This review I gon start wit today iz my gurl Sheen~Marie. I didn’t even know this mixtape was out a year ago in this week; why wasn’t I alerted? Anyway, here goes my review for Sheen~Marie “Poonanee Grudges”! Start Time: 8:31 PM | End Time: 9:36 PM


Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. “Pussy Grudges”
I believe I put this in my commercial I made for you last year. I’m lookin’ forward ta it!! >>> I don’t know exactly who tha producer iz (based off tha beat tag) but this sounds PRETTY HOT for a beat start!! You’re even “on your shit” right chea; I rememba this entertainin’ voice on tha commercial I made for you!! You have a HOT hood-type Rap style right chea; DEFINITELY likin’ tha 1st verse!! Tha hook and title’s interestin’; like all tha “pussy grudges” shit! You keepin’ this shit goin’ on wit tha 2nd verse right chea; you sound like tha “Female Nu$$ie” for this shit, lol? Soundin’ good; glad you have a “Female Nu$$ie” perspective! Keepin’ it dirty for tha Dirty, Dirty (South) in tha 3rd verse here; still soundin’ hot on this shit, ya dig! My Rating: 4.6


02. “Haters (Which Way To Go)” Feat. Down Bad
I remember there were like different styles of your music when I was makin’ your commercial so let’s see what this joint’ll sound like… >>> Oh, this has a different title (“Haters”; I guess there’s an incorrect title of “Which Way To Go” on tha DatPiff tracklisting? Oh, I hear both titles so I’ll make it a double title); good shit so far! I’m REALLY enjoyin’ this undaground production! Oh yea, I remember this Down Bad collaboration, ESPECIALLY @ 1:01, where in tha commercial, I make tha “titties start ta wiggle” part in your commercial, which was CLASSIC!! Hot hook right chea and it sounds like Jack Da Rippa on tha hook/1st verse? Good shit; DEFINITELY HOT for a collaboration!! LOL @ your start to tha 2nd verse wit tha, “I pull out my tits in this,” ad-lib! *Smiles @ 2:05* “Titties start ta wigglin’! Bow, bow;” CLASSIC!! Cage’s on tha 3rd verse and he keepin’ it street here; good shit! I know I had some of these songs for a while but now, I finally know more about ‘em and will hopefully get ‘em on my radio show soon! Nice job from Cage and this collaboration right chea! My Rating: 4.5


03. “Bad Girl”
Go “girl,” lol! >>> Okay, this iz different, yet, this sounds like a jacked beat… Remy Ma/Ne-Yo “Feels So Good” beat from ‘05/’06? Anyway, your vocals are comin’ out cool/interestin’ outta my earphones right chea! You have a cool style here wit how you’re deliverin’ tha sexy lyrics, ya dig! Tha hook sounds good; you REALLY doin’ ya thang here! LOL, when you said, “toilet paper,” it sounded like, “toile—,” on tha right earphone. Also, I think when it said, “falling,” too. Anyway, good shit; you cool wit dis right chea! My Rating: 4.1

04. “Envy”
I dunno what tracklisting to go by… Tha DatPiff one or tha track numbers when I pull it up on iTunes? Let me know if I have it wrong; I’m goin’ wit tha iTunes track numbers for now… Let’s see what you got here; jacked beat (‘cause it’s only 2:38)? Lemme find out! >>> Sounds original and hot on tha keys!! A singin’ hook from you here and it sounds hot; I like tha title part! Tha 1st verse was a lil’ short but was hot; good shit goin’ on wit dis joint right chea! Tha 2nd verse has good shit goin’ on here; I guess you were able to fit verses within this short length. A lil’ bit of a Gwen Stefani voice here for tha lil’ bridge/ending; good shit! My Rating: 4.3


05. “Ghetto Survival”
Only 2:10 on this length? Let’s see how good it iz and what comes outta it… >>> I almost thought it was tha same beat from tha last song but this sounds hot for tha beginning! I like tha “playola” shit in tha beginning; what’s up wit all these “fucked up DJs?” You KNOW I get you on tha radio for free, ya dig! Sounds like you have some kick-ass shit goin’ on here for tha 1st verse; likin’ tha consistency of all tha shit you spittin’! Tha hook sounds hot wit this beat; likin’ tha singin’! Tha hoods must LUV this!! Joe On The Track (producer) said he discovered you from my commercial. He saw you at a show last year and knew you from my commercial; good shit! As for tha 2nd verse, you sound hot here; I like tha “shiiiiiid” shit! Even more rappin’ within tha last 22 seconds! Good shit… LOL, cold-ass ending? My Rating: 4.3


06. “No Greater”
You might just be tha hottest female in Baton Rouge… You have tha females on lock right chea in Louisiana!! >>> Tha beat sounds like some ol’ skool flava here and you’re doin’ tha damn thang once again wit tha rappin’ here!! It’s all about “Sheen~Marie” when it comes to this shit, ya dig! Sounds kinda backgroundy at :45? Almost sounds like tha beat’s a lil’ louder than you… Tha hook sounds good; nearly addictin’! Even thrown some vocalizin’ at 1:13; definitely catchy here! Glad Hannibal’s cool wit you! More catchy shit goin’ on here in tha 2nd verse; thumbs up to all tha shit you be spittin’! VERY CATCHY flow here too!! There’s 1:04 left and I hear just a beat wit you in tha background; anything else goin’ on wit dis joint? LOL @ tha cold-ass ending again! My Rating: 4.0


