‘Bout ta keep dis marathon goin’, ya dig!! Up next in tha marathon of Louisiana CDs iz… Vis-u-al-o-gy “A Study Of Self Perception”! Shout out ta Champaine Records on dis one and those in tha group: G-Spade, G-Squad, Lil’ Lo, Coniac, Predator & S.T.S.! I don’t have a tracklisting so I’m gonna have ta just do a blind review. I believe dis iz my 1st blind review in my marathon. Start Time: 11:47 AM | End Time: 12:27 PM


Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Let’s see what we got here ta start this “Vis-u-al-o-gy/Visualogy” shit off! >>> Cool start. I saw someone post this online and it’s called “Shots Ring”. Tha hook DEFINITELY sounds cool and tha 1st verse DEFINITELY on sum gangsta-ass shit right chea!! DEFINITELY inta this shit on a REAL NICE gangsta beat too!! Tha rapidness of tha rappin’ iz NUTS!!! Ooh, G-Squad hoppin’ onta tha 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse right chea, doin’ a NICE job wit his gutta-ass!! Definitely inta this gangsta-ass hook!! Tha 2nd verse DEFINITELY has some MO hot shit goin’ on!! Tha 1st ½ of it was kinda short but tha 2nd ½ REALLY holdin’ it down!! My Rating: 4.7


02. “Vis-u-al-o-gy”
Time fa tha next joint, clockin’ in at 5:07 on tha length! How gangsta’ll this joint be? >>> Sounds like a spooky start! Ooh, “smoke on dat cronic” for tha hook right chea!! DEFINITELY soundin’ good; I’ll call it “Vis-u-al-o-gy,” a self-titled single! DEFINITELY a REAL HOT, laid-back hook!!! Tha 1st verse sounds like it off ta a REAL GOOD start wit y’all doin’ ya thang wit CRAZY-ASS, GANGSTA-ASS lyrics!!! NICE job wit tha 1st ½ of tha 1st verse and now, Coniac doin’ a REAL, REAL NICE job on tha 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse!!! “Oh, SHIT!!!” DEFINITELY luved how dat came through outta nowhere!! This iz DEFINITELY a classic to tha fullest!!! Ooh, a 3rd part to tha 1st verse right chea; goin’ NUTS wit this street-ass shit!! Your rhymes DEFINITELY serve a purpose right chea!!! Tha last part of tha 3rd part REALLY sounds REAL HOT!!! Ooh, there’s a 4th part right chea, keepin’ this shit REAL consistent!!! Tha gangsta shit goin’ on in dis verse DEFINITELY’s REAL HOT!!!!! Tha “buh-bye” shit at tha end of tha part (3:28) sounded REAL RAW!!! Tha 5th part here iz CRAZY too!!! “Money out tha ass-lick;” lol!! This iz DEFINITELY RAW SHIT AT ITS FINEST!!! LOL, here’s tha hook again at tha end; good shit!! My Rating: 5.0

Let’s keep dis HOT SHIT comin’ along!!! >>> Soundin’ like a dry, Trip-Hop start wit tha sound. Let’s see how much this transforms inta somethin’ HOT!! DEFINITELY likin’ tha “Roger Rabbit” shit startin’ off tha 1st verse at :34!! I would LUV ta find a hard copy of this shit online; I’d BUY IT, no matta tha co$t!!! I’ll call this shit “Ill Niggas” ‘cause of how it was tha last thang said before tha 1st verse ended. Anyway, nice job wit tha hook; doin’ tha damn thang, “ill” style! Tha 2nd verse has some INJECTIN’ & INFECTIN’ rhymes goin’ on here, ya dig!! DEFINITELY feelin’ how y’all bringin’ dis shit to tha table!!! Tha 3rd verse DEFINITELY has a nice vibe to tha raw-ass rhymes goin’ on here!! Y’all REALLY holdin’ it down fa tha streetz to tha fullest!!! My Rating: 4.7

Y’all REALLY consistent wit it; DEFINITELY luvin’ dis tape right chea!!! What’ll tha next joint be called on this right chea? >>> Tha beat start sounds hella cool! I hear “Roger Rabbit” again right chea so iz this a radio edit? Tha beat iz different from tha last song so I guess this iz just a remix? It sounds MUCH hotter so far!! If this iz just sayin’ “ill,” then I’ll just call this song “Ill” then. My Rating: 4.8

What’ll this joint be? >>> I see tha length of 4:17 here so it must be “If They Take Me,” which I found on YouTube. Yup, it iz (I hear tha hook now). Tha beat iz aight here but there’s a shit-load of shit bein’ spit in tha 1st verse; definitely nice! Ooh, tha hook sounds HOT wit dat instrument in it! I like how y’all flow on it!! Tha 2nd verse iz here and there’s a good amount of rhymes bein’ spit here; interestin’ shit/real shit!! Tha 3rd verse iz comin’ through wit some mo real shit on those dat’s listenin’; good shit! My Rating: 4.2


06. “Southern Life”
Time fa dis joint right chea; what’ll I hear? >>> Sounds like this’ll be called “Southern Life;” soundin’ pretty good wit tha “Southern” beat and hook right chea! Tha 1st verse has interestin’ shit goin’ on here; good shit, my boy! You DEFINITELY know what you’re doin’ when it comes ta dis gangsta-ass shit right chea!! Tha 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse REALLY ‘bout dat G-shit to tha fullest!!! Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ pretty good on this shit right chea! Nice job wit tha attitude! Ooh, tha 2nd ½ of tha 2nd verse has a lotta shit breakin’ in it at one point; DEFINITELY on dat gangsta shit to tha fullest!! Tha 3rd verse has good shit goin’ on wit mo gangsta-ass shit to tha fullest!! Damn, it’s gettin’ pretty HOT wit tha lyrical content startin’ ‘round 3:33!! My Rating: 4.5

Let’s keep it goin’ right chea!! Any radio edits? >>> This beat intro sounds cool; y’all got these tracks on lock!! Startin’ dis shit off wit some G-shit right chea!! DEFINITELY feelin’ tha gangsta-ass shit to tha fullest!! Tha 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse sounds REAL HOT wit all tha REAL-ASS shit (and attitude) goin’ on here, ESPECIALLY wit tha beat gettin’ betta ‘round :57!!! I hear tha hook and it DEFINITELY iz on tha homie tip right chea wit “havin’ someone’s back;” good shit! Shit yea @ tha shit from 2:06 – 2:22; REAL CRAZY-ASS SHIT (AND IT KEEPS GOIN’)!!!!! Tha 3rd verse almost reminded me of Murdafeen fa a second, lol. It sounds like it has a gr8 start ta it, ya dig! Tha two parts of tha 3rd verse sound good; y’all keepin’ it real hot to tha fullest on dis shit right chea!! My Rating: 4.8

Only two jointz left; what’ll this one sound like? DEFINITELY lookin’ forward (as always)!!! >>> Sounds gr8 for a start in tha beat here! Oh, shit, LUVIN’ THA VOCALS & FLOW RIGHT CHEA!!!!! This shit’s DEFINITELY crazy!!!!! LUVIN’ tha crazy-ass shit right chea!! Oh, iz this anotha version of one of tha songs? I hear tha “I Got Cha Back” shit again… Anyway, tha 2nd verse keepin’ dis REAL HOT SHIT COMIN’!!!!! “Swangin’ through da grapevine!!” I call this shit “Tha Jungle,” ya dig! Y’all DEFINITELY sound like y’all swangin’ and shit “through vines!” Tha 3rd verse STILL keepin’ this shit goin’ REAL TIGHT to tha fullest!!! My Rating: 5.0
