Review #1,998: B.R.U.H. "4:20 Smokers (The Playlist)"

Reviewed on 6.09.2021 (Review #1,998)

As I’m almost to my 2,000th review, I’m at my 1,998th review, now! Just one more afta this & I’ll be goin’ to my 2,000th! My 1,000th review was on June 10, 2011 & we’re almost 1,000 reviewz & 10 years later! Anyway, here goes B.R.U.H. 4:20 Smokers (The Playlist), courtesy of B.R.U.H.! I wanna give y’all big shout outs fa featurin’ me on this playlist/mixtape compilation, as well! Start Tyme: 4:20 PM | End Tyme: 4:42 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

© 2021 Review (Review #1,998) reviewed on 6.09.2021 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. Bo$$mane Dre “I Got It”
>>> Not really feelin’ this voice or start, here, especially startin’ this review off at 4:20, ironically…! Beat all typical-soundin’, as if it was Future & how he’s drown in garbage-soundin’ a-tune; yuck af!! I can’t listen ta this a-tune shit; I have to skip & move on! My Rating: 1.0

02. TG Kommas feat. Boosie Badazz “Marijuana”
>>> Sounds like a catchy lil’ newer track, here; catchy with how Mr. TG Kommas comes through wit it. I’ono why he obsessed with tha rap-singin’ but I’ll try & get around that. Aside from him comin’ through with catchy shit on tha 1st verse, tha hook’s pretty catchy, too, with tha “Marijuana” part; good shit! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse from Boosie & you gotta luv his energy, too! Luv how he says, “Marijuana”; nice & passionate, Boosie! Mo shit from TG on tha 3rd verse, here, soundin’ good fa tha streetz & pill-poppaz; good shit…! My Rating: 4.4

03. Playboy XO feat. OBN Jay “To The Roof”
Producer: DJ Trebble
Also heard this on my boy, DJ Tremon’s Trippy Tuesday 2, which I’m also featured on! Here was my review for it, earlier today:

Anotha hit-soundin’ track fa tha streetz & clubz of B.R., here; gotta appreciate Playboy! Props fa him comin’ through wit tha “To The Roof” action on tha hook, here; energy fa dayz!! Even on tha 1st verse, Playboy got this shit on lock; just luv how he comes through wit it! He may have a similar sound from his “Booted Up” shit but with this formula, he can keep consistently stackin’! Keep “jiggin’ out [yo] draws” & bein’ “To The Roof”! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & OBN Jay comin’ through with a nice contribution fa this, too; glad Playboy gettin’ his shine on! My Current Rating: 4.8

04. MILK feat. LO3 “White Runtz”
I’ono about rhymin’ with tha late MO3 for tha featured name, here…; how will this go? >>> Catchy lil’ track & hook, so far; nice lil’ shit fa tha streetz & clubz to appreciate…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s soundin’ catchy; can’t say much, as I’m tryna understand as much of tha dialect & content as possible… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & I almost thought it was Bun B, with that voice; it’s still a cool lil’ contribution, at least. My Rating: 3.9

05. Chevy Jade feat. Mack Tony “Go Dumb”
>>> Sounds like an okay start; I’m expectin’ ta hear more energy outta that title part, tho… Hearin’ tha hook & tha energy didn’t increase; it’s based off tha beat’s energy… A lil’ risky with tha hint of a-tune on tha vocals, at tymes… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & I almost was turned off with tha “racks” shit; don’t wanna hear dat! At least they got “big blunts” that are “blowin’” nicely, in “here”; P.R.O.P.S.! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & now, this iz startin’ ta sound Memphis/Project Pat-like, as far as tha flow & beat sounds; interestin’ fa tha Bootstate…! He even gotta mention his “money long,” too? Why err-body gotta point out tha same shit? Either way, this a cool lil’ joint; it gets my props… My Rating: 3.7

½tyme: Other than tha 1st track on this playlist, there are some dope anthems on here; props fa this 4:20 release! Currently, tha average rating iz at a 3.6; how will we continue?!

