Review #1,937: B.T. Da Hound "Dead End Capital"

Reviewed on 6.29.2020 (Review #1,937)

As I continue ta review, up next, I have B.T. Da Hound Dead End Capital, courtesy of Ouristory Entertainment! Originally unsure of who exactly B.T. Da Hound was, I was always confused at tha B.T. from tha late Big Markee’s Shop Shutters Group vs. this B.T. Da Hound dude & tha questionable “B.T.” from tha old Young Ready & Savage tracks. Once I got it cleared up wit B.T. Da Hound, I realized that B.T. from tha Shop Shutters iz just “B.T. (Shop Shutters)”, while tha B.T. on tha old Young Ready & Savage jointz iz B.T. (Da Hound). With that bein’ said, anything I promote of B.T. Da Hound gon be labeled as “B.T. Da Hound”, to prevent any confusion. Now that we got dat cleared up, let’s do dis…!! Start Time: 1:54 PM | End Time: 2:35 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

© 2020 Review (Review #1,937) reviewed on 6.29.2020 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. “Kill Me Down”
>>> Almost wasn’t sure about tha sample, at first. However, I’m diggin’ how it continuously repeats in tha background, here… Hearin’ what you got on tha verse, here & I’m diggin’ your consistency on tha rhymes. Sounds good, tho I’ono how many times I can tolerate a northeast-soundin’ vibe on this release… We’ll see as I get ta hear tha rest of tha tracks… Hearin’ tha hook & it cool; I digz how you expressin’ their jealousy of you, here. Just like you, I got people havin’ jealousy issues wit me, where I’m at. That’s why, I’m tryna make da move…! My Rating: 3.7

02. “Stalk”
>>> Sounds like an anticipatin’ beat fa tha south, off tha start, here… Hearin’ what you got in tha beginning & it cool; I digz what you got. Hearin’ tha hook & I’m likin’ how you “Stalk” on they bitch-asses, here; good shit…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it aight; decent flow/vibe, here… I like tha “red eye, wit red eyez” line; you know it all about dat red!! My Rating: 3.9

03. “Church”
>>> Sounds like a catchy beat start; hope this sounds pure… Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds catchy, mainly fa how tha beat sounds. Only five words ta describe tha hook, here: “Take ‘em to da church;” gotcha. Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds good. Like I previously said, tha catchiness of tha beat’s overshadowin’ everythang else… An uncredited dude on tha 2nd verse, here? Dude sounds good ta collab witchu, here; 225 fa lyfe!! Lemme know who featured on dis bih…! My Rating: 4.2

04. “Self-Hate”
>>> A laidback vibe, here; I feel tha chillness… Hearin’ tha hook & it cool; once again, it’s based off of five words, lol: “You thank you foolin’ somebody…” After 1:18, we finally have tha 1st verse & it sounds cool. I like tha party/good times vibe you bringin’ to tha lyrics, here, ova this chill beat; good shit…! When I hear you say tha “10 & tha 85,” I keep thinkin’ of you born in ’85, fa some reason, lol… Tha rest of this kinda drags on fa a while but it’s tha chill mode you’re in, here… My Rating: 3.8

05. “Soon As I’m Up”
>>> Beat str8, here; a lil’ bit of a chill/regular vibe, here… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it str8; glad you got tha hood on lock… Hearin’ tha hook & it aight; don’t got much ta say about it… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it aight; again, not much ta say, as this keeps on goin’… I do agree wit tha hook wit tha “by myself” shit. It’s like, I feel like I’m more inta “shmokin’ wit myself” & all dat (unless I’m in Louisiana & there’s plenty of social activity). Long-ass beat outro, here; 93 seconds! Iz this called tha break where you’re either shmokin’ on good or chokin’ from dat good? Lol…? My Rating: 3.5

06. “Blacc Luv”
>>> More chill shit, here… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it aight; don’t like ta get a sad vibe off of hearin’ music, tho. I’ono, kinda feelin’ bored wit this one, includin’ how tha uncredited singer sounds, on tha hook. Yeah, tha deaths be sad; I just don’t like hearin’ sad shit, especially since my brother died, a ½ decade ago. Also, 1:14 remaining & I hear a beat outro? Anotha long one with tha beat outro…? Also, dat “Jacob” dude on tha beat tag need ta get tha fuck off tha tags! My Rating: 2.6

½time: Seems like a decent release, here… A lil’ on a different level fa me, between laidback tracks & not much Rouge-soundin’ tracks… For tha ½time rating, we’re currently at a 3.6 fa this release; how will we continue…?

