Reviewed on 6.15.2010 (Review #523)
Only my 5th review for tha day but I’m gettin’ there… This iz Insane “Camp 4 Life”; looks REALLY anticipatin’!!!!! Start Time: 7:41 PM | End Time: 8:43 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. Introduction (The World From The East)
“The East,” huh? Well, that’s where I’m from, lol! Let’s hear your “introduction…” >>> Jamaican start wit callin’ someone a “fuckin’ idiot” for a start, ROFL! Tha beat’s pretty upbeatish 90’s style here for tha “intro.” Interestin’ shit dat’s bein’ talked… My Rating: N/A
02. “Boot Camp Gangsta” Feat. G-Slimm & Lil’ Liff
Interestin’ collaboration here; lemme hear what we got! >>> A lil’ bit of dat G-Funk sound wit some good rappin’; tha beat has good quality here! Ooh, interestin’ “weed” rhymes too; doin’ ya thang! Nice job wit tha 1st verse and tha hook sounds pretty good, “soldier” style/”soldier” status!! Bad “7th grade” education here…; too bad… (according to tha 2nd ½ of tha 2nd verse). My Rating: 4.3
07. “Ready To Die” Feat. G-Slimm & Fiend
I’m likin’ all these features! Keep it comin’!! >>> Good G-Funk start here… Tha beginning’s pretty good… Tha 1st verse sounds good wit tha street lyrics. Damn, could tha hook’ve been anymore GUTTA than it iz?? My God, it’s REAL, REAL TIGHT!!! Tha 2nd verse sounds like a scary future iz on tha way; pretty scary… Tha lyrics are like drugs; they’re VERY affective!! Tha 3rd verse was pretty quick but there was a good amount of shit ta say… Sounds like tha outro gon be like at least a minute long? My Rating: 4.7

Tha 2nd verse’s holdin’ it down; ALWAYS gotta hold it down fa ya peeps!! Tha 3rd verse sunds REAL HOT wit tha way tha rhymes are bein’ delivered!! Gotta feel tha fast shit wit gangsta shit!! Ooh, tha verse split into tha 2nd ½ here!! Nice job wit this collaboration!! Tha ending’s pretty raw wit this “head shot” shit!! My Rating: 4.8
10. “Livin’ It Up” Feat. J-Dawg & G-Slimm
Mo good shit for tha collab! >>> Pretty different for a start here on tha beat; sounds a lil’ on tha laidback vs. West Coast-type here… Pretty good 1st verse; tha rhymes hold through… Tha hook’s aight here; not too bad wit tha soundin’… Tha 2nd verse sounds a lil’ betta; keepin’ it hood to tha fullest! Tha 3rd verse sounds pretty good wit its vibe… My Rating: 3.9
11. “Comin’ At Cha Door” Feat. Fiend
This looks like it’ll be pretty RAW!!! >>> Tha “knockin’ on tha door” sound effect sounds pretty intense for tha start ta make dis REAL TIGHT!!! DEFINITELY a GR8 hook; this iz just like tha “cop” song!! Tha 1st verse’s pretty raw; gutta-ass voice!! Speakin’ of gutta, I hear tha hook again and it’s DEFINITELY gutta to tha fullest!! Even betta, tha 3rd verse: Very consistent wit tha rhymes and how they’re delivered!! Nearly tha whole verse iz quotable; TOO HOT!!! There’s a 4th verse on dis shit and it’s good too… Nice job wit tha consistency of tha GR8 rhymes!! My Rating: 4.3
13. “The Exit” Feat. J-Dawg
What kinda “exit?” It ain’t tha end of tha CD, right? >>> Sounds like a skit for tha start; interestin’ car scene! Ooh, I hear a beat creepin’ it; sounds hot! Yes, it’s a song and it sounds GR8 for tha 1st verse so far, conversation style!! REAL, REAL GR8 job on dis WHOLE joint!!! Tha alternation between you (Insane) and J-Dawg’s REAL, REAL TIGHT!!! DEFINITELY holdin’ it down for tha streetz at all times!!! GR8 job deliverin’ this scene!! My Rating: 4.6
14. “I Got It In Me” Feat. Boot Camp Clicc
Damn, 9:54 on tha length!! This must be REALLLLL GOOD!!! >>> Tha beat’s pretty gutta for a start; reminds me of some old, C-Loc-type shit! Tha hook’s cool (since it’s tha title repeatin’ “I got it”)… Tha 1st verse iz here and it sounds pretty 90’sish… Not bad of a verse though; you know it holds it down… Tha 2nd verse sounds like someone else and it’s good! I like tha voice ta hold dis undaground shit down, ya dig! Tha 3rd verse iz REAL, REAL GANGSTA; “hittin’” a gurl? Damn, dat “bitch” must’ve been really bad, huh? Tha 4th verse sounds pretty raw for a start; “bloodbath” lyrics? Shit, yea; pretty tight!! Nice job wit tha rest of tha verse and now, tha 5th verse… Damn, are these verses gettin’ harder and harder wit tha gangsta-ass content?!? Kinda long verse, huh? LOL, a lotta words have ta get out there, lol! Let’s see tha 6th verse… A female here and she’s not bad for a start… Glad she adds a lil’ bit of gangsta shit! Not bad of a verse but tha otha verses outshine it… Tha 7th verse’s okay for a start here; good attitude for this Rap shit! Not bad of a verse too… Tha 8th verse’s keepin’ it on an aight level here… There’s a 2nd ½ of tha 8th verse here… It’s cool, especially wit tha double rappin’ goin’ on! My Rating: 4.3
