Reviewed on 5.06.2010 (Review #449)
Keepin’ it goin’, let’s see Review #8 fa tha day: Tec-9 “Straight From Tha Ramp!!!”! DEFINITELY a GR8 rapper so let’s how a WHOLE CD sounds!!! Start Time: 9:06 PM | End Time: 9:50 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. Cash Money TV
Y’all are presentin’ it via “TV;” lemme hear what’s presented via speakers, lol! >>> LOL @ tha “muthafuckin’ hostess!” GR8 way ta start this shit off—LOL, “dick suckin’ and ass lickin’?” TOO FUCKIN’ MUCH HERE WITHIN ONLY 30 SECONDS!!! Now, what’s goin’ on? Ooh, here you come through in tha intro here… Ooh, a PNC diss!! Now, there’s a war!!! So, it was ova “pocket change?” How DARE they not give you money!! U.N.L.V. 4 LIFE!!! Sounds like imitatin’ dickridin’ goin’ on here… I like how y’all sayin’ “bruh” though so y’all get a plus fa dat already! ROFL @ tha endin’: “Get tha fuck off tha stage!!” My Rating: N/A
02. “Where Ya From” Feat. BG’z
Look @ dat length of ova six minutes!! What do we got here? >>> Good dat there’s a Bounce beat although this sounds a lil’ familiar wit tha hook… Ooh, I hear tha 1st verse comin’ through in a gr8 way!! DEFINITELY cool wit tha rappin’ here and tha beat sounds hot! I think someone sampled tha sample in this beat not too long ago (forgot what song it was). Nice job holdin’ down tha 1st verse right there, ya dig! Feelin’ this shit as it’s comin’ through in full force!! Comin’ through “like a real G should” for tha 2nd verse here; lookin’ forward ta hearin’ tha whole thang! Nice job deliverin’ this shit; y’all comin’ through strong fa tha hood! I was just ‘bout ta say, B.G.’s on tha 3rd verse? Then, who’s tha BG’z? I rememba seein’ on Music Choice Rap dat BG’z was a group back in tha day; I see now… But yea, good looks on B.G. rappin’ on tha 3rd verse, doin’ his “street shit” thang to tha fullest!! Let’s see if a 4th verse can fit or will it be just a long-ass beat outro? Oh, I hear a hook repeatin’; I can handle dat. My Rating: 4.6
03. “Riding High” Feat. Kilo G
Shit yea, Kilo G’s featured on dis shit!! REALLY lookin’ forward ta hearin’ dis shit!!! >>> Smooth lil’ “ridin’”-type beat here and it sounds GR8 on tha hook!! Sounds like some GR8 hood shit goin’ on in tha 1st verse right chea, ya dig! Nice job comin’ through wit these rhymes for tha undaground once again! Tha hook sounds short but it’s good fa what it iz, ya dig! Oh, SHIIIIIIIITTT!!! LUV tha start to tha 2nd verse as it came outta nowhere!!! VERY GOOD JOB RIGHT THERE!!!!! Tha street content (from tha “grabbin’ stashes of dope” to “snort and snortin’”) iz CRAZY!!!!! REAL, REAL CRAZY!!!!! Thumbs up ta tha BIG DAWG Kilo G!!!!! Tha 3rd verse sounds pretty tight right chea, doin’ tha damn thang wit all tha street shit!! My Rating: 4.9
05. “Flexin’”
How will you be “flexin’” on dis shit right chea? Let’s see how you do it by yourself! >>> Pretty good West Coast-influenced-type beat here; sounds good once again. Sounds like some West Coast-styled rappin’ too based off how you sound on this shit; good shit. Tha 2nd verse has some gangsta shit added to it; nice job deliverin’ this shit. Interestin’ shit wit “poppin’ tha trunk” goin’ on in tha 3rd verse too; keep this shit up! Glad you got ear-catchin’ rhymes just like Ruthless Juveniles, who I previously reviewed today dat had REALLY descripitive TIGHT rhymes!!! My Rating: 4.2
½time: You DEFINITELY a BEAST wit dis shit right chea, Tec-9!! Thanx fa REALLY pushin’ Kilo G on your music ‘cause he REALLY makin’ these jointz sound REAL, REAL GOOD!! He a FUCKIN’ BEAST wit dis shit right chea!! And now, look at your current average CD rating: 4.6; thanx a WHOLE LOT fa this gr8 music!!!

Interestin’ title here and a newbie on tha collab; let’s see what this sounds like! >>> Pretty good start for tha beat… Not bad so far… Interestin’ lyrics of what you’re dealin’ wit in tha 1st verse. Let’s see what tha 2nd verse holds… I guess it explains more of tha title; good, good… My Rating: 3.8
07. “Who’s That Nigga”
You… Let’s see what you bring on dis track alone! >>> It’s completely you when it comes ta tha flow right chea and tha delivery! Good rhymes goin’ on in tha 1st verse; ‘preciate your lyrical content. Tha 2nd verse sounds like tha flow’s flowin’ good wit tha lyrics. Pretty descriptive around 2:40 wit tha “bust a nut” part, lol. My Rating: 3.9

Ooh, B-32 takes tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse right chea, doin’ his thang “on tha ramp” and “gettin’ fulla dat water!” My Rating: 4.0
09. “Uptown, Uptown” Feat. B-32
Shid, anotha collaboration wit B-32! Let’s see how GR8 this one goes!! >>> Ooh, likin’ how this beat sounds fa a start! Soundin’ like it’s on some good Louisiana-type shit here! Very “uptownful” right chea wit all tha shit for tha beginning… dat’s if tha beginning ends, lol! Iz it really featurin’ B-32? I feel like tha song ain’t changin’… Oh, finally, he made an appearance at 1:42; I like his “where tha volumes at?” shit; good shit!! I’m catchin’ onta this a lil’ more now dat I’m hearin’ B-32 contribute here and there! Still, this sounds like a random, background track. My Rating: 4.3
10. “They All Die” Feat. B-32 & BG’z
Shit yea, ANOTHA B-32 collaboration! Dat’s three fa him and only two fa Kilo G; will there be anotha Kilo G collab on here? >>> Y’all got tha beats on lock here; they’re interestin’ and upbeat! Tha beginning sounds pretty cool and tha rappin’ (wit tha flow and err-thang) DEFINITELY sounds like Louisiana ta me! Tha hook sounds good, ya dig!
