It was two dayz before this artist’s birthday too, so it could’ve been a gr8 birthday present. Anyway, this year, tha birthday present’ll be this review since his birthday’s next month. Pretty good; not bad… “Blowin’ dat fine kush in tha wind;” thumbs up, my boy! A T.I. sample instead on tha hook, lol. Tha 2nd verse sounds like you’re holdin’ it down in a good way; thumbs up once again! Oh, didn’t realize there was room fa a 3rd verse. What’s really up wit this… I dunno how much I’ll take it serious… >>> Not even tha real “Many Men” beat; why 50 Cent though? Tha beat’s pretty cool here and it sounds like Baby L’s at first? If not, he’s at least in tha background contributin’ ad-libs. Neva mind, tha REAL voice of L’s iz at :36 right chea, spittin’ some good shit! Nice job wit tha feature and lol @ tha hook here! There’s some of “Many Men” comin’ outta nowhere on tha hook (as it’s sampled) and you, you’re just “eatin’ beatz,” lol! Glad L’s iz on tha 2nd verse, as he’s really ‘bout dat gangsta shit! Two years ago today, I got a package in tha mail from him, which basically got me inta knowin’ Baton Rouge people more! I also reviewed A-Mar & Dyl’s Raggz 2 Riches mixtape tha same day so this review dat I finna do iz in honor of that day, ya dig! A GR8 intro track here!! I played this on my radio show last week and although my uncle’s gurlfriend Fran missed 90% of tha show, she caught this song and said she likes it! Glad this song iz bein’ pushed REAL HARD as this iz like tha 7th (record setting) time I saw it on a mixtape and NO, it DEFINITELY ain’t annoyin’ me like other songs that appear x amount of times!! You KNOW this iz tha shit right here!!! One-i startin’ off RIGHT AWAY on this pretty good Savage beat! Glad his “pants hangin’ low” ‘cause saggin’ iz somethin’ that WON’T stop, lol! Nothin’ botherin’ him, so he just delivers tha rhymes without tha haterz!! GREAT job right there and Savage doin’ a REAL NICE job on tha hook!! Tha title part sounds REAL nice!! Cali here on tha 2nd verse, always doin’ a good job on these str8 up hood bangaz!! Catchy shit from him; you KNOW these boyz doin’ tha damn thang!! One-i took tha 3rd verse; I’m glad three verses fit on this right here!! LOL @ his “I’m down bad, that means I’m ‘so whopped’” part; nice reference! Soundin’ betta on this verse than his 1st verse; great shit here!! My Current Rating: 4.7

Anotha NICE way ta have tha beginning of this mixtape flow!! It’s DEFINITELY on tha street level here!! When you hear tha hook, ESPECIALLY wit tha repetitiveness of tha title in tha 4th ¼ of tha hook, you can TELL it can be fast in any way!! DEFINITELY a nice combination of tha hook from Ready & Juice!! Tha 1st verse from Ready here sounds pretty good here; he does it NICE, whether it’s a club banga or for tha streetz!! Nice shit here and Juice was GR8 enough for tha 2nd verse… Deliverin’ all kinds of styles here from for tha hoes to dat gangsta shit to tha club shit to tha (sadly) “Crank That (Soulja Boy)” shit. Pretty good 2nd verse right there overall though. My Current Rating: 4.7
To add: I like how tha fade-in/fade-outs sound! A NICE 30 tracks total so you KNOW there’s a HUGE gumbo here!!!

Shit, talk about small font (although I like it)! On tha back cover, it looked like there wasn’t anything to separate tha songs from tha artists. But, I now see a colon, lol. Anyway, anotha NICE song here for this mixtape; through-tha-roof ratings!!! I’m assumin’ this iz tha original version or somethin’ ‘cause tha length on tha remix was like almost seven minutes. Calliope soundin’ gr8 on his verse (of course) as he deliverin’ dat N.O. street shit! Props ta him findin’ my Hoodstar commercial I made for him on MySpace ‘cause he subscribed to my MySpace video uploads! Glad we got some street shit here and C collaboratin’ GR8 too for this version on tha 2nd verse, ya dig! I’ll take a C-Murder verse/song ANYDAY!! Him & Mystikal just amaze me wit how CONSISTENT they are and ALWAYS have been!!! My Current Rating: 4.6


