Review #1,972: Big Boom & The Big Bizness Click "Paperchase 2000"

Reviewed on 6.02.2021 (Review #1,972)

More reviewz comin’ atcha! Just 28 ta reach 2,000!! Up next, Lafayette’s Big Boom & H-Town’s The Big Bizness Click. Together, they bring my next release to review: Big Boom & The Big Bizness Click Paperchase 2000, released in 2000, courtesy of Double L Records! Start Tyme: 4:43 PM | End Tyme: 5:58 PM

Disclaimer:
I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. “Intro”
Producer: Big Boom & Bryce
>>> Let’s get it; “pull” [dat] “rabbit out”! Hearin’ tha verse & it sounds good on this simple beat ta “freestyle off of”; keep it goin’! It’s all about tha sizzouth! My Rating: 4.0

02. “Money-Making Mission”
Producer: Platinum Fingers
>>> I can hear tha H-Town vibe in tha production, here; let’s swang on ‘em…! Hearin’ tha hook & it’s a good hustle anthem; really feelin’ tha eerie strings added to tha hook! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s pretty nice, just shinin’ wit dem “$200.00 shades”; huh bruh! Also, “Louisiana license plate”; fuckin’ well right! Keepin’ this thang movin’ with tha 2nd verse & it sounds nice to relax to. Tha flow may be calm but tha content all tha way gangsta; nice, relaxin’ mix. Keepin’ this shit goin’ with tha 3rd verse, here, comin’ through wit some more laidbackness; not bad, overall… Now, with 53 seconds left, tha chick sings tha southern lifestyle, as well as anotha hook; cool… My Rating: 4.2

03. “Big Bizness”
Producer: Platinum Fingers
>>> Cool lil’ post-G-Funk sound in tha beat, here, fa tha non-N’awlinzerz…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s soundin’ cool; I feel like this an awesome sound for tha south, regardless! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s pretty dope; y’all know what it iz! Gotta keep grindin’! My Rating: 4.1

Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 2nd verse & this shit’s nice; would luv to be nice & high ta this, on tha beach! Tha south! Tha southern weather! As far as tha collaboration goes, it sounds great, as if y’all all havin’ a great-ass tyme…! Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & it’s soundin’ nice with tha nice “marijuana”; you know what it iz! Luv how my Louisiana patna, Uncle T, told me about you, Big Boom & soon, I gon be finally meetin’ up wit my patna! Just waitin’ ta get off probation & then, it’s on! We gon definitely get fulla nice “marijuana”; you know how tha bosses live! My Rating: 4.5

05. “M.O.B. (Freestyle)”
Producer: Stack (Black)
>>> Sounds like a decent beat fa a “freestyle”, here… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds good; props fa tha “blunt on tha table”! Gots to!! Hearin’ tha hook & it str8; just a long “freestyle”, basically—well, I would consider it more a track than “freestyle”. Keepin’ this goin’ with tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ pretty nice, as well; how much longer will I be interested in this, tho…? Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 3rd verse & it aight; prolly coulda just had one or two verses, instead, since it’s a “freestyle”. My Rating: 3.6

06. “Neighborhood Superstars”
Producer: Platinum Fingers
>>> Sounds like anotha laidback, long joint… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it ain’t bad; how long will I be interested? Do I need a beach & a big bed? Hearin’ tha hook & I’ono if I’ll fuck wit this slow, R&B-type shit. Prolly coulda had this as an ending song, instead? Keepin’ it goin’ with a female on tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ okay; as far as me lovin’ this, it ain’t gon happen, tho. Hearin’ tha 3rd verse, this tyme & it’s aight fa a slow jam’s rap; nothin’ else ta say, tho. Dozin’ off, as this takes forever to finish; I’ono, that’s just my mood with these long tracks… My Rating: 2.6

