Broadcasting from tha steel mill, here in East Stroudsburg, PA, it's ya boy, FrankieThaLuckyDog here, sadly reportin' anotha tragic loss in tha Louisiana rap community.

Rayfel Matta, Jr., known by his stage name, Rambo & later, Rambo K Kutta, was murdered in Baton Rouge, LA, on tha 5500 block of McClelland Drive on Saturday, April 3, 2021, at around 6:00 PM; he was only 34 years-old. Twelve dayz later, on April 15th, a 16 & 17-year-old teen were arrested by tha Louisiana State Police Task Force, as well as tha Attorney General Fugitive Apprehension. Review #1,604: Zoe Realla "Shit Just Got Realla (Hosted by DJ Chill)"

Reviewed on 12.02.2016 (Review #1,604)

Tryna counteract a headache, at tha moment… Got two more reviewz to do before I get to my old Louisiana CD reviewz… Here’s tha 1st one, brought to you by Travis James Entertainment & Kreature Lyfe Mentality: Zoe Realla Shit Just Got Realla (Hosted by DJ Chill), in preparation fa tha follow-up, which I will review after this! Today, they gave me off so I’m catchin’ up on err-thang!!! Start Time: 11:15 AM | End Time: 12:37 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> “ iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> “ iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

© 2016 CD Review (Review #1,604) reviewed on 12.02.2016 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. “Walk Light” feat. Scotty Cain & Maine Musik
Kickin’ it off wit some of dis… >>> Nice lil’ intro from DJ Chill, here, and this beat’s pretty tight! Definitely somethin’ nice! Feelin’ tha hook, here; jammin’ and good street shit! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice; definitely some nice shit, here! Can’t complain! Y’all pros at dis!! Tha 2nd verse pretty consistent wit these rhymes; definitely nice! You know what was also nice? I just went to my job to get somethin’ 20 minutes ago and they all went nuts over me! They all were wonderin’ where I was and they even said that I was “a celebrity!” Gotta thank DJ B-Real fa tha celebrity status!! Too bad he don’t want none of my star power! And, saved tha best fa last? You on tha 3rd verse, comin’ through wit your “yeah” commands, lol! My Rating: 4.7

02. “Nowhere” feat. Maine Musik & Dame Cain
Likin’ all these Maine Musik collabs! >>> Mouse doin’ tha beat? Lookin’ forward ta hearin’ this! Definitely soundin’ nice fa tha streetz, here! Good shit on tha hook, here! Good shit on tha 1st verse from Maine, doin’ tha damn thang, consistently! And, we got you on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through, aimin’ right! And, Dame Cain on tha 3rd verse, spittin’ it like it’s nothin’; nice! My Rating: 4.5

03. “Trust Issues” feat. Jamar Major & Yani
Let’s get it!! >>> Nice lil’ southern beat wit you spittin’ some good shit on tha 1st verse, here; dope! Tha hook aight, but I’m not too crazy about tha voice… I won’t 100% hate on it, since you tend to make good tracks, Zoe… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse from you and it sounds good ta hear, once again… And, anotha annoying voice toward tha end… It may’ve just been a lil’ bridge instead of a verse, but it’s ehh… My Rating: 3.8

04. “Rumors” feat. Kennedy Dha Boogieman & Dame Cain
Let’s see this Boogie Man…! >>> Mouse doin’ tha beat; leggo! Nice lil’ hook from you, here! It reminds me of how you always are, from when I first heard you wit dat Nu$$ie “Snitch” collab from last decade! You just lay down tha hook nice and calm, but you, literally, tha greatest!! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s soundin’ nice from you, layin’ down tha facts! Gotta show you buku luv; followin’ me on Twitter’s a highlight! Really feelin’ tha 2nd verse, here, wit tha spellin’ of “R-U-M-O-R-S” and “D-E-A-D;” dope shit from Dha Boogie Man!! Excellent job with tha verse!! Tha 3rd verse from Mr. Cain sounds nice ta hear with tha consistent “oh-oh”-soundin’ rhymes… My Rating: 4.6

05. “Ventin’ A Lil’ Bit”
No features? Hope you gon hold it down (of course)! >>> Sounds like a lil’ calm beat, but it would feel better to me wit warm weather! Not bad wit how you comin’ through on tha 1st verse… Lol, you stuck on tha “rumors,” still, lol? I can tell; you mentioned tha word, already! I like how you said tha last set of lines in tha 1st verse, holdin’ tha notes (“shiiiit;” “diiiiick”); nice! Said tha title before tha hook (just talkin’) like it was tha ‘90s. That’s what I do when it comes to tha rappin’…! Keepin’ it goin’ wit tha 2nd verse, comin’ through, doin’ you… My Rating: 4.0

06. “True Colors” feat. Yani
Not really anticipatin’ tha feature, since that previous feature with Yani kinda had its issues… >>> And, tha unanticipatin’ feelin’ came “true”: Cyndi Lauper remake on tha hook? Bleh… Might as well not leave feedback for tha hook… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it ain’t bad wit how you comin’ through wit it… “I smell somethin’ fishy…, tuna!” Boom!! And, you comin’ through on tha 2nd verse in a nice way, too; can’t deny it, at times… I do have to admit, I do like when tha hook remakes, “That’s why I love you,” to, “That’s why, it’s, ‘fuck you!’” My Rating: 3.7

