mixtape… Start Time: 6:11 PM | End Time: 7:15 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> “ iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> “ iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. Maintain x MFWeeThang “My Section”
This tha official 1st time I’m hearin’ Jungle Muzik Mafia’s WeeThang after meetin’ him, back on March 28, 2017! >>> Instant start, here; can’t imagine how I gon feel about all these tracks… I betcha this one #02, which tha “My Section” track. If that’s tha case, I gon review that one, here… Beat sounds nice fa tha Rouge; tha hook’s pretty nice, too… And, 1st time hearin’ WeeThang on tha 1st verse, here, soundin’ nice… At :48, we brought it back; sounds like a dope track… Once I met dude, I knew he had some sorta future, so I wish tha best of success fa him! Keepin’ it movin’ wit anotha WeeThang verse, here, soundin’ dope; good shit! Makes me wanna get back to tha Rouge ASAP! I hate that it’s $600 for a plane ticket, smh; why so much? Money ain’t an issue but why can’t it be, like, $400 or somethin’, tha most? My Rating: 4.5

02. C-Loc feat. Big Poppa & Micheal Sterling “Working These Hoes”
2013, here; a compilation? >>> Sounds like a catchy, club-like track, here, wit Loc on tha 1st verse… Loc wasn’t credited on tha back cover’s tracklist so I had to do my searchin’… Sometimes, I don’t expect club-type music from him but shit like this sounds pretty dope… Tha hook’s pretty catchy, here; good shit… Tha 2nd verse’s pretty nice wit this “gumbo” he providin’… And, tha Pop on tha 3rd verse, here, soundin’ good, as always… I remember back in tha day, I thought he was okay, but trash. Now, it’s like, I’m glad we hear from some of these people, now-a-dayz! And, let’s see how this Micheal Sterling dude gon be on tha 4th verse… “MySpace,” huh, lol? Oh yeah, this four years ago, which “MySpace” was kinda defunct just years before… Sounds like a good contribution; nice job, y’all… My Rating: 4.3

03. Brickfare Zeke feat. Scotty Cain “Down Dat”
>>> Sounds like an interestin’, good start, here… And, we get a beat from Austin, here… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it ain’t bad, here… Of course, I feel it; diggin’ tha gangsta-soundin’, dark sound, here… Speakin’ of dark, how about last Wednesday:

Went to tha abandoned graffiti highway up here during tha night and it was dope! Tomorrow night, in honor of my brother’s death anniversary, I’m goin’ to tha abandoned Concrete City; can’t wait! Pre-shootin’ some tribute videoz & gettin’ some photos done! With tha hook, it’s definitely dope, here; good shit! Definitely feelin’ it! However, I’ono what this iz! “100 pounds, I broke it down to 100 zips;” feelin’ it! “Down That Bitch” iz this title? My Rating: 4.2
EDIT: Lil’ would I know that I’d randomly Shazam it and it’d come up! Brickfare Zeke feat. Scotty Cain “Down Dat”! This tha track that’s not on tha back cover…

04. Mista Cain feat. Scotty Cain “No Shootas”
My Current Rating: 4.4

05. Mula Pugh “Downlow”
>>> I’m really likin’ this start, whateva this iz… Sounds like some good Rouge music on tha 1st verse and tha beat from Austin, here; good shit! Tha hook sounds good; of course, gotta keep shit on tha “downlow.” Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, as they “eat that thang up fa lunch,” here; chomp, chomp! My Rating: 4.2

06. Mula Pugh “Plottin’ On Ya”
>>> I’ono how much I can feel this one… “It’s retarded, it’s retarded” beat tag, here… Not really feelin’ this voice, that much… At times, I like it but at times, it sounds annoying… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s ehh; tha voice throws me off too much… Don’t recognize this one… “People countin’ on me… They plottin’ on me…” Oh, now I recognize it… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s not bad, as well, now that I know who it iz… Still, a lil’ yada-yada-yada-yada wit this dude… Tha previous song was better, as well as tha voice… A Kevin Gates-sampled outro, here? My Rating: 3.6

07. Mula Pugh “TBH”
>>> Beat’s ehh, here… Just sounds like a regular voice, here, with nothin’ special to offer… Ugh, anotha Mula one, again? Whoeva burned this CD completely didn’t follow tha tracklist and just shoved tha same artists back to back, smh… But yeah, this worse than tha previous song; not feelin’ tha mainstream shit, here… My Rating: 2.2

08. S-8ighty feat. Lil’ Wayne “Halfway (Remix)”
Was almost like, “I know this one; why this mainstream shit on here?” Then again, I remember it soundin’ bounce-y, so I believe it’s New Orleans or somethin’… >>> Ewe!! Let’s pretend I’m deaf in both ears, right now…! Keep it in tha mainstream, not on my underground CDs! Hate how tha 2nd verse sounds like Drake, at times, even tho it Weezy! Also, clean version; really? My Rating: 1.2

09. Sheppard “Whole Week”
>>> Instant start, here; sounds pretty nice, in a way, on this hook… Not likin’ these instant starts that rewind after a few seconds… Same Sheppard as tha Lil’ Sheppard? I think so… Dude sound like he neva fell off; great to have that motivation! “Smokin’ blunts and poppin’ molly;” crazy dude! Hearin’ tha verse and it’s aight; fuck that stupid “get to tha money” shit that repeats so many times, smh! Couldn’t come up wit somethin’ else there? My Rating: 4.0

½time: Only a 3.6-rated compilation, so far; can be better! A lil’ trashy with tha mainstream-soundin’ bullshit but there’s some nice tracks on here… Let’s see what we have left…

10. T.E.C. & Maine Musik “Ain’t No Comin’ Down”
>>> Sounds dope wit that intro in tha streetz; good shit… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s pretty nice; feelin’ tha Rouge shit! “It’s up there!” Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s soundin’ nice ta hear, strictly comin’ through on this faster beat! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s pretty nice, here; lots of rappin’ and a jammin’ beat, ya dig, lol…?! And, tha 3rd verse’s pretty nice, here; good shit! Rowdy endin’; lots of talkin’ wit tha crazy hook goin’ off… My Rating: 4.1

11. Thug Brothers “Go Tuff”
>>> This sounds like a dope start; dabbin’ in tha beginnin’, here? Expectin’ somethin’ dope, here!! Easily sounds like tha top song on here? Definitely feelin’ tha energy in tha beat and how dem Brothers comin’ through, here! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and you already know, energetic!! Damn, this 48-second intro wit tha rewindin’ again! Damn! Again, 47 seconds later, anotha rewind? I’ono, but all tha rewindin’ kinda blends in nicely wit this vibe! A crazy length of 5:52, here! Oh, finally, we have a full 1st verse! Love how dude don’t stop on tha 1st verse; “ran off on tha plug twice!” Damn…! Iz this what tha jiggaz bring, lol? Definitely lovin’ it!! So glad I finally got to see jiggaz!! Can’t deny tha 2nd verse, ya know? No matter what’s spit, it’s still nice! Funny how I mentioned jiggaz and now, y’all jiggin’! Pretty crazy, once again! And, tha ending, here, soundin’ like tha beginning, still pretty crazy! An ending, here; sounds like samples from a music video or somethin’, lol? Random rippin’? My Rating: 4.4

