What’s
up, it’s FrankieThaLuckyDog, here, finna review Percy Keith Imperfect Timing,
released on LNIC, a few weeks ago. Not to mention, today’s tha 18th,
which Percy’s born on an 18th; how ironic! Also, with this CD’s
title, it feels like Imperfect Timing,
as I’m reviewing this live on camera, naked [LIVE REVIEW LINK COMIN' SOON!]! Yes! I wanted to film it on a
beach, on Long Island, NY, but unfortunately, Percy & I
collaborated with our budgets and we got $1.00 worth! Yes! So, I’m going to do
this review with only a $1.00 worth of a budget! Can’t go anywhere to use gas;
can’t buy tha CD, as I’m listenin’ to it on YouTube! Can’t do shit! So, without
further or do, here we go! Start Time:
11:05 AM | End Time: 11:48 AM
Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0
– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!
I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long
as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and
then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a
song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6
rating, I pretty much really love it,
as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I
hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type
before “ >>> “ iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything
after I type “ >>> “ iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening
to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your
vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m
not buyin’ it!

01.
“Silence (Intro)”
>>>
A good, grimy-soundin’ beat ta start it off… I like your rappin’, here;
consistent rhymin’, even tho I’ve been backin’ off of tha fast rappin’, these
dayz… I like how you switch your voice up to deliver certain parts, too;
definitely a plus, here! Tha 2nd verse sounds great; sucks ta be on
“parole!” It limits what you can do; can’t lose freedom! My Rating: 4.6
02.
“Roco Paccino”
>>>
Sounds like your good rappin’, as always; gotta dig it… Lots of punchlines to
enjoy, here; listen to ‘em! “Roco Paccino;” gotta dig it, once again. Sounds
like a catchy hook, as you blend it in wit your verses… Beats are kinda on tha
mainstream tip, but on an underground tip, too. It blends in perfectly wit this
so-called generation we’re livin’ in… Good “role,” here; you spit it like a
pro! I like how you’re continuin’ to ramble, toward tha end! “Tha Beat Plug” on
tha beat, too? My Rating: 4.7
03.
“Way I Am”
>>>
Anotha good beat; kickin’ off tha hook—short hook—with a good, rapid flow!
Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s pretty nice, of course; diggin’ your
flow at all times! Definitely catchy; what could be goin’ through your mind?
Even tho some of it may sound like a Young Thug voice, it ain’t gay like him;
no voice effects needed! Still feelin’ what you bringin’ to tha table on tha 2nd
verse; can’t deny it… “Sellin’ grams fa 10;” remember: I only have a $1.00!
“Bumpin’ Drake & Future;” fuck their “Jumpman” shit! You was in jail—oh
wait, naw, that was not-so-old, at tha time. Regardless, fuck them; they’re
mainstream! We’re all about tha undaground! My Rating: 4.8
04.
“Wannabe” feat. Mista Cain
>>>
Mista on tha text messages? Oh, that was so
2010! It’s 2019, now; where are you, Cain?? Sounds real catchy wit you singin’
this hook about them refusin’ to “be a gangsta…!” Reminds me of Travi$ Scott or
somethin’ wit how you sound; mainstream but we can ignore that mainstream
thought! This tha undaground! Hearin’ you on tha 1st verse and it’s
pretty consistent wit your consistent rhymes! “Prison” makes people stronger;
even for an hour! Baleedat! “Swamp fulla dem copperheads,” huh? I remember
seein’ that one on August 23, 2011! Yeah, when Mista Cain would keep in touch
wit me, still! Copperheadtastic!! Cain on tha 2nd verse, spittin’
‘bout his “boxers” secret! Too bad I can’t afford any, right now ‘cause I only
have $1.00! Consistent rhymin’ but I feel like he just wants to sell out, or
feel like that… Either way, can’t complain wit this collab; definitely
somethin’ pure! Can’t escape Percy and tha “gangsta…………………!!” flow! My Rating: 4.7
05.
“Same Drugs” feat. RawAss Lauren & Brown Gotti
>>>
Your girlfriend, Lauren, on tha track? Let’s see… Sounds like a Zaytoven-type
beat, when you start rappin’ on tha 1st verse… Sounds decent;
nothin’ bad, here… “Don’t do rubbers;” too many kidz!!! We gotta watch tha kid
#’z!! It’s like The Price Is Right,
where you gotta watch tha pet population; watch tha kid population, too! Want
rappers to be successful and not money-hungry fathers! That’s why, I put my
career first, before anything! Here comes Lauren, on tha “percs,” on tha 2nd
verse, comin’ through wit a decent feature… Not a fan of female rappers but I
guess this’ll go, for now… If you were to fit in tha mainstream, Percy, you
would prolly be a leader against all these cheesy-soundin’ people… Here comes
Brown Gotti on tha 3rd verse, back from tha previous feature from
tha last CD… Just goes good wit fuckin’, I guess? “Just stay tha same, don’t
neva change!” We can get stronger but don’t lose tha loyalty! We should always pool our money together!! My Rating: 4.0
½time: Definitely stayin’
consistent; glad you got that in you to not sound boring! You make a mainstream
sound sound so underground-appreciated! You’re lookin’ at a 4.6 for
tha average CD rating, so far! Glad you put all that effort into your music but
how do you afford it with our $1.00
budget?! How…?! I can’t afford nothin’ with a $1.00! Anyway, let’s continue!
