As these reviewz continue, my next one iz Mike Rich Up Season 2, courtesy of Curbs To Castles, Inc.! For those that may not know, Mike Rich formerly went by tha stage name, Puppy & was affiliated with Dope Celebrity Records & Nu$$ie. Now, changin’ tha stage name to a money-affiliated name? I’ono… Also, I neva got ta check out tha 1^st Up Season, due to I prolly ain’t know about it. Just been havin’ a focused schedule on gettin’ older shit done… Start Time: 6:24 PM | End Time: 7:00 PM

Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0 – 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion! I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6 rating, I pretty much really love it, as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening to it. If you sound like anything too mainstream for me, have auto-tune in your vocals, or talk about nothin’ but money (which I consider ‘typical’ topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

01. “Intro”

>>> Beat sounds like a good lil’ intro vibe, here… Sounds catchy wit how you comin’ through wit tha rhymes, here; hope tha good quality continues… Yeah, “fuck” who “ratted” on you, ya heard me? I got “ratted” on, too & dat shit made me evolve! It’s like, I live in a pussy town & can’t wait ta get outta it! My Rating: 4.2

02. “Going Nu$$ie”

>>> Sounds great fa a “Nu$$ie” tribute, between tha hook & tha beat! Glad ta keep him remembered, in a great way! This tha “dumb way,” most definitely!! Even my production tags have Nu$$ie shoutin’ me out, now; gotta keep him alive! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse & I like how you have his flow/vibe, in tha rhymes! I used ta criticize that shit of when err-body would be on Nu$$ie’s nuts, afta he died. However, you an O.G. & an ‘80s baby in your 30’s, so you get da G-Pass! Lol, when you have tha Nu$$ie sample, “My nigga ‘pose ta be real, doe,” it sounds funny when it’s inserted, on tha hook… Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse & it’s nice; gotta luv “Bro-Bro,” too! All about those good peeps; met “Bro-Bro” on June 24, 2017 & it was a great lil’ visit…! Keep dis hot shit comin’; definitely nice, on tha 2^nd verse, too! My Rating: 4.4

03. “Young Niggas”
>>> Sounds like a good lil’ intro & quieter beat, here, fa tha streetz… I feel what you sayin’ on tha hook ‘bout tha “flashin’;” can’t stand it! We need more real people in tha world, ya heard me? When they flash “money” & shit, tha shit so fake!! Neva witnessed so much fake shit till that shit, ya heard me? Ain’t no1 got “money” like how they flash! Hearin’ tha 1^st verse & you got dis street shit on lock; most definitely! When I touch down in BR again, we gotta link up; O.G.-type shit! Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse & it cool; I digz how you keep dis hot shit comin’… My Rating: 4.1

04. “FWM” feat. Spitta

>>> Sounds like a hyped-up beginning, here; definitely anticipated, here…! Sounds like a dope hook; lay it down…! Hearin’ you on tha 1^st verse & tha verse’s what’s up; keep tha heat in da streetz, ya heard me? Got King Spit on tha 2^nd verse, here, comin’ through wit tha “coughin’” & “coffin,” here; definitely what’s up! Keep tha rhymes comin’, Big Spit!! I like tha “K” part, too; non-stop barz, like xanabarz!! My Rating: 4.4

05. “All Outta Options”
>>> Tha voice effect sounds like some of tha shit you hear in tha mainstream, these dayz… Not too sure how much I feel tha harmonizin’, on tha hook; it str8, so far… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse & it aight; I feel tha rhymes & beat but iffy wit how you sound, here… Keepin’ it goin’ wit tha 2^nd verse & shit sounds nice, as I feel tha rhymes more… Yeah, R.I.P. ta Markee, as I can’t believe it’ll be 11 years, just like wit Nu$$! Well, this ended at 3:02 but it’s 4:06 on tha length; you ain’t get rid of tha silence…?? My Rating: 3.8

½time: Finally, we have a full-on Baton Rouge release, here! Definitely sick of spendin’ money on shit that gets a shitty review, as well as not on a Baton Rouge tip! I work hard fa my money & it deserves ta go to tha best! Wit that bein’ said, Pupp, I’m glad I bought this so you can stack some paypa up, ya heard me? A 4.2-rated release, so far, for tha ½time; let’s keep it goin’!

