R.I.P. Video #35: Disco a.k.a. Loverboy (Flippa Boyz)

Recorded June 26, 2014, but released on July 6, 2014, in honor of Disco's birthday.

Broadcasting from tha abandoned Kings Park Psychiatric Center in Kings Park, NY, it's FrankieThaLuckyDog here, reportin' anotha tragic loss in tha undaground, Louisiana rap community. Dzandirian Tasker, known by his stage name Disco, or Loverboy, as a part of tha Gardere Lane rap group, tha Flippa Boyz, passed away in his sleep during tha morning of Thursday, June 26, 2014. Disco had been stabbed, and later shot multiple times, throughout tha past few years, becomin' a paraplegic. Today, Sunday, July 6, 2014, Disco would've celebrated his 34th birthday.

Disco was from tha St. Gabriel area of Louisiana. On April 11, 2007, he founded tha label, New Go Get It Music, with affiliates, Sims & Killa Sounz, as tha label's principals. Tha label was originally known as just Go Get It Music, but had added tha "New" to it, to prevent confusion with Baton Rouge native, Barber Shop Black's label, that features tha Ville Boyz, and which was founded on March 6, 2006. Disco made a name throughout tha G-Lane area of Baton Rouge as a part of tha Flippa Boyz, with tha likes of Sims, Killa Sounz, Yung Yola, Beezy Bird, Needy Nee, Gee Gee (Gutta Gangsta) & Slim Pistol. He was featured on Black Noise Records' G-Lane Vol. 1 mixtape, in 2008, hosted by DJ Chilly Chill; featured on Supa (Macked Out)'s It's Retarded mixtape, in 2010; and, featured on Black Noise Records' The Big Picture CD, in 2013.

Keepin’ tha reviewz goin’, up next iz Black Noise Records The Big Picture! This tha follow-up to 2011’s Back 2 Business mixtape, which was hosted by DJ Smallz. As always, Black Noise Records consists of people like BluBlack, Hannibal, S.O.S., Kidd, Blu3 Da Truth (BluBlack’s younger brother) & others. Lookin’ forward ta hearin’ this one! Start Time: 10:26 AM | End Time: 3:00 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it! After I was robbed by an artist who claimed they “get money,” hearin’ about how much you “got money” and anything “money” really bothers me. If you have not done business wit me before, I won’t tolerate “money” talk in tha music!!

Hope I can get through these reviewz… My room iz a mess from renovatin’ my closet/gettin’ rid of old shit. I can’t put my little heater on, due to shit everywhere, and it’s cold today:

But, let’s get this thang started and see how long I last, today! >>> Sounds like classic BluBlack right chea! Even a beat that sounds like he might’ve produced? Catchy-ass flow fa this freestyle, or should I say, sample of a new track? “Yeah!!” Classic Blu-soundin’ track, right there!! My Rating: 4.6

02. Hannibal Feat. BluBlack, Kidd & Reese Da Don “Nothing For A Mobster”

Looks anticipatin’, and it has that classic long length of 5:38 on tha length, kinda like tha “Dat Potion” dayz, wit tha four people! >>> So far, pretty nice wit tha hook! “Mobster, eatin’ lobster;” catchy hook, Hannibal! I’m definitely feelin’ it!! Tha beat sounds pretty nice, like tha ’02 dayz of Lil’ Flip & Chamillionaire “U See It”; #TBT!! Blu on tha 1^st verse, comin’ through wit some consistent rhymes fa tha G-Lane! “A week ago” wit tha “purp;” nice!! A laughing Hannibal on tha 2^nd verse, here, comin’ through wit “buku broads;” that’s what’s up! Even might be “on dat pill”? That’s what’s up, again! “Promethazine!” Such a catchy hook that you can’t deny!! “Mobster!!” “Lobster!!” Here’s Kidd on tha 3^rd verse, “tryna not be dat nigga pickin’ dandelions;” I feel ya! Ya gotta get that growth by gettin’ ya music out there! I hate people that “snitch;” I’m dealin’ with my brother’s snitchin’, as we speak! He gets so fucked up from me speedin’ 10 over tha speed limit, to where he has to whine to my mom to tell her I smoke weed, at times, and had found a crack pipe while lottery ticket hunting! He even smashed it against my bed, glass all over, and I was crying! Fucked up!!! Okay, I hear just a beat, right now, after tha 3^rd verse; where iz Reese? Or, iz he on tha hook wit Hannibal? Can’t exactly tell, since there was a long beat outro and I thought I’d hear a verse… My Rating: 4.8