06.
“Organized Crime”
>>>
Sounds like a good, mysterious-type beat intro but I feel like it’ll sound
mainstream? Yeah, a lil’ bit but your grimy “oooohhhh” and all that, in tha
hook, sounds pretty nice… “I got money on my mind…;” doesn’t it make you
stronger? People won’t look at me tha same way, after my 30th age iz
over, after Thursday! Hearin’ tha 1st verse and it’s soundin’ good… Secret
“New Orleans;”
who wants a 5-0-4 when you got a 2-2-5? That’s my opinion; Baton Rouge tha rap capital! Here comes tha 2nd
verse, soundin’ good and dark, as always… See, this review may be naked, in a
bathtub, but with tha lighting and all that, it looks a lil’ trippy… I like how
your aggression iz increasing, during tha 2nd verse… You can’t
“escape” from these consistent rhymes; true dat! My Rating: 4.2
07.
“Fall Back”
>>>
Sounds good and consistent wit tha rhymes… Tha hook sounds like it has a
mainstream vibe but it’s still got your catchiness, ya dig? Tha 2nd
verse aight but why did tha beat tag come outta nowhere, for tha 2nd
time? My Rating: 4.1
08.
“Lit” feat. Zach Smith
>>>
“I just bought a new fit…;” we only have $1.00! Sounds like a good way to make
a comeback, when you’re broke and naked, like me… That’s how I describe tha
hook but don’t worry, I’ll be lit again, one day! For now, gotta deal wit tha
struggle! Hearin’ tha 1st verse from you and it sounds like you’re
deliverin’ tha consistent rhymes; good shit! Good shit on tha hook, I guess?
You just deliverin’ shit… Hearin’ tha dude on tha 2nd verse and he
starts off wit “bands,” already? I’ono if that an ear-catcher fa me…? I wanna
have hope wit these new artists; I’ono if they can provide it… Sounds decent,
here, but I’ono about a whole mixtape, CD, etc.? My Rating: 4.2
09.
“Floatin’”
>>>
These beat intros are pretty nice, to catch tha ear… Then, tha mainstream sound
kicks in… “Can’t be late;” rememba dat! Speakin’ of, what happened to that beat
I made for you, last year? Thought you would rap on it, by now? A year…? Catchy
lil’ rhymes, here, on tha 1st verse… Rhymes and punchlines fa meals!
Dayz! When are we gonna “medicate?”
Tha 2nd verse has a lotta rhymes; not that I can connect wit a bunch
of them, tho… It just sounds like rappers just like to put “like ___;” “like
___,” non-stop… I mean, it’s unstoppable wit what you come up with… We deserve
more than $1.00 budget, tho! Hearin’ a title part; good lil’ hook, except tha
“money be callin’” part; I don’t fuck wit “money” rhymes! My Rating: 3.7
10.
“None” feat. Slim
>>>
Your talkin’ in tha beginning sounds like a re-dream to meet you, again (for
tha 2nd time). I really do feel like I went backwards in my life and
it’s a dream to get back forward! Consistent rhymes from you, on tha 1st
verse, comin’ through wit that aggression, again. This Slim dude comes through
on tha 2nd part of tha 1st verse, comin’ through like a
country-rap rapper, wit tha voice. However, he’s real consistent and fast wit
tha rhymes! I’ll give him a better plus than tha previous feature that sounded
a lil’ more mainstream… Lots of rhymes but can he make catchy tracks, overall?
A catchy verse doesn’t mean a whole
catchy track, or a catchy CD…! My
Rating: 4.3
Overall: I thought you did a good
job wit this CD, despite tha budget feelin’ like a dolla! Great, consistent
rhymes tha whole way through, as well as a few features! Your flow and
aggression creates some catchy songs that are unstoppable, to tha ears of many.
This iz tha final review that I’m doin’ while I’m 30 years-old. What a way to
wrap up tha reviewz, for age 30! It’s unfortunate that it took a backwards turn
but, with strength and confidence, I’ll be back! Keep grindin’ but most
importantly, POOL YOUR MONEY TOGETHER WITH THOSE THAT WILL HELP YOU & NEED
THA HELP!!!
