Review #1,470: Level & Mookie Blakk "Now Or Never"

Reviewed on 6.29.2015 (Review #1,470)

Keepin’ my reviewz goin’, despite prolly gettin’ no feedback at all, smh, here’s Level & Mookie Blakk Now Or Never, released last year on Mayham Entertainment. Luv how Mookie’s name’s spelled wrong. It’s Blakk, not Black! Of course, I refuse to spend a penny on somethin’ like this that was not even sent to me on time, so it’s mine for nothin’!! Start Time: 11:30 AM | End Time: 12:37 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

© 2015 CD Review (Review #1,470) reviewed on 6.29.2015 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. “Now Or Never”
>>> Sounds real nice ta hear with my girl on my screen! Perfect combination; hot beat! Great intro from Level, here… Diggin’ tha hook, minus tha “money” obsession! Even though it goes in one ear and out tha other, I still appreciate this energetic music at all times! Nice 2nd ½ of tha hook with tha title repeatin’! Here goes Level on tha 1st verse and thinkin’ about “1987,” I think to myself, “Wow, who would’ve thought I’d be at least five years older than almost all my co-workers?” Damn, where’d tha time go? And, comin’ up from tha grave, here’s Mookie Blakk on tha 2nd verse. Like, you neva hear from this dude, anymore, like, why? Sounds pretty nice and Louisianaful on tha verse; gotta still dig it… My Rating: 4.5

02. “Swag Right”
>>> E…W…E…Q…R…E…D…O…N…T…H…E…T…R…A…C…K… You already know that I can’t leave feedback on tha production, so lemme just rate tha track, itself… Despite this stupid title, I definitely am diggin’ tha hook! Always delivered in a catchy way by you, Level! Here goes Level on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit some consistent shit; definitely a club banga at its finest! No wonder why I can always work six dayz a week and 10-hour dayz!! Too bad tha hook has “stacks” in it; let’s see how many songs’ll have a money reference on this CD, smh… Next up, we got Mookie on tha 2nd verse, still chasin’ dem “women,” huh? Seems like he’s so old, for some reason, only ‘cause you don’t hear from him, anymore… If I can guess or remember, he 37 by now? Like, WTF? He was, like, 30 when I first talked to him! Now, I’m almost 30! Well, I got three more years! But, it was still a nice verse ta hear… My Rating: 4.7

03. “Gun Range” feat. Mista Cain
>>> Really likin’ this beat start a whole lot; very anticipatin’! Here we go, EQ! Definitely a nice 1st verse at its finest!! Luvin’ all this shit with tha “gun” references, except how Level mentioned, “I got buku money;” WHY?!? But, this definitely intense; really luvin’ it! “I’m 25…;” really? It’s still 2012/2013, here? Tha hook sounds pretty nice, too; intensity at its finest!! Keepin’ it goin’ wit Mookie on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit a catchy flow and how he always lays it down on tha track! And now, here comes Cain on tha 3rd verse… Definitely diggin’ tha fast flow, at first, and we got tha gunz on lock… Still can’t picture anyone havin’ one, like, why? Nice “iron” part around 3:24! My Current Rating: 4.8
EDIT: Wow, reviewed it last year…

04. “Ball Like A Dog”
>>> Sounds like a nice, Louisiana-soundin’ song, here; can’t complain… Gotta luv how Mookie still “got dem Watsons!” Hearin’ him on tha 1st verse wit mo pill-poppin’ shit and it sounds nice. However, why M.I.A. from my life? These people just vanished outta my life without tellin’ me! It’s like, W.H.Y.?!? No Facebook, no Twitter, etc.; why? Now, we got Level on tha 2nd verse; let’s see if he can avoid tha word “money…” A lil’ cocky on tha rhymes, here; God forbid he don’t have a “bitch,” smh! Oh no, I hear somethin’ “broke,” and somethin’ “tha bank;” boo! My Current Rating: 4.2
EDIT: Wow, this too…

05. “I Know Right” feat. Mouse
Lookin’ forward ta this one! >>> So far, it sounds good; can’t complain with this one, either… Tha hook sounds simple, but can catch onto ya… Hearin’ Level on tha—fuck, he said, “You ain’t got no money!” Why can’t “money” be equivalent to someone else’s dick? Like, we should just make every fuckin’ artist gay for throwin’ that bullshit out there to tha watered-down music world!! But, it was an okay 1st verse from Level, regardless. And now, we got Mouse on tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through wit catchiness; gotta luv his voice!! He got dat consistency on lock; luv tha beat and him together!! Luv how Mouse checks in in tha background of tha hook! “I know… I know… I know… I know…;” dumb shit!! Here comes Mookie on tha 3rd verse, comin’ through wit his catchy voice, too; luv all tha catchiness!! My Rating: 4.7

06. “Dead & Gone” feat. Malachi
>>> Malachi groanin’ in tha intro, here… Hearin’ tha hook from Level and it sounds nice with this beat. See, now, a song like this doesn’t need a “money” reference! If it’s not “money,” it’s “hoes,” smh; good grief! Level comin’ through on tha 1st verse with some regular-soundin’ rhymes ‘cause of this sad topic about dyin’. Did he say, “That’s why I bank a lot;” money reference? Damn… damn…! No homo!! Hearin’ Mookie on tha 2nd verse and it sux to lose their “child,” especially when they’re “20!” My mom lost her son, my brother, at just 25, not even two months ago! He “made it to see 25,” but just only 25 and 12 dayz. :( But, nice lil’ heartfelt verse right there, Mookie. And now, an outro, sendin’ an R.I.P. shout out. Oh yeah, forgot about Malachi for a sec, holdin’ down a lil’ bit of tha outro… My Rating: 4.3

07. “Throw It Up” feat. Q-Red
>>> Sounds anticipatin’ like B-Real in tha beginning, but no!! If it’s not B-Real, it’s gotta be someone else! Q-Red; ewe!! Not even listed on tha feature… He’s on tha hook and all I have to say iz, Ang… *goes to Ang’s Facebook…* “Can we start breaks?!? Who’s first on break?!?” ROFL!!! I gotta tolerate that shit tomorrow, ROFL!! Gonna have to put Q-Red in my head at 8:59:00 ‘cause Ang’ll ask at 8:59:51 & 8:59:57, like, seconds before 9!! B-Real couldn’t handle that when I’d tell him I’d call him at tha exact time I’d say! It’s like, damn, no one in Baton Rouge can take business seriously, it seems like? :( That’s all I gotta say!! And, here we go with Level on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit catchy shit! Definitely diggin’ tha rhymes and catchy flow, here! Did I not hear a money reference? We got Mookie on tha 2nd verse and it’s nice… However, I hear him goin’ on and on about “money,” at one point! Oh, what Ang iz to breaks iz what I am to “money” in rhymes!! My Rating: 4.6

08. “Let It Rain” feat. April Reign
>>> Sounds familiar? Either way, way too slow for this CD! What a way to kill tha vibe! An okay 1st verse from Level, here, but on tha boring side… Hearin’ Mookie on tha 2nd verse, as well as tha hook and it ain’t bad… Damn, “my money come in access;” gay! A lil’ bridge/verse from April near tha end, here; an okay part but fuck, she even ruined tha ending! Like, “Moneyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy;” why?!? Gonna just say, fuck this! My Rating: 2.7

09. “Buy Me A Drank” feat. April Reign
My Current Rating: 4.4

½time: So far, pretty nice, except tha “Let It Rain” song; luvin’ tha club bangaz, of course! Can’t deny err-thang goin’ on, here; always keep it hyped up! For now, tha CD rating’s at a 4.3; let’s keep tha collaboration project between Level & Mookie Blakk goin’!

