It's ya boy FrankieThaLuckyDog here, just came back from tha Lackawanna College football game. We won wit it bein' like 39-27 (I represent for them since I graduated already). We kick a lot of ass! Anyway, I've been pretty lazy wit these reviews. However, if it's one thing to trigger me to do a review, it's a birthday. What do you know? We have a birthday! My dawg J-Burna, reppin' B-More, has a birthday to him so that's REALLY watz good! This iz your birthday present: my review for your BRAND NEW mixtape, which just dropped today, "Burn From The Inside Out" (I did tha old cover by tha way: CLICK HERE). 01. "Burn From The Inside Out"
Tommy G on tha production. Let's see if he can make this joint "burn from tha inside out"!! >>> Sounds like a movie in tha beginning. This iz tha REAL way you start off a mixtape!! You're currently tha most motivated rapper that I review (as you put somethin' out like every season)! Curren$y, from New Orleans, does more though (even though I haven't reviewed anything by him yet). He does a new mixtape tha last few dayz of every month. This beat sounds real nice and dark. It sounds like this was mastered (other older shit by you sounded more unmastered). I'm feelin' tha lyrics, especially tha "call for emergency" part at tha end. My Rating: 4.3


02. "Losing Not An Option"
That's absolutely correct!! My dawg J-Burna RIPS tha SHIT outta EVERYTHING he touches!! You're BOUND to be havin' a REAL TIGHT birthday today dawg. Hope it keeps goin' great! Now to tha track!! Oh it says "Win Or Lose" in tha mp3 file ID. I'm goin' wit what tha tracklisting file says for tha ID. >>> Usin' tha Mobb Deep "Win Or Lose" beat for this. I thought I heard this before? *Checks* I didn't. Maybe someone else I reviewed used tha same beat. Your lyrics are better than tha original (yeah, "all your shit's toxic"). You keep tha motivation level to tha top wit tha lyrics so that's watz good. You DEFINITELY don't lose when it comes to rappin'! My Rating: 4.1


03. "Whatever I Choose"
Let's see what's next… >>> Sounds like a good ol'skool jacked beat in tha background. I'm glad you started rappin' as soon as it started. Tha 2nd verse sounds interesting wit tha "losin' number" shit. My Rating: 3.7


04. "Count On Me" Feat. Maria Maria
*Sings* "Maria Maria………!" Just playin'. Some singin' from tha MM artist on here. Wonder what this'll sound like… >>> Jay-Z beat… What will J-Burna say on this? Oh you said "this not Jay-Z beat." LOL. Maria Maria sounds like Nina Sky. That's good that tha dude "made songs for his squad." "You tell 'em 'get off your ass and improve your flow'" <- that's good advice right there J-Burna! I'm glad you "found this rap shit and can't stay away from it." When Maria Maria says "TO BELIEVE," it's nice and loud!! Decent track but hopefully some harder shit comes up! My Rating: 3.5


05. "Welcome To The Show"
And we've been in tha "Burn From The Inside Out" show for 4 songs now. We're on tha 5th one (tha start of tha 2nd 5th of tha mixtape). I'm takin' a 4 minute break for a sec 'cause a "rare song" on Music Choice Electronica iz on right now (old song that comes on once a month) and it's REAL TIGHT: pH10 Feat. Pete Miser "Think It Through" from 2004… CRAZY RHYMES over a beat wit 180 beats per minute!! You can hear it here: http://www.zshare.net/audio/186571876d70f5c2/ . Anyway, back to this. You should hit up my boy Jimmy The DJ and try to get on his "Gangsta Gumbo Vol. 3" mixtape AND DVD! You gotta get ya cake up though 'cause there's $$$ involved. More info on that when you respond to this review. Here goes my review for Track No. 5: >>> Good there's gunshots in tha beginning and "2 blunts up" so this should be good! Nice lil' beat you chose for this. LOL @ tha "I bust it like semen" line. Damn, you go HARD wit tha rhymes! You ain't fuckin' around! That's watz good that your squad will "take someone off tha world." More of tha "not fuckin' aroundness"! Yeah, everyone "would look forward to" a collabo wit you dawg. You fuckin' kill it!! Glad tha jointz are gettin' better again! No wonder why I got yo back all day, err-day. My Rating: 4.2


