Although I’m not in tha mood, I gotta get this and tha next review done! Here goes my review for Cartune Netwerk & DJ 5150 “The Boot”. Start Time: 8:40 PM | End Time: 9:55 PM

Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. Webbie Feat. Lil’ Phat & Foxx “Cuttin’ Up”

LOL, even tha Supa Unit tag included on this mixtape? Tha beginning’s fulla “I-I-I-I”’s, lol!! Tha song iz okay fa what it iz… Sounds like Foxx made an appearance on tha 2^nd verse, lol. He came through strong wit his tight rhymes and flow! Bringin’ back Webbie for tha 3^rd verse here; interestin’ flow on this one. GR8 job, Webbie, ESPECIALLY tha attitude towards tha end of tha verse!! Feelin’ Phat wit his “you got me fucked up (fucked up)” shit in tha hook! My Current Rating: 4.3

02. Young Sleep Feat. Lil’ Boosie “Antidote (Remix)”

WTF? Why iz it listed as Lil’ Boosie featuring Young Sleep? What a horrible error! :td I won’t even leave feedback, especially since I know this song already. GR8 song… My Current Rating: 4.8

03. Mouse Feat. Dorrough & Foxx “Go For What You Know”

Tha intro sounds DEFINITELY catchy wit tha beat and err-thang! LOL, tha hook sounds cool fa a repetitive hook; lol @ it. Tha 1^st verse from Mouse was good fa what it was. I don’t have much ta say about it though… We got tha 2^nd verse here from Dorrough… It was pretty good in tha 1^st ½ of it but tha 2^nd ½ of it sounded repetitive like tha hook… Tha 3^rd verse from Foxx sounds more catchy fa tha song here and tha mix of tha lyrics sound good too! My Current Rating: 4.4

04. Juvenile “Top Of The Line”

Excluded in tha folder ‘cause it’s a mainstream song… This was what happened when I reviewed it: Ooh, a Mouse beat, lol!! Who would’ve guessed? This should DEFINITELY be some tight-ass shit!! Gotta luv how his beats sound!! This one sounds like a fart in tha beginning, lol! Tha hook iz cool; this iz DEFINITELY a plus—automatically—‘cause of Mouse!! You sound pretty cool and ready fa tha 1^st verse, Juvie. Matchin’ a catchy flow wit this catchy Mouse beat right here! Tha 2^nd verse iz pretty good too, reppin’ for tha hood and tha females all around! There’s even a 3^rd verse here and he’s soundin’ pretty good on it. He’s keepin’ tha catchy flow in play and doin’ his thang, still! Gotta luv Mouse’s lil’ chants throughout tha beginning and ending!! My Current Rating: 4.3

05. Kevin Gates Feat. Mouse & Novakane “Nasty”

Missing Mouse and Novakane on tha features; why? Tha beat sound effect in tha beginning reminded me of like a certain Trip-Hop sound effect but it sounds GR8 now dat I hear it now! Cool hook and I’m glad Mouse added tha “I Got Wings” hook in it too! Tha 1^st verse starts off wit Gates and he sounds pretty good, I guess… He always comes through catchy, though. :tu I thought Lil’ Phat randomly appeared on tha 2^nd verse but it’s Mouse. He sounds good here wit his catchy-ass flow and good rhymes ta go wit this kinda song. LMAO @ “real nasty like dirty-ass socks;” where he get his rhymes from?!? :rofl Tha Novakane dude iz on tha 3^rd verse (iz he tha producer?)… Pretty cool verse here as he doin’ tha damn thang. My Current Rating: 4.5

06. Louisiana Ca$h Feat. Mouse “My Bounce”

This iz a mixtape fulla Mouse songs but no sources of him? Why, again? This still sounds good too. I guess this mixtape was from real early in tha year ‘cause most of these songs are Late 2009/Early 2010. LOL, this iz like tha only song wit mixin’ so far? My Current Rating: 4.1

07. Mouse Feat. Lil’ Trill “I Got Wings”

Iz it really Trill featuring Mouse ‘cause I aired it tha other way (‘cause of it bein’ featured on tha bootleg “Swagga Fresh Freddy”)? I’m keepin’ it as Mouse featuring Lil’ Trill ‘cause Mouse has two verses, which means, anotha error for you! A DEFINITE TIGHT beat start here!!! I luv how it sounds a lil’ on tha slower tempo side! Tha 1^st verse DEFINITELY soundin’ good wit tha flow and err-thang!! I like how Mouse’s “hangin’ wit his dawgz;” I hope that happens ta me soon. I can’t even rememba tha last time it had happened; prolly sometime early in 2008. Once again, DEFINITE plus ta Mouse’s flow and how he delivered tha rhymes in tha 1^st verse!! Tha hook iz SO FUCKIN’ TIGHT!!! Ain’t it SOOOO GR8 ta have “wings,” lol?!? :tu This time, Lil’ Trill sounds like a gurl here on tha 2^nd verse… Someone else could’ve had this verse… At least Mouse’s on tha 3^rd verse! LOL @ tha “chicken” part in tha beginning of tha verse; his voice iz UNBELIEVABLE when it comes ta catchin’ MEGA attention!! Nice job wit tha 3^rd verse here and cool cold endin’ ta tha beat too! LOL, Lil’ Trill on tha 2^nd ½? My Current Rating: 4.8