07. “Get Better, Do Better”
>>> Sounds like Queen Latifah’s beat in tha beginning, here? Then again, if I bought these off digital platforms, wouldn’t there be no such thang as jacked beats? Hearin’ tha 1st verse & your rhymes cool; beat sounds so dead, tho… At :49, it starts ta kick in & it cool. This sounds more like a weed/high vibe, production-wise & then, tha lyrical/street shit on tha rappin’; interestin’ mix… Sounds like an okay/simple hook; why iz this 6:12, tho? Wouldn’t that set of #’s look betta like tha old Webbie song (“6 12’s”)? Okay, so it sounds like an outro/shout-out list? Sounds more like it coulda been tha last song instead of tha 1st song ta kick-start tha 2nd ½… Likin’ tha chill-type beat, tho, so I’ll pretend this an outro track than fully criticizin’ it fa its long length, in tha middle of this release… My Rating: 3.0

08. “Lit LifeStyle”
>>> Less than two minutes, here, with a more upbeat version of tha laidback beats… Hearin’ tha hook & it aight; let’s see what gon pop off wit da verse… Hearin’ tha verse & I’m feelin’ how your flow sounds like tha Rouge/southern vibe, in your voice/delivery; good shit. My Rating: 3.6

09. “Dead End Capital”
>>> *That moment where tha sample iz tha same as Diplo & SIDEPIECE’s “On My Mind” joint…* Well, well, well; where iz this gonna go wit me…? I kinda like tha sample in tha background, here, wit an okay hook. Hearin’ what you got fa tha verse & it sounds good; I digz it… My Rating: 3.4

10. “The Heart”
>>> Almost was afraid you were gonna have an auto-tune shitshow, based off tha beginning. However, hearin’ you on tha verse & it cool wit how you spit this street shit. Beat ain’t bad, here; sounds like it wants ta speed up wit tha kicks & hi-hats? Kinda teases me but for tha most part, it’s a decent mix… Tha hook’s pretty intense, with its topic: “I’ont thank God can take mo down…;” yeah, err-body gotta stay alive! My Rating: 3.2

11. “The Hound”
>>> I like your southern voice/flow on this one, this time, tho these beats are too dry & sappy… Tha verse ain’t bad; props fa speakin’ your mind… Hearin’ tha hook & it ehh; not really feelin’ how you sound, on tha vocals… They were better wit tha organic-soundin’ verse, tbh… My Rating: 3.3

12. “BRC Lyfe”
>>> Again, almost got afraid of tha beginning wit how tha voice sounded… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse & it cool; once again, great wit how you sound but dry wit tha production… Hearin’ tha hook & it aight; thought it woulda had more of a “BRC” sound, hence tha title… Regardless, it’s okay; sometimes, you sound lost wit tryna vocalize? Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & I feel ya wit your “trust” issues, as far as tha 225 goes; good content… My Rating: 3.1

13. “Still Jungle Living (FreeStyle)”
>>> Sounds like an okay beat, here; feelin’ what you got goin’ fa tha 1st verse, here. Whether this just a “FreeStyle” or not, it sounds betta than almost tha whole release, here. Hearin’ tha horns in tha beat & this official, as far as tha production! See, this tha shit you need! Like I said in tha beginning, it’s cool ta have one lil’ laidback track ta get high to. However, you gotta have dis shit! Tha Baton Rouge-soundin’ beat goes over real well wit your street content; definitely a plus! A lil’ outro toward tha final minute, here… Oh, those horns! Instantly, Big Fancy & Nu$$ie come to my mind!! Not too sure which song I gon add to my playlist, first, but this a good contender! My Rating: 4.3

Overall: A decent lil’ review, with a lotta laidback tracks, tho… Regardless, you caught my attention tha most wit tha final joint on here. Not too many times do I review & tha last joint iz tha top-rated joint. Either way, take my advice: Tha way you arranged that last joint, between tha Baton Rouge sound & your Baton Rouge flow, iz what I like best. Go ‘head & jigg, pop somethin’, shmoke somethin’ but do it fa tha hood!! Real glad you consider me a “Baton Rouge legend;” I gotta keep it movin’!!

