Tha
reviewz are rollin’ on, non-stop! This next one iz a ‘90s rapper; I have a
feelin’ he’ll get in touch wit me soon ‘cause lots of ‘90s rappers from Louisiana are
discoverin’ me! Now wit Smoov Moov Media Group, here’s Doobie Smoov—outta dat Alexandria—Get
Blowed; very anticipated fa
dis!!! Start Time: 10:53 AM | End Time: 11:54 AM
Disclaimer: I rate each song from 1.0
– 5.0; each rating iz my own opinion!
I only please myself wit my ratings! I don’t care how lyrical you are, as long
as it’s jammin’ enough for me to like it! I look for beats, then vocals, and
then lyrics. To determine my favorites, I will differ tha 4.0 ratings. If a
song gets at least a 4.0 rating from me, I love it already. If at least a 4.6
rating, I pretty much really love it,
as it’s considered mindblowin’ when I
hear it! Any song can earn up to a maximum of a 5.0 rating. Anything I type
before “ >>> ” iz what I’m sayin’ before I listen to tha song; anything
after I type “ >>> ” iz what I think of tha song while I’m listening
to it. If you use tha word “swag” frequently, have auto-tune in your vocals, or
talk about nothin’ but money and hoes 100,000x (which I consider ‘typical’
topics), I’m not buyin’ it!

Intro
Let’s
kick this ma’fukka off!! >>> Sounds pretty hot for an intro beat,
courtesy of an unknown producer, lol! My
Rating: N/A
02.
“Throwed 16” Feat. T.Y.P. & Big Mal
Bobby
Staxz on tha beat; let’s hear this collab! >>> Beat sounds like a
regular production of today, which could be better—more Louisiana, I should say! But, these rhymes
on tha 1st verse sounds good, can’t complain… Tha 2nd
dude on this sounds okay; not bad… Hearin’ tha 3rd verse, and it
sounds like this dude’s “on tha grind,” as he says. This iz startin’ ta be
kinda mainstreamish… A singer on tha 4th part? Flow’s okay, but I’m
scared some a-tune might come out… However, I did like that it ended wit tha
title. My Rating: 3.7
03.
“Get Blowed”
Title
track; Rouge 5 doin’ tha beat, here… >>> Sounds like nice music fa tha
unknown; nice start, feelin’ like a ‘90s rapper once again! Definitely likin’
tha 1st verse, and tha hook’s pretty nice; gotta “get blowed,” ya dig?! Who doesn’t? Tha 2nd
verse’s soundin’ good, too, strictly soundin’ tha way I want you to sound! Keep
that undaground shit alive!! My Rating: 4.4
04.
“No Mo”
Anotha
Rouge 5 beat! >>> Likin’ tha beat start and this undaground atmosphere!
Sounds like a good 1st verse; tha fear of “runnin’ outta money!” I
like how tha hook’s about not “runnin’ from tha police no mo;” good shit! Tha
beat’s nice and quiet wit not much goin’ on; it doesn’t have ta be tha tightest
beat in tha world ta catch attention ‘cause it’s catchin’ lots of attention, here! Sometimes, you sound a lil’ like Young
Bleed on this track; I’m diggin’ it! Fat Pat-soundin’ 2nd verse? Has
a Texas
voice/feel to it, and I’m feelin’ it, once again!! My Rating: 4.5
05.
“Still Smoking” Feat. Big Hawk, Big Pokey & DJ Michael 5000 Watts
Rouge
5 beat! H-Town in tha buildin’; this should be interestin’… >>> Wow,
sounds like a nice revival fa H-Town
wit tha Mike Watts beginning! Good shit in tha
1st verse; reppin’ nicely, from H-Town ta tha Boot! Tha hook sounds
nice; gotta luv anything ‘bout “smoking,” ya heard me?! Tha 2nd
verse sounds good wit this interestin’ voice; undaground at its finest!! Big
Pokey on tha 3rd verse? Sounds great for a collaboration!! I know
Mon Mack, my boy outta Baton Rouge,
iz cool wit Big Pokey, too… My Rating: 4.6
06.
“Lift Weight” Feat. E.S.G. & Kevin Gates
Rouge
5…; looks like an anticipatin’ collaboration, once again, from H-Town to tha
Boot! >>> Very nice beat, here!! Tha hook’s real interestin’ wit how
it sounds; good-ass shit!! Startin’ wit E.S.G. on tha 1st verse;
sounds real nice ta hear him, once again! Seems like he neva disappoints; always
holdin’ down tha streetz!! Can’t believe it’s been 10 years since I discovered
him; where’d tha time go??? Here’s you on tha 2nd verse and it
sounds like you got an H-Town blend in your voice, here; figures, you can
camouflage into anything on tha
track! That’s a plus! We got Kevin Gates on tha 3rd verse, and this
iz more like it fa him! I know he’s
been attemptin’ to capture a mainstream audience wit his new music, but this
sounds like tha undaground Gates that I knew!! Real nice rhymes, consistently!
