Here comes my next review: N’awlinz’s own, Willie Puckett Million-Dollar Hot Boy, released in 1998 on Take Fo Records! Start Time: 2:18 PM | End Time: 3:15 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Keepin’ it goin’ wit tha 2^nd verse, soundin’ as energetic as tha 1^st verse; good shit…! Lol, “And monkey in her mouth;” Magnolia Shorty lead tha way fa tha monkeyz! Tha 3^rd verse ain’t too bad, here… Fa some reason, I felt tha energy and voice on tha 1^st two verses betta… Great chantin’ of tha cities, with a lil’ less than a minute-and-a-half remainin’… Diggin’ tha “uptown” dialect, at tha end! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s soundin’ good wit this chick, here… Tha hook sounds catchy; when tha “beeper” would attract tha “Hot Boy Creeper!” Tha 2^nd verse keeps this energy goin’; not much ta say… Tha 3^rd verse’s all about “creepin’,” here, strictly mackin’ it out… Got tha 4^th verse goin’ on, here, as K.C. Redd pleases tha men and they “beeper!” My Rating: 4.4

½time: A 4.2-rated CD, so far; consistent bounce at its finest! Can’t deny it; no turnin’ back, now!

>>> Anticipatin’ tha “bruh” and “ya heard me” dialect, in tha intro, here; all about tha south! Oh, seein’ tha title and as soon as I heard tha imitation of tha sample, I figured out why this was called “Trigger Man”. Either way, definitely hot, tho… Got tha 1^st verse, here & this some quality-soundin’ street content, here… Tha 2^nd verse’s soundin’ dope, too; gotta have dem “Girbauds on [ya] ass!” Real talk! Always wear mine in tha cold times, ya dig? Pure N.O. heat, here; you can hear it in da voice…! Tha 3^rd verse pretty dope, too; good shit, tha whole way round! My Rating: 4.5

>>> Sounds silly when tha title’s said, in tha beginning; interestin’… Really fast beats, here, at 147 BPM! Definitely feelin’ this vibe and it’s definitely on some “jammin’” shit, here! Definitely different from tha previous hyped-up vibes & I’m feelin’ it… Great job wit tha 1^st verse, just consistently deliverin’ such fast rhymes ova a really-fast beat…! Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse and just as I was thinkin’ of tha 1^st verse, it reminds me of dat Miami bass music, from back in tha day; good shit…! My Rating: 4.2

Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse from Ramp and it’s pretty nice, wit a darker-soundin’ voice, here… Tha 3^rd verse from Ramp’s soundin’ kinda dry, wit tha flow; I guess it’s tha sad vibe? My Rating: 3.7

>>> Anotha sad topic; more of a funky-soundin’ beat & soulful hook from Big Man, here… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse and it’s str8; nothin’ much ta say… Got tha 2^nd verse goin’ on, here & it aight… I don’t have much feedback, when it comes ta these sad songs… Got tha Villin on tha 3^rd verse, here, comin’ through wit some betta-soundin’ rhymes… Oh boy, “Got a kid on tha way;” tough transition! Why this a clean version? Doesn’t even say “(Radio)” on tha ID? My Rating: 4.0

>>> An upbeat-soundin’ bounce vibe, wit less of tha crazy samples… Sounds like a good lil’ vibe, on tha 1^st verse; nice and “high!” Hearin’ tha hook and it’s pretty nice; blends nicely wit tha 1^st verse’s “high!” Sounds good wit how tha 2^nd verse’s comin’ wit it; can’t complain… Some nice chantin’ afta tha 3^rd hook; good shit! My Rating: 3.8

Overall: I thought tha 1^st ½ was fulla some consistent, non-stop energy, while tha 2^nd ½ calmed down, mostly. Either way, it turned out ta be a dope CD, overall; great job fa tha bounce world, Willie!