07. “Pain” feat. Q-Red
Let’s hear it!! >>> Q-Red doin’ tha beat, of course! Tha same “Hound” from Kevin Gates’ “Shit Could Get Real”? Ain’t really know much about them Hounds… A long intro, but it’s payin’ off with this intense-soundin’ production! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice! Yeah, you gotta admit, life’s choices are tough! Q-Red wit tha guitar’s pretty nice! And, even nicer: Him on tha hook! Definitely A+! You on tha 2nd verse and it’s soundin’ pretty nice! Definitely a nice collab! My Rating: 4.7

08. “Penitentiary EP”
Let’s hear this “EP”! >>> Oh boy, a B-Real beat! Damn, 7:56 on tha length?! Can’t be true!! Gotta feel that celeb status, tho!! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice wit how you comin’ through wit it on this interesting, slow beat! Interesting rhymes, but a lil’ too much? Like, why almost eight minutes? Even tha outro’s, like, 1:30! My Rating: 3.5

09. “A Whole Notha Mode”
>>> Feelin’ this beat and how you comin’ through on tha hook, chantin’ it up! Good shit! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice wit how you flowin’ on tha track… Tha 2nd verse pretty dope, too! Glad you havin’ fun wit this shit! Tha only cat that can prolly make “Duck, Duck, Goose” tight! My Rating: 4.4

½time: Doin’ pretty good, so far, of course! I ain’t doubt ya! Surprisingly, tha B-Real-produced track was tha least-rated, due to how long it was without transitioning… A few weird-soundin’ guests, but for tha most part, tha production’s on point and so are your tracks! A 4.2-rated CD, so far!

10. “Big Girls” feat. Kevin Gates
I believe I heard this from tha Bloody Murda (Promo EP)… Ironically, just like tha B-Real one, this was my lowest-ranked on that EP! My Current Rating: 4.2

11. “Shooters” feat. Yani, Racked-Up Ready & Rambo K-Kutta
Let’s hear it, despite tha Yani feature… >>> Sounds like a good beat, kinda like a throwback to that “Watch My Shoes”/Mouse/older Baton Rouge-soundin’ beats! Well, if this was Yani gon provide on tha hook, hopefully, that’s it! Sounds good; don’t need anything extra! Here you are on tha 1st verse, comin’ through in a nice way, here! Ready on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through nicely on tha track, too! It’s almost like he even has a throwback vibe to his flow, too, like them ’07 dayz! Keepin’ it goin’ wit Rambo on tha 3rd verse, soundin’ nice ta hear, as well! Good shit; nice collab! My Rating: 4.6

12. “Get It How U Live” feat. Scotty Cain, Maine Musik, Dame Cain & T.E.C.
Anotha big collab!! >>> “Take it back to tha dayz of tha old?” Have I heard before? Don’t look familiar… Mouse on tha beat, here, and it’s pretty jammin’! Definitely diggin’ tha title repeatin’ in tha background! Nice job wit this hook; tight-ass shit! Sounds like some Juve/Lil’ Wayne/Hot Boy$-type shit from tha late ‘90s! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty serious, too! Definitely feelin’ tha vibe y’all bringin’ to tha table! Hook’s definitely serious wit how y’all bringin’ it! Can’t deny this shit!! You sound good wit how you bringin’ tha heat on this track; dumb shit! My Rating: 4.8

13. “U Ain’t Got Dhat 2 Do” feat. Kennedy Dha Boogieman & Maine Musik
Let’s hear it! Did y’all run outta room on tha back cover or somethin’? >>> Sounds like it’s a good lil’ track based off tha beginning… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and you spittin’ some good facts… Tha hook sounds decent; can’t deny it… Hearin’ Dha Boogieman on tha 2nd verse and he sound cool; can’t deny him! Rhymes and punchlines are dope! Maine Musik on tha 3rd verse and it sounds great, as always. However, why iz it that I’ve been always hearin’ reversed names or whateva? Like, why it gotta be censored? It’s crazy! He even said, “Watch what you say!” It’s like, “Watch what you say?!” My Rating: 4.3

14. “Nah” feat. Maine Musik, Dame Cain & T.E.C.
>>> Sounds like a cool lil’ track wit tha “nah” on tha hook! I like how it’s kinda meant for ‘now’ and sounds good ta be “Nah”! Nice job wit tha hook, Zoe! Here you are on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit dat good shit… Tha 2nd verse soundin’ good; almost sounds like a younger Lil’ Cali or somethin’… I see tha names are reversed on tha back cover, as opposed to tha tracklist on tha mp3 info… Well, with that bein’ said, Maine Musik before Dame Cain… Nice job wit tha collaboration between tha 3rd verse, tho; feelin’ it… My Rating: 4.4

15. “Honey Love”
Like Gloria, a “honey!” >>> Ain’t expect an R&B-type track outta nowhere, but I like how you sound in tha beginning… Let’s see how we gon do wit Q-Red doin’ this beat… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it ain’t too bad; definitely likin’ tha beat, lol… Tha hook’s a ‘90s sample; decent, but not bad… Hearin’ you on tha 2nd verse and it’s soundin’ nice ta hear, as well… Tha rest of this was pretty nice; definitely likin’ tha hook, too, lol… Speakin’ of Gloria from my job, lol, even mentioned “lemon” on tha sample, toward tha end! “How are tha lemons?!,” every morning!! My Rating: 3.9

16. “Used 2 Be In Love Witcha” feat. Yani
Now, I’ono if this’ll compare to Glor’s “Honey [Love]”! >>> Yeah, this kinda less-exciting than tha previous track but it’s whateva wit Yani on tha hook… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it decent… You ain’t wanna do a 2nd verse? Yani on tha 2nd verse; not interested in most of these rhymes… Neva mind, it iz you on tha 2nd verse but that was a lil’ extended of a hook from Yani, earlier… Hearin’ you on tha 2nd verse and it ain’t bad, once again; can’t complain… My Rating: 3.1

