Broadcasting from Mary's Grave in St. James on Long Island, NY, this ya boy, Frank Calhoune, a.k.a. FrankieThaLuckyDog here, reportin' a special edition of anotha loss in tha Louisiana rap community...
Today, February 10, 2016, marks seven years since tha murder of Baton Rouge, LA rapper, Chris Lynell "Nu$$ie" Jackson. Jackson was known as "Nussie" in tha streetz and in tha underground Louisiana rap game; Jackson founded Dope Celebrity Records in 2004. Jackson released Operation Sneak Attack & Bad Azz in 2006, not to be confused with fellow Rouger, Lil' Boosie. He followed tha next year up with The Good Bad Guy in 2007, as well as The Movement with tha Dope Celebrity Family. In 2008, he released The Champ Iz Here, hosted Kenner, LA DJ, Jimmy The DJ's Gangsta Gumbo Vol. 2: Ghetto Pass & his final release, Featuring Nu$$ie, a compilation mainly featuring underground Baton Rouge artists' lead songs featuring Jackson. Jackson was featured on plenty of Baton Rouge artists' songs, such as Beat Flippa, Big Fancy, tha now-popular Kevin Gates, Level, Lil' Yella & plenty others. Jackson also starred in a few movies throughout 2008: The Abduction of Jesse Bookman, Sinners & Saints & Death Toll. During tha night of Monday, February 9, 2009, Jackson was at a friend's house in Baton Rouge on tha computer and playing video games. Jackson and tha friend left for a short time to get drinks at tha Shell gas station on Florida Boulevard. When they returned back to tha house, shots were fired. Both Jackson and his brother, Frederick Mitchell, were shot. Mitchell survived, while his brother was murdered on tha couch. Jackson previously had beef with Torrence Hatch, a.k.a. Lil' Boosie. Rumors began to fly around that Hatch hired Michael "Marlo Mike" Louding to kill Nu$$ie for a lil' gwap. Louding was only 16 years-old when he murked Jackson, who was 33; Louding iz now 23. Tha love for Nu$$ie was overwhelming from tha world, worldwide, as thousands of people began to recognize him, as well as respect his perspective of stats and facts. If Nu$$ie were still alive today, he would've been 40, earlier on July 17, 2015.

Broadcasting from tha-feeling-like-below-16-outside-Northeast Pennsylvania, it's ya boy FrankieThaLuckyDog, here, reporting another tragic loss in tha Louisiana rap community. Plaquemine native Cedrick Smith, who rapped under tha name "Ceddybu Da Rap Sumo," was killed in a car crash on LA 75 (River Road) near LA 327 in St. Gabriel, just after 9 PM last night, Thursday, January 2, 2014. Investigators say Smith was tha passenger, whereas 23-year-old Wilbert Pryer was tha driver, of a 2013 Dodge Charger. Excessive speed was a main factor in tha crash, as tha car veered off tha road in a curve, going through a ditch, only to hit a telephone pole; neither one of them were wearing a seatbelt at tha time of tha crash. Curious to know if Pryer was impaired, police took a blood sample and currently, his blood is being analyzed at tha Louisiana State Police Crime Lab.
Ceddybu was known for being affiliated with tha late Baton Rouge rapper, Chris "Nu$$ie" Jackson, who was murdered nearly five years ago, back on February 9, 2009. Tha collective "Dope Celebrity Family," or just "DCF," made Ceddybu known as one of tha (literally) biggest people to come outta Louisiana. On July 13, 2010, Ceddybu made YouTube's front page when he was featured under tha "Videos Being Watched Right Now" section for a video of him being "so icey." On October 23, 2010, Ceddybu got his first spin on Frankie's now-defunct radio show, "Tha Louisiana Pit", with his song, "Remember Me". Ceddybu released his one and only public CD with Baton Rouge rapper, Delwin The Krazyman, Amerikka's Most Wanted, in 2012; he would've made it to see 25 this St. Patty's Day.
Enjoy my memories, as well as Ceddybu's music:

Got
two CDs I just got in tha mail to review… This first one, Crooked Gutta % (Hosted by DJ Wookee), was
released last year. I didn’t know why I didn’t get it when it first came out
‘cause it would’ve been nice to have you on my 2012 year-end countdown. Even
though I got it now, it’s not online, so I somewhat feel good. This CD’s
released on Crooked Entertainment/Kajun Music; lookin’ forward to hearing!! Start Time: 9:18 PM | End Time: 10:04 PM
Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0
– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!