06. “I’m Just Saying”
>>> Unfortunately, this iz where I see thangz goin’ downward; definitely not feelin’ tha auto-tune beginning… Ugh, even throughout tha hook? Don’t fuck wit it, includin’ tha “get this money” shit; toxic combo…! Keepin’ tha stupid voice effect goin’ wit tha 1^st verse, here, as you have okay rhymes; ain’t nothin’ like tha otha jointz, tho… No comment on tha 2^nd verse, as well, except for I don’t think it deserved my $0.99… My Rating: 1.0

07. “We Did It” feat. Chris Snowden

>>> More shitty voice effects, in tha beginning? Hope not… Hearin’ tha hook & it ain’t too bad, as far as a laidback vibe; let’s see how tha verses go… Hearin’ you on tha 1^st verse & it sounds good; I feel what you bringin’, here, wit a normal voice! I know how it be “in da pen;” shit suck! Also, you find out who really real & shit like dat! There’s no one in my area that real; glad I focus more on tha music peeps, these dayz! Surprised feature? This Chris Snowden dude sound dope; feelin’ his aggression & Dope Celeb-like street vibe! Last name “Snowden”? Related to Pine Obama, outta BR, as he’s Jessie Snowden? If so, that’s what’s up ‘cause he anotha tight dude, outta dat Gunz Up Entertainment! Great job wit this collab, from what I thought was gon be aight, at first… I like how tha “I ain’t (I ain’t), I ain’t (I ain’t)…” echoes, toward tha end; good goin’…! My Rating: 4.0

08. “Ass Like Nikki”
>>> Sounds like a mix between, like, a YG joint & Nu$$ie’s “Bellpepper” “ass” vibe? I digz it; good lil’ hook & beat, here… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse from you & it cool; keep it up fa da asses! Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse & it sound cool; you really made this joint 4:22 on tha length? Prolly coulda had one less of a verse? Lately, I’ve been more bored wit three verses & feel more of tha one, two-verse songs… Damn, anotha one wit buku silence (1:02 of nothin’, at tha end)…? My Rating: 3.9

09. “Lick You Up & Down”
>>> Sounds like pure shit; not feelin’ this slow shit, wit tha gay voice effect… I have no comment on tha verses; not for me wit this shittiness… My Rating: 1.0

10. “Club Vibes” feat. ShonThang

>>> Sounds like a good vibe but all y’all need ta let dat “cut up bad” sayin’ die & stay in tha pen!! Dude who made dat song blocked me on March 14, earlier this year, after I tried promotin’ him, smh. You know people fake when they do dat blockin’ & don’t appreciate tha luv! Wit dat bein’ said, let’s hope dat shit dies down (or, at least just reverts to just “cut up”)! As far as this joint, I’m definitely feelin’ your vibe, here, on tha hook, wit tha “fulla dem pillz” & shit! Definitely what’s up wit how you keep this shit up & up! Tha 1^st verse from you sounds pretty nice, as you keepin’ tha “Club Vibes” goin’! Also, shout out ta “Lil’ Rocket” out tha “Slauterhouse,” like you said; good shit! Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse from ShonThang & he good; I feel what he spittin’ fa you, here! Glad he got a good vibe like you, even tho err-body have ta mention shit about “money?” Keepin’ it movin’ wit you on tha 3^rd verse, here (almost thought it was gon be a minute of silence!) & this shit sounds nice, once again! Lol @ how you point out tha “‘90s babies goin’ wild,” here. I hope tha ‘80s “babies” continue ta have non-stop energy! I know I gon have it! My Rating: 4.3

>>> Been meanin’ ta say, tha beat tag, I can’t tell who it iz; neva heard it b4? They’re on this release a bunch of times… Iz it you? I remember you produce, at times… Anyway, hearin’ tha hook & it cool, ova this street-soundin’ beat… Hearin’ tha 1^st verse & it str8; hold it down… Hearin’ tha 2^nd verse & it aight; just sounds like everyday-soundin’ lyrics, tho, which don’t really spark my excitement… My Rating: 3.7

Overall: Thought you did yo shit on this Up Season 2, ya heard me? Only had two shitty songs on here, thanx to tha auto-tune. Tha average rating of this release woulda been 6/10’s higher if those songs weren’t on here. Either way, glad you keepin’ dat DCF shit alive, as well as tha heat you bring to tha streetz!
