Really
not in tha mood for any reviewz, but I gotta get ‘em over wit. Bayou Boi
Entertainment presents this first review, for today: T-Tyrant My Turn. Start Time: 10:42 AM | End Time: 10:59 AM
Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0
– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!
I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long
as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and
then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a
song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6
rating, I pretty much really love it,
as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I
hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type
before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything
after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening
to it. If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or
talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’
topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01.
Intro Feat. Keyaira
Dot
Com Beatz prolly doin’ all tha production, here; let’s see how this goes…
>>> A lil’ boring, for more; glad it’s just an intro… My Rating: N/A
02.
“Yeah” Feat. J Fletcha
Must
be Fletcha on tha feature? Let’s see, wit anotha Dot Com Beatz production…
>>> I assume this iz more on tha mainstream, R&B level wit tha
sound? Not really 100% my style; this iz just a J dude on tha feature, though.
There’s nothin’ negative about this, so I’m not gonna talk down on this… Oh, I
guess it iz Fletch on tha feature?
Randomly appearin’ on tha 2nd verse; lol, I’m confused… My Rating: 3.5
03.
“Propellas” Feat. Dot Com & J Fletcha
LOL,
no offense, but these dayz reminds me of how I dickrode everyone, smh. I’ll
keep a similar rating, though, from tha past. My Current Rating: 4.5
04.
“Tonight” Feat. Sleepy & J Fletcha
>>>
I dunno about always havin’ a random beat tag in tha beats, Dot Com; startin’
ta hate random beat tags… As far as this song, this iz a lil’ betta than #2; I
like tha explicit, “in-tha-bedroom” content, lol. My Rating: 3.8
05.
“Backyard Party” Feat. Vine Hutchinson
J
Readdy production, here; “back yard” iz a compound word… >>> Another
similar vibe, but again, I’m likin’ this better; has a good, early 2000s vibe… My Rating: 4.0
06.
“Her Favorite”
A
solo, produced by a Wayne
dude. >>> Background music reminds me a lil’ bit of a Massive Attack
song, “Teardrop”, from tha ‘90s; glad that caught my attention… I have to say,
I’m really feelin’ this sing-vibe shit goin’ on, wit this kinda beat; nice job…
My Rating: 4.2
½time: Seems like it’s a great
CD, so far; 4.0
for tha CD rating…!
07.
“Like Ya Man Feel”
>>> Fade-in intro? Sorry, but based off dat dick-on-dick-soundin’ start, I’m just skippin’; not even a listed producer, smh. My Rating: 1.0
>>> Fade-in intro? Sorry, but based off dat dick-on-dick-soundin’ start, I’m just skippin’; not even a listed producer, smh. My Rating: 1.0
08.
“Changing Forecast”
A
Dot Com production, again… >>> High anticipation for tha start ‘cause
it sounds like my big dawg, DJ B-Real! :tu Whether it iz or not, I think this
sounds good, too; nice topic about how people “change.” You know I always deal wit shit like this,
day by day; people don’t respect me for growin’ up! It’s not like I’m in my
30’s! My Rating: 4.3
09.
“Hard Times” Feat. Dirty Harry
E.P.
beat. >>> Kinda sounds like a jacked beat, based off tha first few
seconds, but it sounds good, as an original production. Once again, you’re
deliverin’ some catchiness, but after at least 400 dayz, am I eva gonna hear
from Dirty Harry and his acknowledgement? Tha length’s really long, here, so it
can be a lil’ boring, but tha song ain’t that bad… My Rating: 3.7
10.
“A Part Of Me” Feat. Sleepy, Trickie & Young Bleed
Now,
I think “apart” iz not a compound
word, lol. It looks like a super collaboration, wit Premeditated Soundz on tha
beat… >>> Usually, especially now, I wouldn’t go for a kiddie-type
hook, but this iz really tight, wit how it sounds…; then again, would it be
still remembered a year from now? I think tha verses are good; nice
collaboration, especially havin’ Young Bleed on it! Thumbs up ta him and his
catchy, consistentness! My Rating: 4.5
11.
“It’s Alright” Feat. Sleepy & J Fletcha
Dot
Com production, again. >>> Gay-soundin’ hook wit a really weak beat
sound; don’t think this iz for me… Tha verses are good, here; really likin’ tha
real life shit. I have ta say, this gets some
credit from me. My Rating: 2.8
12.
“Thank You” Feat. Mirage & J Fletcha
Endin’
it wit a Dot Com production… >>> Interestin’, okay beat; I like tha
spellin’ in tha hook. Verses sound great, once again; can neva deny tha Bayou Boi Entertainment verses! My Rating: 3.6
Overall: I have to say, this
wasn’t that bad of an effort from you, Tyrant; tha features help you get higher
scores, I assume? Good thing for them, as well as mostly original production.
Now, onto J Fletcha’s CD…
