Watz good it's Frankie. Back again wit another mixtape review and another alergy attack, smfh/wtf. Anyway, hopefully it'll go away when I do this review. I'm reviewing a mixtape from West Bank Danja called "New Orleans' Hidden Talent". It's gonna be a 50% "blind review" 'cause I looked everywhere for a tracklisting, and I couldn't find one (due to my boy Jimmy The DJ sent me this). Lemme peep this out and see how it iz. 01. How we gon start this joint off? Hopefully good 'cause I feel like total shit right now! >>> Didn't expect that Lil' Wayne "I'm Me" beat. This mixtape must be late '07, so it's recent. I don't understand tha need to have tha beat loopin' tha hook to "I'm Me". Decent start. I saw your Myspace page (to look for info for this mixtape), and you look like a golden version of my boy Big Mike's roommate T (golden version meaning your gold grill makes you look like gold). My Rating: 3.6


02. Lookin' at tha length right now, and it's 3:21. Hopefully it's not a looped beat. I hope it's somethin' good. No jacked beats right??... >>> Wrong. It's tha "Who Is Dat" / "Who The Fuck Is That?" beat. No wonder why you're "West Bank" Danja; you sound a lil' like Baby Boy Da Prince wit your flowin' voice. I'm enjoyin' tha rhymes. Keep up tha rappin'! My Rating: 3.8


03. I accidently already heard tha first 3/10ths of a second of tha song. It's over tha "A Bay Bay" beat. Sorry, not looking forward. Low AL (anticipation level)… >>> Yeah, "I got my polo on" too. I'm rockin' a white & black one wit red lines. BTW, great raps and great rappin'. I'm enjoyin' it. Just, if you're gonna get a jacked beat, get somethin' underground that I wouldn't know; not somethin' mainstream. My Rating: 3.5


04. Okay No. 4. Hope it's good. I have a feeling it iz gonna be! >>> Good I was just about to say "no jacked beat!" It's almost 5 minutes long too. Nice beat intro. Sounds like a video game or somethin'. Good hook. Nice and slow. Expected a lil' better, but that was still pretty good. Once again, nice hook. Enjoyin' tha rappin' still. Gotta love tha underground shit! My Rating: 4.0


05. Let's see what's next… >>> I knew this beat had to be somewhere… lol. Lol @ tha beat losing its quality for a second. I guess this iz called "On My Own". Like tha title (if that's official). Yeah there better not be ANYMORE jacked beats left wit these 14 songs remaining! That was good I guess. My Rating: 3.7

08. What's next? Hopefully there's "nothin' faggy 'bout this" joint. Sounds a lil' better. Liked tha fast rappin' on tha 2nd verse. Other than that, decent. My Rating: 3.4

10. Heard tha "Shawty" beat intro. Just makes me wanna just listen to Klaxons "Golden Skans To Interzone (So Me Remix)" on Music Choice Electronica right now, which iz one of tha most annoying songs eva (but I really like it) instead. But w/e, I gotta review this… >>> Lol @ tha unexpected duet. Maybe pretty good female song, but still boring, especially wit that boring jacked beat. My Rating: 3.1


½time: Sorry, but I'm really not feelin' this. It's borin' me. Please, enough wit tha jacked beats!!! I just tried callin' up my boy Jimmy The DJ right now, and I didn't get through. I guess this mixtape just gave that phone call bad luck.


11. Heard tha "Tuck Ya Ice" beat intro. >>> I actually really like tha hook. Nice beginning verse too. Nice rappin'. My Rating: 4.2

14. Hopefully it stays good, and doesn't get stupid… >>> This sounds like a jacked beat. If it iz, I can't remember it. Too slow for a "in tha club, havin' yo eyes on a chick" type of song. Tha beat sounds like tha end of Rich Boy's "Let's Get This Paper"; ya know, that joint that's like "I'm in love wit tha balla life…" My Rating: 3.1


15. Now what? >>> Oh no "Live In The Sky" beat. Boring! I've heard better R.I.P. songs! By tha way, I lost 27 times so far in Tetris Attack since I started tha mixtape. Make that 28. Make that 29. Make that 30. My Rating: 2.5


16. I have no faith in No. 16 (and I usually always do)! >>> "Tattoo" beat. <- That's my only feedback. My Rating: 2.0


17. >>> I know tha beat. Must be Weezy 'cause I hear him in tha background. OMG tha "Prostitute Flange" song by Lil' Wayne. This song already reminded me of an asshole from my college (since he had it on his Myspace), so it ain't goin' NOWHERE right now wit this jacked beat style. How lazy that Lil' Wayne's just doin' his part. My Rating: 1.8

Overall: End Time: 10:49 PM. Wow that was real bad. I pretty much expected that as soon as I didn't get a phone call from Jimmy The DJ. Tha 2nd worst review I've eva done! Worst one was Soulja Boy Tell'em's "Souljaboytellem.com". I respect that you're tryin' to get out there and shit. However, DO NOT RAP OVER JACKED BEATS ANYMORE! It didn't sound good. I think you can do it if you just rap over an original beat. I have faith in you ova that. So keep doin' yo thang, but this mixtape was just not for me at all.
