Time for my 4th review for today… This one’s comin’ from One-i and it’s called “Da Re-Runs Vol. 1” as he’s teamin’ up wit DJ Scrap, who’s doin’ tha mixin’! Start Time: 6:24 PM | End Time: 7:07 PM


Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. “Intro”
Let’s see how this iz mixed together ta start it off… >>> You and your laughs, lol… You’re rappin’ here on dis “Here I Go” beat so let’s see how good it sounds… Once again, killa rhymes right chea wit gr8 punchlines too! I like tha “PERIOD!! Like tha end of a sentence” part; you KNOW when shit goes hard!! Of course, if this whole mixtape sounds like dis, then it’s DEFINITELY gon be REAL, REAL HOT!! No wonder why you have SO many mixtapes: “Droppin’ mixtapes at tha 1st of tha month;” DEFINITELY HOT!! You KNOW I gon review everyone!! I hear “I’m Sick Wit It” comin’ up next…! My Rating: 4.5


02. “Sick Wit It (Scrap Rerun)” Feat. Savage & Lil’ Cali
Oh, it’s a lil’ remix here; let’s see what we got here! >>> Ooh, good that it’s still on tha “Here I Go” beat. Clean version I see here… I thought Savage said, “ass,” in tha hook but I guess he said, “ask,” so I gotta fix dat on my radio edit… Now, at ‘round :49, it went back to tha original version. LOL, and it also transformed into a dirty version too, lol! Still sounds gr8 wit err-thang goin’ on! Once again, this (and “Ric Flair”) have like tha record for most appearances on mixtapes, lol! You know what I already said about this song so if you wanna see it again, check one of tha mixtapes it appeared on, lol. My Rating: 4.7


03. “Knock Off Ya Block” Feat. Lil’ Witness & Jayroc
You didn’t list tha features on tha last song… Anyway, looks like this’ll be REAL, REAL TIGHT!!! >>> Ooh, tha REAL HOT producers (still don’t know who they are) on tha beat here!!! Tha beat sounds REAL TIGHT and tha hook’s DEFINITELY raw wit tha title!! You’re on tha 1st verse here and you’re REALLY holdin’ it down right chea; gutta shit to tha bone!! Nice job wit this Ludacris sample in tha hook, ya dig! Now, it’s tha 2nd verse, Lil’ Witness. I gon flip tha ID since Witness’s 1st here. You KNOW Witness’ll be REAL TIGHT when he comes out wit a new CD ‘cause he just REALLY A+ wit tha shit he be spittin’ EVERYTIME he hops onto a track!! DEFINITELY good appearance right chea!!! It’s STREET/LYRICAL shit at its finest!! LOL, speakin’ of tha fast-ass rappin’, Jayroc’s on tha 3rd verse here, doin’ tha damn thang to tha fullest!! Luvin’ all this content right chea; just TOO crazy!!! My Rating: 4.9


04. “Make A Move” Feat. The Fam
Who are The Fam, lol? >>> Sounds like a cool beat start here and tha length’s 4:32 so you KNOW this iz official! Tha hook’s good; nice shit right chea, One-i! You have tha title on lock right chea wit this HOT-ASS production once again!! Lil’ Witness must be a part of The Fam ‘cause he on tha 1st verse right chea! DEFINITELY “stayin’ on tha prize” right chea; TRILL-ASS SHIT!!! Tha 2nd verse iz now here and it’s you, One-i, DEFINITELY “reppin’ tha hometown!” You also “’bout your green like a vegetable!” Nice shit right chea and I believe Jayroc’s on tha 2nd ½ of tha 2nd verse right chea; good-ass shit wit dat dude about tha “choppa” shit! Ooh, a “shiiiit” part. I dunno if dat was Jayroc (kinda sounded like either him or Pigg); DEFINITELY nice though!! There’s room for a 3rd verse here so let’s see what we got… Whoa, where’d dat voice come from? LOL, DEFINITELY gutta here!! This DEFINITELY iz Pigg right chea (Jayroc was before)!! Total GRIMY-ASS shit right chea to tha fullest!!! My Rating: 4.8


05. “My Resume” Feat. Prince Blakk
You have a DEFINITELY TIGHT “resume” right chea wit all these mixtapes, ya dig!! Let’s see how this one gon sound… >>> Oh, not a Prince Blakk production; it’s just a jacked beat from tha old dayz. Tha hook sounds good wit Prince Blakk on it; he doin’ his thang wit tha singin’ here. You KNOW tha streetz must luv dis!! Let’s see tha 1st verse here from you, One-i! Yea, “bring ‘em up to speed!” Feelin’ fresh right chea on tha 1st verse; good shit, One-i! Now, tha 2nd verse iz here, wit you continuin’ ta do tha damn thang! “Carter Boy said, ‘you changed’?” If dat’s so, I feel like yes, but in a REAL GR8 way ‘cause these mixtapes are REAL consistent, ESPECIALLY dis one!! My Rating: 4.4


06. “Déjà Vu Flow”
Let’s see what this’ll be like… >>> For some reason, I thought it was gonna be weird ta hear tha Beyoncé/Jay-Z beat from ’06 but we’re keepin’ it Late 90’s here wit tha Lord Tariq/Peter Gunz beat… You sound good on tha hook; nice job “flowin’” on this shit to tha fullest! You have good rappin’ in tha 1st verse here; nice job representin’ here! You’re easily tha hardest-workin’ white rapper out now! GR8 punchlines here wit a REAL nice flow!! My Rating: 4.3


07. “Foe Life”
Again, what’ll this one be like… >>> Sounds like anotha old beat here… Anotha short length of 2:38 so let’s see how you’ll come through on dis… Tha rappin’s good here; feels very consistent wit tha listenin’ ‘cause of how gr8 your rappin’ brings attention! All tha shit after 1:30 sounds REAL HOT wit tha “and-ish”-type of words dat rhyme together! “Spit dope str8 for tha addicts;” crazy One-i right chea!! My Rating: 4.3


½time: Wow, you REALLY on a roll right chea!! A WHOPPIN’ 4.6 iz tha average CD rating right chea and you REALLY tearin’ shit up!!! Tha rappin’s TOO good here wit what you doin’!!!