17. “Judas”
>>> Music before my job existed? Now, we got Gotye & Kimbra “Somebody That I Used To Know” on tha sample, here… It’s crazy ‘cause back when that song was big, four years ago, I was still pretty serious about all these reviewz and all this Louisiana shit. So, for it to be sampled, I almost feel like we in tha same world. Well, we really not…! B-Real used to care about me/be connected wit me! It’s all good, tho! Luv music before my job existed! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s soundin’ catchy wit how you comin’ through ova this beat… Hearin’ you on tha 2nd verse, here, and it’s soundin’ nice ta hear, as well… My Rating: 4.2

18. “Another Man”
>>> Endin’ it with a Q-Red beat; let’s see, here… Kinda sounds like it gon be sad or somethin’? I’ono how serious I can take this beat, as it’s kinda poppy. However, it has its quality? You on tha 1st verse ain’t too bad, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s bleh…; nothin’ really goin’ on wit tha sample… And, hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it ain’t bad; nothin’ I can really say, tho… My Rating: 2.6

Overall: I have to say, tha front and back cover to this CD’s definitely dope!! You got them royal colors of black and gold on; dumb shit!! Gotta look up to ya at all times, ya dig?! Too much grindin’, to where I had a headache and had to nap for a few hours before I got to finish this… But, anyway, I thought you did a nice job wit this! Makes me excited to know that I have even more to peep out from you! Can’t wait ta hear! Keep tha excellent production crew and features comin’!!

Review #1,449: Zoe Realla "Bloody Murda (Promo EP)"

Reviewed on 3.02.2015 (Review #1,449)

Here comes anotha review, which I just found, outta nowhere… Courtesy of Travis James Entertainment & Kreature Lyfe Mentality, here goes my review for my round, Zoe Realla Bloody Murda (Promo EP)! Start Time: 7:36 AM | End Time: 8:02 AM

01. “Bloody Murda”
Decky On Dha Track doin’ tha beat, here, for tha title track; lookin’ forward! >>> Really likin’ tha beat and how it has that C-Murder / dark feel to it! Nice job, Decky! And, tha hook kinda has his feel, too; good shit, Zoe! Here comes tha 1st verse and it’s definitely on that G-shit; all about dat “bloody murda!” Great job with deliverin’ this in a classic, Baton Rouge, LA way! And, tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ nice ta hear, too! My Rating: 4.5

02. “#YOBIGDAWGAHRAT” feat. Kennedy Dha BoogieMan
LOL @ all this on tha ID! For those that can’t read, it spells, “Yo Big Dawg Ah Rat!” Produced by J Man Productions, leggo!! >>> Sounds like a catchy start with tha title part repeatin’! Hearin’ tha 1st verse from you and it’s nice! Diggin’ how you comin’ through wit this street shit, once again! Neva disappointin’ at all times, when it comes ta you, Zoe! Like you previously said, “S-N-II-T-C-H,” I feel like just spellin’, “Z-O-E,” or, “R-E-A-LL-to-tha-A!” You know… Great job wit tha 1st verse and I’ll give you credit fa quotin’ and showin’ luv ta “Nu$$ie.” Though I think people have watered him down over tha years, you don’t sound all dickriding and boring when you show him luv. Keepin’ this goin’ wit this Boogieman on tha 2nd verse, comin’ through with some nice shit fa tha Rouge, here; nice collab! Feelin’ his “Uzis” reference, too… My Rating: 4.4

03. “Wat U Mean” feat. Rambo K Kutta
Keepin’ tha flamez goin’ by havin’ Guss Make My Beats doin’ a track for you, here! >>> Diggin’ tha lil’ bounce sample sound in tha beginning with a gangsta twist! Ooh, once tha hook kicked in, a lil’ bit of a G-Funk effect, too; triple combo, Guss! Good shit! Diggin’ tha hook; anotha nice one, Zoe! And, even comin’ through nicely on tha 1st verse, too; G-shit at its finest! “Stuck a dildo in a socket?” Whoa…! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse from Rambo and this gangsta shit sounds nice ta hear, as always! My Rating: 4.4

½time: Pure quality at its finest, here; good shit! Definitely feelin’ tha production to tha fullest, as well as how you comin’ through wit this G-shit fa tha Rouge, Zoe! Now, at least eight years in this, still goin’ strong! Props ta tha collaborations, too! Keep it goin’, as you currently have a nice 4.4 CD rating!

04. “Wit DHA Shitz” feat. Jiggaman Da Triggaman & KB Da GBG
Mouse On Tha Track doin’ tha beat, here! Tha Jiggaman from Opelousas? I doubt it, but let’s see what this gon offer! >>> Definitely diggin’ this pure-soundin’ beat from Mouse; he got “dha shitz” when it comes ta rapidly & effectively producing tracks!! Good shit from you on tha 1st verse, Zoe; gotta let dat “diarrhea” out, ya feel me?! Nice hook, too; jammin’ shit! And, here’s that Jiggaman dude and no, it’s not tha Opelousas dude; this tha 1st time I’m hearin’ this dude… He sounds catchy and almost a lil’ white on tha voice, but he got some catchy rhymes ta carry over… Carry ‘em ova successfully before hittin’ tha toilet, lol! And, we got dat KB dude on tha 3rd verse, doin’ his thang to tha fullest! “Lemme take a shit! Lemme take a shit;” whoa, gotta luv this! How ‘bout some shittin’ pics, lol? Or, wait, hol’ up… *Pauses track at 7:49 AM to…*