06. Frank Calhoune feat. Level “I’m Edibled Up”
Producer: DJ B Real
Just like earlier, I got to see myself on DJ Tremon’s Trippy Tuesdays 2; here’s what I had ta say:

Anything anybody need ta know about my lyrics & how I come up with what I come up with, here’s tha link of how I break ‘em down: https://frankiethaluckydog.blogspot.com/2021/04/album-03-frank-calhoune-autistic-stoner.html

As far as tha track, itself, I wanted to start with “feat.” as tha ID but I tried “x” to represent tha strength of tha collab. However, I can’t figure out how all tha dance/EDM artists have “x” in their IDs. Anyway, I kept “feat.”; with that bein’ said, I luv how I had all energy applied to this collab. Tha way that I visioned it & everythang, I just wanted tha edibles to speak! Luved that I was on 30 mg of edibles on this recording, just lettin’ it be known on tha hook! It’s all about tha effects of tha edible! With me on tha 1st verse, I just luv how I add tha “chiggy-chiggy” to “chocolate,” just bein’ a human DJ, with my voice/flow! Also, havin’ tha “I’m edibled up” part from tha hook to repeat 4x on my verse? That’s to consistently pump tha energy into people! Also, Level sounds dope with his collab, of course; luv tha energy he brought to tha table, of course! Only thang iz he was afraid of tha edible I went to give him, durin’ tha videoshoot. It wasn’t even potent but he acted like it was gon make him crazy, smh. Either way, definitely a highlight in my career & I will continue to bring it! My Current Rating: 5.0

07. Foxx “Smokin’ Loud”
My Current Rating: 4.4

08. Gullie Beezy & V Presley “Currency”
I know a Gullie Beezy but more on tha Morganza/Simmesport side, courtesy of my boy, P.I.R. & tha late Dre Tree Z, who just passed a few weeks ago. >>> I can tell this ain’t tha same Gullie Beezy, even tho he ironically said, “I know they play that raw” & P.I.R. stands for “Playing It Raw”…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & I just know it’s pure garbage; one hyphened word: a-tune! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & I almost thought it had a chance ‘til I heard tha a-tune in tha voice, smh… Unfortunately, between tha name trick & tha a-tune wash-up, this a no-no fa me…! My Rating: 1.1

09. Spade Lingo feat. Level “Loose”
Anotha Level feature, just like mine! How will this one go? >>> Sounds excitin’, as well as nice & distorted with tha beat in tha beginning, here! Future sequel to Level’s Jiggaman & Young Ready-featured “Get Loose” from 2012? Kinda seems like that with tha “Loose” in tha title fa me… Hearin’ tha 1st verse from this Spade dude & he cool, whereva he located—guess “that Baton Rouge shit” iz what he represents. I couldn’t tell if he was a 225 representa but this nice ta be created! Good shit, Spade; as far as Level, of course, energy to tha top! Lol @ him & how he “be fulla pillz”; hmm… Either way, just glad he puts all his effort & energy into tha track! Maybe this ain’t all tha way on tha “Get Loose” tip, especially since Level’s on that hook, but this a good lil’ afterlife of “Get Loose”, I guess? My Rating: 4.3

10. Mouse On Tha Track “Celebrate It”
Producer: Mouse On Tha Track
That’s “Tha” for Mouse’s stage name, Mr. B.R.U.H.; attention to detail! >>> Even Mouse has to have tha gay-ass a-tune?! I can see if he would always answer me to be doin’ silly, a-tune-drownin’ music like dis. However, by not respondin’ to one of my texts or anything, like, I’m askin’, why & how iz there tyme fa somethin’ goofy like dis? Mouse, go tha organic route & produce/sound like you did from tha 2000’s! Anyway, tha hook’s pretty goofy & silly for an Usher remake, on tha lyrics & flow; weird. Hearin’ tha 1st verse & tha flow can be a love/hate situation; awesome energy but a lil’ off tha wall? Same thing with tha 2nd verse, in a way; I’ono… Coulda expected betta from him, tho… My Rating: 3.2

Overall: Kinda went both wayz fa me, with how this compilation went. Some tracks were good, some were on fire & some were wack. Either way, I know DJ Scrap & tha whole B.R.U.H. community grind non-stop, so I’m sure they’ll do betta on future releases. Glad y’all been fuckin’ with tha LuckyDog since I Run Louisiana, which was 1,867 reviewz ago!