03. BluBlack Feat. Slugga “So Tired”

Don’t think I’m 100% familiar wit this Slugga…; I know there’s one outta tha N.O., though. >>> Sims doin’ tha beat, but why that gay-ass auto-tuned tag from so long ago? You realize it’s 2013, here? Anyway, nice beat, not depressin’, and Blu sounds good on tha hook! Yea, “I’m so tired” of this Pennsylvania bullshit life I’m livin’ wit no job! Ugh! Blu on tha 1^st verse, comin’ through, “fuckin’ make it happen” iz his perspective; I feel him! “Black dread head, tattoos, plus gold teeth;” that’s tha look right there!! Blu one of tha best in Louisiana!! Been fuckin’ wit him since December 2008!! Nice job wit tha 1^st verse; hope you travel again soon, Blu! I know you got a lot goin’ on fa ya age! And, it’s your birthday in five dayz; lookin’ forward to wearin’ blue & black, again! Wearin’ all blue, right now! Here’s this Slugga—oh wait, from Da Gremlins?—on tha 2^nd verse, comin’ through wit some gutta street shit, here! I hope all this braggin’ about his status—though, I’ve neva heard of him, I don’t think?—iz worth connectin’ wit me! And, like he says, “out tha gate!” My Rating: 4.6

04. BluBlack Feat. Dogg & Classik “Loud”

No preview. >>> It iz; that’s why, I didn’t have a preview. He doesn’t like Instagram comments and deleted mine about gettin’ high twice, though he attracted people to comment on him gettin’ high! I don’t get it, so I just want money from this point on! And, even more pathetic how I remember: Four dayz ago was a ½ decade since I first talked to Dog Da Cutthroata… Anyway, tha hook’s pretty nice wit all tha “loud” shit, and Dogg’s on tha 1^st verse… Can I get some HAIM?! Either way, it’s jammin’, so I can’t front on scorin’ it good, but it was a good contribute. I just don’t get why he’s allergic to Instagram comments?! We got Blu on tha 2^nd verse, comin’ through wit a good “smell” of “loud;” shit yeah! “Fulla dem drugs; ‘bout ta pull up at Dreams;” go, Blu! Keep clubbin’!! Sooner or later, I’ll get to Louisiana and finally get ta enjoy y’all’s partyin’ lifestyles!! Shout out ta Greg Johnson fa likin’ tha pic I posted about doin’ tha live review ‘cause we got Classik on tha 3^rd verse, comin’ through wit a gutta voice, on dat shit!! He sounds like tha dude that robbed a ½ stack off of me, but we’ll just focus on Classik, since it’s 2014, right now! Nice “smokin’, blowin’ doe-doe” at tha end! Jammin’ beat, too!! My Rating: 4.5

05. BluBlack & S.O.S. “Dime Bread Diva”
Keepin’ it goin’… >>> Definitely diggin’ tha beat start, right chea! I like that it’s 22 seconds!! Classic-soundin’ Blu catchiness on tha hook, right chea!! Sounds like he’s havin’ sooooooo much fun wit this “dime bread diva,” or should I say, divas!! Real catchy!!! Tha 1^st verse from Blu sounds hella catchy, too!! “I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T,” you know! Of course, this sound takes me back to tha Code Blu dayz; I’m real glad I’m reviewin’ it live, right now!! Here’s S.O.S. on tha 2^nd verse, comin’ through wit tha Blu/Black Noise flow, and I’m feelin’ it! Great shit; just luvin’ how he comin’ through wit tha flow, also!! My Rating: 4.9

