Happy 45^th day in a row of reviewin’ CDs!! Let’s keep it goin’: Ghetto Twiinz No Pain, No Gain, released in 1998 on Rap-A-Lot Records & Upper Level Records… Start Time: 1:44 AM | End Time: 2:57 AM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> “ iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> “ iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

02. “Soldier Song” feat. DMG & Yukmouth

>>> Sounds like a decent beat, here… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it sounds a lil’ betta than tha previous Ghetto Twiinz CD I reviewed… Hearin’ tha hook and it sounds like a good “soldier” anthem, but for tha females… Tha 2^nd verse’s soundin’ decent, here, and we have a dude on tha 2^nd ½ of tha 2^nd verse, soundin’ decent… And, tha 3^rd verse’s soundin’ pretty decent, here, as well… My Rating: 3.7

03. “Die “MF” Die” feat. 007
>>> Sounds like anotha decent track, here… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s not bad, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s pretty nice; can’t say too much… And, tha 2^nd verse sounds decent, too, here… Tha rest ain’t too bad, here… Just so you know, I’m expectin’ this CD to not have 4.0’s, as well… My Rating: 3.7

04. “A Mil Don’t Make U Real” feat. C-Loc
>>> Sounds like C-Loc on tha 1^st verse, here; no credit? Sounds betta than what I’d expect from y’all, here… Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse from y’all and it actually sounds a lil’ betta, here… And, even more Loc, here; random… Y’all sound betta on this than tha boring, draggin’ shit, despite this bein’ 4:31… My Rating: 3.9

05. “No Sunshine” feat. Scarface

>>> I have a feelin’ this gon drag; sounds pretty slow, here, especially wit 6:07 on tha length!! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s aight from y’all… Hearin’ tha hook and I expected this to be tha remake I’d expect it to be; whatevz… Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and it’s not bad, here… And, Scarface makes a nice appearance on this, at least… My Rating: 3.3

06. “No Pain, No Gain” feat. Mia X
>>> This sounds decent, here; not bad… Anotha long one that I’m tryna get through… Hearin’ tha hook and I’m kinda diggin’ tha singin’, here… Tha short lil’ 2^nd verse sounded nice & it was a different style fa y’all… My Rating: 3.6

07. “Smokin’ Love”
>>> I like tha G-Funk sound in tha beat… Decent-soundin’ hook, here; let’s see tha verses… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s not bad, here… Gotta dig tha “weed” content, here, but I should like it betta… Tha rest of this ain’t too bad, here… My Rating: 3.8

08. “Stop Playin’” feat. Tela

>>> Sounds decent from this Tela dude on tha 1^st verse, here… He sounds a lil’ cocky, especially since we don’t know where he iz now, but it’s not bad wit this vibe… Hearin’ tha hook and there’s singin’, now; hmm… And, y’all on tha 2^nd verse, here, soundin’ decent; can’t complain… A lil’ more of a grimy aspect on tha 3^rd verse, here, soundin’ a tad better… And, tha 4^th verse, here, keepin’ tha grimy vibes goin’… For a non-4.0 CD, so far, it sounds like y’all closer to tha 4.0’s than tha 3.0’s, here! My Rating: 3.8

½time: Sounds a lil’ betta than tha previous CD of y’alls I reviewed… A 3.7-rated CD, here; let’s keep it movin’…

>>> Sounds decent, here; a good vibe but a mixed review from me… My Rating: 3.4

10. “You Don’t Wanna (Go To War)” feat. Lo-Life & Willie D
>>> A lil’ more upbeat, here, on tha 1^st verse and beat, soundin’ decent… Hearin’ tha hook and it ain’t too bad, here… Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and it’s pretty nice wit tha males, this time… And, y’all on tha 3^rd verse, here, soundin’ pretty nice; can’t say much… Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 4^th verse, too, soundin’ decent wit tha otha dude, here… My Rating: 3.6

11. “Gonna Be A Murda”
>>> An okay beat, here; an okay 1^st verse wit a catchy flow, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it sounds like an uncredited dude, here… Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and it ain’t too bad, here, as well… My Rating: 3.5

12. “B’s Jack Too”
>>> Beat sounds a lil’ betta wit a funky vibe, here… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and y’all got some good shit on lock, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s on tha gangsta side, here, but my interest ain’t that high… I’ono, it must be a female rap thang or somethin’? Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and it’s not bad, here… And, we got tha 3^rd verse, here, soundin’ decent, again… My Rating: 3.5

>>> A nice lil’ hook fa a slow track, here… Hearin’ y’all on tha 1^st verse and it ain’t bad, here… Keepin’ it movin’ wit y’all on tha 2^nd verse, as well, soundin’ decent, here… And, we got tha 3^rd verse, here, soundin’ decent from tha 1^st dude, here… And, we got tha 4^th verse, here, soundin’ decent, too… My Rating: 3.7

>>> Sounds like a slightly-eerie track, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s pretty nice, I guess? Hearin’ y’all on tha 1^st verse and it’s decent, as always… And, Willie D sounds like a good dude to collab wit, as far as this ‘90s shit; nice collab… Wow, this track’s long… (5:56?!) Hearin’ y’all on tha final verse and it’s not bad, here… My Rating: 3.6

>>> Sounds a lil’ slow, here; I think tha original betta… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s ehh… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s y’all statin’ tha facts… Tha rest of this decent but nothin’ I’d go crazy about… I’m just starving!! My Rating: 3.2