Take a shit fa havin’ “dha shitz!!” *Returns and resumes track at 7:55 AM…* My Rating: 4.6

05. “Paranoid”
Ugh, somewhere along tha line, there had to be a guilty pleasure on this CD! Okay, Q-Red On The Track on tha beat, not exactly “QRed On Dha Track”. >>> Sounds nice witchu on tha hook; feelin’ how comin’ through wit your “rod” and bein’ “paranoid.” Speakin’ of dat, tha weed cookies are in!! You know, I get quietly “noid,” especially if I know people are sleepin’! However, if we in tha car and shit, you prolly gon hear me make a sound effect to every reaction! Oh, gotta luv tha high! Continuin’ on, we got you spittin’ some nice, glock-spittin’ rhymes on tha 1st verse; good shit! And, tha 2nd verse sounds nice ta hear, too! Once again, you holdin’ it down, whether you “noid” or not! My Rating: 4.3

06. “Big Girls Don’t Cry” feat. Kevin Gates
No producer listed; Fergie song from ’07? >>> Actually, I thought it would’ve been ‘cause of no producer listed and you first bein’ heard in ’07… But, I’m feelin’ this production and Gates got it goin’ on wit tha hook! Always luved tha “lingo” shit and how he says it! Got you on tha 1st verse, here, comin’ through wit some good shit… And, you on tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through wit some good shit, again! Thought Gates was gon have a verse, but this iz still nice to hear! My Rating: 4.2

Overall: GR8 lil’ promo disc, here, Zoe!! As always, you come through wit that pure heat! Props fa keepin’ it goin’ and as always, continue ta keep it goin’!! You doin’ ya thang, as far as reputation amongst tha streetz, amongst tha collaborators, and amongst tha producers!

Review #1,440: Cain Muzik Mafia "Promotin' Violence"

Reviewed on 2.14.2015 (Review #1,440)

Frankie here, finna review Cain Muzik Mafia Promotin’ Violence, sponsored by Cain Muzik Group. One thing I’m not too thrilled about wit doin’ this review iz that it’s from two years ago and I wasn’t even sent it. It’s like, not one rapper in tha CMM clique knows about me and can get me tha music? Tha only one I’ve talked to was Mista Cain, but I’m sure Scotty at least knows about me from seeing my reviewz? See, things like that’s where my value’s real low in tha music business, most-likely not feelin’ like I belong in this business, smh… That’s why, I mainly delayed this review and have chose to not review it ‘til now. Not to mention, I need to fill up my music files data DVD up (4.36 GB); been fillin’ it up since May, and I’ve had a lotta changin’ moments since then. I just haven’t had tha time to check a bunch of shit out… With that bein’ said, lemme just get this done. Because of tha lack of importance in tha music business, as well as B-Real blocking me last year, most music that’s released today from Louisiana’s underground’s mainly clutter, goin’ in one ear and out tha other. Aight, lemme just get this over with…! Start Time: 4:34 PM | End Time: 6:13 PM

Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

© 2015 CD Review (Review #1,440) reviewed on 2.14.2015 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. Mista Speaks (Intro) feat. Mista Cain
Of course… Since y’all got err-body featured on every song, I gon put Mista as tha feature on these interludes, skits, etc., here… >>> Still to this day, I dunno how all these Cains appearin’ err-where, recently; it’s honestly really annoying, at times, especially when none of ‘em keep up wit me. Like, why ain’t he get a hold of me from jail, like I’d get a hold of err-body from jail? Boring intro; too much “fuckin’ girls” shit on this… Always remember that I promote and recognize tha ones that don’t get recognized, not tha ones that get dickrided… My Rating: N/A

02. “Promotin’ Violence” feat. Dame Cain
I guess all tha main people’ll be on tha feature, listed as “Cain Muzik Mafia feat. [Whomeva on tha song]?” >>> Wow, this beat’s someone else’s, from Baton Rouge’s! Too bad it’s been so long ago that I don’t exactly remember, but it sounds like “I’m A Grinder,” a lil’ bit… It has a different “bow, bow” than Beezy Bird, from Gardere, who originally went, “Bow, bow,” in “I’m A Grinder”… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it sounds nice ta hear, basically. And, an outro from DJ Ya Boy Earl, here. What’s with shoutin’ out uncomfortable people? I can betcha this CD gon have a bunch of uncomfortable moments on it… Hell, I wouldn’t be surprised if B-Real appeared outta nowhere! Anyway, had to knock down tha rating, since tha beat was too familiar, makin’ it sound like a Baton Rouge vs. Baton Rouge-kinda song… My Rating: 3.6

03. “Flush U Out” feat. Terrence Hines, Scotty Cain, Deezy Cain & Dame Cain
>>> I thought Earl was hostin’ this? Randomly hear T Mck in tha beginning? Guess it’s tha both of ‘em? Anyway, not that it’s a priority of today with me, but tha hook sounds nice and energetic; tha Baton Rouge-kinda shit I dig… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s soundin’ good; nice, ‘90s baby-type G-shit… Tha 2nd verse sounds nice wit this beat, too; definitely likin’ how this sounds… Tha verse split into anotha dude on tha 2nd ½ of tha verse…; also feelin’ this one, too. Hearin’ tha 3rd verse (really, Terrence Hines? Thought he was 1st, since he on tha ID first? I’ll leave him in his spot due to tha hook, I guess?) and it’s soundin’ good, as well… Basically, whether this shit goes in one ear or out tha other, I guess it’s good to just collect, like all tha otha 1,900+ Louisiana CDs I have? My Rating: 4.4

