then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a
song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6
rating, I pretty much really love it,
as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I
hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type
before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song;
anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m
listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me or have
auto-tune in your vocals, I’m not

Okay lemme hear… >>> Real good freestyle on tha "Hustlin'" beat. I'm feelin' it a lot. My Rating: 4.0
03. "Wu" Feat. Brown Shuga
>>> Liked tha freestyle she did. Real good. And I like that title "Wu". My Rating: 3.9

Cool title for a song I guess. Let's hear what its got to offer… >>> Real nice beat, and nice hook. I'm playin' Monopoly right now on Super Nintendo (on my computer) and I named my character ShoBoi right now. Real good sounding/nice verse. Too bad it's under 3 minutes, but that's not so short. Really liking tha hook as it continues towards tha end. My Rating: 4.4
05. "Get Crunk"
Got a High AL for it, especially since tha last joint was hot! >>> Real nice beat as well. Sounds real good, and another great verse by Sho Boi. 2nd verse was good too. Looks like this mixtape gon be hot. Sho Boi knows how to handle thangz. 3rd verse was good too (didn't expect a 3rd verse)! My Rating: 4.2
06. "Wanna Ride"
Good thing I'm listening/reviewing this mixtape nice and early right now. I didn't expect to have college today, and I forgot my backpack, so I feel kinda dead, so yeah, looks like this one might be another good joint! Can it be 3 in a row? Let's find out while I got a High AL for this! >>> Good hook and good beat. Looks like I'm always feelin' these verses by Sho Boi, fa'sho. He doin' his thang. Shit that ended unexpectically. 07. "Shakin' Dreads"
I already saw tha length on accident; 0:46. How short, but I still got a High AL for it 'cause of a good title, and tha intro sounded pretty good. >>> Yeah that was nice for somethin' so short. My Rating: 3.8
08. "S.H.O. Drops By"

09. Lil' Jon Feat. Three 6 Mafia "Act A Fool (Blend)"
I prolly heard this b4. I can't get access to your Myspace page to check if I did and left a review ('cause wit my laptop, tha wireless connection only works at my house by my router), but yeah, lemme hear this again! >>> A good fusion wit tha beat to "Get Crunk". Yeah good blend (even tho your "Nothing Less" one was much better). I don't think I ever reviewed this, but yeah, I was originally never big about this song, but tha blend helped a lil'… My Rating: 3.6
10. "Get Mine"
Are we back to tha Sho Boi jointz? >>> Yup, and I hear a really old beat. Must be a freestyle. Shit this gon bother me for a lil' while (tryin' to ID that beat). Great part by Sho Boi. Tha beat sounds like a Diplomats type of beat… … Oh yeah finally remembered it: It's tha beat to Cam'ron & Jahiem "Lord You Know" from like 2004. My Rating: 4.0
11. "Heard Of Me"
Iz this gonna be another one wit a jacked beat? If it iz, it's prolly tha C-Murder/B.G. joint from 2005. Let's see if I'm right, and I wanna hear it. >>> Correct. Yeah soundin' good (as usual). Shit, my college iz under construction right now, and there's this bulldozer movin' shit around, and a big thing was movin' up, and it got me a lil' nervous, lol. My Rating: 3.7
Break: 9:49 AM. I gotta go to my next class. It's like 3 minutes in walking distance (in tha place where I did my "Who I Am" performance). Startin' thangz off in tha 11 o'clock hour for me. Let's see this joint! >>> Lol @ "hard as a cock, slippin' in tha twat." He sounds different in this. Iz this old, meaning he sounds younger? It sounds good wit that beat. Too short unfortunately. Sounds like some old Louisiana music. My Rating: 4.3
13. "On Da Block"
I have a feeling this gon be tha continuation of tha previous joint (No. 12) just because tha title (meaning it might sound like an old Louisiana type of joint). Let's see, as I got a High AL! >>> Sounds like some random underground internet song I'd find randomly on a message board. Yeah sounds like more older music from Sho Boi. Sorta like some old Louisiana music again. Feelin' it. My Rating: 4.1
14. "That S.H.O. Ish"
I saw this was short (like 22 seconds). Too bad it's so short. Iz it a skit again? >>> Yeah definitely gon "set tha city on fire" wit this shit. My Rating: N/A