Review #1,996: DJ Tremon "Trippy Tuesday"

Reviewed on 6.08.2021 (Review #1,996)

As I’m two dayz early with slowly reachin’ my goal, I decided to shift back from tha 2000’s to tha recent/those from years ago. Specifically, I’m talkin’ ‘bout my boy, DJ Tremon & his Trippy Tuesday compilations, courtesy of M.O.B. Entertainment! This release iz from 2015 & I see there’s a bunch of throwback/non-Louisiana shit on here. I’m not 100% sure how I gon feel on each one; we’ll see. Also, if I already reviewed a track in tha past, I’ll just put tha current rating for each. Without further or do, let’s see how great this under-tha-influence-type of compilation gon be…! Start Tyme: 7:13 PM | End Tyme: 8:02 PM

01. Samuel Maurice feat. Young B “Come & Smoke With Me”
>>> Props fa tha “4:20 AM”! As far as this, I ain’t think this was a slow jam; I understand fa 4/20 but to kick off tha set with this slow jam iz a no-no fa me… At least there’s life brought to it with Mr. Young B with tha good, laidback, summer-like feelin’… Still, Samuel doesn’t equal Jodeci! My Rating: 1.6

02. Foxx “Smokin’ Loud”
My Current Rating: 4.4

03. Juicy J “Smoked Out, Dabbed Out”
>>> Thought this was gon be a lot older, like a 2000 throwback or somethin’. Hearin’ this & it sounds like today’s boring flow… Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds good with tha screwed voice; only way ta get high, basically? Likin’ how he “on a dab!” Good-goin’ with how he comes through fa tha rest of this; not too bad, overall. My Rating: 3.4

04. Lil’ Boosie “For My Thugs”
I only had just reviewed Boosie’s Youngest Of Da Camp, earlier last week. Barely have dived into Boosie’s catalog, since I only made it to tha year 2000 with my old-school reviewz… >>> Gotta feel tha throwback Louisiana sound fa tha Rouge! Great lil’ production & this hook from one of tha greatest! All about celebratin’ & counteractin’ bad vibes! Hearin’ Boosie on tha 1st verse & he sounds excellent ta hold it down fa tha hood, of course; good shit, to tha max! Tha 2nd verse sounds good with how Boosie just owns every situation; good shit…! My Rating: 4.4

05. Mystikal “I Smell Smoke”
>>> Definitely feelin’ his throwback, N’awlinz appearance, here; all about tha “smoke” & tha aggressive flow/voice! Like how he says, “AM turns to PM”; I wish I can make tyme go quick, today, while I’m still tryna find a full-tyme… My Rating: 4.2

06. Colonel Loud feat. Young Dolph & Rico Barrino “California”
I remember this, when I heard it & had it in rotation, back in 2015; Dunkin’, Dunkin’, Dunkin’. Also, it was these tymes, where DJ B Real had me blocked & I slightly had went a lil’ mainstream with my tastes, at tymes. Anyway, feels like I haven’t heard this in a long while; I think I really liked this, att (at tha tyme), due to tha shomkin’ theme & Young Dolph. Always appreciate tha sunny-soundin’ vibes in this, includin’ tha appreciation fa Cali…! My Current Rating: 4.0

07. Lil’ Phat feat. Mouse “Take A Puff”
Only Phat outta tha three of ‘em? *Re-Hears…* Naw, y’all missin’ Mouse on tha feature! Shell woulda been here if only his verse was here… My Current Rating: 4.9

08. Juicy J feat. Rae Sremmurd “Already”
>>> Sounds like whateva when Swae Lee comes through, on tha hook; not really any comment fa this mainstreamness… Hearin’ Juicy come through & this flow’s a lil’ betta than his previous joint on here… My Rating: 3.0

09. Young B feat. Dino Danja, Jaye London, Lil’ Scottie & Dae~Dae “Bars N My Fanta”
My Current Rating: 4.7

10. Dylan Cage feat. Jimi Jump & Jose Guapo “In My System”
>>> Luvin’ how Dylan comin’ through with everythang “in [his] system,” just embracin’ shit; definitely nice, with a decent beat… Hearin’ Dylan on tha 1st verse & it’s cool; diggin’ his consistent street content fa this fucked-up “system.” Also, luvin’ how on tha 2nd hook, Jimi Jump comes through as an ‘80s baby in his 30’s with tha unstoppable “system”; huh bruh…! Always luv his voice on tha mic & tha great vibe of Baton Rouge he brings to tha table; always welcome ta hold it down, Jimi! Ain’t Jose Guapo one of those random rappers from 2015? I remember tha name & thought this collab threw me off with him bein’ featured… Anyway, I (sarcastically) luv how he comes through with these rhymes like he a millionaire; still, a lil’ entertainin’ but I want an all-Louisiana collab! My Rating: 4.3

