Review #1,997: DJ Tremon "Trippy Tuesday 2"

Reviewed on 6.09.2021 (Review #1,997)

Keepin’ my reviewz goin’, as I’m almost to my 2,000th review! This next one iz my 1,997th review: DJ Tremon Trippy Tuesday 2, six years after 2015’s 1st Trippy Tuesday, courtesy of M.O.B. Entertainment! I’m honored ta review this one ‘cause, instead of just havin’ a drop on certain peoples’ releases, this tha 1st tyme I’m actually featured with a track on a compilation! Gotta luv tha honor! Start Tyme: 9:03 AM | End Tyme: 10:05 AM

Disclaimer:
I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. UGK “Swishas & Dosha”
>>> You may say, “Seven years later,” but my brother been gone six/same with tha 1st Trippy Tuesday? Or, did you release it secretly in 2014? Anyway, good lil’ intro from you & I can’t wait till I appear on here! With that bein’ said, hearin’ Pimp on tha 1st verse & he str8; mighta been betta if he spit more shit about bein’ loaded. Anyway, good lil’ country-rap sound on tha hook from him, here, with tha singin’ & luv for tha highs! Also, Bun B sounds good with his consistent, regular-rapped flow on tha 2nd verse; good shit… My Rating: 3.7

02. Juicy J feat. Pimp C “Smokin’, Rollin’”
>>> Lol, just a quick check-in from Bald-Head B—oh wait, after a few seconds, it wasn’t just a “waddup,” here. Good lil’ intro & sounds good with tha hook, here; all about tha “smokin’” & “rollin’”! Hearin’ tha 1st verse from Juicy & it sounds a lot more like his 1st self with his organic flow; glad he don’t sound like tha mainstream Juicy, here. With that bein’ said, keep “smokin’”; keep “rollin’”! Keepin’ it goin’ wit Pimp on tha 2nd verse & I’m glad he has his organic flow on tha rappin’, too; gotta stay original! So glad he was for tha undaground & undadogz, just like myself…! My Rating: 4.3

03. Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa “Talent Show”
>>> Nice intro from you, courtesy of tha “Florida Blvd.” destination… Compared to tha previous two tracks on here, I’m not really tha craziest about Mr. Khalifa, when it comes to a southern/Louisiana compilation. Tha hook like a cheesy pop-rap vibe, here; even tha title doesn’t have a smoke reference in tha title…! Continuin’ on, Wiz iz on tha 1st verse & it’s str8; just sounds like he wants to rap with a boring flow, here. My Rating: 3.0

04. Lil’ Boosie feat. Pimp C “I Smoke Blunts”
>>> Gotta luv tha throwback Boosie, here; true Louisianimal to tha fullest! Great job with tha 1st verse ova this beat, Boosie; all about bein’ true to da streetz! Also, a nice lil’ hook from Pimp with tha “blunts,” here; gotta dig it! Mo Boosie on tha 2nd verse, here, comin’ through wit a shmoker’s “warrant” nightmare; deep but great ta hear, here… My Rating: 4.3

05. Mystikal “Still Smokin’”
>>> Luv his energy & aggression to where he only needs 81 seconds of Tremon’s tyme to set tha score high! I feel like I’ve felt him more on tha mic, as far as his aggression & delivery; this just seems like it’s okay/str8. I’ll still rate it as if I “love it,” tho, due to it bein’ Mystikal. My Rating: 4.0

06. Big Bandit “Henny Straight”
Producer: Playa Pizzle
Originally known tha “Straight” as “Str8” but this cool, still… Anyway, gotta luv Big Bandit choosin’ this Lil’ Cali sample fa tha hook—I should say, Playa Pizzle, since he produced it. Tha hook pretty dope & I’m glad Tremon supports tha drinkin’ of “Henny Straight”, straight from tha bottle! With that bein’ said, Big Bandit holds this shit down fa us ‘80s babies on tha 1st verse, comin’ through, “jiggin’ in this thang” & shit; nice & unstoppable! Also, tha 2nd verse cool, too; all tha DJs he shouts out, too, iz what’s up…! “Tremon”; he knows! My Current Rating: 4.6

07. Playboy XO feat. OBN Jay “To The Roof”
>>> Anotha hit-soundin’ track fa tha streetz & clubz of B.R., here; gotta appreciate Playboy! Props fa him comin’ through wit tha “To The Roof” action on tha hook, here; energy fa dayz!! Even on tha 1st verse, Playboy got this shit on lock; just luv how he comes through wit it! He may have a similar sound from his “Booted Up” shit but with this formula, he can keep consistently stackin’! Keep “jiggin’ out [yo] draws” & bein’ “To The Roof”! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & OBN Jay comin’ through with a nice contribution fa this, too; glad Playboy gettin’ his shine on! My Rating: 4.8

08. Fabo feat. Jeezy “Geeked Up (Remix)”
>>> Sounds okay/good fa a non-Louisiana track; Jeezy’s soundin’ good with his flow on tha 1st verse. I literally feel like I’m in tha 2000’s with Jeezy, again; great job… Hearin’ tha hook & it literally sounds like an asthma attack? Cheesy; like, coughin’ coulda helped, lol? Fabo on tha 2nd verse & he sounds like he was from so long ago. Like, his solo shit started 14 years ago, with that “Tattoo” shit? Crazy; I still feel like I’m 18/19, tho, only with evolved wayz. Seems like it’s an okay verse from him but it seems like it’s from so long ago or somethin’, compared to these current tymes… My Rating: 3.6

09. Lil’ Boosie feat. Webbie “Smokin’ On Purple”
>>> Sounds like a good lil’ young Boosie, here; nice beat & how energized he iz fa tha 1st verse! Go, Boosie! Gotta luv how Boosie comin’ through on tha hook; all about tha “ease” of tha “mind”! No room fa Webbie? My Rating: 4.2

10. Three 6 Mafia “Where’s Da Bud”
>>> Doesn’t sound like Three 6, here; sounds like their production, tho. Tha hook sounds like it’s from tha ‘90s & tha verse that’s here sounds like some random rapper. My Rating: 3.1