08. B.G. “Chopper City Is An Army”

It’s “an”, not “the”, smh (same wit “Chopper” instead of “Choppa”). Why tha “produced by Mannie Fresh” source? A bunch-more of these songs could’ve had “produced by” in its ID? Sounds like a new version of tha older song he had about “Chopper City” bein’ “an army”… Might’ve liked tha 1^st version betta but this iz pretty catchy still. Nice job from Mannie Fresh again on tha beat. Sounds like Gizzle luvs what he does on an everyday basis in tha 1^st verse; good shit. He still keepin’ it in a good style of his in tha 2^nd verse here too! Pretty good soundin’ too throughout tha 3^rd verse too… My Current Rating: 4.0

09. Lil’ Boosie Feat. Leechie “Primetime”

Neva heard dis… Hope it’s correctly ID’d! >>> ROFL @ tha Big Wayne tag! Tha 1^st time I heard this tag was when he actually made me a drop for my radio show, lol! I’m real sick of writin’ “Boosie, this; Boosie, dat” in my reviewz… So, I’ll try to limit what I say. First off, good “huh, bruh” in tha hook and tha hook sounds good! Good 1^st verse… Good 2^nd verse too… I’m feelin’ Leechie on tha 3^rd verse; I seem more anticipated! Although I’m really not into sports at all (and hate that it put me in a lack-of-social-state), this iz a real hot song for me! My Rating: 4.5

10. Lil’ Wayne “Blood Niggaz”

Why this? :confused Iz this like a Pop CD instead? There’s barely a diversity of artists! >>> Even mixin’ ta specialize it or somethin’? Gay… Why we gotta hear fake shit in this mixtape? It was good tha way it was! My Rating: 2.3

11. LD Herb (of Magnolia Boyz) Feat. T.K. “We Go Hard”

This looks anticipatin’ (wit Mook Da Great on tha beat)! I wanna hear what we got here! >>> Okay, tha beat has an anticipatin’ start and it progresses throughout tha hook! :tu Tha 1^st verse sounds like if I was listenin’ to a mainstream song or somethin’… Tha 2^nd verse iz listenable… Tha 3^rd verse iz pretty good too; nice lil’ street-type song here! My Rating: 4.3

½time: I knew most of tha songs but so far, 4.2 iz tha average CD rating!

12. Lil’ Boosie Feat. Mr. Casanova “On My Shit”

Not again… >>> GR8 hook from Mr. Casanova! Nice rhymes from Boosie on tha verse! Damn, thought it would end fast but Mr. Casanova doin’ his thang on tha 2^nd verse! My Rating: 4.2

13. Phunk Dawg Feat. Big Poppa “Turn Me Up A Lil’”

Izn’t tha ID reversed? Neva mind, it’s not. I would’ve heard it here first if I knew about it. Makes me feel like it’s “Hand Clap” again wit tha beginning. Sounds good but not much ta say about it; I guess jammin’ without any feedback. Good contributin’, Big Poppa, on tha 1^st verse. Tha rest was just cut… My Current Rating: 4.1 (decrease of rating due to not tha full version)

14. Big Poppa Feat. Lil’ Phat & Webbie “Pillman (Remix)”

Tha hook’s nice here; sounds a lil’ updated on tha vocals from tha original. Tha 1^st verse iz nice from Big Poppa, doin’ his thang! Sounds like Phat iz off to a REAL good start in tha 1^st verse wit his “pills” and “ZzzZZzzzzZZZz’s!” :tu I really like his, “I’m, I’m, I’m, I’m…” part too! :tu Webbie’s on tha 3^rd verse and he sounds a lil’ different wit his voice. Still, he’s got his flow and it good on this shit. Glad that original Big Poppa 3^rd verse was kept here (as it’s now tha 4^th verse)! You KNOW I luv it, especially his “piiiiiil------illllLLLLLzZZZ” part; great remix (of course)! :tu My Current Rating: 4.4

15. Lil’ Phat Feat. Webbie & Birdman “Do It Bigger (Remix)”

Neva knew it was a remix at first. Still sounds real good wit dat catchy-ass hook and verses!! My Current Rating: 4.5