15. Lil' Scrappy Feat. Lil' Jon "Gangsta Gangsta (Blend)"
This one I know I reviewed back in tha day. I remember it bein' REAL crunk. Lemme rehear it. >>> Maybe I didn't hear it… I don't remember… I just think I keep confusing everything wit that "Nothing Less" blend. I like how this iz on tha "Big Things Poppin' (Do It)" beat, even tho tha beat could've been more "gangsta" (like "Nothing Less" was more crunk that it was). Just listenin' to this makes me wanna make another blend. I feel like such a dumbass 'cause I haven't made one since August 2006, which was tha "What Iz Goin' Down" one (fusion of Yung Joc "It's Goin' Down" and Young Capone "What It Iz"). It was nice and smooth listenin' to this blend. My Rating: 4.0
16. "Let's Ball"
I was just about to say "let's see what tha special No. 16 song iz…," and then I saw it was this. I already know it, so I guess I finna say what I gotta say: It landed at No. 432 on my Top 777 Songs of 2007 year end countdown wit 26 spins wit me. Tha beat's real cool, as well as tha song. I like that lil' fusion of tha end of tha previous joint in wit tha intro to this song. My Current Rating: 4.1
17. "Hand On My Ballz"
Lol @ tha title! I gotta go get some lunch from tha café (which I'm currently in tha lunch room so it's not far of a walk). I'll be back in 3 minutes… Aight I got my shit, and it's only a lousy thing of fries (lol). Anyway, since they're real greasy, I'm not gonna get into this one right away (due to I don't wanna get my keyboard all greasy). I finna listen to my "lunch song of tha day" on repeat, and today, it gon be J.R. Get Money "Let's Go". Okay it's 11:42 AM, and I finna get into this joint. I got a High AL for it! >>> LMAO… Funny hook. I go for this funny shit, so this iz good. I like that combination of lines "hand on my ballz/hand on your broad/hand on her bra." Damn my fuckin' laptop & these earphones. My laptop must not like earphones 'cause sometimes tha left speaker doesn't work. My Rating: 4.4
18. "Bounce Dat (Mix)"
I wanna hear this 'cause tha title reminds me of an underground internet track by KaMaKa$eE & Nerv-us "Bounce It" from November 2004. Looking forward wit a High AL! >>> Most these Sho Boi songs sound like they're real old 'cause of his voice. Tha hook iz nearly tha same as tha KaMaKa$eE/Nerv-us joint when it talks about "bounce dat ass." I know this only 1:41, but KaMaKa$eE & Nerv-us's "Bounce It" was a lot better. This still good tho. My Rating: 3.8
19. "I Luv It"
I'm gonna guess this somethin' over tha Young Jeezy beat. If so, this must be like tha 3rd mixtape I reviewed wit somethin' over that beat! >>> Correct again. Damn I'm good, lol. Nah j/p. I like that lil' "Welcome To Jamrock" sample wit tha "out in tha streets, they call it murda" in tha beginning. Sorry, but this iz my least favorite outta tha 3. Natureboy Rowe's "Back To The Hood" was tha best, and it even grew on me. I don't mind Sho Boi's version tho. My Rating: 3.3
20. "Freestyle"
I saw tha length, and it's 20 seconds. Hopefully it's a good 20 seconds! >>> I almost was gonna say that that was too short for a rating, but I finna give it somethin'. My Rating: 3.7
21. "Sick 'N Tired"
Somethin' tells me it gon be a slow jammer. Let's see… >>> Wow I'm so wrong, and it sounds like it's tha old Sho Boi again. Short length, and more of an old type of beat. "Hard as a rock, you can call me cocaine" Liked that for some reason. My Rating: 3.5
22. "Cadillac Back"
This one I might like better than tha previous songs… >>> Still tha old sounding. This sounds even older. There's so much distraction right now wit like 50 people in tha lunch room, and 3 people sittin' wit me, so I finna try and concentrate most on tha songs. Nice old beat and everything soundin' nice and old. My Rating: 3.9
23. Yung Flame Feat. Brown Shuga "Put The Lean On 'Em"
Even tho it did kinda on tha slower side on my playlist, I gotta give it props 'cause it was somethin' I played during tha Summer/early part of my 3rd semester in 2007! Why? Because right when this song fell off my playlist (it fell off on tha Playlist Of 9.30.2007), things became cursed for me at college, thanx to a bunch of assholes disliking me outta nowhere, so this song iz pretty much a memory to me now. It landed at No. 561 on my Top 777 Songs of 2007 wit 21 spins wit me. So yeah, I'm glad this made tha mixtape! >>> It's shorter. Because of tha ID, did you take out Brown Shuga? I really like Yung Flame on this joint. Even tho I liked "Let's Ball" better on a first listen better than this song, because of tha SHITTY-ASS 3rd semester I had at college, I feel like I like this song better now than "Let's Ball", so it'll have a higher current rating. Yeah you did keep Brown Shuga on this. I guess you just ended it after her part. Never mind about tha length thing. I thought this song was in tha 4 minute length for a second, my bad. It was originally 3:52. My Current Rating: 4.2