06. "Modern Day Spartans"
I like tha title. What will my dawg J-Burna cook up next? Prolly that raw, cooked crack!! >>> Feelin' tha very first part of tha beat. Now it's gettin' better so I'm more anticipated! Tha beat iz REAL TIGHT, especially wit that unknown chanting in tha background! Your voice ALWAYS delivers that RAWNESS!! Love it!! "In tha woods iz where you'll be found" <- good one!! Tha "toxic shit" line again. Definitely feelin' it. No hook, so this just sounds like a REAL NICE freestyle!! Oh wow nice acapella at tha end and tha gunshots again!! My Rating: 4.6


07. "If U Fuck Wit Me" Feat. Yung Yabb
NY in tha buildin' (on tha feature)!! Strong Island representa iz here (FrankieThaLuckyDog (me)) doin' this review so let's see how B-More meets New York!! High anticipation, 'specially for tha title!! EDIT: How weird how I wrote "B-More meets New York," and tha mp3 ID says "From B-More 2 NY." LOL! >>> Dunn dunn dunn!!! Tha NY dude sounds like Cassidy. Tha beat iz tight. That's cool that you got "tha Jesus piece." Yung Yabb did a REAL TIGHT verse! I like tha collabo hook (goin' back 'n forth). That's dope that you "throw those otha niggaz away like a tissue" <- good shit again!! I liked when Yabb said "stay wit Burna and keep tha burna on my left side." Loved tha collabo!! No wonder why it's "lucky No. 7" on tha mixtape!! My Rating: 4.7


08. "Think We Got A Problem" Feat. Keyman & Young Maestro
Tha mixer (Keyman) iz featured on this. Hopefully he's got his keys together for this joint. And tha collabo artist I've been waiting on, Young Maestro, iz on this! Baton Rouge in tha building!! I LOVE Louisiana Rap music and CAN'T WAIT to go down there (I sadly predict I'll be down there for tha 1st time at Age 24; fuckin' 2012). For now, I'mma keep supportin' tha music. Let's hear tha mega-collabo!! HUGE ANTICIPATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >>> Gunshots in tha beginning *predicts good luck*. Good screwed hook! That was a nice 1st verse. HERE COMES Young Maestro!!!!! He did his thang!! REAL NICE! Glad you go to college in GA 'cause if it wasn't for that, this collabo prolly wouldn't've happened!! I'm glad you were also on tha song! Young Maestro I thought had tha best part but this was tight shit!!! My Rating: 4.4


09. "Sucks On Dick"
A change of subject here. I betcha this iz for tha females, but I could be wrong and think it's for tha dickriders. Let's see… >>> An odd intro… Tha beat sounds like it's a lil' tipsy. It has a nice dirty south feel to it. It iz for tha females. She sounds like she a nice chick. Thanx for describin' her. Glad your boyz are glad you got her. Great 1st verse! That's cool that you lost your virginity at Age 13. I neva lost mine yet (and I'm 20). No rush! It'll happen one day. I wanna prove to tha haterz that I can do thingz (like these reviews) REAL GOOD without smokin'/drinkin'/havin' sex. I want to prove to people that I have SKILLZ, no matter what I choose! I hope "she keeps goin'" for you. YES, "her mouth leakin'!!!" GO J-Burna!!!!! LMAO @ tha "not to sound nasty, but put my dick in your mouth" line! She must be THA SHIT if you cravin' this much for her! I'm glad she's makin' you REAL HAPPY! Lovin' this joint right here!! What happened at tha end? She wanted to stop? NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least she made you "burn from tha inside out," LMAO!! I had to say that just now! My Rating: 4.6


10. "Tell Me"
Now what are we gettin' into? >>> Good first 10 seconds wit tryin' to "light a blunt." Good sample and beat start. Okay 1st verse, hook iz gettin' better wit that sample again! Tha 2nd verse iz a lot better! Like tha "smokin' weed" part that you mentioned. "What you doin' tonight?" I know… You gon PARTY YOUR ASS OFF, ya dig!!! I like tha "bass in ya system" line. I just fuckin' love how you deliver your flows!! Just how you rap; it's GREAT!!! And I LOVE doin' reviews, givin' tha RIGHT rappers tha RIGHT feedback!! My Rating: 4.4


½time: Tha start (excluding tha 1st joint) was a lil' okay. Then, my wish came, and tha SHIT CAME THROUGH HARD!!! Hope tha next bunch of jointz iz like that!! My dawg J-Burna makin' ma'fuckaz that can't make it bleed!!!


