My next review iz L.C. “The Crucial Mixtape”. Why iz this over 80 minutes? It’s, like, 81 minutes long? That’s like cheating… Start Time: 6:22 PM | End Time: 7:13 PM


Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. “Not A Killer”
This should be a pretty consistent CD! Too bad you don’t have any features listed; I hope I can ID everyone! ROFL @ tha start; you make tha song sound funny. Production’s real nice and tha hook’s just funny; you got shit on lock here! Somebody was on tha 3rd verse. Too bad dis was on YouTube and not even a feature listed… My Rating: 4.5


02. “Hardest Nigga” Feat. Nu$$ie
This was one of tha “hardest” songs to radio edit for my radio show ‘cause of tha sample in tha hook/title; kinda cheesy. I like tha start as well as tha beat. You’re spittin’ good shit on tha 1st verse here; true shit to tha fullest! Nu$$ie’s on tha 2nd verse and it’s good; glad I had this for tha R.I.P. Nu$$ie tribute show I had on my radio show back earlier in February! Tha 3rd verse from you iz cool; you know I enjoy dat flow! LOL, tha “Not A Killer” sample came from dis song; how entertainin’, lol! My Current Rating: 4.4


03. “I’m Drunk” Feat. Blood & Dog
A bunch of songs were sent to my radio show; this was one of ‘em. Lemme review it and see what it’s really like. >>> Kinda silly here for tha beginning/hook, lol. Pretty good silly song fa what it iz. My Rating: 4.2


04. “Porn Star”
Sent to me but I neva got ta listen to it… >>> Again, more tight music comin’ from you. Anotha silly song wit tha content. Very consistent tha whole way ‘round, ya dig? My Rating: 4.3


05. “I’m A Freak” Feat. T-Dub
Let’s keep dis consistent shit goin’!! >>> Oh yea, dis shit was sent to me, too; definite plus wit T-Dub on it! Glad you keepin’ it consistent wit this whole CD and err-thang you got! T-Dub real hot on dis shit! My Rating: 4.3


06. “I’m Numb” Feat. Delwin The Krazyman
This song would’ve charted a lot betta wit me if your CDs were mailed to me but dat didn’t happen so I didn’t make dis song feel like it happened, unfortunately; dat’s how it goes sometimes. But as far as tha song goes, it’s definitely tight; could be tha tightest one on here? Tha beat just really holds it down all tha way through and y’all do tha damn thang on tha verses! My Current Rating: 4.7


07. “No Record Deal” Feat. Moody
LOL @ tha start!! Tha 1st verse iz cool fa what you got here; I like tha random “bruh” part, too. Moody’s on tha 2nd verse here and I’m not too crazy about some of tha lyrics but it’s still a good collab. Tha 3rd verse sounds good wit you spittin’ ‘bout err-body. Most of those rappers (mainly tha non-Louisiana ones) are like nothing now; not even close to me either! My Current Rating: 4.3


08. “My Roscoe” Feat. City
That hook’s just REAL HOT!! LOL, luv tha catchy soundin’ hook!! You’re spittin’ G-shit in tha 1st verse wit dat kick-ass flow too!! Tha 2nd verse’s straight… LOL, must be City on tha 3rd verse; same City that’s affiliated wit JazzyFam Records? Good job once again and nice collab! My Current Rating: 4.5


09. “Make It Work”
Mouse-soundin’ start in tha beat wit tha “tight…tight…” shit? LOL @ tha “ol’ lady snorin’!” This iz more hot shit from you! Nice job wit tha 1st verse; keepin’ it consistent on this CD! Shouldn’t’ve been shy to send it to me ‘cause it’s hot… Tha 2nd verse sounds good too; I like tha “gamble/dice” part towards tha end of tha verse! Tha 3rd verse iz straight also… I like your ending here wit tha “if you rep…” shit! My Rating: 4.3


½time: You know you doin’ ya thang; dumb shit!! So far, tha average CD rating’s at 4.4; DEFINITE plus for you!! ‘Preciate dis REAL HOT music!!


