For those readin’: Smoke a blunt ta this review right chea! This my 420th review eva, lol! It just so happens to be C-Loc “Whatever”; check it out! DEFINITELY lookin’ forward ta hearin’ some 90’s Loc!! I believe this (before listenin’) iz tha 1st artist in this marathon I talked to! We talked about a month ago on tha phone and he kept it real by exposin’ someone’s fakeness when I was on tha phone wit him! Good job, Loc!! Now, lemme get into tha review! Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

Let’s hear what we got here for tha start! >>> Sounds GR8 (as far as tha beat); REALLY gutta in tha undaground here!! I hear dat Loc voice a lil’ bit in here; still nearly tha same as tha current Loc! My Rating: N/A


02. “Free World”
Definitely anticipatin’ this shit!! >>> Sounds like Young Bleed in tha beginning? REAL anticipatin’ start; will this be ANOTHA 5* rated C-Loc CD? He has like four or five now and has buku CDs!! Based off of hearin’ you in tha 1st verse, you REALLY have gutta-ass, street-ass shit here!! REAL NICE job wit tha rappin’ on tha 1st verse and tha hook DEFINITELY’s catchy, ESPECIALLY wit tha KICK-ASS beat!!! This tha type of shit dat keeps me motivated enough ta be awake as possible fa my reviewz tonight! Really on tha gangsta tip wit tha voice here; always got luv fa tha Loc!! Tha 3rd verse DEFINITELY on sum gutta shit here, ya dig!! ALWAYS keepin’ it REAL to tha fullest!! My Rating: 4.8


03. “Killa Instinct” Feat. Young Bleed
Shit yea! Let’s hear (and invision) your “killa instinct!” >>> I hear a feature (no features are listed) and it’s Young Bleed; good shit! I guess I was right hearin’ him in tha last song’s beginning! Tha rhymes DEFINITELY are gutta to tha fullest!! This tha type of shit dat’s REAL good!! A REAL, REAL GR8 verse from Bleed right here!! REAL GLAD he clicked tight wit you, Loc!! Shid, you sound like dat boy Dae~Dae outta G-Lane on tha 2nd verse here, Loc!! DEFINITELY luvin’ tha flow on this shit; your voice and rhymes REALLY hold it down!! I hear Bleed comin’ back on here again on tha 3rd verse! I really like how y’all were conversatin’ a lil’ bit before tha 3rd verse rolled in! Tha hook sounds good by tha way; I kept missin’ it ta give feedback on it but now, I finally hear it and it’s tight! My Rating: 4.9


04. “Whatever” Feat. Young Bleed
Tha title track… What will I expect? I KNOW it gon be good!! >>> Still tha GR8 sounds here!! You got a catchy flow this time here, deliverin’ some tight-ass shit!! Nice job wit tha 1st verse, Loc and I think there’s a 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse here from a featured artist. Sounds familiar but I can’t picture who it iz right now… Sounds REAL GOOD wit tha rappin’ though; DEFINITELY feelin’ this real-type shit wit this fast-paced rappin’!! I hear tha 2nd verse and I KNOW this iz Young Bleed right chea; good shit!! Just HAD ta have him in anotha song already!! DEFINITELY interestin’; need I say more?!? TOO GR8 RIGHT CHEA!!! My Rating: 4.7


05. “Chess Up” Feat. Young Bleed
Ooh, “Chess” style right chea!! I feel dat! And I gon DEFINITELY gon feel dis!! >>> Ooh, GR8 prediction of tha “Chess” prediction!! LOL, MORE Young Bleed!! He on tha 1st verse here and he doin’ tha damn thang here once again, “Chess” style!! As GR8 as tha 1st verse was, tha hook holds it down thanx ta you, Loc! Too good of a hook ta have it transition to a verse! Here you are on tha 2nd verse, Loc, doin’ tha damn thang wit tha hood lyrics! Also combinin’ some sexual lyrics too; interestin’ combination wit “Chess,” lol! Tha outro sounds TIGHT wit whoeva’s on it!! My Rating: 4.8


06. “No Mercy”
??? Didn’t I see this recently on ”Scrape The Plate”? >>> Sounds old and instead of Boosie, Young Bleed’s in tha intro; I like tha talkin’ (“wazzam, bruh.”). Here comes a FULLY FOCUSED Loc on tha 1st verse!! DEFINITELY tight-ass shit right chea, gangsta style!! REALLY wildin’ out!!! This sounds tight and tha hook REAL, REAL good wit tha title repeatin’ and all tha shit goin’ on!! Shit yea, more of a conversation before tha 2nd verse!! Here’s tha 2nd verse from you (had anticipation dat it was gonna be Bleed at first ‘cause he keeps surprising me) and tha good thing iz you spittin’ dat real-ass shit wit a REAL, REAL GR8 flow!! Ooh, anotha conversation before tha 3rd verse!! Interestin’ shit goin’ on here and it got REAL gangsta wit tha gunshots! Oh, shit, no 3rd verse? Damn… I’ll decrease my rating down a 10th of a point, bringin’ it to a NICE 4.8 though! My Rating: 4.8