06. BluBlack, A.R., Classik & Secret “Choosin’”

Hmm… >>> I assume that’s a BluBlack beat tag, also (“Blu Bleezy, huh?”)? This sounds catchy as fuck, once again!! Of course, jealousy attracts “choosin’”-ass people!! Sounds like a leftover track from A+B+C = Da Formula, only better than that whole CD? Blu on tha 1^st verse, comin’ through wit catchy shit, once again; he luv gettin’ fucked to tha bone!! I luv when he raps about “weed” and them pillz and shit; glad he always gon have dat in his blood!! “Ice cold, subzero,” just like tha temperature outside that sucks!! Here comes tha long, lost A.R. on tha 2^nd verse; been a long while since I heard him last. Sounds like a great verse, also; glad he doin’ his thang! He only, like, 24 now; still supa young—well, we’re all in our 20’s, except a few of us… Yea, some of us are in our early 30’s, you know what I mean? Hearin’ tha 3^rd hook and it sounds more soulful fa tha south, in a great way! Classik on tha 3^rd verse, comin’ through wit catchy rhymes; he supplies that 3^rd in A+B+C! Fuck dat “myth,” if it’s negative about “big niggaz in tha club;” anybody can get it!! Aight, well, Blu had tha best verse/that hook, though tha super-obsessive excitement kinda got watered down wit tha other two verses, fa me. Either way, real nice track!! My Rating: 4.7

07. Secret, BluBlack, Sims On Tha Track, Hannibal & Reese Da Don “Smoke Break (Interlude)”

A long interlude, this time! Let’s see what y’all got goin’ on, here… >>> Ray Charles in tha beginning? Like, a gangsta version of him? A beat, here… It sounds pretty nice and relaxin’… I wish, Blu: “24 hours a day!” Wow, this feels great!! I don’t usually rate interludes, but because this has, at least, a hook, I almost wanna rate it!! Well, call of tha devil, Blu rappin’ at 2:13 or somethin’! Feelin’ all tha “purple haze” and drugs, when it comes ta weed! I wish I lived wit you, Blu!! I always wish I lived wit Yola!! Sims comin’ through wit rappin’, too! As always, gotta luv his southern, gutta voice! Nice how tha beat reverses! Hannibal on tha 3^rd verse, here; gotta put him after Sims, on tha ID! Feelin’ his “blowin’” obsession, whether it’s weed, or, yes, tha “bitches!” Okay, Reese, a verse? Did I miss him again? My Rating: 4.8

08. BluBlack “Lay It Down”
>>> Sounds like a different kinda style beat I’m anticipatin’!! Just luv tha production and sounds at all times!! That classic G-Lane sound!! Hook’s pretty catchy as fuck; “lay it down!!” I’m layin’ “down” tha live review, as we speak!! Blu on tha 1^st verse, always “real!” “Palm fulla ass;” did I hear right? I know you make this shit sound catchy as fuck! I’m definitely feelin’ how Blu comin’ through on this like it’s some classic Gotta Get It One Way-type shit! So, your result ta tha haterz, or whateva, iz “dat dick look,” huh? I guess so…; get ‘em, Blu! “I am tha V.I.P.;” you already know, Blu!! King of Gardere Lane!! “If you scared, go to church” iz like tha Ice Cube song from 2006; I would hope this ain’t 2008 or somethin’… I’m just bein’ sarcastic, but you neva know what’s left behind! My Rating: 4.7

09. BluBlack, Hannibal & Sims On Tha Track Feat. Bella “Foot In The Game”

Lookin’ forward ta this giant? >>> Nice beat and BluBlack intro! Tha Bella chick on tha hook sounds like someone y’all randomly picked up; pretty nice fa tha undaground! And, Blu & Hannibal doin’ a nice job on tha 2^nd ½ of tha hook, too! Blu’s on tha 1^st verse wit dat “medicine;” yeah! Though you think your “jail record” “fucked” you up, Blu, at least you have a job! I’ve had a Master’s Degree for 20 months, and I still don’t have a job! Bitches be manipulatin’ my ass; WTF?! Hannibal on tha 2^nd verse, here, comin’ through wit dat fresh style! “Laughin’ at these pussy niggaz;” I feel ya! People becomin’ so “pussy” these dayz, between bein’ cheap and not makin’ me a priority! I’m glad y’all still believe in me! “Twistin’ blunts” on tha hook, Hannibal; gotta luv it!! And, WTF @ tha 3^rd verse; Bella soundin’ too fucked up on dat auto-tune; yuck as fuck!! I say it’s dudes masturbatin’ in each other’s ears/suckin’ each other’s dicks, but if it’s a chick, it just sounds toooooooo gay; bring out tha lesbian vibe wit dat a-tune shit, smh! Sims on tha 4^th verse (or, 2^nd ½ of tha 3^rd verse), and it’s soundin’ good on this track! At least it’s a normal voice, despite his tag! Fuck, not again wit tha outro shit; that’s twice, now!! My Rating: 3.2