11. Webbie feat. Lil’ Phat “Doe Doe”
I reviewed this one all tha way back on February 26, 2008, 1,930 reviewz ago (Webbie’s Savage Life 2 was my 67th review). Glad to see that I gave it a 4.1, durin’ those younger tymes; I wanna see if I’m still feelin’ tha same with my rating… *Re-Hears…* It sounds betta, especially hearin’ how much betta ’08 was fa me, now! I’ll raise my original rating to a higher one… My Current Rating: 4.4

12. Frank Calhoune feat. Level “I’m Edibled Up”
Producer: DJ B Real
Lol, gotta luv it, especially when it follows a title that’s one of my favorite people in BR (“Doe Doe”; only difference iz my patna, Boosie’s cousin, iz with a dash: Doe-Doe)! Anything anybody need ta know about my lyrics & how I come up with what I come up with, here’s tha link of how I break ‘em down: https://frankiethaluckydog.blogspot.com/2021/04/album-03-frank-calhoune-autistic-stoner.html

As far as tha track, itself, ironically, I wanted to start with “feat.” as tha ID but I tried “x” to represent tha strength of tha collab. However, I can’t figure out how all tha dance/EDM artists have “x” in their IDs. Anyway, I kept “feat.” & you were tha 1st one to have “feat.” in tha ID, which I later considered. With that bein’ said, I luv how I had all energy applied to this collab. Tha way that I visioned it & everythang, I just wanted tha edibles to speak! Luved that I was on 30 mg of edibles on this recording, just lettin’ it be known on tha hook! It’s all about tha effects of tha edible! With me on tha 1st verse, I just luv how I add tha “chiggy-chiggy” to “chocolate,” just bein’ a human DJ, with my voice/flow! Also, havin’ tha “I’m edibled up” part from tha hook to repeat 4x on my verse? That’s to consistently pump tha energy into people! Also, Level sounds dope with his collab, of course; luv tha energy he brought to tha table, of course! Only thang iz he was afraid of tha edible I went to give him, durin’ tha videoshoot. It wasn’t even potent but he acted like it was gon make him crazy, smh. Either way, definitely a highlight in my career & I will continue to bring it! My Current Rating: 5.0

13. Playboi Peezo “Incoherent Thoughts”
>>> Beat ain’t too bad, here; sounds like tha regular shit from tha trap-rap shit that’s out, these dayz. Hearin’ tha 1st verse & I ain’t feel it too much with tha “money” shit, at first. However, as tha verse continues, dude gets more consistent with tha rhymes & doesn’t stop; hope tha catchiness can remain till 2:33! Hearin’ tha hook & I’m real glad he split tha verses up with a hook; I almost was afraid it was gon be just one verse! Tha hook dope, as he a lil’ distorted in tha background with tha pill feelin’ & shit; gotta let it be known! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it he pretty motivated/focused, still; gotta luv what he bringin’! My Rating: 4.5

14. Famous “This Blunt”
Lol, I thought this looked familiar, just like tha last Trippy Tuesday; welcome home, accordin’ to you, Tremon! My Current Rating: 4.5

½tyme: Definitely sounds betta than tha 1st Trippy Tuesday, so far; really feelin’ tha consistency with most of tha tracks! So glad my energy & contribution iz a part of this mixtape compilation; definitely goes well with err-body, here! Currently, for this release, it’s a 4.1-rated compilation, so far; keep goin’, Tremon! Tha Trippy Tuesdays & that truck of yours!

15. Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa “Put It In A Zag”
>>> Sounds like an okay beat & contribution, once again; at least there’s more Snoop… Hearin’ Wiz on tha verse & he sounds okay, switchin’ with Snoop with tha rhymes; not bad, even tho more pop-rappy, once again… My Rating: 2.9

16. Nas “Smokin’”
>>> He’s a lil’ too NY fa this mixtape compilation; more on tha rappin’ side than tha laidback, “Smokin’” side… With that bein’ said, I don’t really have much feedback fa dis; hook cool but if I was listenin’ in ’02 or somethin’… My Rating: 2.1

17. Jay-Z “Feelin’ It”
I usually despise Jigga & have known this one since my younger dayz, too. Anyway, should just despise this fa appearin’ but if this was your truck playin’ this, it would be a nice blend. Remember that this review iz a review perspective vs. tha truck (future/current) perspective. With that bein’ said, Jigga prolly coulda been left out. Also, how iz he even on your Bandcamp upload, as well as tha other mainstream ones? Ain’t that DatPiff-like, not to sell? But yeah, I have to admit, I do feel his energy fa this mixtape & tha fact that he “Feelin’ It”; I won’t be too harsh… My Current Rating: 3.5

18. Lil’ Wayne “La La La”
>>> These younger Wayne dayz…; I don’t recognize this one, exactly, but this was when his rhymes were consistent, bar for bar…! Tha beat ain’t too bad but more on tha Jigga/Nas tip, as far as tha production goes. Tha hook kinda cheesy with these kids singin’; doesn’t seem so shmoky fa me… Tha 2nd verse from him sounds good with tha consistent rhymes; I’ll give him his props… My Rating: 4.2

19. Lil’ Wayne “Kush”
Also reviewed on February 27, 2008, but 1,928 reviewz ago, lol… Lil’ Wayne’s In The Carter Chronicles…! My Current Rating: 4.7

20. Master P “Smokin’ Weed In My Cadillac”
>>> Long with tha 54-second intro, here, especially fa this mixtape that has tracks only seconds longer, overall… Anyway, after tha long intro of tha ‘90s, tha hook’s dope from P, here. I don’t remember if I reviewed this somewhere along tha line, since I got through almost all tha ‘90s releases in my Louisiana Reviewz Marathon. However, P sounds good with tha verse, here; glad he holdin’ it down like a leader & comin’ through fa tha “weed in” a “Cadillac,” here! My Rating: 4.4

21. Mofo “Rain Man”
My Current Rating: 3.2

22. Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa “It Could Be Easy”
>>> Sounds like it’s followin’ a slower, boring flow, here; I feel like I can’t anticipate tha titles when they don’t have a shmoke/high reference in ‘em… Hearin’ tha hook & it’s ehh; it doesn’t need feedback. Hearin’ tha 1st verse from Wiz & it’s str8; not bad but why this gets 3:55 on tha length? Seems too boring fa that length on this mixtape… Wiz made me feel like I was real young when he said that he was a “Game Genie”; interestin’… Hearin’ Snoop on tha 2nd verse & it’s aight; again, there coulda been somethin’ else (e.g., Louisiana) in its spot, here… My Rating: 2.4

