Originally workin’ behind tha scenes for a whole year, I’m now gonna be live on TV (but it won’t stream online). Not only will I be on TV but I’ll be tha editor of makin’ tha videos for my part on TV (since it’s only a minute long). Plus, I got a few TV show ideas in mind dat hopefully gon pop off! Now dat tha good news iz out, let’s get into a bound-ta-be good CD!! Here goes my review fa ChaYsuh & Grind “Unda-Estimated Vol. 3: Break ‘Em Off”! Quick Note: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!! I only please myself wit my ratings!! I don’t care how lyrical you are! As long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings (if a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much REALLY LOVE it as it’s considered “mindblowin’” when I hear it) so any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song. Anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it.

01. “Animal”
Tha 1st thing I think of when I see this as a title iz Ke$ha (wit her CD bein’ called dat but also her “TiK ToK” song). As for y’all, this looks like you’ll build up tha RIGHT chemistry too and unleash a HOT song!! Let’s see how y’all start it off!! >>> It sounds like I might’ve heard it on like a YouTube sample or somethin’ from you. It’s definitely catchy for a start wit tha uptempo style wit tha hot soundin’ hook!! Grind sounds like he doin’ his thang on tha 1st verse here; good shit for tha Rouge! Here you are, ChaYsuh, on tha 2nd verse and yea, you spittin’ it from a Rouge perspective here. You sounded good, ya dig. DEFINITELY hot shit right chea! Sounds like it would be gr8 on my radio show! My Rating: 4.4
02. “Bop”
Three letters also from me: LOL; I don’t know what ta expect… Maybe ChaYsuh REALLY gettin’ down to tha ladies? >>> Pretty good start here wit tha beat. Tha 1st verse was not bad and tha hook iz ChaYsuh doin’ his lil’ “bop, bop” shit, lol. Tha 2nd verse from Grind was not bad as well. This was an okay song fa what it was; a lil’ short. My Rating: 3.9
03. “Get Loose” (Big Al Feat. ChaYsuh)
Looks cool ta see a song from someone else be on here too; thumbs up ta dat! Let’s see how good this one iz! >>> Ooh, on tha smokin’ tip for tha beginning! And havin’ “tha goons wit you” iz what’s up too! DEFINITELY a NICE hook and tha 1st verse from tha Al dude DEFINITELY sounds TIGHT right chea!! DEFINITELY good shit, enjoyin’ yaself to tha fullest!! DEFINITELY feelin’ this right chea!! He’s a “Lafayette” representa!

Now, Grind iz gettin’ his feature recognition wit anotha different artist!! Battle of tha new artist’s songs, lol! Let’s see how it turns out!! >>> Sounds like anotha good start here… There’s a Vybe beat here so you KNOW dat’s a plus!! This sounds like “Grind All Day” a lil’ wit tha hook; pretty good. Sounds like tha 1st verse goin’ hard; good job on this shit! Sounds like tha 2nd verse doin’ a nice job here; gotta be energetic to tha fullest wit this street shit! I felt tha 2nd verse and you know this shit was tight! I did like tha otha song betta though and how it flowed but this was nice too. My Rating: 4.3

