01. On The Wire
Wasn’t this on It’s A Gamble? >>> Yeah, tha phone, only it’s not an old phone, this tyme; it’s a more-updated phone. Iz this tha “Kentucky” thing, again? I heard tha “Florida” thing & instantly thought of “Florida” Boulevard, from BR. Okay, no Kentucky but yeah, “Chuck E. Cheese,” here… My Rating: N/A

02. “They Ain’t ‘Bout No Trouble”
>>> Sounds good with tha undaground sound of how you come through on tha mic, as well as tha production provided…! Hearin’ what you got goin’ on with tha 1st verse & it’s pretty dope, here; good shit! Luv tha hood shit you bring to this dope beat; eerie, eerie, eerie! Hearin’ tha hook & it’s pretty hype with how you come through wit it; good shit! Luv how it sounds a lil’ humorous but nice with tha energy/southern feel! Hearin’ what you come through on tha 2nd verse & it’s pretty dope with tha content you bring, here; consistency at its finest! Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & it sounds like Lay-Lo, here, alternatin’ from a Max to a Von; dope idea for tha 2-Triple-0! Nice how this ends with a beat outro, here; definitely eerie & southern at its finest!! My Rating: 4.7

03. “Shit Real”
>>> Sounds pretty nice with what you bring to tha table on tha 1st verse, here; gotta keep it “real,” of course. Gotta luv how you come through fa tha south on this compilation, courtesy of tha C-Camp! Got a youngin on tha 2nd verse, here? Boosie? Am I trippin’, lol? Keepin’ this movin’ with that dude, once again; not Boosie but dude got both tha two verses on lock with their energy…! My Rating: 4.3

04. “Camp Camp”
>>> Sounds pretty intense, here, on tha hook; good shit, Loc! Tha beat’s pretty poppin’ fa tha 2000 tymes! Of course, you on tha 1st verse & you got shit poppin’, here; luv how you have buku energy on this release! Keepin’ it movin’ with tha 2nd verse, here, courtesy of tha Camp; flows pretty nicely in this mix. Some mo shit from tha 3rd verse, here; go, Max Minelli! Givin’ peeps tha “asthma attack” & shit; intense, comin’ from a then-21-year-old! Consistent rhymes; unstoppable Camp member! Luv how he goes & it starts ta end, slowly but surely…! My Rating: 4.4

05. “B Get Off Me”
>>> Sounds like an okay beat, here; decent lil’ 1st verse from you, Loc; glad you still got tha streetz on lock wit dis one…! Sounds like a silly lil’ hook with tha female but it’s still cool fa this dark undaground shit. Got Max on tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through wit tha “Girbauds” & shit, knowin’ how ta come through like an O.G.; huh bruh…! Sounds like a good lil’ verse from Max, as he doesn’t stop channelin’ consistency! Hearin’ tha 3rd verse, here & tha Camp vibe continues; only O.G.z really appreciate shit like dis! My Rating: 4.0

06. “Outlaws”
>>> Definitely that dope shit, between tha beat & tha hook; always that “outlaw” life! It’s weird bein’ a human being that lost his innocence, not too long ago. Like, tha “outlaw” feelin’ goes wit you but you just do you, ya feel me? Hearin’ Loc on tha 1st verse & it sounds good with what he bringin’, here; no wonder why Baton Rouge luvs tha streetz! Loc iz tha answer! Now, I hear tha “say Loc, I need ta know, if they real or fake” part; feels like I heard that once before, in tha past? Anyway, with this youngin spittin’ on tha 2nd verse, it sounds aight; maybe, too young fa this track? Prolly coulda expected someone older… Either way, it looks like this turned out ta be a mixed review fa me; couldn’t tell which way I wanted ta go… Oh, a 3rd verse, here; I’ll give it more props, Loc, since you added more… My Rating: 4.0

07. “Not A Thang Change”
>>> Sounds like a good lil’ voice from tha hood on tha 1st verse, here; good shit, good shit… Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds cool wit how you express that only “tha weather” changes, Loc; good shit! Also, Loc, you’re on tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through with dat street shit; can’t be denied, Loc! It’s literally awesome bein’ tha boss, huh, Loc? Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & it’s pretty dope with tha southern-southern voice; can’t deny it! Didn’t realize fa a second that there was an extra dude on this; good shit/keep tha hustle up! My Rating: 4.2

08. “We Fuckin’ Tonight”
>>> Sounds like a nice lil’ intro, here; nice… Hearin’ tha beat & it’s definitely nice fa an undaground-soundin’ beat…! Hearin’ tha hook & it’s aight fa me; lol, questionable tasks durin’ tha “fuckin’”? Between you & tha chick on tha hook, I’ono… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse, Loc & it sounds like you’re in a great position durin’ these undaground tymes; glad you still around! Here comes tha chick on tha 2nd verse & I’ono, I’ono if I can dig her…; I don’t have no feedback, basically, except that it was a good duet. My Rating: 3.7

½tyme: Sounds like a dope compilation from tha Camp, here; good shit, fa tha most part! We’re at a 4.2 for tha average rating, currently; good shit!