10. BluBlack & Hannibal Feat. Baby B “Hoez & Niggaz”

This, too, I’m lookin’ forward to! I’m likin’ how B has red/pink-like hair, now! I guess my wish came true from, like, three years ago, when I talked about her bein’ “candy” or somethin’, lol? >>> “BluBlack!! Louisiana!!” Beat’s pretty serious, like, on some gutta, Nu$$ie-like beats, here!! Diggin’ how Blu comes through on tha 1^st ½ of tha hook wit tha “suckin’” people, as well as B comin’ through on tha 2^nd ½ of tha hook; nice collab!! Blu on tha 1^st verse, feelin’ “hypnotized!” “Only give her ass a 6,” huh? Kinda sounds like how I felt about tha auto-tuned track, previously! And yea, from a 10, a 6 iz, like, a 3 when these ratings are based off of 5 stars! I luv how Blu always says, “Hoez, hoez,” while B always says, “Niggaz, niggaz;” great collaboration!! And, she’s on tha 2^nd verse, here, comin’ through wit some crazy shit from tha hood!! Out The Mud-certified, right chea!! “Shitty-ass;” that’s right! Tha end of tha 2^nd verse, where she says, “You wrong,” almost reminded me of The Notorious B.I.G. and his “Dead Wrong”. I dunno, just tha “wrong,” I guess… Uh oh, “bouncin’ through tha club” wit Hannibal on tha 3^rd verse, here, not “playin’ not games!” He finna “scoop up ya dame,” though she, “White as cocaine;” nice!! Even “Ralph Lauren!” My Rating: 4.6

½time: So far, an excellent CD from Black Noise Records, formerly Entertainment, formerly Music! I’m definitely feelin’ tha classic vibes of tha 2008 BluBlack wit tha Code Blu and Gotta Get It One Way-type shit!! Blu had been a lil’ off tha radar wit me when I was goin’ through my troubles of gettin’ robbed a ½ a stack, but I’m glad he’s officially back!! Like, it’s official!! And, tha way y’all comin’ up wit these tracks are excellent!!! So far, tha average CD rating’s a 4.5!!! Wish y’all didn’t ruin it wit tha auto-tune, but, like I do wit tha live reviewz, I gotta call y’all and see what’s up!! First, Hannibal! *Calls* Thanx fa pickin’ up, Hannibal, and I’m glad you really appreciate this live review, so far!! You only heard what’s been goin’ on, not seein’, so when you see it, best believe it, ya heard me?! And, S.O.S. didn’t pick up tha phone, just now, so I finna move on wit tha review…

11. Hannibal & BluBlack Feat. Disco “Blood Money”

Looks pretty serious… Disco been M.I.A. for a long while, now (at least a ½ decade). He was on MySpace, though I neva even seen him on Facebook. Now, it’s Instagram time; wonder when he gon get back on track? I neva still talked to him, before… But, I’m definitely lookin’ forward to this collab!! >>> “Bullshit”? Takin’ a sample wit tha “blood money” and “drug money;” now, it sounds anticipatin’!! Not tha lack of anticipation fa when I hear “money” jointz ‘cause of me gettin’ robbed! Pretty long hook, here; 46 seconds in, still! BluBlack on tha 1^st verse, gettin’ “it, thug!” Luv when y’all say, “thug!” Comin’ through wit tha “tool,” though it jammed! Nice “Hannibal” set of rhymes, too! “Ta ya knees, I’m shittin’;” I feel ya! Gotta luv when people shit! Got Hannibal on tha 2^nd verse, comin’ through wit a more-energetic voice, right chea! Nice shit; I definitely feel ya! Sounds like an interlude in tha middle, before tha 3^rd hook? Lookin’ forward ta hearin’ Disco!! A victim of tha gun, but he comin’ through wit dat classic-soundin’ G-Lane shit!! Great job, y’all; nice collaboration!! My Rating: 4.5