10. “Do It”
>>> Sounds like a nice, uptempo club beat, includin’ tha hook; nice. Here comes Mookie on tha 1st verse and damn, here comes tha “money” shit ta start tha verse off; y…a…w…n… Here comes Level on tha 2nd verse and let’s see how many bars it takes for him to say somethin’ about “money…” Well, only three, smh! He sounds great on this, but that’s all I gotta say. Likin’ tha “-ank” shit ta end some of tha lines; good shit! We got a 3rd verse from Mookie, here, comin’ through wit a nice “party;” can’t complain… And, Level comin’ through on tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse wit dem “loratabs & Xanabarz!” My Rating: 4.2

11. “Showing Luv” feat. Box
Box not listed on tha track… My Current Rating: 3.9

12. “Brown & White 2014” feat. Big Poppa
Let’s see tha 2014 version, like a 3rd part… >>> Already in one ear and out tha otha, since Q-Red produced it… Zero memories with me, now, smh. But, nice hook wit Mookie on tha hook; nice lil’ resurrection in a long-lost Louisiana world! It sux ‘cause I now have a record label behind me with multiple articles out there, and no one fucks wit me, anymore! It’s like, y’all losses! Got a wild Mookie on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit consistency ta hold tha club down! While I refuse to comment on tha production, I have to say, no wonder where I get my energy from, at work. It’s almost like I take Q-Red in me, while working, but get rid of all his ignoring, BPM-hating baggage he brings, and just have a good time at work, ya dig? At 2:03, a loooooooooooong, niiiiiiiiiice screeeeeeech from Big Poppa? But wait, we got Level on tha 2nd verse, here; leggo! Let’s see how long ‘til he talks about “money!” Ooh, heard “loratabs, Xanabarz” before a “money” reference! I think he went a verse without mentionin’ “money;” wow!! Got tha biggest Poppa on tha 3rd verse, lol; he sounded nice on this shit. He no longer sounds below average, like some of tha times back in tha day. Nice lil’ “gumbo” line, too; gotta keep tha Louisiana energy comin’ along! My Rating: 4.6

13. “Something They Can Feel”
>>> Sounds like a lil’ video game in tha background of this beat? Pretty anticipatin’; thanx, G-Motive! Mookie on tha hook and yeah, “Let’s give ‘em somethin’ they can feel!!” A catchy hook with tha cool look, too; good shit! I continue ta look cool amongst my peers; always feelin’ like a celebrity! Nice, catchy 1st verse from Mookie, here; gotta feel tha rhymes! Still, I don’t expect my phone to ring by him anytime soon… It’s like, turn M.I.A. into I.M.H.E.R.E.! Level on tha 2nd verse, here, and blah, blah, blah! Cocky rhymes at their finest, smh… I guess this what makes tha club go ‘round? Nice “This ain’t no X-Box, this ain’t no PS3” shit; feelin’ that shit! However, here Level goes with tha “If you ain’t got no money” shit; well, where’s mine? Neva got a penny from you with business, Level! I literally feel like a piece of shit and that’s why people don’t see me doin’ things, these dayz! Y’all be self-centered? Well, guess what, I am, now! No one can handle it; it’s scary!! My Rating: 4.3

14. “I Thought You Knew”
>>> A Q-Red beat; why can’t he be a better person? With this Racked-Up Ready tribute video I got comin’ up, I wonder if he’ll even watch tha video? Prolly not! I’ll just go back to my six dayz a week with my job! But, tha hook sounds nice; feelin’ tha sample… Hearin’ Level on tha 1st verse and it’s catchy; always gotta rep strong fa tha Rouge! Mookie on tha 2nd verse, here, and females “wearin’” males’ “clothes,” lol? You already know that you gotta have a lil’ transgender/acting in you, right? A regular-soundin’ verse, but please, puke when you say, “Money,” Mookie! It’s gay! Let males wear female clothes like Young Thug!! My Rating: 4.4

15. “Put It On Ya”
>>> Really hot beat start, here! Tha hook sounds pretty catchy, here; good shit, Mookie! And, here comes Mookie on tha 1st verse, comin’ through nicely on tha track! Ahh, “money in my pocket;” damn, you Mookie!! Am I gonna earn “money” from you soon? I prolly am better off pickin’ up extra hours at my job? That’s easy “money” that I’d PULL TEETH FOR with anyone from Louisiana, smh! But, here goes Mookie on tha 2nd verse, too, comin’ through wit more catchy rhymes… I still don’t get how you guys can release this music and not even send it to me. It’s like, why even record anything? It’s just goin’ to WASTE!! W.A.S.T.E.!!!!! Now, we finally got Level on tha 3rd verse and it’s soundin’ good. A reference to “BluBlack,” here, or was Level meaning “blue black?” Either way, I know they’ve collaborated before, but I’ono if Level would show him luv outside of a conversation ‘cause Blu’s underrated! My Rating: 4.3

16. “Jump On It”
>>> More Q-Red beats with somethin’ that sounds like a female sample from tha ‘90s or somethin’, like a party R&B record… Either way, an okay hook. Hearin’ Mookie on tha 1st verse and it sounds decent. It’s almost like we keep gettin’ a large amount of quantity with music, these dayz. Like, why does every CD have to have, like, 18 songs on it? Like, what’s with all tha Level CDs gettin’ out there that I neva hear? Too much quantity over quality? Like, a good portion of tha quality in tha music’s here, but not to last a legacy, due to I don’t get to enjoy it while it’s out! SMH! Now, we got Level on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit a nice sex scene! Imagine a dude hittin’ on Level, lol? Like, Level, how would you react? How would you react to an autistic person approachin’ you? Hmm… Will that eva happen? Will Level have an autistic kid? An okay verse; can’t complain… My Rating: 4.0

17. “Something Safe To Play With”
>>> A knock at tha do’…; an EQ beat… Catchy hook from Mookie, here; kinda reminds me of my ’08 excitement for Louisiana music, lol. Hearin’ Mookie on tha 1st verse and he’s got shit on lock; nice job, minus tha “Ben Franklins!” Too many beat tag noises? Kinda gay, like a dude hittin’ on anotha dude, right? Hearin’ more of tha hook and it’s now soundin’ like Mookie’s obsessin’ “money” even more; gross!! Here comes Level on tha 2nd verse, soundin’ good, as always! Then again, “nothin’ but 25;” it’s 2012/2013 again? Enough wit tha “money” shit, Level!! My Rating: 4.1

