Broadcasting from tha Ontelaunee Lake, here in Ontelaunee Township, PA, it's ya boy, FrankieThaLuckyDog here, sadly reportin' anotha tragic loss in tha Louisiana rap community.
Justin Abadie, better known by his stage name, J-Dirty, was murdered on Halloween night, Saturday, October 31, 2020, around 7:30 PM; he was only 37 years-old. According to officials, Abadie was in his vehicle, on the 3900 block of North 38th Street, when a gunshot struck him. Despite being taken to tha hospital, Abadie succumbed to his fatal shot. Currently, this investigation iz ongoing; an arrest & motive are yet to be determined.
J-Dirty was born in Baton Rouge, LA on September 4, 1983. A Southern University graduate, J-Dirty always had a passion for tha music business. During his late teens, in March 2003, J-Dirty was approached by Baton Rouge rapper, Terror, a.k.a. Cheez & k.n.a. Lawd Cheezus. Shortly after, he became Cheez's manager & tha group, Down Bad, was ready to take off. Down Bad originally consisted of five members: Cage, Jack Da Rippa, JR Dot, Supa & Terror a.k.a. Cheez. Tha group released Underground Hits, Vol. 2 & Underground Hits, Vol. 3 in 2004, followed by D.R.U.G.S. (Dope Records Used 2 Get Scrilla) & Underground Hits, Vol. 4 in 2005. In 2006, tha group kept it goin' with D.R.U.G.S. (Dope Records Used 2 Get Scrilla) 2: Tha Ovadose & tha 5th installment of their Underground Hits mixtapes, releasing Underground Hits, Vol. 5. Tha following year, in 2007, Down Bad dropped Da Sickest Mixtape, while member Terror dropped his solo debut, When Terror Strikes. Tha group also won tha Group of the Year award at tha Crunkfest 2K7 Music Awards. In 2008, Down Bad had even more multiple releases: From Da Block 2 Da Club, The Sickest 2K8 & ex-member, Supa's Live From 225. Following up 2008 with 2009, Down Bad continued with tha Macked Out Movement's Take Dat, Vol. 2, Supa's Hood Supastar & Hood Supastar, Vol. 2, as well as Terror's Terror N Da Ghetto. As tha 2010's rolled in, member Supa released It's Retarted but went his Macked Out Music route, independently, while tha other four members released Rerock. In 2011, Terror's third solo effort, Interrorgated, was released. Keepin' thangz movin' in 2012, Down Bad's most-recent release was released: Da Final Four. However, shortly after, tha group went on hiatus. J-Dirty later started his own label, Dirty Management, managing fellow Baton Rouger, Mista Cain; Cheez turned into "Lawd Cheezus" & formed his own label, YBS Entertainment; Cage, Jack & JR have been layin' low, as of lately. Not to worry, though; on September 11, 2020, Frankie met up with Cheezus to talk about tha past & current life of Down Bad. He told Frankie that err-body still cool wit each other & that it's not impossible to hear some new music, one day. Earlier, on September 4th, J-Dirty celebrated his 37th birthday.

Here
goes anotha review, brought to you by Macked Out Music: King Arthur Retawded-ville.
Nice title, though why released in 2012 and I’m hearin’ it now? Y’all gotta
start respectin’ me more and gettin’ me y’all music on time, rather than not
thankin’ me for awards and shit! Hell, I even had my radio show still, at tha
time (holy, Flashback Friday moment!); could’ve gotten spins! Start Time: 5:10 PM | End Time: 5:42 PM
Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0
– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!
I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long
as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and
then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a
song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6
rating, I pretty much really love it,
as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I
hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type
before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything
after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening
to it. If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or
talk about nothin’ but money and hoes (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!
Down
Bad’s song; heard this a while ago, since it was on my radio show. It’s a song
of theirs from tha last decade. Because it’s old, I neva reviewed it, yet…
>>> Almost thought it was “sumthin’” else, at first, but neva mind.