12. BluBlack “Too Real”

At least Blu iz, though, because of other bullshit artists, I’m not a fan of this title, technically. >>> Sounds anticipatin’ wit tha “go, go!” chants! Beat’s pretty nice; I can feel it!! A serious-soundin’ joint, here, fa tha streetz!! “You like new gifts,” when it comes ta Blu openin’ y’all on tha 1^st verse, right chea; serious!! Consistent rhymes fa tha streetz; gotta luv it!! So jammin’ on tha hook when you say, “Shit get too real,” and then rhyme it, repetitively!! I remember when you “was stupid wit dem jiggaz;” honestly, I feel like you should still be a fool wit ‘em! Neva lose your attributes! Either way, nice job on this 2^nd verse, too! My Rating: 4.6

13. Hannibal, BluBlack & Reese “Boom!”
Yup! >>> Interestin’ production; reminds me of Quikkdraw, J Buc & Nu$$ie’s “I Bleed Dis”, produced by J Buc, from years ago! Sounds pretty serious, here, “in tha club” wit Hannibal on tha hook!! It has that anticipation like a C-Murder old beat, mixed in wit tha G-Lane paranoia!! Got Hannibal on tha 1^st verse, comin’ through wit his G-Lane shit, “puffin’ on da best;” you already know it’s paranoia at its finest, right now!! “Niggaz wit attitudes, like Cube in tha ‘80s;” that’s right, Hannibal! N.W.A.! Just luv tha energy on tha hook!! Y’all need ta fly up here and go to tha Kings Park Psychiatric Center; that’s where I got high for tha 1^st time, and it’s a great place for footage, videos, explorin’, and more!! Blu on tha 2^nd verse, here, comin’ through wit some serious shit! What made me think of Kings Park was ‘cause of tha vibe of this track! Blu’s “dick iz like a tree;” ladies, you already know what ta do wit it!! A long-lost Reese on tha 3^rd verse, here, comin’ through as a Mystikal relative!! Cousin, if I’m not mistaken? It’s been a while… “From tha N.O. to tha B.R.,” just like DJ 5150 & Dre, right? My Rating: 4.7

14. BluBlack “Up There”

Glad this still made tha cut! It was first featured on my Tha Louisiana Archives Vol. 14: Important Artists Only! mixtape I dropped last year, on my birthday. Usually, I just post tha current rating, but since this iz an important review, I’m just gonna re-review it for tha hell of it… Just luv tha hypnotic sounds of tha beat; too crazy!! Would’ve done better with me last year, if I wasn’t in my DJ B-Real funk/what I like to call, “Heroin addiction!” Tha hook’s catchy wit Blu comin’ through wit a singin’-like voice; definitely diggin’ it!! And, comin’ through on tha 1^st verse as a mission: You “gotta get it up there!” Tha 2^nd verse iz consistent, too; gotta luv how Blu comes through like it’s your “lunch;” you must have this in your DNA—systems, whateva!! My Current Rating: 4.8

Intermission: It’s 11:47 AM, right now, and because I gotta eat, charge my camera, rip tha footage, and I’m runnin’ outta space, I need to take a quick break. See ya in a few minutes, hour, whateva… Aight, it’s 2:28 PM, now, after I took a brief nap, ripped tha footage I already took, ate, and am now back to doin’ tha review! Let’s see what’s next!