12. WNC “Run Up”
>>> Here comes a “Run Up, Get Done Up” track; can’t imagine who it iz… Either way, beat’s pretty nice and so iz tha hook… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and dude pretty energetic; a jiggalater at its finest?! This tha 1st time I’m hearin’ this dude; pretty nice, here! Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, still soundin’ energetic; gotta love it! My Rating: 4.3

13. A.T.G. “Started Sumthin’”
>>> Feelin’ tha energetic intro, here; can’t wait ta hear! Shit-ton of rhymes on tha 1st verse, here; definitely feelin’ tha agility!! Now, a Baton Rouge-soundin’ beat? Did it rewind? Guess so… “Bitch, you—bitch, you—bitch, you—bitch, you shouldn’t started nothin’!” Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty dope; insane speed and lyrics!! Hearin’ tha rest and it’s pretty dope, too; gotta luv tha craziness! My Rating: 4.5

14. Boosie Badazz feat. Mista Cain “Big Blue Hundreds”
>>> Can tell it sounds like a Boosie track… Do I sound strange to say that I’m feelin’ this? Not my kinda title/topic but it sounds nice wit this beat and Boosie presence, I guess? I hope people don’t take this shit serious, as far as they have to carry “big blue hundreds!” Oh, here we go wit tha Mista shit on tha 2nd verse, smh… He did a nice job but how many times we gotta hear him? A Boosie verse on tha 3rd verse, here, soundin’ pretty nice… Gonna make this a guilty pleasure rating, here… My Rating: 4.2

15. B Will feat. Boosie Badazz, Shu & J Day “Lil’ Shooter”
>>> This one’s five minutes long; here we go… Ain’t expect it to be tha Boosie track wit tha sound of this, but I had a feelin’ it was gon be two Boosie tracks, back to back… I think whoeva did tha back cover fucked this one up; this ain’t no Boosie… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it ain’t bad… Oh, I have tha full ID, here: B Will feat. Boosie Badazz, Shu & J Day “Lil’ Shooter”! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s soundin’ a lil’ betta… Kinda luvin’ how they’re obsessed with this “shooter,” here; ain’t thank y’all fucked wit supportin’ other people! Hearin’ tha 3rd verse and it’s not bad, here; diggin’ a lil’ more of an aggressive vibe, here… Here comes Boosie at 3:44, comin’ through wit tha pure aggression… My Rating: 3.8

16. Brickfare Zeke “On Ya Head”
>>> Instant start; I’m expectin’ it to rewind, smh! Yeah, :11 in; prolly’ll happen again… Yup; let’s see what we got… Sounds like a nice hook, here, between tha beat and content… Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ like he off some jiggaz or somethin’, wit this “Yaba-Daba-Doo” shit, lol… My Rating: 4.0

17. Brickfare Zeke x Scotty Cain “Stick Out”
>>> Anotha instant start…; prolly tha other Zeke track? Got La’Keith doin’ this beat; leggo! Got tha “dick out,” here, on tha hook; definitely dope and energetic, here, ya dig? Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice, doin’ tha crazy thang, here… I see how tha “dick” iz used as “tha one that go up in tha glock, not tha bitch mouth,” just so y’all know! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s soundin’ nice from Scotty, here; nothin’ much else ta say… Definitely a catchy track, right chea; y’all dope! My Rating: 4.3

18. Da Real Gee Money “Take It There”
Lol!! My Current Rating: 4.9

19. Jay Lewis feat. T.E.C., Maine Musik & Geaux Yella “Ain’t My Round”
>>> Don’t sound like a good ending… Sounds like it gon be a 1.0-rated track wit this dumb auto-tune shit… A BlaqNmilD beat, here… No interest from me wit tha 1st verse, here… Tha 2nd verse a lil’ betta but whateva… And, at 2:28, it sound like a heartbeat; why a music video on tha CD? Hearin’ tha 3rd verse and it’s ehh; why am I commentin’ when I keep hearin’ auto-tune, smh? I have to say, this worse than tha S-8ighty track… I was right about tha rating from when I first heard tha first second of it! My Rating: 1.0

Overall: Not too bad, overall… At least there was a good mix of tha Rouge on here… Too bad some shitty mainstream-soundin’ shit had to knock tha average CD rating down…

Review #1,604: Zoe Realla "Shit Just Got Realla (Hosted by DJ Chill)"

Reviewed on 12.02.2016 (Review #1,604)

Tryna counteract a headache, at tha moment… Got two more reviewz to do before I get to my old Louisiana CD reviewz… Here’s tha 1st one, brought to you by Travis James Entertainment & Kreature Lyfe Mentality: Zoe Realla Shit Just Got Realla (Hosted by DJ Chill), in preparation fa tha follow-up, which I will review after this! Today, they gave me off so I’m catchin’ up on err-thang!!! Start Time: 11:15 AM | End Time: 12:37 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! 01. “Walk Light” feat. Scotty Cain & Maine Musik
Kickin’ it off wit some of dis… >>> Nice lil’ intro from DJ Chill, here, and this beat’s pretty tight! Definitely somethin’ nice! Feelin’ tha hook, here; jammin’ and good street shit! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice; definitely some nice shit, here! Can’t complain! Y’all pros at dis!! Tha 2nd verse pretty consistent wit these rhymes; definitely nice! You know what was also nice? I just went to my job to get somethin’ 20 minutes ago and they all went nuts over me! They all were wonderin’ where I was and they even said that I was “a celebrity!” Gotta thank DJ B-Real fa tha celebrity status!! Too bad he don’t want none of my star power! And, saved tha best fa last? You on tha 3rd verse, comin’ through wit your “yeah” commands, lol! My Rating: 4.7

02. “Nowhere” feat. Maine Musik & Dame Cain
Likin’ all these Maine Musik collabs! >>> Mouse doin’ tha beat? Lookin’ forward ta hearin’ this! Definitely soundin’ nice fa tha streetz, here! Good shit on tha hook, here! Good shit on tha 1st verse from Maine, doin’ tha damn thang, consistently! And, we got you on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through, aimin’ right! And, Dame Cain on tha 3rd verse, spittin’ it like it’s nothin’; nice! My Rating: 4.5

03. “Trust Issues” feat. Jamar Major & Yani
Let’s get it!! >>> Nice lil’ southern beat wit you spittin’ some good shit on tha 1st verse, here; dope! Tha hook aight, but I’m not too crazy about tha voice… I won’t 100% hate on it, since you tend to make good tracks, Zoe… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse from you and it sounds good ta hear, once again… And, anotha annoying voice toward tha end… It may’ve just been a lil’ bridge instead of a verse, but it’s ehh… My Rating: 3.8