Review #1,344: B.T. Da Hound "The Struggler"

Reviewed on 12.06.2013 (Review #1,344)

I’m up early; I hope I can get a bunch of reviewz done today… Up first, B.T. Da Hound The Struggler, signed with Sounds Like Money Entertainment. I have to admit, as much as his previous CD did great with me on ratings, I’m not feelin’ this label name at all!! Start Time: 8:54 AM | End Time: 9:36 AM

If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it! After I was robbed by an artist who claimed they “get money,” hearin’ about how much you “got money” and anything “money” really bothers me. If you have not done business wit me before, I won’t tolerate “money” talk in tha music!!

© 2013 CD Review (Review #1,344) reviewed on 12.06.2013 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. “Back”
>>> Sounds like tha television in tha beginning… Jon Boi doin’ tha track, here…; ahh, don’t rub in tha “Sounds Like Money” shit! Bad intro! Not really inta tha “cash” rhymes on tha 1st verse, though you sound good on this beat. BTW, there’s a B.T. from tha Shop Shutters already from Baton Rouge; what made you come up wit B.T. for your name, too? Not bad, but not superior… My Rating: 3.4

02. “Outta Sight, Outta Mind” Feat. Peter Pluck
Interesting name on tha feature; time ta pluck some eyebrows, rofl? >>> Nice beat; really feelin’ tha organ!! Now, let’s hope you don’t rap about money! Tha 1st verse sounds catchy; nothin’ wrong wit it, luckily… Tha 2nd verse’s a lil’ on a blah, blah, blah-like tip; sounds like shit anyone can rap about. Hook’s catchy, but overall, this iz decent for me. My Rating: 3.7

03. “Hound Town (Freestyle)” Feat. B-Nice
>>> When you gon change that label name? It’s almost like I’m bein’ praised for bein’ robbed or somethin’, smh. If this considered a “freestyle”, I’m not really into all tha “pussy” catchin’. It’s like, you should go hard on a “freestyle”, not expect ta have sex for tha first thing that catches your attention… Almost sound a lil’ like Rich Boy, too… Bad “this what money sound like” part; not feelin’ that part (hook?) at all! Ahh, fuck, enough wit that line!! B-Nice on tha 2nd verse… If “money”’s tha main topic, I’m not feelin’ this at all… Sounds too joyful on a freestyle! I think I’m taking off at least a whole point wit that “this what money…” repetitive part! My Rating: 2.2

04. “Da Code” Feat. H.B. & Jungle Bleezy
>>> Likin’ tha breathin’ in tha beginning, but why tha old, jacked, New York-soundin’ beat? Not bad wit tha 1st verse, and tha hook’s aight. This goes harder than tha freestyle, easily. You could’ve sworn this was tha freestyle, instead… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse (H.B.) and it almost sounds like a unique white boy, mixed wit some black; good job… Tha 3rd verse (Jungle Bleezy) sounds aight; tha voice doesn’t make this too bad… My Rating: 3.5

05. “Story Untold”
>>> Anotha speech in tha beginning… Again, nice organ beat; let’s see how you do on it… Okay rhymes on tha 1st verse; thought it would sound more exciting with tha beat, though… I can see also where this ain’t too exciting for me: There’s no hook! My Rating: 2.8

06. “Checkout Time” Feat. B-Nice
>>> Bad choice of a beat, as it sounds like old-soundin’ New York hip-hop or somethin’! Wow, this iz boring! Sounds like anotha freestyle, but there’s a hook… Damn, title error: “Check Out”? It’s compound! B-Nice on tha 2nd verse…; okay, but this joint’s too boring, overall. I like tha “housekeeping, it’s checkout time” part toward tha end, though. My Rating: 1.9

07. “Rather Have It” Feat. B-Nice
>>> Again, anotha New York hip-hop beat… I ain’t sittin’ here for five mnutes, so lemme skim through this… Hook sounds good, but corny at tha same time. Rhymes are better than usual, between tha both of y’all, here… Why you think it’s cool ta have a five-minute joint like this on here? My Rating: 2.6

08. “Gates Rack Back” Feat. Cali
??? @ tha title? Cali = Lil’ Cali? >>> WTH’s up wit these beat choices? Not Louisiana at all, and most-definitely, not 225-soundin’!!! This like a ‘90s West Coast beat… Why it “a hard task tryna get ta 25?” Nothin’ hard, here, as I’m “25.” This not bad, but my interest iz sittin’ in tha toilet, at tha moment. ROFL @ thinkin’ Lil’ Cali was on this! If tha beats were Baton Rouge-like, I prolly would’ve thought. But, this iz just okay. My Rating: 2.5