23. OutKast “Crumblin’ Herb”
>>> It feels weird ta be reviewin’ OutKast… I would think with how much they sold out in 2003/2004 that they would be far past tha “herb,” these dayz. However, this b4 tha sellout tymes & it’s soundin’ good with 3K on tha 1st verse. Hearin’ tha hook & it cool with tha ‘90s vibe, but through Atlanta; still good, tho. Hearin’ a young-ass Big Boi on tha 2nd verse & he sounds consistent/good with his old-school flow/rhymes; that “’94 Lexus,” huh, Big Boi? All about tha ‘9-4! Overall, again, this cool but I woulda felt more appreciated if it was a Louisiana artist rather than them. My Rating: 3.9

24. Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa “That Good”
>>> Glad these two are puttin’ a shmoke reference in tha title, this tyme… Hearin’ tha hook & it’s aight; again, it’s not tha shit I’d go duffy over. Hearin’ tha 1st verse from Snoop & it’s aight; good lyrics about tha shmoke, at least… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse from Wiz & it’s whateva with these lyrics; they’re not gonna make me jump…! Startin’ ta sound a lil’ more on tha wack side, as tha 2nd verse continues… My Rating: 2.6

25. Future “The Percocet & Stripper Joint”
Dear God, why him, now? >>> Sounds like tha beat’s almost similar but more southern than tha joint I just heard from Snoop & Wiz? Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s whateva; glad his voice ain’t as annoyin’ as it used ta be. Hearin’ tha hook & it’s almost wtf-like; he sounds like he’s gettin’ more & more fucked up, as tha hook progresses… I think that’s interestin’ how he put it; at least he ain’t all annoying. Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s str8; I’m still not gonna jump fa joy wit this one, tho. My Rating: 3.3

26. Devin The Dude “Please Pass That To Me”
>>> Outta all tha non-Louisiana artists on this release, I think Devin tha best, when it comes to tha laidback, high-type of music. Even tho this more on tha slow side, at least we’re toward tha end of tha mixtape to bring out that slower vibe. Hearin’ him on tha hook & it’s pretty zoned-out; gotta respect it… Hearin’ him on tha 1st verse & it’s decent with tha rhymes; not my favorite but I’ll give him his props… Tha rest of this seems like it drags? Guess I need a blunt? Not that bad, overall; just a lil’ supa-slow fa my tastes… My Rating: 3.4

27. Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa “French Inhale”
>>> Weird hook & random voice; why it gotta be a “French Inhale”, tho? Like, are we fuckin’ & inhalin’ at tha same tyme? Hearin’ tha 1st verse from Wiz & it’s aight, once again; glad tha lyrics all about tha “smoke,” at least! Gotta “smell it all through [tha] clothes”; that’s that cologne! Keepin’ it movin’ with Snoop on tha 2nd verse & it’s soundin’ okay; nothin’ really fa me ta say… My Rating: 3.2

28. Devin The Dude “Do You Love Gettin’ High”
>>> Even more laidback than tha previous Devin track, here; sounds like a nice lil’ hook… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & he sounds great with this chill, shmoked-out perspective; gotta keep it up! Glad he 50, still doin’ it all shmoked out; shmokin’ don’t come wit an age! After tha 2nd hook, it went a lil’ dry fa a sec.; no more rappin’? At least it’s a nice break? My Rating: 3.8

29. Devin The Dude “Doobie Ashtray”
Endin’ with a 5:17 length? Did you just wanna shout out OMG JT with tha length, since it’s his birthday length (5/17)? >>> Hearin’ this & you sound good on tha intro, Tremon; sounds like a nice way ta end thangz. Hearin’ tha hook & it’s really laidback; luv how he rhymes tha title with “why’d they do me that way?”! I feel like each Devin track keeps gettin’ more & more hazy/loaded, with how it sounds? Tha 1st verse from him cool with this laidbackness; I’ll leave it at that. Keepin’ it goin’ with tha 2nd verse & it’s soundin’ good, with his laidback-ass; keep it movin’…! A nice lil’ interlude of mixin’ after tha 3rd hook, here; definitely nice! Luv how tha laidback, loadedness doesn’t get boring fa this 317 seconds of a track! Tha rest of this still sounds nice with tha mixin’ & bein’ lost in this “doobie” effect! I like how he “found a bag of weed,” toward tha end; dope! I’m gonna be generous with this one, especially since it ended thangz off right! My Rating: 4.1

Overall: Thought this was a great release, for tha most part; tha main highlight iz tha Louisiana music, of course. Glad you resurrected your Trippy Tuesday compilations & I hope you continue with more of ‘em, especially for your truck! Seems like this review went by quick; guess that’s tha plus for havin’ so many tracks? Keep it movin’, big homie; thanx fa tha luv! Hope more of my other tracks hit your Trippy Tuesday compilations, especially since most of ‘em are all about tha highs!

Review #1,953: Foxx "Shakeback 2"

Reviewed on 1.01.2021 (Review #1,953)

Happy 2K21, my peeps!! Glad we done made it to anotha year, ya heard me?! And, what a way ta kick it off: Shout out ta tha legendary Foxx fa gettin’ a hold of me & sendin’ me his latest release, Shakeback 2, courtesy of Milliyone Musik! I actually am currently tryna upload tha mixtape ta DatPiff, via Foxx. However, DatPiff keeps givin’ me an error message, smh; their server’s fucked up… Regardless, I’ll get it up there, eventually. Fa now, lemme review dis bitch…! Start Time: 6:21 PM | End Time: 7:07 PM

01. “The Grinch”
Tha After-Christmas party, here…! >>> Definitely feelin’ tha “Christmas” vibe in tha beat, here; definitely good thinkin’, holiday style…! Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds pretty nice wit how you’re “The Grinch;” go get dem “presents!” Sounds like a dope lil’ 1st verse comin’ from you, here; consistent, cool-rhymin’ rhymes at all tymez! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & yeah, you all about bein’ a dog luva; good shit… Good shit wit how you continuously spittin’, spittin’, spittin’, in a true Foxx fashion…! I like how tha 2nd verse ended wit how you firin’ dat “torpedo,” via tha rhymez…! My Rating: 4.5