07. “Tip” Feat. Nu$$ie & Tah Tah Baby
Explicit version? Iz there a clean version on here too? Lemme see really what’s good wit dis… >>> Good shit for this beat start; luvin’ these beats!!! Ooh, someone’s on tha feature here… Oh, it’s Nu$$ie; didn’t sound like him at first! Why were there no sources on tha features here? Anyway, I wish I would’ve had this before my Nu$$ie Tribute Show dat aired on February 13, 2010 on my radio show… I needed a lotta “Artist featuring Nu$$ie”-type songs and this would’ve been GR8!! A lil’ quick for a verse but it sounded gr8 from him! Good thing there’s some features on tha top of tha DatPiff page; Tah Tah Baby’s on tha 2nd verse here. She sounds like Ms. Brownsville from BluBlack’s “Code Blu” CD; good shit! I like how she contributed ta this! You’re on tha 2nd ½ of tha 2nd verse here, soundin’ good wit your “pa-rum-pa-pum-pum” shit! You have tha 3rd verse right here and it sounds clean? What’s wit tha “sh—” and some of tha rhymes in tha 3rd verse? Then again, it got dirty, luckily… You have tha 4th verse too; good shit for tha mixtape right chea! I like how you said tha “Pussy Grudges” hook again! Tha rest iz cool; sounds hella long of a song fa some reason… My Rating: 4.5


08. “Clouds”
Only 2:24 on tha length; let’s see what this joint sounds like… >>> Definitely an ol’ N.O.-type here for tha beat start; sounds good! I hear you singin’ for tha start here; interestin’ shit! Tha 1st verse iz here and you have good rappin’ when it comes to your flow; clean verse? Interestin’ song… I like tha “I’m tha spirit of tha dreadlock” part; cool shit in tha 2nd verse too! Tha rest sounds good; a 3rd verse even fit on this… LOL, your endings are too cold; they just end outta nowhere, lol. My Rating: 4.1


09. “Stress Reliever”
I remember puttin’ this in tha commercial; it sounded a lil’ different. Let’s see how good it does on tha review! >>> Tha beginning wit tha “I’m stressed out, I’m so tired” part sounds like somethin’ Young Jeezy said in tha past… Sounds long for tha intro here but I guess it’s good ‘cause it’s a “stress reliever!” Tha 1st verse iz here at :59 and it sounds good wit tha rappin’; luvin’ tha combination of lyrics!! Your “booty starts ta wigglin’,” lol! Thumbs up to tha hot shit in tha 1st verse; tha 2nd verse iz already here as I speak! You sound good on tha 3rd verse here too; glad you hook up wit REAL HOT producers when it comes to your shit! I’m glad they accept you just like they accept me fa what I do! This ending sounds long too for some reason… My Rating: 3.8


½time: You’re DEFINITELY puttin’ in work right chea!! Your new mixtape (which I’m reviewin’ next) must be JUST AS HOT!! Luv your combination of styles as well as these kick-ass producers!! Tha featuers you have on here so far are GR8 too!! Keep doin’ tha damn thang!! Tha average CD rating right now iz at 4.2!!


10. “We’re Falling”
Wonder what this gon be like… >>> A lil’ slower on tha beat but it sounds hot when your voice comes in! Good “stress reliever” singin’ on tha hook right chea… and, tha 1st verse (unexpected transition). I like dat “I promise I will fu—fuck fa eva” part!! Nice and unexpected wit this kinda style!! Tha rest sounds consistent and kinda long ‘til about 2:55, where you start talkin’… Good “stress reliever”-type shit once again! My Rating: 3.5


11. “Home Sweet Home”
Looks like an aight title but iz GR8 when it’s Baton Rouge/New Orleans/Louisiana, ya dig! >>> Whoo @ tha production start here; sounds like they stole a Trance beat or somethin’ but sounds HOT!!! Tha hook sounds HOT AS HELL TOO!!! DEFINITELY MUCH BETTA THAN WHAT I WAS EXPECTIN’!!! Even addin’ a Bounce style in tha beat here; REALLY HOT for tha 1st verse here!!! Louisiana meets Electronica/Trance in a HOT style!!! There’s SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many rhymes goin’ on here in tha 1st verse; SHIT YEA!!! This would sound pretty HOT on my radio show!! GR8 feelin’ here, ya dig!! Tha 2nd verse was okay fa this. I’m sometimes unaware of tha transitions from verses to hooks at times so I don’t really catch tha transitions here and there… But yea, you DEFINITELY held it down here!! My Rating: 4.8