½time: Was okay, at first, but you lost me wit tha freestyle-like songs and bad-soundin’ beats. Currently, your not-makin’-Baton-Rouge-soundin’-CD’s at a 2.8 for tha CD rating; bleh…

09. “Cake Boi” Feat. Lil’ Tray
>>> A Lil’ Cal beat; how’d it go to an original beat, all of a sudden? Very random… This sounds okay; at least it ain’t long! Tha 1st verse sounds decent… Lil’ Tray on tha 2nd verse, here… Not feelin’ these simple rhymes; why “money?!” “It’s 2010?” Why tha old song? Wow, get this 2nd verse away from me!! My Rating: 2.7

10. “Digital Scale Classics”
>>> I respect your real rhymes, but they’re boring to me. This beat ain’t too bad, but you’re gonna have ta excite me a lot more than this… My Rating: 2.4

11. “Out There”
>>> Almost sounds like a B-Real beat, here (Bubba’s “Polo Everythang” sound effect I hear)… A lil’ betta wit how you sound on tha 1st verse; it sounds like you’re focused… Tha hook’s a lil’ catchy wit just tha title, though tha talkin’ throughout it’s kinda random… Tha 2nd verse ain’t too bad, either, comin’ from your “small section.” A 3rd verse, here…; this okay. My Rating: 3.6

12. “My Bitch & My Blunt” Feat. Cali
>>> Okay-soundin’ beat, here… Wow, why iz this so boring? Where’s tha hook? Finally hearin’ it, and it flows nice… Scary background vocals at 2:14! That means, it’s time ta skim through this! As far as Cali on tha 2nd verse, this aight. Not really a good mix of content for me, overall (between a “bitch” and a “blunt”)… My Rating: 2.5

13. “S.L.M.”
>>> This okay; you sound a more excited wit how you comin’ through on this… My Rating: 2.4

14. “Who Dat”
>>> Anotha aight joint; tha hook sounds catchy wit tha beat sounds and how you repeat this title. My Rating: 3.0

15. “City Cry”
>>> Not sure how much I’m feelin’ this vibe. Almost sounds like a reggae beat, but it’s an okay, laidback joint, overall. SMH @ “money come first;” how ‘bout, “Tryna like other rappers come first,” or, “Puttin’ a consistent amount of quality out, first,” right? My Rating: 2.5

16. “BRC Lyfe”
>>> A lil’ boring fa an ending joint, but I guess that’s how endings go… Tha hook can go either way for me: up, or down. It kinda sounds like tha old dayz of Louisiana wit how you deliver tha rap-sung vocals, but at tha same time, this joint’s just okay for me. Yea, why does your city have “no love”? So many people hatin’ on me now, and I ain’t even do nothin’! My Rating: 2.8

Overall: I dunno, I thought this was weak. Comin’ from a CD that averaged out to five stars (by havin’ at least a 4.0 for each song on tha CD), there wasn’t even one song on here that got a 4.0. With that bein’ said, please quit rappin’ about money, and have a better ear for beats!

Review #1,244: Dumaine "Gotta Keep It Gangsta Vol. 2"

Reviewed on 1.29.2013 (Review #1,244)

Back with anotha review a day later… This time, it’s Battleline Records’ Dumaine Gotta Keep It Gangsta Vol. 2! Start Time: 2:29 PM | End Time: 2:59 PM

© 2013 CD Review (Review #1,244) reviewed on 1.29.2013 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. “Intro”
>>> Thought it would just be an intro, but good job wit this beat and tha real-life rappin’. My Rating: 4.3

02. “Casket Drop”
>>> Catchy hook, and tha beat sounds nice… Good job wit tha rhymes, too, holdin’ it down! My Rating: 4.2

03. “G-Nikes”
>>> Beat sounds nice like tha intro track; nice lil’ “big dawg” feel ta this wit how you feel fresh and big! My Rating: 4.2

04. “Grinda”
>>> Thought I heard this already? Too Kevin Gates-ish for me, especially in tha hook; big turn-off! My Rating: 2.7

05. “I’mma Hustla”
>>> Sounds good for tha south, between tha beat and your rhymes… My Rating: 3.9