02. “Go”
Producer: AJ On Da Track
>>> S/O ta you hookin’ up wit AJ On Da Track fa production, here; definitely what’s up! I first heard him on June 22, 2017, just four dayz b4 your 33rd b-day! Now, I’m only five months away from my 33rd! Hearin’ tha hook & it sounds good wit how we’re on constant “on” (“Go”) mode! Good shit! Hearin’ tha 1st verse you got goin’ on, here & you keepin’ tha consistency goin’! That’s how I luv it, ya heard me? Also, I can’t wait till we link & do big shit, in tha future! Glad you continuously grind! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s dope wit how you keepin’ it goin’! Yeah, “I’m an ‘80s baby!” I be pushin’ dat “#80sBabiesInOur30s” shit, ya heard me? Dumb shit!! Also, glad you be shmokin’ all dat good! Glad I got my medical card & get whateva I want, wheneva, ya feel me? Might have ta get you up here, where I’m at, one day (that’s if you come up by me, within a year. I’m tryna get out dis bitch & move to da south)! My Rating: 4.4

03. “Dumb”
! >>> Ooh, luvin’ tha energy on tha beat, here! Definitely dope wit how you have an excellent ear fa tha beats! Sounds like a ‘90s Louisiana sample or somethin’ in tha beat, here? Definitely catchy…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it cool; definitely feelin’ what you got goin’ on, here! Reminds me of a “Wipe Me Down”-type shit wit tha “I be doin’ my lil’ shit” shit that repeats! Gotta luv it; fuckin’ luv your energy…!! Keep on shmokin’!! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s pretty dope; can’t be denied or stopped, here…!! My Rating: 4.8

04. “No Money”
>>> A slow start wit tha beat, here; likin’ how you “woke up from a long night,” as you keepin’ tha late-night grind goin’…! Hearin’ tha hook & it str8; nothin’ bad or hype about it, as it just sounds a lil’ cool wit how you sound… Hearin’ tha 1st verse & I’m diggin’ your flow, this tyme; sounds like you’re a new version of tha dressed-up playaz, lol. Even wit tha hook havin’ a lil’ bit of a mainstream swag ta it, I fucks wit it; go, Foxx! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it sounds good; can’t complain wit what you bring to tha table, ya feel me? My Rating: 3.8

05. “No Drawls” feat. Webbie
Producer: J Buc
! ! … ! >>> Glad you holla’d at Buc fa tha production, too! Definitely nice, here, wit tha semi-plain beat start (it’s dope, tho). Webbie on tha 1st verse & he sound good, in a true Baton Rouge fashion, here… Hearin’ tha hook & it’s defintiely catchy, wit this drawless shit; glad Webbie got tha humor in his delivery, here…! Hearin’ you on tha 2nd verse & you skippin’ through tha “undawear” on tha approach, here; good shit. As always, I’m feelin’ how you come through wit tha flow, no matta which approach you take! Lol, that “undawear” tryna find you but it ain’t gon catch ya…! My Rating: 4.3

06. “Apologize”
>>> Couldn’t ID tha producer on this one, based off they tag. However, this on a slow tip; not too sure how much I gon feel dis… I’ve been “Apologize”-free fa eight years, now; glad I discared tha sorrow! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it ain’t bad; glad you not abusin’ tha auto-shitty-tune…! A delay in your delivery at :41, based off of waitin’ fa dat… “sound?” Did it startle you? Hearin’ tha hook & it ain’t really on my level; not wack but not somethin’ I’m into wit tha apologizin’… Even down to my charge: It’s a lil’ bit of a rough road but my motive & reasoning behind gettin’ my share has no apologizes comin’ from me, ya feel me? With that bein’ said, hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it aight, tho y’all dudes seem ta get twisted up in all tha baby-mama drama. Lucky fa myself, I hopped ova that chapter & ain’t had ta deal wit none of that shit…! My Rating: 3.1

½time: You have a 4.2 for tha average rating, currently; off to a nice start…! I’m feelin’ that you continuously have tha passion fa this rap shit, no matter which era you/we’re in…! Glad you holla at some dope producers fa your tracks & I’m glad you know where tha quality at, most of tha tyme! Let’s keep it goin’ but 1st, I gon throw back 30 mg of edibles, due to I gotta type up my 21st annual year-end countdown, later tonight: My Top 596 Songs of 2020, which you’re a part of (“Kick-Door Music”)! Can’t wait! *Throws edibles back at 6:42 PM…* *Returns three minutes later…* Aight, even tho my high gon kick in about an hour or so from now, I gon just finish this review wit confidence…!

07. “Fiya Eps”
>>> Likin’ tha lil’ “Chickenhead” sample (“alright, alright, alright…”) from 20 years ago in tha beginning, here… Hearin’ tha plain beat start wit you on tha 1st verse, here & it sounds nice; your rhymes are so consistent! Like, you rhymin’, like, twice per line! Definitely nice, tho no jiggaz fa you, here, via tha no “ecstacy?” Jiggaless Foxx, lol… Oh wait, now this one bitch had you “on dem pillz;” Jiggaful Foxx, lol. As far as them “stealin’ $100.00 from” ya, that shit sucks. I helped this one bitch out six years ago, as I bought her a used car fa $500.00 & she paid me back, like, only $200.00. Then, I gave her an edible & when we was gon meet or somethin’, she claimed she “ran ova a dog,” smh; wtf @ carelessness! Lol @ “Ecstacy,” as far as an actual bitch’s name; good shit! Definitely feelin’ how you just decided ta freestyle ‘bout deez bitches! My Rating: 4.4

08. “Slowly” feat. Dej Rosegold
>>> Sounds like a good lil’ slower hook & beat, here; dope organ in tha beat…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & this shit sounds nice, wit what you bringin’ to tha table! “I’m fulla dat drank […] tabs […] gas, too;” you know! Gotta luv ya, Figgy-Foxx! Sounds nice wit how you describin’ this bitch; at least this one ain’t makin’ ya waste money, like tha previous track! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse from you & it sound like anotha day in tha bitch-life of Foxx (by “bitch-life,” I don’t mean that you’re a “bitch,” lol! It’s about them bitches, ya feel me?); not bad wit this shit… Hearin’ tha hook fa tha 3rd tyme & it does sound like you’re on drank or somethin’, wit how you deliver it; glad shit can get you in tha right zone! Hearin’ this Rosegold chick on tha 3rd verse & I’m diggin’ that she spittin’ that ratchet, southern-type shit, here. I usually be knockin’ tha female rappers, these dayz, but this one got potential fa success… My Rating: 4.0

