Review #866: Lil' One Da Ryder "Fresh & Thuggin' Mixtape Vol. 2"

Reviewed on 3.10.2011 (Review #866)

Waking up early fa some promotion and fa some reviews; my 1st review for today iz Lil’ One Da Ryder “Fresh & Thuggin’ Mixtape Vol. 2. Start Time: 7:05 AM | End Time: 7:30 AM

Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

© 2011 CD Review (Review #866) reviewed on 3.10.2011 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. Intro (DJ Spike) / “A U So Fly”
>>> A.K.A. DJ 3127. Tha production sounds pretty nice, here, kinda on tha Trill-soundin’ tip; I guess you got a connection? Good shit… and tha rappin’ sounds catchy, too! My Rating: 4.2

02. “Fresh N Thuggin’ (Remix)” Feat. Callion, Mugsy & Nutt Da Kidd
>>> “A Wodie beat;” iz dat Wodieson? Ugh, what’s up wit tha hook? Don’t need ta mix singin’ wit “thuggin’,” smh. This ain’t bad; nothin’ special, either. Tha 2nd verse sounds a lot better… Tha 3rd verse sounds a lil’ wack… My Rating: 3.2

03. Skit
>>> Yup. My Rating: N/A

04. “Rollin’ Like A Hemi” Feat. K.L. & Young Slugga
>>> A lil’ betta than tha previous song but I think I like “A U So Fly” betta. One of tha features iz on tha 1st verse; 50/50 wit how it sounds… Tha 2nd verse iz aight, too; lol @ tha limited vocabulary/topics… Tha 3rd verse iz Young Slugga, soundin’ betta; gotta feel those “rollin’” rhymes! My Rating: 3.8

05. “On Dat Level”
>>> Pretty-good for a song like dis; tha hook sounds betta than what I expected from tha intro. Tha rhymes ain’t too bad; I guess you holdin’ tha beat down? My Rating: 3.9

06. Skit (DJ Spike)
>>> Oh no… My Rating: N/A

07. “Put It On Me” Feat. B Streezy, Hizzle, City Boi, Remi & K.L.
Not really lookin’ forward… >>> Do I have ta deal wit dis? Not in this generation!! Not even listenin’ to tha whole thing—betta yet, scrolling through! My Rating: 2.0

08. “I Can’t Slow Down” Feat. Pimp Lee
>>> Almost sounded like a gay hook but it ain’t bad wit tha content, overall. ROFL @ these “Pimp C” rhymes; what even makes you think of “leanin’” in tha 1st place? My Rating: 3.6

09. “100% Real” Feat. Snipe
Have I heard before? >>> Prolly not ‘cause of how this starts and iz only decent. Okay shit from you on tha 1st verse but nothin’ iz grabbin’ me… Tha hook sounds pretty-good, here; gotta keep it “real,” if dat’s tha case for you… Must be Snipe on tha 2nd verse; I can hear tha catchy flow and it’s a plus. My Rating: 3.7

10. “Rambo” Feat. C Dash & Baby Boy
>>> Good/decent for a song like dis… LOL @ tha random Baby Boy Da Prince collaboration! Someone dat’s been hibernatin’ for a mainstream artist… My Rating: 3.8

11. “Everyday” Feat. Hizzle
>>> Tha production stepped up, here; hope it doesn’t get ruined… Tha hook’s only a lil’ on tha decent side ‘til tha 2nd ½ of it wit tha repeatin’ of “everday, I…” Glad this has a catch to it; how do you manage ta do some of dis shit “everyday”? Can’t even do some of dis shit every year… Thumbs up fa havin’ Hizzle on this; he holdin’ down his verse wit tha quickness! My Rating: 4.1

12. “$ Make The World Go Round” Feat. Magnolia Chop
Looks like a song I wouldn’t anticipate but if Magnolia Chop’s on it, then, I guess I gotta like it… a lil’ bit. >>> Yea, it sounds catchy although tha “make it rain” shit kinda spoils it fa me. Tha rhymes are a lil’ cocky/gay, at most times, so this ain’t too special fa me… My Rating: 3.5

½time: A 3.6-rated CD, currently.

13. “Come Over” Feat. B Streezy
>>> Shit, anotha gay-soundin’ song fa me. My Rating: 1.8

14. Skit
>>> A lil’ longer, here… Not bad… My Rating: N/A

15. “Play Wit Me”
>>> Sounds good fa tha beat, once again. Again, dis has dat Trill sound to it and sounds pretty nice fa tha hook! Tha content iz aight; prolly would’ve expected a touch betta wit tha rhymes… My Rating: 4.0

16. Skit
>>> I dunno why but when there’s a skit to introduce tha next song, I feel less-anticipated, regardless if it’s you on tha skit. My Rating: N/A

17. “So Many PPL Love Me”
Let’s see if I was right… >>> Not as bad as somethin’ like #13 although tha beat’s a lil’ too smooth/soft fa me, especially when it mixes wit this “thuggin’” shit? Uh… not tha kinda street shit I grew up wit. At least tha lyrics and rhymes are betta… My Rating: 3.4

18. “All I Want Is $”
Uh oh… >>> Thanx for tha label info: Wide Open Entertainment. Anyway, sounds like a trap anthem, so I’ll accept dis, regardless of this typical content. My Rating: 3.7

19. Skit
>>> Anotha skit from you. A jail anthem we got next? I might like dis… My Rating: N/A

20. “Penitentiary Chances” Feat. Stirgus
Hope I was right… >>> Tha beat sounds good until some of tha singin’ came outta nowhere, smh. It’s not too bad but why you need tha singin’? Insecure feelings? Likin’ tha rhymes, so I’ll rate this a lil’ higher than some of tha shit on here… Could turn out ta be a pretty-good song, overall? My Rating: 4.0

21. “Think It Ova”
>>> Bad start; why a fade-in? What eva made dat cool outta nowhere? :confused Rhymes are pretty shitty, here and there; sounds more like a freestyle ta me? LOL, no hook? Guess I was right. My Rating: 3.1

22. “My Baby” Feat. Blaze
>>> Anotha gay-soundin’, soft-soundin’ song/beat fa me? My Rating: 1.9

23. “Fresher Than I’ve Ever Been” Feat. Stirgus, Roach & Young Slugga
>>> Sounds trapish; let’s see what happens… Damn, tha hook ruined it fa me!! What a bad way ta end dis mixtape!! I don’t even care about most of tha rhymes, even though they’re aight… My Rating: 2.1

24. “Hot Topic”
Bonus song, ‘cause it’s not on tha back cover? >>> At least this iz betta than tha shit on here; feelin’ it, even though I hate dat stupid-ass “swag” word!!! “I got … up on tha track;” thought I heard you say producer Boo fa a second; would’ve been anticipatin’ if it was dat case. Overall, a lil’ catchy… My Rating: 3.7

Overall: Why was tha front cover a lil’ small? Anyway, decent, overall. Some of tha songs on here brought tha CD to near-below-average fa me.