06. “Roll Wit Me” Feat. Adlib
>>> Good collaboration, even havin’ a whole verse from Adlib. A good song, overall… My Rating: 4.1

07. “Street Life” Feat. T-Dogg
>>> Catchy hook from T-Dogg. Thumbs up fa tha content and how you comin’ through fa tha south, here. My Rating: 4.0

08. “Phone Steady Ranging”
>>> X-Fyle beat; tha intro iz why I wanna get outta this music biz ASAP: “not answering tha phone.” Perfect song to piss me off; as depressed as I’ve been, why am I listenin’ to this right now? Catchy song, either way. My Rating: 4.2

09. “Now They Know”
>>> Stupid sampled hook… Beat iz only okay, although at least it’s southern… This barely passes tha okay mark fa me ‘cause it’s a lil’ boring, overall. My Rating: 3.3

10. “Long Wolf” Feat. Chen & Trouble
>>> Good beat and an okay hook; not really into tha white/Eminem-soundin’ voice on tha hook. It sounds like a good collaboration, overall. Gonna see what it’s gonna take for me to get into this, better… Tha verses slowly get better, especially wit your verse, a lil’ bit. My Rating: 3.6

½time: So far, this sounds like a good CD; a 3.9-rated CD…

11. “Main Event”
>>> X-Fyle beat. Sounds like a classic-soundin’, BR-type joint wit tha delivery. I dunno why this would be 4:43; a lil’ too long? Oh wait, this an album, luckily; would’ve been too long for a mixtape. My Rating: 4.3

12. “Thug Motivation”
>>> Nice, shorter length… Good lyrics about your “daddy,” as well as tha beat. Overall, this sounds like a nice lil’ joint that you can’t complain about… My Rating: 4.0

13. “‘Bout That” Feat. Mookie Da Hustla, Dutch Shoats & Nu$$ie
Didn’t I hear this before? Why are tha features different? >>> Took tha Nu$$ie part from Gangsta Gumbo Vol. 2: Ghetto Pass; how’d you know about that? If you know about that, you would know who’s **name** iz said at tha end, right? Anyway, whether this iz a recycled version of your older song of tha same title or not, this sounds like tha best song on this CD, so far. Tha beat’s that nice, Baton Rouge-type produced shit, and these different rappers are holdin’ this down. My Rating: 4.6

14. “SpotLight” Feat. B.T.
>>> Anotha cool beat start…; tha hook sounds simple, but real catchy wit this beat! Tha verses are pretty nice here, too! Anotha one of tha top-rated songs on this CD fa me! Tha 2nd verse iz pretty good, but a major turn-off wit tha “blowin’ money” start! Luckily, tha rest of tha verse has a lot ta offer. My Rating: 4.4

15. “Come Back” Feat. T-Dogg
>>> Boring for me wit this slow tempo and long length, once again… Some of tha rhymes are okay, when they’re explicit, but are boring, otherwise. My Rating: 3.0

16. “Make That Money” Feat. Lil’ D, Chrishawn & Flonotti
>>> Sounds like everyone’s born in tha ‘90s, here; why am I even bothering with a “money” song, anyway? Most-mainstream song on this CD, smh! My Rating: 2.5

17. “Rap Hustlin’” Feat. B.T., G-Money & Savage Sosa
>>> Sounds like a classic-soundin’ BR beat, here. Tha hook’s a lil’ bullshitty wit tha “money” shit, like tha last song, but let’s hope tha verses can not disappoint… Tha verses sound good; iz dat Young Bleed toward tha end? Error? My Rating: 4.1

18. “Always Hustle” Feat. Young Bleed
>>> Now, we’re hearin’ Bleed and this sounds like a good collaboration… Why does your sound on tha 1st verse sound familiar, Dumaine? Thought I would’ve heard you sound like this before, between tha voice and flow…? My Rating: 4.0

19. “No Club Song” Feat. Mookie Da Hustla, Filty Rich, Jo-Nate & Dutch Shoats
Stupid title… >>> Because of tha amount of features, I would assume tha longer length iz called for, here… Good collaboration between err-body, here, wit tha beat, even though it just sounds like a big freestyle… Great job wit tha gutta lyrics, err-body… My Rating: 4.2

20. “I Want Let U Down”
>>> Pathetic start; would luv to skip!! Overall, tha rappin’ iz good, but tha hook? I rather not comment! My Rating: 2.6

21. “I’m Still Here”
>>> Endin’ wit a regular-soundin’ song; not bad. My Rating: 3.7

Overall: Anotha good CD from you; keep up tha good work!