09. “Letter 269” feat. Lady Kym
Producer: AJ On Da Track
>>> Nice that you got anotha AJ beat, here…! Literally, I seen tha title & I was like, “you wrote a 269th letter ta who? Tha rap game, since you have so many tracks?” Then, afta hearin’ tha hook, it’s fa gay-ass “6ix9nine!” Ugh, I hate his ass! Not really anticipated ta hear you givin’ some of your energy ta him but I’m glad you exposin’ your hate fa him…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it sounds good wit how you writin’ this “letter” ta him but don’t write 268 mo, lol!! Yeah, don’t trust those peeps that luv “shmoke” but “luv 6ix9ine!” Keepin’ tha 2nd verse goin’ & it’s nice; glad you keep reppin’ fa “BR,” tho. See, at least wit my white-ass, at least I’m always welcome in BR; 6ix9ine, on tha otha hand, he’ll get tha glock on him! Real talk! Keepin’ this shit goin’ wit tha 3rd verse & it sounds nice wit how you keepin’ it movin’; nice job… Glad AJ keepin’ tha on-n-poppin’ production goin’ fa you, at all tymes! He sometymes gets frustrated wit how he don’t get that much luv but I’m tellin’ ya, just like how I don’t get much luv, he gon win in tha end! Baleedat! Also, I ain’t realize Lady Kym was in tha background of tha hook; definitely nice how you both vocalize tha hook! My Rating: 4.2

10. “Jigga City Dumb”
Producer: AJ On Da Track
That’s right, via that 2…2…5! >>> Yeah! AJ did this one, too, as well as it havin’ that 225-type title, too! Hearin’ tha hook & it’s pretty dope, as well as what you & AJ got goin’ on, here…! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it’s pretty nice; definitely feelin’ what you got, here; keep it up! “Dumb,” “dumb,” dizzumb!! Hearin’ what you got goin’ on wit tha 2nd verse & it’s pretty nice; definitely keepin’ tha consistency comin’! Luv how tha pattern sounds like a bunch of kickin’ in tha beat, tha last four barz of tha verse! Definitely nice! Also, S/O to “Mickens” on tha street, too! Seemed like this one flew on by, so fast…! My Rating: 4.6

11. “Come Around”
>>> A slower beat but it’s cool, here; couldn’t ID tha producer, tho… Hearin’ tha hook & it dope fa tha streetz, here… Hope you always “Come Around,” Foxx; you know what it iz! Also, anotha beat wit anotha hot organ! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & you got tha str8 rhymes comin’ through, here; gotta dig ‘em… Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & I’m glad you don’t stereotypically move fa “pussy,” as tha “paypa” must make you “move!” Also, glad you feel like you in “Jamaica,” based off tha good loud! Shout out ta you keepin’ tha rhymes goin’; you know what it iz! My Rating: 4.3

12. “Ain’t No Hoe”
>>> Definitely luvin’ this true BR sound, in tha beat!! Definitely dope, includin’ how you comin’ through wit tha anti-hoe’d up hook! Hearin’ tha 1st verse & it goes hard!! Luvin’ your flow but tha beat sounds really make you go off!! I gotta hook you up wit my boy outta Lafayette, Mikki Gunz; you may know him but he got da heat, as well…! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse & it’s dope as fuck, as well; definitely nice! Luv how you ended it, as well: “Ding, ding, ding,” as far as you imitatin’ tha “boxing ring!” Even tha beat ending, too; gotta luv it…!! My Rating: 4.7

13. “Smokin’ Loud”
Producer: La’Keith
A track from tha previous Shake Back, released back in 2K13… Here’s how my review went, back then:

This sounds real similar to Baton Rouge’s Ronny My’s “What A Bum (Free Kevin Gates)”, from [2009]. They got tha same “Waterman”-like sample, which I dig… Let’s see if this iz better… I like how tha hook sounds; glad you inta “smokin’” & you feelin’ tha vibe, right now! I think I might’ve liked that Ronny My song betta, since I was inta undaground Gates, at tha time, lol. But, it sounds good on tha 1st verse; you got tha “loud” on lock! Tha 2nd verse sounds great, too; nice vibe! Lol @ “you be smokin’ shh!” Good job wit tha 3rd verse, too, as you’re catchin’ them in lies! As much as I said I liked tha Ronny My song betta, I believe tha rating’s tha same for me, right now… My Current Rating: 4.4

Overall: Definitely thought this bitch was dumb; glad you always bring tha heat! Always love ya, since I first heard ya on Music Choice Rap, back on March 14, 2007! Keep tha consistency goin’ & I hope I can get this on my DatPiff soon…! I even tried submittin’ somethin’ ta LiveMixtapes, as well as Spinrilla; I gon keep tryin’ fa you, bruh…!

FTLD Presents "Baton Rouge Jackin' 4 Trax"

I made this video in honor of Lafayette, LA producer, Mikki Gunz's birthday, today.

Bein' a Louisiana supporter since October 11, 2007, I done been around a lot of history. Some history I've been around includes what I like to call "jackin' 4 trax," where someone makes a track & then, a similar new track iz made by someone else.

Tha examples I talk about include:
• T-Lo "All Day" (2007) vs. Derty feat. Lil' Boosie "Uh Oh" (2008)
• Ville Boyz "Straight Stupid" (2009) vs. Lil' Phat & Webbie "Roof" (2010)
• Killa McClain & Hollyhood Bay Bay "It's Up There" (2020) vs. WNC Whop Bezzy "It's Up" (2020)

"All Day" & "Uh Oh" were both produced by Shonta;
"Straight Stupid" & "Roof" were both produced by DJ B-Real;
"It's Up There" & "It's Up" were both produced by Mikki Gunz.