11. Beatking “Powder”
>>> Beat a lil’ typical-soundin’ with this trap sound; hook sounds a lil’ random with random words bein’ spit… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds okay, I guess…; I like that “kushijuana” combined word, tho! Tha rest of this shit ain’t bad; basically, it’s just rappin’. My Rating: 3.2

12. Wiz Khalifa “Never Been”
>>> Likin’ tha intro from you & DJ Scrap, Tremon; nice shit! Of course, Wiz big about tha shmokin’ & this sounds like a good addition fa this Trippy Tuesdayness. Hearin’ tha hook & it’s like, fuck tha “bankroll” shit; rather it’ve just been nothin’ but high references…! My Rating: 3.7

13. Hey Daem feat. Spitta “Need To Smoke”
>>> Hearin’ that Daem dude on tha 1st verse & iz this a lotta improvement? Remembered how awful he was, back in tha early 2010’s, with watered-down a-tune. Now, he sounds tougher on here but still struggles with a-tune addiction, at tymes, such as on this track. I think I talked too soon about what I was sayin’ with tha 1st verse ‘cause it spilled into tha hook, smfh! Yucky-soundin’ hook! Hearin’ Spitta’s contribution & at least he’s 100% organic with his voice/everythang! Keep spittin’, Spitta! My Rating: 2.2

½tyme: A 3.7-rated release, currently; mainly, most of tha tracks are good/decent, while there are excellent throwbacks & some shitty tracks.

14. Dae~Dae & Dino Danja “The Highway”
My Current Rating: 4.8

15. Juicy J feat. K Camp “One More Drink”
>>> Oh yeah, I remember this; didn’t recognize it, at first; Music Choice Rap… K Camp does a catchy job with tha hook to get a “lil’ bit” fucked up, ya feel me? Also, a good lil’ flow from Juicy, as well; 2015 was definitely a loaded year! This mixtape was released on my late brother’s final birthday; he died 12 dayz later from morphine, xanz & heroin, smh. My Current Rating: 4.1

16. M-16 “Cupps Up”
Producer: EQ Tha Misfit
>>> S/O to EQ Tha Misfit on tha beat; gotta luv tha club vibe! Sounds like a good lil’ hook; all about tha clubs! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & dude got tha energy on lock; props fa keepin’ it movin’ fa Tremon, here! Tha rest of this shit pretty focused & fulla energy; good shit, my dude! My Rating: 4.3

17. Dae~Dae “Get Lifted”
>>> A slower vibe fa Dae, here… Hearin’ him on tha 1st verse & it’s cool with his choice ta 365-like “Get Lifted”; huh bruh…! “I’m loaded, like, 24/7”; glad dude luv tha shmoke! Tha hook sappy with tha singin’ but with this hook, it gets tha props ‘cause tha only lyrics are “high…; get lifted”; that’s all you need! Luv how Dae comes through on tha 2nd verse with tha “you shmokin’ doo-doo” & shit, dude definitely official! Glad I got ta shmoke wit him tha night I met you, on October 13, 2017! Nice lil’ outro from Tremon, as well, takin’ it to “Airline.” My Rating: 4.2

18. Famous “This Blunt”
>>> Dude definitely focused fa “This Blunt”!! Gotta luv how focused & energetic he iz on this hook!! Beat ain’t too bad ta rap on; a lil’ simple but it’s dope with Famous on it! Hearin’ tha 1st verse from Famous & he got cool energy; glad he luv to get high!! Tha 2nd verse cool with how he continues this shmoke obsession; good shit! My Rating: 4.5