Review #403: Quarter Key "Raw Uncut"

Reviewed on 4.11.2010 (Review #403)

Damn… It’s been a minute but I ain’t gone anywhere! I at least have my radio show on and poppin’ so I’m back in review mode on this Sunday! Startin’ off my comeback iz Quarter Key “Raw Uncut. It doesn’t have a tracklisting so this gon be a blind review; enjoy. Start Time: 1:09 PM | End Time: 2:17 PM

Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. 01. “It’s Your World”
Time ta start it off… >>> Sounds like “Cash Flow” for tha beat intro. Sounds like you ready fa tha intro here. Finally, rappin’ at 1:20. Nothin’ much here; it’s okay. There’s really nothin’ ta brag about except tha “Cash Flow” soundin’ beat. Tha 2nd verse sounds betta wit tha drug related lines. Nice “I ain’t talkin’ ‘bout no legos” line too towards tha end. My Rating: 3.4

02. “Money”
Hopefully this iz betta… >>> Oh, I know this one and had reviewed it already. Previously, I had said: I like tha beat, tha hook (Lil’ Wayne “Hustler Muzik” sample) and tha 1st verse right here! Tha 2nd verse came through nice! Deliverin’ such a NICE FLOW on this shit! <- To add: Glad this iz a dirty version this time. My Current Rating: 4.2

03. “Cheer For A Nigga (Remix)” Feat. Kidd Kidd & Nutt Da Kid
Now, what will come up? >>> Good beat intro here. Tha rapper on tha 1st verse sounds good; tight rhymes wit a good voice!! Oh, that iz Kidd Kidd there. He was pretty good fa this song compared ta otha songs. Here comes Nutt Da Kid on tha 2nd verse wit some tightness! Where are you on this song? My Current Rating: 4.3
EDIT: Didn’t realize I reviewed this one in tha past too. I don’t rememba if it’s tha “remix” but I’ll say it iz ‘cause of tha “23,000 mixtapes” at tha end once again.

04. “Gettin’ Dat Money”
Let’s see this song… >>> Keepin’ tha beats “hot fa a minute” like tha B.G. beat this iz on. Pretty good 1st verse wit your rappin’ but tha hook sounds much betta wit tha flow. Tha 2nd verse flowed pretty good but tha 3rd verse has a lotta nice “sweepin’” lines goin’ on here! Nice job wit this shit right chea! Keep tha flows comin’! My Rating: 4.2

05. “I Be Getting Money”
We got 5:33 on tha length here… >>> Had ta check ta see if I heard it already and I have. I thought this was gonna be tha title for tha last song but it’s this song now. Originally, I said: Sounds great! Definitely into that beat and that hook iz nice! When you said, “I want tha dollaz, pennies, nickels…,” that reminds me of high school, where I used to collect tha change everywhere. I found (including bills) a total of ova $300 in three high school years; ain’t that tha shit fa found change? Ooh, good start to tha 2nd verse wit “tha boy push more white than L Bundy!” I liked those gunshots wit tha “street rider” part before tha 2nd verse ended. Good 3rd verse too. This has to be tha best song on here! My Current Rating: 4.4

06. “More Money”
Looks like we’re on a consistent roll here; let’s see what’s next. >>> Sounds like you LUV money, lol! Anotha money topic here and tha hook sounds pretty good. Tha 1st verse good wit how you came through wit it; props. Strong attack on tha 2nd verse wit “pissin’” and “shittin’ on tha rappers,” lol! Nice job wit dat 2nd verse right there! Even tha 3rd verse has a lil’ bit of good rappin’; “more” good shit right here. My Rating: 4.0

07. “Half A Brick Of Yay”
Time fa tha 7th song… >>> ROFL @ tha Nina Sky/Rick Ross beat from 2006 wit their “Flippin’ Dat” song. It might sound betta wit you on it here; I’ll just call it “Half A Brick Of Yay” fa this CD, lol. Pretty good 1st verse on here… Tha 2nd verse was a lil’ on tha typical side of what I would hear from rappers so not much I would say fa dat one. My Rating: 3.7

08. “Knockin’ Doorz Down”
>>> Tha Pimp C “Knockin’ Doorz Down” beat. Sounds like a lil’ bit of freestylin’ in tha 1st verse; pretty good. More street on tha 2nd verse here; good shit. Tha 3rd verse sounds like my boy Toke here and iz good too. Nice lil’ job on this beat right chea! My Rating: 4.1

½time: Good shit so far… I can picture tha titles so I’m listin’ what I think tha titles are. Average CD rating iz at 4.0 currently.

09. “See Another Day”
Let’s see how tha 2nd ½ starts off… >>> Not into this beat at all; I don’t like background vocals that sound like they’re cryin’. That then leads me to no comment on tha 1st verse; can’t feel it wit this beat. Tha 2nd verse iz a lil’ betta but not a song in my book. Damn, I gotta sit here listenin’ to just tha beat for tha next 1:30? My Rating: 2.9
EDIT: Although a lil’ low on my rating, I won’t pass it up on my iPod; it’s listenable.

10. “Conduct”
Next… >>> A lil’ bit of silence in tha beginning but I hear a football intro. Sorry, I heard this similar sample back in 2005 wit Figit “Hustle;” that was much betta! Tha beat still sounds okay fa what it iz but you know I heard this style already. Tha 1st verse ain’t that bad though so I can’t brag about it. Tha 2nd verse sounds like regular Rap music… At nearly tha 3:00 mark, it got betta wit tha rhymes. I just called this one “Conduct;” I couldn’t make out what was said before it… My Rating: 3.8

11. “Buck The World Freestyle”
What’s this next one… >>> Sounds like a 2007 Young Buck beat; not really anticipatin’ it, especially those times bein’ flashbacked right now… This must be a freestyle ‘cause its length ain’t even two minutes long. It’s aight; I don’t really buy these kinda styled songs but tha rappin’ has me interested ova this beat. Tha 2nd verse has good rhymes too on this. My Rating: 3.6