07. “Life As A Baller” feat. E.S.G.
Producer: Platinum Fingers, Big Boom & Bryce
>>> Sounds like a southern jam, here; feelin’ tha simple-but-good hook…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it ain’t bad, here; diggin’ tha deeper voice on tha mic, this tyme…! Hearin’ tha 2nd part of tha 1st verse sounds good; diggin’ his consisten-to-tha-cy! It’s like, tha rhymes don’t stop!! Luv tha “marijuana” & “anaconda” rhyme b4 he dropped tha mic! Now, a 3rd part of tha 1st verse from tha one chick, here, comin’ through with okay rhymes; I’ono what else to say. Keepin’ this shit goin’ with tha 2nd verse & dude’s comin’ through wit a nice blend with Texas & Louisiana, here; keep kickin’ ass! Keepin’ this shit goin’ with E.S.G. on tha 2nd part of tha 2nd verse; kept confusin’ his voice but this tyme, I got it! Feelin’ how he blendin’ in nicely with tha Louisiana/Texas fusion; keep gettin’ it in! My Rating: 4.3

08. “Mr. Playa Hata” feat. Pimp C
Producer: Big Boom & Bryce
>>> Nice intro from tha Pimp, here; sounds like it gon be anotha relaxin’, needin’-to-be-high vibe…! Hearin’ tha hook & it pretty laidback; really seducin’ err-body, Mr. Boom? Good job & that male singer…; hearin’ tha 1st verse & this shit ain’t bad, overall; props on deliverin’ a “G”’s golden tale. Keepin’ this shit movin’ with tha 2nd verse & tha Pimp comin’ through with a southern lifestyle…! Luv how he always was ‘bout tha undaground & now, I’m just 19 dayz away from turnin’ tha age he last was! Crazy! Keepin’ this thang goin’ with tha 3rd verse, here & it’s good; always acceptable rhymin’ in my book… My Rating: 3.9

09. “16 Shots”
Producer: Big Boom & Bryce
>>> Nice, eerie beat; too bad this only 70 seconds long! Prolly coulda traded this length with that freestyle from earlier… Anyway, hearin’ tha hook/track, itself & it’s pretty gangsta; beat’s dope ta go with this gangsta-ass sound! My Rating: 4.6

½tyme: A mix of laidback, country rap tunez & some eerie, tight tracks; keep it goin’, y’all! Current average rating sits at a 4.0; let’s keep it goin’!

10. “Niggas”
Producer: DJ Dolby D
>>> Sounds like a good lil’ beat & tha hook ain’t bad ta progress on by… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds good; always stay figgy-figgy-focused! Y’all keepin’ this southern shit up; definitely nice to keep it goin’! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s pretty nice, as tha Big Bizness continue to keep Big Boom company; good shit… Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 3rd verse & I’m proud of y’all fa keepin’ y’all focus up; you know what it iz! My Rating: 4.0

11. “Bust First”
Producer: Big Boom & Bryce
>>> Sounds like a soulja’s type of anthem, here, as far as tha beat’s energy goes… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds good; keep it rollin’…! Got tha hook comin’ through right nah & it sounds like a good lil’ anthem ta defeat tha “enemies”; nice… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s pretty dope; tha “grits” & “bricks”-rhymed lines were dope, too! Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 3rd verse, here, soundin’ like an okay set of rhymes; strictly keepin’ it gangsta at all tymes, basically… A bunch of mixin’ goin’ on after tha verses & hooks; are we mixin’ tha whole 87 seconds of this outro? Okay, mixin’ stopped at 4:09 & now, tha beat continues ta go on its way out; pretty nice… My Rating: 3.8

12. “Probation Violation”
Producer: Don, Poochie, Big Boom & Bryce
>>> Sounds like some shitty scene goin’ on as an interlude, in tha beginning… Finally, a beat at 0:53? Yeah & it’s a nice dose of dark, gangsta shit! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s pretty dark with these “jail cell” rhymes; I know tha feelin’! Think: Wet salami for breakfast! Fuck havin’ a “violation,” tho; just do tha tyme like it’s an easy challenge to accomplish! Tha hook sounds like y’all just wanna get past this “violation”; tyme sucks that it doesn’t move faster! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s soundin’ just as real as tha 1st verse; pretty intense, lyrically. Damn @ “20 years iz what I’m facin’ on this violation”; ouch! My Rating: 4.2

13. “Wild South West”
Producer: Big Boom, Bryce, Don & Poochie
>>> Sounds like a dope lil’ beat & hook, here; gotta rep tha “south” & tha “west”! You know what it iz! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds good, as y’all just wanna keep tha focus on y’all grind! I know I do! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it sounds like a good caution sign for tha streetz to tha unknown; great job depictin’. Keepin’ this thang movin’ with tha 3rd verse, just shmokin’ dude “like a blunt”; deep, lol. Tha rest of this verse sounds good; can’t complain about bein’ a “G”…! My Rating: 4.3