18. “Throw Up My Pocket”
>>> Anotha beat provided by EQ Tha Misfit, here… Sounds like a club banga fa Mookie, here, like a snake windin’… Nice 2nd ½ of tha hook wit tha title part and tha “drop it down low;” good shit, Mookie! Damn, why all tha beat sounds again, throughout tha whole entire song? Stupid idea!! Mookie on tha 1st verse and it’s soundin’ nice, of course; can’t complain, here… Hearin’ Level on tha 2nd verse and it sounds nice, too; I’m likin’ tha “Foxy Brown” reference, too. I also like how Level said, “Fasho,” on tha start to tha 13th bar, lol. My Rating: 4.3

19. “5-Star Cypher” feat. Box, Racked-Up Ready & Max Minelli
Endin’ it with an almost-nine-minute joint, here… >>> Beat’s aight ta rap on, here… Here’s Level on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit dat energy! “I’m tryna get some money. My money good…;” yeah, yeah, yeah… “I’m just playin’, mane;” heard tha laughter in your voice, lol. Guess this tha way of rappin’ off tha top of your head? No wonder why there’s so many “money” references, smh! I’ve gotten a lot betta with freestylin’ now, eva since workin’, goin’ through shit & gettin’ high, and I have ta say, I can even try and avoid any “money” references as much as I can! Try it! Like, numbers are better, such as 36,000 seconds in 10 hours, or 5 81334 00501 0 for a .99 coffee coupon’s barcode, Level!! Think! Now, we got Mookie on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit some catchy rhymes; feelin’ his random rappin’… Damn, Mookie, at 3:12, “Fuck till I’m exhausted;” came outta nowhere, lol! Lots of Mookie rappin’, here; nice! Time fa “B-O-X” on tha 3rd verse, here… Just an okay verse fa me, but nothin’ ta complain about. Just like he said, “Tha verses are basic;” exactly what I said! Now, we got “Young Ready,” as he says, on tha 4th verse, here… Feelin’ his gangsta shit, here… No bullshit rhymes on this verse, here; feelin’ what he got goin’ on, here. LOL @ “I like bitches who suck and fuck;” lol @ tha “suck and fuck!” And now, Max on tha 5th verse ta rap it up! Regular rappin’, here; nothin’ really ta say… And, like Level said, “I’m tha best;” he was, on this! My Rating: 4.0

Overall: This CD was strongest during tha beginning and then, got a lil’ on a decent level. There were still quite a bit of bangerz, though. I have to give Level his props for always havin’ energy, non-stop! Got two more reviewz of him to do, so I gon appreciate more energy comin’ outta his August 28, 1987-ass, lol! But yeah, nice team project and, as always, great production! Keep tha energy goin’ fa life!!

If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. Bigga Rankin, Lil’ One The Champ, Racked-Up Ready & Malachi “Intro”
Hmm… >>> Nice beat; mixin’ up tha talkin’ with tha Malachi background vocals… Here’s tha 1st verse (Lil’ One The Champ), soundin’ nice with tha consistent rhymes; I’m likin’ tha “traffic” line… Catchy shit from Ready on tha 2nd verse, here, as gangsta as he can always be… Feelin’ tha street rhymes ova this beat, as always. Beat tag revealed: J.Scalez? My Rating: 4.3

02. Racked-Up Ready, Lil’ One The Champ & Malachi “All I Know”
Hmm, again… >>> Likin’ this hook and beat; nice singin’, Malachi! Good shit from Ready on tha 1st verse, here; can’t complain… However, why Malachi trippin’ about dyin’ as “a broke nigga?” Who needs money, anyway? Speakin’ of, yawn, Lil’ One on tha 2nd verse; kinda cocky for me to appreciate… It’s like, “20x” harder chance to get a hold of me? How ‘bout dat one? My Rating: 4.2

03. Malachi feat. Racked-Up Ready & Lil’ One The Champ “Send My Bitch”
! >>> An okay hook with an okay beat, here… Hearin’ Ready on tha 1st verse and I’m definitely feelin’ tha “loud” that “you could smell;” yeah! Could really use some now; nobody around up here in PA, smh! So, I gotta sit in tha house and do reviewz all day, on my only day off, smh! Not diggin’ this 2nd verse at all with all this “money” shit; enough, already, smh! Bad job, Malachi; “money” ain’t tha end of tha world!! Now, we got Lil’ One on tha 3rd verse, comin’ through in a decent wa—no, not “money, we throw it;” can you come up with somethin’ else?!? You don’t see me braggin’ and bitchin’ about “money,” unless it’s one song about me gettin’ robbed! My Rating: 3.5

04. Racked-Up Ready feat. Lee Banks & Madd Marvin “Turnt Up”
My Current Rating: 4.5

05. Racked-Up Ready “Dopeman Bitch”
My Current Rating: 4.3

06. Lil’ One The Champ feat. Mouse On Tha Track “Mz. Katrina”
Makes me think of Karina, a hot chick that used to work at my job, when I see any name starting with “K” and ending with an “A,” lol. >>> Sounds like it could be catchy, here… “So-so-soakin’ wet?” More like dry for how this track sounds fa me, so far… Tha hook ain’t really catch my attention and now, we got Lil’ One on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit decent rhymes. I’ono, I’ont think I can feel this pussy-dedicated song… Rhymes sound really random… Anotha verse from Lil’ One, here; guess no Mouse verse? It sounds random, once again; too fast with tha rappin’! Could’ve really used a Mouse verse, but this hook sounds better on tha vocals, but still ehh… My Rating: 2.7

07. Lil’ One The Champ feat. Racked-Up Ready “Bottles”
>>> Better beat, though still plain… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it was okay ‘til Lil’ One keeps on braggin’ about his “bank roll,” smh! Tha hook’s a lil’ catchy with this title part repeatin’, but for tha most part, anyone could come up wit this! Got Ready on tha 2nd verse and it’s on tha cocky side; God forbid he don’t get a “bitch,” smh… Just like tha last song, I wasn’t really into this one that much… My Rating: 2.9

08. Lil’ One The Champ feat. Malachi “‘Bout My Cake”
Next… >>> G-Motive beat. Kinda not anticipatin’ this track, due to tha “cake” topic… Kinda like Malachi on tha hook, but I think tha content throws me off… Here comes Lil’ One on tha 1st verse… These rhymes can be pretty nice to hear, as they’re pretty consistent, but I just can’t take this shit serious. My Rating: 3.0

½time: More like a decent CD; kinda can’t fuck wit some of this shit, though, and tha rest iz decent… A 3.7-rated CD, currently.