19. Luniz feat. E-40, Shock G, Richie Richie, Spice 1 & Dru Down “I Got 5 On It (Bay Ballers Remix)”
Not only iz tha file removed, due to it bein’ a mainstream song but I can’t play any bit of it. Wait a second, tho; there’s more mainstream tracks on here. Like, why did this & a few others choose to get removed, instead, due to their copyright bullshit? Anyway, I prolly have heard tha remix b4 but for tha most part, this an okay song; more recognized for tha beat, tho. My Current Rating: 3.1

20. Young B “Where The Tabs At”
My Current Rating: 4.6

21. Z-Ro feat. Lil’ O “I Can’t Leave Drank Alone”
Anotha one removed but I found a way to sample it… >>> Lmao @ tha old beat tag from that “My Dougie” producer. Hearin’ tha hook & luv how Z-Ro real focused with tha “drank” & all that. Hearin’ him on tha 1st verse & I’m real glad throughout all these decades, he still can get fucked up like it’s nothin’. Really luv how he comes through on his verse, includin’ how he “po’d up with DJ Screw fa [his] 22nd birthday,” especially that it was on “Monday” & that he “didn’t wake up till Thursday”; crazy! As far as Lil’ O, hadn’t heard him since 2006 when him & George Floyd’s group, tha S.U.C., was on my playlist with undaground tracks. As far as his verse, it aight; who needs tha “money in my pocket” line, tho… My Rating: 4.4

22. Big Moe “Bar Baby”
From one S.U.C. dude to tha next…! >>> Sounds like a nice lil’ throwback, slow-soundin’ beat fa Big Moe, here; catchy lil’ hook, too. Hearin’ what he got on tha verse & it sounds great/more loaded on tha mic than Z-Ro; too bad his addiction caught up with him. My Rating: 3.5

23. DJ Tremon “WMOB Commercial Break”
>>> Sounds nice; I still haven’t experienced a high through “lean,” yet; we’ll see when that’ll be… My Rating: N/A

24. Dedrick Jamal feat. Hey Daem “Slow Motion”
>>> Cool lil’ beginning; luv when tha BPMs are double tha speed than tha norm, on tha hook! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it ain’t bad from Dedrick, here; sounds like a typical flow with nothin’ really standin’ out, except that double BPM part in tha beat. Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s aight; feelin’ how Daem comin’ through on tha double BPM’d part of tha beat! My Rating: 3.6

25. Webbie “Laid Way Back”
Producer: Mouse
Webbie’s Savage Life was tha 1st Louisiana rap album I eva purchased, back on July 6, 2005. I wasn’t even reviewin’ at tha tyme but supported certain artists, at tha tyme. I rememba this one & I rememba how consistent that release was; I was like, “There’s somethin’ special about how consistent all these tracks are…!” Lil’ did I know, it was tha heart of tha Jigga City & Mouse on tha tracks! With this track, you gotta luv tha catchiness of Webbie’s luv fa “high dro” & Mouse’s dope-ass beat sounds! Of course, tha rhymes sound awesome on some of Mouse’s best beats! My Current Rating: 4.4

26. Slim Thug feat. Muggs & Kevin Gates “What You Mean To Me”
>>> An okay slow beat; sounds decent with Slim Thug’s 2015 flow, here; an okay 1st verse but at least he on tha “weed” tip, here… Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds like an attempt at Gates bein’ catchy but it’s just a sappy-soundin’, slow-soundin’ hook… Hearin’ tha Muggs dude on tha 2nd verse & he str8; I like how he focused fa tha “weed,” in tha end. Even room fa Gates ta have a 3rd verse, here…; glad he ain’t singin’. His 2015 rappin’ decent but I’m glad it earned success wit me, thanx to tracks like “I Don’t Get Tired” & his collab with Chedda Da Connect. My Rating: 3.3

27. Symore Banks “2 Good 2 Quited”
>>> Lol, ain’t no what to expect, here, except I had thought tha title looked like Sauce Walka’s; now, I know why. I’ono about this chick jackin’ tha Sauce beat but I guess it’s good fa tha “pussy.” But Tremon, I’ono if I would consider it a “drug,” yet, tha “strongest” one… Hearin’ what she comin’ through on tha verse & she sounds like a lesbian? Into tha “clit,” here? Sounds interestin’, even tho it ain’t that great of a track fa me… My Rating: 2.1

Overall: I wonder how Trippy Tuesday 2 gon go, when I review it? I’m glad I got tha chance ta review this one b4 my 2,000th review mark. With that bein’ said, keep tha Trippy Tuesday up; it’ll get betta!