14. “Wonder Who (Before They Bit It Version)”
Producer: Don & Poochie
>>> Quiet-soundin’ vocals in tha beginning for tha hook? Sounds like it would be an R&B joint or some shit…? Yeah, hearin’ tha singin’ on tha hook & it throws my interest off; what will tha verses be like? I “wonder”… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & tha rappin’ aight… This sounds like it covers tha topic of tryna prevent a depression? Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 2nd verse & this life-of-tha-struggle content continues…; not bad… A chick on tha 2nd part of tha 2nd verse? She sounds aight but did she have ta be added to a decent track? My Rating: 3.3

15. “Ride For Me”
Producer: Stack (Black)
Damn @ tha 6:05 length…! >>> Almost thought it was a full-on outro or somethin’? Sounds like an okay hook with tha addition of tha female singin’… Also, five years b4 T-Pain? At 0:38, there was auto-tune in tha voice of just that one second (tha second tyme it says tha word “die,” ironically; wish “die” would apply to auto-tune)! Too bad y’all couldn’t pocket off of that idea! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it ain’t bad with this voice, so far; just anotha decent track fa me… Got tha 2nd part of tha 1st verse, here & this sounds like a betta voice; keep it movin’… Keepin’ this movin’ with tha 2nd verse & it ain’t bad, here; rhymes are cool with tha “earthquake,” as well. Got tha 3rd verse, here & it’s anotha verse that’s decent; I’ono, I just feel like it’s only an okay track. Also, can’t forget to mention how long it iz! Geez, a 4th verse & it’s tha chick! This already seems too long…! Nothin’ really to say how she came through; tha whole track was just decent fa me. My Rating: 3.1

16. “L.A. To T.E.X.” feat. South Park Mexican
Producer: Don & Poochie
>>> Sounds like a decent intro & quiet-soundin’ beat, here… Hearin’ tha 1st part of tha verse & it aight with this Mexican featured; still, I’m not hearin’ anything that’s makin’ me jump for joy… Got a 2nd part of tha verse, here & it str8; wish more would go on in tha beat, tho… Damn, no hook? That gon hurt (transitioning); hearin’ tha 3rd part of tha verse & it’s betta than tha rest of tha parts of tha verse, so far. Props on tha southern content, str8 from tha hood…! Hearin’ tha 4th part of tha verse & it aight; that’s all I gotta say. Hearin’ tha 5th part of tha verse & it’s more rhymes from tha hood; not bad but bad for no hook…! My Rating: 2.7

17. “Young Hustla”
Producer: Platinum Fingers
>>> Good lil’ anthem; finally, some upbeat energy! Great job with tha hook & now, here comes tha 1st verse, soundin’ anthemic! Great job with tha energy; glad y’all got tha right dose, this tyme! Keepin’ this thang goin’ with tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ good fa tha streetz; y’all know what it iz! Glad there’s more energy ta uplift y’all, this tyme round! My Rating: 4.1

18. “Bendover” feat. T-Pop
Producer: Big Boom & Bryce
>>> Endin’ with an ‘80s/’90s-soundin’ production…; nice! Didn’t expect tha bounce “Triggaman” beat in this one; good shit! Hearin’ tha hook & even tho tha “Triggaman” iz in tha sample, tha beat still sounds kinda dry & tha hook’s delivery’s energy iz pretty much up there… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it aight; I’ono, I can’t jump fa joy with this, neither… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it literally sounds like a Lil’ Wayne relative or somethin’? Interestin’ Weezy-like flow; a catchy lil’ verse, overall. Keepin’ this goin’ with tha, well, bridge & it’s nice; kinda seemed like a 3rd verse, at first… My Rating: 3.8

Overall: Most of this went over well; felt more decent than excitin’ ta me but it was still nice ta review & listen to this. Now, just keep holdin’ dat 337 down, Big Boom! Louisiana gotta always stand up!!

R.I.P. Video #65: Vicious (X-Mob)

Recorded February 19, 2019

Broadcasting from an icy waterfall, here in Pittston, PA, it's ya boy, FrankieThaLuckyDog here, sadly reportin' anotha tragic loss in tha Louisiana rap community:

Eric Johnson, known by his stage name, Vicious, from tha rap group, X-Mob, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2019, after battling complications from Stage 4 cancer in jail; he was only 51 years-old.