I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long
as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and
then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a
song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6
rating, I pretty much really love it,
as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I
hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type
before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything
after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening
to it. If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or
talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’
topics), I’m not buyin’ it!
You
got a colon on tha title; what iz it to? >>> Thought there was gonna
be a beat in tha background; nice, “gutta” attitude, here!! My Rating: N/A
02.
“Full Bananas”
Ooh,
I’m hungry fa some Crooked!! However, I dunno if as hungry as tha sexy Havana
Brown wantin’ a “Big Banana,” lol! >>> Well, this beat and hook sounds
a lot like a mainstream-soundin’ song. I like your “apes” and “bananas” shit,
but let’s see how tha verses go… Tha 1st verse sounds good; glad tha
flow ain’t on that typical shit, like tha hook! Thumbs up ta these trappin’
rhymes, includin’ tha gangsta shit! Tha 2nd verse sounds good, too;
can’t complain about this… Thumbs up fa tha 3rd verse, too, strictly
bein’ an undaground head in these streetz! My
Rating: 4.2
03.
“Wayyy Out”
I
like how there’s three “Y”z on tha title! >>> Ooh, my big dawg, DJ
Wookee in tha intro! Thumbs up fa him “signin’ in;” he tha shit! Luv him!! Glad
he reppin’ for you, Crooked! Oh, this old-ass “Roll Call” beat from Lil’ Jon
& The East Side Boyz? Didn’t expect it, but should’ve, since tha previous
song sounded a lil’ mainstream. But, catchy hook; sounds like it could be an
original track if I wouldn’t’ve known! Tha 1st verse sounds good;
glad you “always go solo!” Keepin’ tha rhymes goin’ wit tha 2nd
verse, too, reppin’ for dem “Shop Shutters,” too! Of course, glad you lived on
tha same block as Big Markee! Keepin’ this shit goin’ wit tha 3rd
verse, too! Hope I get to meet you one of these dayz… You just strictly reppin’ to tha fullest,
non-stop, here!! My Rating: 4.4
04.
“Gotta Get It”
True
dat, true dat!! >>> My fuckin’ boy, DJ Wookee, on tha intro!!! I keep
forgettin’ he hostin’ this CD! True shit!! Thought this was a familiar title,
but this sounds original to me, whether it iz or not! Feelin’ your flow on tha
hook; you got shit on lock!! Good rhymes on tha 1st verse, too; true
shit about how you startin’ ta get a lil’ buzz! Tha 2nd verse sounds
nice, too; glad you don’t give up wit shit, and you’re keepin’ up wit me! Luv
tha last hook when tha beat ends! My
Rating: 4.8
05.
“Click House” Feat. Lil’ J & Big Nick
I
put Lil’ J’s name without tha “ay” ‘cause there’s a Lil’ Jay from Louisiana,
who released a Gold Teeth Gator CD
back in, like, 2001… Anyway, I remember this one! My Current Rating: 4.7
06.
“Stack Ya Paypa”
I remember this title; lemme give it tha full review!! >>> DJ Wookee
intro again; luv how he says,
“bitch!!!” Fuckin’ luv Wookee!! Well, once again, nice hook, beat, and how you
comin’ through on tha track, as usual!! Wish I would’ve gotten this CD when it
was out ‘cause I could’ve played this on my now-extinct radio show. But, there
are better things I do! Wit all this “paypa” talk, I hope I see at least a
stack from you this year! Tha more “paypa” I make from people, tha better tha
artist/CD looks! Those that don’t pay don’t get noticed! Good shit on tha
verses, comin’ through wit your grimy voice, tha quality, rhymes, and
err-thang!! You a fool on dat beat!!!
My Rating: 4.7
07.
“These Streets”
Let’s
hear it! >>> Sounds like H-Town beat… Sounds like a good amount of
real rhymes goin’ on, here; feelin’ what you spittin’! “Just made 33 years old
February 18;” oh, this must be from 2011? ‘Cause, you “just made 35 years old [this] February 18!” Either
way, nice rhymes, continuously! Sounds like you really need an exit plan; I
know I’m helpin’ you get out there, ya dig?! “Females all on my dick…;” I
thought you was gon say, “Like these Polo boxers,” like on “Out My Body”. But,
you changed up tha line, lol. My Rating:
4.3
08.