12. “Money Don’t Make You Rich”
What’s next…? >>> Different start here but I’m feelin’ your singin’ flow here wit tha “money don’t make you rich” part in tha hook (I’ll consider dat tha title). I think tha 1st verse sounds good; nice job wit this song. Tha 2nd verse sounds a lil’ odd wit err-body “got it” part; didn’t really flow wit tha rhythm. LOL @ tha ending callin’ out names fa them pussies, lol. Now, it sounds like it’s gettin’ too long… My Rating: 4.0

13. “This The Life” Feat. Baby Boy Da Prince
I feel like this gon be good; let’s see… >>> LOL, a Baby Boy Da Prince collaboration; this iz new! Tha beat part afta tha beginning intro part sounds good; I feel anticipated fa this one! Well, tha 1st verse sounds aight so far but iz good fa this beat. Tha hook has a “life” attribute and sounds pretty good on this beat. Whoeva’s on tha 2nd verse sounds tight; feelin’ tha “hungry” flow! Here’s Baby Boy on tha 3rd verse, comin’ through wit a hungry flow as well. My Rating: 4.1

14. “The Realest”
Comin’ up next iz… >>> Sounds like a Jay-Z sample but I feel like I’m anticipatin’ it. Wow, HOT beat part at :10 around!! Lemme call this one “The Realest;” lookin’ forward ta hearin’!! I see this as tha top song on here; nice job on tha 1st verse! Even tha 2nd verse wit tha featured rapper iz doin’ tha damn thang here!! DEFINITELY fa tha streetz here! Damn, anotha rapper on tha 3rd verse too; good street shit to tha fullest once again!! Even tha fade-out was good too at tha end! My Rating: 4.6

15. “Crowd Reaction”
Pretty GR8 streak so far!! Can it continue? >>> This beat intro sounds like it can!! Tha hook iz catchy; like tha attention wit it. Tha 1st verse sounds pretty good wit tha rhymes and this tight beat so far! I was debatin’ on whether ta call this “Who Dem Boyz Iz” or “Crowd Reaction;” I’ll call it “Crowd Reaction” ‘cause you sometimes hear tha title towards tha end of tha hook. Tha 2nd verse has a cool vibe here; good shit. Tha rest of this shit sounds good still; anotha hot joint! Tha next song iz “tha last song?” Then, what’s #17? My Rating: 4.4

16. “Money (Radio)”
This iz startin’ ta become a pretty good CD! >>> LOL, I guess you threw in tha radio version of “Money;” lol. Well, I have ta say: See #2 fa tha review!

17. “I Be Getting Money (Radio)”
This iz tha last song fa me; what’ll it be? >>> This one too was on here; “More Money.” I guess this iz tha radio version… See #5 fa tha review!

Overall: GR8 CD and GR8 ending too! Keep up tha gr8 work, ¼ Key, lol! Hope to know about all tha features on this CD too… Gonna add it to my iPod!

Rankings (according to my ratings):

15. “See Another Day” 2.9

Review #243: "Next 2 Blow: New Orleans 2009"

Reviewed on 6.25.2009 (Review #243)

FrankieThaLuckyDog here again; 'bout ta do anotha review that I've had on my computer fa a while now. This iz my review fa "Next 2 Blow: New Orleans 2009"! Start Time: 11:33 AM | End Time: 1:40 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! 01. Partners-N-Crime Feat. 5th Ward Weebie "So Attracted"
Just heard this for tha 1st time tha other day. I think it's catchy, especially for an Auto-Tune song! Here's what I had ta say recently about it: No comment on tha intro, but I like tha Bounce beat here. Hope tha 1st verse ain't gay... Too much great shit goin' on in tha beat, so I can't really hate much. Still, get rid of tha Auto-Tune vocals! A good hook I must say (even wit those Auto-Tune type vocals), but that "Thang Thang" song [of PNC] sounded betta! Good 2nd verse, and tha 3rd verse iz here... Sounds like it's much betta here/5th Ward Weebie style (oh yea, that's him 'cause he just said his name)! Tha CORRECT rapper here!! ... I might put this in rotation, but not sure of how much I'll play it. Thank you, 5th Ward Weebie, for contributing!! To Add: Why iz tha Bounce breakdown cut off (originally 'pose ta be at 3:03 in tha song, which was where this version ended)? I enjoyed that part, especially tha 90's "dunn-dunn-dunn-dunn" vibe!! A deduction in tha rating by a lil' for that! My Current Rating: 3.7 (only lost 0.1; not bad)

02. Sess 4-5 "Gettin' That Gwop"
Like that title, and I neva heard tha artist before, so this should be anticipating!! >>> Sounds like (in a video game) tha type of beat intro that would confuse a monster (in Final Fantasy), lol. Great intro, and I'm DEFINITELY feelin' that intro; great shit here!! Fuckin' tight hook, and tha 1st verse here iz tha shit when it comes to hustlin'! This dude DEFINITELY holdin' this track down! Fuckin' glad it's nice and long (4:32 on tha length)!! Doin' tha damn thang on tha 2nd verse; "20 grand for every 2 shows," huh? That's watz good if it true! When I hear about people gettin' money from shows, usually, they say 1 G... Tha 1st verse was betta, but tha 2nd verse (of course) held it down in a GREAT way! Great 3rd verse too (sounded shorter); DEFINITELY a great new artist right chea!! Come to think of it, I neva heard this dude before, but his name looks familiar... Maybe I've seen it on MySpace or somethin'? I dunno... My Rating: 4.6

03. Shawt "East Anthem"
Anotha new artist fa me... "East Anthem", huh? I'm from tha "East", so I guess this'll be a plus fa me, New Orleans style? >>> Sounds like a real familiar beat start (unless it sampled somethin'). Where did that guy come in at :12? LOL... Great beat intro, and it sounds like tha 1st verse iz off to a REAL GREAT start!!! Like that "consistently" part; I ALWAYS say that in my reviews! Definitely a NICE verse right there! I wonder what tha rest gon sound like!! Sounds like a featured person on tha 2nd verse (there's no info on who it iz, so I don't know; someone add on if you know). That acapella part at like 2:07 was NICE! Tha 3rd verse sounds tha same; iz there a featured person? I dunno... Good job on tha 3rd verse too! My Rating: 4.3

04. Chopper City Boyz Feat. C-Murder "U Can Bleed 2"
Ooh, they're on here. I thought they were a lil' mainstreamish to be on here though ('cause ain't this a CD fulla cats that haven't had mainstream success yet?). Still, it looks like a GREAT title, so you KNOW I need ta hear some new CCB!! >>> Speaking of tha letter C, C-Murder startin' off wit a REAL NICE start!! Ooh, tha 1st verse iz soundin' REAL NICE here!!! BTW, IDK if this exactly sounds like them, so I just googled to see a tracklisting (other than tha one I had), and I only found tha one I had online, so unfortunately, it's whateva. C-Murder iz MURDERIN' this one right here!!! Sounds like Max Minelli wit tha title? Did someone ID this wrong? Now, hearin' tha verse, I guess not, but it close. Anotha nice verse right there before tha song ended; crazy shit here!! My Rating: 4.7