04. “Rumors” feat. Kennedy Dha Boogieman & Dame Cain
Let’s see this Boogie Man…! >>> Mouse doin’ tha beat; leggo! Nice lil’ hook from you, here! It reminds me of how you always are, from when I first heard you wit dat Nu$$ie “Snitch” collab from last decade! You just lay down tha hook nice and calm, but you, literally, tha greatest!! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s soundin’ nice from you, layin’ down tha facts! Gotta show you buku luv; followin’ me on Twitter’s a highlight! Really feelin’ tha 2nd verse, here, wit tha spellin’ of “R-U-M-O-R-S” and “D-E-A-D;” dope shit from Dha Boogie Man!! Excellent job with tha verse!! Tha 3rd verse from Mr. Cain sounds nice ta hear with tha consistent “oh-oh”-soundin’ rhymes… My Rating: 4.6

05. “Ventin’ A Lil’ Bit”
No features? Hope you gon hold it down (of course)! >>> Sounds like a lil’ calm beat, but it would feel better to me wit warm weather! Not bad wit how you comin’ through on tha 1st verse… Lol, you stuck on tha “rumors,” still, lol? I can tell; you mentioned tha word, already! I like how you said tha last set of lines in tha 1st verse, holdin’ tha notes (“shiiiit;” “diiiiick”); nice! Said tha title before tha hook (just talkin’) like it was tha ‘90s. That’s what I do when it comes to tha rappin’…! Keepin’ it goin’ wit tha 2nd verse, comin’ through, doin’ you… My Rating: 4.0

06. “True Colors” feat. Yani
Not really anticipatin’ tha feature, since that previous feature with Yani kinda had its issues… >>> And, tha unanticipatin’ feelin’ came “true”: Cyndi Lauper remake on tha hook? Bleh… Might as well not leave feedback for tha hook… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it ain’t bad wit how you comin’ through wit it… “I smell somethin’ fishy…, tuna!” Boom!! And, you comin’ through on tha 2nd verse in a nice way, too; can’t deny it, at times… I do have to admit, I do like when tha hook remakes, “That’s why I love you,” to, “That’s why, it’s, ‘fuck you!’” My Rating: 3.7

07. “Pain” feat. Q-Red
Let’s hear it!! >>> Q-Red doin’ tha beat, of course! Tha same “Hound” from Kevin Gates’ “Shit Could Get Real”? Ain’t really know much about them Hounds… A long intro, but it’s payin’ off with this intense-soundin’ production! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice! Yeah, you gotta admit, life’s choices are tough! Q-Red wit tha guitar’s pretty nice! And, even nicer: Him on tha hook! Definitely A+! You on tha 2nd verse and it’s soundin’ pretty nice! Definitely a nice collab! My Rating: 4.7

08. “Penitentiary EP”
Let’s hear this “EP”! >>> Oh boy, a B-Real beat! Damn, 7:56 on tha length?! Can’t be true!! Gotta feel that celeb status, tho!! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice wit how you comin’ through wit it on this interesting, slow beat! Interesting rhymes, but a lil’ too much? Like, why almost eight minutes? Even tha outro’s, like, 1:30! My Rating: 3.5

09. “A Whole Notha Mode”
>>> Feelin’ this beat and how you comin’ through on tha hook, chantin’ it up! Good shit! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice wit how you flowin’ on tha track… Tha 2nd verse pretty dope, too! Glad you havin’ fun wit this shit! Tha only cat that can prolly make “Duck, Duck, Goose” tight! My Rating: 4.4

½time: Doin’ pretty good, so far, of course! I ain’t doubt ya! Surprisingly, tha B-Real-produced track was tha least-rated, due to how long it was without transitioning… A few weird-soundin’ guests, but for tha most part, tha production’s on point and so are your tracks! A 4.2-rated CD, so far!

10. “Big Girls” feat. Kevin Gates
I believe I heard this from tha Bloody Murda (Promo EP)… Ironically, just like tha B-Real one, this was my lowest-ranked on that EP! My Current Rating: 4.2

11. “Shooters” feat. Yani, Racked-Up Ready & Rambo K-Kutta
Let’s hear it, despite tha Yani feature… >>> Sounds like a good beat, kinda like a throwback to that “Watch My Shoes”/Mouse/older Baton Rouge-soundin’ beats! Well, if this was Yani gon provide on tha hook, hopefully, that’s it! Sounds good; don’t need anything extra! Here you are on tha 1st verse, comin’ through in a nice way, here! Ready on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through nicely on tha track, too! It’s almost like he even has a throwback vibe to his flow, too, like them ’07 dayz! Keepin’ it goin’ wit Rambo on tha 3rd verse, soundin’ nice ta hear, as well! Good shit; nice collab! My Rating: 4.6

12. “Get It How U Live” feat. Scotty Cain, Maine Musik, Dame Cain & T.E.C.
Anotha big collab!! >>> “Take it back to tha dayz of tha old?” Have I heard before? Don’t look familiar… Mouse on tha beat, here, and it’s pretty jammin’! Definitely diggin’ tha title repeatin’ in tha background! Nice job wit this hook; tight-ass shit! Sounds like some Juve/Lil’ Wayne/Hot Boy$-type shit from tha late ‘90s! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty serious, too! Definitely feelin’ tha vibe y’all bringin’ to tha table! Hook’s definitely serious wit how y’all bringin’ it! Can’t deny this shit!! You sound good wit how you bringin’ tha heat on this track; dumb shit! My Rating: 4.8

13. “U Ain’t Got Dhat 2 Do” feat. Kennedy Dha Boogieman & Maine Musik
Let’s hear it! Did y’all run outta room on tha back cover or somethin’? >>> Sounds like it’s a good lil’ track based off tha beginning… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and you spittin’ some good facts… Tha hook sounds decent; can’t deny it… Hearin’ Dha Boogieman on tha 2nd verse and he sound cool; can’t deny him! Rhymes and punchlines are dope! Maine Musik on tha 3rd verse and it sounds great, as always. However, why iz it that I’ve been always hearin’ reversed names or whateva? Like, why it gotta be censored? It’s crazy! He even said, “Watch what you say!” It’s like, “Watch what you say?!” My Rating: 4.3

14. “Nah” feat. Maine Musik, Dame Cain & T.E.C.
>>> Sounds like a cool lil’ track wit tha “nah” on tha hook! I like how it’s kinda meant for ‘now’ and sounds good ta be “Nah”! Nice job wit tha hook, Zoe! Here you are on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit dat good shit… Tha 2nd verse soundin’ good; almost sounds like a younger Lil’ Cali or somethin’… I see tha names are reversed on tha back cover, as opposed to tha tracklist on tha mp3 info… Well, with that bein’ said, Maine Musik before Dame Cain… Nice job wit tha collaboration between tha 3rd verse, tho; feelin’ it… My Rating: 4.4