10. “Eye Candy” Feat. Delwin The Krazyman
Beat’s cool and tha hook’s a lil’ on tha lol for me at times; good song, overall. I like your flow when you rap; it flows gr8 on tha track… Nice job wit tha 1st verse; you got it on lock here… Sounded like a gay start to tha 2nd verse wit dat “Beyoncé” shit; not good, Delwin. But, tha rest of tha verse was listenable to me; you know it’s tight, overall. Tha 3rd verse iz good from you; I don’t like tha near-end of it wit tha dances… My Current Rating: 4.2


11. “Lord Have Mercy”
Okay, this izn’t my kinda start now. You sound catchy in tha 1st verse here; I like tha “blunt” shit. Whoa!! You said, “cunt;” neva do I hear rappers say dat but you broke a barrier!! It made tha verse flow pretty good!! Also, thumbs up to tha “pants sag” part too; you DEFINITELY tha shit here!! Tha 2nd verse sounds a lil’ like a Nu$$ie flow. Ooh, I’m likin’ how some of tha lyrics are comin’ right at me outta nowhere; “Polos and Girbauds!” I like dat “agony of defeat” for an ending line! LOL @ tha echoing vocals on tha 3rd verse this time… Not bad; kinda strong ending, lol? My Current Rating: 3.8


12. “Shark In The Water”
Just like tha song from earlier dis year; let’s hear your version… >>> Tha hook sounded a lil’ gay at first but it sounds more like an anthem once I heard tha “deep water” part. Good job holdin’ dis track “down” wit your catchiness! My Rating: 4.4


13. “Tenderoni”
Ugh… I think I purposely skipped editing this song when I heard tha beginning beat and hook; this was tha not-for-me song. But, who knows; you could surprise me on tha verses… Kinda good on tha start but just not too exciting for me. I don’t like hooks that are just a sample… just a sample! I like tha character in your voice on tha 2nd verse at least… My Current Rating: 2.7


14. “My Girl” Feat. Moody
Well, tha production sounds good; this wasn’t tha not-for-me song then… Tha hook ain’t dat bad… Not bad on tha 1st verse… A lotta shit ta “remember” in tha 2nd verse, lol? It made tha verse a lil’ catchy… Tha 3rd verse iz Moody and it’s aight… My Current Rating: 3.5


15. “Oh Yeah”
>>> Jacked tha Big Tymers song of tha same name, lol? Sounds pretty tight, though. I like dat “cotton, bruh” part; dumb shit. Tha “Lucky” part almost reminded me of a shout out ta me; dat would’ve been cool… Nice, catchy song right chea. My Rating: 4.0


16. “In The Club (Mean Muggin’)” Feat. T-Dub
Let’s hear it!! >>> T-Dub on tha feature; sounds like dis finna be an anthem! Wait, wasn’t this sent to me as “Mean Muggin’”? LOL @ tha double titles. This joint’s a lil’ shorter than your typical jointz but pretty much holds it down. My Rating: 4.3


17. “You Ain’t Fuckin’ With Me” Feat. Delwin The Krazyman
>>> Sounds like good BR music; feelin’ dis shit! Not sure who dis iz on tha 1st verse… Pretty good job from who dat was. Tha 2nd verse iz Delwin, soundin’ pretty consistent. LOL, you brought someone else on tha 3rd verse, too? Sounds like Lil’ J here… Now, here you are on tha 2nd ½ of tha 3rd verse, doin’ ya thang. My bad dat I couldn’t exactly ID tha others; maybe you can help me? My Rating: 4.4

Keepin’ it goin’! >>> Definite anthem for those that are doin’ they thang… really! LOL, I like tha random “bruh” part within tha 1st verse; you got dis shit on lock! WTH? Tha “underwear skid” line again? Thought I heard dat before; you recyclin’ your rhymes? What’s wit this long-ass 1st verse? LOL @ your exact words (“penis”, “cock”, etc.); ROFL… These verses are too long… My Rating: 4.1


19. “Hardest Nigga (R.I.P. Nu$$ie Mix)” Feat. Nu$$ie
Tha original version was much harder to edit on tha hook; damn, I should’ve put this one on, too… REALLY feelin’ tha beat this time, ya heard me? My Current Rating: 4.6


Overall: Even though nearly ½ tha songs were on your “Hardest: Reloaded” CD, you did ya thang here wit tha new tracks! Good job and keep at dis, my boy!!