09. “Real Shit”
>>> Really diggin’ this creepy, eerie beat intro & how it takes a while b4 tha 1st verse ta start!! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s Max, comin’ through wit some dope content fa tha streetz; definitely nice! Hearin’ tha hook & it sounded like a phone-call interlude or somethin’? Interestin’… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s you, Loc, comin’ through with dope street content on this beat; piggy-piggy-props…! Seemed like a nice 2nd hook/interlude part ta zone out to…; felt like those seconds were real long! Hearin’ tha 3rd verse, as I continue & it’s nice; southern greatness at its finest! My Rating: 4.6

10. “Boosie”
My preview’s one word: “Boosie”. >>> Of course, who’s on tha 1st verse? “Boosie”; gotta feel what he bringin’ to tha table with this content of tha hood…! Beat also sounds pretty nice; luv how it’s deep off in that Rouge with “Boosie”! Iz this one of tha youngest “Boosie” tracks? Sounds younger than that Youngest Of Da Camp release, despite bein’ tha same years…? My Rating: 4.4

11. “Twist It Up”
>>> Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse, Loc…; sounds like a good lil’ joint, here, shmoke & track…! Beat sounds okay fa you ta rap on, as well; I give it its props… Oh boy, that hook’s pretty dope & deep, with tha voice! “Twist it up…; twist it up, my nigga!” Great thinkin’, Loc, includin’ that eerie sing-rappin’! Oh boy, got Boosie on tha 2nd verse, too; luv how he has tha energy & focus ta do tha damn thang, here…! Keepin’ this movin’ with a total “weed”head on tha 3rd verse, here, flowin’ nicely with tha beat, as well…! Btw, I’m fulla dat (THC) vape pen, right nah! My Rating: 4.8

12. “I Got Mine”
>>> Sounds like a good beat & how you holdin’ shit down on tha 1st verse, Loc; undeniable & unstoppable! Likin’ how this transitions to Max on tha 1st verse, here, comin’ through as a Lay-Loian! Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds nice with you & Max on it; keep gettin’ y’all’s! Props fa this energy & tha energy y’all applyin’ to this, especially you on tha 2nd verse, Loc! Hearin’ tha 3rd verse & it’s soundin’ more laidback with tha voice but this content’s still pretty nice… My Rating: 4.3

13. “Down South”
>>> Sounds like a good lil’ beat & catchy 1st verse, here; Concentrationtastic at its finest! Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds like a dope one, courtesy of C-Loc luvin’ to “ride tonight!” Definitely feelin’ tha catchiness! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it sounds good with one of tha Camp members doin’ they shit! Always hoodtastic with tha “cornbread,” ya heard me? Keepin’ it movin’ with you on tha 3rd verse, Loc, comin’ through wit mo leadership shit fa tha streetz; good shit! My Rating: 4.4

13. “Dedicated” feat. Boo
>>> Sounds like an okay beat & what Max has fa tha 1st verse, here. Hearin’ tha hook and it’s soundin’ okay; I feel what you got goin’ on, Max… Here comes J-Von on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through wit some nice shit fa these real-life headz… Got this dude, Boo, on tha 3rd verse, comin’ through wit some good shit, as well; nice… My Rating: 3.8

14. “Ghetto Gospel”
>>> An okay beat, here; good shit from Max on tha 1st verse, here… J-Von on tha 2nd part of tha 1st verse, here, soundin’ good ta contribute, as always… Tha hook sounds empowering, though a lil’ too gospelish fa me… Now, a prayer & it’s over, with 5:41 left? A hidden track comin’? Yup…! Sounds screwed? Sounds nice… I feel what’s goin’ on, here… Was gonna rate tha “Ghetto Gospel” track a 3.6 & with this screwed vibe, I was gonna rate it a 4.2. With them combinin’, it’s a 3.9, overall… My Rating: 3.9

Overall: Y’all did a nice job wit this one, of course! Plenty of Max remaining in my Louisiana Reviewz Marathon, as I slowly review tha rest of tha Louisiana archive of albums! Great job wit P on dem beatz, as well as what Max & Von brought to tha tablez…!