11. "Interlude"
This iz more of tha ½time, lol. I'm DYIN' to hear an interlude though!! >>> It's 4 minutes, 8 seconds? WOW!!! It's that same sample from tha beginning!! At least your release dates are not pushed back! That's why tha industry iz fucked up wit sales these dayz 'cause of shit bein' pushed back! I hope you make lots of $$$ sellin' this shit. Hopefully one day we could hang out and shit. That would be REAL tight. Who knows, we could be spittin' shit. Ooh freestylin' wit no beat!! I like tha "you can't solve 'em" math line!!! You know you got my vote for BEST B-More Upcoming Rapper, ya dig!!! Yes there's 1.5 minutes still!!! Wow you just don't stop!!! Yeah, you "real talkin'," ya heard me. Yes, "throw someone underwater!!!" Now as you know, I don't rate interludes, intros, skits, etc. UNLESS there's a form of rappin' goin' on, so you got yourself a bonus rating for that TIGHT-ASS rappin'!!! My Rating: 4.7


12. "Crack"
OMG another one of those TIGHT titles!!!!!!!! Huge anticipation!!! >>> Yes J-Burna, it iz "9-20-08" today! Yeah, you're DEFINITELY "lecturin'" and you're "rough like an elephant!" You're also definitely "mobb deep like Prodigy." Look at all these quotes from you! This iz why you're DEFINITELY doin' some TIGHT SHIT right here!! I can't say it enough! I know this iz a birthday present for you but this feels like a present to me, especially my iPod. Good shit!! That sample didn't get annoying like "Let The Beat Build" from Tha Carter III. My Rating: 4.2


13. "Still Hustle" Feat. Jay Owens
That's cool that Jay Owens has some NY and ATL in his blood. This should be good as a feature! I see he's producing tracks off your next mixtape, "By Any Means Necessary". Let's see how good this joint iz! >>> I thought it was gonna be a down south beat but it sounds VERY New Yorkish. Not bad, good rhymes. I just gotta get into that beat and hook. I'm glad Jay Owens thinks you're real good in tha game! My Rating: 3.3


14. "My Way" Feat. Young Maestro
If I don't type a lot, it's 'cause I'm eating dinner. Anywayz, Young Maestro IZ ON HERE AGAIN?!?!? OMG!!! YEAH!!! Let's see how you did it "your way"!! >>> Anotha sample… Cool that you came into tha 1st verse right away! I'm REAL glad tha microphone gives you company! Short 1st verse but good. That sux that Young Maestro lost a couple of dudes in tha streets. Here goes my R.I.P.: from FrankieThaLuckyDog. He sounded a lil' like you on tha flowin'. I'm glad you continued where he left off when his verse ended. You sounded better than him on this joint and I'm glad I keep hearin' you on this. Nice slow jam. Oh here comes Maestro wit tha rappin'! My Rating: 4.0


15. "Modern Day Spartans II"
Ooh a sequel!! Good J-Burna! You know what I wanna hear on this!! >>> Good movie sample in tha beginning! Anotha good jacked beat! Yeah, it's DEFINITELY "still M.B.A.M." no matter what version of tha song this iz! That's good that tha "bullets hot like spice" <- I like how I'm just listenin' to you and OUTTA NOWHERE, a fast quote'll come out like that! Love it!! Good sequel! My Rating: 4.2


