My 6th review for today iz Dog & Tech “Double Dose’n”, sometime from ’09. I’m sure this iz after “Baton Rouge Diamond” since dat came out in May 2009 but I’m not 100% sure. Start Time: 5:52 PM | End Time: 6:38 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Up first, we have a production from Last Man; this definitely should go over well!!! >>> You know this shit’s official; gotta luv tha production! Luv tha flow you guys have; it’s nice and slow/well-paced! Good shit on tha 1st verse, Dog. ROFL, what tha hell’s up wit tha hook? Didn’t expect Shyne ta be a gurl but it does sound pretty tight; her voice iz somewhat sexy, lol. LOL, Tech’s a character, doin’ his thang on tha 2nd verse wit dis shit! My Rating: 4.6
02. “Gin Bottle” Feat. D Boy
Must be a jacked or online beat since there’s no sourced produced. >>> It still sounds pretty good here; good hook! Thumbs up ta havin’ D Boy on tha 1st verse! This must be his song featurin’ y’all since you have you guys listed on tha feature on this song. I really like D Boy’s “don’t fuck wit meeeee” shit in tha 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse; good shit here! LOL, wildin’ out on tha 2nd verse wit tha way y’all spit this shit! You know Tech wildin’ out, lol! Or, was dat Dog? I get tha voices confused here and there, lol, my bad. LOL, Tech wit tha crazy voice on tha 3rd verse, lol! “Tryna dig in dat cat;” gotta luv it!

Here comes Cali Cal on tha beat; let’s get it! >>> Whoa!! Talk about a real hot beat start!!! And, dis shit has a perfect length: a lil’ ova four minutes! Tha hook’s definitely nice; it makes this CD seem real tight!! Crazy hook right here!! Can’t say it enough!! LOL, Dog on tha 1st verse? I made sure I got it right! Strictly 225 to tha fullest here!!! Here comes tha crazy-ass Tech on tha 2nd verse, lol! Let’s hear it lyric fa lyrics, lol! “Rollin’” and “loaded” instantly, lol! Classic shit right here!! Tha content’s too tight; can’t resist it!!! Tha chantin’ at tha end of tha verse iz tight, too! Surprised only two verses fit but you know y’all keep tha whole jam on ‘n’ poppin’!! My Rating: 4.9

Here’s a Modie beat; what do we got here? >>> A minute longer than before and tha production still sounds nice. Tha hook’s definitely nice wit how y’all define tha hook and y’all, ya dig? Tha 1st verse sounds tight! Yea, “fuck” a dad; strictly how I feel at times when it comes ta balancin’ things! Good shit, Tech! Some real shit comin’ outta tha 2nd verse from Dog; it’s all about escapin’ tha bullshit! Some mo real, street shit comin’ outta tha 3rd verse from Tech; good job wit tha definitions! My Rating: 4.3

Good attitude here and it says, “[mixtape],” so it must be an online beat again. >>> It doesn’t even sound like an online beat; sounds original. I guess that’s how good y’all are when it comes ta choosin’ beats! You know Dog’s comin’ through wit dat catchy-ass flow on tha 1st verse; good shit! Lookin’ forward ta hearin’ Young Hits produce some new shit fa you, accordin’ to tha last phone call we had. LOL, I knew tha hook was gonna be really catchy and tha title proves all tha bullshit goin’ on/bein’ anti to bullshit! LOL, here’s Tech on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit his kick-ass shit! Feelin’ what he spittin’, too! My Rating: 4.5

Self-produced by Dog; let’s hear it! >>> Sounds like anotha interestin’ beat! No matter who tha producer iz on this CD, everything blends into greatness!! Tha hook’s pretty catchy; feelin’ this female anthem! LOL, Tech comin’ through wit tha catchy-ass-soundin’ 1st verse!! LOL, how much can you consume, Tech? LOL! LOL, Dog’s even in tha mood here on tha 2nd verse; crazy shit! You know y’all always entertain me to tha fullest! LOL, crazy Tech on tha 3rd verse, keepin’ dis shit consistent! LOL, even Dog comin’ through on tha 3rd verse, too! My Rating: 4.4

Uh oh, lookin’ like a tight anthem, produced by Last Man!! >>> LOL, simple hook but definite plus on what y’all actually need a “refill” on, ya dig? I like tha “afta 4” shit; interestin’ shit, especially tha “pop two” shit. LOL, how much shit can I talk about wit dis 1st verse, lol? Tha actual hook sounds pretty nice; definitely some good shit here! LOL, here we are wit Tech on tha 2nd verse; can’t ask fa anything betta! You know what it iz wit dis song! My Rating: 4.5

Dog’s on tha 1st verse and this shit’s pretty tight; really feelin’ this beat!! Iz dat Fat Slim on tha hook? Not bad; I like his instant voice-jumps into parts of tha hook, lol. Crazy-ol’ Tech has some good, real shit ta offer on tha 2nd verse; I feel all dis. My Rating: 4.6

LOL, here’s Tech on tha 1st verse, doin’ tha damn thang in an intoxicated perspective, lol! Tha hook’s definitely real nice, once again! Nothin’ but dat straight-up, street-type shit!! LOL, “paranoid”-Dog on tha 2nd verse, spittin’ some good shit, too. My Rating: 4.5