Johnson was from tha Lake Charles area of Louisiana. During tha early '90s, he formed tha group, X-Mob, with Bundy G & Slice, as E-Vicious. Courtesy of X-Mob Records, X-Mob released their debut album, Handlin' Thangs, in 1994. In 1995, they started releasing music under Par-Le Records and released their 2nd album, Ghetto Mail. In 1997, X-Mob's 3rd & final album, Paper Chasing, was released. In 1998, X-Mob collaborated with Cali rapper, B-Legit, and released "Nationwide", featuring Nitro, on Ruthless Records. Tha song was featured tha following year on tha Turf Stories movie soundtrack. In 2002, Johnson went on to pursue a solo career, releasing his debut solo album, I Ball Like Kobe, on Par-La Records. In 2004, he dropped two projects: Strictly For Da Streetz, Vol. 1, on Par-La Records & Walk Like A "G", on Eye 4n Eye Records & Par-La Records. In 2007, Johnson released two collaboration projects. First, teamin' up wit Lafayette's Mr. Phat for Southwest Rioters Better Getcha Mind Right, on Vicious Entertainment. Second, teamin' up wit N'awlinz rapper, Lil' Domicci, for Hurricane, Sugacane & Cocaine, Vol. 1, on GK Records, Utopia Entertainment & B.O.M. Entertainment. In 2008, Johnson released another collaboration project, this time with Houma rapper, Husaholic, Am I My Brother's Keeper, on 1008 Grams Entertainment & Vicious Entertainment. Tha Husaholic collab-project would put Johnson's career on hold, as he soon found trouble with tha law. On tha night of May 18, 2012, a 43-year-old by tha name of Ray Ryan, was murdered. Johnson was later accused of provoking tha violence that lead to Ryan's death, though charged with "inciting a riot with death," facing up to 21 years in prison. In 2016, Johnson released multiple CDs, which would be his final releases: Back 2 Tha Money: The Tale Of A Trill O.G., United Hates Of America, The Final Chapter, Underground Kingz with Yung Goldie, Straight Drop (The Mixtape), Answer 2 Da Question & Possession Wit Intent, all on Vicious Entertainment. Johnson woulda lived to see 52 if he made it to August 21.

Moments:

On October 15, 2011, during Frankie's former radio show, "Tha Louisiana Pit", X-Mob's song with Pimp C, "Good Times", would unexpectedly play a part in ruining Frankie's interest in rap music about money. An artist from Baton Rouge, who was featured on that show's episode, flashed $2,000 on camera & threw it at Frankie. A month later, on November 17, 2011, Frankie lent tha artist $500 to come back up to Pennsylvania. Tha artist wound up calling off and didn't return tha money to Frankie till October 6, 2018. Even though tha money was returned almost seven years later, tha incident left Frankie scarred, as he questioned rappers' financial lifestyles & started disliking lyrics about money.

Review #1,661: Deep South Syndicate "Potent"

Reviewed on 2.25.2017 (Review #1,661)

Comin’ up next in my Louisiana Reviewz Marathon iz Deep South Syndicate Potent, released in 1998 on Double L Records! Tha 1st 12 jointz are produced by Roy Choklate Chip Anthony, while #13’s produced by Wendall Glover, #14’s Harold Guillory & #15’s Wendall Glover. Start Time: 1:42 AM | End Time: 2:53 AM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! Anything I type before “ >>> “ iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> “ iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. Intro
>>> Sounds like a dope track, despite it bein’ just an intro! My Rating: N/A

02. “We Comin’”
>>> Sounds like a nice beat, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s pretty nice fa tha south, here… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and y’all doin’ it up, here! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it continues! Tha 3rd verse iz here and it’s pretty quick; dope shit… Tha rest of this shit’s nice; can’t deny tha “Potent” quality!! My Rating: 4.3

03. “Don’t Fuck With Me”
>>> Sounds like it has a cool lil’ West Coast vibe to it… Dope lil’ hook, here, with a G-Funk sound to it… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty dope, here… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s pretty nice, as we continue, here… And, tha 3rd verse’s pretty nice, here, as well… My Rating: 4.2