09. Racked-Up Ready feat. Mista Cain & DJ B-Real “Get Ya Mind Right”
Time to quote my manager… … “REALLY?!?” My Current Rating: 4.9

10. Racked-Up Ready feat. G Nate “Bullshit”
My Current Rating: 3.9

11. Lil’ One The Champ & Racked-Up Ready “Thousand Bands”
Not anotha money song! >>> Beat’s your typical-soundin’ mainstream music from tha south… Regular rhymes from Lil’ One on tha 1st verse, here, but I don’t like tha cocky shit… God forbid anyone sucks at one time! You already know I’ve sucked 1234723402843204732048324023847x in my life! Tha hook’s such bullshit; not for me at all! God forbid anyone’s fuckin’ broke!! And, didn’t need this to be stirred even further with Ready on tha 2nd verse… My Rating: 1.3

12. Racked-Up Ready & Malachi “Can’t Get Mad”
>>> J.Scalez on tha beat… Nice beat, here, and tha hook’s pretty nice… Hearin’ Ready on tha only verse and it’s pretty great to hear. A nice, slow flow to dig… My Rating: 4.2

13. Lil’ One The Champ feat. Malachi “Still Alive”
>>> Not really my style (“struggle rap,” as I call it)… Beat’s kinda sad-soundin’ with a street vibe and Lil’ One sounds like he’s goin’ through a struggle… I know I may be criticizin’ this, but what kinda song will I come up with for my late brother? As for tha hook, it almost sounded catchy but it sounds like Malachi has a lil’ bit of dick in his mouth, a.k.a. some auto-tune, smh! “My daughter…,” as Lil’ One explains on tha 2nd verse. Like, not a virgin? Why? Why rush things? People that are Gs should just wait! Focus on tha career, first, before tha kids become distracting in life! That’s what I’ve been doin’ my whole life; take notes! My Rating: 2.6

14. Racked-Up Ready & Malachi “Everything Up”
>>> Typical-soundin’ beat; definitely not diggin’ this hook by Malachi! Yuck! No “money” shit and auto-tune to create a bad mix! Hearin’ Ready on tha 1st verse and this iz totally not for me, at all! Can’t fuck wit all this “money” shit at all; too much of an obsession!! Really not diggin’ Malachi’s verse on tha 2nd verse, too, but I do like tha, “Shit, shit, shit, shit,” line, lol. My Rating: 1.6

15. Lil’ One The Champ “Watch What I Do”
>>> Almost sounds like a nice reggae beat start, here… A “bands” start to tha 1st verse? Nooooooooooo, don’t ruin this potentially-nice track! More rhymes comin’ outta this 1st verse and it’s soundin’ pretty nice. My God, how many times he gotta mention “bands” and bein’ “broke,” smh?! My interest continues to go down… Even got a good-soundin’ hook, but I’ono how much this money shit gon ruin tha rating… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s a lot more catchier with tha title part repeatin’… Enough with tha “my bank roll iz my trophy” shit! See, back in tha day, it would be like, “I’m lyrical.” Now, I could give a FUCK what anyone iz when they mention “money” in EVERY FUCKIN’ SONG THEY MAKE!!! Overall, a mixed review, here… My Rating: 3.7

16. Racked-Up Ready feat. Ray Vicks & Lil’ One The Champ “Rubberbands”
Neva heard Lil’ One on this one… >>> Still sounds nice, even though all this money shit gets in my way… Let’s just pretend this iz from before DJ B-Real couldn’t pay me back and I’ll be fine! Well, more like decent in my book… As far as Lil’ One appearin’ on this, it’s straight… My Rating: 4.0

17. Lil’ One The Champ “They Don’t Like Me”
>>> Sounds like that hot Baton Rouge-type music ta end this off. However, will it be completely ruined by money rhymes? We shall see… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s Lil’ One attemptin’ a club banga… To me, it sounds decent; it don’t really fit him that much. Like, I’d rather it be more lyrical, but on a beat like this. Hearin’ tha hook and “I know that” this hook sounds like me, these dayz! Like, all these Louisiana boyz can’t handle me wit a job, gettin’ high, hangin’ out, travelin’ & more! They’re used to tha 21-year-old Frankie who would just sit in his room, waiting for a Louisiana rapper to call, ROFL!!! Anyway, on to tha 2nd verse, here… Kinda random with tha lyrics, but it still sounds nice ova this beat… My Rating: 4.1

18. Bigga Rankin “Outro”
… >>> Thanx for tha info, Rankin… My Rating: N/A

Overall: A decent effort, here; tha label was way better with Kevin Gates around it, but life must go on… My only wish iz for err-body to stick to their hood with content and all that; not everything has to be about money!!

Review #1,390: London Loui "Took Long Enough"

Reviewed on 3.17.2014 (Review #1,390)

Whataya know? Anotha review! Off tha Loyalty Is Everything (L.I.E.) label, we have London Loui Took Long Enough. Loui iz a 21-year-old rapper from Baton Rouge, LA. I found out about this mixtape through BluBlack’s brother, Billion Dollar Blu (Blu3 Da Truth, or Blue On The Track) on Instagram. As far as Loui goes, I can tell he was a ‘90s baby when I saw that this was a “mixtape.” I dunno about a 55-minute, 14-track CD bein’ a “mixtape;” sounds like an album to me, if that’s even “cool” to say, nowadayz, smh. But, whateva, lemme just review this… Start Time: 8:59 AM | End Time: 9:54 AM

If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it! After I was robbed by an artist who claimed they “get money,” hearin’ about how much you “got money” and anything “money” really bothers me. If you have not done business wit me before, I won’t tolerate “money” talk in tha music!!

01. “Intro”
And, albums have original production! Blue On The Track providin’ you with some production, here; should be a good/interesting intro! >>> Sounds a lil’ slow for an intro? Let’s see what comes outta this… Good intro; almost sounds like Beezy Bird. Tha hook’s nice wit not trustin’ “nobody;” I know I learned my lesson by supportin’ Louisiana too much! Can’t trust lyrics at any time!! Hearin’ tha 1st verse, and it sounds good ova this nice, Lil’ Blu track! Tha 2nd verse iz pretty nice; just now 21, and you’re already into tha lean and err-thang? Good job, here. My Rating: 3.9

02. “Big Dreams”
Anotha Blu3 Da Truth beat! >>> LOL @ wantin’ “to be them” [tha rappers], growin’ up… This beat’s pretty smooth and sounds great. Seems like you’re slowly startin’ off this CD, instead of just slammin’ down on it, quick. Hearin’ tha 1st verse, and rhymes are good; slightly boring with how this sounds, overall, but nothin’ negative, overall. Fuck! This 6:17?! No way iz this a mixtape with a long-ass song like this on there! Tha hook’s good fa “reality.” Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ good, too. Not bad, overall; sounds like you want fans? Hearin’ tha hook again, and I’m glad you “cherish every item [you] receive!” Tha 3rd verse sounds good, as this continues… I’m 4:22 in, and I haven’t been completely bored, yet, surprisingly… And, of course, a 57-second outro? Nope, some freestylin’; nice, though you prolly should’ve just had it as a separate track. Not too crazy about tha voice on tha freestylin’ ‘cause it sounds like Mista or someone, smh. My Rating: 4.0