16. Webbie Feat. Supa Unit “Right Now”

Prolly heard it already. There was no tracklisting when I did review it so I might not know what I rated it… It’s a cool lil’ song; Webbie did a nice job on tha 1^st verse. Phat’s on tha 2^nd verse; ROFL @ tha “what drugs you on” shit! :rofl Good verse… My Current Rating: 3.8

17. Mouse Feat. Shell, Lil’ Boosie & DJ B-Real “Cartoon”

This I neva heard… >>> Sounds anticipatin’ wit Shell in tha beginning; don’t know why Boosie’s ahead of him in tha ID; maybe ‘cause Shell’s just on tha hook? Catchy-ass song wit this title too!! Well, he’s on tha 1^st verse, so Boosie gon have ta move over; error for you! ROFL @ all these “cartoons”! :rofl Mouse’s on tha 2^nd verse here, ROFL! Good shit here! Time fa Boosie on tha 3^rd verse… Mo good shit that’s followin’ tha content and tha title’s topic! Did I miss DJ B-Real? He must be randomly in here somewhere… Best new song so far on this mixtape! My Rating: 4.7

18. Mouse Feat. Lil’ Trill & Lil’ Boosie “Rubbin’ On My Head (Remix)”

You forgot tha “e” in Mouse’s name and WTH @ dickridin’ Boosie again in tha ID, as he’s ahead of Trill? Heard many times… My Current Rating: 4.8

19. Hurricane Chris “I’m Back”

Not included ‘cause of it bein’ a mainstream single… Shawty Redd on tha beat and it’s cool here! He sounds like he’s “back” ta kick ass here! Gotta luv when he raps fast!! Cool 1^st verse and I like how he says in tha hook, “I finna be a pain in tha ass!!” :tu I like how every 1^st, 5^th, 9^th and 13^th line, it sounds like a movie intro wit tha beat! Kickin’ more ass on tha 2^nd verse here; good shit to tha fullest!! My Current Rating: 4.3

20. Double Trouble Feat. Lil’ Boosie “Thugged Out”

Have reviewed this a few times too; too much Boosie-dickridin’? Give someone else a chance!! My Current Rating: 4.6

Likin’ tha title here… Big Ro’s on tha beat so I know dis gon be a GR8 start ta this CD!! >>> Sounds good fa tha beat here; feelin’ tha start wit you talkin’ ‘bout tha title of this CD, “MoneySide/MurdaSide”. I’m DEFINITELY feelin’ how you bringin’ tha 1st verse to tha plate here!! I like how you rap it and tha GR8 content too for tha streetz!! Sounds like just a freestyle based off it bein’ a consistent verse? Hot-ass shit here; “goin’ hard!!” My Rating: 4.3

Let’s see what dis gon bring… >>> Okay start but it sounds like it might be pretty good… Sounds like a Drake song or somethin’…; it iz on tha beat but Gar sounds hypnotized by him on tha hook… You’re on tha 1st verse and it’s pretty good… Good rhymes but an aight flow… Tha 2nd verse ain’t dat bad here; stayin’ consistent, ya dig… I really like you at tha end where there’s no beat and tha “free my nigga ___.” My Rating: 4.1

Ooh, a collab here wit A.D. Watts on tha beat! Let’s see how this’ll turn out! >>> Tha beat’s DEFINITELY hot here and tha hook’s REAL catchy!! Feelin’ tha title repeatin’!! Tha beat sounds like it just rings and rings, lol; definitely a catchy tune!! You’re on tha 1st verse, Gizzle, and it sounds pretty good… I’m feelin’ tha N.O. perspective in tha 2nd verse here, keepin’ it “gangsta” to tha fullest!! Nice job on tha 2nd verse, B.G.!! I thought there would be a 3rd verse but it’s dat hot hook repeatin’!! My Rating: 4.5

LOL, mo “gansta” shit here, ya dig? Keep it goin’!! >>> Tha beginning sounded like Nas & his father Olu Dara wit “Bridging The Gap”, lol. This sounds pretty tight wit Maino on tha hook; good shit here for tha Gs!! Maino’s even on tha 1st verse and he’s bringin’ dat good East Coast shit to tha South here! You’re on tha 2nd verse and you’re makin’ this sound like a good collaboration; nice job, Gizzle! LOL, Maino’s on tha 3rd verse here, doin’ some mixtape-type shit for you, Gizzle; good shit! My Rating: 4.3

Was this from tha collaboration CD, “225/504”? No, it’s not? >>> Oh wait, this iz “Louisiana Finest” on tha collaboration CD, lol. Sounds like an anthem wit tha beat start! You’re on tha 1st verse and you sound pretty good on this beat; your flow’s always laidback and iz a lil’ weird on an anthematic beat though… Boosie hopped onto tha 2nd part here and he has some good shit ta say; good job! You’re on tha 3rd part and I’m likin’ this part a lil’ more than tha 1st part; keepin’ it gangsta! Tha 4th part iz Boosie and tha rhymes are faster than yours here; good shit, Boosie! DEFINITELY feelin’ tha consistentness!! Tha 5th part from you sounds like T.I. now on tha flow and some of tha lyrics, lol… Boosie sounds pretty strong wit tha content on tha 6th part; gutta shit!! My Current Rating: 4.5