Just like I had heard before, it’s nice and hyped up, on tha hook, as well as
this nearly-influenced bounce sound! Tha 1st verse sounds nice,
here, with tha “pillz;” you know! Tha 2nd verse’s pretty fast; iz
this you? Thought this was Down Bad’s members, but I believe it’s all you,
since I barely recognize this voice… Definitely diggin’ this fastness!! Supa on
tha 3rd—ugh, “Can we start breaks,” like our girl, Ang says,
already? Can’t believe we only talked when I didn’t have a car!! How fuckin’
wack!! If I was reviewin’ this back in tha day, I would say feedback like, “Oh,
great verse wit how he comes through wit dat Baton Rouge street shit.” However, right
now, I’m just like, “Ehh, shouldn’t’ve cut me off; I’ll ignore!” My Rating: 3.9
02.
“Money Machine”
Ewe,
titles like this were still acceptable, at tha time, despite me gettin’ robbed
just two months before this CD came out! >>> Yeah, if this was back
when this first came out, I prolly would’ve enjoyed this and been like, “Ooh,
catchy title part repeatin’ on tha hook!” I’ll enjoy it at this moment, but it
gon go in one ear and out tha other, here; neva did business, yet, as well!
Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it has a nice club sound; can’t deny it!
Tha 2nd verse sounds good ta hear, too; almost sounds like featured
people I don’t know of, at times… Because of titles like this, this iz why I’ve
fallen off, just so you know. Like, you neva really see me do Louisiana shit, anymore; you gotta be luckily! My Rating: 4.1
03.
“Hit Da Floor” feat. Supa & Tank Jones
Let’s
“hit” it! >>> Really diggin’ tha beat start a whole lot! LOL, Down Bad
& Macked Out Music’s sound seems soooooooooooooo
long ago, like when I first started my 2nd college. Ugh, it’s Supa
on tha 1st verse; whateva, but let’s pretend I enjoy this… Thinkin’
‘bout it: Supa was two years ahead of his time of ruinin’ my Louisiana
connection by blockin’ me from Facebook on January 2, 2012, two years before DJ
B-Real ruined it all for me, by blockin’ me on February 5, 2014. Like, what’s
wrong with these people? It’s a business world and I’m bein’ blocked, as well
as no numbers to get a hold of anyone? COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
Hearin’ tha 2nd verse from you, I believe, and it sounds nice.
However, I think I lost full passion for this track, already; prolly could’ve
just been you… LOL, speakin’ of Flashback Friday, Tank Jones on tha 3rd
verse; neva hear him on tracks, ever, these dayz… Sounds nice; great
consistency of tha club flow, as always! I feel like I’m 20 again! Those 2008
times! My Rating: 4.2
04.
“Bottles & Boppers” feat. Supa
>>>
Sounds like a crazy beat start, this time! It’s just like how I felt about tha
previous beat, but this one sounds crazier!! Really diggin’ tha hook; lost in a
trance wit these sounds! You got it goin’ on wit tha 1st verse,
here! BTW, by tha time I finally make
my debut in Louisiana,
are y’all gon still be into tha “club”? I hope it doesn’t age; I still haven’t
been to one, yet! I mean, you’re only 28; don’t feel aged, yet, Mr. Arthur!
Catchy 1st verse wit how you repetitively sound with tha “bottles on
deck, boppers on deck” shit! And, my anticipation ruined on tha 2nd
verse wit Supa, here. I really shouldn’t’ve reviewed this CD, especially since
it wasn’t even sent to me. However, I just need files to fill up my data DVD,
since I haven’t backed up music files since May 2014. That’s anotha reason why
I’m just doin’ reviewz that go in one ear and out tha other! As far as tha
verse, it just flows wit tha track, but once again, it could’ve just been you
on tha track and I would’ve been happier! Can’t stand listenin’ to people blockin’ me!! Almost sounds like anotha
feature on tha 3rd verse? Can’t exactly tell, but it sounds like a
cocky dude, spittin’ a cocky verse wit cocky lyrics; bleh… Wow, just barely
cracked tha 4.0 mark; could’ve been a 4.4 if it wasn’t fa these features! And,
12 seconds of silence at tha end, too, smh… My Rating: 4.0
05.