Just ChaYsuh here… Let’s see how you do! >>> An unstoppable ChaYsuh here, lol!! Tha hook was cool and it sounds like tha ChaYsuh I’m always entertained by in tha 1st verse!
Tha 2nd verse sounded good from you too; you KNOW you LUV “fuckin’,” lol! Tha 1st song on this CD wit a 3rd verse… Still comin’ through for tha ladies here; good job. My Rating: 4.106. “Get It Tonight”
It’s now back to tha two of y’all on tha track again! I once again have a feelin’ y’all gon put in sum work together! >>> I had a feelin’ it was gonna be for tha ladies again. That’s why I anticipated it havin’ tha both of y’all in it! Grind soundin’ good wit his flow on tha 1st verse here. Tha hook sounds catchy; likin’ tha title and all tha repetitiveness! Here’s ChaYsuh, REALLY “poled out” wit tha “lady on tha pole!” You REALLY dove inta tha females here wit your lyrics, ChaYsuh! My Rating: 4.2
07. “Grind All Day”
Thanx for postin’ my college radio station’s link on your Facebook! That was watz up!! This song pretty good but I feel that other songs on this CD’ll prolly do betta on my playlist. As for what’s up on tha song, well, tha beat iz for tha streetz and Grind soundin’ good wit his shit on tha 1st verse. He looks like he knows his math! You know 51x49 = 2499, 301x299 = 89,999 and 1111x1111 = 1,234,321, lol!! I feel dat err-street dude gon luv dis one! Dat hook iz strictly street! When I hear tha beat, it reminds me of “Duffle Bag Boy.” ChaYsuh, you do tha damn thang here; I like you and Grind’s verses tha same. Y’all both have a REAL TIGHT part towards tha end: Grind had tha math and you have tha fish shit (e.g., “if you want beef, I gotta quarter pounder”)! DEFINITELY tight, ya dig!! Tha 3rd verse from both Grind and then ChaYsuh was nice; definitely good collaboratin’!! My Current Rating: 4.5
½time: Looks like y’all on a GR8 path here!! Tha start ta this CD DEFINITELY goin’ hard!! Keep up tha TERRIFIC work wit your average CD rating bein’ a 4.3 right now!!
08. “Too Choosey” Feat. C-IV
ChaYsuh doin’ a feature wit this C-IV dude. Sayin’ that dude’s name sounds like I might’ve heard someone say tha name one time. Let’s see how all this “chooseyness” goes, lol. >>> Sounds like a good start; I like tha “too choosey” theme wit tha song! Nice job wit tha 1st verse right chea. Ooh, tha hook’s pretty good; tha beat got betta too. Catchy shit right here wit tha hook so nice job, ChaYsuh! Let’s hear what we got from tha C-IV dude on tha 2nd verse… Off to a good start. He did his thang wit tha verse! Glad he had sum shit ta spit and I look forward ta more of it in tha future (same goes for tha otha featured people on this CD)! ChaYsuh comin’ through wit his REVEALIN’ system in tha 3rd verse, detectin’ tha pussy in people! Nice job wit this joint right here; gotta luv how this CD’s goin’!! My Rating: 4.3
09. “Get Cha Goons Ready” (Big Al Feat. Grind)
Yes, Big Al again!!! I betta “get my anticipation ready,” lol, ‘cause this gon be REAL HOT!!! It switched up from ChaYsuh bein’ wit Al to now Grind so let’s see how it goes!! >>> Already, tha beginning iz pretty raw; gotta luv tha screwed voice! Tight shit wit tha hook!! Here comes tha 1st verse, Big Al style!! It DEFINITELY shows tha streetz who’s tha shit!! DEFINITELY anotha NICE job wit tha verse here!!! How will Grind contribute ta this? You KNOW tha street flava gon continue!! Yup, more street shit here, comin’ through in a major way!! Who would’ve guessed there was room for a 3rd verse? Big Al doin’ it BIGGER on tha 3rd verse here; glad it fit in!! Spittin’ mo gangsta shit “in tha Boot, bitch!!”

Wit three minutes flat, let’s see how tha both of y’all do here! >>> Pretty good start here wit tha beat; Grind doin’ his thang here. You KNOW ChaYsuh comes through wit tha hook that’s catchy!! Who doesn’t wanna “rock wit da best?” Even tha 2nd verse has Grind on it, explainin’ how he does and how he did it wit tha Rap game! Nice job on tha 2nd verse; would’ve prolly been cool if ChaYsuh had tha 2nd verse though. My Rating: 4.0
11. “Just Believe In Me”