Yesterday, which was tha day b4 Mikki Gunz's birthday, Baton Rouge underground rapper, WNC Whop Bezzy, dropped tha new track, "It's Up". However, throughout this year, Louisiana's Killa McClain & Hollyhood Bay Bay already had tha radioz & streetz buzzin' wit "It's Up There". I had already been supportin' "It's Up There" fa a minute, includin' that I have an upcoming commercial series promoting tha track comin' up on Sunday, November 1st. I felt that by Whop Bezzy doin' what he did behind "It's Up There"'s back had to be advised.

R.I.P. Video #72: Tragic (Dirty Boyz)

Recorded May 30, 2020

Broadcasting from tha Bunkers of Alvira, here in Allenwood, PA, it's ya boy, FrankieThaLuckyDog here, sadly reportin' anotha "Tragic" loss in tha Louisiana rap community.

Stanley Guarian, known by his stage name, Tragic, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020; he was only 47-years-old.

Guarian was born in Baton Rouge, LA on February 2, 1973; tha stage name "Tragic" was an acronym that stood for "The Recording Artist Gifted In Christ." Guarian was a part of Baton Rouge, LA's Dirty Boyz rap group. Tha Dirty Boyz were formed durin' tha late '90s, in Baton Rouge, LA. Their original lineup consisted of members Kash, Tic, Black, Spade, Fatt Albert & Tragic, himself. Startin' their career under tha label IceHouse Records, tha Dirty Boyz released their debut album, 36 Ounces. Shortly after tha release, tha Dirty Boyz were later forced to leave IceHouse. Bouncin' right back, DB member, Kash, formed a new label, Dirty Boy Recordz (sometimes labeled as "DirtyBoy Entertainment" or "Dirty Boy Records," with an "S"). In 2006, tha Dirty Boyz released their 2nd album, Gutta Wayz 2 Get Paid. However, right before tha group's follow-up album dropped, tha group was down ta only three members, Fatt Albert, Tic & Kash. Needless ta say, tha group's 3rd album, Take Dat, Vol. 2, was released in 2008. As tha next decade went on, DB member, Fatt Albert, formed his own label, Beyond Reproach Entertainment. However, on tha tragic side of thangz, group member, Spade, had passed away & then, on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, Tragic tragically passed away. Earlier, on February 2nd of this year, Guarian celebrated his 47th birthday.

Review #1,465: Boosie Badazz "Touch Down 2 Cause Hell"

Reviewed on 5.31.2015 (Review #1,465)

I’m actually doin’ a 2nd review today! And, it’s somethin’ that was released this week! I’m off tomorrow, so I have time to get to this! Sponsored by Trill Entertainment, Bad Azz Entertainment & Atlantic Records, this review iz Boosie Badazz, f.k.a. Lil’ Boosie, Touch Down 2 Cause Hell. I can’t say I’m excited for this review, due to too many insecure people Boosie deals with, but I figured I’d get this outta tha way, while I can! And, for those of y’all in Louisiana that don’t know, exactly three weeks ago, on Mother’s Day, my 25-year-old brother died of a (most-likely) heroin overdose in my studio room, on May 10, 2015. Pretty sad moment, though I’ve been strong to get past it… But, I’m still on tha grind, each month, but I have a lot of my own video projects to focus on…  To go with tha weird vibes for this CD’s anticipation, I gon start tha CD review at my ex-friend, Tyler’s birthday time, 10:14! Start Time: 10:14 PM | End Time: 11:20 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money and hoes (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. “Intro – Get ‘Em Boosie”
Produced by Black Metaphor, here; lookin’ forward to this “intro!” >>> Almost didn’t expect it to be a song; instant start, here… As always, a nice delivery from you and some regular rhymes ta hold it down… My Rating: 4.2

02. “Window Of My Eyes”
Roc & Mayne on tha beat, as well as Ke’noe; let’s hear this for tha 1st full track, here! >>> Likin’ tha beat, though this feedback may be a guilty pleasure, since you have so many dickriders… Regardless, at my job, I feel like I’m you, and people get jealous! Like, if anyone says anything about me, a whole army stands up for me! I wish that was tha music business to me, but at least it’s at my job! Tha 1st verse sounds good with this lyrical song. Hearin’ tha hook and it’s real catchy with how you deliver it! Tha title didn’t give me anticipation, but tha way you say tha title sounds real great! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and that was a nice heartbeat throughout tha beginning of tha verse! Lots of rhymes on this verse; feelin’ it, at times, though I’m gettin’ distracted, here and there… My Rating: 4.3

03. “Mercy On My Soul” feat. Jeezy & Akelee
Almost thought that was Adele on tha feature… Anyway, Ke’noe & Samuel AsH on tha beat, here… >>> Sounds like a nice mainstream, street beat to start this off and it’s off to an aight start with this vocalizing… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and you sound pretty nice on this beat. Tha hook’s really dry with just random vocalizing. Like, I can just picture all dudes takin’ this shit soooooooooooooooooooooooooo serious, while it’s just straight for me. Like, don’t rub it on me!! Got Jeezy on tha 2nd verse, here, and it’s aight, as well… His voice/delivery ain’t as catchy as it was back in tha day, but it’s still straight. Hearin’ you on tha 3rd verse and it sounds nice with these lyrics. Do you feel grown for 32, or do you still feel like a kid, in a way? I’ono, but I still feel like a kid at almost 27, but publicly feel like an adult, at times. But, for tha most part, it’s a kid at heart! My Rating: 3.7

04. “Like A Man” feat. Rich Homie Quan
LOL, takes me back to tha winter, and Music Choice Rap loved this one… Of course, Mouse On Tha Track doin’ tha production and it’s catchy, though I lol @ dudes for goin’ crazy at this one! Great job with tha verses and lol @ Quan with his parts! “Like a man…;” instantly think of my girl, Amanda!! Like, I would keep repeatin’ that in my head: “Aman…Aman…Amanda!!” Especially with deer in tha road this season?! Yeah! Like, Quan’s funny when he has that “like a man…” part, especially with tha “was a virgin” part! And, of course, nice beat from Mouse, holdin’ shit down!! My Current Rating: 4.4