15. BluBlack & Kidd “Teardrops”
I dunno why, but I’m lookin’ forward… Even got Baton Rouge stamped on tha length, here (2:25)! I wonder if that was planned, lol? >>> Beat’s pretty serious, on a Baton Rouge tip; luvin’ tha hook, once again, Blu! Catchy hook wit this “teardrop” you don’t want to come out! Here’s Blu on tha 1^st verse, comin’ through wit some G-shit fa tha G-Lane! “What goes around, comes around;” I hope that’s tha case fa those that took advantage of me, smh! Diggin’ tha catchy, classic vibe, once again!! Here’s Kidd comin’ through on tha 2^nd verse; consistent G-Lane shit, right chea! Crazy wit tha “body bag” action! My Rating: 4.5

16. BluBlack & Needy Nee “Really Doe”
Needy neva thanked me for her 2009 awards; been a long minute? >>> Anotha tag from you; of course, you definitely ownin’ tha production on this CD!! “Really doe;” definitely feelin’ tha classic catchiness!! Just so you know: I remember #16 on tha Code Blu CD bein’ tha “On Dem Pillz”! So, you know you got tha females always on lock wit tha #16 features, Blu!! Here’s Needy on tha 1^st verse, comin’ through wit some great shit fa G-Lane, no matta what year it iz!! Definitely feelin’ her consistency on tha track, comin’ through wit that nice club vibe!! Dem “hoes” tryna “suck [Blu] out [his] Dickies;” dumb shit!! Blu goin’ nuts on tha 2^nd verse wit err-thang goin’ on wit this wild party!! Just “one minute” iz all Blu needs!! And, we got Hannibal on tha 1^st verse, comin’ through as tha attraction—center of attention! Hannibal really inta this track, right chea; he just luvs life!! More than “60 seconds!!” Tha king himself, Blu, on tha 2^nd verse, comin’ through, “higher than an Indian;” “hee-mon-e-ah-gah,” just like my text message alert!! Good shit on tha 2^nd verse, Blu, strictly deliverin’ it in, a lil’ ova 50 “seconds,” since 12 bars on a 80 beats-per-minute track’s 48 “seconds;” this iz 70, so it’s a lil’ longer! Originally, y’all didn’t have “GTO” capitalized, but I fixed it. Though I’m not up-to-par about knowin’ everything about cars, I knew about this. I’m lookin’ forward, includin’ hearin’ this Nina Boy dude! >>> Sounds like a Ja Rule-like, R&B/Hip-Hop intro beat… Iz he a G-Lane representa? Tha hook ain’t bad, but again, on tha “money” tip… Here’s tha 1^st verse from him, on that “money” shit, again… However, he’s got a real catchy voice and sounds like he’s from tha streetz, so I’ll give him a plus, here! If he “ain’t goin’ broke,” I hope he got some money ta spend on me fa promotion; I don’t charge a lot, at all! I wanna give err-body tha chance!! That flow reminds me of Lil’ Reese & Waka Flocka Flame wit their “Money Stackin’” joint, which, guilty pleasure wise, I don’t mind listenin’ ta that. I guess it’s ‘cause it’s a withdrawal from tha fake undaground people I was dealin’ with. Hannibal on tha 2^nd verse, comin’ through wit catchiness; gotta feel how he grindin’! How we gon end this wit these two brothers, lol? >>> Sounds like Blu’s quoting/remaking an old song wit tha, “Mama said, ‘There’d be days like this.’;” it’s good wit tha vibe, though! It sounds like some nice, soulful, Baton Rouge-like shit, and wit Blu on tha 1^st verse, it sounds like some nice, street shit! LOL, “Tha one who put me on weed;” I feel ya! That may be you, and wit weed, all it took was some masturbatin’ ta get me ta *inhales*, lol! Yup, March 5, 2009 @ 9:59 PM; can’t forget tha date/time ‘cause I remember, when it was 10 (9 PM, Louisiana time), tha minutes on tha phone would be free, and it was only one minute away—“60 seconds,” like Blu says! We got Blu3 rappin’ on tha 2^nd verse, Blu’s younger brother, and it sounds good. He’s got a young-type of BluBlack, here! I think his age, at this point, was tha same age when I first heard BluBlack on Code Blu; interestin’… My Rating: 4.3

Overall: Well, in two exact hours, at 5:01 PM, it’ll be tha six-year anniversary of me gettin’ tha ID of a track to know who Meek Mill was, back on March 13, 2008 @ 5:01 PM; classic times!!