03. “I Really Do It”
Hope so; Austin Rashaad on tha track… >>> This sounds more like what could’ve been tha 1st track on this CD; good, regular sound and hook, so far. Tha 1st verse sounds good, but I hear a Gates/Percy Keith-like flow in your voice… Tha 2nd verse’s a lil’ cocky and random-sounding; I dunno, here… Sounds like you’re just tryna get attention or somethin’… My Rating: 3.6

04. “Go With Yo Move” (L.I.E. Ace)
So, a different dude rappin’ off this one, I see? Produced by Cosmo… >>> I like how this sounds; he might just be better than you! Nice hook, and pretty serious beat! Lots goin’ on in tha 1st verse, here; pretty nice, but I lost all interest for random fast raps, lately… I think Kevin Gates ruined it. Great rhymes, but ugh, this fast rappin’ on tha 2nd verse iz such a turn-off!! Great rating from me, luckily, though tha fast rappin’ got in tha way. My Rating: 4.4

05. “How I’m Built” Feat. Percy Keith
Percy Keith in 2014? What a surprise, I guess? Thought he was only 2013, but at least you’re givin’ him a chance, with Billion Dollar Blu, a.k.a. Blu3 Da Truth, b.k.a. Blue On The Track on tha beat! >>> Beat’s nice; sounds pretty energetic, mixed with some intense-type street shit, a lil’ bit. You’re on tha 1st verse, I believe, and it sounds good/random. Tha hook’s pretty catchy, too; blends in nicely… Tha 2nd verse sounds good from you, too; consistent rhymes, this time. Okay, yup, Percy Keith on tha 3rd verse; nice “-ah”-ending lines to start off tha verse. Sounds good and consistent on this verse; nice job. My Rating: 4.3

06. “Cold Hearted” Feat. Lil’ Cali
Nice feature, though no producer listed? >>> Production’s got a lil’ bit of tha Blue On The Track-like vibe to it, so far… Hearin’ tha 1st verse, and that’s you? Sounds like a Gym Class Hero or someone… Weird hook? It’s okay, and then, some notes bein’ held? Why’s Lil’ Cali on tha feature? Who tha hell was that on tha 1st verse, then? Was that a Cali? Not tha same dude, since you’re on tha 2nd verse, here… I can’t stand when people keep peoples’ names “alive,” when they get “murdered;” they ruin tha name. Thank God I got my non-dickrided rappers like Sporty-T, Twelve A’Klok, Sheen~Marie, and others! My Rating: 2.6

07. “Cry No More” Feat. Myranda
I don’t think this one gon go over well, for me, though Blue On The Track on tha track… >>> Yea, I knew this was gonna sound a lil’ scary in tha beginning, though tha beat’s pretty nice… This prolly could’ve gone to a different rapper; I don’t think this really fits you. Not into tha depressin’ hook, though tha voice of Myranda sounds pretty good… Tha 1st verse ain’t too bad with your perseverance… Tha 2nd verse ain’t really for me; can’t listen to depressing music. My Rating: 2.2

½time: A decent effort, so far, fulla decent songs, songs that aren’t for me, and some bangerz. Overall, a 3.6 for tha CD rating, currently.

08. “Alive”
Austin Rashaad on tha beat. LOL @ him not likin’ “Lil’” anymore; neva thought people would break away from that and “young”! >>> Pretty bad beat, here; so slow! This an original production? Wow, could’ve thought it was that bootleg Lil’ Cali feature song without a producer, but it’s not. Tha 1st verse’s whateva, but tha 2nd verse sounds betta… Forgot to mention that tha hook’s whateva, too. What’s up wit tha “bitches” ending? Guess you made this depressing sound just to get attention? My Rating: 2.3

09. “Magazine” Feat. L.I.E. Ace
Blue On The Track comin’ through wit a Loyalty Is Everything collaboration! >>> Beat’s a lil’ slow, once again, but I’m sure I can get into it a lil’ bit, since it’s Blue. Tha intro’s pretty much attackin’ some P.A.N.s; hope you got some money for my services if you’re attackin’ those “broke-ass niggaz!” Hearin’ tha 1st verse, and it sounds decent, so far… Nice sounds in tha beat at 1:07… Tha hook sounds like one of those dickrided rappers on tha come-up, so I dunno how much I can feel it…; I’m startin’ ta feel tha beat more, though. Tha 2nd verse iz Ace, and he comin’ through wit okay rhymes, here; thought he was betta on that solo joint, but this iz still pretty nice… Hearin’ you on tha 3rd verse, and I like your description of tha “palm trees” and shit. Let’s hope I get away from this East Coast ASAP! SMFH @ tha “and, I’m fuckin’ yo bitch, nigga,” outro; all you want iz attention or somethin’? My Rating: 3.1

10. “So Beautiful” Feat. Malachi
Some Dead Game luv, here, with Guss On The Track (I like to spell his name with two “S”es to prevent confusion with Gus from Dhat Fam)! >>> Not feelin’ tha voice of Malachi on tha hook, this time. Beat’s okay for a smooth one. Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse, and just ‘cause it’s Malachi on tha feature, why you gotta sound a lil’ like Kevin Gates? Tha 2nd verse ain’t too bad, either, but it’s startin’ to sound boring/not for me. “Mixtapes” are for tha streetz,  not for tha ladies; this iz an album! My Rating: 2.5

11. “In The Morning”
More Blu3 luv… >>> I’m likin’ this beat start, here, except that typical sound effect that’s in everyone’s songs, before you started talkin’. That’s so not Louisiana; keep it to Drumma Boy! Tha hook’s pretty nice; I can dig it… Tha 1st verse’s pretty nice; are you a Kevin Gates relative or somethin’? Hearin’ tha 2nd verse, and at only 21, you got a “main bitch,” already? Seems like you’re makin’ moves fast; that’s how it be like in Louisiana? Not bad for this song, right chea. My Rating: 3.8

12. “Struggles”
Anotha Blue On The Track-produced joint fa you! >>> Why Blue keep usin’ a beat tag in tha beginning? When will producers quit that annoying, lack-of-fun-by-not-guessing shit? Anyway, tha beat’s pretty nice for anotha slow one, and you got some good rhymes in tha 1st verse… Tha hook’s kinda boring for me; not into a struggle. Wow, tha 2nd verse sounds like you’re rappin’ with a random flow. Like, it was regular, then, sounded like paranoia, and then, back to regular rappin’. My Rating: 3.0