05. “On Deck” feat. Young Thug
I’ono why you would wanna collab with this gaylord… A year later and people still buzzin’ about him? Then again, who gives a fuck about this music business, anyway? P-Lo on tha track… >>> Definitely a hot beat start but I can’t take that gaylord serious on tha hook! Kinda throws tha quality of this track off! Like, it almost feels like you were interested in dick for 10 seconds at one point, Boosie! But, lemme see what you got fa tha 1st verse, Boosie… Okay, catchy flow; definitely focused and have a lotta energy on this track! Hope Thugga don’t have a verse, here… Ooh, just my luck! Here you are on tha 2nd verse, Boosie, comin’ through with tha consistent rhymin’! Nice job; gotta feel it! I’ll let tha gay Thug slide, this time. He’s aight to listen to, but his image iz terrible! Can’t believe people look up to him and take him serious!! To me, “Stoner” & “Danny Glover” was good enough. No more of his name and all these appearances! My Rating: 4.2

06. “Retaliation”
London On Da Track doin’ tha beat; I believe tha video just came out? Music Choice Rap got this not too long ago, with barely any spins, compared to “No Juice” & “Like A Man”! An okay song, though good enough to enter my playlist. However, with my brother dying outta nowhere, I don’t think I have much heart left to play a lotta tha newer songs on my playlist. Most of ‘em are prolly gonna flop ‘cause of this tragedy. But, as far as this, interesting police noise in tha beginning. Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and I dig how tha beat kicks in, at tha same time… Feelin’ your dark, street rhymes! And, tha hook’s pretty catchy with how you say tha title; nice job! Wouldn’t’ve expected this to be a single, but it’s a risk… And, tha 2nd verse sounds good ta hear, too, as you keepin’ tha street content goin’! My Current Rating: 4.3

07. “No Juice”
Whooooooooooooooooooooooo!! LOL @ Mouse doin’ tha beat and his, “Dat Me,” just comin’ outta nowhere, on Music Choice Rap. Catchy hook and all that, though I neva played it ‘cause I had “Like A Man” in rotation. My Current Rating: 4.4

08. “On That Level” feat. Webbie
*Sees producer’s name, gets thrown off & laughs* Wow, I thought it would’ve been DJ B-Real or someone, but wow, Abbytastic!! That’s my manager’s name and that name just shines bright! So, without further or do, Abby “Samir” Urbina on tha track! I’m actually lookin’ forward ‘cause of tha “Abby!” >>> Readin’ on Wikipedia and they say that this was released as a single last year? No one got it, but I’m diggin’ this fast beat start!! Ooh, go Abby!! Almost thought I was expecting a bounce beat, but it’s more on a DJ Mustard style, as far as tha production goes. Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it sounds pretty good with what you spittin’, here, for a single… Hearin’ tha hook and it’s real catchy; diggin’ your voice, tha dark beat, and how you deliver this shit!! Hearin’ Webbie on tha 2nd verse and he’s just a random, Trill-type appearance, as of lately. I dunno about these rhymes; kinda mediocre…; can’t stand tha “money” rhymes! Anyway, on to tha 3rd verse, here, and it sounds nice with how you sound, on tha 3rd verse. You kinda sound feminine, here, with tha voice? I honestly feel like it sounds like a different feature! But, either way, what an impressive 1st listen for tha Abby producer!! My Rating: 4.3

09. “Hip-Hop Hooray” feat. Webbie
Knucklehead on tha beat, here; let’s see… >>> Catchy hook and a nice beat, here; diggin’ how you celebratin’ “Hip-Hop,” here! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it sounds good with how you bringin’ tha street content! Hearin’ Webbie on tha 2nd verse and this sounds better than how he came on tha previous song… Feelin’ tha Baton Rouge vibe he bringin’ to tha table… Now, back to you on tha 3rd verse, here, and it’s soundin’ good… I like how you ended tha 3rd verse with, “You got dat $4 bill fake shit,” when it came to describin’ how tha game be so fake! I can agree! There so many pussies in tha game, here; it’s not even funny! Those that ain’t get B-Real to unblock me are tha biggest pussies and most-disappointin’ people I’ve eva met in my life!! I would neva support them, anymore, and hope I milk them outta they money, one day!! My Rating: 4.1

½time: A pretty consistent CD, so far; good job, Boosie! You’re at a 4.2 for tha CD rating, currently; keep holdin’ tha streetz down!

10. “Mr. Miyagi”
Beat Billionaire on tha beat; kinda don’t like that name of that producer… >>> Nice beat; definitely diggin’ it! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice; a catchy title, here! Hearin’ tha hook and it’s pretty nice with how you say tha title! Kinda feels like I’m in China with tha name? Like how it’s just a title part and that hot beat plays throughout tha hook! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and you’re comin’ through pretty gutta, here; nice! Just luv how you deliver with a passion in your voice at all times! My Rating: 4.4

11. “Black Heaven” feat. Keyshia Cole & J. Cole
Not really anticipatin’ tha features and this seems so mainstream… Ke’noe & Samuel AsH on tha beat. >>> Yeah, this a lil’ on tha slow side, here… This more of a song dedicated to tha fallen souljaz… I know my brother just died, but still, this ain’t exciting for me. Even with my brother gone, I still wanna live in tha exciting moments, tha high life & all that! Hearin’ tha hook and it’s nice from Keyshia; it fits with tha sadness of a death, at least… Nice rhymes from you on tha 2nd verse; gotta feel it… It’s like, can only imagine what my brother thinkin’, right now? He prolly really appreciated by all tha support we’ve been givin’ him, over tha past three weeks! And, tha autistic hater, a.k.a. J. Cole on tha 3rd verse, here, comin’ through with his usual, real-life rhymes… My Rating: 3.6

12. “She Don’t Love Me” feat. Chris Brown
Anotha feature I’m not anticipatin’; can’t stand his ugly and actin’-all-grown-ass… Anyway, BJ Beatz on tha beat. >>> Kinda boring, here, for a start, between tha beat and CB on tha hook… Damn, background vocals from Chris on tha 1st verse, here? Weird with him and here you are on tha 1st verse, comin’ through with some mainstream-soundin’ rhymes; whatev… Here you are on tha 2nd verse and it’s decent; I know nobody gon remember this joint in tha long run, though… My Rating: 3.2

