Reviewed on 6.17.2010 (Review #538)
Gettin’ back to tha reviewz afta a lil’ runnin’ around… This next one iz for Silkk and his “The Shocker” CD; I KNOW it gon be some good shit! Start Time: 4:11 PM | End Time: 5:43 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. “Murder” Feat. Master P & Big Ed
Pretty gutta subject ta start it off! >>> Tha beat’s pretty cool here and tha hook’s good; street/gutta shit to tha max!! Tha 1st verse sounds REAL strong here wit how thangz are delivered!! Nice job as it nearly sounds like Mystikal!! Tha 2nd verse iz Master P, lol. Interestin’ “Ghetto Kadafi” shit here, P! Tha 3rd verse’s contributin’ ta dis shit good; nice job startin’ off wit a collab like dis! My Rating: 4.5
02. “I Ain’t Takin’ No Shorts”
LOL @ this title; interestin’! >>> I like tha G-Funk style in tha beat and it sounds pretty good wit you spittin’ REAL GR8 shit in tha 1st verse!! Tha hook’s DEFINITELY expressin’ good-ass attitude! Thumbs up ta your demandin’ and tha 2nd verse sounds good too wit dis shit! My Rating: 4.3
03. “I Represent (Skit)”
A “skit?” Tha length’s 4:55… >>> This sounds like a song and it’s pretty good wit a beat dat sounds pretty good like dis! Tha hook sounds pretty good wit tha way you’re definin’ your “represent!” Tha 2nd verse sounds like a LOTTA “representin’!” Gutta-ass shit comin’ from you; LUVIN’ all tha attitudes!!! Tha 3rd verse kept it goin’ STRONG too… You just DEFINITELY came through FULL wit dis instead of just a “skit,” lol! My Rating: 4.6
04. “The Shocker” Feat. Master P
Title track wit a part of your current name so let’s see what’s good wit it! >>> Sounds good wit this beat once again! Ooh, tha piano sounds in it are GR8!! Tha 1st verse has GR8 street content once again; REALLY doin’ tha damn thang on dis WHOLE CD!!! Tha hook sounds cool…; there’s ALWAYS a plus wit what you do! Tha 2nd verse has some GR8 conversation-type rappin’ wit how you’re dealin’ wit bitch-asses! P sounds good wit collaboratin’ again on tha 3rd verse… My Rating: 4.2
05. “No Limit Party” Feat. Master P & Mia X
Let’s see what y’all gon do wit dis! >>> Sounds like a “party” in tha beginning here, lol. Tha 1st verse from Mia X’s not bad; ROFL @ “fat, hairy cunt!” How random for a line, yet, strong, lol! Tha hook’s good as once again, it’s like a “party!” Tha 2nd verse sounds good here; nothin’ much ta say about it but tha beat’s holdin’ dis thang down. Tha 3rd verse’s pretty good; I gon put Master P in tha feature since he’s really holdin’ a lot of tha talkin’… My Rating: 4.2
06. “Free Loaders” Feat. Mo B Dick
This might be interestin’ wit tha singer… >>> Interestin’ topic for tha start, ya dig. Tha 1st verse’s pretty explanatory… Looks like “these hoes” really takin’ you ova, lol. Tha gurl dat you’re talkin’ to on tha 2nd verse sounds good; nice lil’ job from her checkin’ in. Tha 3rd verse’s all about bein’ cautious to tha fullest! I feel ya on dis, ya dig. I’m cautious wit shit and know who I want! My Rating: 4.3
07. “One Morning” Feat. Mo B Dick
Only 1.5 minutes, lol? >>> Ooh, it’s a song, not a skit. Good job wit tha hook and now, tha verse: It sounds good wit tha gangsta shit ova dis pretty good beat once again… My Rating: 4.0
08. “How We Mobb” Feat. Master P
Looks good on tha title… >>> Nice G-Funk start in tha beat. Glad P’s keepin’ it street in tha 1st verse; str8 “mobbin’,” lol! Tha 2nd verse sounds good from you, doin’ ya thang too! Nice job wit tha collab again! What’s wit tha long-ass outro? Could’ve been anotha verse? My Rating: 3.8
09. “It’s On”
LOL, short lil’ title! >>> Interestin’ beat start. Then again, most of them have tha same vibe, lol. Tha 1st verse sounds like you’re comin’ through wit some strength when it comes ta tha hood shit you be dealin’ wit! Tha hook sounds good; nice and gutta wit how it comes on!! Tha 2nd verse’s TOO GUTTA ta handle when it comes ta dat ANGER in your voice!!! Real good shit comin’ from you on dis track right chea!! My Rating: 4.4
½time: Sounds like a good CD from you right chea, ya dig! Keep up tha gr8 work wit these consistent tracks!! Tha average CD rating’s at 4.3 right now!!