15. “Honey Love”
Like Gloria, a “honey!” >>> Ain’t expect an R&B-type track outta nowhere, but I like how you sound in tha beginning… Let’s see how we gon do wit Q-Red doin’ this beat… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it ain’t too bad; definitely likin’ tha beat, lol… Tha hook’s a ‘90s sample; decent, but not bad… Hearin’ you on tha 2nd verse and it’s soundin’ nice ta hear, as well… Tha rest of this was pretty nice; definitely likin’ tha hook, too, lol… Speakin’ of Gloria from my job, lol, even mentioned “lemon” on tha sample, toward tha end! “How are tha lemons?!,” every morning!! My Rating: 3.9

16. “Used 2 Be In Love Witcha” feat. Yani
Now, I’ono if this’ll compare to Glor’s “Honey [Love]”! >>> Yeah, this kinda less-exciting than tha previous track but it’s whateva wit Yani on tha hook… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it decent… You ain’t wanna do a 2nd verse? Yani on tha 2nd verse; not interested in most of these rhymes… Neva mind, it iz you on tha 2nd verse but that was a lil’ extended of a hook from Yani, earlier… Hearin’ you on tha 2nd verse and it ain’t bad, once again; can’t complain… My Rating: 3.1

17. “Judas”
>>> Music before my job existed? Now, we got Gotye & Kimbra “Somebody That I Used To Know” on tha sample, here… It’s crazy ‘cause back when that song was big, four years ago, I was still pretty serious about all these reviewz and all this Louisiana shit. So, for it to be sampled, I almost feel like we in tha same world. Well, we really not…! B-Real used to care about me/be connected wit me! It’s all good, tho! Luv music before my job existed! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s soundin’ catchy wit how you comin’ through ova this beat… Hearin’ you on tha 2nd verse, here, and it’s soundin’ nice ta hear, as well… My Rating: 4.2

18. “Another Man”
>>> Endin’ it with a Q-Red beat; let’s see, here… Kinda sounds like it gon be sad or somethin’? I’ono how serious I can take this beat, as it’s kinda poppy. However, it has its quality? You on tha 1st verse ain’t too bad, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s bleh…; nothin’ really goin’ on wit tha sample… And, hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it ain’t bad; nothin’ I can really say, tho… My Rating: 2.6

Overall: I have to say, tha front and back cover to this CD’s definitely dope!! You got them royal colors of black and gold on; dumb shit!! Gotta look up to ya at all times, ya dig?! Too much grindin’, to where I had a headache and had to nap for a few hours before I got to finish this… But, anyway, I thought you did a nice job wit this! Makes me excited to know that I have even more to peep out from you! Can’t wait ta hear! Keep tha excellent production crew and features comin’!!

Review #1,310: DJ 5150, DJ Hektik, DJ S.R. & DJ Victoriouz "Trap City 17 (Hosted by Kevin Gates)"

Reviewed on 8.29.2013 (Review #1,310)

Continuin’ wit my reviewz, I got DJ 5150, DJ Hektik, DJ S.R. & DJ Victoriouz Trap City 17 (Hosted by Kevin Gates) up next. Lookin’ at some of tha artists on here, I think I wanna throw up, in a mainstream way. I’m not lookin’ forward ta this review, especially since it sold NO COPIES in tha streetz (it bein’ 1:26:55 long)! Why too long?? Start Time: 11:04 AM | End Time: 11:34 AM

Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it! After I was robbed by an artist who claimed they “get money,” hearin’ about how much you “got money” and anything “money” really bothers me. If you have not done business wit me before, I won’t tolerate “money” talk in tha music!!

© 2013 CD Review (Review #1,310) reviewed on 8.29.2013 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. Kevin Gates “Intro”
I’m prolly peepin’ this mixtape out only ‘cause Gates’ hostin’ it…, just to catch up on my reviewz. Then again, why must I hear dickrided versions of him anyway? >>> Ding. LOL @ how his “P” in “pussies” popped, lol! My Rating: N/A

02. Kevin Gates Feat. Flow “Retawded 4 Real”
My Current Rating: 3.0

03. DJ Scream Feat. 2 Chainz, Future, Waka Flocka, Yo Gotti & Gucci Mane “Hoodrich Anthem”
Yeah, right! 1.0, I see it!! I remembered when DJ Scream found me, back when I had a website in ’05, mainly ‘cause I was bumpin’ his Only The Crunk Survive Vol. 8 with Trillville on my playlist (back when whole CDs counted on my playlists. Now, it’s individual songs picked by me):
Then again, he could’ve gotten someone like Killa Kyleon on this. Oh, not lookin’ forward… >>> Beat can be good, but no way am I diggin’ this 2 Chainz shit, followed by masturbating-in-a-dude’s-ear-with-how-I-sound Future. So far, hearin’ Waka on tha hook (or 3rd part), it sounds tha best outta tha three. Yo Gotti’s next (what’s with tha weird order? I think I should fix it. Anyway, he ain’t too bad… Gucci’s 5th; nothin’ special. He’s so ’04 fa me. Not as bad as I thought, but still, not my style for my playlist. My Rating: 2.3

04. Mikewillmadeit Feat. T.I., Juicy J & Trae Tha Truth “Fight”
*Yawn* Wouldn’t’ve known who Mike WiLL Made It was, if I reviewed this on time, last year. >>> What’s with tha gay, masturbating-in-a-dude’s-ear dude goin’, “World Premiere,” in tha background? I think I just wanna skip it based off this garbage! No thanks! Skimmin’ through tha song, and it’s still goin’ almost three minutes in! My Rating: 1.0

05. Gunplay Feat. Rick Ross “Real Niggas”
Anything Ricky, I feel like skippin’… But, I’ll review it just to see where it scores in my book. >>> Yea, I can’t tolerate this; this kinda title/topic’s why tha hip-hop game’s so fake and fucked up!! My Rating: 1.0

06. Waka Flocka Feat. Sony “24Hrs”
Him again?? >>> Boring “money” song, again, as well as bein’ in tha studio fa “24 hours,” puttin’ quantity ova quality; next! My Rating: 1.1

07. OJ Da Juiceman Feat. Lil’ Dre “Larry Bird”
Looks catchy, but OJ’s been kinda inactive for a minute… >>> His drug shit’s kinda boring by now; needs a new sound! Anotha new term; very random fa me… But, gotta luv your “wrist,” right? My Rating: 1.8

08. Ray Vicks Feat. Rambo & Squirm Gee “No Tomorrow”
Looks familiar, but let’s just go… >>> Not feelin’ tha typical-soundin’ beat, here. Kinda sounds like tha other ones on here, and this ‘pose ta be a Louisiana artist! Not too much into tha lyrics, either; I seem to like tha voices betta, surprisingly. My Rating: 2.4

09. Eldorado Red Feat. Bambino Gold “A Day In Da Crest”
Finally, layin’ off tha mainstream fucks! >>> Damn, all these songs are startin’ ta sound tha same!! This one’s just better than tha others, though; nice 2nd verse wit dat voice… My Rating: 3.4

10. Bambino Gold Feat. Alley Boy “Graduated”
>>> S-to-tha-A-to-tha-M-to-tha-E; rhymes with L-to-tha-A-to-tha-M-to-tha-E!!! Well, not that lame, but this shit gets boring afta a while… See, like when I was talkin’ about Only The Crunk Survive Vol. 8, at least tha hyped-up vibe had great-soundin’ beats and different voices! My Rating: 3.1

11. Rockie Fresh Feat. Rick Ross “You A Lie”
Nooooooooooooooooo…………………… >>> Tha slow vibe’s okay, but why am I wasting my time with this? Sick of these songs where men are hatin’ otha men; why can’t people be in this together?!? My Rating: 1.3

12. Future Feat. Laudie “Diamonds”
I’m just skippin’ this, right? >>> Yup, after four seconds! My Rating: 1.0

½time: Really bad compilation, so far; almost everything sounds tha same, and tha mainstream shit ruins tha ratings, for me… Currently, 1.9 for tha CD rating.