13. “All I Know” feat. PJ
Kane Beatz doin’ tha track, here… >>> Doesn’t sound like my kinda joint in tha beginning with tha beat start, but it sounds a lil’ nice? Oh no, a female on tha hook? Ehh, don’t think “I” gon feel this that much… Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it sounds much betta with you rappin’ ova this beat… Diggin’ your timeline of events, here; nice way ta deliver! Really not diggin’ this hook with this female and her “money” shit, like, really? Hearin’ you on tha 2nd verse and it sounds more hilarious with how you deliver this. Like, you and “Cut Her Off”’s hook part always sounds nice to hear… Tha 3rd verse aight; not likin’ tha cockiness in tha beginning with tha “money” shit and how you like to impress dudes or some shit… My Rating: 3.0

14. “Drop Top Music” feat. Rick Ross
A very unanticipating 2nd ½? Another feature I’m not lookin’ forward to and not only that, Big Wayne doin’ tha production, here? Iz this why I don’t hear from him anymo—oh yeah, Dunkin’!!! That’s tha answer!! That “Abby” changed my life March 14, 2014 & tha music world has never been tha same since!! It sux ‘cause I get money now and no one’s around! Oh well, I’ll just focus on myself only, these dayz… >>> Beat sounds pretty good, for a start. Finally, a lil’ bit of a Louisiana sound and less of a mainstream sound, despite this feature! Ooh @ tha beat at :23; really hypnotic and crazy with that one lil’ sound!! Nice job with tha 1st verse, Boosie! Oh, iz this just gon be a Ross sample on tha hook and not an official feature? If that’s tha case, then I can get past this Rick Ross on tha feature. BTW, tha hook’s catchy; definitely nice! Good job wit tha 2nd verse, too; pretty consistent with this ridin’ vibe! Oh, not what I wanted: Ross on tha 3rd verse; ahh… Even when I was lovin’ Gunplay’s “Kush” song with Lil’ Wayne & Ross. Instantly, I was like, “Shit, Ross on this!” However, that became a huge anthem for me and I got through it! I might be able to get through this ‘cause really, it has a good vibe. As far as Ross goes, he kinda here and there over a faster beat. Of course, can’t deal with tha “money” rhymes and all that bullshit, but this still somethin’ nice! My Rating: 4.5

15. “Spoil You” feat. T.I.
A lil’ better with tha feature, but just a lil’, though… Ke’noe doin’ tha track, here… >>> Back to tha slower vibes… Ehh, not really diggin’ tha hook except when you say tha title, in a demanding way. I can’t deal with “money” rap and these “bands” ain’t doin’ it fa me! Hearin’ T.I. on tha 2nd verse and it sounds aight; no feedback on his “spoil” to women… And, you on tha 3rd verse, here, comin’ through fa these ladies… Ehh, this iz too boring fa me; I’d rather hear X-rated shit! Like, cumin’ and nuttin’!! My Rating: 2.6

16. “How She Got Her Name”
J Reid on tha beat… >>> Nice lil’ beginning; that lil’ chant part sounds like somethin’ I’d invision while high! Tha 1st verse sounds good fa tha rhymes, but this beat’s pretty dry, for a regular pace. Like, goes good with Kanye West or someone, instead? Diggin’ this lil’ chant on tha hook; wow, sounds like hunger music for while you’re high!! That whole thing with “tha palm trees…!” Tha 2nd verse sounds pretty nice, too, with this story you spittin’. I’ll let this one slide as far as a different-soundin’s ong. And, tha 3rd verse’s soundin’ nice, too. Prolly could’ve been about 30 seconds shorter for this song, overall, but it’s still nice to hear. I’m gonna be generous with this rating! My Rating: 4.1

17. “Kicking Clouds”
Ke’noe on tha beat, again. >>> Sounds like music that would define sad times of my brother passing for tha intro, here… Hearin’ tha hook and it sounds like Kid Cudi’s kinda music. As far as you spittin’ ova this kinda shit, it’s decent, but it brings out somethin’ positive in me, while hearin’ this. I think that positiveness iz celebratin’ by “smokin’ weed,” just like how you introduced tha 1st verse! Nice job with your rhymes and your middle-finga attitude! Hearin’ tha 2nd verse and it ain’t too bad… Sometimes, tha beat reminds me of tha first few seconds of “Walk Thru”. I can feel tha vibe of “roll one fa my nigga,” though I can’t picture myself rollin’ up a blunt, takin’ a geeb hit, or pourin’ somethin’ out fa my brother. I still can’t connect all that with anything, at tha moment… My Rating: 3.8

18. “Hands Up”
J Reid on tha beat, again. >>> Kinda slow and boring? I like tha dark, street-soundin’ beat but I don’t think it matches with tha “hands up” content… Tha 1st verse only aight, fa me… Hearin’ tha hook and it sounds good, but it’s really slow… Tha 2nd verse ain’t too bad; I ain’t gon brag-brag about this joint, overall… My Rating: 3.8

19. “I’m Sorry”
Endin’ it with tha Abby producer!!! No DJ B-Real, thank God!!! Instead, it’s an Abby!! What a way for a manager to come in and do tha damn thang!!! But, I have a feelin’ this gon be a soft track… >>> Abby slowin’ down? Just what I expected for an ending track; not really fuckin’ with tha sorrow on tha beginning… Like, as of September 14, 2013, I let it be known that I’ll neva be “sorry” fa anything! Whateva happens, happens! Even with my brother! He got into a fight with me tha day before he died about takin’ him to go get heroin or somethin’. I denied him ‘cause I worked so many dayz in a row and was busy! I don’t regret not drivin’ him to his fatal dose! Wow, from such an uptempo Abby beat to this, there’s really, like, no life in tha beat! I can understand its purpose, but what a transition! Still, not bad with tha verses, here, as far as tha content, but this way too dry. Great for an ending song, but too dry! Tha deep house music I’m listenin’ to in tha background while reviewin’ this sounds more upbeat than this, and that music’s for sleeping! My Rating: 2.9

Overall: I have to say, haha to B-Real for not appearing on here, despite “Heart Of A Lion” & “Crazy” comin’ out last year! Maybe, B-Real shouldn’t owe people like me $400 and feel more honored when people like me go and spend $1,524 on his stolen equipment to get it back! Yeah, legendary moves like that deserve more attention, not blocking me and all that unprofessional bullshit!! But anyway, I thought you did a nice job with this CD! Nothing too striking, but it had a good run… It’s nice that you’re gettin’ tha mainstream appeal and gettin’ your respect. Hope you continue to stay consistent!