How will this joint sound like wit y’all on it once again? >>> A lil’ slow, horse/pony-type beat here. Grind iz on tha 1st verse here and I like his “I stressed on a loose-leaf” part. That’s cool also that he “made his own beats” too. A lil’ different on tha hook so I can’t say much. ChaYsuh comin’ through from his life on tha 2nd verse; that’s all I can say… Tha 3rd verse has both Grind and then ChaYsuh on it, soundin’ good once again wit tha lyrics. This wasn’t that hot for me (it doesn’t really have a “hot” soundin’, more of a lyrical soundin’) so I’ll do a bonus and offer a lyrical rating fa this one. Lyrical Rating: 4.5 | My Rating: 3.412. “Gotta Shine”
Comin’ through wit a 5:24 length song here wit tha both of y’all! Looks like y’all got a lotta “shinin’” goin’ on here; let’s see! >>> Tha start sounds like tha last song’s vibe… ChaYsuh, you’re startin’ off this one and you’re soundin’ more “into it” wit tha way you’re deliverin’ this. I hope this ain’t gon be a sad song… Okay, tha hook iz tight; I like how you’re doin’ it this time, ChaYsuh! Good job and now, we got Grind on tha 2nd verse… Sounds like he inta makin’ this song wit tha way he comin’ through; good shit. ChaYsuh, you’re doin’ tha 3rd verse too here. You had success in “gym” wit your “rhymes?” Good shit. You really have “two kids” and you’re born on my exact birthday, ChaYsuh? Damn… I was surprised when I found out you had one already. I guess good job and it’s good ta have at least a son. I don’t know what else ta say about dat… Tha outro has at least a minute of talkin’ here… I guess this iz good; I would’ve pictured this bein’ tha last song on this CD. My Rating: 3.8
13. “Spend The Night”
Looks like it’ll be ChaYsuhed out, lol! How will y’all deliver it on this one? >>> Oh no, anotha joint on tha slower tip… I hope it’s good fa tha ladies again like y’all had those previous two songs earlier on this CD. This ain’t really an R&B CD so I don’t know how much this’ll fit. I guess it’s good for my iPod though so I’ll give it a plus. Nice job wit Grind on tha 1st verse, comin’ through wit his luvable lyrics fa tha ladies, lol. I’m startin’ ta like tha hook betta here; I like tha “horny” part for tha ladies. Here’s ChaYsuh on tha 2nd verse… More on tha 30+ R&B style here wit tha lyrics. I was expectin’ some explicit lyrics as usual… I thought this song was gonna have a 3rd verse ‘cause tha last song was long. My Rating: 3.8
14. “Angel”
Tha ending of this CD looks like it all slow or somethin’; I don’t know how I’ll feel this time. >>> A lil’ scary for tha start; you KNOW I don’t like when everybody does these sample tracks.
It took a while for tha 1st verse but it’s finally here wit Grind on it. It sounds like he in luv once again here. It also sounded like tha verse just ended without an expectation. Grind had an okay 2nd verse too on this… This song startin’ ta sound random wit tha sample just repeatin’. This song has no ChaYsuh on it? Then that’s an error (wit it bein’ ChaYsuh & Grind). There wasn’t much goin’ on wit tha 3rd verse… Because I feel this gon be a good year, you KNOW I won’t mind this on my iPod once again! Still, tha rating took a lil’ hit… My Rating: 3.015. “The Way I Feel” Feat. Jessica Scarbrough
No Grind this time (he used all his power on tha last song, lol). I think we gon have tha same feelin’ here wit this song so I just gon let it play. >>> Now, it sounds like The Little Mermaid sound effects in tha beginning; what’ll happen? Are you drinkin’ somethin’ or smokin’ somethin’ in tha beginning wit tha “*sound effect* ahh…?” Here you are on tha 1st verse and it sounds like you in luv once again. Tha singin’ was aight on tha hook; this iz tha kinda ending song for a CD at times. I do feel dat tha one song I said on here should’ve been tha ending song… Tha 2nd verse sounded short and was aight. And here’s a phone call towards tha end… There’s still at least 80 seconds left here… There wasn’t really a conversation and then, tha hook repeated. My Rating: 2.6
Overall: I thought this CD was good, once again. Tha ending songs may’ve been a lil’ on tha different side but they weren’t that bad. Keep puttin’ out tha hot music, ya dig!