05. Lil’ Boosie Feat. Donkey, Lil’ Quick & Money Bag$ “We Out Chea”
First new song fa me and lol @ that it’s Boosie for tha 1st new song! Str8 off of consistentness, you KNOW tha gumbo spicy flava gon continue!!! >>> Like tha fade-in start! Cool hook; a lil’ familiar (maybe tha typical flow?). Tha 1st verse iz DEFINITELY cool here once again; “in tha dark like Jurassic Park!” RAHHHHHHHHH, Boosie, RAHHHHHHHH!!!!! LMAO!!! As good as tha Boosie verse/hook was, tha 2nd verse iz soundin’ good here; NICE flow from Donkey!! Lil’ Quick took ova tha 2nd ½ of tha verse and soundin’ GR8 on this one just like he did on tha Big Head song, “I Will Not Stand Down!” Gr8 job once again from err-body and now, we got Money Bag$ left! Hope his rhymes are worth “money bags,” lol. Once again, cool, although tha rest of tha verses on this song were betta and catchier. Ta even prove it, Boosie took ova tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse, “murkin’ they ass instantly;” good shit!! My Rating: 4.5

Tha last song was a newbie for me. Now, tha artist right chea iz a newbie fa me too! Wonder what this dude sounds like since he’s “da beast” in his MySpace URL? >>> Sounds like an up-and-comer from tha N.O.! Nice lil’ flow here, remindin’ me of when JD Killa 1st started out on tha Gangsta Gumbos! I thought tha 1st verse was DEFINITELY cool and as for tha hook, it may be simple. However, of course, catchiness applies so it’s tight! Glad ta have more new music here! Tha 2nd verse kept it street once again so you KNOW that’s watz up! He’s DEFINITELY important on this mixtape ‘cause a 3rd verse was included! Goin’ a lil’ lyrical here on tha 3rd verse, real life style. Pretty good mix for a pretty hot song like this. DEFINITELY nice and gutta within tha last 22 seconds!! My Rating: 4.2

I don’t know of Grand but it looks like it’ll be pretty hot on tha collab!! Chosen in tha buildin’ wit One-i!! >>> LOL @ tha start; nice and simple wit a catchy twist like tha last song! Must be Grand on tha 1st verse/hook ‘cause I neva heard this voice before… A lil’ on a typical start once again so tha 1st verse was just aight fa me. LOL @ right before tha 2nd verse wit Chosen wit his “C-H-O, S-E-N” part! Wit Fran again, she quoted dat she heard Da Gremlins’ “Gangsta Walk” on my radio show and was like, “I heard tha dude talk about lesbians,” lol! As for Chosen, once again, doin’ his thang wit his coolness on tha 2nd verse! Glad ta be fuckin’ wit him! He brings tha anticipation to tha plate on tha tracks!! And now, One-i appears on tha 3rd verse, soundin’ good once again!! Just like his buku amount of mixtapes dat came out last year, he just keeps shit consistent WITHOUT a disappointment!! I really don’t know about dat title… I might’ve had this song sent to me via a Baby L’s e-mail? Lemme check it out and see. >>> Prolly did and ignored ‘cause of tha whole “dance” theme but mainly ‘cause I had a few otha songs dat sounded good for my radio show. When L’s gets on tha mic, his voice ALWAYS sounds noticeable! A lil’ betta than I anticipated for tha 1st verse so you get a plus, L’s. Tha hook iz okay/listenable wit tha beat too. It almost looks like it’s beggin’ for an audience… As for tha 2nd verse, I DEFINITELY can’t feel it, sorry. Just didn’t like dat beginning wit all tha gay-ass dances!! Tha collaboration 3rd verse from Ke & L’s sounded cool, although not above-average for me. Tha rating was affected ‘cause of tha weird thingz comin’ outta tha verses. My Rating: 2.8

