Time ta start tha day off by catchin’ up wit reviewz! First up, Lil’ Boosie & Webbie “Trill Life (Hosted by DJ Coolbreeze)”! Start Time: 9:23 AM | End Time: 9:52 AM


Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

Cool collaboration for a Boosie song; lookin’ forward ta hearin’! >>> Tha beat sounds really familiar; guess this a remix or old? Oh yea, I rememba dis, lol. My Current Rating: 4.5

Not sure if any of these are really old, old, or new; let’s see. >>> Webbie’s tha only artist fa dis? Sounds like Boosie; error? Sounds good, really-old style; good, gangsta shit from Boosie. LOL, Big Head’s on tha 2nd verse; what’s wit these errors? He comin’ through wit good shit, too! LOL, tha young Webbie’s afta Big Head, comin’ through wit good, BR-type shit, as well! My Rating: 4.4


03. “For Cheap”
Good shit from Webbie, here! My Current Rating: 4.3


04. “Where You From”
Boosie. >>> LOL, an old song, here. Even tha beat has a Crunk feel to it. This iz cool fa a song, overall… Someone’s featured on tha 2nd verse? Kinda hard ta tell if this iz old… My Rating: 4.3


05. “Thuggin’” Feat. Nipsey Hustle & Lil’ Cali
Now, they put tha features? >>> Sounds more like a recent song and it’s pretty anticipatin’wit dis Nipsey dude on tha 1st verse! LOL @ Cali on tha hook; definitely entertainin’, “thuggin’” style!! LOL, Boosie comin’ through wit some tight shit on tha 2nd verse, here; always fa tha streetz!! LOL, had ta have a Cali verse, too, on tha 3rd verse! He focused, here, doin’ his thang fa tha streetz, too! My Rating: 4.7


06. “Super Clean”
A Boosie song. >>> Someone on tha hook? Who iz dis? Now, a girl? Good job from whoeva’s on tha 1st verse; sounds a lil’ like T.I.? Boosie’s on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit entertainin’ shit, this time, while still keepin’ it G! LOL, anotha dude on tha 3rd verse? Too bad they’re not ID’d… My Rating: 4.2


07. “Tool” Feat. Lil’ Phat
A Webbie song, this time. >>> Nothin’ much ta say; okay rhymes over a good beat. Tha hook’s startin’ ta sound good; nice job wit tha gangsta shit. ROFL, an unsourced Lil’ Phat on tha 2nd verse! Damn…; he’s more entertainin’ than Webbie, here, lol. My Rating: 4.2

ROFL @ tha oldness, here, ’08 style! My Current Rating: 4.0


09. “I Get Money” Feat. King Nomb
Yes, a feature listed! >>> Pretty catchy fa tha hook, here; this iz definitely a plus! King Nomb sounds a lil’ like Too $hort, here, wit tha entertainin’, catchy rhymes! Good job wit tha 2nd verse, too, Boosie; nothin’ but catchiness! My Rating: 4.6

Still, smh @ takin’ Young Trayne’s “Gorilla In Me” beat! My Current Rating: 3.9


11. “Da Boot (Remix)” Feat. Teflon & T-Real
Teflon = Teflon Pit? Hope so! >>> This sounds familiar, in a way; likin’ it, regardless. I think tha hook’s catchy for a dancin’ song! Tha 1st verse flows wit dis shit; guess Teflon a different dude. Anotha good Boosie song, here. My Rating: 4.3


½time: A 4.3-rated CD, currently; good job for a mix of old and new!


12. “We On Fire”
Boosie’s song. >>> Sounds like it blends in wit tha previous joint, a lil’; good shit, once again. LOL, can’t deny dis hook; “kinda hot right now!” My Rating: 4.2


13. “They Hate That”
Boosie song, again. >>> A lil’ catchy wit tha hook but this mysterious dude’s makin’ nothin’ special outta dis… Startin’ ta finally sound a lil’ betta wit Boosie comin’ through wit his character. Then again, I might’ve heard dis before? Too many songs out there, lol. My Rating: 3.6


14. “Perfect”
Boosie. >>> Just decent fa me; nothin’ too special wit tha hook, either. My Rating: 3.2


15. “So Real”
Anotha Boosie song? Where’s Webbie? >>> I like tha fresh clothes shit in tha beginning, here. Good job wit dis shit; catchy hook, too, fa this semi-old-soundin’ song. My Rating: 4.0


16. “Too Much”
More Boosie? >>> Anotha pretty-good song fa Mouse producin’; tha hook’s a lil’ catchier, here. My Rating: 4.0


17. “Strut” Feat. Chop Chop
A listed collaboration! >>> Tha hook sounds good; feelin’ dis featured dude, so thumbs up fa tha collaboration! Glad he’s on tha 1st verse, too; gotta feel what he got goin’ on, here! Boosie’s next and it sounds like this iz an older song, overall, lol; thought it was gonna be recent, fa a second. Overall, nice job from tha two of y’all! Tha production’s nice, too! Must be Chop Chop’s song featurin’ Boosie? My Rating: 4.4


18. “Taking Over”
More Boosie? >>> Sounds good; Boosie comin’ through wit tryna catch attention wit “taking over,” lol. Guess this iz really old since he wants ta be on “106 & Park”. My Rating: 4.1

>>> Thought I might’ve heard this on anotha CD, somewhere? Yea, on “Webbie’s (Part 2)”, even though I think it old. My Current Rating: 4.5

>>> This, too; Twista “Get It Wet” beat. Unfortunately, ‘cause of all tha songs they’ve done, I can’t tell where everything has come from, right now. Either way, good lil’ rendition, here. My Rating: 3.7


22. “Help Me Do Me” Feat. Raheem DeVaughn & Holadizza
Mainstream song? >>> Has ta be recent ‘cause I wouldn’t expect dis from an old Boosie. Tha singin’ ain’t too bad, here. Tha rappin’ on tha 1st verse ain’t that bad, although this iz really mainstream fa me. In any perspective, Boosie’ll still sound good on a verse, so thumbs up ta him on tha 2nd verse. My Rating: 3.1