“Party”
>>>
A true jigg sound, here; hope it ain’t ruined by features, for tha 3rd
time in a row!! Tha hook sounds pretty nice; can’t complain… Wit this
addictive-soundin’ beat proceedin’, we got tha 1st verse, here… You
should list your features on tha CD, since I know who’s who… A lil’ bit of
Partners-N-Crime “Pump Tha Party”-kinda feel before tha 1st verse
ends, here; nice lil’ twist… Tha 2nd verse has a nice Down Bad flow,
here, though I’m kinda losin’ full interest, at times… Like, tha previous
tracks would’ve been betta like this… Here’s more to tha 2nd verse
with anotha dude, here… It sounds okay; can’t complain, though just straight…
And, anotha unknown person on tha 3rd verse; decent, once again, but
keeps tha vibe on-n-poppin’… Even more on tha—ugh, iz that Supa on tha 2nd
½ of tha 3rd verse? Interest steadily slidin’ down! Bet this an old,
’05 song or somethin’ by Down Bad! My
Rating: 3.8
½time: Expected this to be way
better, but tha weird vibes and unknown features kinda throw me off… Either
way, tha beats are really great, at least! And, tha average CD rating’s at an
exact 4.0
flat! No roundin’ up, no roundin’ down!

“Move Fa Da Money” (Supa feat. Level)
How
‘bout this: Look how I reviewed this, back on January 16, 2011, when it was
featured on my 4th mixtape compilation:
What’s
wit all these artists wit mysterious CDs on this mixtape? Again, I think Supa
has a CD—make that a few CDs—out and
they’re never arrivin’ at my door? Anotha catchy, simple song here…
Even
at that time, CDs weren’t arrivin’ at
my door! I should’ve known I had fallen off at that time, too! Not only that,
Supa has, like, tha weirdest times
with me! Last time I talked to him was back when I didn’t even drive my car?!? WTF?!? He prolly still
treats me like I’m 21 and can’t handle my 27-year-old ass! I reviewed this on
January 16, 2011? Well, four exact years later, I was goin’ dumb to a weed
cookie! Wow, sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
advanced from our last conversation!! Betta play catch up, Supa!! My Current Rating: 4.2
07.
“No One Like Her” (Supa)
>>> Here we go wit tha Supa shit in tha beginnin’… Okay, lets pretend
I’m still in 2009 or somethin’… Tha beat sounds nice and tha hook’s kinda
catchy wit tha slight singin’… Tha 1st verse’s soundin’ straight;
it’s whateva… Tha rest of this sounds random; next… My Rating: 3.7
08.
“Rock Wit Me”
>>>
Aaliyah “Rock The Beat” sample, here, along wit a lil’ bit of Crime Mob &
Lil’ Scrappy “Rock Yo Hips” remake in tha beginning… This sounds just okay, for
me; kinda sounds like it’s basin’ itself off of a bunch of samples… My Rating: 2.8
09.
“Know Wat I Mean” (Hey Daem)
Wrong
form: “Know” (or “Kno”), not “No”. >>> Sounds like I’ve heard this
before? Y’all said, “Hey Daem,” was tha feature? Sounds like a catchy hook with
a nice-soundin’ beat… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it sounds good.
Weird how this only has one verse? Forgot what tha length was, but it’s
whateva; nice, either way… LOL, can’t believe how obsessed I used to be with Louisiana rap music; so
weird!! I didn’t have friends, back then, lol!! My Rating: 4.0
10.
“Fucked Up” (Supa feat. Big Poppa)
>>>
Here we go wit tha Supa shit again… Honestly, I thought this was gonna sound
pretty nice for tha beat start, to end this shit off… Really? What’s wit this
clean edit shit? “Move fa da money, got it tatted on me;” ewe, so obsessed, in my Jenna tone!! Sounds like
Big Poppa on tha 2nd verse? ‘Bout time I correctly analyze a
feature! Sounds nice, regardless, but tha consistency’s ruined by censored
words! My Rating: 3.6
Overall: I had a mixed review with
this CD, and I know with this just bein’ released 17 dayz after Supa blocked
me, I prolly wouldn’t’ve been that happy back then, as well… Either way, nice
beats; that’s all I can say!