07. “Who Am I”
A REAL muthafuckin’ G, ya dig!! >>> You got yourself ANOTHA bangin’ beat intro!!! Glad this one’s almost five minutes long!! Ooh, here you come through on tha 1st verse, “Wantin’ thangz your way,” Burger King style!! ROUGH & RAW C-LOC!!! REAL RAW wit tha “boom, muthafucka, boom! Your whole body’s numb” part; you have BUKU quotes, ya dig!! DEFINITELY keepin’ it hot fa tha streetz too on tha 2nd verse also, ya feel me! I DEFINITELY feel how you comin’ through on EVERY track to tha fullest!! Comin’ through wit a hustlin’ perspective to tha fullest on tha 3rd verse right chea; luvin’ it (as always)!! LOL, wit only 35 seconds left, it sounds like my boy Bleed at tha end! My Rating: 4.8

08. “Never Say Die” Feat. Young Bleed
I agree! Let’s see what you got ta say about this one! >>> Sounds like an anti-cop anthem wit tha beat intro this time! I hear a current C-Loc a lil’ in tha voice this time and you comin’ through wit viciousness!! Interestin’ wit tha dude on tha hook right chea! Loc, you’re makin’ it pretty intense by repeatin’ tha title on tha hook!! A song can’t just be RAW enough fa you, huh, lol? It gets betta wit Bleed on tha 2nd verse; gr8 consistent chemistry!! Bleed “flippin’ ‘em like a hamburger!” Thanx fa tha verse, Bleed! Back to tha features wit a dude on tha 3rd verse… I don’t know who it iz but on Discogs’s website, it says tha features (throughout tha CD) are Lay Low, Lee Tyme, Master P, Silk “The Shocker”, TRU & Young Bleed. Either way, NICE job on tha 3rd verse; NOTHIN’ but consistentness to tha fullest!! My Rating: 4.9


09. “I Wanna Be A G”
I think you already are already, lol! >>> Sounds like a lil’ bit of a West Coast vibe mixed wit your gutta shit for tha start wit tha sample and hook! Tha rappin’ REAL interestin’ here on tha 1st verse; sounds like a different person at first! Crazy-ass shit here to tha fullest!! No wonder they treat you like a legend at all times!! Here’s tha 2nd verse and you’re still doin’ tha damn thang wit shit on lock!! Good thing fa this review bein’ #420; it’s REALLY showin’ off good luck!! Sounds like some good-ass chantin’ at tha end too ta give this joint a GR8 vibe!! Reminds me of Big Head at tha end. My Rating: 4.7


10. “Playa Haters”
Let’s hear what dis iz about! >>> You have one of tha features in tha 1st verse right chea! Did he say, “jiggin’,” in tha 1st verse? I thought it wasn’t around ‘til Big Scoob? Sounds like more featureness on tha 2nd verse. It’s good (of course) but this song needs ta have tha C-Loc attributes finally. BTW, tha hook sounds pretty good; gotta keep this shit catchy, ya dig! I hope you’re on tha last verse, Loc, ya dig! Shit, it’s you but just talkin’? Prolly would’ve expected ta hear more from you, Loc. My Rating: 4.3


11. “I Like It” Feat. Young Bleed
>>> Not sure what ta say about tha intro on this one. I can’t say it’s scary ‘cause there’s at least tha undaground beat! A lil’ weird wit tha moanin’ in tha beginning… But, tha price iz paid when you’re on tha 1st verse rappin’, Loc! Good job and now, we got Bleed back here on tha 2nd verse! Nice quality when it comes ta supportin’ those dat go through tha same street shit as you, Loc and Bleed himself! Tha gurl singin’ tha hook sounds like she’s singin’ songs dat usually get sampled or somethin’. Wit all tha time remainin’, could there have been a 3rd verse? I like how tha gurl says your name, “C-Loc,” at tha end (singin’ style)! My Rating: 4.5


12. “Who’s Gonna Ride”
What I ask iz, “Who’s gonna be featured,” lol? I KNOW you always surprise me wit tha features! >>> Glad ta hear you again wit your gutta voice! You don’t even need an intro here, you just doin’ it big!! There’s singin’ on tha hook and it sounds pretty good fa this song. I know you have an album by this title but it also sounds like this was a good single or somethin’. Nice job wit tha 2nd verse too as you’re bringin’ dat hot shit to tha table! Oh no, anotha long beat outro? About 72 seconds left right chea… My Rating: 4.6


13. Shout Out
Oh, a shout out, huh? Let’s hear what you got ta say right chea… >>> Sounds like a growlin’ Loc, lol. Shoutin’ out some good people, ya dig (includin’ people on this CD)! Yea, shout out “ta Young Bleed!” Good thing fa “Happy Perez” too on tha production; glad you shouted him out! LOL @ “sendin’ a dick;” you too much, Loc! My Rating: N/A


14. “Terror Dome” Feat. Master P & TRU
What will tha last joint sound like? >>> Master P & TRU must be featured on this ‘cause you just said their names in tha beginning! Tha beginning sounds pretty damn anticipatin’ right chea! P doin’ his thang on this joint and I don’t know exactly what I’m commented on here so I just gon leave back n forth feedback, ya dig. I don’t know if dat was him on tha (I think) 2nd part but I hear him now (around tha 1:45 – 2:25 mark) and it sounds REAL tight/gutta/gangsta here!! My Rating: 4.7


Overall: This has ta be tha BEST CD from my marathon so far!!! REAL, REAL GR8!!! DEFINITELY GLAD y’all really fuck wit dat boy Young Bleed, ya dig!! Keep doin’ tha damn thang, Loc! I’m glad you got my numba and I look forward ta Dat Boy A sendin’ me hard copies of all these CDs of yours in my marathon!!