Review #1,197: B.T. Da Hound "Gutta Priest Vol. 2: Da Jungle Book"

Reviewed on 9.23.2012 (Review #1,197)

Keepin’ tha reviewz goin’: This iz for Money Route Entertainment/Battleline Records: B.T. Da Hound Gutta Priest Vol. 2: Da Jungle Book! I liked your name as just B.T. (from tha Shop Shutters); I dunno why everyone has to have “the,” “tha,” or “da” attached to their name, outta nowhere. But, after failing to send me CDs in tha mail, I hope this iz tha real first CD, despite it bein’ a 2nd volume! Start Time: 1:57 PM | End Time: 3:03 PM

If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. “Real Me”
>>> Beat sounds hot, and tha intro sounds real long, but has me anticipated… Hearin’ you spit on tha 1st verse, and it sounds nice; good attitude wit your “Money Route” focus! I still can’t picture your face when I hear you rap, at times, but you kickin’ ass wit your rhymes, here! You makin’ dem “residents” really get on tha move, listenin’ to you; good shit wit this non-stop verse! My Rating: 4.2

02. “Get Off” Feat. Pitt & Ya Boy
Looks like a tight collaboration I finna hear!! >>> B N.I.C.E. doin’ tha beat, but why a beat tag? Ooh, really fast wit tha rappin’ comin’ outta nowhere, here! Huh? Mixin’? I thought this was an album; ugh, anotha “mixtape!” Feelin’ tha 1st verse, strictly ready ta “fight!” Tha hook’s nice and buck; really feelin’ all tha energy bein’ brought to tha track, here!! Tha 2nd verse sounds like a lesson ready ta be tought, lol! Great shit here; gotta luv it! Time fa tha 3rd verse, and we’re “bouncin’ off da wall,” non-stop!! A “MySpace” link at tha end; can only imagine how old this iz! My Rating: 4.6

03. “Fuck ‘Em” Feat. B N.I.C.E. & Lapz
>>> Jon Boi beat; ooh! Wow, really lovin’ tha laidback beat wit these great, 225 sounds in tha mist of it! It’s hard ta explain, but tha beat sounds sound great; it’s tha vibe that’s got me hooked! Tha 1st verse sounds good ova this beat; not much ta say about it, but good job… Tha hook sounds nice; reminds me of Big Blaze, Bloc Munstaz and all them and their great, original music! Thumbs up fa all tha middle finga attitudes on tha hook; good, dumb shit! Tha 2nd verse sounds good, reppin’ hard fa havin’ so many things, as well as crusin’! Of course, “eat dat dick” randomly appeared in a verse like this, of course… We got tha 3rd verse, and it’s like a boomerang wit tha “shootin’” at this girl, lol! Catchy rhymes from tha 3rd verse! My Rating: 4.4

04. “If I’mma Die”
Like tha title…, I think? >>> Jammin’ vibe wit tha beat start; love it! Tha 1st verse sounds tight; definitely likin’ how you sound on this verse, and you’re spittin’ some great street shit! Ooh, tha hook’s tight, especially wit “goin’ out like tha western movies;” hittin’ ‘em wit dat gutta shit!! Tha 2nd verse sounds hella tight, too; you got a great voice when it comes ta deliverin’ this shit, and it’s keepin’ me interested!! My Rating: 4.7

05. “Feels Good” Feat. Chips
>>> Keepin’ tha down south vibe comin’ along… Nice job wit tha hook, too, 100% southern… Tha 1st verse sounds like tha life of a down south playa; good shit. Tha 2nd verse ain’t too bad, here; glad tha southern feelin’ iz still here. Tha 3rd verse’s keepin’ this shit goin’, too; “Baton Rouge ackin’” at its finest! My Rating: 4.3

06. “24/7”
>>> Jumped inta this joint immediate—oh wait, why tha mixin’ in tha beginning? I guess that was unique? Almost sounded like it was a really old song… Well, I’m hearin’ tha actual hook, and it sounds great wit this beat! You’re strictly ‘bout this music shit “24/7,” at times… Tha 2nd verse also sounds great wit tha hood shit you bringin’ to tha table; you can’t stop doin’ what you doin’ and hopefully, music’ll come outta you all tha time!! My Rating: 4.5