“Gutta Dance”
Let’s
see what this iz about… >>> Not wack for a start; I like tha beat you
got goin’ on, here, and tha hook sounds great for a “dance!” Great job wit tha
1st verse, too, comin’ through nicely! Don’t mind me, I’m textin’
dat big dawg, Wookee, at tha moment, so I’m not writin’ much… But, tha 2nd
verse sounds good wit how you comin’ through as an anti-dancer, lol! Tha 3rd verse sounds like you comin’
through wit some “gutta,” gangsta-type shit; whoa… “All in tha parkin’ lot,
smokin’ purple blunts;” true dat!! My
Rating: 4.3
09.
“I Wish U Would” Feat. Savage Sosa & Lil’ Fee
Ooh
@ tha collaboration! Lookin’ forward ta hearin’!! >>> Nice beat; I’m
feelin’ tha shit you bringin’ on tha track!! You strictly holdin’ tha streetz down at all times!! Hearin’ tha quality, thinkin’ that this iz from that
2007 Gutta Boy CD I was able to rip
for you? Like, you don’t say, “Crooked!,” at tha end of tha lines (which gives
me a sign that was from after Nu$$ie died?)… I dunno, but it sounds real nice in tha ’12/‘13!! That 2nd
verse iz pretty gutta, too!! Strictly comin’ through wit it, Crooked; you’re attractin’ people wit your “I wish u
would” shit, lol! Likin’ tha 3rd verse, too, from Sosa? Grimy shit;
you know who ta fuck wit!! You fuck wit some of tha best!! Tha 4th
verse sounds pretty nice, too!! Fee in tha buildin’!! My Rating: 4.6
½time: Sounds real nice, tha way I expected, big
dawg!! A nice4.5 for tha CD rating,
currently!!!!!
10.
“Out My Body”
Nice
lil’ DJ Wookee “Crooked” part ta start it off!! You know what it iz wit this!
Glad it’s a separated track now! My
Current Rating: 4.8
11.
“Look @ Me Nah”
I remember this, too! Can’t forget about that Baton Rouge Bad Boi CD!! Nice lil’ beginning about Big Markee
added, too!! My Current Rating: 4.6
12.
“I’ma Big Dog” Feat. Jarvis & Jiggy Black
Whoo!!!
My Current Rating: 4.7
13.
“Keep It Warm & Ready”
What
could this be about? Either a blunt or sex, lol? >>> Wait, I know
this: “Till I See Ya” Feat. Jigga
City J-Bo? I’ma hold off
on this for now… Then again, whether this tha same song or not, I’ll score it
tha way I scored “Till I See Ya”, since that’s on this CD… My Current Rating: 4.3
14.
“Jack & Jill Story”
Anotha
good re-entry, introducin’ tha hard copy fans tha BR Bad Boi classics! My
Current Rating: 4.0
15.
“U Don’t Want Dat” Feat. Lil’ Hopeless
Ooh,
a real nice feature, here; lookin’ forward ta hearin’!! >>> Wookee intro!!
Oh wait, “Let’z Get It”? What’s up wit tha tracklisting??? EDIT: This iz #16 on tha CD, but 15 on tha back cover… Nice intro from Hopeless; glad ta hear him and I hope ta chop it up wit him, soon!! Oh, I
recognize this; I know this an ’07 joint—I might’ve radio-edited this as a
bonus? I don’t remember, but I neva reviewed it… Crooked, you’re on tha 2nd
verse, comin’ through wit rhymes “like a deadly weapon;” true dat! Ooh, more
Hopeless on tha 3rd verse; thank God
fa him!!! Just luv thugs like him; this tha type of shit that makes me neva wantin’ ta give up!!! My Rating: 4.8

still confused about some of tha tracklisting… >>> Oh, an outro from
you, here; glad you got that attitude at all
times!! Feelin’ your beginning, here, wit that “dirty money ta clean money,”
tryna get up from tha streetz! Good rhymes comin’ outta tha 1st
verse; good shit, Crooked! Tha hook sounds good, here; nice job wit how you
comin’ through on tha hook… Good shit comin’ through on tha rest of tha track,
here… My Rating: 4.4
Overall:Real nice CD, Crooked, and great
picks from tha previous CDs to add to this one!! Also, I see on tha back cover
you put my name; that’s dope!!! Funny
that I got on tha back cover without bein’ told; usually, I got people tellin’
me, and I feel that I had to do a lot to capture their attention to get on tha
back cover! But, that’s real, real
nice!!! Luv ya fa dat!!! Keep up tha great
work!!! Funny how “Jack & Jill Story” prevented you from tha
five-star-rated CD tha last time. Now, it was good enough to make this a
five-star-rated CD!! Gotta also give big shout outs, once again, to DJ Wookee;
a fuckin’ great dude!! Luv how he be
comin’ through on tha texts; I always say it: I fuckin’ luv that word “bruh,” and Wookee, you got a shitload of luv
from me, all day!!