Review #1,953: Foxx "Shakeback 2"

Reviewed on 1.01.2021 (Review #1,953)

Happy 2K21, my peeps!! Glad we done made it to anotha year, ya heard me?! And, what a way ta kick it off: Shout out ta tha legendary Foxx fa gettin’ a hold of me & sendin’ me his latest release, Shakeback 2, courtesy of Milliyone Musik! I actually am currently tryna upload tha mixtape ta DatPiff, via Foxx. However, DatPiff keeps givin’ me an error message, smh; their server’s fucked up… Regardless, I’ll get it up there, eventually. Fa now, lemme review dis bitch…! Start Time: 6:21 PM | End Time: 7:07 PM

01. “The Grinch”
Tha After-Christmas party, here…! >>> Definitely feelin’ tha “Christmas” vibe in tha beat, here; definitely good thinkin’, holiday style…! Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds pretty nice wit how you’re “The Grinch;” go get dem “presents!” Sounds like a dope lil’ 1st verse comin’ from you, here; consistent, cool-rhymin’ rhymes at all tymez! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & yeah, you all about bein’ a dog luva; good shit… Good shit wit how you continuously spittin’, spittin’, spittin’, in a true Foxx fashion…! I like how tha 2nd verse ended wit how you firin’ dat “torpedo,” via tha rhymez…! My Rating: 4.5

02. “Go”
Producer: AJ On Da Track
>>> S/O ta you hookin’ up wit AJ On Da Track fa production, here; definitely what’s up! I first heard him on June 22, 2017, just four dayz b4 your 33rd b-day! Now, I’m only five months away from my 33rd! Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds good wit how we’re on constant “on” (“Go”) mode! Good shit! Hearin’ tha 1st verse you got goin’ on, here & you keepin’ tha consistency goin’! That’s how I luv it, ya heard me? Also, I can’t wait till we link & do big shit, in tha future! Glad you continuously grind! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s dope wit how you keepin’ it goin’! Yeah, “I’m an ‘80s baby!” I be pushin’ dat “#80sBabiesInOur30s” shit, ya heard me? Dumb shit!! Also, glad you be shmokin’ all dat good! Glad I got my medical card & get whateva I want, wheneva, ya feel me? Might have ta get you up here, where I’m at, one day (that’s if you come up by me, within a year. I’m tryna get out dis bitch & move to da south)! My Rating: 4.4

03. “Dumb”
! >>> Ooh, luvin’ tha energy on tha beat, here! Definitely dope wit how you have an excellent ear fa tha beats! Sounds like a ‘90s Louisiana sample or somethin’ in tha beat, here? Definitely catchy…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it cool; definitely feelin’ what you got goin’ on, here! Reminds me of a “Wipe Me Down”-type shit wit tha “I be doin’ my lil’ shit” shit that repeats! Gotta luv it; fuckin’ luv your energy…!! Keep on shmokin’!! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s pretty dope; can’t be denied or stopped, here…!! My Rating: 4.8

04. “No Money”
>>> A slow start wit tha beat, here; likin’ how you “woke up from a long night,” as you keepin’ tha late-night grind goin’…! Hearin’ tha hook & it str8; nothin’ bad or hype about it, as it just sounds a lil’ cool wit how you sound… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & I’m diggin’ your flow, this tyme; sounds like you’re a new version of tha dressed-up playaz, lol. Even wit tha hook havin’ a lil’ bit of a mainstream swag ta it, I fucks wit it; go, Foxx! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it sounds good; can’t complain wit what you bring to tha table, ya feel me? My Rating: 3.8

05. “No Drawls” feat. Webbie
Producer: J Buc
! ! … ! >>> Glad you holla’d at Buc fa tha production, too! Definitely nice, here, wit tha semi-plain beat start (it’s dope, tho). Webbie on tha 1st verse & he sound good, in a true Baton Rouge fashion, here… Hearin’ tha hook & it’s defintiely catchy, wit this drawless shit; glad Webbie got tha humor in his delivery, here…! Hearin’ you on tha 2nd verse & you skippin’ through tha “undawear” on tha approach, here; good shit. As always, I’m feelin’ how you come through wit tha flow, no matta which approach you take! Lol, that “undawear” tryna find you but it ain’t gon catch ya…! My Rating: 4.3

