Reviewed on 6.11.2010 (Review #504)
Gotta keep goin’… Dirty Red “Misery” iz tha next CD review in my marathon! Start Time: 11:49 AM | End Time: 12:29 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

Source (Where I Got Tha CD From): Google, louisianarap.blogspot.com and various blogs online
01. “Dear God”
Not a title I would want ta see on a Rap CD, especially tha 1st song? >>> I gotta adjust ta dis ‘cause dis gon be real hot…; I know it! Tha vocals are DEFINITELY a plus on this undaground shit and tha rhymes are DEFINITELY a plus!!! Tha beat sounds cool too fa dis kinda song in tha undaground! Tha 2nd verse sounds good too… You DEFINITELY have a voice!!! Tha 3rd verse’s holdin’ dis shit down too; DEFINITELY a plus from you!! My Rating: 4.7
02. “Time To Get Paid”
Let’s see how you sound on dis… >>> Sounds a lil’ different but still gr8! Glad you keepin’ it street to tha fullest for tha N.O.! Tha gurl on tha hook sounds good wit how she delivers tha hook and tha title! Good shit right chea, my boy! Tha 2nd verse’s continuin’ tha GR8NESS of tha 1st verse wit some GR8 street shit (“rocks”)!! Tha 3rd verse’s on a “crackhead” topic as you “beat up a crackhead” and you’re tryin’ ta revert a situation wit how somethin’ happened wit you and this “crackhead;” DEFINITELY GR8 rhymes!!! I like tha ending wit this gurl singin’ ‘bout err-body “gettin’ paid, baby!” My Rating: 4.5
03. “Misery”
Let’s see dis title track! >>> Sounds like it gon be anticipatin’ wit tha beat start! Ooh, here comes your voice from “Dear God”!! DEFINITELY a GR8 soundin’ here!! You’re like tha N.O. version of Sam I Am!! Tha hook sounded a lil’ short; just breezed by quickly but it’s gr8 wit tha content!! Tha 2nd verse’s just TOO TIGHT wit tha content!!! Tha rest of dis shit’s pretty personal and iz REAL HOT wit how it’s delivered!!! Sounds REAL HOT ‘round 2:44 wit tha near-acapella shit!!! My Rating: 4.6
04. The Hit
Only 37 seconds? Let’s see what’s up wit it… >>> Sounds pretty grimy wit tha voice… Good shit ta transition to tha next song! My Rating: N/A
05. “Clocking G’s”
Interestin’ title! And tha length iz 5:24 so let’s see what’s good wit it! >>> Definitely a plus wit tha beat and tha gutta shit comin’ from you right chea!! Just gotta LUV dis sound of tha undaground in Louisiana!! GR8 rhymes and tha hook was somethin’ simple but transitions GR8 to tha 2nd verse!! DEFINITELY inta this extreme, gangsta-type shit here!! Was someone featured on tha 2nd verse? Still soundin’ GR8 here wit this G-Funk vs. undaground Louisiana shit vs. West Coast-type shit, lol!! Tha 3rd verse’s soundin’ REAL GR8 here wit your collaboration!! Ooh, tha “knockin’ on tha door” sound effect makes dis sound REAL, REAL TIGHT!!! It’s all about REAL-LIFE-type shit!!! Ooh, iz this a 4th verse? Oh, it’s just shout outs at tha end of dis joint. LOL @ tha shout out ta “all tha crackheads in Louisiana!” I guess they motivate you, lol? Good shit… My Rating: 4.8
06. “Dear God (Radio)”
LOL, this must be a tape (not a CD) (since there’s a radio version in tha middle)? Good fa this radio edit… See #1 fa tha review!
½time: You sound REAL, REAL GOOD so far!!! DEFINITE voice ta luv in tha undaground of Louisiana!! You keep doin’ tha damn thang ‘cause tha average CD rating’s currently a WHOPPIN’ 4.7!!!!!
