LuckyDogz Entertainment Promotion Policy

LuckyDogz Entertainment Promotion Policy

EFFECTIVE 6.21.2018
LAST UPDATED 2.17.2024

For FrankieThaLuckyDog's LuckyDogz Entertainment label & promotions, he now has a representative that helps him out, when he's either busy or chooses not to answer an uncomfortable conversation.  Now that he's 35, he's realizing more how much of an O.G. he is to the underground of Louisiana and in the world, in general.  Throughout his difficult life of being autistic, he's been taken advantage of and abused by peers.  With everything he's acquired, him & the label are now putting an end to the disrespect by stopping anyone in their path, if they decide to be disrespectful to him & the label.  He doesn't bring drama to the table and he's a very giving person, so nothing's ever his fault.  If anybody wants to be disrespectful to him & the label, feel free to lose contact with us.  LuckyDogz Entertainment has three different types of levels, when it comes to the people to watch out for & their actions:

Level 1: Warning
Level 1 is for anybody who has caused verbal abuse and/or has used LuckyDogz Entertainment as a tactic to achieve a financial gain.  Those people are to not be trusted, on a serious level & may not always get free promotion with LuckyDogz Entertainment.

Level 2: Banning
Level 2 is for anybody who has stolen & not returned any money to LuckyDogz Entertainment.  Those people are banned from any business, banned from any free promotion & are considered unsafe with LuckyDogz Entertainment.  If any Level 2 people have the potential to be featured in any newly-released content from LuckyDogz Entertainment, their names will be blurred, their face will be blurred & any audio containing their voice will not be used.

Level 3: Expelled
*EFFECTIVE June 26, 2022 @ 4:05 a.m.*
Level 3 is a new level of safety measures for LuckyDogz Entertainment.  On June 26, 2022, at 4:05 a.m., while helping an artist out, the artist smacked Frankie two times in the face!  The incident caused LuckyDogz Entertainment to expel the affected artist & later on, expel their son, who's an artist, too.  Any artist causing physical/mental damage to a LuckyDogz Entertainment member will result in all of their media being removed, their name in any descriptions being removed & an instant ban on supporting anything they bring to the table.  If any media remains online, LuckyDogz Entertainment chooses to create a paper trail to let people know the dangers of a Level 3 person.  A safety prompt may also be issued to linking with artists in the same affected city as the Level 3 person.

Selective Answering Promotion Policy

Not only does Frankie's autistic behavior/tastes confuse the norm but as a man in his 30's, he demands the legendary respect for the type of consistent, promotional work he puts in.  With this being said, when it comes to Instagram likes/comments, out of a 2,000-follower rate, per post, he only receives an average of about 0.2% of acknowledgements from his followers; that's about four or five likes per post.

Also, when tagging any artist featured in his promotions, there are situations where the artists choose not to view, like &/or comment his content.  However, come to find out, they're on Instagram damn-near every day, posting more than Frankie, liking/commenting other peoples' posts, etc.; this behavior is NOT tolerated!  Anytime Frankie notices selective behavior like this, he will decrease his odds of engaging in any activity with the artist (e.g., likes, comments, playlist spins, certain promotions).

Time Management Equality Policy

Frankie is a very dependable, responsible man, who has his times down to the seconds.  However, there are people that he deals with that manipulate & control the factor of time.  For example, if he's on the phone with someone and they tell him, "I'll call you back in 30 minutes."  If that "30 minutes" or an amount of time after goes by without a call or text, it throws multiple situations off:
  • Self-Esteem: Frankie may feel like he's not important to the other person, though it's really the other person that has an irresponsible character.
  • Schedule: Frankie chooses to put things on hold to extend the courtesy for the other person's wish.
  • Thought Process: The conversation that was paused might've had more to offer.
Going into effect on Frankie's 32nd birthday, on June 21, 2020, Frankie will now mimic anyone's broken promises.  Let's say, if on June 21, 2020, at 12:30 p.m., someone tells Frankie, "Lemme call you back in an hour."  According to their intended promise, if that "hour" passes, then the way they put Frankie on hold will result in him putting them on hold, as well, for an equal amount of time.  An example of this situation is that, if they finally hit Frankie back on June 28, 2020, at 5:33 p.m.--that's a total of one week, four hours & three minutes from their original, promised time (June 21, 2020, at 1:30 p.m.) that Frankie had to wait past their promised time--then Frankie will wait a total of one week, four hours & three minutes to hit them back, intentionally (on July 5, 2020, at 9:36 p.m.).

Us at LuckyDogz Entertainment strive to make time management a priority to not only what we love to do but for the professionalism, as well.  Any form of broken promises will NOT be tolerated!