10. “Ain’t Nothing”
Wonder what dis iz about. >>> “Hoes,” lol. Simple lil’ hook here but a lil’ catchier than typical hooks dat are plain. Tha 1st verse’s aight; I see where you’re goin’ wit dis joint. It doesn’t matter where they’re from, it’s who they are! Tha 2nd verse too; it’s aight fa me. This topic’s a lil’ ehh… Once again, it’s who they are! My Rating: 3.2
11. “Ghetto Tears” Feat. Master P
>>> A lil’ slow on tha start; hope it ain’t sad. Pretty personal here in tha 1st verse… Strong-ass real-life content. Tha dude dat “killed his whole family dat couldn’t take it” must’ve been pretty horrible. “Been outta jail since I was 12;” you were in jail back then? Shiiiiid… Tha rest of it wit P hoppin’ onto a verse and then you hoppin’ onto tha verse afta him’s pretty personal. However, this izn’t a song for me. I’ll give it a lyrical rating though. Lyrical Rating: 4.5 | My Rating: 2.4
12. “Mista”
LOL @ this title; it’s just so tiny again, lol! >>> Tha Master P intro’s pretty good and tha beat sounds good too… Tha 1st verse’s pretty gutta wit tha shit dat’s comin’ out your mouth! ROFL @ tha hook; VERY “mista!!!ful,” lol!! Tha 2nd verse has more good shit comin’ from your mouth too, lol! You handlin’ an anthem for tha “Mista” dudes, lol! Tha 3rd verse sounds good too; very interestin’ topic and song, lol! My Rating: 4.6
13. “It’s Time 2 Ride” Feat. Master P
LOL, I almost typed, “Mista P,” ROFL!!! Anyway, looks like dis’ll be good ‘cause of tha title! >>> G-Funk style here and it sounds like you’re really in tha hood here when it comes ta how you’re deliverin’ tha “187” rhymes, lol! Tha hook’s cool; gotta luv tha “ride”-type songs! Tha 2nd verse’s addin’ some gangsta shit here in tha “ride,” lol! P’s on tha 3rd verse and of course, he’s gotta add his two cents for you, lol! Nice job wit dis joint… My Rating: 4.3
14. “If My 9 Could Talk”
ROFL @ tha title!!! Just gotta luv these gangsta-ass songs!!! >>> Tha beat’s pretty scary; on tha gangsta tip (of course)!! Tha 1st verse’s too gutta wit tha combination of tha “puffin’ on Endo” and tha lyrics about your “9,” lol! Tha hook’s gutta; gotta feel tha deep/dark voice! LOL, what’s tha beat afta tha hook? Sounds cool… Tha 2nd verse’s keepin’ it real here; keep this shit up! I know there’s gotta be room fa anotha 3rd verse—Ooh, dat beat again afta tha hook!! Pretty gutta wit your pet “9,” lol! My Rating: 4.7
15. Commercial Feat. Skull Duggery
A feature from Skull Duggery, yet, it’s a fuckin’ “commercial?” >>> Sounds GR8 but c’mon, at least owe me a song on here, lol! My Rating: N/A
16. “Got’em Fiendin’” Feat. Master P
I like titles like dis so you KNOW it gon be GR8 ta hear!! >>> Ooh, tha beat sounds like it has a Summer-Funk style of G-Funk here wit tha feelin’ in tha beat! Good shit and P does a nice job wit tha hook… Nice job wit tha 1st verse too, P, ya dig. Tha “funk” gon keep pumpin’! You’re on tha 2nd verse and wit err-body, “frankly, you don’t care,” lol. Tha 3rd verse also sounds good; nice vibes here wit dis style. I thought this was gon be about “fiendin’ fa kush,” lol! My Rating: 3.7
17. “My Car” Feat. Mo B Dick
Anotha “car” song so let’s see what you got! >>> This iz pretty smooth this time… Not bad wit tha 1st verse on tha singin’ but dat hook sounds HOT wit tha gurl on it! Tha 2nd verse’s good when you’re in your “car,” lol. Some singin’ fa tha 3rd verse; anotha good, mellow vibe. Ooh, now, tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse iz you rappin’… You’re gettin’ hit wit a lotta questions, smh… ROFL @ tha “Caddy!!!” LUV dat gurl on tha hook!!! HUGE highlight in dis song!!! My Rating: 4.0
18. “Ghetto 211” Feat. Master P
Anotha “211” title here so let’s see tha combination! >>> I like tha serious sound in tha beat here ta make it good! Good shit so far and you sound good on tha 1st verse wit your serious hood lyrics! Tha hook’s pretty gutta wit Master P although it almost sounds sarcastic a lil’ bit, lol. Tha 2nd verse sounds REAL GOOD wit tha content; it’s ALL about tha streetz to tha fullest!! LOL, P’s REALLY gutta here on tha 3rd verse wit tha bad-lucked “1st of tha month,” lol! Strong lil’ verse… My Rating: 4.4
19. “Why My Homie” Feat. Master P & C-Murder
Tha last joint and it looks like it gon be GR8 wit C-Murder on it!! >>> Tha beat’s pretty laidback for a G-Funk-type beat. Master P’s on tha 1st verse, lol? They didn’t list him on tha feature… Not bad of a job for contributin’ secretly, lol. You’re on tha 2nd verse here, spittin’ some “what-goes-on”-type of shit… Tha hook’s personal too… C-Murder’s on tha 3rd verse here and it’s pretty personal. It would’ve been betta if he added a lil’ more anger; I like his lil’ “fuck ‘em” at tha end of tha verse. My Rating: 3.3
Overall: Good CD from you; nice job debutin’! I know there’s plenty more of you in my marathon so I gon see what’s up!