05. Dizzy a.k.a. Raw D.I. "Like A Muthafucka"
LOL @ tha title (just tha "muthafucka" in it)!! New Dizzy junt, so let's see... >>> Likin' that beat intro, and LOL @ tha Dizzy in tha intro. Ooh, feelin' tha hook, and tha beat iz gettin' better too! Nice flowin' from him here! He ain't downin' himself, which iz great! Ooh, GREAT beat style at :46!! Feelin' tha hook now; sounds GREAT wit those added lyrics!! NICE attitude on tha start to tha 2nd verse; keepin' it RAW! DEFINITELY a nice 2nd verse; really enjoyin' this shit to tha fullest!! Ooh, a 3rd verse!! DEFINITELY a hot song here; wow, this CD iz just SO consistent; REAL NICE start to this CD!!! My Rating: 4.6

06. The Show "Bonafied"
How ironic that Dizzy and The Show are back 2 back, as they remind me of a team ('cause they were always played on Big Boot Radio). Hope to hear an original beat on a Show song, so hopefully, I expect greatness!! >>> It maybe good to see Stevie Drumma on tha beat, but I'm not really into tha gurl in tha background (for a start to tha song). Tha beat ain't that bad; I can deal wit it wit Show's rhymes here! Good thing tha beat iz dark here, and tha vocal sample in tha background ain't always appearin' outta nowhere. Great 1st verse (of course), and tha hook was nice too. Real nice rhymes in tha 2nd verse too, although I liked tha 1st verse better! That hook iz SO short, but sounds GREAT! Tha 3rd verse iz REAL nice too! Nice ending wit that hook again! My Rating: 4.1

07. Nutt Da Kidd "Do It 4 Scrilla"
Looks like a Bounce song... I hope so 'cause Nutt didn't do too good (I think it was him) on that Quarter Key mixtape. Please, no Auto-Tune! >>> Tha gurl in tha beginning iz worse than tha last song, but tha beat sounds good. Okay, maybe he doesn't sound so bad. Matta fact, he soundin' great here! Ooh, "drink my elixir;" glad he mentioned a Final Fantasy item, lol. Wow, tha rhymes are REAL, REAL GOOD!!! Tha hook iz nice here. I wonder who I mistook Nutt for on tha Quarter Key mixtape? Okay, neva mind, tha 2nd verse iz decreasin' in quality wit that Auto-Tune shit; who iz that? Thank God tha verse ended 'cause tha "real" iz back in tha song! WTF? More Auto-Tune on tha 3rd verse? I think that's Nutt this time. Now, it switched to (I think) tha dude on tha 2nd verse. Much betta lyrics than tha last few parts on tha 2nd 1/2 of tha 3rd verse here. Wow, what a fuckin' gay ending; shut up already wit that Auto-Tune shit wit tha title! My Rating: 3.6

08. 5th Ward Weebie Feat. Lil' Wayne "Bend It Ova"
Tha cat was let outta tha bag when I accidently saw this song on here. Of course, for some reason, when I download a CD, there's always one song (either I've known it for a while, or wanted it to be on here) that unexpectedly appears, and this time, it's this song! OMG!!! What an anthem for Fall 2008 for me (although it was out like Spring 2008)!!! This song marked tha R.I.P. of Big Boot Radio for me 'cause 5th Ward Weebie was on their September 17, 2008 show, and they didn't let me talk to him (when they told me to call in later, and then he left before I could call; I was PISSED)! Either way, tha Alex McConduit phase was over by then. I mean, I got ta talk to Chopper City Boyz and shit; why not 5th Ward Weebie? Regardless, this song became "Aliciable" (where a song my gurl Alicia on Long Island would like, and I would put on her monthly CDs I make her) and I put it on her CD early. Now, tha review, LOL!! >>> NOTHIN' iz better than a repetitive hook SOOOOOOOO many times without a breath!! He says "bend it ova" 16x in tha hook (when it's 8 bars)!! Just a REAL GREAT vibe to it, as well as ... LOL @ tha "turkey neck?" OMG, just gives me a smile everytime I hear it!!! Nobody I know played this song, as it was ignored by sources worldwide, sadly. Maybe, it'll get exposure now? IDK... I didn't mind Lil' Wayne's Auto-Tune vocals here, although they're gay overall. Gotta luv 5th Ward Weebie's voice and flow on tha track; unstoppable!! This like an automatic **PERFECT RATED** song for me 'cause I've known it/played it for a while now. Gotta luv his verse after Wayne's! Glad I got a high quality version now 'cause I had a somewhat good quality version from Imeem. My Current Rating: 5.0

09. Flipset Fred "Waistline"
Newbie, but only able ta shine fa 2:13... IDK what to expect, so I'm gonna press play and see what happens! >>> Sounds like a Bounce beat, but why Wayne Wonder "No Letting Go" in tha background? Neva mind, this prolly sounds GREAT!! Wow, STR8 Bounce here!!! OMG, how unexpected!!! I guess that's why it's short; it's real fast!! Wow, NICE beat from :40 - :43! OMG, HOW FUCKIN' CRAZY!!!!! Goes PERFECT after that "Bend It Ova"!!! OMG @ 1:15 - 1:20!!!!!!!! This ain't tha gay dance type shit that comes out like tha "Stanky Legg"; this I can deal wit 'cause of how it sounds!! Even ended wit tha "No Letting Go"; lol @ tha higher pitched vocals! My Rating: 4.9

10. Hot Boy Ronald Feat. Sess 4-5, Nutt Da Kidd, Shawt, TL & Dank "9th Ward"
Holy shit, look @ all these peeps!! Already 1/2 of them I heard on this CD, so I wonder what it sounds like combined!!! >>> Sounds like anotha Bounce beat!!! Anticipating intro!! A lotta old sounding in tha songs here, which I'm diggin'! Nice "dat 5... 04!!" part! Feelin' tha 1st 1/3 of tha 1st verse here; dude doin' tha damn thang, fa real! Tha dude on tha 2nd 1/3 of tha 1st verse doin' a nice job on this too; glad these verses aren't just 4 bars!! Tha 3rd 1/3 of tha 1st verse iz pretty good too; nice chantin' goin' on before tha hook came again! Tha 1st 1/4 of tha 2nd verse iz pretty good; LOL @ "make it rain like an Indian ritual!" Nice job right there! Let's see tha 2nd 1/4 of tha 2nd verse... Held it down too; nice. Tha 3rd 1/4 of tha 2nd verse here sounds like a different flow here, and iz doin' a nice job. All these rappers know what they doin' wit this shit! Ooh, a 4th 1/4 on tha 2nd verse here; REALLY feelin' his style on his voice 'cause he sounds PERFECT on Bounce shit!! Tha voice reminds me of tha type of older New Orleans shit wit tha Bounce vibe!! My Rating: 4.4

