Keepin’ thangz goin’, anotha Gorillaville Records project from B-Throwed (Get Live Clique) “Definition Of Throwed”, I believe from either ’09 or ‘10! Start Time: 1:39 PM | End Time: 2:15 PM


Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

Startin’ thangz off wit a… >>> DJ Titanik back at it again!! Oh no, jacked beats? Well, doesn’t sound like it; I jumped tha gun too soon, lol. This ain’t too bad but for some reason, doesn’t compare to what I previously heard. My Rating: 3.8


02. “Pop Bottles” Feat. Soulja Jay & Willie-T (Get Live Clique)
>>> SMH @ this beat; what tha hell? I knew somethin’ was gonna go weird when I saw dat DatPiff took one of tha songs off dis CD in their folder. Kinda low interest; can’t say much… Tha verses are decent; nothin’ special, here. My Rating: 3.2


03. “Outta There”
Ooh, tha whole clique! Maybe this’ll be more normal? >>> Sounds like it; prolly would’ve expected more energy in tha volume and/or tha combination of err-thang but this iz tight, regardless! I like how dis sounds; almost reminds me of Maceo’s “Outta Here” from ‘05/’06. Good job wit tha verses; keep dis shit up! My Rating: 4.3

>>> SMH @ this beat; gross ’07 dayz! Too boring ta hear tha first 40 seconds! “Dreads gettin’ long;” glad you got ‘em. Tha rhymes are not bad. “O Let’s Do It”? Guess dis iz ’10 but why tha ’07 beats? Decent, overall… My Rating: 3.7


05. “U See Me Na” Feat. Man Man & Ned (Get Live Clique)
>>> SMH @ Waka again… Tha rappin’ ain’t too bad; sounds a lil’ catchy at tha same time… Hate when people have ta jack tha original hook in a way… Kinda distractin’, at times, but overall, this iz just decent. My Rating: 3.6

What’s this? >>> LOL, what a comeback for tha beats!! Didn’t recognize who tha producer was but lol @ this, overall!! Entertainin’ right here!! Good job by havin’ your collaborators of tha clique, here, too! Tha 3rd verse’s soundin’ pretty serious, ya dig? Dumb shit!! My Rating: 4.6

>>> Don’t know what ta say wit dis beat… SMH @ tha original hook. I guess, dis iz aight but A.O. sounds pretty tight!! My Rating: 3.5

Ooh, tha 337 in tha buildin’ fa dis one!!! >>> Damn, 3x a Flacka charm? Tha hook’s definitely nice, though, lol! You know what it iz when y’all rep ya town hard!! Tha 2nd verse aight but what’s wit tha jackin’? Damn… Tha 3rd verse only aight fa me… My Rating: 3.9

>>> Sounds like “Jigga Juice”, lol; funny dat y’all use it as a sample. Pretty-tight-soundin’ joint, right here; at least it’s on a Louisiana level! Good job handlin’ dis shit! My Rating: 4.4


10. “Gorillaville Surfin’” Feat. Get Live Clique & A.O. (W.O.B.)
>>> SMH @ DatPiff takin’ dis out. LOL @ them doin’ it, but there were more-noticeable songs that they could’ve removed. Anyway, nothin’ ta comment on. My Rating: 2.8


11. “Fuck Goin’ 2 Jail (Remix)” w/Man Man
LOL @ this bein’ a snippet; you know what it iz! >>> LOL, gotta luv tha angry sample from Boosie!!! Good collaboration; nothin’ compares to tha original, though! My Rating: 4.6


½time: Thought this would be betta; smh @ tha jacked beats for someone so great… 3.9-rated CD, so far.

Looks like it could be tight… >>> Tha beat intro’s nice and it gets betta on tha hook!! Sounds like it could be a Get Live Clique song? I hear multiple people and dis shit’s definitely nice! My Rating: 4.5

Now, it’s sourced as Get Live Clique, lol. >>> DJ Titanik in tha intro; looks like dis gon be hot!! LOL, who won’t like dis? Definitely hella consistent!!!! Glad y’all bringin’ dat GLC sound to dis; definitely was needed!! My Rating: 4.7

Ooh, tha hook’s soundin’ nice; “Jawz” style, lol! Tha rhymes are interestin’; this iz more for tha hoes mixed wit tha “duffy” dudes, lol. My Rating: 4.3

Iz this what I think it iz? >>> A DJ Titanik intro, so maybe not. Okay, doesn’t sound like dat “Goin’ In” song, lol. Good beginning shit, lol. Some of tha shit’s startin’ ta bore me, mainly, ‘cause dis beat… My Rating: 3.1

>>> Almost sounds like M.I.A. “It Takes A Muscle” but I dunno what dis iz; sounds a lil’ catchy but might not be for me, Opelousas style. Tha rappin’ iz only decent; nothin’ special fa me. ROFL, “tickles,” lol? My Rating: 3.2


22. “Da Conversation”
>>> Not a good beat ending; not really for me. Some of tha lyrics are aight, though. Damn, an ’04 beat? How random; my bad for tha clueless thought… My Rating: 2.9


Overall: I thought this was gonna be really tight but all them jacked beats fucked up my anticipation, in a way. Oh well, at least there were some tight jointz on here…
