Here’s
my 7th review of tha day, 91st of tha month: Mack Maine “The Laxative”; lol @ tha front cover! Start Time: 3:40 PM | End
Time: 4:13 PM
Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0
– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I
don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like
it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites,
I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I
love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s
considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it. Any song can earn up to a maximum of a
5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I
listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of
tha song while I’m listening to it.

01.
“Young Money, Cash Money”
>>>
Not too crazy ‘bout tha cliché in tha beginning but it sounds like a good hook
plus tha production. Ooh, “that’s why your bitch wanna swallow our seed;” crazy
shit! Tha 1st verse ain’t bad; you got dis consistent shit on lock
as well as tha beat helpin’ you out. My
Rating: 4.2
02.
“Ghetto Commandments” Feat. T-Pain & Snoop Dogg
>>>
Tha beat start sounds nice. Even though T-Pain ain’t for me, it sounds pretty
nice this time… I guess ‘til it goes Pop. T-Pain rappin’ on tha 1st
verse, lol? Sounds odd… You’re on tha 2nd verse and you’re layin’
down tha rules; good shit. ROFL @ this “[pissin’] in tha bed,” lol. I dunno
about tha blood part but whateva. Snoop’s on tha 3rd verse, spittin’
some pretty-good quality here. My
Rating: 3.9
03.
“We Do This (Top Of The Dome Freestyle)”
What
do we got here? >>> “I’m about ta go ham”? Ain’t dat Baton
Rouge or was it first in Georgia? Not bad on tha verse;
you’re rappin’ like it’s nothin’. Not too crazy ‘bout tha “money” shit but I
like tha “chalk” part. Tha beat sounds good ta hold dis shit down… My Rating: 3.8
04.
“Young Mulah Baby” Feat. Gorilla Zoe
>>>
Wonder who KE iz (I don’t think I know who they are) that produced dis. Dis
beat ain’t too bad and Gorilla Zoe sounds not bad wit his character comin’ into
play here. LOL @ tha hook and how tha surround came outta nowhere, lol. As far
as tha end of tha hook (and where tha title came from), ehh, not bad. You’re
decent on tha 2nd verse, rappin’ for fun. My Rating: 3.8
05.
“Up Jumps Da Boogie”
>>>
Beat iz good once again. Not bad wit tha rappin’; what iz goin’ on here? I dunno
about tha 4 ¼-minute length but not bad… Tha hook’s a lil’ cliché and aight fa
me… My Rating: 3.5
06.
“Victory” Feat. Jae Millz & Lil’ Wayne
Everytime
I see Jae Millz, I smh @ how much he changed since tha crazy Millz I knew from
tha ’03 – ’06 dayz! Tha beginning’s aight; I like tha crowd-soundin’ beat. LOL,
tha “ow” sounded like Zombie’s Ate My
Neighbors when somebody gets kidnapped, lol! Sounds consistent wit tha
rappin’… Wayne
sounds a lil’ gay; I guess ‘cause I’m sick of tha Wayne/Drake flow and how much
it appears. My Rating: 4.0
07.
“Nathin’”
Looks
like a funny version of “nothin’”, lol. >>> Sounds like you’re excited
but why tha five-minute length? LOL, it iz; interestin’, catchy hook. Even tha
rappin’s pretty catchy; good, mainstream-soundin’ jam here. My Rating: 4.1
08.
“Coach”
>>>
Sounds soft; this iz “mixtape” material? I thought mixtapes “go hard”? Why tha
long length again? Not that bad on tha verse but tha hook’s soft fa me. My Rating: 3.1
09.
“What You Want” Feat. Lloyd
>>>
Lloyd sounds a lil’ scary in tha beginning. He could’ve sounded betta than ta
scare me. On tha hook, he ain’t that
bad but this iz nothin’ special fa me. He even has a verse? A lil’ too much
Lloyd here… I guess it’s ‘cause it’s his song featuring you? Here you are,
finally, contributin’ to tha decent song… LOL @ tha “pussy … dike” part. My Rating: 3.4
½time: Pretty good so far;
didn’t expect it but 3.8 iz tha CD rating, at tha moment.
10.
“My Reality” Feat. Lil’ Wayne & Gudda Gudda
LOL,
Timbaland beat? >>> Uh no, gay-soundin’ Wayne; skippin’ his verse! Why iz he—faget
dis A-Tune bullshit! My Rating: 1.0
11.
“Funny Style” Feat. Kid Cudi
>>>
A lil’ more normal here. I like how tha hook sounds on dis beat. Sounds like a
pretty good mainstream song; how will you come on tha 1st verse?
Interestin’… True shit ‘bout tha “internet gangstas.” Glad you spittin’ some
good shit. Tha way tha beat sounds (and how tha hook sounds) reminds me of some
of tha 2002 Eminem-type shit wit tha good vibes. My Rating: 3.8
12.
“Bitch I’m From New Orleans” Feat. Lucci Lou
Lucci
Lou’s on tha feature? Neva knew dat unless dis
a new version… >>> Sounds good still. I think I only heard dis dat one
day on MTV Jams durin’ tha five-year Katrina anniversary, when they had Louisiana videos on all
day. Tha 1st verse’s pretty good and tha hook’s catchy, too. I
really like when tha title’s said; good energy wit what you bring, lol! LOL!!!
:rofl Huh? Lucci Lou ain’t tha female dat was wit Michie One? SMH…
Disappointin’ but whateva… My Rating: 4.0
13.
“Groundhog Day” Feat. Mayday, Ghostwridah & Cee-Lo
>>>
Ooh, Cee-Lo in tha beginning, doin’ a nice job on tha hook. Tha beat’s pretty
fast (like a Gnarls Barkley song); sounds good! Good shit here, ya dig? Tha
rest iz pretty good, too. My Rating: 4.3
14.
“Moonshine”
>>>
Sounds like anotha soft song; what tha hell wit tha beginning sound? Tha
rappin’ wit tha title’s kinda odd for me ta hear for some reason. I dunno why
but this iz a lil’ Poppy fa me. Tha hook ain’t too bad… My Rating: 3.2
15.
“I’m In Love”
>>>
This anotha weird-soundin’ beginning. LOL, almost thought it was 3LW on tha
hook. Somewhat catchy; I like dis betta than tha previous song. My Rating: 3.3
16.
“Pom Pom’s”
>>>
Now, we have a tight beginning wit
tha beat! Tha hook sounds tight, too; good combo. Not bad wit tha rappin’,
either. You’re keepin’ it consistent, too. My
Rating: 4.1
17.
“Smash Session” Feat. Boo
>>>
Damn, 5:42, are you serious? Tha beat’s pretty hot and so iz tha beginning! I’m
likin’ all this “eatin’” shit, lol!
Good “I am tha director; baby, we can cut it” part; nice line! Tha return of
Boo here and he sounds good, too. Nice collab and consistent song although real
long! My Rating: 4.2
18.
“30 Minutes To New Orleans” (Lil’ Wayne)
>>>
How gay fa a bonus; completely ruined your CD rating! My Rating: 1.0
Overall: Not that bad although
only a couple songs shouldn’t’ve been here. We were in tha 3.0 – 4.3 rating
range and then, two Auto-Tune/garbage songs came outta nowhere.
