Reviewed on 5.30.2010 (Review #484)
Keepin’ these reviewz goin’, up next, it’s Quick & Bad Azz “Hit After Hit”; DEFINITELY gon look forward ta dis one right chea!! Start Time: 12:40 PM | End Time: 1:36 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. Lil’ Boosie Live From Jail
Startin’ wit a lil’ intro skit, I see… Let’s see what gon go down wit it! >>> I wrote Boosie a letter a month ago but didn’t get a response back… Hope he got it and likes it… He sounds mad… You KNOW we all holdin’ ya down while you locked up! My Rating: N/A
02. “Runnin’ With My Niggas”
Only 1:37 on tha length for a song? I guess call this tha “intro track” then… Let’s see what you got goin’ on here, Quick! >>> Started right away and sounds good; feelin’ dis beat right chea! Cool hook; you doin’ ya thang, Quick! Tha verse here sounds good; on tha gangsta tip here wit dis hot beat! My Rating: 4.5
03. “Where They Do That At” Feat. Lil’ One & Money Bagz
Dis tha 1st time (I think) I’m hearin’ Lil’ One; izn’t he a white rapper or am I wrong? I think he might be my friend on Facebook or MySpace? Anyway, if dis iz a hit single, lemme check it out! >>> Cool beat start here; sounds like some GOOD BR street shit! Good shit fa tha hook; definitely a catchy hit single! I like how tha 1st verse’s soundin’ wit tha “pillz at” shit and tha gangsta-ass shit once again!! Here’s tha 2nd verse; must be Lil’ One? Soundin’ good here; a lotta rappers mentioned, lol? Gotta luv tha gangsta-ass shit here; he doesn’t sound white… I might have someone dat looks familiar as him as my friend online or I just didn’t recognize his skin or somethin’, lol. I saw a CD of his on http://buymymusicnow.net dat I gon review, ya dig! Now, let’s see Money Bagz on tha 3rd verse… Strictly gangsta shit to tha fullest!! Gotta luv tha drug rhymes to tha fullest!! Speakin’ of drugs, didn’t even realize dis ‘til tha otha day: Where I’m stayin’ at now, there’s drug deals goin’ on on tha side of tha house I’m at; crazy-ass shit!! I always find litter as well as tha people nearby! My Rating: 4.5
04. “Me & My Girlfriend” Feat. Lil’ Boosie
What’ll this be like? I expect Boosie ta be all ova it fa some reason… >>> All this production everytime I review a CD sounds just TOO HOT!! It’s like, production gets betta as time goes on!! Sounds like a good beginning/hook from Boosie and yea, I guess I was right about him bein’ around a lot on dis joint right chea; he’s on tha 1st verse. Good shit… Sounds like she’s cuddly, lol. I like tha “whirlwind” shit in tha hook! And once again, Boosie’s on tha 2nd verse (good guessin’)! Good shit once again… I guess he’s right about, “I pray ta God I neva fall in love again.” I want luv but I feel like people just obsess it or somethin’; it’s no good for motivation at all! I just let tha time go by ‘til it occurs! Anyway, switchin’ back ta you, Quick, on tha 3rd verse here! This gurl’s everywhere… even when you “take a shit,” lol! My Rating: 4.3
05. “If It Ain’t” Feat. Big Head & Lil’ Boosie
Shit yea @ Big Head bein’ on dis shit! DEFINITELY look forward ta hearin’ it!! >>> Ooh, GR8 beginnin’ here! I like tha “weed” shit and tha “puffin’ on some”-type shit too!! You doin’ a GR8 job on dis 1st verse right chea, Quick!! DEFINITELY comin’ through wit tha street shit here to tha fullest!! Tha hook DEFINITELY sounds GR8; gotta luv tha “if it ain’t dat weed, den I won’t hit it” shit in tha hook!! CRAZY-ASS shit right chea!!! Dat big dawg Big Head’s on tha 2nd verse here and I’m glad him and my boy Yung Yola sound nearly tha same! They both big dawgs so you KNOW they doin’ tha damn thang to tha fullest in BR!! I’m feelin’ these “if it ain’t ___” rhymes!! Let’s see what Mr. Bad Azz has for tha 3rd verse… Catchy flow on dis one from him! He always has tha voice ta hold it down here! He DEFINITELY “goes hard” on dis shit right chea! My Rating: 4.7
06. “The Other Side” Feat. Lil’ Boosie & Locco
