Finally
makin’ a lil’ comeback wit tha reviewz after takin’ 16 dayz break. I’m
continuin’ to review my mixtapes, as I only have one left, for now. Here’s my
review for FrankieThaLuckyDog Presents “Tha Louisiana
Archives Vol. 4: Feelin’ Like A Degree (Hosted by FrankieThaLuckyDog)”!
I named tha mixtape after how it felt December 15, 2010 in NEPA: a degree, lol!

– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I
don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like
it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites,
I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I
love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s
considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a
5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I
listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of
tha song while I’m listening to it.

Repp’d Out Villainz “Dangerous”
So
sad dat we had ta lose Soldja Hersh of tha Repp’d Out Villainz. :( Same thing
wit what I say in tha intro about losing Gunsmoke and Twelve A’Klok! Magnolia
Shorty died a day before this mixtape was released, although I did tha
voiceovers dayz before and finalized tha mixtape. As for this song, definitely
somethin’ nice. I really like tha “I dunno ‘bout y’all, but dem Villainz go hard” shit in tha beginning. Tha hook’s
official and tha whole song iz street, itself! My Current Rating: 4.7
02.
A+B+C (A.R., BluBlack & Classik) “Kimbo Slice”
Neva know when this CD’ll come out; it’s like a
mystery. Also, me not havin’ a hard copy of tha CD iz equivalent to it not
bein’ out. Catchy song; felt it better as time went on. My Current Rating: 4.3

2 Slugz Feat. Derty Red “What About U”
I think this was someone else’s beat although this version iz much more
catchier. Talk about a catchy hook, lol. Tha verses are aight/not too bad,
either. My Current Rating: 4.6
04.
Eddie Starks Feat. Kevin Gates “Down Here”
Tha
CEO of D Phi Entertainment just added me on Facebook two dayz ago; good lookin’
out! Although this and “I’m On Air” (5th mixtape compilation comin’
in March) are a lil’ older than most songs on “here”, I feel dat they’re barely
discovered, so they work to get noticed, now. This iz, just, anotha hot, catchy
song from tha 225—Eddie reps Plaquemine but it still qualifies for tha 225! My Current Rating: 4.7

dude dat discovered me from Beezy Bird; good lookin’ out! Pretty-good video as
well as a catchy-ass song! That hook has me locked
in!! “Rip ‘em up … Ain’t it a coincidence? My actions ain’t feelin’ ‘em;” gotta hear more from dis dude!!! My Current Rating: 4.8

Yung $tanlo Feat. Deezy On Da Beat, Young C & Lil’ Dell “Stunt On Me”
This
iz 1 of 4 that missed my Fall 2010 mixtape but fit good on here. Wit tha songs

I
think he has a mixtape out, too, and I don’t have it. I like his poster that I
have—it’s a drawin’ of him. Anotha tight-ass, X-Fyle-produced song!! I like tha
hook and tha “glare … stare” shit as well as tha end, where Camo goes, “stare,
stare, stare, stare!” My Current Rating:

CD, “Man On Fire”, iz on iTunes.
Again, I should get for free but I’m prolly gon wind up buyin’ it… This ain’t
too bad of a song; I gave it props for bein’ on here, though. My Current Rating: 3.9

bad although this was toward tha end of tha year. Tha big songs usually come out toward tha beginning of tha years!

Overall: I think I like this tha
least outta tha four mixtapes I put out. Tha Down Bad song didn’t fit on here
and a bunch of tha songs were decent. If I rated them pretty good, they were
songs that didn’t last too long on my playlist. No songs had a 5.0 rating for
tha 1st time; ehh… whateva. At least [] was my favorite!

ChaYsuh spittin’ some good shit on tha 2nd verse, too. Y’all keepin’ it goin’ wit tha 3rd verse, too; Grind’s definitely doin’ a nice job here!! ChaYsuh’s keepin’ it goin’, too… My Rating:

It took a while for tha 1st verse but it’s finally here wit Grind on it. It sounds like he in luv once again here. It also sounded like tha verse just ended without an expectation. Grind had an okay 2nd verse too on this… This song startin’ ta sound random wit tha sample just repeatin’. This song has no ChaYsuh on it? There wasn’t much goin’ on wit tha 3rd verse… Because this was a good year, you know I won’t mind this on my iPod! I feel dat my original 3.0 rating should rise. My Current Rating: 
I hope it’s good fa tha ladies again like y’all had those previous two songs earlier on this CD. Tha hook sounds betta than I expected. I guess it’s good for my iPod though so I’ll give it a plus. Nice job wit Grind on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit his luvable lyrics fa tha ladies, lol. I’m startin’ ta like tha hook betta here; I like tha “horny” part for tha ladies. Here’s ChaYsuh on tha 2nd verse… More on tha 30+ R&B style here wit tha lyrics. I was expectin’ some explicit lyrics as usual… I thought this song was gonna have a 3rd verse… My Current Rating: 
How will this joint sound like wit y’all on it once again? >>> A lil’ slow, horse/pony-type beat here. Grind iz on tha 1st verse here and I like his “I stressed on a loose-leaf” part. That’s cool also that he “made his own beats” too. A lil’ different on tha hook so I can’t say much. ChaYsuh comin’ through from his life on tha 2nd verse; that’s all I can say… Tha 3rd verse has both Grind and then ChaYsuh on it, soundin’ good once again wit tha lyrics. This wasn’t that hot for me (it doesn’t really have a “hot” soundin’, more of a lyrical soundin’) so I’ll do a bonus and offer a lyrical rating fa this one. Lyrical Rating: .jpeg)