Review #1,732: SouljaMade Ent. "You Don't Want It With Me Vol. 1"

Reviewed on 6.30.2017 (Review #1,732)

Have been feelin’ extra sleepy, lately, so it’s been a lil’ hard to review… However, I’m here now, so let’s get it! Str8 from Ghosttown’s B-Teze, here goes my review for his group, SouljaMade Ent. You Don’t Want It With Me Vol. 1, courtesy of SouljaMade Entertainment! I ain’t get to ask B-Teze for a tracklist while I was down in Baton Rouge, so at tha moment, I ain’t got a tracklist… Tha only song I do know iz “Good Dope Sales”, which I believe iz in here somewhere… I believe this from last year, but been in tha process for a lil’ minute… Start Time: 4:47 PM | End Time: 6:07 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> “ iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> “ iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. “You Don’t Want It With Me”
>>> Startin’ off wit a B-Teze beat… I may recognize some of these tracks that I ain’t know from bein’ at B-Teze’s house… Sounds like it can be “You Don’t Want It With Me”, as tha title? Either way, I can feel tha pain wit tha “rollin’ off dem pillz” on tha 1st verse from B-Teze, here; good shit! Strictly representin’ to tha fullest, here; good shit! Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here (C-Teze?), soundin’ nice, too… Lovin’ tha whole Baton Rouge vibe to tha fullest, here! What’s life? Tha undaground!! And, tha 3rd verse’s soundin’ nice ta hear, here; can’t deny anything… It’s all about da gangsta life and I’m glad to adapt to it while I visit y’all… And, even a 4th verse, here, still keepin’ it movin’… My Rating: 4.6

02. “You Ain’t ‘Bout It”
>>> Mo upbeat shit, here; definitely feelin’ it! Nice job wit tha hook! “You Ain’t ‘Bout It” as tha hook? Or, “Stop Stuntin’”? I’ll go wit what I hear first… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty upbeat wit this beat, right chea; good shit! Keepin’ it movin’ wit B-Teze on tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ nice ta hear; gotta keep it movin’! And, a 3rd verse, strictly keepin’ it on tha move…! My Rating: 4.5

03. “I Been Rollin’” feat. J-Skillz
>>> Sounds like an anthem you can luv… Oh, gotta fuckin’ love Baton Rouge music!! “I Been Rollin’” as this title? I know y’all be “out [y’all] body,” here; you already know! Tha 1st verse sounds like J-Skillz from tha Short Bus Boyz? Random feature? Definitely feelin’ it like it was tha last decade or somethin’! And, tha 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse pretty nice, too; dumb shit! Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ pretty dope, too; tha fun I love ta be a part of wit y’all, here! I’m glad these times have finally come!! And, tha 3rd verse’s pretty nice, too; what else can I say? Pill-poppin’ anthems at their finest!! My Rating: 4.8

04. “I Pop & Roll” feat. Cage
3:26 on tha length!! >>> “Dancin’ My Ass Off”? Let’s see what gon go down wit this one… Sounds a lil’ more undaground/Internet-like, here? Tha 1st verse almost sounds like Sims, here… Tha 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse sounds like Cage from Down Bad, here; definitely nice, regardless… Tha 2nd verse’s pretty dope wit this “rollin’” shit and tha “Vicks…” Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 3rd verse, here… B-Teze comin’ through, jiggalatin’ like one of tha best! Yeah, kickin’ it wit B-Teze was one of my favorite moments while in tha Rouge! Gotta luv his latest single, “Flush You”! I’ll just call this one “I Pop & Roll”, lol; prolly wrong… Lol, “2011;” I know “Good Dope Sales” 2013… My Rating: 4.7

05. “Tears Drop”
>>> Kinda sounds like a unique beginning but I’m not anticipatin’ this beat too much… Hearin’ tha hook (should I call it “Tears Drop”?) and it’s a lil’ depressin’… I’ono, what ta thank about this…? Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s decent, here… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s aight… Even tho I ain’t big about this kinda shit, it flows nicely on this kinda beat… And, here’s B-Teze on tha 3rd verse, tryna hang in there… I’ont have much else ta say wit this track, here; it iz what it iz… My Rating: 3.6

06. “Cuttin’ Up”
>>> I’ono, but I feel like I remember this from somethin’… I think this was on my mixtape compilation, Tha Louisiana Archives Vol. 17: Tha Survivor’s Cave… Here’s what I had to say, back in 2014:

“Catchy hook; Baton Rouge’s hood at its finest!! Luv tha jigg vibe, too! Tha 1st verse’s pretty nice, too! “Souljamade” in tha buildin’, of course! Consistent, Ville Boyz-like 1st verse, here, and you gotta feel it! You can’t stop “rollin’” or reppin’ tha hood fa this “Ghosttown” anthem! Tha 2nd verse’s pretty gutta, here; really feelin’ tha voice!! “Got it tatted on my stomach;” what a representa fa “Souljamade,” here! Gotta feel it!! This tha kinda shit I luv; can’t deny it, and they neva come through soft, on this! No dickridin’, overrated Cain people, here!! Tha 3rd verse’s pretty nice, here; such greatness!! I don’t know who’s who on this, but you already know that a semi-blind review like this definitely passes, fa me!! Nice endin’ from me, wit that slowed shit!” My Current Rating: 4.7

07. “I Pay For Five”
>>> “I Pay For Five”? I’ono, but I’d rather B-Teze produce tha tracks than have these mainstream, online-soundin’ beats… No comment on tha hook, here… Here comes tha 1st verse, soundin’ 50/50, here… B-Teze on tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ aight but not tha kinda beat fa him ta rap off of… These beats are for those that are Internet rappers or ones tryna sell out… Tha 3rd verse decent, here; sounds good, but would be way betta wit an original, Baton Rouge-produced beat! Smh @ tha “Maybach Music” beat tag toward tha end! My Rating: 3.4

08. “Why They Hate”
>>> I’ll just call this one “Why They Hate”; okay hook but again, not an original-soundin’ beat! Would sound betta wit that “so get ya hate on” shit if this was an upbeat Baton Rouge beat! Could you imagine tha beat constantly kickin’? Regardless, B-Teze on tha verse, here, soundin’ nice… Only good thang about this vs. tha previous track iz that this iz only two minutes long, not four… My Rating: 3.7

09. “Foreign”
>>> This a lil’ betta wit tha energy, here; definitely nice hook, lol! “Foreign” as tha title? Good shit… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice, here… A short lil’ verse but y’all got this shit on lock, here… Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ pretty nice, here; gotta feel what y’all bringin’ wit this “rollin’” shit… Tha 3rd verse still soundin’ nice ta hear wit this track, here… Tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse almost sounds like OJ Da Juiceman from tha younger dayz or somethin’… My Rating: 4.2

10. “Gassed Up”
>>> Got Boo ta produce a track fa y’all, here? Definitely nice! He one I gotta see one of these upcomin’ trips I gotta take ta Louisiana, ya dig? Pretty energetic, here; definitely nice! Tha 1st verse’s soundin’ nice ta hear, here… Really feelin’ how tha beat sounds and what y’all bringin’ to tha table, here… Should I call this one “Gassed Up”? Tha hook’s pretty nice, here, ya dig? As long as tha hype iz here, it’s all good… Crazy-soundin’ poppin’/chewin’ on tha 2nd verse, here; definitely nice! Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 3rd verse and it’s pretty nice, too; y’all cuttin’ up to tha max, here! My Rating: 4.4

½time: Nice lil’ CD, except for tha non-Louisiana shits… A 4.3-rated CD, here; gotta keep tha hype goin’! Y’all great fa this jiggalatin’, street, hyped-up music, here!

11. “Stupid”
>>> Should I call this one “Stupid”? B-Teze, you doin’ a nice job wit tha beat; definitely nice and hyped-up, here! Really feelin’ tha tons of energy you have on tha 1st verse, here! It makes me realize how much energy I have to all tha people I see err-day, ya dig? And yeah, “Same clothes” iz right, especially while you grindin’, ya dig? I feel ya! B-Teze, you’re one of tha best, ya dig?! So glad you discovered me six years ago! Can’t believe it been that long! Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, strictly keepin’ it soulja wit SouljaMade, ya dig? My Rating: 4.5

12. “Turn The Beat Up”
>>> I really like B-Teze’s personally-made beat tag, here; good shit! “Turn The Beat Up”? Nice lil’ hook, here; definitely feelin’ tha hook and tha crowd in tha background! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice, strictly keepin’ tha “club” hype, ya dig? Gotta luv tha club, ya dig? Lol, around 1:06, tha crowd in tha background calmed down, lol? Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it’s pretty nice wit what’s goin’ on, here… Just luv tha whole Baton Rouge vibe at all times! Nothin’ betta than that Rouge! Hearin’ tha 3rd verse and y’all keepin’ it movin’, here; gotta luv it! I’m so glad I get ta party wit y’all at all times, now! My Louisiana trips finna take ova!! My Rating: 4.3