07. “O.A.K. (Keep Pumping)” Feat. Mailman
Likin’ tha featured artist’s name, as well as this representation of tha 225 title! >>> Ooh, great beat start!! What a pulse-soundin’ sound!! Tha 1st verse sounds good; definitely a 225 joint, to tha fullest! “Redrum” spelled backward—oh, “murder,” lol! Nice way ta start tha 2nd verse off, and I know there’s a lotta “murder” ta avoid! Soon, ta be thugged out wit tha slang, you might catch “a drum” spelled backwards: “murda,” lol! Long beat outro? Oh, tha hook repeated outta nowhere; good shit! My Rating: 4.6

08. “Can We Talk” Feat. Adlib
>>> An X-Fyle beat; let’s see how this gon turn out wit Adlib on tha feature… Beat sounds nice and addictive wit tha sounds! You’re on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit your “plans;” thumbs up fa stayin’ focused! Adlib sounds like his mouth’s movin’ back and forth, side to side, lol; definitely a nice job done wit tha hook! Tha singing’s definitely catchy! Ooh, you got your “Girbauds” on; gotta love ya! You’re “19”? I thought you were, like, 10 years older or somethin’? LOL, gotta love my confusion and how I instantly get confused! Tha 2nd verse sounds like a great getaway; nice job wit these lyrics. I may take a trip to Florida in November; great getaway, but more like a disaster-turning-warzone ‘cause my 91-year-old great-grandma’s house area’s gettin’ demolished! :( So, it’s a moving process… My Rating: 4.4

09. “Big” Feat. Savage Sosa
>>> Ooh, hot beat start!!! Yes, hella catchy hook!!! Everything iz a “big” accomplishment, “big” mission, and more! Glad you feel this way wit these “big” thoughts! Thumbs up fa tha 1st verse, too, as you can’t stop wit these things you want to complete! Savage Sosa on tha 2nd verse? Definitely likin’ his verse and these million different “big” things he wants/he has! Thumbs up fa tha R.I.P. “ta Lil’ Handy!” Very addictive, here; great collaboration!! Sounds like we’re back ta you on tha 3rd verse, and it sounds like a lot of shit goin’ on wit your life; great ta hear, though! My Rating: 4.8

10. “My Nigga” Feat. HB
>>> Rich On Da Track! Likin’ that it’s only 107 seconds long! It’s good ta have short songs, here and there! Wow, 41-second beat intro; only 66 seconds ta rap, lol? Feelin’ tha attitude that you’re bringin’ to tha table, here! For a song about someone who has died, this iz definitely on some street shit! At least you’re not boo-hooin’ and cryin’ on tha track; you’re comin’ through in a street perspective! My Rating: 4.5

½time: I’m definitely in-tune wit this CD, right now; B.T., of course, you’re definitely holdin’ it down fa tha 225, here!! Any Shop Shutter kicks ass ‘cause all y’all came from tha streetz! A 4.5-rated CD, currently; keep up tha great work!!!!

11. “No Rules”
>>> You sound good rappin’ on this; thumbs up fa tha street shit you bringin’ to tha 1st verse! There’s no denyin’ you… no denyin’ you!! Tha hook sounds tight without “rules,” lol! Good shit comin’ from tha 2nd verse, too; layin’ down your own “rules” fa these dudes!! My Rating: 4.3

12. “Baton Rouge” Feat. Beezy
Who exactly iz this Beezy? I know four already: Beezy B, Beezy Bird, Beezy Boy & Beezy Boy (with Savage Life Entertainment)… >>> Thought I heard “rush” for tha title, lol; that’s how you can tell this iz definitely southern!! Great hook from this Beezy dude, and this beat iz 100% amazing!!! This iz tha true “Baton Rouge” sound, in a classic way!!! This Beezy dude’s on tha 1st verse, and he’s got a gutta vibe! Strictly holdin’ these “Baton Rouge” streetz down! Oh, “Oaktown”? No wonder why he sounds so kick-assy/tight!!! Let’s see what you got on tha 2nd verse… It’s almost like you’re rappin’ without takin’ a breather!! Great job wit tha rhymes!! You’re fulla dem rhymes!! We got tha 3rd verse, here, and you’re still comin’ through wit dat tight shit!! My Rating: 4.9