Produced by Last Man; let’s get it! >>> This sounds pretty good; y’all know how ta make dem jamz! Tha hook’s real catchy; dumb shit!! LOL, feelin’ all tha drums in tha beat before tha hook ended!! Definite plus, especially when you have a crazy-ass character like Tech, lol!! Speakin’ of Tech, he’s on tha 1st verse, doin’ tha damn thang to tha fullest!! Really likin’ tha near-soundin’-Early-2000’s production as well as how y’all handle tha track! This must be after “Baton Rouge Diamond” ‘cause Tech was just singin’ “Jumbo”. Here’s Dog on tha 2nd verse, of course, doin’ his thang wit all tha drugs, lol! My Rating: 4.7

LOL, I like tha lil’, quick “Dog Da Cutthroata, mayne” part before tha 2nd verse! Soundin’ very dedicated here; you know what it iz! LOL, Tech, Tech, Tech!!! “Mo cake in her pants…;” dumb shit!! Tha 1st verse sounds good wit tha “’Bauds” and shit, stayin’ fresh! You almost sound like Tech here, Dog; I sometimes confuse y’all, lol. Tech’s on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit his great character, once again! My Rating: 4.4

I think you meant to subtract tha “I” in tha “In” ‘cause “in ½”? >>> Oh, “Dunn Dunn” beat; sounds good wit y’all on it! Yea, this iz “Gangsta N ½” plus an “A”, lol. Good shit wit tha 1st verse, ya dig? Whoa, a newbie hopped onto tha 2nd verse! Shout out ta Geezie, reppin’ “Louisiana” pretty tough!! Definitely some gutta shit; he a thug to tha fullest!! LOL, Tech comin’ through on tha 3rd verse wit his “gangsta” shit, lol. I can feel what he sayin’ right here; true shit! My Rating: 4.4

A beat from Modie right here and a solo from Tech; let’s hear it! >>> Oh, Tuddie’s a female; sounds pretty good and tha beat’s interestin’. LOL, are all Tech solos 5.5 minutes long, lol? Interestin’ rhymes; you won’t luv you, Tech? You’re real, real, real crazy, lol!!! When you were talkin’ ‘bout “[your] girl givin’ you spirit” when it came ta “not havin’ a granny and parents separated,” I would say, think positive! We can’t lose someone like you, ya dig? You real crazy wit it and someone like you has buku character; gotta keep people like you around for a real long time!!! My Rating: 4.2
16. “Throw Me Back (Remix)” Feat. Ms. Intoxicated
Well, Ms. (without tha “R”), lol. LOL, glad this iz on here! And, you forgot ta list dat Last Man produced dis tight-ass song, ya dig? Lemme paste tha review from last year: Tha intro gets you ready fa this hot joint and tha hook iz a great dance; not a gay one!! Tha 1st verse has a real great flow from Tech, doin’ tha damn thang, includin’ Ms. Intoxicated comin’ in, wantin’ ½ of Tech’s pillz, lol! But yea, Tech did a real nice job deliverin’ dat hot shit on tha 1st verse; gotta luv his flow and himself fa what he does!!! Dog iz on tha 2nd verse and at first, his voice was not noticeable. When I heard tha 2nd remix, I couldn’t figure out which person was him. But afta this mixtape, I’ll know who he iz ‘cause he’s more noticeable, now. Plus, I’m glad he fuckin’ wit Jay Regal & M.A. (a.k.a. J.A.P.A.N.)! And, Ms. Intoxicated did her thang on tha 3rd verse. I rememba when I first reviewed it, I said, “lovin’ tha ‘___ threw me one, and ___ threw me one’” (referrin’ to passin’ tha pillz) and I said, “LOL @ tha pill tossing! Err-body ‘throwin’ each otha one.’ Now that contributes to a good BR verse; pill tossing! Nothin’ gets betta than a mix of tons of shit! … Ms. Intoxicated’s [verse] bein’ tha most interesting one to hear…” Once again, a real interestin’ verse from Ms. Intoxicated and this song goes down as a memory in 2009!! I always enjoyed tha song to tha fullest and I’m real glad y’all makin’ some pill music and keepin’ it alive!!!!! My Current Rating: 4.7

LOL, what’s this? Not on tha back cover… >>> Sounds like a real tight, Dog-produced song! Oh, it’s “Intoxicated”, lol, produced by Last Man! Here’s tha review fa dis, too: You know when you hear a beat sound/horns like that in tha beginning, it’s definitely on ‘n’ poppin’!! I hear him on tha intro and tha hook goin’ hard, ya dig? Gotta luv tha simple hook, as tha title just basically explains itself, ya dig? Tha 1st verse has an interestin’ flow here; reminds me of tha “Throw Me Back” flow and I definitely felt it, ya dig? It’s all about soundin’ cool; him and Tech know how ta make sum real great music!!! Prolly tha best discovery from Way 3000, ya dig?!? Even comin’ through nice on tha 2nd verse, “rollin’ anotha blunt” on this shit right here! I still can’t get enough of this flow; it’s just real nice!!! Definitely liked tha verse and I most definitely enjoyed it to tha fullest, ya dig?!? It’s great ta name your song afta your female partner Ms. Intoxicated, ya dig? My Current Rating: 4.6