Doin’
some more reviewz, after I took a break yesterday, due to fixin’ tha CDs I
reviewed’s files. This one I’m ‘bout to review iz Bumaye Music Group’s Que Screwface.
I almost wanted to ignore this at first, due to tha excessive Nu$$ie braggin’
in tha description, but I’m mainly listenin’ to this ‘cause of tha production. Start Time: 9:31 AM | End Time: 10:28 AM
Boo
on tha beat! >>> Was wondering, why tha Nu$$ie beginning? Now, I hear
it as a news story. Still, this was how many years ago ta appear in 2012? I had
to move on wit my thoughts so my mom and family would let me go to places,
instead of dwellin’ on tha past. As for this song, it sounds good, but even
mentionin’ “Wne,” too? How do you know all these people? I thought it took a
lotta thinkin’… Real nice flow ova this beat; nice lil’ voice you have. It
almost sounds like you were made from
a computer or somethin’… My Rating: 4.6
02.
“Tha Champ Iz Here” Feat. Nu$$ie
No
comment; La’Keith production… >>> Thought you might’ve taken tha “Tha
Champ Iz Here” quote from Gangsta Gumbo
Vol. 2: Ghetto Pass, but it sounds like it’s from somewhere else. Nice beat
from La’Keith, here; once again, real nice rhymes from you, here, especially
your delivery! Didn’t think there would be a Nu$$ie verse—thought it was gonna
be just samples—but there iz; not bad, although it sounds recycled. My Rating: 4.4
03.
“ScReWfAc3” Feat. Nu$$ie
Damn,
another feature already? Guss beat. >>> Anotha beginning sample, like
a skit. Beat sounds nice; sounds a lil’ like a hissing pot, mixed wit J Buc.
Did you say, “Budta B,” on tha 1st verse; iz that him or you? I’m
confused, since it’s not listed… Either way, sounds a lil’ cocky wit tha
“legend” shit on tha hook. Anotha Nu$$ie verse, here; almost sounds a lil’
familiar, but it’s still good… Here you are on tha 3rd verse, comin’
through wit good shit, once again. My
Rating: 4.3
04.
“Street Shit” Feat. Skull Duggrey & Nu$$ie
Anotha?
Rich (On Da Track) production. >>> Anotha sample in tha beginning…
Interestin’ intro wit tha talking sample from Nu$$, on tha hook… Good 1st
verse from you, as well as tha 2nd verse… Nu$$ie’s on tha 3rd
verse; his verse’s a lil’ yada-yada wit tha same kinda “shit.” I feel like tha
people like you that represent Nu$$ie act 100% serious, like it’s hard to find
tha entertainment, easily, as well as joking around. Huh, no Skull verse?
Disappointing! My Rating: 4.4
05.
“Plum Stupid” Feat. Nu$$ie
What,
anotha??? Mystro beat. >>> Real nice beginning wit tha beat and tha
“smoke weed” shit! Sounds like classic-soundin’ BR music on tha hook; nice and
anthemic! Nice flippin’ out-type verse on tha 1st verse from you;
feelin’ it! Didn’t think Nu$$ie would be on a song like this; all tha rhymes
sound random… My Rating: 4.6
06.
Who Ya Fear (Skit)
>>> Sounds nice and temple-like. Still, where does all your paranoia
come from? My Rating: N/A
07.
“Unh-Hunh” Feat. Diablo & Nu$$ie
How
old are all of these features?? Mystro beat. >>> Anotha nice beat; tha
hook sounds pretty catchy, although it sounds like I hear Lil’ J in tha
background? Sounds nice to hear Diablo on tha 1st verse, comin’
through wit a great voice and some nice rhymes! Here’s Nu$$ie on tha 2nd
verse, comin’ through wit better rhymes, and some shit I can picture what he’s
sayin’. Glad it’s not tha yada-yada, same ol’ shit; good job, Nu$$! And, endin’
wit you on tha 3rd verse; still sounds real nice! Very, very
consistent wit it; keep it up! My
Rating: 4.7
08.