½time: Looks like an INCREDIBLE start to this GREAT compilation CD!!! Wow, I didn't expect it to be THIS GREAT!!! I thought it was gonna be decent, yet a lil' boring wit boring beats, but no, it surprised me!! New Orleans on a comeback for me a lil'!! Well, I HOPE tha remainin' 11 songs are JUST AS GOOD!!! Average CD rating iz currently 4.4!!

11. 6 Ward Pook "Keep 'Em Coming"
Ooh, anotha Ward person wit Ward in their name!! As GREAT as this CD iz goin', I'm DEFINITELY lookin' forward ta this!! >>> NOTHIN' CAN STOP THAT BEGINNING wit tha "coke" and "dope"!!! Wow, DEFINITELY feelin' this shit right here!!! Anotha dude that's gonna have a GREAT future wit me and tha underground Louisiana bu$ine$$!!! Feelin' tha fuckin' voice right here on this shit!! Sounds a lil' like Chopper (Young City) from Da Band. REALLY into these "dope/coke" lyrics; CRAZY SHIT!!! Tha siren'd/GREAT beat works here fa me!!! LUVED that fuckin' "shiiiiiiiid" part at 1:35; I'ma DEFINITELY holla at this dude and find him on MySpace 'cause I KNOW he would wanna work wit me on sum shit!!! SUCH A FUCKIN' GREAT 1st verse!!! You KNOW a new artist ta me iz DEFINITELY great when I neva heard of them, and I said in tha preview, "I'm DEFINITELY lookin' forward ta this!!" This dude doin' tha damn thang, keepin' tha 2nd verse HOT!!! FUCKIN' LUVED tha "shiiiiiiiiid" part at 2:55, right when tha 2nd verse ended!! GREAT ending, as he just kept GOIN' and GOIN' and GOIN' and GOIN'!!!!! Such a GREAT START to tha 2nd 1/2 of this CD!!! My Rating: 4.9

12. Kayotic "I Ain't Gonna Say A Damn Thang"
That's a different title, but I'm DEFINITELY lookin' forward to it!! I KNOW this ain't gonna disappoint either!!! >>> I dunno about tha start so far... I didn't expect a singer (not listed)... Not really goin' hard fa me; more soft. Nice lil' rhymes and 1st verse, but I don't like that beat; WTF @ tha snappin' too? Not bad on tha 2nd verse, but for a song 4:30+, it sounds too long... LOL @ "I go hard like my dick, boi." Just a decent 3rd verse. My Rating: 2.8

13. Young Sino Feat. Ms. Tee "Hard Life"
Don't really like tha title (as I stereotype it bein' boring). Please, don't make it boring! Do tha damn thang on it! >>> ??? @ tha mixtape intro?? Oh no, a female sample in tha background again. Yea, this ain't really a song I'd be into. Just a decent beat (not that dark or anything), but Sino doin' a nice job rappin' tha rhymes. Not bad on tha 2nd verse, but not exactly my interest. LOL/Huh @ tha "yep, yep, yep" part around 2:18? Okay 3rd verse, but no interest in me really likin' that much. I'll give it a lyrical rating too to give credit to how tha song sounds on tha lyrical tip. My God, those "yep, yep, yep"'s came in again at about 3:17 and 3:42! Lyrical Rating: 4.3 | My Rating: 2.6

14. Baby Boy Da Prince Feat. Cassidy "Damela"
LOL, this song too? Bringin' a lil' bit of Baton Rouge here... Music Choice has this song. Tha title reminds me of tha Britney Spears "If U Seek Amy" one where her's iz "If U Seek Amy" or "F-U-C-K Me", and this iz "Damela", but when hearin' tha hook, it sounds like Baby Boy's praisin' himself by nearly sayin', "damn, I look good." Anyway, lemme see what goes down when reviewin' it... >>> LOL @ tha beat intro; feelin' it!! GREAT beat, and that catchy hook. Sounds like good/nearly random lyrics goin' on in tha 1st verse, but good overall. I neva got ta hear Cassidy's part everytime it came on Music Choice... He sounds good; I don't mind my Philly dudes. Good part on him, keepin' tha track good. His flow was like 100% different from Baby Boy's, lol. It's almost weird hearin' Baby Boy say "nigga" (I guess 'cause everyone knows him from that "The Way I Live" song). Soundin' good on tha 3rd verse too. I haven't really considered this song yet, so maybe, I'll get it and put in rotation; not sure. It still sounds great though; nice song! My Current Rating: 4.2

15. Jay Da Menace "Hood Thang"
Wow, even anotha song goin' over 4:30 on tha length!! Hope this a REAL great song for a new artist!! >>> Ooh, nice Bounce-influenced beat start! Matta fact, nice Bounce start!! Not sure of tha hook, but I like that beat a lot!! Just a decent 1st verse; nothin' special... A different person on tha 2nd verse, and whatever, they added tha Auto-Tune on their voice (I think). Either way, they're just decent, whether they have that effect or not. Well, tha rest of tha song was just tha same as what I thought before. Nice Bounce vibe at 4:04 for tha ending. My Rating: 3.3

16. Monster With Da Fade "I'm In Luv"
As my grandma would say, "Where do they get these names from?" This a cool name, but IDK about tha title... I rather this mixtape go HARD than "in luv"... >>> LOL @ tha "c'mon"'s repeatin' at like :10!! Ooh, more Bounce music; YEA!!!!!! This iz MUCH BETTA than tha last song I heard, and MORE on tha "in luv" topic!!! Tha last song was called "Hood Thang", and didn't have a "hood" style to it. This iz called "I'm In Luv", and it has more of not just a boring vibe to it; LOL @ tha reverses!! LOL @ "hit her wit that monkey [wrench?]...!" WHAT A GREAT #16 SONG!!! Just like tha #9 song on here, I'm DEFINITELY feelin' tha somewhat skippin' in tha song!! Glad this iz a minute longer than tha #9 song so I can enjoy more, although that one was a better song. My Rating: 4.5