07. “Animal”
I like when “Animal” iz tha title on CDs so you KNOW I gon prolly like dis!! >>> Tha beat start sounds good; definitely in tha undaground all tha time here!! Tha 1st verse has some GR8-ASS shit comin’ from you; a STRONG-ASS voice!!! Tha hook sounds good; it’s DEFINITELY some real-ass shit!!! Tha 2nd verse’s REAL GR8; it’s like a gutta version of Mystikal!! Tha 3rd verse’s DEFINITELY ON POINT!! “Every hour, on tha hour!!” Tha 3rd hook sounds GR8 wit how you ended it wit an attitude!! Ooh, tha beat outro’s like 80+ seconds long! My Rating: 4.8
08. “Knock, Knock”
I thought this was a song when I saw tha title but it looks like it’s a skit… >>> Ooh, sounds pretty anticipatin’ fa what’s gon come up next in this CD!!! Pretty scary wit how you’re comin’ through on dis; there’s even rappin’ on dis!! You GOTTA be related ta Mystikal or somethin’!!! My Rating: 4.7
09. “Uptown”
Damn, 7:05 on this length? I KNOW you gon come through!! >>> Ooh, tha beat start ta this one’s pretty tight! Tha beat kicked in when tha 1st verse started and it’s soundin’ REAL HOT now wit you rappin’ on it!! Shit, yea, you’re DEFINITELY spittin’ TIGHT-ASS shit wit consistency on your “stories!!!” Tha hook sounds pretty good; I didn’t realize it was tha hook ‘til I heard tha start of tha 2nd verse… Tha 2nd verse sounds good and iz based off dat “Knock, Knock” intermission before this!! I hear tha attitude and I’m DEFINITELY luvin’ it!!! Tha 2nd hook wit tha “wards” sounds cool! Are there features on dis shit? It sounds pretty HOT AS FUCK on tha 3rd verse right chea wit how tha rhymes are bein’ delivered!!! Oh yea, fact: This review iz my 504th review. How ironic dat you’re reppin’ tha 504 and this tape’s just TOOOOOO HOT!!!!! Tha 504’s DEFINITELY collided GR8!!!!! Tha 4th verse’s REAL FUCKIN’ GR8 wit tha attitude once again and how it’s bein’ delivered!! TOOOOOOO GR8!!!!! Tha 5th verse has ta be someone else; they sound REAL GR8 wit their voice too!! Sounds like a female? They’re doin’ they thang on dis shit!!! Tha beat endin’ REALLY goes cold!!! My Rating: 5.0
10. “Womb”
Looks interestin’ on tha title! Lemme see what’s good wit dis… >>> Ooh, on tha Bounce style!! You REALLY have shit poppin’ here!!! GR8 flow!! Nice job wit tha 1st verse and tha hook’s addictin’; all about “a piece of dat womb!!” Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ consistent from tha 1st verse! Tha 3rd verse’s pretty catchy wit how y’all bringin’ it to tha table! Good shit… There’s even a 4th verse here; you’re REALLY doin’ tha damn thang here fa catchin’ attention!! My Rating: 4.4
11. “Animal (Radio)”
Thanx… See #7 fa tha review!
12. “New Orleans In The House”
Iz this gon be a joint? It’s afta a radio edit so lemme see… >>> Ooh, I’m feelin’ tha calm beat here and it sounds like it gon be shout outs… You sound REAL GR8 on dis shit; I’m likin’ tha extra shit you sayin’!! REAL GR8 “chokin’” part on dat good, good @ 1:32! Afta dat, it’s rappin’; shit, yea!! A lil’ short but it fits ‘cause you do tha damn thang when it comes ta tha undaground!! I like how dis hook sounds wit this lady; almost sounds like a sample? My Rating: 4.5
Overall: VERY, VERY HOT CD AGAIN!!! Just reviewin’ consistent-ass shit, no less in ABC order, year by year!!! I hope we get ta do business or somethin’ in tha future!! You a FOOL wit dis undaground Rap shit!!! Keep doin’ tha damn thang, big dawg!!