03. “No Game Show” Feat. Jab & Piz Corleone Let’s hear what’s goin’ on wit this anti-“game show”, lol! >>> Ooh, really likin’ tha beat, here; reminds me of tha old-soundin’ Down Bad shit!! Really likin’ tha shit goin’ on wit tha 1st verse, Greg; great way of bein’ “married” to “[your] pistol!” Ooh, “game show”s are in tha 1st ½ of tha hook and really, “it ain’t a game” ta describe tha 2nd ½ of tha hook; definitely catchy as fuck, here!! Tha 2nd verse iz soundin’ off to a great start wit Jab on it! I like all tha “dawg” parts; definitely holdin’ it down, Jab! Piz sounds pretty good on tha 3rd verse; definitely feelin’ tha vibe, here, wit all this hyped-upness! Ooh, 1:47 left? Long outro comin’ up? Tha hook almost sounds like Piz Corleone! Oh wait, Mel’s on tha 4th verse; thumbs up ta Nip (I guess?) on tha 3rd verse, though! I like tha family vibe, here; lol @ all tha drinks. I saw a flyer for somethin’ recently and it said $50 for a bottle of somethin’; kinda WTF for me? My Rating: 4.4
06. “Macked Out Party” Feat. Supa Just you? >>> LOL @ tha beginning wit Supa; sounds like somethin’ anticipatin’, includin’ this King Arthur beat/sounds! 08. “Problem Child” What do we got, here? >>> Ooh, a King Arthur beat dat sounds like tha Early 2000s, a lil’! Gangsta lyrics comin’ from you, here; definitely feelin’ ‘em, of course! LOL @ tha “pull yo pants up” and “why you smokin’ cigarettes” part; I can’t picture y’all “smokin’ cigarettes” ‘cause basically, it’s weed! “Cigarettes” seem gay/typical; can’t stand my mom buyin’ a pack every day or two! Tha hook sounds pretty nice; good shit you bringin’, too! All these problems can come into play nicely, thanx ta this song! My Rating: 4.4
09. “Bird Call” Feat. Pounds LOL, this made it! Thought it was one of tha most-surprising-soundin’ collaborations, but then again, y’all are cousinz, lol. As reviewed on Pounds’s two mixtapes, this iz definitely nice, overall, wit a great beat and great contributions from tha both of y’all! My Current Rating: 4.4

13. “Money My Motivator” Feat. Jab & Mel 985 LOL, sequel? >>> Nice dialect in tha beginning… Nice job wit tha beat, of course; like my tracks A+! Also, this iz a good “money” song, unlike most bullshit songs out there. Tha 2nd verse iz pretty good, too; was wondering how long this was wit tha two verses from you, but there’s room… Here’s tha 3rd verse (Jab?), comin’ through wit some good shit… Maybe this iz Jab on tha 4th verse? Tha rhymes are for tha ladies in tha beginning; pretty good, although I’m lookin’ forward ta hearin’ tha “weed” lines. LOL, good combo, especially on tha hook; ROFL @ how Sup says, “weed;” luv it!! Alexia would say it better: “love it! He iz so good!!” Hope she interviews you one day, even though I dunno when we’ll be in person—tha three of us. You keepin’ dis shit on ‘n’ poppin’; gotta luv it!! My Rating: 4.5
15. “I’m Lifted” (Mel 985 Feat. Piz Corleone) Back to tha Piz beats! >>> Didn’t anticipate tha start too much, but it sounds like a sequel from tha last joint wit tha weed topic. Ooh, really on tha weed tip, here, wit a betta set of lyrics and weed shit! Thumbs up ta tha two of y’all comin’ through on dis track! If it wasn’t fa tha smoke-type topic, I prolly wouldn’t like tha hook too much. Tha 2nd verse iz a shitload of weed-related shit vs. tha gurls—like tha last song, lol. This shit continues ta be good even though I’m losin’ a lil’ interest in tha beat… My Rating: 4.1
16. “No Emotions” (Supa Feat. Level & Big World) LOL, we all know dis. And for those dat don’t know, Piz did tha beat; classic, 2010-type shit. My Current Rating: 4.5