“First Time (Drivin’ Me Wild)”
Finally,
no features! Rich production… >>> Wow, weak “Rodeo” start; kinda like
tha Revolutionary Suicide-type
songs/ratings! I think I should ask for tha features back! Not really into tha
hook; tha rhymes are only aight for me. My
Rating: 3.1
09.
“Lieutenant Dan” Feat. Kareem & Nu$$ie
La’Keith
beat. >>> LOL @ all tha hype in tha beginning; where do you get all
dat energy from? You sound great in tha beginning, and this Kareem dude sounds
aight on tha 1st verse, ‘til I’m hearin’ all this boring “racks on
racks” shit. It’s like, damn, how many dudes wanna rap about dildos—oh, I mean
money. Damn, “swag,” too? Wow, shut up! Time for tha Nu$$! Hearin’ him now on
tha 2nd verse, and he sounds okay, this time; not too bad… However,
here you are on tha 3rd verse, soundin’ better… Only thing that
turned me off was Kareem & all tha stupid 2010s generation shit; that’s,
like, disrespectful ta Nu$$ie. It’s not like he was rappin’ ‘bout “swag,” smh! My Rating: 4.0
10.
“Hol’ Up (P@W$ II)” Feat. Kareem
???
Guss beat. >>> Not bad start, but hearin’ tha, “… these niggaz,” shit
reminds me too much of Wayne.
Some of tha flow iz okay on tha 1st verse; sounds like a random hook
goin’ on, too… Hearin’ you on tha 2nd verse, and it sounds a lot
betta than tha 1st verse; incredible flow! However, can’t say that
you’re “tha best;” can neva think too
much of yourself. You gotta have fun wit it and just stay consistent.
Sometimes, you can down yourself and say, like me, that you’re underrated and
wish to communicate in person. Luckily, I didn’t notice tha feature, so I’ll
give it tha benefit of tha doubt. What was up wit tha last few seconds? Random…
My Rating: 4.5
½time: A 4.3-rated CD, so far; sounds like
you’re doin’ a much betta job than
tha Revolutionary Suicide CD! Keep up
tha great work, includin’ tha production you’ve got your ears on! But, before I
jump into tha 2nd ½, lemme go take a shit, since my ass’s callin’!
*Starts takin’ shit at 9:57 AM* *Returns after also beatin’ dick at 10:08 AM*
Now how does dat sound? Nu$$ie-expressive, would you say, lol?
11.
“Come My Way” Feat. Kareem
Decky
beat. >>> Beat sounds too NY; that’s not Louisiana! Must be Kareem on tha 1st
verse; not bad… Tha hook sounds a lil’ too weird for this CD; iz this a pop CD?
Maybe, that’s Kareem on tha 2nd—neva mind, I’ll just end it wit tha
feedback I left. My Rating: 2.7
12.
“Blasphemy”
I
guess it’s goin’ to be a quiet 2nd ½, where it’s mainly just you?
Guss beat. >>> Long beginning sample, and it’s not Nu$$ie… You sound
different, on this 2nd ½… I like this Guss beat; sounds like
intensity comin’ outta this beat! Then again, you sound a lil’ too much like
Kevin Gates wit tha flow; did you have a body conversion or somethin’?
Personality disorder? But, it’s still a good song; where do you get that “Polo”
shit? Neva see it anywhere… My Rating: 4.4
13.
“Who I Shoot” Feat. Bro-Bro & Nu$$ie
Neva mind; La’Keith beat. >>> Back to
tha Nu$$ beginnings… Hearin’ him on tha 1st verse, and it sounds
good; sounds like he’s ready to take aim. Tha hook sounds nice, between tha shootin’ and Nu$$ie sayin’ tha title.
Still, he would be first in tha ID, since he came first, I think. You’re on tha
2nd verse, comin’ through wit some good rhymes, too! More Nu$$ie on
tha 3rd verse? Interestin’ about “2008” and “2009!” Good rhymes,
again; where’s Bro-Bro? Am I missing people when I’m tryin’ to hear these
songs? My Rating: 4.7
14.