13. “Fuck A Bitch”
>>> Anotha really short one; glad to have a lil’ versatility! Beat sounds good ta rap on, but you have tha rhymes ta help this shit out! Tha streetz have healthy air, thanx ta you! Keep tha attitude comin’ along; attitude helps tracks and show emotions!! Tha hook sounds a lil’ hilarious wit how you sound wit these vocals; southern and funny, here and there! That outro sounded familiar from somewhere; glad you threw that in there, too, lol! My Rating: 4.3

14. “Strategize” Feat. Young Sport
This looks anticipatin’, between tha title and new featured artist! >>> Beat sounds good; likin’ tha non-stop sounds throughout it, too. Nice job wit tha 1st verse, here, as these rhymes are for those that have a plan. Tha hook sounds catchy, too; I’m likin’ tha different voice/vocal thing! Tha 2nd verse sounds good; you and your missions! What tha? Why does this have, like, a 150-second beat outro? Should’ve just taken it out! My Rating: 4.0

15. “Brang It Out” Feat. Dumaine, Rena & Adlib
>>> Why a B N.I.C.E. beat tag? It sounds like a nice beat, but no need for tha tag! Adlib feature? I thought I heard this from somewhere? Might’ve been Dumaine’s CD? I know this ID’s confusin’ me… Yea, I think it’s originally called “Get It Outta You”, or somethin’ like that. My Current Rating: 4.2

16. “Satisfied” Feat. B N.I.C.E.
>>> Sounds nice wit how this person doesn’t “believe in change,” for a start. Tha beat sounds nice fa you ta rap on; you always have your ears on tha southern flava!! Tha hook sounds okay wit tha sung hook; good flava fa this and message about tha fucked up world we’re livin’ in… Oh, if only someone/people can help my rappin’ granny and her 91-year-old mom! Here’s tha 2nd verse (B N.I.C.E.) and only “21,” at whateva year this iz from… My Rating: 4.0

17. “Step ‘Em Down” Feat. Ya Boy
>>> Beat sounds like it’s a club banga or somethin’, but tha content sounds gangsta? Tha hook sounds good; almost sounds like a DJ’s hosting? Yea, this iz on tha club tip, and tha 1st verse’s comin’ through wit some gangsta shit! Tha 2nd verse’s sounds like it fits wit tha 1st verse, keepin’ this club vibe comin’. LOL, “this jigga fa you;” thanx, lol! Tha DJ sounds random, here; a weird Ya Boy Earl? “2008”? Gotta luv how tha Nu$$ie-Alive times neva die!! My Rating: 4.1

18. “My Dogg (Shoutouts)”
>>> Tha beat’s nice and southern fa you ta rap on, wit a lil’ bit of an upbeat feel. Tha rappin’ sounds good; I like how you say tha title a lot; “my muthafuckin’ dogg!” You know, that’s how I feel about you, B.T.; thanx fa discoverin’ me, “my muthafuckin’ dogg!!” What’s up wit tha long beat outro and then, tha repeat of tha hook? Weird… My Rating: 4.2

19. “Play It By The Book”
>>> Great beat start!!! Shout out ta this mysterious producer!!! “2008”? Iz this whole CD from 2008? No wonder why it sounds soooooooooooooo good!!! Those Nu$$ie-Alive times are so classic and almost impossible ta repeat!! “Rest in peace my nigga…;” how do you know so many people? I actually neva had a friend die in my life, before! You sound good on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit a “Mariah Carey” mention from “Touch My Body”, as you talked about her wit “YouTube,” lol? That’s anotha great Nu$$ie-Alive mention! Oh, tha 2008 times!! Nice job wit tha verse and short song; thumbs up fa supplyin’ tha streetz, non-stop!! My Rating: 4.1

20. “My Shit”
>>> Dumaine doin’ tha beat; interestin’! Did he produce most of these songs wit no beat tags? Anyway, you’re comin’ through nicely wit tha 1st verse; “not leavin’ ‘til I call it a night”? Glad you have perseverance!! Tha 2nd verse sounds good, too; you ain’t frontin’ wit this g-shit! Good job wit tha 3rd verse, too; keep stayin’ on your “shit!” My Rating: 4.2

Overall: You kicked a lot of ass here, B.T.!! Hope you still sound so great in 2012! Nothin’ was close to disappointin’ on here; amazin’!!