And, six years later, I reviewed this The Big Picture CD live on camera!! I think it fits tha history pretty well! So, we got tha Meek Mill discovery in ’08, findin’ a $40-winning scratch-off in tha garbage in ’09, and now, this fa ’14! Keep tha great moments comin’, y’all; all y’all did a great job on this CD!! I thought I’d hear Obeeze—how’s he doin’? Either way, great job gettin’ who y’all got on this CD! Y’all definitely did a great job, and BluBlack proved ta make a comeback, as this had that great, 2008-like vibe/fun times to it, and I’m definitely diggin’ it ‘cause you shouldn’t let that sound go to waste!! Keep ‘em comin’, Blu! Happy early birthday ta you, and happy early birthday ta Toke, who’s birthday’s on Sunday, tha 16^th!

Tryna catch up wit tha remainin’ reviewz before tha month ends… There’s about 60 more CDs I have to check out. Let’s start today off wit reviewin’ Supa “It’s Retarted”! Originally, two years ago, I was embarrassed dat there was no apostrophe in tha title when called for. Now, it’s whateva; I know when ta put it! Why iz tha artwork so tiny? Tha back cover I was able to find perfectly online, though—good thing. Now, let’s see all tha hype ‘bout dis! Start Time: 4:35 PM | End Time: 5:16 PM

Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

That’s and on tha back cover! Oh, Piz Corleone on tha beat; would’ve neva guessed who it was. Anyway, still pretty good and I’m sure it’s on dat new Macked Out CD! My Current Rating: 4.5

You’re comin’ through wit your coolness (as always)! LOL, Big World on tha 2^nd verse? He should be 1^st in tha ID, not Jab! Anyway, good shit from World; you know what it iz wit him! ROFL, Young Greg on tha start of tha 3^rd verse? He should be above Jab, too! Gotta luv how he comes through on tha track; nothin’ beats Greg!! Keep dat character comin’ on tha track!! Jab sounds like he fits fa tha M.O.M. as well as this track wit y’all on tha 2^nd ½ of tha 3^rd verse; good shit! My Rating: 4.3

LOL, not featurin’ but w/BluBlack as well as on tha beat; let’s hear it! >>> Although kinda gay ta use this sample, it doesn’t stop this from soundin’ betta/hot! LOL, Blu doin’ a nice job on tha 1^st verse, ya dig? Sounds like good, family-related music. “So many miles per hour on tha dash, you can’t chase us;” how and where do people drive so fast when there’s buku things and cars in tha road? SMH @ tha “free Lil’ Wayne” part on tha 2^nd hook; fuck him since he ain’t ‘bout no Louisiana shit, no more! You sound pretty good on tha 2^nd verse, keepin’ it consistent! ROFL, randomly, Disco of tha Flippa Boyz appeared on tha 3^rd verse? Why in tha hell ain’t he sourced on tha feature? :confused See, he should be sourced ‘cause he definitely adds interest ta tha track, ya dig? My Rating: 4.5

This looks interestin’, wit Piz on tha beat, too! >>> Likin’ tha beat start; sounds like dis gon be hot! Tha hook’s catchy; not on some bullshit “money” topic this time! Piz sounds not bad on tha 1^st verse… LOL, Greg on tha 2^nd verse, “(not) home fa a week,” so you know dis was recorded last Spring! Gotta luv Greg; he randomly appears in pics, too! Supa, you’re “allergic ta sleep;” dumb shit! You know what it iz! My Rating: 4.5

09. “We Gon Miss You” Feat. Big World & Ville Boyz

Just Ville Boyz, not “The Ville Boys” on tha back cover. Plus, accordin’ to tha mp3 info and DatPiff tracklisting, it’s “U” and not “You”, too. >>> Sounds pretty good wit anotha Piz beat! Thought it would be a lil’ different ta disappoint me but it’s on ‘n’ poppin’, right now! Big World’s 1^st in tha feature, though; get it right! He has some catchy shit ta offer here; good shit! You’re on tha 2^nd verse, spittin’ mo’ catchy shit, here! Let’s hear how da Ville Boyz come through fa tha 3^rd verse… Luvin’ tha “horses,” lol! Tha 2^nd Ville Boy ta hop on tha 3^rd verse sounds betta although tha both of them are definitely doin’ tha damn thang when it comes ta contributin’ ta your CD, Sup, ya dig? My Rating: 4.4

