Keepin’
it goin’, I got Dog up next wit his “Rippin’
$hit Vol. Up” CD. I think he has a new one out by now. I was struck by
college so I had to delay this ‘til now, unfortunately. Start Time: 10:19 PM | End
Time: 11:23 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0
– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I
don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like
it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites,
I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I
love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s
considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a
5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I
listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of
tha song while I’m listening to it.

01.
Intro
Let’s
get ‘em, Dog & Way 3000!! >>> Neither of y’all; just a described
intro from a quote. My Rating: N/A
02.
“Ain’t No Thang”
No
back cover made? I’ll just have to mysteriously know tha beats… >>>
Pretty tight here on tha production (of course) and you doin’ ya thang on tha
hook, keepin’ it catchy! A quick, tight song from you right chea. My Rating: 4.3
03.
“They Already Kno”
Most
definitely! >>> Who’s Big E (as you said was on tha beat)? Did I hear
right? Anyway, this sounds pretty groovy, too! Once again, I gon get dat GR8
consistency like on “Baton Rouge Diamond”!
Good thing these songs are kinda short; they’ll be good for current songs on my
radio show. My Rating: 4.3
04.
“Let Me Get It In”
What
do we got here? Glad these songs are not too long ‘cause they’ll fit right in
my radio show (as said above)! >>> Can’t ID tha producer again but
they’re doin’ a nice job on tha beat here! Sounds great wit how this song
sounds; I like how you repeat tha title in every line. My Rating: 4.0
05.
“Like I Do It”
>>>
Ooh, Young Hits randomly on tha beat, lol. Sounds like a tight anthem; kinda
simple, but still good. My Rating: 4.1
06.
“On My End”
Ooh,
under two minutes. >>> Sounds pretty tight; good shit! You might be
able to have a bunch of “extra” songs on my radio show ‘cause of tha nice,
short lengths! Keepin’ it consistent wit these rhymes and this beat’s just
keepin’ it hot! My Rating: 4.2
07.
“Then” Feat. Q
First
feature and it’s just a letter, lol. I’m sure I heard this feature once before;
let’s get it! >>> Sounds pretty nice for tha production in tha
beginning. I like tha “___ then” shit; good idea for a song. Nice lil’ collab;
y’all must be pretty cool wit each other, holdin’ it down. What’s wit all tha
silence at tha end of some of these songs? My
Rating: 4.2
08.
“Knocking Doorz Down” Feat. Mz. Trill
Why
this song outta nowhere? >>> I like tha “I ain’t shitty, I’m shittin’”
line; good shit… Mz. Trill had nothin’ new wit tha content but it turned out ta
be not too bad. Why did tha next song’s first two seconds appear at tha end of
this wit silence followed? My Rating: 3.8
09.
“Your Body” Feat. The Gyft
>>>
Sounds like a fail; don’t even wanna go this route! I can go to someone else’s
CD and hear this bullshit; not called for on an expected tight CD! Tha “we-we”
shit sounds like a fuckin’ seasaw or somethin’, smh. My Rating: 1.6
10.
“Streets Mine”
>>>
Back to some tight production! WTF @ tha Boosie shit? Why? Tha lyrics are kinda
typical but it’s a pretty tight joint, overall. My Rating: 4.0
11.
“Jiggin’ For 2 Long” Feat. Level
Should
be good, ya dig? >>> Tha volume sounds kinda quiet but this iz pretty
nice. Good job wit collabin’ wit Level; y’all doin’ tha damn thang on dis tight
joint! Why did tha last few seconds consist of tha beginning of tha next song? My Rating: 4.4
½time: Nice job wit just you,
Dog; good shit! So far, you’re sittin’ at a 3.9-rated CD; let’s keep it goin’!
12.
“Intoxicated”
This
again; shit yea! You KNOW when you hear a beat sound/horns like that in tha
beginning, it’s DEFINITELY on and poppin’!! You’re on tha intro and tha hook
goes hard, ya dig? Gotta luv tha simple hook as tha title just basically
explains itself, ya dig? Tha 1st verse has an interestin’ flow here;
reminds me of tha “Throw Me Back” flow and I DEFINITELY felt it, ya dig? It’s
all about soundin’ cool, and you and Tech KNOW how ta make sum REAL GR8
music!!! Prolly tha BEST discovery from Way 3000, ya dig?!? Even comin’ through
nice on tha 2nd verse, “rollin’ anotha blunt” on this shit right
here! I still can’t get enough of this flow; it’s just REAL NICE!!! DEFINITELY
liked tha verse and I MOST DEFINITELY
enjoyed it to tha fullest, ya dig?!? It’s gr8 ta name your song afta your
female partner, Ms. Intoxicated, ya dig? My
Current Rating: 4.6
13.