13. Big Bank Black Feat. Trouble & Alley Boy “Kickin’ N Pimpin’”
Not sure what ta say… >>> Memphis in tha building? Sounds like Yo Gotti, here and there… Nothin’ special, but not tha worst fa me. My Rating: 2.0

14. Kevin Gates “Goin’ Supa”
Don’t think I’ve heard ‘cause of tha DJ B-Real production credits listed. Really? 2012 and tha two of them are pumpin’ somethin’? What’s tha hold-up of them makin’ a whole CD together? Weird world we live in!! >>> “Pick up Lil’ Mista;” damn, obsession outta nowhere? Not sure how you dudes agree with each other when it comes ta things! “Now, it’s 25 fa B-Real ta hit tha track up;” oh, so that line came from this… He said that to me. I luv how he’s obsessed with you, Gates, secretly! Guess I gotta get inta robbin’ people and sellin’ drugs—which’ll neva be me—if I wanna buy a beat from him, smh! As short as this song iz, it sounds good fa what it iz. A lil’ random wit tha content; sounds like Bubba borrowed some of this fa his “Retarded”, wit how he says: “My kick game retarded; my whip game retarded.” Beat sounds good, too; almost sounds like someone fartin’, here and there. My Rating: 4.1

15. Lil’ Reese & Chief Keef “Rap Shit”
Would’ve neva heard Chief Keef if I reviewed this on time, also. Then again, with Young Chop on tha beat, umm… >>> A lil’ boring fa tha start wit tha hook… Yea, boring content; I’m just gonna skip ‘cause 210348713012831203912381203913012309 rappers talk about hatin’ dudes, things bein’ so easy, and all dat boring blah-blah-yada! My Rating: 1.4

16. Sy Ari Da Kid “You’ll Think”
Two apostrophes (or a quote) in tha title? Incorrect! Beat Zombies beat… >>> Different how he sounds on tha mic—wait, here come tha regular vocals at :41… This iz boring, but a lil’ betta than usual. Some consistent punchlines, but I can’t learn about anyone wit these typical, one-dimensional rhymes! My Rating: 1.9

17. Bambino Gold Feat. Lil’ Phat “Rarri”
After-dying music, it looks like, ‘cause it wasn’t in my tribute video… >>> Nothing special fa tha beginning/hook… Still, Lil’ Phat’s voice sounds real weird fa these kinda street tracks… Sounds like it’s meant ta be funny than serious… Hearin’ Bambino on tha 2nd verse… Okay, a lil’ catchy wit how he delivers tha rhymes. Still, WTF wit tha “money” obsessions? Why does every fuckin’ song have ta have “money” in it? “Money [iz] shit” fa everyone!!! My Rating: 2.5

18. Master P Feat. T.E.C. “Duffle Bag”
Not lookin’ forward to tha feature/title… >>> Ehh, beats are okay, but Master P, you’re in your mid-40s, and this what you rappin’ ‘bout? Guess tha hood’s tha same, no matter where you go, or what you “got!” Boring topic and gay, repetitive hook about “money!!!” Damn @ T.E.C. on tha 2nd verse; can’t listen ta these “stacks!!!” My Rating: 1.0

19. Big Jay Pyrex Feat. Shell (Young Thugga) & Savage “Solo”
Good find; would’ve been an exclusive if I would’ve heard this CD first! Did a live review for Lil’ Trill & Shell; real glad I did it! Was so far, DJ B-Real’s last time at showin’ my videoz with him in it luv! But really, B-Real, tha live review was almost 100 minutes long! How you get all dat time ta watch it in 2012? Oh, tha 2012 dayz!! No wonder why this year sucks!! I describe this year as I’ve eaten someone’s diarrhea & was forced ta enjoy it!! #changegoncome My Current Rating: 4.5

20. Calliope Var Feat. Young Roddy “Redemption”
I’ll just consider most of these jointz songs I’ve neva heard before… >>> Intro sounds more like what Master P should’ve been on, here. Guess he gotta take notes from Calliope Var fa tha 2012 & beyond? Rhymes are good from Calliope, here, on tha 1st verse! Feelin’ how he comin’ through wit it… Got Young Roddy on tha 2nd verse… A lil’ boring wit tha content and delivery; nothin’ horrible, though, except tha “money” obsessions. Keepin’ this goin’ wit tha 3rd verse from Calliope, here, and it sounds good, just like tha 1st verse. My Rating: 3.8

21. Kevin Gates “Satellite”
It was dry when I first heard it, but because it made MTV Jams for one day, and Music Choice: Hip-Hop And R&B twice, I liked it a lil’ more, and it even made it to my playlist. I think tha 2013-released version sounded better, though they nearly sound tha same? I know this 2012 right here… My Current Rating: 3.6

22. Fat Trel “Where We Go”
>>> Already off to a gay start wit, “I got my money,” ta start tha song off… Hook sounds catchy wit how it’s delivered, but since it’s money-related, I’ll just end my review fa this song here. My Rating: 1.5

23. Trouble “Molly World”
Now, I know who this iz. Also, wouldn’t’ve known what them mollies were, at this time. Only knew Cedric Gervais and his “Molly”, or Sheen~Marie and her “On Molly” (I think Sheen debuted it for me?). >>> Yeah, Cedric Gervais “Molly” just came on Music Choice: Dance, ironically!! Magic!! Then again, wit this song, complete trash!! Sounds like he poppin’ masturbatin’-in-anotha-dude’s-ear pillz wit this gay voice!! You sure those aren’t gummy bear vitamins? My Rating: 1.0

24. Kevin Gates “BBO”
My Current Rating: 3.7

25. P Money Bags “Go Off”
Polo Fresh beat ta end this… >>> Not too bad ta end this garbage CD off… This sounds like it’s in tha middle of all my combined ratings. My Rating: 2.2

Overall: Total garbage; waste of 30 minutes!!