04. “Southside Playas” feat. X-Mob
>>> Sounds nice and laidback, here, wit X-Mob on tha 1st verse, here… And, we have tha hook, here, soundin’ like a chill one; dope vibe… Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ dope, as well… And, tha 3rd verse’s pretty nice ta hear, as well; diggin’ tha different voices… No matter tha voice, each one creates a laidback vibe… My Rating: 4.1

05. “Make ‘Em Swell (Remix)” feat. B-Loc
>>> Sounds like a dope 1st verse, here; good shit! Tha beat’s pretty dope for a southern/laidback track… Hearin’ tha hook, here, and it’s pretty nice… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s soundin’ nice ta hear, here… And, diggin’ tha undaground king-soundin’ 3rd verse, here, holdin’ shit down… My Rating: 4.3

06. “Journey 2 Da South”
>>> Sounds like a lil’ performance in tha background, here; dope shit/dope beat! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice wit how y’all represent, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s pretty dope; good shit! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s soundin’ good, here… And, tha hook’s a nice representation of holdin’ it down, here, as far as tha chantin’… My Rating: 4.2

07. “Pimps”
>>> Sounds a lil’ more upbeat than tha previous songs, but still undaground… Hearin’ tha hook and it sounds nice, here… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s not bad, here… Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, and it’s pretty nice… And, we got tha 3rd verse, here, soundin’ nice ta hear, here… Sometimes, when tha “playas” and “ladies say” that lil’ “hell yeah,” on tha hook, it reminds me of Outkast’s “Southernplayalisticcadillacmuzik”… My Rating: 4.0

½time: A 4.2-rated CD, so far; pretty dope! No complaints, yet! Just that “Potent” south at its finest, here, fa tha ‘90s undaground!

08. “10 Rulz” feat. Capone
>>> Dope-ass sounds in tha beginning wit a nice lil’ bass!! Really long intro, here (1:26), but it’s definitely worth it! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and y’all settin’ tha “rulz” down, here! Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse and as slow as it iz, we keepin’ it movin’, here… And, tha rest of this pretty nice… I’ono if 6:26 iz too long fa this, but it iz what it iz, I guess? My Rating: 3.9

09. Graveyard (Interlude)
>>> Sounds like an interestin’ interlude, here… Yeah, it’s pretty trippy what tha future holds, as far as “death” and all that! My Rating: N/A

10. “Walking Thru Graveyards”
>>> Sounds like a dope intro, here, with this beat… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice wit what y’all comin’ through wit, here… Hearin’ tha hook and there’s paranoia, here! “I got that feelin’ that I’m about to die, nigga!” Yeah, it’s crazy how we can think like that! Life changes when you lose somebody! Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, and tha eerie vibes continue! My Rating: 4.5

11. “Potent”
>>> Luvin’ tha eerie beat, here! Luvin’ tha hook, too, wit this “mo Potent than marijuana” hook, here!! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and I’m luvin’ what y’all spittin’, here, fa dem undaground Gz! I like how y’all referenced “Madonna,” too, my favorite artist… And, we got tha 2nd verse, here, keepin’ tha “fiya” comin’ along! And, tha 3rd verse’s here, keepin’ shit movin’! My Rating: 4.5

12. “Rolling Wit Da Chrome” feat. Boom, D.O. & Shipe
>>> Sounds good, here, wit tha laidback hook… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice, here, wit what y’all comin’ through with… Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha “-age”-rhymed rhymes, here, soundin’ nice on tha 2nd verse… Wow, y’all were only makin’ “$4.75 an hour,”  back then? Pretty brutal! And, we got tha 3rd verse, here, slowly keepin’ it movin’… Even more shit on tha 3rd verse, here, gettin’ mo gangsta than it can get, here! My Rating: 4.2

13. “Do U Wanna Ride”
>>> Sounds good, here, on tha hook…; a slow, funky lil’ track, so far… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice, here, showin’ off tha gangstafied side, here… Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ pretty nice to hear, here… And, tha 3rd verse, here, keepin’ this “ride” movin’ like it’s ridin’, lol… My Rating: 4.0

14. “Swarm Of Bs”
>>> Luvin’ those sounds in tha beginning, here! Dope hook, too! Almost thought it was “BS” (bullshit), but it’s “bees!” Lol! What a difference!! Good shit comin’ outta tha 1st verse, here; gotta dig it! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and y’all keepin’ it movin’, here; good shit… And, sneakin’ in a 3rd verse before this ends, here; dope! My Rating: 4.1