08. “One-i, Homie”
This looks like an interestin’ title so let’s see what’s good! >>> Anotha oldie on tha beat here as you’re “in tha studio, fillin’ up tha loose-leaf!” Glad you keepin’ this shit goin’ here, Mr. “Hulk Hogan,” lol! Once again, you held this whole beat down!! My Rating: 4.1


09. “Pain In My Life”
Oh no, I think this iz where it’s gonna go down a lil’ bit… >>> Ahh @ this beat from ‘06/’07… You’re not bad on it though as you have an interestin’ voice ta hold it down; you’re not cryin’ or anything! Good rappin’ but this beat makes it less interestin’ for me, unfortunately. My Rating: 3.6


10. “Sky’s The Limit”
…And this too… >>> Okay, I thought it was sader but I’m glad we’re back to tha 90’s beats as far as this mixtape goes… LOL @ tha “get up off my penis” part; sounded like it came outta nowhere. You sound good here once again on tha rappin’, so thumbs up. Tha hook sounds good; it’s advice. Tha 2nd verse iz true: “You want tha respect” and “you graduated;” you do “deserve somethin’” though, ya dig. As long as you keep rappin’, you gon keep havin’ these reviewz and all dat good shit, ya dig! My Rating: 3.9


11. “One More Chance Flow”
I know what this gon be like; let’s see how you hold it down. >>> Some of these beats are gettin’ a lil’ on tha Pop-Rap side… Good rappin’ once again; thumbs up to your consistentness! Real interestin’ wit what you’re spittin’ here; Non-Stop-i you are, lol!! My Rating: 4.1


12. “Not Ready” Feat. Pigg
Yes, a Pigg feature; let’s see here!! >>> Sounds like either an Eminem old beat or dat intro beat to Jay-Z & Beyoncé’s “’03 Bonnie & Clyde” beat. Then again, I know EXACTLY what this beat iz; just give me a few minutes… Anyway, good start and Pigg’s on tha 1st verse here, doin’ his thang to tha fullest! Gotta feel how he comes through on this shit to tha fullest!! This beat DEFINITELY sounds like 2001 Fabolous or somethin’; I definitely know it’s Fab… Had ta’ve been a Hot 97 exclusive or somethin’… Tha hook sounds good; almost sounded like an original beat tha 1st second I heard it, ya dig. You’re on tha 2nd verse here, One-i, and you cool wit your rappin’ to tha fullest! I like these “where you found tha beats” parts before tha verses end! My Rating: 4.3


13. “What It Be Like” Feat. The Fam
Yes, The Fam’s back! Let’s see what y’all have ta offer! >>> This sounds familiar too… I don’t think I know dis one though. You’re on tha 1st verse and you sound good wit dis shit right chea; good street shit to tha fullest! You tough when you rap so you KNOW people won’t fuck you ova, ya dig! REALLY lookin’ forward to tha 2nd verse so let’s REALLY see what’s good wit it…!! It’s Lil’ Witness; JACKPOT!!! REAL GOOD shit from him once again; he just TOO crazy wit tha rhymes!! On tha 2nd ½ of tha 2nd verse, it’s Jayroc, doin’ a nice job for those dat LUV ta “smoke dro,” ya dig! My Rating: 4.6


14. “Short Circuit” (SlugOne Feat. JSinn & One-i)
Looks like this gon be a GR8 bonus!! Dat’s cool dat this SlugOne dude has a “1” in his name and you have an “I”; they’re nearly alike when it comes ta what they look like, lol! >>> WHAT A RAW START!!! This iz DEFINITELY HOT for tha ending track!!! “Killin’ verses;” DEFINITELY gon be correct!!! Startin’ off tha 1st verse here iz dat boy JSinn; he sounds pretty gutta on this shit! He sounds like he a white dude too dat’s doin’ tha damn thang here!! “One by one, we feed ‘em;” dumb shit! I felt tha 1st verse right there; nice job from tha boy JSinn on dis shit right chea!! Let’s see tha 2nd verse… RAWNESS from SlugOne!!! Just as Lil’ Witness has tha CRAZY lyrics wit tha pacing of ‘em, SlugOne’s got tha gutta side of tha lyrics wit a grimy voice!! Now, tha final verse; you, One-i!! Feelin’ how you’re comin’ through on dis shit right chea! Glad you give it a NICE feel like your freestyles and all dat!! My Rating: 4.7


Overall: This DEFINITELY iz your BEST mixtape so far!!! You have a bunch of classic-soundin’ mixtapes, ESPECIALLY when they have like 30+ songs on ‘em!! You DEFINITELY brought a NICE set of rhymes to tha table here as well as your boyz!! Keep up tha gr8 work and you KNOW all your boyz are tha shit too!!