Review #1,284: Solo Mafia "Mobb Ties"

Reviewed on 5.28.2013 (Review #1,284)

It has been a minute since I’ve done a review. Between doin’ VH1-like video countdowns, fixin’ up all my old, converted cassette tapes, and uploadin’ all my old year-end countdowns, I’ve been grindin’. However, I’ve also been sufferin’ with moodswings and a mid-life crisis wit this music business shit, because I’m awaiting a job in tha video world, and have loans comin’ after me. At times, I get confused at why people act like I’m legendary, I have 3,000+ FB friends, etc., and am barely gettin’ people to pay me for shit, such as havin’ a song of theirs on my Tha Louisiana Archives mixtape compilation (it’s only $20 a spot)! Lack of attention, as well as those ignorin’ me, has been creating a drought in what I’ve been listenin’ to, too. Last year, there were about 120 songs in rotation on my playlist. Now, I have only 52 in rotation. Outta tha 52, NONE are Louisiana rap, two are rap, and tha rest are pretty much EDM; I don’t have a balance, and am lazy with listenin’ to music. Hopefully, wit this release I’m reviewin’, I hope to balance myself again…, sooner or later! Now that I got where I’ve been cleared up, lemme get into this: Solo Mafia Mobb Ties; thanx to Savage for tellin’ me to check it out ‘cause I didn’t know about it! Now, I assume tha Out The Cage Entertainment dayz are over? Since this iz a Solo Mafia release, iz it Solo Mafia Records? Entertainment? Music/Muzik? What iz it? Curious to know, but I’m more curious to hear this!! After eating lunch, I think I’ll start this review at a special time: 1:22; Savage birthday time!! Start Time: 1:22 PM | End Time: 3:14 PM
EDIT: I see, thanx to Amazon: Solo Mafia Enterprises!!!

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! © 2013 CD Review (Review #1,284) reviewed on 5.28.2013 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. Sav Sinatra “Intro”
A minute-long intro, like a commercial! Anticipatin’ this; let’s hear it!! >>> Italo, Godfather style, startin’ off wit tha background music! Got me locked in, Sav, wit this intro you speakin’ on! You real professional wit it, as well as always keepin’ it undaground to tha fullest! Glad you’re not a dickrided, sellout-lookin’ dude!! My Rating: N/A

02. Sav Sinatra “Mobb Shit”
Oh, by seein’ your name in tha ID, this must be a compilation? Really lookin’ forward to seein’ how many different peeps are on here!! Of course, produced by you, Sav!! Let’s hear it!! >>> Great vibe for tha beginning; sounds like you’re really in tha mood, here, wit tha intro!! I think it gon take you to get me balanced again, as far as what I’m bumpin’!! Feelin’ your style on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit dat real “shit,” or as you say, “mobb shit!” I like tha “so, what’s fa dinner” part; hungry lil’ Savage, lol! Of course, glad you “smellin’ like a pound” and you “ain’t even blowin’;” that’s definitely what’s up, as well as this kick-ass hook!! Yup, always gotta throw an “R.I.P. Pimp C” in there! When I was at my aunt Linda’s cabin, and they had a lot of old UGK on on one of tha Sirius (I think) rap channels (The Boombox); thought of you and these CDs when they came on! Great job wit tha 2nd verse, too; you just jammin’ this shit harder than a ma’fucka!! Likin’ tha slowed-down ending, blendin’ into tha next song!! My Rating: 4.8

03. Jiggy Da Menace Feat. Clev & Mista “Influenza Swag”
Don’t think I eva heard of this Jiggy dude; only Jiggy dude I know iz Jiggy Black. I assume that’s Clever Kev on tha ID (although, it says, Clev)? I’m just takin’ guesses, here… I know Lil’ Mista/Mista Cain iz 3rd; though I’m not a fan of this title, let’s see if your kick-ass production helps here, Sav!! >>> Nice production… Okay, tha 1st verse ain’t too bad for a start; I can fuck wit this… LOL @ all this sex shit; nice job… Surprisingly, tha hook ain’t that bad, either; only two words… Tha Clev dude’s on tha 2nd verse, and I’m actually feelin’ this; good job, Mr. Clev! Hearin’ Mista on tha 3rd verse, and I have to say, this iz just okay/a lil’ below-average fa me wit obsessin’ all this “swag” shit. I think he’s completely startin’ ta be pop/over-rated for me. Kinda what I mentioned before of how I’m glad you’re not dickrided, Sav; Mista’s a perfect example of bein’ a dickrided rapper. I think tha 2nd time I heard him was on dat Self-Made Bosses over three years ago (first was Level’s Street Credit mixtape, four years ago). I preferred that Mista… But, it turned out to be a better song that I expected. My Rating: 4.2

04. Lee Banks Feat. Shell (Young Thugga), Mista, Young Shine, Young Ready & Smitty “Get U A Body (Remix)”
Thought I’ve heard this before, but I think I’ve been seein’ more posts than usual… Switchin’ it up wit a B-Real beat, this time. Unlike tha previous “swag” song, I assume wit this gangsta shit, I’ll be able to like it more… >>> Nice beat; jammin’! *Gasps* An unsourced, Shell (Young Thugga) on tha 1st verse!! How can you leave him out?! He sounds real nice on tha 1st ½ of tha 1st verse; gotta luv what he brings to tha table!! Nice job wit this hook; can’t say anything else but positive shit about this… Now, Mista on tha 1st ½ of tha 2nd verse… Ehh, a bad start wit bein’ done wit “Girbauds;” I’m lucky I got a bunch, but haven’t seen much within all these years… Either way, an okay verse, and tha 2nd ½ of tha 2nd verse didn’t sound like Ready. Tha 2nd verse sounded like someone else, and whoeva it was (incorrect order on tha back cover), they sounded like they blended in nicely wit this. Now, it’s Ready on tha 1st ½ of tha 3rd verse; tight rhymes! I can deal wit this… Okay, I hear that it’s Young Smitty on tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse, so Shine & Ready have to be flipped in tha ID, since Shine was on tha 2nd ½ of tha 2nd verse… Thumbs up fa Smitty fa tearin’ up tha end! My Rating: 4.6

05. Money Sak Feat. Fame & Mista “Ben Frank”
Tiny back cover, it seems like, wit DatPiff’s shrunk, 500x500 pixel size… I’m googlin’ it, and I see Shell’s on tha ID of tha previous song, and I got this Amazon upload to help me, in case I can’t see it clear… But, no listed producer? Not sure what I’m walkin’ into wit these unknown dudes… >>> Beat does sound a lil’ jacked in tha beginning; hope this don’t suck… So far, tha flow sounds a lil’ like a mix of Plies, 2 Chainz & Rick Ross; I hate all of them, but at least this an undaground secret… Tha hook only okay; we’ll leave it at dat… Tha 1st verse iz decent for me; sounds mainstream, but have a touch of undaground to it… Surprised this song’s 4:11; why? Tha other songs were 3:00 – 3:30, and were way better!! Tha 2nd verse iz soundin’ typical and cocky; startin’ to get bored of this 2 Chainz-soundin’ shit… What? An unsourced Mista on tha 3rd verse? Talk about tha opposite of dickridin’, lol! I think that’s what it sounds like, at times? I’ll put it in tha ID, but correct me if I’m wrong. For tha verse, it was aight, just like this song… Nice acapella ending of tha 1st ½ of tha hook, too… My Rating: 3.5