12. “Whinky Town”
LOL @ this title; what could I expect for only 1:04? >>> Sounds like a mix between “Welcome To Jamrock” and “Give Me That”? It’s more tha “Give Me That” beat but you “welcomed me to “Whinky Town”!” Sounds cool for tha short length of what it iz; I like how you DEMANDIN’ tha “whinky,” lol! My Rating: 4.0


13. “I Need You To Hate”
Anotha really short one @ 1:16 on tha length… >>> LOL @ tha 50 Cent start! I remember this yucky song/times of ’05; “Hustler’s Ambition” or somethin’ like dat… You sound like a typical, undaground male rapper in Baton Rouge here, lol. It sounds cool fa what it iz for a quick song. My Rating: 3.7


14. “Sleeping Without Feeling”
I guess this iz tha jacked beat time in tha mixtape ‘cause all tha songs are real short; this one’s 1:24… >>> I dunno this beat but it sounds a lil’ old (like Pre-Wayne times before he blew up). Tha sample ain’t dat bad here; I like this title. You sound cool here wit these real-life-type rhymes here wit what’s goin’ on “in tha mornin’,” ya dig. My Rating: 3.6


15. “Please Me (Poem)”
A “poem” this time? A lil’ longer on tha length here (3:30) so let’s see how long this “poem” iz… >>> This beat sounds a lil’ jacked beat mixed wit some NYC flava (like Wyclef or somethin’…). Sounds like R. Kelly in tha background? Sounds like a duet or somethin’; iz dis where Boogie Man comes in? ROFL @ “we’ll have you catchin’ erections” and tha “orgasms” shit! I’m like tryin’ to figure out if Boogie Man’s tha feature on this and all of a sudden, “erection-beggin’ and orgasm-beggin’” comes outta this, lol!! Sounds like some sex goin’ on here at 2:32; interestin’ shit! For some reason, tha way it’s delivered, it reminds me of Amanda Diva’s “My Mother”. Not exactly tha content but how tha lyrics are delivered like a poem. My Rating: 3.7


16. “The Deat Beat (Poem)”
Oh… What’s wrong wit “tha beat” itself, lol? This looks like it’ll be an interestin’ “poem” once again! >>> Kinda Gospelish on tha start… Okay, some Hip-Hop flava @ :11 although it sounds like it’s too loud? I remember this beat but can’t exactly guess what it iz… Floetry’s debut song? I dunno… But, it sounds cool dat you brought it back here fa this “poem.” Anyway, not much goin’ on here… Okay, more’s here at 1:07. I dunno ‘bout this one; this sounds too talkative… My Rating: 3.2


17. “Ain’t I A Woman”
Let’s see what you got here… >>> LOL, back to tha original production here; lookin’ forward!! “Kissin’ on a gurl?” You were “[somethin’] on her nipples?” What was dat line? Anyway, good shit sound here; “titties in your face!” Keep those “titties wigglin’,” ya di-i-i-i-ig!!! Tha hook sounds good; a lil’ on tha Nu$$ie vibe here! “Titties knockin’ niggaz out;” whoo!! You even expectin’ someone ta “beat their meat” on this shit, lol!! Tons of shit you be spittin’ here; a lotta shit dat’s for tha streetz here! “I grill all in they face… Wit a shit look in his face;” gutta shit!! LOL @ tha “my name iz Cinderella / I put my money on tha dressa!!” part; luvin’ all these rhymes and how you deliver ‘em!! Ooh, tha final verse has some drug-type shit here, where they “delivered all tha bricks;” gutta shit once again! You “gotta fuck this song” ‘cause you “not a virgin,” lol… I feel like I quoted nearly tha whole song here! My Rating: 4.4


18. “R.I.P. Nu$$ie” Feat. Boogie Man
You saved dis fa tha end… What’ll come outta it? >>> Sounds like some DJin’ goin’ on here in tha beginning… Oh, anotha jacked beat (“You’re Everything” beat from ’08); sounds good fa this topic! Glad it’s NOT a sad endin’ ta where I’m bored! Glad ta hear tha personal lyrics here; good shit! I don’t have much ta say about it although it sounds kinda loud on this joint once again wit tha quality… Oh, Boogie Man’s on this? Glad I finally ID’d him! I like how he sounds; he sounds like he rolled wit Nu$$ too! He DEFINITELY fit GR8 on dis, ya dig!! I feel GR8 for Nu$$ie likin’ his awards I made for him on my 2008 Awards as well as shoutin’ me out on Jimmy The DJ’s “Gangsta Gumbo Vol. 2”! Shit, it just randomly ended wit a “Mobbin’” in tha background? And now, tha beat came back for like five seconds outta nowhere, lol? Now, it sounds like your song in tha background this time? Interestin’ endin’; glad I hear your voice at tha end too! ROFL @ tha cold-ass endin’ again!! My Rating: 4.2


Overall: You DEFINITELY are someone GR8 right chea, Sheen!! You came through wit a WHOLE LOTTA shit right chea and I’m glad you hittin’ ’10 hard too!! Keep up tha REAL GR8 work and keep representin’ tha Boot wit err-body!!