I saw B.G. on tha cover and thought this was gonna be a B.G. song. Then, I saw tha title and thought it was gonna be an error for “My Block.” Anyway, anotha new song so you KNOW I’m lookin’ forward!! >>> Ooh, a D. Jackson beat and NO fade-in, lol!! Tha quality in tha audio sounds a lil’ different here (like it wasn’t mastered or somethin’?)… Pretty nice start wit Gates on this HOT beat!! Cool shit and when Gates said, “D. Jackson, bring tha action on tha track,” it almost makes me picture D. Jackson, years from now, usin’ dat sample ta update his beat tag. Rememba: I predicted it, ya dig! Followin’ Gates’ cool verse and catchy Reggae hook, A.R. iz here on tha 2nd verse. Glad he’s soundin’ MUCH betta than what I’ve heard from him here!! Let’s see how gutta he iz on your mixtape!! >>> Doesn’t sound like him in tha beginning… Completely different soundin’ fa me compared ta when I heard him two years ago. Tha lyrics sound GR8 fa this although I gotta get used ta tha voice! As a buildin’-up verse, I hear tha hook now and it’s much betta!! I can hear “street Rap” in tha flow right chea!! Soundin’ like I’m re-tryin’ ta get used to tha voice in tha 2nd verse but I believe tha 2nd verse sounds betta here ‘cause of how tight he’s comin’ through on tha track! My Rating: 4.1

I didn’t know Cas had a single out… Used ta him collaboratin’ and now, I get ta hear him! Let’s see if I get a Dyl vibe at first, lol. >>> Pretty cool beat intro here; did O.N.E. produce it? Tha intro sounded like J.A.P.A.N.’s “Jump Stupid,” which also had Reno Da Gutta on it. I like tha hook and this shit iz cool, ya dig! Tha 1st verse has a REAL catchy flow here on this cool beat! Glad it was pretty long wit its cool vibe goin’ on! Tha 2nd verse iz here and it’s pretty good once again! Tha 1st verse (of course) had a betta flow but as long as you’re rappin’ on this mixtape, you get props! One-i took ova tha 2nd ½ of tha 2nd verse and he shows y’all he don’t play when it comes ta this shit! “Missle service,” ya dig!! Some luv bein’ shown here from Reno on tha 3rd verse; good shit! Good, tha remix ta give it an updated flava! Too bad Bro-Bro ain’t on tha remix. Tha hook sounds betta here wit all that YELLIN’ (as I call it)! Much betta hook and Gates on tha 1st verse here… Not bad on his part although I rather hear Bro-Bro. Still, can’t deny Gates ‘cause he doin’ his thang, especially tha “Mr. Let My Pants Sag” part! Gotta luv tha “BUKU MONEY!!!” part in tha hook!! Tank Jones on tha 2nd verse and he did his thang on this shit! Good shit from Jack Da Rippa on this shit too durin’ tha 2nd ½ of tha 2nd verse! I knew tha Nu$$ie verse was gonna be tha original. However, it sounded like tha beat got slower/nearly not matchin’? And why iz it clean? Still a nice job done. I think tha fade-out should’ve been right when he said, “NU$$IE!!!,” instead of when Big Fancy started rappin’ a few words again on tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse. My Current Rating: 4.7

Jimmy The DJ-associated artists IMO ALWAYS!!! Glad they hopped onta this mixtape too!! I hear a deep voice in tha sample here so it’s DEFINITELY gonna be a REAL NICE joint!! REALLY feelin’ tha “even on birthdayz it’s cursed dayz” shit in tha hook; REAL NICE hook!! See, now THIS iz tha lyrical shit that sounds REAL NICE!! It’s for tha streetz wit a REAL NICE beat and catchy lyrics!! A-Mar REALLY doin’ tha damn thang here!! I like tha visual of “my mama fell in luv, my daddy had a nut” ‘cause it defines tha birth of you, ya dig! Glad you were born and DOIN’ THA DAMN THANG!! You’ll ALWAYS be alive!!! LOL @ when I typed “this;” I typed “shit” on accident, lol. I guess it’s intended ta predict this “shit” bein’ pretty good, lol. Tha beat sounds cool and tha hook iz (I guess) okay. Tha shit sounds HOT on tha 1st verse wit tha STRICTLY STREET rhymes here to tha fullest!! As good as tha 1st verse was, let’s see how tha 2nd verse’ll flow… I liked tha 1st verse betta but this comin’ through wit some “radio-type” lyrics as that’s what it’s remindin’ me of. Duce took me seriously, sent me his Flight Skool double-disc CD, I reviewed it, did a commercial for it and it caught Jimmy The DJ’s attention!! Also, when I was wit my agent Alexia yesterday, I was makin’ my 30 second promo for my radio show. I put three beats in tha promo (includin’ this one) and when I asked her what she thought of tha promo, she really liked it and she might’ve commented that she really liked this beat? You KNOW Q-Red did tha damn thang here!!! Pretty good beat start although what’s wit tha snappin’? That could lead ta good though. Tha beat goes great wit that intro/hook/w/e it iz. Okay, that was just tha intro and here’s tha hook, soundin’ great! Yea, nice club hook, especially my big dawg Duce bein’ on it, sayin’ “dawg” and shit like that! Yea, Duce on tha 1st verse; what a blessin’!!! Great job on tha 1st verse and I luv that hook, especially wit him sayin’ “dawg;” it just makes me feel more blessed ta be cool wit him!! Thanx for discoverin’ me!! Lil’ Cali’s on tha 2nd verse here; great job collaboratin’ wit him!! He did a nice job, and fit great on this shit! Yea, my big dawg on tha 3rd verse also; Duce!! I gotta check out tha video dat was just made for this song. Anotha catchy song bein’ thrown onta this mixtape, ya dig! Tha beat start sounds cool; I can guess right that this iz a Vybe beat! Will it be…? I didn’t hear a tag but it sounds like it fa a start! You made tha intro sound catchy, Cali! Tha 1st verse also sounded pretty catchy from him on it, spittin’ some cool shit. Max sounded cool and catchy on tha hook; nice job gettin’ tha hook up from him, Cali!! Cali’s 2nd verse iz soundin’ betta than tha 1st verse already; he has tha catchiness on lock!! He ended tha 2nd verse good wit tha “I’m a beast, go get tha leash” line! And as good as Max iz on tha hook, I thought he was gon have a verse; nope… Either way, you’re still soundin’ catchy wit tha lyrics, Cali! My Current Rating: 4.3