06. Sav Sinatra Feat. Jiggy Da Menace “Check Me Out”
Savage = Tha perfect way to recover after that previous, decent song!! Of course, Sav on tha beat!! >>> Ooh, real pure beat sounds from you, Sav!! Can’t wait ‘til years from now, when I make an album on travelin’ dat I gon buy a beat from you, Sav!! Gotta have your touch on an album of mine!! Damn, tha hook pretty tight as fuck, too!! Great voice you got, Sav!! Even got tha 1st verse, too; there’s nothin’ wrong wit you at all!! To me, you’re perfect, Sav!! LOL, how many tattoos you got by now? I talked to one of my boyz (Yung Yola) in jail, and he said he has 150 and counting; do you have that much, lol? We got that Jiggy dude on tha 2nd verse; sounds like he’s collaboratin’ nicely wit you, here! A 3rd verse from you, Sav, soarin’ like an “eagle!!” Keep tha rhymes goin’; you’re definitely tha shit at all times!! My Rating: 4.8

07. Bubba “Retarded”
Does that say, “Rubba”? *Checks Amazon* Oh wow, it’s Big Stacks Ent.’s Bubba!! Oh, I’m anticipated as fuck ta hear dis!! Glad you got a connection wit him, and EQ’s on tha beat, this time!! >>> Real nice beginning between Bubba & tha beat!! Sounds like I might’ve sampled this from somewhere… Definitely feelin’ tha hook, and yea, Bubba, you’re “back!” Glad 2012 wasn’t your only year for me, as it sounds like you’ll keep shit on-n-poppin’!! Tha 1st verse sounds real nice wit how you comin’ through on this, Bubba; gotta luv dat voice of yours when it hits tha mic on these beatz!! Sounds like some great shit in tha 2nd verse; feelin’ it! I almost thought I heard some fast rappin’, but it went back to normal. I’m slowly startin’ to get sick of when rappers just bust fast rappin’ outta nowhere on a track, somethin’ that Kevin Gates has been doin’; sounds awkward… Only two verses fa dis 4:00 track? It’s all good though ‘cause I got ta hear Bubba’s voice lay down on a Solo Mafia compilation disc!! My Rating: 4.7

08. Tank Law “Standin’ On The Couch”
Almost thought this was Tank Jones, but it’s a newbie; I’m lookin’ forward to hearin’ this! Who’s T.A. (tha producer)? >>> Kinda a different start; hope I can handle this… Not bad for tha hook; a lil’ East Coast-y for me to luv, but lemme see what I can say about tha rest of this… Tha 1st verse ain’t too bad; rhymes are on-point… Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ okay for me… Tha 3rd verse iz also okay, too; not much for me to comment… My Rating: 3.6

09. Quikkdraw “H.U.S.T.L.A.”
J Buc on tha beat!! Oh wait, I knew this looked familiar…; nice job at includin’ Quikk on here!! My Current Rating: 4.3

½time: Gotta luv tha CD so far, Sav!! You put a lotta effort into it, and I’m glad you stay workin’ in tha studio!! Lots of big songs on here, as well as some decent ones; a 4.3 for tha CD rating, currently!!!

10. Pearlie Mac Feat. Sav Sinatra, J Rhodes & Razor “In My Cadillac”
Couldn’t read tha ID on tha back cover, so I took it to Amazon to see what it said… Looks like an anticipatin’, UGK-like song wit Savage on tha beat!! ‘Bout ta anticipate dis one!! >>> Dat nice, laidback Sav feel for tha beat; gotta luv it!! These songs/titles/sayin’ tha title in every line neva gets old!! Dat quality’s there, and you doin’ tha damn thang on this smooth hook, Sav!! Tha 1st verse sounded nice from, I assume, Pearlie Mac, spittin’ a pure verse fa tha ride ta enjoy! Here’s tha 2nd verse (J Rhodes?); nice, feel-good rhymes, feelin’ like a giant! Now, we got tha 3rd verse (Razor?); sounds a lil’ betta on tha voice than tha 2nd verse, and I’m also feelin’ how this dude’s comin’ through! My Rating: 4.5

11. Bengie Feat. T.E.C. “Ol’ Skools”
Time to find a snack. I finna look at tha ID when I get back… *Gets snack at 2:21 PM…* Returns at 2:24 PM…* Found nothing, smh. But, let’s see this ID… *Checks ID* Thought I might’ve heard it, but I guess not. Kinda unanticipatin’ it with tha no producer listed… >>> It’s J Buc on tha beat; how cruel and anti-Buc of that back cover, smh!! But, from tha start, I knew it started nice wit tha beat sound! Tha hook sounds nice, too; sounds like a potential single that sounds nice… Tha 1st verse must be T.E.C.; it’s okay, as far as tha voice, but it sounds better for tha song, overall. Let’s see what this 2nd verse gon bring… It’s Bengie Bee, comin’ through wit a nice lil’ vibe… Even an ending, here; not bad… Almost sounds like tha Tech wit Dog Da Cutthroata! My Rating: 4.4

12. Sav Sinatra Feat. Dogg Mane, Young Ready & 31stDeedy “The Real Way”
Interestin’ lineup, wit Sav on tha beat! I neva heard tha Dogg Mane dude, I don’t think; I look forward to hearin’ what he sounds like on this, too! >>> Ooh, a strong Savage beat start; “Mobb shit, bitch!!” Gotta luv it!! Definitely lovin’ this hook wit all this “the real way” shit all ova it!! You got a brain fulla chemistry, Sav!! Comin’ through on tha 1st verse, anticipatin’ a beef!! I know who you can beat up, Sav! I got their #, their address, their—well, I’m glad you’re on my side! Maybe, we can talk about it via phone, but I’m movin’ on ta turnin’ 25 next month, movin’ on from dat bullshit! Now, let’s hear this Dogg Mane dude… New, different, dark-soundin’ voice, here; definitely interestin’, and I’m likin’ tha shit they bringin’ to tha table! Hope they are a great dude—have to say, yes, based off them bein’ on this Mobb Ties CD! Spittin’ lots of real shit, consistently! Now, a “familiar” Young Ready on tha 3rd verse, comin’ through wit dat G-shit; what else iz new, lol…? Switchin’ it up to 31st on tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse, comin’ through wit mo good shit fa this track… My Rating: 4.7