17. “In My Own Zone” (Young Gregory) E.P. on tha track! Such a great song; luved when Greg sent it to me! It was outta nowhere and I found out it was on dis CD, so you know it’s Macked Out to tha bone, here! What an addictive hook!! LOL, what more could you ask for wit Greg??? Glad there’s a whole song of him, here!! Tha beat’s hot and Greg keeps tha consistent rhymes comin’ ‘long!! My Current Rating: 4.6
18. “So Whopped Wit It” (Supa Feat. Young Gregory & Jack (Down Bad)) LOL, “Wit It” added to tha title; we all know dis. LOL, it’s so old dat y’all forgot ta put, “PROD BY: KING ARTHUR,” on tha back cover, lol. My Current Rating: 4.5
19. “Above Myself” Feat. Lil’ Dame, Trap, Piz Corleone & Supa A coupla newbies… Piz Corleone doin’ tha beat, though. >>> Tha title sounds good on dis joint; gotta feel “above (yourself),” ya dig? You already know what it iz!! Dat 1st verse sounds nice; must be Lil’ Dame? Good 1st time hearin’, I think! Tha 2nd verse (Trap?) sounds a lil’ like Big Poppa, lol; good shit, too. Piz’s on tha 3rd verse, also bringin’ good shit. Last, Supa; what more could I say? Gotta luv him!! My Rating: 4.3
Overall: Anotha 5-star-rated CD from tha Macked Out clique!! That’s what it’s all about: consistency; glad I have a shitload of it!!!

This CD was 3/10s a point betta than “It’s Retarted”, lol! That’s how close it gets!!!
Tryna
catch up wit tha remainin’ reviewz before tha month ends… There’s about 60 more
CDs I have to check out. Let’s start today off wit reviewin’ Supa “It’s
Retarted”! Originally, two years ago, I was embarrassed dat there was
no apostrophe in tha title when called for. Now, it’s whateva; I know when ta
put it! Why iz tha artwork so tiny? Tha back cover I was able to find perfectly
online, though—good thing. Now, let’s see all tha hype ‘bout dis! Start Time: 4:35 PM | End Time: 5:16 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0
– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I
don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like
it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites,
I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I
love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s
considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a
5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I
listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of
tha song while I’m listening to it.
With tha apostrophe!
>>> Oh yea, produced by King Arthur, here. Sounds perfect for an intro
here between tha topic, title, hook, beat, and how you come through wit dat hot
shit! :tu My Rating: 4.4
02.
“How Do You Want It”
Anotha
King Arthur-produced track! >>> Almost sounds like Soul II Soul’s
“Back To Life” song sampled in your vocals on tha hook; pretty catchy… I like
how this beat sounds; almost sounds like The Neptunes from a decade ago (who
would’ve thought that would be a decade ago, already)! My Rating: 4.2
03.
“No Emotions” Feat. Level & Big World
That’s
and
on tha back cover! Oh, Piz Corleone on tha beat; would’ve neva guessed who it was. Anyway, still pretty good and I’m sure
it’s on dat new Macked Out CD! My
Current Rating: 4.5
04.
King Arthur Talks
>>>
Doesn’t sound like him. What’s wit tha “nuts” shit, lol? Sounds a lil’
hilarious. My Rating: N/A
05.
“Overhere”
LOL,
compound word? That’s new. >>> Glad King Arthur holdin’ down tha
beats! Sounds pretty catchy; really likin’ how you sayin’ tha title, lol! Real
consistent wit how you come through wit it! LOL, “I ain’t even take a bath,
yet,” lol! My Rating: 4.4
06.
“Like Yeah” Feat. Big World, Young Gregory & Jab
LOL
@ tha “an” instead of “and” on tha
back cover. Anyway, let’s hear anotha production from Piz Corleone and a tight-lookin’ collaboration!!