06. “Apologize”
>>> Couldn’t ID tha producer on this one, based off they tag. However, this on a slow tip; not too sure how much I gon feel dis… I’ve been “Apologize”-free fa eight years, now; glad I discared tha sorrow! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it ain’t bad; glad you not abusin’ tha auto-shitty-tune…! A delay in your delivery at :41, based off of waitin’ fa dat… “sound?” Did it startle you? Hearin’ tha hook & it ain’t really on my level; not wack but not somethin’ I’m into wit tha apologizin’… Even down to my charge: It’s a lil’ bit of a rough road but my motive & reasoning behind gettin’ my share has no apologizes comin’ from me, ya feel me? With that bein’ said, hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it aight, tho y’all dudes seem ta get twisted up in all tha baby-mama drama. Lucky fa myself, I hopped ova that chapter & ain’t had ta deal wit none of that shit…! My Rating: 3.1

½time: You have a 4.2 for tha average rating, currently; off to a nice start…! I’m feelin’ that you continuously have tha passion fa this rap shit, no matter which era you/we’re in…! Glad you holla at some dope producers fa your tracks & I’m glad you know where tha quality at, most of tha tyme! Let’s keep it goin’ but 1st, I gon throw back 30 mg of edibles, due to I gotta type up my 21st annual year-end countdown, later tonight: My Top 596 Songs of 2020, which you’re a part of (“Kick-Door Music”)! Can’t wait! *Throws edibles back at 6:42 PM…* *Returns three minutes later…* Aight, even tho my high gon kick in about an hour or so from now, I gon just finish this review wit confidence…!

07. “Fiya Eps”
>>> Likin’ tha lil’ “Chickenhead” sample (“alright, alright, alright…”) from 20 years ago in tha beginning, here… Hearin’ tha plain beat start wit you on tha 1st verse, here & it sounds nice; your rhymes are so consistent! Like, you rhymin’, like, twice per line! Definitely nice, tho no jiggaz fa you, here, via tha no “ecstacy?” Jiggaless Foxx, lol… Oh wait, now this one bitch had you “on dem pillz;” Jiggaful Foxx, lol. As far as them “stealin’ $100.00 from” ya, that shit sucks. I helped this one bitch out six years ago, as I bought her a used car fa $500.00 & she paid me back, like, only $200.00. Then, I gave her an edible & when we was gon meet or somethin’, she claimed she “ran ova a dog,” smh; wtf @ carelessness! Lol @ “Ecstacy,” as far as an actual bitch’s name; good shit! Definitely feelin’ how you just decided ta freestyle ‘bout deez bitches! My Rating: 4.4

08. “Slowly” feat. Dej Rosegold
>>> Sounds like a good lil’ slower hook & beat, here; dope organ in tha beat…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & this shit sounds nice, wit what you bringin’ to tha table! “I’m fulla dat drank […] tabs […] gas, too;” you know! Gotta luv ya, Figgy-Foxx! Sounds nice wit how you describin’ this bitch; at least this one ain’t makin’ ya waste money, like tha previous track! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse from you & it sound like anotha day in tha bitch-life of Foxx (by “bitch-life,” I don’t mean that you’re a “bitch,” lol! It’s about them bitches, ya feel me?); not bad wit this shit… Hearin’ tha hook fa tha 3rd tyme & it does sound like you’re on drank or somethin’, wit how you deliver it; glad shit can get you in tha right zone! Hearin’ this Rosegold chick on tha 3rd verse & I’m diggin’ that she spittin’ that ratchet, southern-type shit, here. I usually be knockin’ tha female rappers, these dayz, but this one got potential fa success… My Rating: 4.0