“What Na” Feat. Lil’ Cal
Iz
it Lil’ Cali or Lil’ Cal on tha feature? Kinda short on tha
length… >>> Didn’t sound like Cali
but it’s cool fa what it iz; catchy shit from tha both of y’all… My Rating: 3.9
14.
“Sicknit”
LOL?
>>> Sounds like New York-type shit? What…? Lots of G-shit bein’ spit
here; nice job for a quickie. My Rating:
3.7
15.
“Barz”
I
like how “Barz” looks, lol; lemme hear! >>> Okay, definitely Lil’ Cal (without tha “I”) on
tha beat this time so you know it’s an official, different person!
Interestin’ beat and tha hook’s pretty funny/simple. Not diggin’ tha “swagger”
part; too typical ta be added ta dis. SMH @ quoting “Waka Flocka Flame”; his
name should not appear in any
Louisiana artist’s mouth, smh. Good shit, regardless. My Rating: 4.3
16.
“Wetta”
>>>
WTF? You’re betta than a jacked beat! Good thing it’s really short! Nothin’ at
all ta say ‘bout dis… Tha “Body” song sounds betta. My Rating: 1.4
17.
“All In” Feat. Tech
Tech
on tha feature here; good shit! Must be a new song? >>> ROFL, what’s
up wit all tha people wit beat tags; iz there an exact reason for it? LOL, Lil’
Cal… This
sounds jammin’; good shit on tha hook! Tech a “fool” on dis shit, lol!! Consistent
rappin’ in tha 1st verse, lol; y’all crazy wid it! Dat 2nd
verse has good character in it; dumb shit!! My Rating: 4.6
18.
“Sexy” Feat. Ms. Lysa
Hope
we don’t fuck it up again! >>> Tha beat’s good fa what it iz and tha
flow sounds interestin’. Tha hook sounds good; I like when tha title iz always
said. LOL, Lysa sounds a lil’ like Lil’ Kim; pretty interestin’ from her. My Rating: 4.2
19.
“Gettin’ It” (D-Boy Feat. Dog)
Let’s
hear what you and dis D-Boy have ta offer! >>> Tha production sounds
nice and it sounds pretty consistent in tha beginning wit tha “ackin’” shit! Catchy
shit; nice hook. D-Boy sounds pretty nice on tha 1st verse here,
doin’ his thang! You have a lil’ bit of gangsta shit ta offer on tha 2nd
verse; nice shit here once again! Damn, a 58-second beat outro? Kinda long… Oh,
35 seconds of silence; shit no! My
Rating: 4.2
20.
“Flush’em Out” Feat. Banga Duke
Looks
like dis finna go through tha roof!! >>> LOL, what’s wit tha low
quality? Tight lil’ song here… Ooh, Banga Duke comin’ from tha “slums” here on
tha 2nd verse, doin’ his thang! Glad you got a whole crew on your CD
ta introduce to tha world! :tu I like how tha beat sounds like some old Cash
Money-type shit (like Juvie “In My Life” a lil’ bit)! Good 3rd
verse, too; DEFINITELY kept it consistent on dis one!! My Rating: 4.3
21.
“Came Along Wayz”
>>>
Oh no, sounds gross for tha start. This izn’t Louisiana-soundin’ music… Good
lyrics but nothin’ exciting to listen to; not a good mix. My Rating: 2.7
22.
“Sit Yo Azz Down” Feat. Q.Baby, Tech & D-Boy
I’ll
take tha “U” outta tha “you” in tha title; it looks betta this way. Anyway, I
think we gon have a BLAST fa tha ending song!! >>> Kinda quiet wit tha
quality but it sounds good, ya dig? What an explicit hook, lol! Nothin’ close
to Multiple Felons’ “Boot’em Up”, though, lol! That has “*insert word*-ass
nigga” in tha background of tha hook
repeatin’, lol! Good job from err-body dat contributed on dis shit! My Rating: 4.3
Overall: A coupla songs didn’t
belong on here, resultin’ in this CD ta not even score a 4.0 wit tha CD rating.
:( But, you did a good job, Dog. Thumbs up on your production; DEFINITELY
nice!! Keep doin’ you…