13. “The Turn Up” Feat. L.I.E.
Blue On The Track beat; anotha L.I.E. collaboration! >>> Tha gay beat tag again!! Beat and rhymes are aight, though I’m not really into this hook; sounds like it has a mainstream vibe… Oh wait, that was tha pre-hook; tha actual hook’s good, except tha “bands” and “hoes” bullshit. That’s completely contradicting from tha “struggles” you said you have, smh. How about me: Havin’ only $200, no people at all around you; that ain’t you! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse from L.I.E., and it’s okay; pretty cocky wit tha “bitches on my dick” shit. Hope he don’t have a kid by now! More “hoes”-braggin’ on tha 3rd verse, here, from you… Not really into this, though it ain’t terrible. “Pocket fulla bands; I could loan a band to everybody;” I think I should take off just for that line! My Rating: 2.4

14. “How I’m Built (Remix)” Feat. Young Shine & Lee Banks
Took tha Keith out, lol? L…O…L… Anyway, same producer as tha original, so this’ll prolly have similarities… >>> Nice 1st verse; almost sounds like tha Short Bus Boyz have reunited or somethin’. Lee even came through nice and consistent, on this! Surprisingly, I think I like tha original a lil’ betta. Ewe, a Percy Keith ending from tha original version, and that damn beat tag repeatin’! My Rating: 4.2

Overall: Turned out to be a lil’ below average for me, with only a few tight songs. I think there were too many slow songs and female jointz on this, as well as a lack of an exciting mood. Definitely not a “mixtape,” once again; it’s an album ‘cause every song faded out, started without a DJ, had no blending, and of course, even had beat tags! Hope you submit somethin’ to my upcomin’, 17th mixtape compilation, due out Thursday!

Review #1,319: Racked-Up Ready "Street Laws (Hosted by Trap-A-Holics & DJ Frank White)"

Reviewed on 8.31.2013 (Review #1,319)

Got my final current review for a while. Then, I prolly gon catch up wit tha old ones, once I get situated, as well as figuring out where my life iz going. But, for now, got this Racked-Up Ready—formerly, Young Ready—Street Laws (Hosted by Trap-A-Holics & DJ Frank White) review I finna do. I have to admit, I really don’t like tha name change at all. Why iz everyone tryna turn they name into somethin’ money-related? So far, I’ve seen three people this year do it:
Brister Boy to G-Money
Young Kidd Kidd to Stacks
Young Ready to Racked Up Ready
Especially that I got robbed, hearin’ anything money-related has been makin’ me feel less and less comfortable… So many people bullshit about it, too! But, whether or not I care, I still gon review this. It’s a Dead Game Records release, and I think Kevin Gates iz a target on this CD? Looks like somethin’ brutal, so we’ll see what goes down! BTW, I guess this CD gets a “L” wit sellin’ copies ‘cause it’s 1:34:34 on tha length; why so long? I just reviewed Kevin Gates’ Stranger Than Fiction, and it got an average CD rating of 3.9. It had two 4.6-rated songs top it, but had a 1.1-rated song bring tha ratings down. Let’s see how you do, Ready… Start Time: 11:38 AM | End Time: 1:06 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! 01. The Voice
Uh oh, I smell an explosion, based off of some of tha shit I’ve read online… >>> Sounds like an intro… From readin’ further online, this iz Travis from Dead Game Records. BTW, what tha hell happened ta Bottomline Music Group? :( Wow, this dude’s pissed! Wonder if he was autistic; how would he’ve said so much? Hey Travis, I’m autistic; conversing iz a blessing! Poor Kevin Gates! Guess Travis thinks he’s Stranger Than Non-Fiction? Damn, guess no more Guss fa Gates. I have to say, Guss gets a “W” for followin’ me on Twitter; Gates doesn’t, and Ready, you follow me, so that’s anotha “W” for you. Some of this iz startin’ ta get cocky… Wonder if Travis knows who I am…? Overall, I don’t think people should have publicized beefs, unless you wanna die. Just brush it off! Ewe, Travis, “New York”? Who cares about dat expensive, gas-eating place that I’m from!! My Rating: N/A

02. “Intro”
I guess “The Voice” was just an extra thing, since this iz tha actual “intro”? EQ production… >>> Nice lil’ track, here; gotta give this a plus! Sounds like you’re ready ta attack anything in your path! I would hope that nothin’s soft and for tha females, like dat Family Ties was, since this iz a weapon against Gates! My Rating: 4.2

03. “Pop Lock”
Yeah, Savage doin’ some production, here!! >>> Nice start; sounds pretty nice!! Wow, luvin’ tha beat at :13!! Didn’t know Savage had that happier side ta him wit tha beat’s vibe! Great how this sounds; keepin’ it gangsta, here! Sounds nice wit tha hook, too; sounds like it blends nicely for tha streetz and tha hoes? Whoo @ tha 2nd verse; pretty consistent wit how you comin’ through wit it! My Rating: 4.4

04. “Somethin’ Serious”
Have I heard of this Yella On Tha Track producer? Maybe once? Not sure… >>> WTF wit tha “DJ—DJ—DJ” shit? Sounds like “DJ”—Annoying—Khaled! But, lemme just get to tha song… Feelin’ tha beat, here, as you’re comin’ through wit some nice shit fa tha streetz! Tha hook sounds nice, here; sounds like you’re doin’ it big? Well, if you wanna beat Kevin Gates, I’d suggest you send some of dem “racks” to me, and get some nice commercials, videoz, etc. done! Gates hasn’t done any services wit me, yet, and neither have you! Now’s your chance to defeat him! Not bad for a song, overall; you stayin’ consistent, here… My Rating: 3.9

05. “Get Ya Mind Right” Feat. DJ B-Real & Mista Cain
Jay Scalez beat. Oh, this song, lol! A “W” for y’all! Previously reviewed it on tha Louisicain 2.5! My Current Rating: 4.9

06. “Hold That Noise (Remix 2)” Feat. Yo Gotti & Kevin Gates
Saw that Savage was on tha beat, here, but didn’t realize Gates iz in this? Must be a 2nd remix? Kinda odd, knowing that this iz an anti-Gates CD! >>> Just gonna review Gates’ part, since this sounds tha same as tha other two versions… LOL @ him on here! He sounds tight wit his consistentness, but it’s such a victory for him for bein’ on your track!! What was wit tha last part of his verse? He just quoted you, Ready! Dick-wrong-ridin’? My Rating: 4.5

07. “Master P” Feat. Gucci Mane
??? What’s wit tha title/feature? Q-Red beat. >>> Sounds like tha title should be “In Tha Trap”? Oh wait, I heard tha title, just now… This also sounds familiar wit tha 1st verse, like I’ve heard this from somewhere else… Either way, it sounds like you’re deliverin’ some catchy shit, here, on tha 1st verse; how can tha streetz deny this? Not understandin’ why Gucci’s on this; gay braggin’! He’s so ’04 ta me! Still, that’s nowhere-near as bad as that Migos dude on Kevin Gates’ CD! My Rating: 3.1

08. “Ran Thru”
Some more Scalez beatz comin’ at cha! >>> I like this vibe; sounds like a Savage-produced track, so J.Scalez did a nice job wit this one! I think this vibe’s also a lil’ too feel-good fa this kinda battlin’ CD… Like, it sounds like you’re havin’ a good time than bein’ mad with success… Still, catchy hook and track, overall. My Rating: 3.8