“All I Want Is You” Feat. Kareem
Decky
beat. How did features ever feel so comfortable? I don’t believe in ‘em when it
comes to my music! >>> I’m just skippin’ this garbage; no time for
this, compared to tha other songs! My
Rating: 1.0
15.
“Blood Brothas”
Mystro
beat. >>> Nice beat, and nice short length! Surprised you remember tha
date of when those dudes got released! Good job wit this… My Rating: 4.2
16.
“IDK How 2 Feel” Feat. Max Minelli
Mystro
beat. I don’t see your name online anywhere, so how do you get to work wit all
these people? >>> Nice beat; a lil’ different wit you singin’ this
hook… You have a “revolver on [your] lap;” LMAO, you’re into guns? But, good
rhymes you spittin’ in tha 1st verse! Tha 2nd verse
sounds good, too; keep it goin’! Finally, I hear
tha feature, this time; decent shit from Max, here. My Rating: 4.4
17.
“I’m Gutta” Feat. Mo.
P & Nu$$ie
La’Keith
beat. >>> I still don’t know how this rap world revolves around beat
tags… Sounds like an opera wit that dude in tha background? Not bad wit tha
hook and your rhymes; sounds like a regular song… Nu$$ie’s on tha 2nd
verse, sounds okay. However, a lil’ braggy, once again… You’re on tha 3rd
verse, comin’ through for tha streetz, also. My Rating: 4.1
More?
La’Keith beat. >>> Anotha Nu$$ie speech in tha beginning… Sounds like
an outdated anthem wit tha hook; it’s like, we’re still in 2008 or somethin’?
Despite me luvin’ that year, still…; I knew who Meek Mill was, at tha time,
unlike all these dickriders, now! Weird that you have tha ID backwards:
Nu$$ie’s 1st, J’s 2nd & Diablo’s 3rd… Tha
rhymes ain’t too bad, but I like Diablo’s part tha best. Still, very yada-yada;
let’s see how you do… Okay, much betta than everyone combined! Good shit… My Rating: 3.9
19.
DCF Ain’t Dead (Skit)
??? >>> Prolly could’ve titled this skit better; sounds like anotha
temple-like skit that I like. Like, maybe, you could titled this a “Massacre”
skit or somethin’? My Rating: N/A
20.
“Bumaye Or Die”
Were
you like, “Bumaye,” etc. before February 9, 2009? I neva saw your name
anywhere… Decky beat. >>> Damn, anotha beat tag? Tha beat started off
real grimy, but it sounds too mainstream wit tha soundin’… How you cool wit all
these dudes? Aren’t they dudes? Some
of y’all are funny by bein’ anti-gay, but it always ends wit, “My dude, my
blood, my dawg; I got 20 of ‘em”-type shit; weird. But, sounds pretty
consistent wit tha rappin’, here. However, I don’t like that you said,
“swaggin’;” think of Nu$$ie bein’ alive, not dead!! I neva said tha word, “swag,” in my rhymes; jealous? My Rating: 4.1
Overall: You might feel this; my
latest music video, written, produced, filmed & edited by me about what
happened in Hollywood, FL recently: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4n9fKgBFr_g
Anyway,
I thought this CD was real nice. There were a few doozies that really knocked
your CD rating down, but for tha most part, you had tha original production,
and did a nice job wit it!
My
next review iz Cash’n Out Entertainment’s Paypa
Boyz Get'n Money 2.0 (Hosted by Big
Cheese The Outlaw); not a fan of tha title, so we’ll see what happens.
I predict boring content over good beats? Start

>>>
Sounds like y’all feelin’ hype on this; I can feel this hyped-up shit. My Rating: 4.2
02.
“We The Shit”
>>>
Doesn’t sound like much’s goin’ on wit tha beat, but I’m likin’ tha rappin’ for
some reason… My Rating: 4.1
03.
“On Da Cruv” Feat. Malachi & Cordd
What’s
a “Cruv”? >>> Beat’s betta, this time; definitely likin’ tha beat and
tha energy y’all bringin’ to tha table, wit this car-type joint! Love how
Malachi blends in wit tha hook wit y’all; “sippin’!!” Finally, a great-soundin’ drinkin’ song, lol! Great
job wit this collaboration; all y’all don’t stop, and it’s definitely worth tha 4:43 on tha length!! My Rating: 4.5
04.