>>> I’m likin’ how tha beat sounds; catchy hook, ya dig? You’re comin’
through wit your coolness (as always)! LOL, Big World on tha 2nd
verse? He should be 1st in tha ID, not Jab! Anyway, good shit from
World; you know what it iz wit him! ROFL, Young Greg on tha start of tha 3rd
verse? He should be above Jab, too! Gotta luv how he comes through on tha
track; nothin’ beats Greg!! Keep dat
character comin’ on tha track!! Jab sounds like he fits fa tha M.O.M. as well
as this track wit y’all on tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse;
good shit! My Rating: 4.3
07.
“A Milli” Feat. BluBlack & Disco
LOL,
not featurin’ but w/BluBlack as well as on tha beat; let’s hear it!
>>> Although kinda gay ta use this sample, it doesn’t stop this from
soundin’ betta/hot! LOL, Blu doin’ a nice job on tha 1st verse, ya
dig? Sounds like good, family-related music. “So many miles per hour on tha
dash, you can’t chase us;” how and where do people drive so fast when there’s
buku things and cars in tha road? SMH @ tha “free Lil’ Wayne”
part on tha 2nd hook; fuck him since he ain’t ‘bout no Louisiana shit, no more!
You sound pretty good on tha 2nd verse, keepin’ it consistent! ROFL,
randomly, Disco of tha Flippa Boyz appeared on tha 3rd verse? Why in
tha hell ain’t he sourced on tha
feature? :confused See, he should be sourced ‘cause he definitely adds interest ta tha track, ya dig? My Rating: 4.5
08.
“No Sleep” Feat. Piz Corleone & Young Gregory
This
looks interestin’, wit Piz on tha beat, too! >>> Likin’ tha beat
start; sounds like dis gon be hot! Tha hook’s catchy; not on some bullshit
“money” topic this time! Piz sounds not bad on tha 1st verse… LOL,
Greg on tha 2nd verse, “(not) home fa a week,” so you know dis was recorded last Spring! Gotta
luv Greg; he randomly appears in
pics, too! Supa, you’re “allergic ta sleep;” dumb shit! You know what it iz! My Rating: 4.5
09.
“We Gon Miss You” Feat. Big World & Ville Boyz
Just
Ville Boyz, not “The Ville Boys” on tha back cover. Plus, accordin’ to tha mp3
info and DatPiff tracklisting, it’s “U” and not “You”, too. >>> Sounds
pretty good wit anotha Piz beat! Thought it would be a lil’ different ta
disappoint me but it’s on ‘n’ poppin’, right now! Big World’s 1st in
tha feature, though; get it right! He has some catchy shit ta offer here; good
shit! You’re on tha 2nd verse, spittin’ mo’ catchy shit, here! Let’s
hear how da Ville Boyz come through fa tha 3rd verse… Luvin’ tha “horses,” lol! Tha 2nd
Ville Boy ta hop on tha 3rd verse sounds betta although tha both of
them are definitely doin’ tha damn thang when it comes ta contributin’ ta your
CD, Sup, ya dig? My Rating: 4.4
½time: Hot shit right here! So
far, you’re at a 4.4 for tha CD rating!!!
10.
“She’ont Love Me” Feat. D-Boi
Back
to tha King Arthur beats. Since this has tha “’ont” in tha title and a new
feature, I’m more anticipated! >>> Yup, sounds pretty anticipatin’ wit
tha King Arthur beat! Sounds like tha your verse and tha hook blends in to
where I couldn’t tell which was which at first. Anyway, from what I heard, it’s
off to a good start/50%, so far! D-Boi’s a lil’ focused on tha 2nd
verse; good discovery, Sup! Tha rest iz pretty good; sounds like you
contributed a ½ verse toward tha 3rd verse, Sup; feelin’ it, ya dig?
My Rating: 4.2
11.
“What Chu Want”
King
Arthur on tha beat again! >>> Tha beginning sounds pretty serious wit
tha beat! Might be a lil’ familiar? Doesn’t matter to me, now, ‘cause I’m
feelin’ tha beginning! Not bad wit how you’re comin’ through wit tha rhymes,
too… LOL, tha hook sounds funny wit tha repeatin’ as well as how you sound and
tha beat! :tu My Rating: 4.2
12.