17. Lyrickal Assassion "Remember Me"
4:30+ on tha length here... I expect a LOTTA "lyrickal" lyrics with a DARK, but not boring, beat!!! >>> Tha first 27 seconds had me somewhat anticipated, but IDK about tha hook... It ain't that bad, but it ain't really what I wanted; at least it ain't boring. Sounds like an interesting start to tha 1st verse here... I like tha 90's vibe in tha sound here. Even sayin' tha title right before tha verse ended had a 90's style in it. Not bad on tha 2nd verse here; sounds a lil' different on tha flow. Kinda long ending, but it still good. Not bad for a song like this; it's enjoyable. My Rating: 3.6

18. Sess 4-5 Feat. Shawt, Dizzy a.k.a. Raw D.I., Nutt Da Kidd, Six Shot, Skip, 5th Ward Weebie, Choppa, Young Sino, Sniper, 6 Ward Pook, The Show, ???, ???, Hot Boy Ronald & ??? "Black Love Movement"
Wow, WHAT A HUGE LINEUP!!!!! Anybody can fill in tha remainin' 3 people, it's appreciated! Looks like this gon be a freestyle so lemme see who does what, and how GREAT it iz!!! >>> Nice beat intro; good beat so far. A true hook that there NEEDS ta be "black love;" GREAT "movement" here!! Tha 1st dude did his thang; I agree wit tha "less gunplay" part; good job, Sess 4-5. Shawt (2nd 1/4 of tha 1st verse) did his thang too; nice job. Dizzy givin' a nice message on tha 3rd part; thumbs up. Good job on tha 4th part too from (I'm guessin') Nutt. Ooh, tha "2, 3 birds in one night" part iz good, but it sounds like we need ta make things better, so I guess, thumbs up to Six Shot on tha 1st 1/4 of tha 2nd verse. Skip doin' a pretty good part on tha 2nd 1/4. 5th Ward Weebie did his thang on this on tha 3rd 1/4. I didn't know that was Choppa on tha last 1/4 of tha 2nd verse. He givin' a nice feel to his verse wit his dark voice and that good shit. Young Sino on tha 1st 1/4 of tha 3rd verse here... Pretty good part. Tha 2nd 1/4 of tha 3rd verse was from Sniper, who did a nice job. My dawg 6 Ward Pook on tha 3rd 1/4 of tha 3rd verse, doin' a REAL nice job wit tha emotion in his voice; tight shit! Show on tha 4th 1/4 of tha 3rd verse, doin' a pretty good job; always gettin' somethin' across!! Now, tha final verse: A lotta "black" on tha 1st 1/4 of tha 4th verse here from 1 of 3 of tha unknown artists. Tha 2nd 1/4 of tha 4th verse was anotha one of tha 3 unknown artists, and he had a REAL nice job wit his shit, especially that emotion in his voice. Hot Boy Ronald on tha 3rd 1/4 of tha 4th verse, doin' a nice job too, talkin' 'bout tha "high murder rate." Tha last dude on this (on tha 4th 1/4 of tha 4th verse) I was debating if it was Jay Da Menace (from tha #15 song), but who knows if that's right. I have a feelin' it iz, but I'm not gonna put it in tha ID just yet. Well, everyone held it down, and did tha damn thang here; great 16 people collab!!! My Rating: 4.0

19. Shawt Feat. The Show "Paper Planes (Remix)"
LOL @ this... And Shawt iz back. Because of M.I.A., I'm SURE it gon be a turn on!! >>> I like tha "money so old, it got blisters on it" line; nice. Not much interest in what's goin' on here, so I'll just leave it at bein' okay. Tha hook iz okay, although it prolly would've sounded better wit M.I.A. on tha hook. I like tha "so much weight" part on tha 2nd verse. Ooh, The Show made an unexpected appearance!! Now, that brought a sunshine to tha track! He DEFINITELY held it down wit such a GREAT/in his own world type attitude on tha track! My Rating: 3.4

20. Jimmy Mossberg Interlude
Eight seconds... >>> Good sign in. My Rating: N/A

21. Jimmy Mossberg "Do My Lil' Dance"
Oh no!!! Let's not fuck up tha ending!!! >>> Wodie On The Beat, so maybe not too bad... Sounds like a borderline Baton Rouge type song... I like tha "pop anotha pill" part in tha hook, but I don't think this'll be that great fa me. How come I keep hearin' tha hook? It was like a short verse (I think), and just tha hook too much... Actually, tha 2nd verse sounded pretty tight wit tha "pants saggin'" type shit. Maybe this ain't that bad, but ain't somethin' I'm impressed by either. Oh, there's a 3rd verse here too... Nothin' really ta say about that one. I really liked tha "pants saggin'" one though. I like that cold ending though! My Rating: 3.1

Overall: Tha 1st 1/2 MURDERED tha 2nd 1/2 on this CD as there was MUCH unexpected GREAT songs in tha 1st 1/2! Either way, I was DEFINITELY feelin' this CD, as a ton of people came through and did they thang!! Sess 4-5, wat up? My dawg 6 Ward Pook, watz good? You know I gon help you wit this Rap shit if you down fa it, ya heard me! Err-body on here, keep doin' yo thang! I'm tha dude when it comes to supportin' this Louisiana Rap shit!!

Review #114: Dizzy a.k.a. Raw D.I. "On The Inside Looking Out"

Reviewed on 9.08.2008 & 9.12.2008 (Review No. 114)

Watz good it's ya boy Frankie here… It's that time again! Time for anotha review from me! It's only 11:02 AM right now and I'm in tha middle of a 4 hour break from my current college, Marywood University. I'm now gonna review Dizzy's CD FINALLY (been waiting for Ally B (at Crescent City Radio) to have a show so I could do this tha same day she has a show). I bought tha CD 2 weeks ago today for a dollar (it's now $10) on Dizzy's website, http://www.rawdizzy.com. I'm gonna review it right after I write Young Ready (from Baton Rouge, who iz locked up right now) a letter (I printed out tha review I did for him and his "Junky Medicine (The Cocaine Edition)" mixtape last month) as I found out tha details by tryin' to send him a message on Myspace. *Writes letter* Aight I'm finished and now ready for my review for Dizzy a.k.a. Raw D.I. "On The Inside Looking Out", for my girl Ally B, P.C.O. Entertainment and (of course) you Dizzy. Start Time: 11:33 AM | Video Game Playing: Secret Of Mana (for Super Nintendo) (on my computer)

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me or have auto-tune in your vocals, I’m not buyin’ it!