09. “Letter 269” feat. Lady Kym
Producer: AJ On Da Track
>>> Nice that you got anotha AJ beat, here…! Literally, I seen tha title & I was like, “you wrote a 269th letter ta who? Tha rap game, since you have so many tracks?” Then, afta hearin’ tha hook, it’s fa gay-ass “6ix9nine!” Ugh, I hate his ass! Not really anticipated ta hear you givin’ some of your energy ta him but I’m glad you exposin’ your hate fa him…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds good wit how you writin’ this “letter” ta him but don’t write 268 mo, lol!! Yeah, don’t trust those peeps that luv “shmoke” but “luv 6ix9ine!” Keepin’ tha 2nd verse goin’ & it’s nice; glad you keep reppin’ fa “BR,” tho. See, at least wit my white-ass, at least I’m always welcome in BR; 6ix9ine, on tha otha hand, he’ll get tha glock on him! Real talk! Keepin’ this shit goin’ wit tha 3rd verse & it sounds nice wit how you keepin’ it movin’; nice job… Glad AJ keepin’ tha on-n-poppin’ production goin’ fa you, at all tymes! He sometymes gets frustrated wit how he don’t get that much luv but I’m tellin’ ya, just like how I don’t get much luv, he gon win in tha end! Baleedat! Also, I ain’t realize Lady Kym was in tha background of tha hook; definitely nice how you both vocalize tha hook! My Rating: 4.2

10. “Jigga City Dumb”
Producer: AJ On Da Track
That’s right, via that 2…2…5! >>> Yeah! AJ did this one, too, as well as it havin’ that 225-type title, too! Hearin’ tha hook & it’s pretty dope, as well as what you & AJ got goin’ on, here…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s pretty nice; definitely feelin’ what you got, here; keep it up! “Dumb,” “dumb,” dizzumb!! Hearin’ what you got goin’ on wit tha 2nd verse & it’s pretty nice; definitely keepin’ tha consistency comin’! Luv how tha pattern sounds like a bunch of kickin’ in tha beat, tha last four barz of tha verse! Definitely nice! Also, S/O to “Mickens” on tha street, too! Seemed like this one flew on by, so fast…! My Rating: 4.6

11. “Come Around”
>>> A slower beat but it’s cool, here; couldn’t ID tha producer, tho… Hearin’ tha hook & it dope fa tha streetz, here… Hope you always “Come Around,” Foxx; you know what it iz! Also, anotha beat wit anotha hot organ! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & you got tha str8 rhymes comin’ through, here; gotta dig ‘em… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & I’m glad you don’t stereotypically move fa “pussy,” as tha “paypa” must make you “move!” Also, glad you feel like you in “Jamaica,” based off tha good loud! Shout out ta you keepin’ tha rhymes goin’; you know what it iz! My Rating: 4.3

12. “Ain’t No Hoe”
>>> Definitely luvin’ this true BR sound, in tha beat!! Definitely dope, includin’ how you comin’ through wit tha anti-hoe’d up hook! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it goes hard!! Luvin’ your flow but tha beat sounds really make you go off!! I gotta hook you up wit my boy outta Lafayette, Mikki Gunz; you may know him but he got da heat, as well…! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s dope as fuck, as well; definitely nice! Luv how you ended it, as well: “Ding, ding, ding,” as far as you imitatin’ tha “boxing ring!” Even tha beat ending, too; gotta luv it…!! My Rating: 4.7

13. “Smokin’ Loud”
Producer: La’Keith
A track from tha previous Shake Back, released back in 2K13… Here’s how my review went, back then:

This sounds real similar to Baton Rouge’s Ronny My’s “What A Bum (Free Kevin Gates)”, from [2009]. They got tha same “Waterman”-like sample, which I dig… Let’s see if this iz better… I like how tha hook sounds; glad you inta “smokin’” & you feelin’ tha vibe, right now! I think I might’ve liked that Ronny My song betta, since I was inta undaground Gates, at tha time, lol. But, it sounds good on tha 1st verse; you got tha “loud” on lock! Tha 2nd verse sounds great, too; nice vibe! Lol @ “you be smokin’ shh!” Good job wit tha 3rd verse, too, as you’re catchin’ them in lies! As much as I said I liked tha Ronny My song betta, I believe tha rating’s tha same for me, right now… My Current Rating: 4.4

Overall: Definitely thought this bitch was dumb; glad you always bring tha heat! Always love ya, since I first heard ya on Music Choice Rap, back on March 14, 2007! Keep tha consistency goin’ & I hope I can get this on my DatPiff soon…! I even tried submittin’ somethin’ ta LiveMixtapes, as well as Spinrilla; I gon keep tryin’ fa you, bruh…!