09. “Hold It Down” Feat. Savage & DJ B-Real
LOL, it looks like it’s 2008 again with these features together! And, holdin’ tha beat down, it’s Savage!! Pretty anxious fa this one! >>> Beat start sounds like a nice sequel from tha previous song… Not likin’ tha “phone” start from you, on tha 1st verse… This joint sounds like a song fa tha real; not bad wit your 1st verse… Oh, thought it would be B-Real on tha hook, but it’s Savage on tha hook; sounds nice! You know Sav has a great voice ta hold tha south down! Huh? You’re on tha 2nd verse wit tha “phone” again, Ready? Any room fa B-Real wit only 1:09 left? Oh, there’s still 37 seconds left… A short, 3rd verse from B-Real, here… Great voice; sounds dedicated fa someone who finna get out… Then again, B-Real, I FINNA BE AN UNCLE!!! My Rating: 4.3

10. “Phone Jumpin’” Feat. Mouse On Tha Track, Doe B & Zedzilla
More Scalez beatz. However, I consider this a big “L” and I ain’t gonna agree wit this song at all, prolly, ‘cause we all know, Young Ready, you don’t have a phone! I still don’t have tha #, and when you told me it was your “girl”’s #, in 2010, one of my BR boyz told me that you were playin’ mind games wit me. Not cool… Whether I like this song or not, I don’t think I can take it serious… >>> Sounds like an anticipated beat… Okay, Mouse on tha hook, here; I can deal wit him and his “phone!” Hope you don’t ruin this wit your girl’s “phone,” Ready! Here’s tha 1st verse from Ready, comin’ through wit a nice, street vibe fa this Jay Scalez track… At least, I didn’t hear any braggin’ about tha “phone,” so that’s a good thing! Tha 2nd verse iz Doe B (iz that Doe Boy from tha Short Bus Boyz)? Sounds consistent; it’s good for this track… Hearin’ this 3rd verse from Zedzilla, and it sounds like Young Gregory… Sounds like they’re on top, but I’ve neva heard of them before? Okay, exactly one minute left; will it just be tha beat endin’ this thang off? Damn, 37 seconds later, tha hook repeated… My Rating: 4.1

11. “Bad Habit”
Lord knows, we got ‘em, lol, wit Q-Red on tha beat! >>> What’s it like havin’ a “bitch,” Ready, despite always bein’ in tha streetz? Anyway, likin’ tha sound of this wit tha hook; catchy wit it bein’ “up her alley,” this “bad habit,” lol. Hearin’ tha 1st verse, and it sounds like you qualify for all this success, huh? No wonder why people ignore me! I ain’t got what you got! Tha 2nd verse sounds like it flows wit this, too. BTW, Ready, I might be gettin’ “Instagram” soon! Wonder if you’ll pay attention? Prolly not ‘cause I know I get no attention, whatsoever! My Rating: 4.0

12. “What Up!”
LOL, puttin’ some big “W”s on here to balance your score out? My Current Rating: 4.9

13. “Like Christmas”
Got some Middle Fingga Productions a.k.a. EQ Tha Misfit, here… >>> I love how you keep comin’ through wit attackin’ peoples’ Christmases!! LOL, if it’s one holiday tha big ol’ Grinch’ll be on, it’ll be Christmas, and a big, around-30-year-old dude by tha name of Young Ready! I’m feelin’ how you comin’ through wit this shit on tha 1st verse; sounds like you’re “rockin’” wit only tha best… Well, you kinda forgettin’ ‘bout me, at times… Consistent beat, by tha way; sounds like you can’t even breathe, lol! “All I want fa Christmas iz freedom fa my niggaz.” Wow @ showin’ dudes luv; I don’t even know what dat be like! My Rating: 4.4

½time: So far, this iz a pretty consistent CD; most of this shit be nice! Currently, you’re at 4.2 for tha CD rating! At tha ½time on Gates’ latest CD, he had 4.4, surprisingly. But, this was before tha shitty-ass song came in. So, we’ll see how things end!

14. “Not Gone Let U Slide” Feat. Madd Marvin & Mista Cain
Looks like it gon be raw… Mizzle on tha track, here… >>> Nice beat, here; sounds like some original, Baton Rouge-soundin’ roots! Feelin’ how you comin’ through on tha 1st verse, too; you seem ta be puttin’ tha rounds in peoples’ mouths! And, tha hook sounds pretty nice, too! I’m definitely feelin’ tha catchiness, here! Hearin’ this Marvin dude on tha 2nd verse and yea, this iz more like tha features! I can hear tha 225 in his voice; good/dumb shit!! Got Mista on tha 3rd verse, here… It fits; that’s all I can say. My Rating: 4.5

15. “Fuckin’ Off” Feat. Bugsy Calhoone
“Calhoun”? “Calhoone” in my book! No producer listed? Good feature, though, so I’m anticipated! >>> Sounds like a masturbatin’ hook, lol? I can dig it, in whatever perspective this iz… I can feel tha 1st verse, here; sounds like you’re livin’ a regular day in tha 225… Okay, now, tha hook’s kinda gettin’ repetitive… Tha 2nd verse sounds good, here; nothin’ much ta say about it… Hearin’ Bugsy on tha 3rd verse… Sounds pretty direct. Damn wit you, Ready, and your “phone” shit… My Rating: 3.7

16. “Picture Me A Tru Nigga” Feat. MMG Bay Bay, Rudye & C-Murder
Again, no production listed, but I’m startin’ ta like these different features you’re goin’ for! >>> Tha hook sounds pretty nice, here! And, we got Rudye on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit consistentness! “Tha flames!” Got some C-Murder on tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through wit consistentness, also! Those rhymes are non-stop! Got tha final verse, here, from you, and it’s you, showin’ off how you “do” it, like a T-to-tha-R-to-tha-U dude! My Rating: 4.3

17. “Fuck Nigga” Feat. Savage
Yea, family at its finest!! Savage doin’ tha beat, too!! >>> Luvin’ tha Savage start, here, exposin’ tha “fuck” niggaz! Great hook and great beat, as well as you joinin’ in tha hook, Ready!! Prolly tha best new song on here, for me!! Hearin’ tha 1st verse, and it sounds like some nice laws you spittin’, here; definitely feelin’ it, Ready! You even holdin’ down tha 2nd verse, too; can’t forget about you, Ready, no matter what minuses are in my mind! My Rating: 4.7

18. “Got It On Me” Feat. Malachi & Lil’ One The Champ
Can be hit or miss, but I won’t know ‘cause there’s no production listed… >>> I’m feelin’ this; great gangsta side ta Malachi on tha hook, here! Definitely a “W”! We all know about when I first heard Malachi on Kevin Gates’ jointz: Straight “L”! Now, he’s become betta wit tha hooks, and when he’s with you, it sounds like we got a hit, here! Speakin’ of you, here you are on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit neva-dyin’ street shit! Oh…, yes…, a Malachi verse!! Tha 2nd verse belongs ta Malachi, and I’m definitely feelin’ these rhymes! Seems like he can intimidate and ruin his enemies! Got Lil’ One The Champ on tha 3rd verse, here… Nice rhymes, but I gotta get used ta his voice… My Rating: 4.5