01. "Grand Closing"
Iz this an intro or an intro track? Dyin' to find out and hearin' this whole CD!! >>> Yeah it's an intro track bein' 4 minutes, 48 seconds long!! Yeah you definitely "builded from tha ground up" as that was your last CD (wit tha "Myspace" song that was tight). Tha beat iz definitely tight and I like how it stayed tha same for a minute and a ½, as it now started to kick in more at around 1:35. Even though you "dropped outta school," at least you did it "for these protools." Good shit and great rhymin' throughout this shit! I'm glad you're gonna let us "know tha truth like a blood test;" that's another GREAT line. This iz DEFINITELY a great way to start this "what's gonna be" HOT CD off! DEFINITELY worth my 4 minutes and 48 seconds of listening! My Rating: 4.6

02. "However"
That was tha "grand closing". "However", "However" iz up next. What to expect… Let's hear tha message! >>> Feelin' those *imitates The Ting Tings for a second* "drums, tha drums, tha drums, tha drums" in tha beginning. Now tha beat kicked in at about :38 and sounds good. Good hook too. Really feelin' tha rhymes and tha 2nd verse iz just as good! Really feelin' this! Forgot to mention tha GREAT length on tha song too: 4:38! Yeah you'll "neva be a hoe." You ALWAYS keep it real out there in Louisiana! Wait 'til we get to "Sit Still". I got a lot of shit to get off my chest about that song! My Rating: 4.3

03. "Sit Still" Feat. Stevie Drumma
And here we are! So what do I have to get off my chest about this song? Well, I'm VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY ASHAMED that BOTH Music Choice Rap and MTV Jams IGNORED/ARE IGNORING this song!! You don't know HOW HOT this song has been for tha past… however long it has been out (I've known it since Late May 2008)!!! Music Choice Rap should really be ashamed as I first HEARD about you (unexpectedly) in Summer 2005 on Music Choice Rap wit tha song "1,000 Miles To Downtown" (really liked tha combination of southern + tha sample) and now they're ignoring "Sit Still"? What's wrong wit them AND MTV Jams??? At least I have an ear that can HEAR what's hot and this song caught my attention in an OBSESSIVE way that I had played it approximately 25-30 times one day when I had first got it. This was tha 1st BRAND NEW song I heard on Crescent City Radio wit Alex McConduit (and thanx to him, I got tha ID of what tha song/artist was). Tha beat iz just… great and somethin' about Stevie Drumma's voice that makes this joint real good. At :45, when it did that "when I—when I'm wit my crew…" part, I always thought for a second that when I downloaded it from your Myspace, I thought it was a part of a mixshow but no, it was a part of tha song. I like that a lot. On tha 2nd verse, I always really liked tha "I'm puffin' on tha 'gar" line (especially sayin' "'gar" instead of "cigar"). That was real cool. I don't know why my sources are ignoring this song… It's SOOOO mainstream style wit a real cool feel. Always love it. If it don't get exposure on my sources, you can call this world "fucked up" 'cause that's what it iz when it comes to tha mainstream. Oh yeah I really really like tha video to this joint a lot too. It's REAL good. My Current Rating: 5.0

04. "Yeah Bitch (Remix)" Feat. Lil' Wayne
Glad you holla'd at Weezy for a track/remix (or iz it a sample?). Because of Wayne, I got anticipation and I'm REAL GLAD to hear a lot of you finally!! >>> Yeah Lil' Wayne wit his usual "remix ba-by" parts but now that I heard you on tha hook, it sounded better. Great beat again! Good thing tha song iz 4 minutes, 44 seconds! I'm glad you make your songs long and not on some 3 minutes flat shit. Great 1st verse and feelin' this shit right here! Glad it's another club banger. Glad Lil' Wayne's "flyer than a falcon." Speakin' of tha falcons, tha Lackawanna Falcons (who I rep and be tha waterboy for at tha home games) did they thang yesterday as they won 42-8 on tha football game! Also, I'm glad "pussy" iz your "appetite" Weezy. That's tha way to get you craving, ya dig. I don't think you're gonna "die from a knife or a bullet." I think you're gonna die from… … … why tha fuck should I predict somethin'? No need to 'cause you gon be here for a REAL, REAL LONG TIME, ya dig! My Rating: 4.3

05. "Dick Riders"
Gotta respect tha title. I gotta hear what you got to say on it before I start leavin' feedback. >>> Good start. Sounds like I heard on Crescent City Radio not too long ago 'cause of that "Some Cut" sounding beat. You almost sounded like Meek Mill (from Philly) in tha beginning. I'm feelin' tha hook. Fuck tha "dick riders". No wonder why my dad NEVA stays in Pennsylvania (or at least to sleep over wit us). 'Cause he has to be home for his "now" wife all tha time… Can't even spare time OR money ON TIME. SMH… It's like I still didn't get my birthday or graduation present and I graduated my 2 year college May 18th and my birthday was June 21st. He does more for his wife and "not official" kids than myself and my brother. I like tha message to this joint though. My Rating: 3.8

06. "No Joking" Feat. The Show
If I don't write a lot, it's 'cause I'm eating my lunch (pizza) right now and I'm rushin' a lil' 'cause I gotta go back to college at 2. However, I do have lots of anticipation 'cause The Show iz featured!! >>> Feelin' tha old school feel and The Show startin' tha song off!!! He did a REAL good job. Oh I guess I heard this once before 'cause of you sayin' tha "this ain't a game, no Playstation" line. Yeah you DEFINITELY "no joke." Too bad people at Lackawanna College take me as a "joke". Why? 'Cause I don't play fuckin' football?? That's why I have SO MUCH LUV for tha music business. I do a lot more for tha music business instead!! Love tha song. Too bad I'm typing a shitty-ass 29 words per minute wit 1 hand instead of 94 (due to I don't eat wit my left hand). I type 94 words per minute wit 2 hands. My Rating: 4.6

07. "Groupies" Feat. Mannie Fresh
Lucky No. 7… What could it be? *Checks ID* Looks like another anticipated joint!! >>> I like tha violin in tha beginning. Ooh "she started kissin' where it tickled." Aren't you in love? That's hot shit. I like tha "she's not a groupie" parts. Great verse!! Glad to hear Mannie rappin'. Definitely a catchy joint right here! I like tha "I heard tha same thing 10,000,000 times" parts too. My Rating: 4.2

½time: Back to typin' 94 WPM finally! Anyway, of course, exactly what I expected: A HOT CD!! This iz REAL HOT and I'm glad I paid a dollar for it! Let's see how tha 2nd ½ gon turn out to be!!