Usually, Locco collabs sound a lil’ weird so let’s see how this one sounds… >>> Ooh, Southern to tha fullest!! Tha singin’ here iz DEFINITELY good; street/Southern shit to tha fullest once again!! Pretty gutta here wit Boosie on tha 1st verse; “feedin’ ‘em lead” and shit like dat! It’s time fa tha 2nd verse and it’s you, Quick. Some real-life shit right chea dat’s listenable; gotta luv tha “thuggin’” content mixed in it! It’s all about tha streetz at ALL times!! Time fa tha final verse… It’s Boosie and he keepin’ it street by “shakin’ these hataz off!” Nice job wit tha rest of tha verse too; his street credit ALWAYS gon live on!! My Rating: 4.0
07. Quick Skit
LOL… Let’s see what you got ta say! >>> I was hoping you’d give your cell out or somethin’… But, thumbs up fa tellin’ me “Money Bagz” iz “your cousin!” My Rating: N/A
08. “Born & Raised” Feat. Money Bagz
Lookin’ like I gon anticipate dis one, ya dig! >>> Feelin’ tha Southern start here; sounds gr8 on tha intro from you! Good advice here for tha beginning right chea in tha hook! I like how this sounds…; just good shit you can’t complain about! You even startin’ tha 1st off wit some good deliveries right chea wit tha way you have your flow on lock! Thumbs up fa havin’ “fresh Dickies” on; you DEFINITELY fresh and street wit dis shit right chea, Quick!! Mo street shit here in tha 2nd verse; glad ta hear about you, Quick! Now, on tha 2nd verse, you have “fresh ‘Bauds!” You consistent wit it, Quick! Gotta feel these gutta-ass street rhymes!! Money Bagz gon be hoppin’ onta dis 3rd verse right chea; let’s see how your cousin does… Gutta voice and lyrics here! I like how he held dis down wit chu right chea, ya dig! My Rating: 4.4
½time: GR8 CD so far; 4.4 iz tha average CD rating!! You KNOW if it’s Bad Azz Ent., it’s official!!
09. “100 Pack Of Pillz” Feat. Big Wayne & Money Bagz
CRAZY-ASS title right chea!!! How will dis turn out ta be?!? >>> Guss on this beat so it’s DEFINITELY official!! How did dis collaboration come about wit tha beat? Sounds REAL, REAL GR8 for tha hook right chea; you doin’ a GR8 job here, Quick!! LOL @ “Jigga City” turnin’ inta “Wigga City” when it comes ta people “wiggin’” like crazy on dem “pillz!” Pretty crazy right chea and you just holdin’ it down to tha fullest on dis Guss beat!!! All dat sneezin’ in tha hook’s REAL CRAZY!! LOL @ NOT havin’ Big Wayne sourced on tha feature here (accordin’ to my mp3 info and tracklisting I’m lookin’ at)! He DEFINITELY featured in my opinion and he REALLY crazy wit dis “pill poppin’;” I wonder how he feels like when he just doin’ it daily? He sounds crazy; luv tha “dolphin I swam in” part; gutta shit to tha fullest!!! This pill shit makes me luv Big Wayne even MORE ‘cause he REAL COOL wit me and just luvs me fa who I am!! Now, let’s see Money Bagz on tha 3rd verse… Contributin’ GR8; good shit right chea!! I’m REAL GLAD y’all “hooked up wit Big Wayne” on tha collaboration AND “hooked up wit” Guss wit tha beat!! Glad all y’all “reppin’ fa Bad Azz!!” I like dat acapella endin’ although it sounded like it cut off. Still, nice job holdin’ it down, Quick!! My Rating: 4.8
10. Lil’ Boosie Live From Jail 2
LOL, anotha skit so fast… Let’s see what he got ta say dis time! >>> You sound different here in tha beginning, Quick… And yea, about what Boosie’s sayin’ here: I agree wit how people can treat you when you’re outside of their circle. It feels like people like ta talk shit and CARE when they’re not around you but when they’re around you, they’re quiet…; they don’t keep it real! Someone like me’s ALWAYS around and keeps it real!! My Rating: N/A
11. “Get Me Started” Feat. Lil’ One
Shit yea, anotha Lil’ One collab!! >>> Feelin’ tha beat start here wit y’all gettin’ buck in tha beginning! Tha 2nd ½ of tha hook’s pretty gutta here wit tha “cock, aim” shit when it comes to “their ass!” Tha 1st verse sounds good so far wit you on it…; gutta shit once again!! I luv when y’all come through wit dat street shit to tha fullest!! It’s prolly tha most respected kinda Rap music in tha undaground, ya dig!! Mixed wit tha jiggalatin’ shit, you KNOW y’all got dis shit on lock!! You’re on tha 2nd verse here and you have it on lock when it comes ta people “beefin’ wit you,” ya dig! Nice job wit tha 2nd verse; luvin’ tha gangsta/consistent feel here!! I believe dat’s Lil’ One on tha 3rd verse here and there’s more street shit goin’ on here too! Glad he really keepin’ it street here to tha fullest!! My Rating: 4.6