15. “Make ‘Em Swell (Original)” feat. B-Loc
>>> Still sounds dope wit this beat… Interestin’ how tha remix came before tha original, on this CD… Somethin’ sounds betta in tha voices and tha vibe, here, but I gon keep tha same rating… My Rating: 4.3

Overall: Most of tha tracks were on tha longer side, here, but that ain’t stop tha quality of this album! Good shit fa tha laidback shmokers, tha southern heads & tha Gz! Glad y’all know how to keep it “Potent!”

01. “Intro”
How will this “intro” sound? >>> “B-Lo” iz on dis CD? If so, dat’s DEFINITELY watz good! Ooh, some rappin’ in dis (almost thought dis “Scrappy” person was a gurl or somethin’ at first; not 100% sure)! Feelin’ tha Southern vibe in tha beat too! Nice job wit contributin’ tha rappin’! My Rating: 4.3

02. “Tripple Threat”
I thought dis was a familiar title (‘cause someone I reviewed in tha past had a CD called “Tripple Beam”) but let’s see what’s up wit it! >>> Almost sounded Technoish at first but it’s a regular, cool, Southern-type beat once again! A lotta members are contributin’ to tha 1st verse here and it’s DEFINITELY soundin’ good here! Gotta feel how y’all comin’ through, 90’s style!! “Lay in piss?” Did I hear dat right? Sounded pretty raw!! Very consistent; iz there even a hook? It sounds like a shitload of verses, which I’m definitely feelin’! Sounds like tha song’ll neva end or somethin’! LOL, I hear tha hook at tha end, finally, lol… My Rating: 4.4

03. “Cap Peela”
Looks like a good title; I gon prolly like dis too! >>> Feelin’ how dis beat sounds in tha beginning; sounds a lil’ Trip-Hopish ta me wit tha sounds and adds dat HOT, undaground, Southern flava!! Tha 1st verse has a GR8 voice ta present dis HOT, undaground shit! GR8 rhymes!! There’s a 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse here from one of tha otha members and it sounds GR8; REAL GR8 street shit!!! LOL, a 3rd part in tha 1st verse? Must be anotha long-ass verse, lol! Good shit to tha fullest and now, it’s actually tha hook! I’m feelin’ tha title; good shit! Here’s tha 1st part in tha 2nd verse; “puttin’ Lafayette on tha map!” Definitely a THUMBS UP right there ‘cause you KNOW anywhere in tha Boot gon be “on tha map!” Ooh, tha 2nd part in tha 2nd verse’s DEFINITELY a HUGE look!!! DEFINITELY inta this extreme-ass gangsta shit!!! REAL GOOD job!!! Tha 3rd part of tha 2nd verse iz tha gurl (pretty sure it’s officially a gurl) and it’s gr8 wit tha rhymes! My Rating: 4.6

04. “Straight Game”
Bring it on! >>> Startin’ off wit tha hook and it sounds good like tha last hook; catchy shit! Tha 1st part of tha 1st verse’s deliverin’ “straight game” right chea! Tha 2nd part of tha 1st verse iz tha Scrappy gurl and—Oh, it’s not a gurl, I guess, ‘cause they said, “I’m fuckin’ ya gurl;” whoops… Not bad though for tha part… Tha 3rd part of tha 1st verse’s doin’ tha damn thang for tha Lafay!! Ooh, strictly one verse right chea ‘cause there’s a 4th part on tha 1st verse; soundin’ good! Sounded like it was B-Lo? My Rating: 4.4

05. “Heartless”
Looks like it’ll be strong based off tha title! >>> Feelin’ this beat so far; DEFINITELY deep in tha pits!! Tha hook’s first and this iz a DEFINITE hook right chea!! Feelin’ how y’all presentin’ tha hooks, raps and err-thang!!! Tha 1st part of tha 1st verse’s REAL GR8 wit tha content!! Oh, there was only one part in tha 1st verse for tha 1st time on this CD, lol? Still held it down ‘cause there’s anotha verse here; tha 2nd verse! Catchy-ass rhymes for tha streetz here!! There’s a 2nd part to tha 2nd verse here and it sounds like tha dude on tha 1st verse?