13. Sav Sinatra “Fly Life”
Looked familiar, but it’s new, I guess… Lookin’ forward ta hearin’ anotha solo joint of yours, Mr. $inatra!! Speakin’ of “fly,” today was a decade ago (10 years), back on May 28, 2003, I wrote my first rap: “Yo, I like this girl named Amber. / And, I was like, “Damn, look at her!” / And, these other guys told me to slam her!!” Dumb shit, Savage!!! She even has tha same, exact birthday as me, too!! What are tha odds of that?! >>> LOL @ tha flight start, and you comin’ through ta crash tha flight! I always wonder, will I eva attend tha same flight as you in tha future, lol? Who knows! Feelin’ your “fly life” perspective, here, on tha hook!! You and tha “eat dick,” lol; you and tha “deez nuts;” you and a devastating ending to pussazzes, lol!! Speakin’ of pussazz, you even sayin’ “pussazz” on tha 1st verse; gutta shit!! You definitely rule here wit dat consistent “shit!!” Tha 2nd verse sounds pretty nice, too; you got such a killer voice ta pierce through err-body’s stereos!! How can people not luv you, Sav?! LOL, givin’ people a “dick” sample on tha 3rd verse, strictly to tha haterz! I’m startin’ ta get haterz now, as people callin’ me pussy and shit ‘cause I don’t answer them! Oh, ain’t dat a bitch?! My Rating: 4.6

14. Sav Sinatra Feat. Mista “Yeah I’m Thuggin’”
Although no producer listed, I assume this you on tha beat, Sav? I’m lookin’ forward ta hearin’ this one, too! Keepin’ shit more consistent than a mafukka!! >>> Sounds like a good hook from you, Sav; feelin’ it! Oh, that Mista dude’s on tha 1st verse; it’s not bad… I hope I see some of dat “money” soon, although contacting lacked three years ago, when I had a great commercial idea for him. :( Sometimes, I have to be persistent when it comes to gettin’ what I want! You on a gonna-be-sick mission on tha 2nd verse, Sav, like my girl, Alexia: Gotta get tha money no matter what! Feelin’ tha 2nd verse you spit, Sav; keep grindin’!! My Rating: 4.4

15. Tank Law “‘Bout It”
Just like his last song, T.A.’s on tha beat; let’s hear it… >>> Beat’s way too mainstream-soundin’ for me; I bet this T.A. dude’s a jacked beat dude, or a non-Louisiana dude… Either way, so far, I dunno if I can say if this iz betta than tha previous song. I’m not really into all this typical, mainstream-soundin’ shit; way too much “Beez In Da Trap” quotes? Didn’t even realize where tha hook was, but I hear it now, and it ain’t that bad… Tha 2nd verse ain’t as bad as tha 1st verse, but if I had to pick somethin’ was tha most mainstream on this CD, it’ll prolly be this song. Almost think it’s Ace Hood at times, or those rappers that wanna drop, like, 50 songs a year and ‘claim’ to neva fall off… Even a 3rd verse, here, and this dude can’t help but quote people; a lil’ boring… Gonna be close to see which Tank Law song I like better, but because this one’s a lil’ more Southern-soundin’ than tha previous one, I may up tha rating to like this better. My Rating: 3.7

16. Sav Sinatra Feat. Fabe Marley “Str8 Like Dat”
Neva heard tha Fabe dude, but I hope they’re good if they’re rappin’ wit you, Sav, especially since you’re on tha beat, too!! >>> Feelin’ your classic sound in tha beginning, Sav! LOL @ that mean perspective, Sav, lol! Feelin’ how you comin’ through on tha 1st verse, here! Tha hook sounds nice; you got shit on lock at all times, no matter what topic you cover, Sav!! Even tha 2nd verse, talkin’ ‘bout these “hoes” and pussies! Tha Fame dude on tha 3rd verse sounds catchy; not bad for a new rapper wit these rhymes on a track of yours, Sav… My Rating: 4.3

17. Sav Sinatra “Po Up My Drank”
Damn, talk about gettin’ robbed, like tha Lil’ Trill & Shell By Any Means Necessary CD, from tha back cover? This song ain’t even on there, and only 18 tracks are displayed… Anyway, I see it on Amazon and my downloaded file, so I’m assuming you produced this one? Let’s hear it!! Need a new anthem from tha “Kush & Lean” & “Weed & Drank”, only this time, there’s no weed, lol! >>> Really sounded tight wit that bubbly beginning, lol! Now, a really soft beat; nice and laidback!! Really feelin’ tha hooks; seems like you’re addicted to these “drank” songs, as much as I’m addicted to showin’ ‘em luv!! Keepin’ shit on-n-poppin’ on tha 1st verse fa “Pimp” and “Screw;” gotta keep representin’!! Glad they got you inta “drank” and shit, lol!! It would be boring if you were born, like, a decade later and not’ve known much about them! Interestin’ mix on tha 2nd verse, when it comes to all those pillz and shit, lol! More reppin’ fa “Fat Pat” and “Big Moe;” oh, tha good ol’ dayz!! Ooh, tha last hook’s screwed and chopped!! Haven’t heard dat happen in a while!! Quality shit, Sav!!! My Rating: 4.7

18. Sav Sinatra Feat. Jiggy Da Menace, C-Loc & Foppé “Shit Get Real”
Neva heard tha Foppe dude, but I know I’m winnin’ wit this lineup!! Gotta luv you on tha beat once again, Sav!! >>> LOL, back to tha Godfather… And, it just jumped into tha song so fast… Nice Savage vibe, and I assume Foppé’s tha female on tha track? Sounds nice on tha hook… Here you are on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit your classic rappin’ that I first knew of yours (e.g., that “fold like Poker hands” line)! Got tha Jiggy dude on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit a nice vibe fa this beat and track of yours… Tha 3rd verse iz C-Loc; sounds good on this track, too… My Rating: 4.2

19. J.S. Feat. Supa Kali “Money Fame”
Neva heard of these dudes, and I don’t really go for a title like this for unknown artists… J.S. iz even on tha beat, here; how will these unknown dudes end this classic-soundin’ compilation off??? >>> Godfather beginning… Almost sounds like a sample in tha song’s beat (like, Andrea True Connection’s “More, More, More”—tha “doo-doo-doo” part in tha beat)… But, I’m likin’ tha 1st verse from J.S.; sounds above-average for me… Tha hook sounds catchy wit how people are “chasin’” tha title; nice! Here’s Supa Kali on tha 2nd verse… Ehh, not really up there for me; sounds like Drake, and tha lyrics are a lil’ cocky/okay. Either way, it ain’t that bad of a song, and I’ll be nice wit tha rating… My Rating: 4.0

Overall: Before I do tha ending of this review, my mom called me a few minutes ago, no less tellin’ me that she bought a snack and put it in a secret cabinet. So now, I’m chompin’ on some Nutter Butter Bites; mmm!! But, this was a real nice compilation, Sav!! You’re known for doin’ a great job wit ‘em, since you won Louisiana Compilation CD of 2011 for The Best Of: Savage Trackz!! This one seems better than that, since it has new tracks with multiple people. I’m real glad I got back into review mode with this eight-page review, tha way they should be! Only special, quality peeps like you get reviewz like this, Sav! Anybody who’s okay/wack gets, like, a 15-minute, skimmed-through review! Keep puttin’ out dem tunez—country rap tunez!! Tha reviewz of yours ain’t over yet, as continuing today, I’ll have more!!