However, he jacked one of Nu$$ie’s songs or somethin’ wit tha “rocket launcher”
part; went on for a few lines, but it fits this undaground environment! My Rating: 4.7
½time: Definitely feelin’ this CD, so far!! Of course, if I purchased it,
you know it had ta be worth my money!! Lots of undaground vibes on this CD; major props fa it!!! So far, tha CD
rating’s at a 4.4!!!!
07.
“Drug Game”
Rouge-to-tha-5
on tha B-to-tha-E-to-tha-A-to-tha-T!! >>> Nice beginning; glad you’re not in a sellout perspective
fa dat 2012!! Nice job wit tha 1st verse; you deliverin’ nothin’ but dat G-shit fa tha streetz!!
Fuck all those mainstream, soft-ass rappers! You got a voice that’s still goin’
strong, no matter how old you are! You’re prolly at a key age of 32 – 37, right
now; ain’t nothin’ wrong wit dat age range ‘cause tha people that fuck wit me
at that age are usually legends!! Tha 2nd verse sounds pretty good,
too; keep spittin’, keep preachin’, keep doin’ you!! Tha 3rd verse
sounds real nice, too; talk about dat real-life shit, especially gettin’ “in tha car!” My Rating: 4.3
08.
“Jig Bow” Feat. Big Mal & Bay
Bay Ambassador
Bobby
Staxz beat. A Bay Bay in tha buildin’, lol… >>> Nice intro;
great shit from tha
Bay Bay!!
Ehh, not that mainstream shit on tha 1st verse! Neva mention “swag!!”
E.S.G., where are you? Tha hook sounds okay for a club song, but it’s nothin’
strong or anythang… Tha 2nd verse sounds too mainstreamish wit tha
voice; not really into these lyrics too much… Finally, better lyrics in tha 3rd
verse about tha “parish.” My Rating: 3.1
09.
“#1smelllikeaPound”
Rouge
5 beat; I like this title, lol! >>> Yes, back to tha undaground shit
again!! Feelin’ this hook; I feel like I’m in tha ‘90s by hearin’ this!! I like
tha hidden bounce bassline in tha background, too! Also, likin’ your rappin’
and fast style on tha 1st verse, here; keep it up!! Tha 2nd
verse sounds good to listen to, too! Smellin’
“like a pound” iz tha best way ta feel, ya feel me? *Goes and sniffs Doobie
Smoov ta get a high, lol!* Tha 3rd verse sounds good; a lil’
shorter, but you providin’ dat kush cologne to tha Gs, once again! My Rating: 4.4
10.
“Out Of My Nose” Feat. Big Mal
Rouge
5 production; let’s hear this kinda title… >>> So far, a good intro;
we’ll see how this kinda track prevails… Okay, tha 1st verse sounds
like it’s tha ‘90s, here; nice job… Even likin’ Mal on tha hook; anotha song
about tha album’s title (Get Blowed)!!
Tha 2nd verse sounds nice, too; who wouldn’t wanna get high wit you,
Doobie? Would luv to kick it wit chu
one day, bruh! Tha 3rd verse sounds good, too, keepin’ this high
shit goin’!! And, a lil’ extra part from Mal toward tha end; sniff, sniff, sniff!! My Rating: 4.5
11.
“Don’t Test Me”
Rouge
5 track, again! >>> Sounds like a good album cut, for a start… Beat’s
nice and quiet, focusin’ on your rhymes… Tha 2nd verse’s soundin’
good, too, keepin’ tha shit goin’. Oh yea, tha hook sounds pretty nice wit
intimidatin’ people; how can anyone
mess wit you tha wrong way, Smoov? Good shit comin’ outta tha 3rd
verse, too; what else can I say ‘bout this track? My Rating: 4.2
12.
“Say What” Feat. Pauleone Da Darkchild
Endin’
it wit a Rouge 5 beat; lookin’ forward to this feature! >>> Nice beat;
I’m likin’ tha hook wit this, “say what? Fuck-nigga, say what (say what?)?,”
shit… Good shit comin’ outta tha 1st verse; sounds like you’re
havin’ a party on this beat, but intimidatin’ tha otha dude hatin’! Tha 2nd
verse sounds nice, too, lurin’ tha enemies to “tha Boot!” Yea, Darkchild comin’
through on tha 3rd verse, “Louisiana
style;” gotta include “Louisiana” in tha
“style!!” He sounds good—nice and consistent wit dis shit!! He ain’t stoppin’;
hope he has a great future wit dis
rap shit!! Holla at me!! My Rating: 4.3
Overall: Well, this was a real good CD that I enjoyed a whole lot!! Except for two songs, this
CD iz tha perfect example of a quintessential, undaground album of tha 2010s
generation!! Yes, I said, “album,” not no dumb ‘mixtape!!’ Keep up tha great work, Smoov!! Keep thinkin’
undaground ‘cause peeps like me gon keep showin’ you respect!!