16. "Freestyle" Feat. Dame Dillion & Shoes
You saved Shoes for No. 16 I see? LOL! I didn't expect him to be on here for a sec ('cause he wasn't in tha credits). I know he's gonna have a tight part and Dame should too (not sure if I remember what he sounded like). I hope he gives me my $10.59 soon so I can review his "Miracle In The Making" mixtape (yeah, you got yours for free 'cause I'm real cool wit you. I don't know him but trust me, it's worth it)! I made tha tight front cover (didn't do tha drawing) for like 3 hours: CLICK HERE. Now onto this freestyle. I wonder what beat you chose… I won't decide, oh wait, I have a feelin' it's tha "A Milli" beat 'cause I saw a filename "A Millie" in tha folder of this mixtape… Aight I'm assuming it's that 'cause there's nothin' else that looks like it on tha tracklisting. >>> Wow tha 1st verse iz tight! That's Dame? It IZ!! His mixtape must be TIGHT!! Damn, you need to get back online and get at me wit that $10.59 for a review from me!! LOL @ that cannon at tha end of his verse! It was a great verse!! LOL @ tha "jeans don't fit" Shoes. That's right, it's all about saggin'! Shoes did his thang! Dame iz back on tha 3rd verse! YEAH!! Wow REAL TIGHT on his part!! Glad you got him on this mixtape as a feature and I'm glad he's real cool wit you! Shout outs to Dame Dillion! Uh oh tha beat iz ending… What's tha last (near end) 3 minutes? Oh wait, tha beat came back. You're on tha 4th verse. I like all tha "fuck ya'll…" parts. Great shit! Likin' tha "tombstone" line. You DEFINITELY did yo thang on this!! "A Milli" iz one beat that neva dies! I don't get sick of anyone freestylin' on it, even though tons of people freestyled ova it! Prolly tha best beat (in tha mainstream) of 2008. It prolly won't win my "Best Beat Of 2008" award ('cause I fuck wit a lot of underground shit) but who knows. I always have faith in tha No. 16 joint so no wonder why this turned out to be good. I'm glad you ended tha freestyle! You FUCKIN' just kept goin' and goin' and goin' and goin' and goin' and goin' and goin' and goin' and GOIN'!!! You FUCKIN' kick LOTS OF ASS dawg!!!!! 17. "100% (Committed)"
Tha title looks tight so this should be somethin' I wanna hear!! >>> Ooh it faded into you fast! Cool! Huh? A switch of a beat? LOL!!! Weird sample. Beat has some nice kicks in it and I'm glad to hear you rappin'! Glad Shoes's advice of rappin' helped you rap, as he said "go for it!" LOL @ there bein' only 20 seconds left and you still rappin' on this. Damn, you know how to fit all tha rhymes in! I felt this; it was jammin'. My Rating: 3.8


Intermission: Shit! Tha dinner I'm havin' iz this pot roast, and it looks like tha shit iz swimmin' in a swamp, lol, wit all tha liquid juice it's floating in. It's real easy to spill and instead of that, right before I got tha chance to type tha No. 18 song's ID, I spilled my water right near my keyboard (it went under it too; shit). Stupid move by me (and I'm always cautious)! Now, back to tha review!


18. "I'm Coming Home (Outro)" Feat. Ramill
We got anotha singer on this. Oh and I know you prolly miss home but it's REAL great to be in tha dirty south also! Hopefully when you get home, you can get more service on ya phone so we can talk on tha phone. Anyway, let's see what you made tha outro turn into… >>> Sounds like a Kanye West beat. And yeah, because I'm real cool wit you, I got tha mixtape from you yesterday, a day earlier. Oh and speaking of Kanyeezy, Ramill mentioned "Put On". LOL, he mentioned it twice more. He sounded good singin'. Yeah, my ma'fuckin' dawg J-Burna spittin' again!! Glad you got great connections! I LOVE my Louisiana connection. Great verse (of course) oh and Ramill talked about tha Wizard Of Oz so that's watz good in tha hook. You should've gave a shout out to me at tha end. You know I got yo back all day, err-day, ya dig. Ooh 2 bonus tracks! And Young Hustle's on it so I'm anticipated! >>> Yeah, I have a feelin' Dame's mixtape iz tha "shit right now." Young Hustle sounds a lil' like Shoes on this and it's tight. LOL @ tha "ABC channels" Burna. Good shit though. I like tha "if I'm not eatin', then I let my toaster flame" line. Good shit again. Nice joint right here. My Rating: 3.8


20. "It's Time To Party" (Bonus Track)
Final joint/bonus track!! >>> Tha beat intro iz nice! It has a West Coast vibe to it. Anotha "positive" way of endin' wit J-Burna. One of tha otha times it was "It's A Celebration Bitches!" for one of tha "near-ending" tracks and now it's this. I like tha "I don't need a paper shredder to keep on spittin'." You come up wit some tight shit dawg. Good ending joint right here. My Rating: 4.1


Overall: End Time: 8:22 PM. Well J-Burna, you got yourself a NICE mixtape again! I think I liked tha "Spring Training" one better, but this was still some tight shit! I'm glad you came hard on a bunch of tha tracks and even though you had a lil' different style tracks, tha mixtape iz sure good enough to be on my iPod so thumbs up dawg and I HOPE your birthday became tha BEST birthday for you today!!