“Get-N-Money” Feat. Roscoe & Cordd
Bleh
@ tha title… >>> Doesn’t sound too bad; good energy and an attitude,
so that’s a plus. Either way, can’t take a “get money”-type joint after last
year’s mess wit a title like that, and what someone did to me wit that kinda
title! Broke-ass asshole! Lots of verses and different peeps ta offer a great
collaboration! My Rating: 3.8
05.
“Gone Act” (Bottom Boy Bam)
>>>
Likin’ tha “purple that blow strong” beginning; nice solo! Didn’t expect tha
fast rappin’, but I can dig this… My
Rating: 4.3
06.
“Throwing Ones”
Yucky title, again! >>> Tha hook’s a lil’ catchy, but it’s anotha song
that’s not really for me. However, I think this iz catchier than tha “Get-N-Money”
song. My Rating: 3.9
07.
“Hot Tamali” Feat. Young Jack
>>>
Teamin’ up wit Heisman for tha beat (heard tha somewhat-yucky beat tag). Sounds
like a catchy song wit this title; great for tha 225! Nice collaboration, even
though it sounds like Lil’ Boosie too much… My Rating: 4.2
08.
“All On Me”
>>>
Sounds a lil’ like Young Kidd Kidd’s “On Dem Tee Tees” wit tha beat, a lil’…
For a “hoes all on me”-type joint, I have to say that this iz catchy; y’all are
defeatin’ my low expectations! Great club song, here! My Rating: 4.1
½time: Surprisingly, this iz off
to a great start! A 4.1-rated CD, currently; that’s what’s up!
09.
“I See Haterz” Feat. Feddy Kid & Mech
>>>
Likin’ tha beat y’all rappin’ off of; y’all got a good ear for some energy and
225-type jointz! Lyrics are ehh, but tha song’s catchy. Features kinda made
this song sound worse than it was; not really feelin’ tha features too much wit
their typical-soundin’ shit. My Rating: 3.6
10.
“Money Mission” Feat. Lil’ App
Boo……
>>> A shorter length, and it’s got a fast rap goin’ on wit tha 1st
verse… Tha hook’s a lil’ catchy, but you know I don’t fuck wit a song like
this! Tha 2nd verse iz kinda boring; no need to be obsessed wit “money!”
My Rating: 2.6
11.
“From The Hood” (Jay Boi)
>>>
Likin’ tha beat; Jay Boi sounds good on this, but I wish there was more energy
in tha delivery! My Rating: 3.9
12.
“Back Against Wall” Feat. Cordd
No
“the” in tha title? >>> Weird wit tha no “da” or whateva, but this
sounds catchy wit tha scary-soundin’ notes that are held on tha hook; a lil’
catchy, overall… BTW, why does almost every song have ta be, like, at least
four minutes long? Not too bad wit tha verses, overall; I think tha hook holds
it down, here. My Rating: 3.8
13.
“Knockin’ Doors Down” Feat. Foxx
>>>
Yuck @ havin’ a noticeable jacked beat… There’s really nothin’ too catchy wit
this, and Foxx sounds good; almost sounds like an old verse, hence this originally
bein’ an ‘06/’07 song… Foxx ain’t too bad, but it’s way too long!! My Rating: 3.3
14.
“Moving In The Fast Lane” (C-Love)
>>>
Ehh, this iz okay; I like tha hook a lil’ bit… My Rating: 3.7
15.
“C.O.E./D.C.F.” Feat. Lil’ J, Puppy, Delwin
*Throws up before hearing* >>> Once I hear copying of tha “Nu$$ie”
scream, I feel like just skippin’; nothin’ really jumpin’ off on tha hook fa me…
Very boring and typical lyrics about “money;” what else iz new, smh? Not really
fa me; D.C.F. died back in ’09; shouldn’t be continued in ’11, since I thought
everyone else went their own ways? My
Rating: 2.4
16.
“Paypa Boy”
>>>
“Guss” beat? Didn’t realize tha yucky title at first; an okay hook, but once I
hear “if you ain’t gettin’ money” on tha 1st verse, I feel like this
iz gonna sound boring… Can’t really take tha lyrics, but tha song itself ain’t
too bad… Good outro from Big Cheese; what up, my boy? Shout out ta that “Bump
Beezy” dude “doin’ most of tha production!” My Rating: 3.2
Overall: Better than I expected,
even though tha 1st ½ was betta fa me…