Ooh, this! Too bad I didn’t see this much in tha mainstream… This iz tha type of beat style I usually hear from Juvie. I always luved his voice on this Rap shit, lol. Tha hook iz pretty cool fa what it iz wit tha “gotta get it” voice. He sounds pretty good wit his rappin’ on tha 1st verse; good flow here once again. And now dat I’m hearin’ Gucci on tha 2nd verse, it’s soundin’ like it flows aight although I rather hear Juvie to tha fullest!! I heard a Wochee/Boosie song on DJ 5150’s NO To The BR (Louisiana Bound) mixtape not too long ago. I heard he likes ta change tha titles of songs for his mixtapes? Let’s see if this iz tha same song then… >>> Tha intro sounded like it iz tha song on tha DJ 5150 mixtape (‘cause I heard “chasin’ dat money” in tha beginning, which DJ 5150 titled this song as “Chasin’ Money” for an odd reason). For a hit/miss artist, this iz a hit. Beat so far iz good; it fits his style. This iz definitely on tha betta side fa him; it sounds above average on his perspective. Even tha hook sounds pretty good so this iz gr8 ta hear! Boosie sounds good once again on tha 2nd verse; definitely tha right spice fa tha song! Still luvin’ how tha voice sounds SO noticeable!! Cool rhymes here; gettin’ anotha plus from me! I guess he betta at freestyles ‘cause you hear stronger rhymes here. Freestyles or short songs, he does his thang! I heard tha title towards tha near-end, which was cool. My Rating: 4.0

Tha beat iz pretty cool fa what it iz and it sounds like tha rhymes overshadow it ‘cause of how many words are bein’ spit! LOL, I hear tha hook now and it sounds way too laid back to “go crazy,” lol! I like tha voice of tha title though, ya dig. Keep your connections up, Jimmy The DJ!! Glad a lotta people discover you!! Tha 2nd verse sounded good; a lil’ random but nothin’s betta than new undaground Louisiana Rap music!!! Even a 3rd verse here and it has a catchier flow. Supa Unit CD. Lemme check… Yup, found it: Ooh, a Vybe beat! What’s up wit tha repetitive singin’ hook? It’s pretty good but decent at tha same time… Good, unknown rapper [Swayze Baby] on tha 1st verse! I think tha voice iz pretty cool and tha flow iz gr8! Gr8 job wit tha verse although it should’ve been a 16, not a 12 (there was a short singin’ part durin’ tha last four bars). Lil’ Phat came through on tha 2nd verse and it sounded decent. Webbie’s on tha 3rd verse and tha verse was pretty good; everything on this song iz “for your nigga” to tha fullest. To add: I flipped Webbie & Phat in tha ID ‘cause Phat was 2nd and Webbie was 3rd.