Back to tha King Arthur beats. Since this has tha “’ont” in tha title and a new feature, I’m more anticipated! >>> Yup, sounds pretty anticipatin’ wit tha King Arthur beat! Sounds like tha your verse and tha hook blends in to where I couldn’t tell which was which at first. Anyway, from what I heard, it’s off to a good start/50%, so far! D-Boi’s a lil’ focused on tha 2^nd verse; good discovery, Sup! Tha rest iz pretty good; sounds like you contributed a ½ verse toward tha 3^rd verse, Sup; feelin’ it, ya dig? My Rating: 4.2

11. “What Chu Want”

King Arthur on tha beat again! >>> Tha beginning sounds pretty serious wit tha beat! Might be a lil’ familiar? Doesn’t matter to me, now, ‘cause I’m feelin’ tha beginning! Not bad wit how you’re comin’ through wit tha rhymes, too… LOL, tha hook sounds funny wit tha repeatin’ as well as how you sound and tha beat! :tu My Rating: 4.2

12. “Let Dat Shit Go” Feat. Mel 985

Mel wit a space, lol. Anotha King Arthur-produced joint!! >>> Can’t complain; no need to! Likin’ how you comin’ through wit it on tha 1^st verse; pretty catchy. Tha hook’s catchy—almost sounds like “Bump Dat” although this was—neva mind, “Bump Dat” was, like, November 2009ish; this newer, so it prolly sound like it. Kinda on an obsessive “hoe” verse, Mel’s soundin’ pretty catchy fa you on tha 2^nd verse, here, ya dig? My Rating: 4.1

13. “The Man Nah”

LOL, gotta feel tha “nah” in tha title as well as tha anticipated-E.P.-produced beat! >>> Sounds like a good start wit dis beat! Nothin’ but coolness here! My Rating: 4.2

14. “Hot In Dese Streets” Feat. J-Hustle

Prolly missin’ an “e” at tha end of “Des”; I’ll put it so it flows betta. An E.P. and BluBlack-combined beat? Let’s hear dis!! >>> Yea, tha intro sounds pretty serious on tha beat fa a Down Bad/Macked Out-type track!! Tha hook’s definitely on point and you got shit locked wit what you comin’ wit on this track, my boy! J-Hustle, a.k.a. Johnny Hustle, doin’ a nice job on tha 2^nd verse; good-ass shit fa tha track! My Rating: 4.6

15. “N V.I.P.” Feat. Piz Corleone & J-Hustle

LOL, gotta luv these special spellin’s fa three songs in a row, now! Lookin’ forward ta hearin’ dis—produced by King Arthur! >>> LOL, calm start but tha beat really took off, as far as tha sound of it, on tha hook, lol! Piz sounds pretty good on tha 1^st verse; feelin’ good wit those “kush” rhymes, ya dig? Here’s Johnny on tha 2^nd verse, soundin’ consistent, once again! LOL, you got shit on lock, too, Sup! My Rating: 4.4

16. “Swagg Style” Feat. S.A.B.

Who’s S.A.B. on tha feature and who’s Lil’ P.A. on tha beat? >>> Well, for tha beat, I would think it easily fits wit your style and tha King Arthur/Piz Corleone-produced tracks. Tha hook ain’t too bad until tha 2^nd ½ of it; kinda on tha cheesy side. This ain’t too bad wit what you comin’ wit; tha beat iz what’s makin’ this consistent. Tha S.A.B. group (?) on tha 2^nd verse sounds like a really young person that wouldn’t match fa what you’d rap wit. Oh, it must be a group ‘cause anotha member’s on tha 2^nd ½ of tha 2^nd verse, soundin’ a lil’ betta. Either way, as far as what’s spit here, it’s prolly tha least-interestin’ outta this CD; not crazy ‘bout tha “swagg” shit. Tha 3^rd verse iz anotha group member, soundin’ like they blend in wit tha BR sound so it ain’t too bad. “Stacks in my Levi pockets;” hope I see some of dat, soon, since they said so! I believe dat was Lil’ P.A. on tha final verse—think I caught him sayin’ dat. Overall, regardless of what I’ve said here and there, this has kept my interest. My Rating: 4.2