12. “I Love You” Feat. Blackcat
What’s this? >>> Iz dat a gurl in tha beginning? Kinda soft here but it sounds a lil’ cheesy… Now, tha rappin’ sounds like a male rappin’… I still think it’s a female but tha rappin’s aight so far… Ahh @ how tha title sounds in tha hook; just tha way “love” iz said, cheesy… You’re on tha 2nd verse and it sounds like you have a positive vibe here… I feel how you comin’ through on tha verse right chea… And now, tha beat outro of a lil’ ova 45 seconds… My Rating: 3.6
13. “Brother’s Keeper” Feat. Lil’ Boosie & Money Bagz
Tha song wit Bleek mentioned in it… I put tha music video (‘cause Boosie says Bleek’s name and somethin’ ‘bout him) in tha R.I.P. Bleek video I made two months ago and now, lemme hear tha whole song… >>> LOL @ this Big Wayne beat drop; “bassline drop,” lol… Sounds betta than tha last beat on here (tha “I Love You” one I’m talkin’ ‘bout). Tha hook’s pretty soft but now, tha beat sounds pretty cool in tha 1st verse here wit Boosie on it; good shit. There’s tha Bleek (“Darryl Milton”) quote at 1:09; uh… poor Bleek. I’m glad 25,000+ people payed attention to him when I made tha R.I.P. video fa him! Boosie’s on tha 2nd verse here and still showin’ more luv here…; we’re all in tha family! I’m REAL GLAD ta be accepted by y’all ‘cause you KNOW I show non-stop luv!! Now, it’s tha 3rd verse and it’s you, Quick. I almost thought there wasn’t any room fa you (since Money Bagz still has ta go on dis joint) but you made it! Thumbs up ta dis “brotherly luv,” ya dig! Oh, no wonder, it was just a ½ verse; Money Bagz’s on tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse here, spittin’ his “loyaltyful” rhymes, lol! And, this ended wit one of Big Wayne’s TIGHT drops (tha “bitch, it ain’t no hit…” one)! My Rating: 4.1
14. “Sunshine” Feat. Locco
Uh… oh… Tha otha song passed but I easily have a feelin’ this won’t! >>> Only 3:03 so lemme deal wit dis… Tha beginning was a lil’ scary at first but I don’t think this’ll be dat bad… Tha beat’s a lil’ above average and Locco’s pretty good wit dis singin’ here; not too bad… Okay, this iz where I pay attention more ‘cause it’s you on tha 1st verse, Quick! You say, “it’s 2008?” This joint’s dat old? I guess dat’s why you said, “New Orleans caved in” or somethin’ recently… Shitty-ass Gustav (if dat’s what you were talkin’ ‘bout); good verse. Anotha verse from you here, spittin’ some street shit… Feelin’ this verse right chea, Quick! My Rating: 3.7
15. DJ Earl Skit
R…O…F…L… >>> “It’s a wrap?” No! One more song left, lol! I like his name as “Ya Boy Earl” betta, lol… I guess DJ Earl’s tha bigger version of YBE, lol… My Rating: N/A
16. “Lost My Mind” Feat. Lil’ Boosie & Locco
Final song here… How will this one sound vs. tha otha songs? >>> Sounds like it gon be a sad ending but dis beat sounds good for a start… Good shit comin’ from tha heart right chea, Quick! Nice shit right chea, ya dig! Iz dat Locco on tha singin’ again on tha hook? He ain’t sourced; lemme source him… It’s time fa tha 2nd verse and it’s you again, spittin’ more hot shit, Quick! Glad you keepin’ this shit upliftin’; sounds like you ain’t “losin’ your mind,” ya dig! Now, Boosie’s on tha 3rd verse and shit, he must be feelin’ real horrible if this was only when he “lost Ivy” ‘cause Bleek’s gone now. Good job, Boosie! My Rating: 3.9
Overall: Good job wit dis, Quick! You and ya boyz did tha damn thang right chea!! VERY consistent wit tha music; I feel like my iPod’s just LOADIN’ UP wit like 50-100 new songs a day thanx ta all these REAL GR8 reviewz I’m doin’, ya feel me!! Hope you like dis review and keep doin’ ya thang!!