“Let Dat Shit Go” Feat. Mel 985
Mel
wit a space, lol. Anotha King Arthur-produced joint!! >>> Can’t
complain; no need to! Likin’ how you comin’ through wit it on tha 1st
verse; pretty catchy. Tha hook’s catchy—almost sounds like “Bump Dat” although
this was—neva mind, “Bump Dat” was, like, November 2009ish; this newer, so it
prolly sound like it. Kinda on an obsessive “hoe” verse, Mel’s soundin’ pretty
catchy fa you on tha 2nd verse, here, ya dig? My Rating: 4.1
13.
“The Man Nah”
LOL,
gotta feel tha “nah” in tha title as well as tha anticipated-E.P.-produced
beat! >>> Sounds like a good start wit dis beat! Nothin’ but coolness
here! My Rating: 4.2
14.
“Hot In Dese Streets” Feat. J-Hustle
Prolly
missin’ an “e” at tha end of “Des”; I’ll put it so it flows betta. An E.P. and BluBlack-combined beat? Let’s hear
dis!! >>> Yea, tha intro sounds pretty serious on tha beat fa a Down
Bad/Macked Out-type track!! Tha hook’s definitely on point and you got shit
locked wit what you comin’ wit on this track, my boy! J-Hustle, a.k.a. Johnny
Hustle, doin’ a nice job on tha 2nd verse; good-ass shit fa tha
track! My Rating: 4.6
15.
“N V.I.P.” Feat. Piz Corleone & J-Hustle
LOL,
gotta luv these special spellin’s fa three songs in a row, now! Lookin’ forward
ta hearin’ dis—produced by King Arthur! >>> LOL, calm start but tha
beat really took off, as far as tha sound of it, on tha hook, lol! Piz sounds
pretty good on tha 1st verse; feelin’ good wit those “kush” rhymes,
ya dig? Here’s Johnny on tha 2nd verse, soundin’ consistent, once
again! LOL, you got shit on lock, too, Sup! My Rating: 4.4
16.
“Swagg Style” Feat. S.A.B.
Who’s
S.A.B. on tha feature and who’s Lil’ P.A. on tha beat? >>> Well, for
tha beat, I would think it easily fits wit your style and tha King Arthur/Piz
Corleone-produced tracks. Tha hook ain’t too bad until tha 2nd ½ of
it; kinda on tha cheesy side. This ain’t too bad wit what you comin’ wit; tha
beat iz what’s makin’ this consistent. Tha S.A.B. group (?) on tha 2nd verse sounds like a really young
person that wouldn’t match fa what you’d rap wit. Oh, it must be a group ‘cause anotha member’s on tha 2nd ½ of
tha 2nd verse, soundin’ a lil’
betta. Either way, as far as what’s spit here, it’s prolly tha
least-interestin’ outta this CD; not crazy ‘bout tha “swagg” shit. Tha 3rd
verse iz anotha group member, soundin’ like they blend in wit tha BR sound so
it ain’t too bad. “Stacks in my Levi pockets;” hope I see some of dat, soon,
since they said so! I believe dat was Lil’ P.A. on tha final verse—think I
caught him sayin’ dat. Overall, regardless of what I’ve said here and there,
this has kept my interest. My Rating: 4.2
17.
“Hood Supastar (Remix)” Feat. Terror a.k.a. Cheez, Young Ready & Big Poppa
LOL,
tha back cover says, “So Whopped”, iz up next (bonus song), ROFL! I’ll just
skip dat since it wasn’t included. This iz still good fa what it iz, no matter
what year we’re in! You prolly seen tha review somewhere so you know how I feel ‘bout dis—King Arthur
holdin’ tha beats down! My Current
Rating: 4.6
18.
“Jiggin’ Out My Body (Remix)” Feat. Big Poppa & Level
This,
too, iz still good; see tha “Hood
Supastar Vol. 2” review fa more! My
Current Rating: 4.5
Overall: You know what it iz!!
Good shit, Sup!! Keep ‘em comin’, although I ain’t gettin’ anything in tha mail
so I don’t think I’ll review any
more? :confused