08. "Touch Ya Toes" Feat. Marty Crack & C.O.
I don't know about this… Fat Joe had tha same song title wit Armand Van Helden & BL last year (house song) and it was wack (real disappointing to me 'cause I love when dance music combines wit rap music and they fucked that song up). Let's see how you and those other 2 dudes do on this… I expect good hopefully. >>> Good it's not gay. Tha beat goes hard and tha way that sample sounds sounds tight! First verse was real tight! You're on tha 2nd verse dawg and started off real good! Yeah! Great 2nd verse by you. Tha 3rd verse was good too, especially wit those Janet parts! My Rating: 4.4

09. "Put It On You" Feat. Monteco
Looks like anotha song for tha ladies. I predict a slow jammer. Let's hear it… >>> Good it's not gay AGAIN!! I thought it was gonna be some slow, disappointing, boring song (usually there's like at least one of those songs on nearly every album (and even mixtapes) I review). Tight hook! ANOTHA real tight beat!! Wow that singer iz GREAT wit how he delivers tha hook! I almost think I like this song better than tha last song but I'm gonna rate this tha same. This iz tha RIGHT song for a female. My Rating: 4.4

10. "Baleedatdere" Feat. Baby Boy & Skip
What's that title? I know tha last 2 words but what's tha 1st word mean? I predict ANOTHA song for tha ladies. And since Baby Boy iz on it, it should be REAL GOOD. And even Skip, so that's like extra ingredients. High anticipation!! >>> Good a faster vibe wit a REAL TIGHT electronic beat!! Each song keeps gettin' better during tha 2nd ½!! Oh so I heard how Baby Boy said that 1st word. "Balee" = "believe". I get it know. You DEFINITELY gotta "baleedat" this joint sounds hot! Glad you're on tha 1st verse, spittin' that hot shit about yourself throughout tha 1st verse! Wow this iz tha best beat on this CD so far (should I even say that 'cause there were TOO MANY HOT HOT beats)!!! Baby Boy has that GRIMY voice that just makes his verse sound REAL TIGHT! He went hard! Skip "holdin' his dick on a promo poster." I'm really feelin' tha attitude on this song from everyone! TIGHT SHIT!!! My Rating: 4.7

11. "What Happened To The Hood" Feat. Kangol Slim
Really feelin' tha title and this iz who I've been waiting for (I knew there was someone special also on this CD). This iz tha collab I've been waiting for so here goes my huge anticipation!! >>> Good tha longest song so far at 5 minutes, 22 seconds long. Another different style in tha beginning. I feel it so far. That must be Kango on tha hook. Pretty good. I neva could picture his voice (I first heard him on "Get Rite Juice", a song from Kane & Abel, him and tha other PNC member and 5th Ward Weebie, only knowin' 5th Ward Weebie. Mind my "bein' late wit knowin' who's who"). Good 1st verse by you Dizzy. Better 2nd verse from you on this. Another great 3rd verse too. Great song right here. I like tha shooting at tha end. My Rating: 4.0

Break: It's 12:52 PM. My mom wants me to get ready to go back to college (we gotta handle some more thangz, since I was only there since last Wednesday). I also gotta mail some shit (I'll prolly mail this to Alex McConduit to give to Ally B to give to you tomorrow). I'll be back at around 5:30 PM. >>> Aight I'm back a lil' early at 5:03 PM. I'm glad I'm gettin' back into this CD (almost finished)!!

12. "Get High" Feat. Mugsy
Okay tha title makes me have a lot of anticipation for it and for tha featured artist! Here we go…! >>> I like tha feel to this. Mugsy sounds good on his part during tha 1st verse. You did yo thang on tha 2nd verse. I was really really feelin' it. I liked tha ending but I was almost worried it was gonna cut off ('cause it sounded like tha verse was continuing) but it had a cold ending so everythang was alright. Good joint again wit a different feel from tha "get high" tracks that I really love. My Rating: 4.0

13. "Rhyme Kite"
Looks like it could be real interesting! >>> Real long length at 6 minutes, 2 seconds! There's a phone call in tha beginning. Great phone call. Tha beat iz real slow. So this iz "not a rap song, it's a 'rhyme kite'." Maybe a good song but not my type so no high rating from me. That singin' went way too long at tha end. Great rhymes though and good phone call again at tha end. My Rating: 3.5

14. "Change" Feat. Cupid
What Cupid iz this? Let's see what this song'll be like. >>> It iz that same Cupid from "Cupid Shuffle". LOL… Odd combo? Great rhymes on tha 1st verse, including tha "smoke weed" line. This song iz slightly better than tha last song for me. This sounds like a great mainstream single. If "Sit Still" was promoted tha right way (where it would be all over my sources), this could be tha follow-up. I don't think Cupid should've had tha bridge. You should've had a 3rd verse instead. My Rating: 3.6

15. "I Love 'Em"
Okay this song didn't extract for me (and I paid, smh). I'm gonna try again and see what happens… *Attemps to extract it* It said "the file is corrupt." Okay next I'm gonna see if it's on your player on your website (under "preview the new album now!" part). *Checks* Nah, it's just a bunch of samples from tha album (I need tha whole song). Now I'm gonna try your "Myspace". *Checks* Nope, just "Sit Still" iz there. Now I'll try googlin' it. *Attempts* Shit, nothin'. Oh well. I'll have to delay tha waiting to send to Ally B in tha mail 'til I hear this. Then I'll come back wit tha "edit" and review this song (if anyone posts it or plays it somewhere).
EDIT: It's Friday (yup, it took a long 4 dayz) but I think I told Ally B to give my e-mail to someone and they e-mailed me it!!!! I don't care if I give this a 1.0 rating, I'M JUST GLAD I CAN FINISH THA REVIEW!!!!! Now then, onto tha song! >>> Decent start so far but I guess it goes wit those other "ending songs" on this CD. I liked tha line about Weezy. I like tha style of this for a different sounding song. Good 2nd verse right there. I really like you rappin' no matter what song it iz. You're tha shit and I hope you keep puttin' out these HOT CDs and music! My Rating: 3.8

Overall: End Time: 5:42 PM/9.12.2008 @ 8:01 PM. DEFINITELY a VERY GOOD album! Even though 13 & 14 weren't exactly my type, at least those songs were for tha people that like tha lyrics a lot! I'm glad you had them at tha end and had all tha songs that I really really felt in tha beginning/middle! Keep doin' yo thang Dizzy and I hope you like this review!!