04. “Cain Train” feat. Deezy Cain & Dame Cain
>>> Lil’ Ken on tha beat! Even though this sounds like an obsession wit tha “Cains,” I do think this iz catchy wit tha beat; nice hook… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and who knew? A bunch of dudes together, in a mafia; that’ll neva happen wit me! Seems like I’m solo at all times, since nobody on tha same level as me! Well, at least I got my boy, Frankie, on Long Island! Sounds good, though… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and tha energy continues…; nice. Gotta luv how Ken slams those cymbals! Almost sounds like Beezy Bird wit tha, “Bow, bow,” in tha background of tha beat… My Rating: 4.5 (guilty pleasure)

05. “Mista Speaks (Freestyle)” feat. Mista Cain
Can I throw our phone call on here? >>> Will I ever be featured in a freestyle? Remember tha dayz when Mista’s label would send me music early… Back when him and his producer, Young Hits, would not know what tha name of their own song was! See, that’s tha kinda exclusive shit I like and would go for, not this shit where everything’s on YouTube, DatPiff & LiveMixtapes tha day it comes out and shit, smh! Anyway, freestyle’s aight. My Rating: 3.9

06. “La Familia” feat. Dame Cain, Deezy Cain & Scotty Cain
>>> Beat’s good fa y’all; hook sounds good fa this ‘90s baby-type shit… Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s soundin’ kinda cocky wit tha, “Pull up … wit a new hoe,” shit. Either way, it’s decent wit tha rhymes, so far… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it sounds aight… Hearin’ tha 3rd verse and it’s Mafia-connected, mainly. Really? “Deezy Cain?” God, tha order of err-body on tha ID’s all mixed up; I have no idea of tha voices on all y’all… My Rating: 4.0

07. “Mafia Warning” feat. Dame Cain, Scotty Cain & G-Nate
>>> T Mck on tha beginning… Tha beat sounds much betta, here, wit that G-Funk beamin’-kinda sound in tha background, a lil’ bit… Lots of rappin’ on this 1st verse, here; rhymes, rhymes, rhymes… How many rappers on this? I only hear one, so far… Literally, it almost sounds like err-body’s voices combine… My Rating: 4.3

08. “Wne Way” feat. Deezy Cain & Lit BlueBlack
Really? BluBlack on tha feature? Can’t be; don’t think he fuck wit y’all… Tha BluBlack I’m talkin’ ‘bout iz BluBlack from Gardere, featured on Down Bad’s 2007 single, “Out Da Box,” now with Black Noise Records… I think I know which BluBlack this iz; it prolly “Lit BlueBlack” (gotta ID him like that since tha BluBlack I know came first). >>> I kinda can’t stand tribute songs, but this one sounds real catchy wit tha hook and beat. Oh yeah, that was “Wne”’s name (“Justice”); diggin’ how y’all say, “Wne way, we gon have a Justice day.” Hearin’ tha 1st verse from whomeva that iz (must be tha BlueBlack dude I was talkin’ about, Lit BlueBlack); catchy, surprisingly! Nice collaboration… My Rating: 4.6

09. “Memories” feat. Deezy Cain & Dat Boy A
Keepin’ tha weird vibes comin’… I know Throwback Thursday was two dayz ago and Flashback Friday was yesterday, but A anotha one that was a fad. One year, well, tha only year of 2010, he was active, wrote me and even shouted me out (which, I gon prolly upload tha shout out on YouTube sooner or later); check out this letter:

You don’t even hear from dude anymore, ever! Talk about really bein’ a fad fa 2010 only! Dude told me he 20 shout out clips of me; I only got one… It sux ‘cause as much as I thought I fell off, at least err-body sees things from me, at least once a month (playlists, at least one review & more). >>> Why do “memories” only get publicly exposed with dead or in jail people? There’s constant “memories” I have, no matter if they’re alive or not! Ewe, that voice on tha hook (A) sounds so 2010! Lemme sniff tha oil behind tha back of my ear ta just distract my attention! Real shit! Nice job from Deezy on tha 1st verse, here… Even a 2nd verse fit here, soundin’ good, too… My Rating: 4.4 (guilty pleasure)

½time: Despite this bein’ a guilty pleasure-kinda CD fa me, it’s a good CD, regardless. So far, tha CD rating’s at a 4.2, currently…

10. “Slippin’” feat. Dame Cain, Deezy Cain & Scotty Cain
Dame Cain in tha ID twice, lol? >>> Tha hook’s nice wit this beat… Tha 1st verse sounds like it reminds me too much of Mista, so I might not pay attention to it, too much; it’s aight. Tha 2nd verse sounds nice fa some G-shit… And, whateva’s goin’ on in tha 3rd verse’s okay, as well; lots of ramblin’… My Rating: 4.2

11. “U Know Who I Am Boy” feat. Deezy Cain
>>> Anotha Ken beat; sounds good… More of an “eat dat ham, boy” shit; sounds nuts…! Get it? Does 6” qualify as passing tha test? Anyway, this iz kinda funny and catchy wit tha eatin’-dick content… Random: Earl came back on tha outro? Guess he doin’ random outros and T Mck doin’ some intros? My Rating: 4.4

12. “Twerk” feat. Deezy Cain & Yung Pymp
I don’t think a female song’s up y’all alley fa me… >>> Anotha Ken beat; ready ta twist my anticipation? Well, it sounds good on tha hook and beat but I still don’t think this y’all style… Not everyone needs ta fuck on they CD! Good 1st verse, regardless; keep it goin’… Here comes tha 2nd verse from this Pymp and it’s mainly a social network-kinda “twerk?” It sounds good, despite me not bein’ a big fan of social networks mentioned in songs… My Rating: 3.8