Oddz N Ends on tha beat here and although it looks a lil’ familiar, I don’t think I heard this… >>> Pretty good start and Birdman’s on tha 1st verse, doin’ an aight job… Good hook from Magnolia Chop, lol. Could’ve sworn I heard this not too long ago (even though it’s a “remix”) but I guess I’m reviewin’ it again or somethin’… You’re on tha 2nd verse and it sounds straight… Wayne’s on tha 3rd verse and lol, it’s short; just okay fa what it iz but iz good fa this song. My Rating: 4.2

Let’s see dis collab… >>> Sounds like a gutta beat here! Tha hook sounds a lil’ cocky here but it’s pretty good; catchiness wit tha alternations between tha ½ lines!! You’re doin’ a nice job here on tha 1st verse; good shit fa your hood, ya dig! LOL, Gar’s on tha 2nd verse? Finally, I can detect him easily! Nice job wit his contributions for tha track; y’all a team here! You’re on tha 3rd verse and lol @ your family “hatin’ your boyz.” You keep it gutta at all times so dat’s where tha results come from! My Rating: 4.2

What a lineup here!! A.D. Watts on tha beat so that seems anticipatin’!! A bunch of tha names look like other dudes (e.g., Birdman or VL Mike). >>> Catchy-ass beat here and tha 1st verse’s soundin’ pretty good fa tha 504, ya dig? You’re on tha hook and I’m likin’ dis title; interestin’ shit here, Gizzle! You REALLY holdin’ it down fa tha streetz and I’m GLAD you have a team wit cha here!! Here’s tha 2nd verse and it’s soundin’ good for tha streetz once again wit tha content!! “Free my nigga Hot Beezo;” he’s in jail? Shit, no… Here’s tha 3rd verse and it’s more on tha motivated tip! Good job once again, ya dig? You’re on tha 4th verse and you’re showin’ luv ta err-body on this track; it’s all hood luv, ya heard me? My Rating: 4.4


½time: VERY consistent here, Gizzle!! Nice job wit a 4.3 average CD rating so far; keep this HOT street shit comin’ along!!

Streetkings on tha beat and good lineup here! I like tha title so I KNOW we gon keep thangz movin’!! >>> Interestin’ hook here wit how it sounds; sounds like a sample? Good shit wit a nice beat too! You’re on tha 1st verse and you’re really reppin’ for tha streetz once again wit your greatness!! Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’ pretty good wit tha content and keepin’ it on tha “Money & Murder side” like this mixtape’s title! Catchy shit comin’ outta tha 3rd verse here; feelin’ how your boyz come wit it, Gizzle! My Rating: 4.3

I think it’s “Que” on tha feature also (somewhat hard ta see) and Seighty iz tha beat. Are we gonna slow thangz down? >>> Yea, sounds kinda R&Bish in tha beginning here… Sounds like you’re deliverin’ dat seductive-type shit on tha 1st verse for tha ladies here, lol. Tha hook sounds Pop for me; not too crazy about it… LOL, here comes Juvie on tha 2nd verse, emergin’ from tha “smelly Kindergarten” or whateva dat was on “Gotta Get It”, ROFL! I like what he spittin’; nice catchiness of how he delivered “you need pro-tect-ion!” Nice job on tha 2nd verse, Juvie! Sounds like tha Que dude’s singin’ on tha ending… My Rating: 3.6

Just you this time; been a while, huh, lol? You should do a pretty good job on dis… >>> Sounds like a trap-type beat start here, which can be pretty good… LOL, almost sounds like Magnolia Chop on tha hook but it’s someone else… Tha 1st verse from you’s not bad here; you got dat guttaness ta make tha track sound good. Tha 2nd verse iz straight too; good content from you when it comes ta dat street shit. There’s room fa a 3rd verse here and you’re keepin’ it goin’… My Rating: 4.0


14. “’Bout Dat” Feat. Gar
Ooh, anotha A.D. Watts beat so you KNOW this’ll be anticipatin’!! >>> Sounds good on tha beat and nice lil’ hook from Gar here! Wow, Gar’s on tha 1st verse here and it’s real catchy on this beat!! He knows what ta do, unexpectedly, when it comes ta supplyin’ tha tracks!! You’re on tha 2nd verse here, Gizzle, and you’re keepin’ it goin’ for tha streetz; glad you just LUV tha streetz and know what you rappin’ ‘bout!! Yea, Gar’s on tha 3rd verse too!! Catchy rhymin’ here although I liked tha content in tha 1st verse a lil’ betta… My Rating: 4.4