19. “Turn Up” Feat. Boss Action
Nice lil’ Out The Mud Entertainmentness, here! 808 beat! >>> Not really a fan of tha start from you, here… It sounds like this iz goin’ a Rick Ross-like route wit tha flow and beat… LOL @ this “molly”-popped Ready on tha hook! I lol’d, but not really a fan of you makin’ “a movie” on tha “iPhone!” Oh yea, Ready? You on this shit, but I finally got a high 15 dayz ago! That’s one step closer ta you! Beware, lol!! Okay, this iz really on a braggin’ level. I’d rather it be specifically about Gates than braggin’ ‘bout how much shit you got… But, I guess things are good. I’m gettin’ throwed-off while reviewin’ this okay/below-average song, here… Where’s Boss Action? Here he iz, on tha 3rd verse, comin’ through wit some nice, drug-related shit! Good ta have tha kitchen hot wit this boiling-hot CD! My Rating: 3.2

20. “Ain’t Tryna Be Ya Mane” Feat. Savage
Gotta luv tha title! Perfect perspective fa Savage, too! Him doin’ tha track, here, gon prolly make me luv it!! >>> Whoa @ anotha hot-ass beat start, outta nowhere!! A computerized-Savage on tha hook, here… No gayness on tha voice, here!! Strictly catchiness!! 99% of dudes who put a voice effect on their voice sound like a dude masturbatin’ in anotha dude’s ear, havin’ an orgasm and shit! But wit Sav, there’s no orgasmic gayness here! Even down ta bein’ a dad, how I always complain about these early dads: No complainin’ wit Savage! He’s, just, perfect in every area!! Good shit you got on tha 1st verse, Ready! You just comin’ through wit dat catchiness on this beat… Then again, a female song when it’s rage against Gates? Ahh, tha “phone” shit on tha 2nd verse… I get thrown-off, but dat don’t mean it’s affecting how I feel about this joint… My Rating: 4.6

21. “Vice Versa” Feat. Mista Cain & Z.C. Juice
So, Zion City Juice decided to put his name as an acronym, now? Interesting… More Ready family (Jay Scalez) on tha beat! >>> Nice beat, here; this CD’s pretty consistent and shit ain’t stoppin’!! Tha hook’s pretty nice! Hearin’ Mista on tha 1st verse, and “on tha road,” doin’ shows? Can’t picture it, since you gotta be a lil’ big ta do dat, right? Okay verse… Hearin’ you on tha 2nd verse, and tha beat just takes you ova!! Just spittin’ dat raw shit fa tha streetz!! Time fa tha Zion City Juice on tha 3rd verse, here… Still comin’ through wit dat “gangsta shit!” My Rating: 4.5

22. “Fuck Sum’n” Feat. Q-Red
Ooohhh……, Q-Red on tha track and feature!! >>> Sounds good wit a pitched-Q-Red on tha hook? Y’all must really be enjoyin’ this, but I thought this was battlin’? What’s wit tha dick action in tha “pussy,” here? Here you are on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit some catchy shit fa this kinda song… LOL, tellin’ “Q-Red” dat tha “mollies” are here, lol! Now, things gon be crazier!! Thought there’d be a Q-Red verse, but it’s you on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit more of your fucktastic rhymes… I have ta admit ta Q-Red, too: I FINNA BE AN UNCLE!!! My Rating: 4.5

23. “Take It From Me” Feat. Lil’ Pokey & Madd Marvin
Got some Wodie on tha beat, here! I wonder how tha features gon turn out, here…? >>> Has a lil’ bit of a mainstream twist ta this beat, but still sounds interestin’… Good shit you got goin’ on wit tha hook, here… Oh, not-purchased beat? Hearin’ Wodie’s tag throughout this, multiple times… Because I know tha deal wit repeatin’ tags, I won’t criticize it. So, wit that bein’ said, Pokey’s on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit nice shit, here; I can dig it… Here you are on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit your shit… I’ve heard it all from you… Wonder how you always have true luv fa “Mista Cain”? Like, where does tha luv begin? Wasn’t stalking involved? Obsessiveness? Trillions of “phone” calls? Anyway, got dat Madd Marvin on tha 3rd verse, and I’m definitely feelin’ how he comin’ through on this one!! Sounds like a southern version of Meek Mill, here!! My Rating: 4.5

24. “Da Dumbest” Feat. Jimi Jump
Keepin’ these interestin’ features goin’ wit Yella On Tha Beat on tha track, here! >>> Beat sounds nice; all these beats startin’ ta blend in wit each other… Again, anotha dark beat, and you got shit on lock fa tha streetz, here, wit your rhymes! Tha hook sounds pretty nice; shout out ta Jimi Jump, comin’ through wit his catchy voice and shit ta offer… Even got him on tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through wit dat champ-status shit! We finally have a shorter song than usual, this time… My Rating: 4.4

25. “Crazy” Feat. Turk
“Crazy” that there’s no producer listed, lol? But, I’m anticipated!! >>> Thought it was G-Motivation’s beat tag in tha beginning, based off that chirp…? Anyway, likin’ tha hook! Turk, now fallin’ into a world of “mollies,” be fulla dem “mollies!” Definitely catchiness comin’ outta his mouth! We got him on tha 1st verse, here, comin’ through wit some shit ta make err-body feel good, right? We got you on tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through wit all this “poppin’,” lol. Thought Dead Game got your back, here, it’s still “B.O.W. Ent.” representin’, it sounds like… My Rating: 4.4

26. “Eat That Ham”
This random saying ta end this CD off’s definitely a way ta close out on top? 808 doin’ tha track, here… >>> Whoo @ tha crazy-soundin’ beat start!! Much betta than tha previous 808 beat!! I’ll always remember how you said this title in Jiggaman’s “Get Loose”, from last year! That was a classic collaboration wit Level; good job wit doin’ that one, Ready! As far as this hook, definitely catchy! Love how you threatenin’ tha haterz!! Tha 1st verse sounds good, too; you strictly deliverin’ this shit!! Tha 2nd verse sounds tight, too; trapped in your music, here!! My Rating: 4.6

Overall: Well, looks like you basically won against Gates, here!! Sometimes, I like him betta, but it looks like you have betta reviewz. You even had almost double tha amount of songs he had, even though you went over tha CD length limit. Congratulations, Ready, fa gettin’ a “W” against Stranger Than Fiction, here! But, I still don’t know about your new money name, though! Either way, goodbye, current reviewz!

Oh yea, Ready, remember Zeus from Jigga House Records? Well, it was his birthday last Saturday. Look how I celebrated it:
Talk about dedication!! Driving three hours just to get a pic in front of tha Zeus building, like he did!!