13. “Street Nigga” feat. Dame Cain & Lit BlueBlack
*Automatically stops tha review ‘cause A-1 The SuperGroup “Everywhere We Go” randomly just came on Music Choice Rap…* Goin’ nuts!! LOL, stoppin’ tha review outta nowhere!!
*Resumes tha review after almost 30 minutes, lol!* >>> Why tha beat tag in tha beginning? Couldn’t even tell who it was… Tha beat sounds good, though, wit some nice croakin’ sounds in tha background? Good hook, here… Hearin’ tha 1st verse, here, and it sounds good fa this ‘90s baby G-shit… Tha 2nd verse sounds nice ta hear, too; can’t complain… Tha 3rd verse sounds pretty good, too; nice, consistent joint, surprisingly! My Rating: 4.3

14. “Out Cha Body” feat. Max Minelli, Deezy Cain & Rambo K Kutta
Ain’t this kinda shit past y’all’s generation? This tha shit I grew up to, wit Louisiana music; y’all more on dat ‘90s baby-type G-shit… >>> I’m diggin’ tha intro, as tha beat almost reminds me of “Down For My Ns;” great energy!! Nice job from Max on tha intro and tha hook’s nice! Tha 1st verse sounds great, too; y’all really goin’ off! You can tell this tha #1-soundin’ joint on here, ya dig? Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ nice, here; good shit… Keepin’ it goin’ wit Max on tha 3rd verse; feelin’ how he comin’ through wit his continuous reputation… My Rating: 4.7

15. “Floating” feat. Deezy Cain, Dame Cain & Scotty Cain
>>> Sounds nice wit tha beat and how y’all “floating” on tha hook… Let’s keep this goin’ wit tha 1st verse… It sounds pretty good, between tha G-shit, tha “lean” and all dat! Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ nice ta hear, too; consistent flow wit tha beat… “Piss on ‘em;” tha shit I luv hearin’! It’s all about doin’ whateva’s on yo mind! Hearin’ tha 3rd verse and it almost sounds like Mista, again… I know it’s one of y’all on tha track, but I wonder, are some of y’all related? Good shit, here… My Rating: 4.4

16. “Sipping Lean” feat. Deezy Cain, Dame Cain & Scotty Cain
>>> Nice southern-soundin’ beat, here, as well as tha hook: “I be sipping lean and smoking weed;” gotta dig it! Tha 1st verse sounds pretty good ta hear, here; keep it goin’… Tha 2nd verse sounds nice; can’t wait ‘til I hit anotha blunt! Gon wait anotha week ‘cause I gon spend this whole entire upcoming week catchin’ up on shit I’m behind in… Then, it’s NY, explorin’ & smokin’! Tha 3rd verse’s nice ta hear, too; nice contribution… BTW, why do people “sip” fa othaz? Nice “pass tha fuckin’ weed” conversation at tha end, as well! My Rating: 4.5

17. “Going Ham” feat. T2, HD, Dame Cain, Deezy Cain & Lee Banks
An iffy feature, here; ugh… >>> Not too much a fan of when they throw a sample of tha song in tha beginning and then, tha song starts… Anyway, good-soundin’ beat ta get you pumped up… LOL @ tha hook: “We be goin’ ham and y’all be goin’ turkey;” turkeytacular! Hamtastic! Tha 1st ½ of tha 1st verse has good energy, here… Keepin’ it goin’ wit tha 2nd ½ of tha 1st verse and it’s good… Basically, it’s tha same kinda ‘90s baby G-shit I’ve heard on this whole entire CD… Tha 1st ½ of tha 2nd verse sounds nice with bein’ inside tha bathroom, or whereva they were just at… Tha 2nd ½ of tha 2nd verse’s nice, too. Diggin’ tha breakdown beat, by tha way; not really diggin’ all tha “R.I.P.” & “Free” shout outs, though; gets kinda played out… Final verse from Banks, here, comin’ through wit his aggression and energy, in tha voice; nice! My Rating: 4.6

18. Mista Speaks (Outro) feat. Mista Cain
>>> “Fake A Nigga” vs. “Fuck A Nigga,” huh? Interestin’… All I know iz that they’ll “be real,” 100%, when they can get “B-Real” ta unblock me! But, nice outro… My Rating: N/A

19. “Ambition Of The Mafia” feat. Scotty Cain & Dame Cain
Long way ta end this… >>> And, goin’ wit tha old beat, too, just like tha spin on tha title… Tha 1st verse sounds good, though I’m gettin’ hungrier and hungrier just thinkin’ ‘bout tha length… Lots of rappin’, here…; it gon get to be too long, soon… It’s like, you don’t need this many songs; why not 14 or somethin’? Afta three minutes, a lil’ intermission’s here… Continuing on at 3:25… I mean, why all tha shooting? Nice fa music and sound effects, but if I was ta go ta Louisiana and I’d see a gun, I don’t know how long I’d last, as far as feelin’ comfortable… Like, err-body need ta kinda calm down and just not beef wit anybody. Comin’ through wit tha 2nd verse and anotha thing I disagree wit: “How much fa a verse;” really? Y’all charge? Why no mutual connection? Why’d you wanna have an unknown person on yo shit? No need fa a buzz generator! Lots of rhymes; how much longer? My Rating: 3.5

Overall: Turned out exactly how I thought it would turn out: Nice beats, consistent rhymes, and on dat ‘90s baby G-shit; nice job! Hope y’all make me a priority soon; it’ll really help my Louisiana connection…

Review #1,310: DJ 5150, DJ Hektik, DJ S.R. & DJ Victoriouz "Trap City 17 (Hosted by Kevin Gates)"

Reviewed on 8.29.2013 (Review #1,310)

Continuin’ wit my reviewz, I got DJ 5150, DJ Hektik, DJ S.R. & DJ Victoriouz Trap City 17 (Hosted by Kevin Gates) up next. Lookin’ at some of tha artists on here, I think I wanna throw up, in a mainstream way. I’m not lookin’ forward ta this review, especially since it sold NO COPIES in tha streetz (it bein’ 1:26:55 long)! Why too long?? Start Time: 11:04 AM | End Time: 11:34 AM

After I was robbed by an artist who claimed they “get money,” hearin’ about how much you “got money” and anything “money” really bothers me. If you have not done business wit me before, I won’t tolerate “money” talk in tha music!!