13. “On My Shit” feat. Cage
>>> Gotta luv this energetic vibe! “On My Shit”, ehh? Definitely feelin’ this from ’11! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and y’all really got this “shit” on lock! Consistent rhymes, str8-up partyin’ at its finest! Nice lil’ Cage collab? “Down Bad, SouljaMade, we got these niggaz poppin’;” good shit! Definitely luvin’ what Cage bringin’ to tha table on tha 2nd verse, here! Y’all definitely energetic to tha bone!! My Rating: 4.7

14. “Messy”
>>> “Messy”? Definitely diggin’ this beat, right chea; good shit! Gangsta shit from tha Rouge at its finest, here! Excellent-soundin’ hook fa tha gutta ones, here! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and I’m diggin’ that they a “1984” baby, here; good shit! Gotta luv what y’all bringin’ to tha table at all times! Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, and it’s soundin’ nice wit this Gutta verse/gutta-soundin’ verse! Keepin’ it goin’ wit tha 3rd verse, here, strictly reppin’ fa “Ghosttown” at all times, here! My Rating: 4.6

15. “I Miss My Dawgs”
>>> A long beat intro, here… Even tho I’m not into depressin’ music, that beat sound during tha hook’s pretty nice… “I Miss My Dawgs”? Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s decent; at least tha beat ain’t too bad, here… At times, I hate thinkin’ ‘bout tha past wit times I can’t get back. However, gotta live for tha rest of tha life we have! Keepin’ it movin’ wit B-Teze on tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ nice ta hear, too… And, tha 3rd verse’s pretty nice fa this slow song, too; good shit… My Rating: 4.1

16. “Baby”
>>> Random intro, here, that was brought back… Not sure what ta call this one, yet, but tha hook not too bad fa a hyped-up one, produced by B-Teze… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice, here; good shit… I’ono if this a good title or not, but “Baby” for tha title, lol? That’s what I hear… Tha 2nd verse’s all about tha “I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T” shit; good shit, Mr. Teze—B, to be exact, lol… My Rating: 4.3

17. “Whip Game”
>>> “Whip Game”? Not really feelin’ this unoriginal, Vybe beat, here; okay hook… Hearin’ B-Teze on tha 1st verse and even tho I’m feelin’ tha aggression, I’m not too crazy about this kinda shit… Gotta keep tha original beats up, ya dig? Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ decent ta hear, here… My Rating: 3.3

18. “Bounce Dat Ass”
>>> Now, back to tha original production; can’t wait ta hear! “Bounce Dat Ass” as tha title? Definitely an upbeat hook, here; good shit! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s soundin’ nice; definitely a nice lil’ jam, here… Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ nice ta hear, too; good job, B-Teze… Lol, “[she] bouncin’ off [your] ballz!” My Rating: 4.2

19. “I Got Money”
>>> Smh, “I Got Money” as tha title? Not too crazy about tha hook but at least tha beat’s a lil’ upbeat… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice, too… Keepin’ it movin’ wit B-Teze on tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ good; can’t complain, ya know? Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 3rd verse, here, soundin’ decent; can’t complain, still… Two parts of tha 3rd verse, here, strictly representin’… My Rating: 3.5

20. “Money Lookin’ Good” Feat. Cage
>>> Definitely feelin’ this beat, right chea; good shit… Iced-out, here, on tha hook? Anotha “money” track, smh? “Money Lookin’ Good”? I’ono, let’s get it… Cage comin’ through on tha 1st verse, here, soundin’ nice and energetic, of course… Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ nice from B-Teze, strictly keepin’ it movin’… My Rating: 4.0

21. “Look Up”
Could this last one be “Good Dope Sales”, lol? Gotta be! Why wouldn’t it be on here? >>> Lol, it’s not! However, it’s sounds like it’s strictly for tha Rouge, here; good shit wit tha beat! Just luvin’ tha undaground vibe and what dude bringin’ to tha table on tha 1st verse, here… “Look Up” as tha title? Catchy hook, here; luvin’ tha title repeatin’! Keepin’ it movin’ wit tha 2nd verse, here, soundin’ nice, too; can’t complain, here… My Rating: 4.0

Overall: Most of this turned out to be great, of course… Ain’t thank you had more music than “Good Dope Sales”, which ain’t make it on here… “Good Dope Sales” iz featured on my 15th mixtape compilation, Tha Louisiana Archives Vol. 15: Nothing To Say, released in 2013. Of course, gotta keep up tha grind! Prolly 2morrow or wheneva I can, I gotta get to tha Going Full Throttle CD! Not tha complete project but I have a lil’ somethin’, somethin’ ta peep out!