Okay let's see… Oh wait a minute, tell me this gonna be over tha 50 Cent beat… If it iz, then this tha 2nd joint (Natureboy Rowe went over it on his "Stackz: It's Nothing" mixtape wit tha title "I Get Money"). Natureboy was able to pull it off, so will Sho Boi do tha same? Let's see… >>> Never mind what I just wrote. This makes me in a good mood 'cause it's not ova tha 50 Cent beat, and tha beat sounds real good! Real good hook. Tha hook sounds familiar. I think I might've reviewed this already on your page… Yeah really likin' tha hook. I feel as tho if I love a hook, it just grows tha move it's in tha song. Yeah at 1:35 when he mentioned "girbauds". I'm actually rockin' girbauds right now. Yeah you "comin' at 'cha like tha bat outta hell" My Rating: 4.3
25. "Flossin'"
Let's see how much u "flossin'" Sho Boi. >>> It went back to tha old Sho Boi. It's 1:01 so I'm not expectin' much. It sounds like a freestyle. Yeah nice hook. I think I like this tha best outta tha "old" sounding ones. My Rating: 4.1
26. "We Takin' Over" Feat. DJ Khaled, Fat Joe, Akon, Birdman & Lil' Wayne
Iz this over tha DJ Khaled beat? I'll laugh if it iz. If it's not, I'm expectin' somethin' good… >>> Yup I was right about it bein' over tha DJ Khaled beat. Chillin' right now wit my boy Big Mike. I like Sho Boi's lil' hook on this. Good part on Sho Boi, but now I see it continues wit Fat Joe's part. At least you kept tha end to "We Takin' Over". My Rating: 3.9
27. "Shake That" (BONUS TRACK)
Yeah I knew this was in there somewhere. Just like wit "Put The Lean On 'Em", it's a good memory, even tho it didn't last long wit me. Good ol' end of Spring/early Summer joint right here. That matters right there! It landed at No. 710 on my Top 777 Songs of 2007 wit 7 spins wit me. A good fast 131 BPM joint. Good basic beat wit tha good Sho Boi. My Current Rating: 3.8
28. "This Christmas" (BONUS TRACK)
I saw this track at tha end, and I knew I was behind wit reviewing, lol. I gotta rehear it tho. >>> Slowly remembering it. Good for Sho Boi for makin' a Christmas song. It may not be Christmas, but that shitty weather outside seems like it. Yeah for having Keyshia Cole on your hitlist! Good different Christmas song. And right before this thang ends, my boy Travis comes by and chills wit us. My Rating: 4.0
Overall: End Time: 2.04.2008 @ 12:28 PM. I thought that was a real good mixtape IMO. I think Sho Boi iz a real good rapper. Hopefully him, as well as yourself, do it BIGGER in tha future! Ya'll got a lot of potential! Since I have tha 1st part of this review on my desktop (at home) and I gotta wait to get onto an internet connection, I finna send this review to ya when I get home later today.