© 2013 CD Review (Review #1,310) reviewed on 8.29.2013 by FrankieThaLuckyDog.

01. Kevin Gates “Intro”
I’m prolly peepin’ this mixtape out only ‘cause Gates’ hostin’ it…, just to catch up on my reviewz. Then again, why must I hear dickrided versions of him anyway? >>> Ding. LOL @ how his “P” in “pussies” popped, lol! My Rating: N/A

02. Kevin Gates Feat. Flow “Retawded 4 Real”
My Current Rating: 3.0

03. DJ Scream Feat. 2 Chainz, Future, Waka Flocka, Yo Gotti & Gucci Mane “Hoodrich Anthem”
Yeah, right! 1.0, I see it!! I remembered when DJ Scream found me, back when I had a website in ’05, mainly ‘cause I was bumpin’ his Only The Crunk Survive Vol. 8 with Trillville on my playlist (back when whole CDs counted on my playlists. Now, it’s individual songs picked by me):
Then again, he could’ve gotten someone like Killa Kyleon on this. Oh, not lookin’ forward… >>> Beat can be good, but no way am I diggin’ this 2 Chainz shit, followed by masturbating-in-a-dude’s-ear-with-how-I-sound Future. So far, hearin’ Waka on tha hook (or 3rd part), it sounds tha best outta tha three. Yo Gotti’s next (what’s with tha weird order? I think I should fix it. Anyway, he ain’t too bad… Gucci’s 5th; nothin’ special. He’s so ’04 fa me. Not as bad as I thought, but still, not my style for my playlist. My Rating: 2.3

04. Mikewillmadeit Feat. T.I., Juicy J & Trae Tha Truth “Fight”
*Yawn* Wouldn’t’ve known who Mike WiLL Made It was, if I reviewed this on time, last year. >>> What’s with tha gay, masturbating-in-a-dude’s-ear dude goin’, “World Premiere,” in tha background? I think I just wanna skip it based off this garbage! No thanks! Skimmin’ through tha song, and it’s still goin’ almost three minutes in! My Rating: 1.0

05. Gunplay Feat. Rick Ross “Real Niggas”
Anything Ricky, I feel like skippin’… But, I’ll review it just to see where it scores in my book. >>> Yea, I can’t tolerate this; this kinda title/topic’s why tha hip-hop game’s so fake and fucked up!! My Rating: 1.0

06. Waka Flocka Feat. Sony “24Hrs”
Him again?? >>> Boring “money” song, again, as well as bein’ in tha studio fa “24 hours,” puttin’ quantity ova quality; next! My Rating: 1.1

07. OJ Da Juiceman Feat. Lil’ Dre “Larry Bird”
Looks catchy, but OJ’s been kinda inactive for a minute… >>> His drug shit’s kinda boring by now; needs a new sound! Anotha new term; very random fa me… But, gotta luv your “wrist,” right? My Rating: 1.8

08. Ray Vicks Feat. Rambo & Squirm Gee “No Tomorrow”
Looks familiar, but let’s just go… >>> Not feelin’ tha typical-soundin’ beat, here. Kinda sounds like tha other ones on here, and this ‘pose ta be a Louisiana artist! Not too much into tha lyrics, either; I seem to like tha voices betta, surprisingly. My Rating: 2.4

09. Eldorado Red Feat. Bambino Gold “A Day In Da Crest”
Finally, layin’ off tha mainstream fucks! >>> Damn, all these songs are startin’ ta sound tha same!! This one’s just better than tha others, though; nice 2nd verse wit dat voice… My Rating: 3.4

10. Bambino Gold Feat. Alley Boy “Graduated”
>>> S-to-tha-A-to-tha-M-to-tha-E; rhymes with L-to-tha-A-to-tha-M-to-tha-E!!! Well, not that lame, but this shit gets boring afta a while… See, like when I was talkin’ about Only The Crunk Survive Vol. 8, at least tha hyped-up vibe had great-soundin’ beats and different voices! My Rating: 3.1

11. Rockie Fresh Feat. Rick Ross “You A Lie”
Nooooooooooooooooo…………………… >>> Tha slow vibe’s okay, but why am I wasting my time with this? Sick of these songs where men are hatin’ otha men; why can’t people be in this together?!? My Rating: 1.3

12. Future Feat. Laudie “Diamonds”
I’m just skippin’ this, right? >>> Yup, after four seconds! My Rating: 1.0

½time: Really bad compilation, so far; almost everything sounds tha same, and tha mainstream shit ruins tha ratings, for me… Currently, 1.9 for tha CD rating.

13. Big Bank Black Feat. Trouble & Alley Boy “Kickin’ N Pimpin’”
Not sure what ta say… >>> Memphis in tha building? Sounds like Yo Gotti, here and there… Nothin’ special, but not tha worst fa me. My Rating: 2.0

14. Kevin Gates “Goin’ Supa”
Don’t think I’ve heard ‘cause of tha DJ B-Real production credits listed. Really? 2012 and tha two of them are pumpin’ somethin’? What’s tha hold-up of them makin’ a whole CD together? Weird world we live in!! >>> “Pick up Lil’ Mista;” damn, obsession outta nowhere? Not sure how you dudes agree with each other when it comes ta things! “Now, it’s 25 fa B-Real ta hit tha track up;” oh, so that line came from this… He said that to me. I luv how he’s obsessed with you, Gates, secretly! Guess I gotta get inta robbin’ people and sellin’ drugs—which’ll neva be me—if I wanna buy a beat from him, smh! As short as this song iz, it sounds good fa what it iz. A lil’ random wit tha content; sounds like Bubba borrowed some of this fa his “Retarded”, wit how he says: “My kick game retarded; my whip game retarded.” Beat sounds good, too; almost sounds like someone fartin’, here and there. My Rating: 4.1

15. Lil’ Reese & Chief Keef “Rap Shit”
Would’ve neva heard Chief Keef if I reviewed this on time, also. Then again, with Young Chop on tha beat, umm… >>> A lil’ boring fa tha start wit tha hook… Yea, boring content; I’m just gonna skip ‘cause 210348713012831203912381203913012309 rappers talk about hatin’ dudes, things bein’ so easy, and all dat boring blah-blah-yada! My Rating: 1.4

16. Sy Ari Da Kid “You’ll Think”
Two apostrophes (or a quote) in tha title? Incorrect! Beat Zombies beat… >>> Different how he sounds on tha mic—wait, here come tha regular vocals at :41… This iz boring, but a lil’ betta than usual. Some consistent punchlines, but I can’t learn about anyone wit these typical, one-dimensional rhymes! My Rating: 1.9

17. Bambino Gold Feat. Lil’ Phat “Rarri”
After-dying music, it looks like, ‘cause it wasn’t in my tribute video… >>> Nothing special fa tha beginning/hook… Still, Lil’ Phat’s voice sounds real weird fa these kinda street tracks… Sounds like it’s meant ta be funny than serious… Hearin’ Bambino on tha 2nd verse… Okay, a lil’ catchy wit how he delivers tha rhymes. Still, WTF wit tha “money” obsessions? Why does every fuckin’ song have ta have “money” in it? “Money [iz] shit” fa everyone!!! My Rating: 2.5

18. Master P Feat. T.E.C. “Duffle Bag”
Not lookin’ forward to tha feature/title… >>> Ehh, beats are okay, but Master P, you’re in your mid-40s, and this what you rappin’ ‘bout? Guess tha hood’s tha same, no matter where you go, or what you “got!” Boring topic and gay, repetitive hook about “money!!!” Damn @ T.E.C. on tha 2nd verse; can’t listen ta these “stacks!!!” My Rating: 1.0

19. Big Jay Pyrex Feat. Shell (Young Thugga) & Savage “Solo”
Good find; would’ve been an exclusive if I would’ve heard this CD first! Did a live review for Lil’ Trill & Shell; real glad I did it! Was so far, DJ B-Real’s last time at showin’ my videoz with him in it luv! But really, B-Real, tha live review was almost 100 minutes long! How you get all dat time ta watch it in 2012? Oh, tha 2012 dayz!! No wonder why this year sucks!! I describe this year as I’ve eaten someone’s diarrhea & was forced ta enjoy it!! #changegoncome My Current Rating: 4.5

20. Calliope Var Feat. Young Roddy “Redemption”
I’ll just consider most of these jointz songs I’ve neva heard before… >>> Intro sounds more like what Master P should’ve been on, here. Guess he gotta take notes from Calliope Var fa tha 2012 & beyond? Rhymes are good from Calliope, here, on tha 1st verse! Feelin’ how he comin’ through wit it… Got Young Roddy on tha 2nd verse… A lil’ boring wit tha content and delivery; nothin’ horrible, though, except tha “money” obsessions. Keepin’ this goin’ wit tha 3rd verse from Calliope, here, and it sounds good, just like tha 1st verse. My Rating: 3.8

21. Kevin Gates “Satellite”
It was dry when I first heard it, but because it made MTV Jams for one day, and Music Choice: Hip-Hop And R&B twice, I liked it a lil’ more, and it even made it to my playlist. I think tha 2013-released version sounded better, though they nearly sound tha same? I know this 2012 right here… My Current Rating: 3.6

22. Fat Trel “Where We Go”
>>> Already off to a gay start wit, “I got my money,” ta start tha song off… Hook sounds catchy wit how it’s delivered, but since it’s money-related, I’ll just end my review fa this song here. My Rating: 1.5

23. Trouble “Molly World”
Now, I know who this iz. Also, wouldn’t’ve known what them mollies were, at this time. Only knew Cedric Gervais and his “Molly”, or Sheen~Marie and her “On Molly” (I think Sheen debuted it for me?). >>> Yeah, Cedric Gervais “Molly” just came on Music Choice: Dance, ironically!! Magic!! Then again, wit this song, complete trash!! Sounds like he poppin’ masturbatin’-in-anotha-dude’s-ear pillz wit this gay voice!! You sure those aren’t gummy bear vitamins? My Rating: 1.0

24. Kevin Gates “BBO”
My Current Rating: 3.7

25. P Money Bags “Go Off”
Polo Fresh beat ta end this… >>> Not too bad ta end this garbage CD off… This sounds like it’s in tha middle of all my combined ratings. My Rating: 2.2

Overall: Total garbage; waste of 30 minutes!!
